obviously he got to a point where we got called i need him to stop putting his hands on me and then lying about it i have no phone i can't even call you ask me to call my phone right now i don't have a phone because he stepped on it and smashed it for the third time in a row and he's punching me in the back cheetos like all over the house so is that is that what is that what this operation was from because you don't have your phone is that correct yes correct for the third time for the third time he smashed it let me see what the i don't have any supposed to be delivered today okay he broke it for the third time okay did he tell you that it's supposed to be delivered today he told me it was supposed to be delivered today but i don't believe him and i feel like i'm being isolated out so that i can't why would you say you don't believe him if he's telling you it's being delivered today it's the third time he's broke it it's the third time he's broke my phone and i have lacerations all over my body okay but he just said his the phone you said the phone was being delivered today yes so she broke her own phone i'm not smashing her [ __ ] $900 please look at me as a woman we went to okay to this house she's been drinking all night long she's on she's not taking her meds she takes prozac she's been in and out of rehab and now she's just i'm an alcoholic but he's trying to make it seem like he's not beating me and he's feeding me and i can't take it anymore i swear to god okay just because i'm an alcoholic doesn't mean i deserve a she fell on the stairs the other day and my son has been poking her if there's any bruises for me it's on her arms right here from restraining there is no beating there's no hitting she's been kicking she's been throwing stuff all over the house she had fallen down those stairs yesterday she had fell down those stairs and tumbled the other day okay do you call and this is all from did you call that day not today it was earlier this morning it was for like like we were getting ready for super bowl getting prepared and she is just ranting about this [ __ ] phone and she kept she smashed the lamp today where is that marks on you from the scar i don't know um so she smashed the computer she smashed two laces that were over here and this is stuff that's like being thrown at me like i'm standing over here and this is physically being thrown at did um i mean look at my freaking neck dude like she is just falling all over the place blaming me for not falling over she can't even hit she got in the car earlier she was going to try to go to verizon i'm like you're going to get a dui don't [ __ ] drive or you're going to hit the house please look at me as a woman please we went to horizon we have please believe me as a woman please used it to strangle me and every time that i complained about getting heat he um and where is that do you have any marks on you from the scarf i don't know if i have any marks i have lots of back do you need no i'm saying but you said it happened this morning okay do you need any medical attention for that do you feel no i didn't black out or anything but because i don't see i don't see any marks or anything on you right at this moment so it's not me asking if you need any medical attention or anything like that yeah no i just um he keeps saying that i'm falling all over the place but i'm not falling all over the place i'm getting hit very bad okay we can give you some resources for that where um do you have keys to get in there or i know where the um i know where the um emergency key is no one's there her parents have kicked her out a couple times she's not part of that problem i can't the thing is is that when people become alcoholics then people don't believe them that they're getting mistreated and i'm being mistreated and i can't have somebody beating the [ __ ] out of me just because i'm an alcoholic i don't feel happy or proud about having a drinking problem but i really don't want to get the [ __ ] kicked out of me anymore yeah no one's saying that nobody should have the [ __ ] kicked out of them anymore like i have welts in my back have you gotten those checked out mm- i got the last night do you want the paramedics to come and check those out that might be a good idea and if you have to go to the hospital for anything for that yeah okay i'll call bond judge in the morning about 8 or 9:00 okay tell you well okay i was being assaulted by the officer okay that's something they you do in court her version of the story and then when you see the judge you'll be able to let him so here is what i do want to tell you it is important since we're talking in a hospital room sure so i am an alcoholic and so right we understand that so i am going to detox i'm going to detox very badly because i went to a very bad relapse so if i go to jail without being under medical supervision that's something that the jail has they also have registered nurses that work there as well okay understood can i just walk out with you absolutely not i'll take this with the bathroom you need to go to the bathroom you can go to the bathroom i will allow you to leave the door open for me if it's just this i don't master bag set wow [Music] that was not i know i know like i said you weren't there so it's if it's her word against mine i didn't do that okay i was getting what you're saying well here's what the case is the police officer writes the report they call the judge the judge is the one that approves the charge it's not a conviction it's just a charge everything including the body camera footage and everything will be added into the case this is not going to be solved tomorrow understood okay but again i do need to be monitored for the detox that's something because it is as soon as we get it is very severe is it okay if i cuff you on the wrist is that um well may i just walk out i will not i can i can't trust you it's not turn around it's it's not you it's not personal it's just understood more so just for policy um so the withdrawal is already set in is it better for me to stay here though to have them monitor they released you so they
