o'clock in the morning once you see a judge he'll go over your charges and then he'll release you by yourself without a bond army with a bond I know but let me let's get to the office and I'll explain everything to you no man can't do that hey give me a second okay hold on five four seven single it was just I was just gonna drop my car off and I guess from this 20 56 to 3581 for that 41 on board starting mileages four nine six seven four no not overnight like I explained to you it's 2 46 in the morning you'll be you'll be out roughly around 8 30 in the morning no it's only a few hours from now the car off the gas station right here right here yes okay ma'am okay I was trying to be right away is your failing to maintain your lane I was trying so how would you how would you how do you expect me to try Parts how would you expect me to to allow you to drive like that it just just a few but I literally have to stay almost all night right no not all night okay it's already gonna be it's already gonna be three it's already gonna be three in the morning so by the time we finish all my paperwork you're gonna be with me for at least another two hours so you'll probably be in jail for like maybe three three hours yeah and then he could pick you up it's gonna be three in the morning since it's your first offense of DWI um you'll be out about 8 30 in the morning I have to like get that's uh that's that's a process down the road okay that has nothing to do with with us right now okay trying to like drive it nearest like place so we can pick me up but right now we get to my I'll let you make as many phone calls as you want okay if you want to call your boyfriend or you want to call somebody else it doesn't matter to me okay but there's a process that I gotta finish before I allow you to get your phone so once we finish this though then I'll give you a cell phone and then you could I'll let you talk on the phone for what like what I'm doing Mr misdemeanor okay it's not you're not facing any felony charges or anything like that okay okay but I'll explain the process to you once we get to my office if you have any questions okay you're good man okay that's okay it's Minecraft if I'm elbow to get out you can pick me up right uh yeah so once you once you get processed and once you talk to the judge and then once they release you they're gonna give you your cell phone back to you and then you can call them to come to come pick you up uh like I said he'll be out like around 8 30 in the morning okay that's it that's about by the time you go to jail and all that they do all the processing you know I'm gonna be with you for the entire time you'll probably you'll probably be there for like maybe two two and a half hours okay uh it's gonna be it's gonna be almost three in the morning it's gonna be 2 50 in the morning so 10 10 minutes till till three so I said no I know but I said it's gonna be three in the morning okay I wish to have to go to my office we still have to do the breath test I still have to do art knock on all mate knock on all my paperwork so you're gonna be with me for like another two hours so by the time we go to the jail and get you processed you'll probably be in jail for like two hours
