On August 15th, 2025, officers were dispatched to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport after a passenger reported that their Apple AirPods were stolen. >> It's still showing in that area. Like every time I get close to it, it would say, "Oh, your stuff is nearby." >> And you want me to take me to it? >> Uh I walked over there. I went I went downstairs and I went back up here. One of those customer service places opened the door and she just walked in and said, "Somebody don't want their AirPods." >> How did you lose them? >> I was like sitting down over here by the training door and like one of the corners and I got up, went to the restroom and then like I didn't like I was looking for my AirPods and I'm like, "Okay, so they must be back." And then I thought they fell out, they must be back over here. >> Where at? Show Show me where at. >> Yeah. >> So I can we can look at the cameras and find them. Come here. >> Hello, how are you doing? >> Pretty good. Did you find some AirPods? >> What's that? >> Did you find some AirPods? >> Yeah. >> You did find them? >> Yeah. >> Where did you find them at? >> Yeah, I found them on the floor at the >> Well, come here. >> Yeah, that's somewhere here. It was just on the floor there and I was like I think maybe a passenger left his AirPods cuz most times they usually like sometimes they leave folks around and all that stuff. But he picked my up cuz but he was using You see you do see the dilemma in this. >> Yeah, I see it. >> Right? Like it it'd been different if I I showed showed up and you were like, "Oh yeah, I got them right here." and he he handed them to me and >> Yeah. >> and you wouldn't have been using. You see what I'm saying? When you're when you've paired up to them you're talking on the phone with it. >> I see that. Yeah, I see that. >> You see what I'm saying? >> Yeah, I understand. >> All right, so >> so to me using the earbuds, you paired it with your phone, right? To use your earbud his is earbuds. That shows intent that you're you're taking them. You see what I'm saying? >> I understand but I was just trying to see if he was walking around when I saw the earbuds on the floor. It was probably a different thing if I took it from his bag but I should have given it to like the lost and found people. >> Yeah, yeah, absolutely. Now I think it would have been totally different if you'd have been like, "Hey man, I've got these earbuds." You hadn't used them. I found them. Here you go. Never have I imagined myself. I don't take people's stuff. I don't I If you look at my history, it's clean. I don't do stuff. I don't do stuff, so But, I don't know so good on my team.
