Police were called to Brother's Bar on Water Street for a disturbance involving a highly intoxicated man. Staff report the man had grabbed an employee by the throat and refused to leave. That man was 61-year-old Don Macowski, former Green Bay Packers quarterback. [Music] really like. >> Okay. You got an ID on you, man? >> Huh? >> You had an ID on you? >> Sure. >> All right. Can you see it, please? >> Yes. [Music] >> Inside, the bartender says Macowski and another man started shoving each other near the bar. When she tried to separate them, Macowski grabbed another employee by the throat, leaving a red mark. staff quickly intervened and escorted him outside. >> What was he doing? >> What was he doing? >> So, one of my employees was in here with her friends. He was trying to grab her ass. I don't know the full story. I just saw him getting escorted out. Um, but he apparently tried to hit one of my bartenders. He tried to choke them. Um, but then he kept trying to touch me. I told him I'm going away from touch me. I push him. Um, no, none of us want in. Um, I have people in here who have information. I just know that I was in the front bar and he pushed me. Um, so I hopped over the bar and he tried. >> So I walk over, you go a ramp, right? And he's like party locks with one of our car. Um, I go over, I tell him to go out, he says no and he like starts getting physical and then so then I push him a little bit. I like try and like towards the door and then yeah, he start I got the mark still. I think you can see it. >> Yeah. Um, yeah, he tried to choke me so I I threw him to the ground and then pretty much pulled him out is what happens. >> And how are you tonight? >> Yeah. >> So basically he was in physical with someone else. >> He was Yeah, he was already I so like uh Tristan came over. He got me. Um, I walk over to him. He was already with someone else. I don't I don't know what happened before that, right? He told him to get out. He wouldn't. And then he started seriously started choking me out. >> He told him to get out. >> We told him to get out and then he said no. And he like started shoving one. And then I like pushed him back a bit and then he unreal, man. I'm just Man, so bad. >> Take that ID. >> It's so bad, man. I was trying I was trying to be like I was with a bunch of friends that were trying to be like whatever. >> Yeah, that'd be a great name. [Music] You're fine. [Music] >> All right. What? So, what happened to the bar tonight? [Music] Do you remember what happened in the bar tonight? >> Okay. >> Well, then what happened in the bar tonight? >> Obviously, there's a reason we're here, right? >> Of course. >> Yeah. So, so what happened in the bar tonight? [Music] Okay. Well, I'm listen I'm trying to understand what's I've been asking. >> Hey, tell you, man. >> Um, >> okay. So, I used to be a starting quarterback for the Bring Packers. >> Okay. Right. >> That doesn't matter. >> Doesn't matter. But I'm I'm doing a big appearance here tomorrow like at a bunch of places. And this was my first stop, like just saying hello to all the fans. And I said hello to all the fans. And there was a couple fans that like were very jealous boyfriends and they didn't like me and they [ __ ] got really aggressive. >> Okay. >> ID back. >> I don't want I don't want to be aggressive, dude. I'm like, >> and I came up here. >> So, I don't want to be any aggressive, dude. I'm I'm I'm 61 years old, dude. I was like, >> he was getting pretty physical with like everybody else. >> He was with the one I I remember. Oh, that's >> cuz I saw I was back there and I saw it and I came up here and told him to go back there and deal with it. >> So, it was just with someone else. I don't Yeah, >> at first you know they were just pushing again pushing at first or what? >> They were pushing at first. >> Okay. >> So I was working about that part. I'm not sure that they could be a conversation. I saw them kind of pushing each other and so I tried to pull my arm around. I was like, "Hey sir, you need to go back out and kept going." So I walked around the car to like go like ask him to leave and then he started first he like grabbed me on the hip and then I kind of like tried to push him and then he pushed me and then he was pushing me and pushing me and pushing me and then they started going at it again and I was in the middle and he kept just pushing me and shoving me to the side and everything and then I had some other co-workers step in and help some other customers and such. So >> wait, what was the question? Those guys said he was pushing. >> No, he left. That's >> okay. >> How you doing, man? >> Yeah. And so he's going to be banned from here. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Okay. So I try and like get out of bed, right? each other. >> And I'm doing an interference here uh this this weekend and I came here tonight and uh a lot of the guys got really jealous of me in here and they got it pretty I just want to be nice to everybody. >> That's what happened pretty much. Did you push anyone or anything? Did you push anyone? >> Hell no, man. >> Dude, I'm I'm 61 years old. I want to be nice to everybody, but like, dude, I'm I'm [ __ ] um >> Are you out here with anyone tonight or is it just you? >> Sorry. >> Are you out here with anyone tonight or is it just you? >> I'm out here tonight for myself, but a couple friends. A couple friends are here that are driving me tonight. So, I have to drive. >> Okay. Yeah, but I mean I don't want to be mean to anybody. And there was a couple guys that were really really aggressive to me. Like I guess they were jealous because their girlfriends were like, "Yeah, saying [ __ ] about me." Like >> whatever. I'm cute for whatever. And there was a couple guys that got really aggressive with me, man. They [ __ ] knocked me down, man. I was like, "Hey, >> well, did they knock you down or did you fall down?" They [ __ ] No, they [ __ ] knocked me down. >> Okay, cuz you seem pretty unsteady on your feet right now. >> Yeah, this is what I do when I was in quarterback. When I was in the shotgun, all I do is go like this. I'm not unsteady, man. These dudes, man. These dudes. These dudes. I I don't want to blame anybody, man. I don't want to get anybody in trouble, but So he basically was kind of pushing and shoving with some other like other customer in there and then one of the bar staff kind of tried separating and then he went over and started like pushing her to get away and then another guy came over to try separating it and he went over just grabbed onto his neck. He said it didn't. The guy said it didn't hurt, but there's a mark, a red mark on his neck. Didn't consent to it. And then they basically just squirted him out. >> Donald, what's your plan for tonight? >> Huh? >> What's your plan for tonight? >> I don't have any plan. I would just like to be >> Where are you staying tonight? I'm staying in the hotel not too far, man. I have a Uber driver picking me up. >> I got a few friends here. So, what do you what would you like to do? >> I mean, >> he's for sure banned from here. >> You could easily do >> um I also just wanted to add something else. When I was in there, I also worked here. Um and he came up and he was like commenting on something. My manager told me to come tell you guys, but he was like commenting on like a little girl's headscarf, my headscarf, and like touching everybody. Um so, that's pretty much it. I just wanted to more like sexual touching stuff like that. It was not like physical like aggressive. It was just more like hey you're like you know what I mean towards me and other >> so what would you like to do? >> I mean would you just sight him or would you just bring him in or you just leave a ride? I think uh what we could do is if he has a ride, we could sight and uh have the Uber bring him to his hotel or um you know, we could sight them, bring them away from Water Street and then have an Uber pick them up. But by the time, >> you want to start working on that? >> How far out is your Uber? >> I haven't ordered yet. It would be like very close by. I mean, my hotel is really close. >> So, they Yeah, they banned you for tonight. >> Sounds like No, that's what Yeah, the brother's bar. They banned you for tonight. >> So, um it might be a good idea for you just to call it a night. So, if you want to give that Uber a call, >> I'll call it a night, but I know nothing about being bad. >> Yeah, it's their choice. Yeah. >> Hey, I'll call it a night. Yeah, I know nothing about being >> so my partner just has a little bit of paperwork for you, but if you want to call that Uber, that would be appreciated. >> Y >> Macowski was cited for disorderly conduct, a noncriminal offense. Yeah. >> All right. >> We got We got a car right here. We'll get you there. No problem. Thank you. >> Okay. Thanks. >> He's uh locked out of his phone. It'll be best just to get him back to his hotel. He's staying at the Best Western. >> So, if you want to just bring him drop him off at the Best Western, give him this ticket and then um if you want, Chisel can can call you over there, but he's been he's been real decent with us. >> On the way, he told officers he was jumped, claiming jealous boyfriends targeted him because he used to be an NFL player. >> Oh, I need I have nothing else from you. >> Okay. Okay. What's this? >> You need to do some research. I don't know who I am. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> You good? >> Okay. Any other questions? Okay.
