on March 14th 2024 officers responded to a domestic battery at Orlando International Airport the suspect damaged the victim's phone and plac their hands around the victim's throat during an argument hands two do me a favor come over here who this is my best friend that's your best friend and that's her ex-girlfriend and her ex-girlfriend was using her phone to check out at the to get food she has Apple p and [ __ ] and she seen a text pop on her phone that she didn't like even though they broke up how long ago who saw who saw the text she saw the text on her phone yeah and she like smashed the [ __ ] out of the phone like it's completely broken we can't get our fight now and um then she choked her up and tackled her how did she choke her she was sitting right here like that at at this end and she ran over and grabbed her by her neck and and SL her down can you um go to the com Center and see if they got video in the verbal you got plenty here that said I'm going to [ __ ] kill you [ __ ] did you ask see you already going to go check we if you camera number get you on so you saw the whole thing right yeah are hey are you doing okay are you doing okay do you need any medical attention I can't hear you he said no yor okay you not heard anywhere or anything can you can you tell this so embarrassing camera hey Andy you got any statements in your back I can't do nothing with that it's literally smashed and all of our plan tis are on there can't what our flights are nothing hey what's your what's your relationship to this person she's my ex-girlfriend ex-girlfriend the whole reason we came out here together is just cuz she was there she was there with my family and we all were like oh we're going to go to Florida that's it we have not been together we didn't have sex we didn't do anything this whole trip she going um hey and that's that's the person can you that's the person to put their their hands on you how did what did they do um she was yelling at me and she threw my phone and we were like I was sitting here and she kept getting my face getting my my face and then she just she was making herself more Angry she's like oh you're this you're that you're you're nasty you're disgusting and I'm like like calm down stop like I don't want to do this and she's like oh I hate you I hate you I'm going to kill you and just get that okay so when they got physical what happened I laid down and stopped you said you laid down she pushed me down and I didn't do anything okay so she push you down and then what happened she push you down she's start talking no I want to hear from her thank you she pushed me down with her hands on her my neck and I just lay there how did she do when she put her hands around her neck how did she do it grabbed it grabb did you lose Consciousness or anything no no okay then when did she stop like what stopped that set of a minut I grabbed her hand some took her off you grabbed her hand I just closed my eyes started crying so she pushed you so she pushed you down choked you and then your friend grabbed her your friend grabbed her hands and that's how she got off of you I didn't see I closed my eyes but I knew somebody got her off of me okay all right did you see did you see any of it or you just heard sitting over there um in the midd part I saw when he she picked her phone up we went to the seat first and then kept the wall she was just sitting here and then she just kept like walking away coming back over here and then they see know she did something to like her neck and then walked away came back and just like slamed on the seat and you know I ran over here cuz was like what the [ __ ] I don't know yeah I was sitting over there I don't know that okay all right you were going to fill out a statement for us about what you saw okay so we'll get some more in a second hey man you guys got any like ID on you or anything I personally she does it she has mine okay you have yours she has it in her wallet okay is her wallet on her person yeah should be so I'll get that later um and then as far as like the nature of your relationship man how how long were you guys dating 2 years 2 years how long ago have you guys been like ex like how long have you guys been separated 3 months for 3 months okay but you you didn't even start hanging out until just a week ago after the 3 months okay so you guys have been separated for 3 months but you dated for 2 years you said okay we got to go hold on let me this please proceed to the information located bre you guys want to rest your stuff there have a seat um TSA and us we're two separate entities they're Federal we're state so we have nothing we have no um connection to any of their computer systems and vice versa have a seat it what's going on bro that's my that's that's a shorty of mine I found out she was cheating on me we got in a loud argument that's why these people is over that's it that's all so y'all weren't fighting no we weren't fighting you got ID yeah let me see it crazy what time's your flight supposed to be uh 6:00 p.m. tomorrow you don't no we're good that's my girl we're here together I just found out some crazy [ __ ] and we got into a heated argument it's over it's not that de what you say your flight 6 tomorrow morning I'm good man stay seated stay seated what is going on we'll figure it all out here in a minute your man didn't have to gra M cooperate next time you say put your hands behind you ain't got to yoke me up and all that [ __ ] you know what I'm saying all this is ridiculous the [ __ ] was cheating on I'm sure y'all can understand like of course I'm a bug out like of course I am what's going on right now man I'm trying to find out what is going on my partner's talking to your girlfriend and I'm just here with you what is that paperwork we'll find out in a second I'll explain all that that is awesome you want talk to her officer yeah I haven't done it yet you see me here the whole time yeah okay all right yeah what's up freaking out yeah well I mean at this point there's we just got to you know um follow the procedures you know for this kind of kind of thing I understand what did the cop even tell you I can't come in on that yeah so we just got to wait till my partner he's um they they pretty much going to wrap up in the office or whatever and then they'll come out and let me let me know what's up all right so brother black sister I'll tell you I got I got here my girlfriend and I came out here on the trip right and then you were uh I was going through her phone you well that's pretty much the same story that that's what that's the story that um that she was saying so um she pretty much explained everything already that happened or whatever she explain it to you so like I said I don't know I don't know I don't know so like I said just um just just hang tight and I'm not going to lie I pushed her just hang tight I didn't beat her up just hang tight just hang tight it's hang tight all right it should it shouldn't be too long from now it shouldn't be too long from now all right let me know if it's yeah number I just want I'm very scared I don't know what's going on I'm going to any I'm not going to bother like that but be honest what's going to happen right now that's the thing I don't know because it all depends on what they what they um they're they're working on
