up on April 17th 2024 officers responded to a disturbance in Ohio where a verbal altercation between a group of individuals almost escalated into a dangerous incident the situation quickly became tense as police arrived on the scene dealing with the possibility of weapons and escalating aggression give your hands up you just throw away over there just came just came came your hands your back your hands your back come over here man back all right all right going to walk right to this car got any weapons on me nothing yeah it here it is [Applause] yeah she did I got I got a knife I got a knife hey search her put her put her right in front of your car and we're going to search her real good step back away from the car so the camera can pick you up and you're going to search the [ __ ] out of you got a camera they threw it in a dumpster officers quickly take control of the situation detaining a man and a woman involved in the altercation the woman is searched after she reveals she had a knife the officers clear the area and begin questioning those involved making sure everyone remains calm and Cooperative a search of the woman's belongings reveals no immediate threats we just came from a baby walk and we ate some food and we start walking okay fig go figure it out hang tight for me all right we're probably going to have to get a hold of somebody up the yde to unlock [Applause] at I mean we could bend it out of there you just got to bend it bend it backwards take Fu they just just again walking she was carrying that bag so she threw the bag and all down in there one in pipe she was carrying this is there anything in there just food hope I don't kill myself [ __ ] I don't know if I can get my leg up that High s call the trash truck and have him dump it over pull my leg up you guys got me yeah people over here videotaping and [ __ ] the woman denies having anything of significance stating that her belongings had been thrown into a dumpster the officers continued to investigate dealing with the tense crowd that had gathered around officers also make sure to secure the area and keep the situation from escalating further particularly as there are concerns about a possible firearm the people that got out of the car might have more they just started coming after us we just got out of the baby and started eating take this CU off for your knife you don't grab anything you don't try understand we really were just eating some else for Facebook post around up the car crush your feet CR your feet all right so tell me what's going on man so we were just walking for car we got sheeg with ultrasound okay and um and then so they were they just got out of the CL they thought I I thought I on Facebook but then they just they tried to fight and they're trying to fight okay hey re I'm want to cff her in the front she's pregnant so hey man you want to step out here for me are you pregnant should have told me that before I'm sorry take you okay the man involved in the altercation claims that they had been walking back from a baby appointment when they were confronted by the group tensions rise as he explains that they were unaware of the conflict Brewing before they arrived at the scene despite his attempt to explain the officers are focused on ensuring they control the situation especially with reports of potential Firearms she's pregnant yeah I love you so what happened to the gun I don't know anything don't know anything okay the court of law you have the right to an attorney if you cannot afford attorney one will be appointed to you do you understand your rights can I ask a question um if he gets arrested in my like I don't care if he hold my hand back what is it if um he get arrested or I get arrested or anything can like I give we'll set that up talk to me at all or staying quiet okay got outat like they said we're going to get like we're going to get a gun and switch you up yeah that was my I all right man give me your first name Cadence last name okay I like talk to before I go like before not right now the woman is detained and questioned further while officers deal with the chaotic environment they confirmed that there had been no immediate threat of gun violence though it was unclear whether one of the individuals had a firearm the officer's priority is to ensure everyone is safe and the investigation continues having ran him through thisp 4 something you sure want talk these guys you really want to go down for this 22 weeks pregnant you really want to go down for this or you want to tell the truth cuz I mean they don't carry the way but you know I I want you to tell the truth you to can you what can I to him no you can't talk to him but like what what's going on right now if you don't talk to us and tell us the truth you both are going to be with this you understand that's a felony or twoo right do you have a felony do you want a felony so why don't you just tell the truth are you trying to protect him you just want to talk to him well I can't let that happen because you haven't been Cooperative with me I need some cooperation not been I've not no you haven't but you're not telling me anything you know what I mean I'm I'm trying to help you out you know what I mean I want to help you out but I you're timeing my hand find my back by not talking I'm not forcing you to talk you know what I mean that's your right you don't have to talk to me but do you really want to charge them okay last chance now officers speak to three people they suspect got into the argument with the couple right now he's got a gun in his white guy I got a Bader you don't know what I got I get a car about the gun that's for your protection I'm not that's what I said I'm getting out the car so I don't get the woman now under arrest attempts to communicate with the officers but remains mostly quiet the officers inform her of her rights and explain the charges she is facing at the same time they question the man trying to gather more details about the earlier altercation and to verify the information provided by all parties [Music] involved what's your first name was five people arguing one with a gun they didn't say who had it so when you're jumping out of a car after do what there you go put on the back like I told you it don't matter man you jump out of the car like that we don't know who's got a gun you end up getting shot 7 854 believe it's the Springer 9 caliber you got to get to Jackson take care of your warant sometime dude it's just going to follow you around forever help a no little boy gun oh he did have a gun all right you guys are good to go 14729 what's up the situation settles as the officers continue to investigate the events that led to the disturbance the woman and man are both being charged with receiving stolen property and there are concerns that further charges may be forthcoming based on additional information gathered the officers also hint that more charges may be added depending on the ongoing investigation [Music] you have a question oh officer unit 47 number contct stolen property what what's he being charged with they're both you're both being charged with rece stolen property was the gun stol I mean there could be convicted convicted of been convicted ofas violence or J I have um May my record um that's like about 2 years old um a that's like about a year old and that's it so that should be all you get cuz you can get more charges when you're in possession if you're likeed F or whatever we or disability and all that but you don't have anything that nothing that you're telling me that makes you Under Disability so just be receive [Music] S I can't answer about him he's a record then he could the same he could have more chares coming later [Applause] and there's a chance you may walk out of here in a minute they say not going take it and if that happens you just get D for the see proper that's both individuals are charged with receiving stolen property with the potential for further charges as the investigation progresses the woman who is pregnant faces additional concerns as her involvement in
