Yeah. All the way off >> here. >> I'm good. That's yours. >> Say DC. I say DC. All right. >> On Tuesday, December 24th, 2024, the quiet evening in Lincoln County, Wisconsin, took an unexpected turn. At around 8:05 p.m., Robert called 911 from the Moose Run Motel on Southgate Drive, reporting that a woman named Chelsea had entered his apartment and was acting out of control. What started as Robert trying to help someone in need quickly turned into a situation that required officers to step in. >> Hi. >> Hi. Uh this girl named Chelsea, you're probably familiar with her. >> Chelsea. >> Okay. >> Okay. Um she was at the homeless shelter and I got her a job at the corner mark. >> Okay. >> Okay. Working with me. So, I'm training her right now. But she got kicked out of the uh our sister's house tonight and she came over and just really nothing violent, but she was, you know, tossing stuff and all this and just talking out of her mind. So, it kind of freaked me out. And then she she can't find her phone that I just bought for her. So, she took my phone, put in her. >> So, what's your name? >> But okay. Are you staying? >> Yeah. >> In 12 also. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Well, she's not staying with us. She just got kicked out. She came over and this >> Okay. >> So, I just want to know. >> What's your first name? >> Chelsea. >> What's your first name? >> I don't remember. >> Okay. >> So, I don't know what she's got on her or anything. >> So, you think she's using drugs or something tonight? >> She came in earlier today on something. I drove her back to the shelter and picked up a chair I ordered. Um cuz I had my stuff deliver and uh and she walked back said something like I got kicked out and she's been crazy ever since. So >> Okay. So they probably kicked her out cuz she's using something. >> I have no idea. >> Okay. >> Did she come in in her vehicle? >> No. >> Just get my foot. >> She was in front of the crushes or something. >> Okay. All right. I'll go talk to Mike here and I'll >> I don't know what he's doing in there or if the place is in one piece or not. >> Okay. >> After speaking with Robert outside, the officers entered the room to evaluate the situation and speak directly with Chelsea. >> I got >> Hi, Chelsea. >> Hi. >> How's it going? >> It's going okay. >> You okay? >> Yeah. Come on in, I guess. >> What's going on? >> The room and I was just but I have nowhere else to stay. I got kicked out of my halfway house. >> Okay. I was feeling uncomfortable. So he said he was going to go for a walk and now you guys are here. >> Yep. That's my walk. >> You were uncomfortable. >> Yeah. In the situation in here and he decided to go for a walk and send the story. >> Why was I uncomfortable? I don't know. You tell me why a second time today. >> You see the way I just wanted to undress and get some of my layers off. I felt uncomfortable. >> I don't know what to tell you. >> I don't know what to tell you. >> Is there another room or somewhere available that I can stay here because I have nowhere else to go. I'm in a homeless shelter and he volunteers there. >> Can I have my phone back or is it stony? Excuse me. >> How would you know there's a phone in my crotch? Let's start with that. >> Let's start with Where's his phone? >> I don't know. He's got 100 mill in here. Here's one. He keeps taking mine. >> I didn't take >> I don't know where mine is. >> It is not my phone. Go ahead and try to turn that on. >> Oh, no. That's the the one that didn't hit my vape. >> It's just a vape. Thank you. >> Okay. >> Do you have some ID with you at all? >> Uh hopefully I do. Did I get it? at this point. >> He's got in the back. >> Here's my ID. >> So, do you have like friends or family in the area? >> No, I don't. I'm homeless. I have nobody. >> How did you end up here? >> Nobody. I said he volunteers at a shelter. I would got kicked out of the shelter tonight. >> Like, how did you end up in Tomahawk? I live here. >> Like you have a Michigan driver. >> Yeah, I understand that. That's not the issue. >> So you just like randomly >> No, I'm homeless. >> Land in Tomahawk, >> I guess. So a plane just dropped me from a drone now. I just like to go home. This is ridiculous. >> And where is home for you? >> Home is where I lie in my head. I need somewhere to sleep instead of this >> on you by chance. >> No, I I bought pizza. I've been spending money. There's my medication that I take my effects there. I have a creep staring at me and it's ridiculous. >> Again, do I have to go my pursuit of happiness route >> 190? >> Cuz I'm I'm my pursuit of happiness and y'all like this isn't cool. It's crossing the boundaries. >> What's your pursuit of happiness, bro? What does that mean? Tell me. >> It doesn't matter. It's not something. >> Okay, we'll get your stuff. Do you have his phone? >> Don't be aggressive with me. No, I do not have this phone. >> Go pursue happiness. >> Well, is there a room I can pursue happiness in? >> I don't know. >> Well, I don't know either. >> Go find out. >> I don't know. You find out. I I have a place to sleep tonight. >> I don't I'm homeless. >> Okay, >> we're going to do this, huh? >> So, you're getting short with me and you want to pursue the happiness. >> I don't have a phone. >> I paid for a room for >> No, you didn't. You won't do anything for me right now. >> What? >> Do you have my phone? >> No, I don't have your phone. >> Then pay for the room and leave me alone. I don't care about my phone. Keep my phone. Keep my ID. >> I bought it for you. Why would I take >> Shut up. Exactly. >> He is trying to leave you alone. He doesn't want you. >> Yeah. Can you pay for the room and leave in or I can go to another room and leave? >> This is his room here. >> If you have money, then you >> He said he'd pay a room for me. So, do I stutter? >> You stay here. >> Stutter. Did I >> Why don't you get your stuff together? >> Why don't you shut the Stop being aggressive. >> Okay. How about I just arrest you? >> How about you just step outside and gather my things and he can wait and watch me pack my things? Well, >> it's a two guy thing. You feel me? >> Yeah. You can leave. Well, >> I want my shoes on. Like, I'm not leaving. >> Put your shoes on. >> Stop trying to light my eyes. >> I was trying to get at the floor. >> Um, >> put your shoes on and go somewhere else. >> You want to pay for a room then? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I don't think Kate [ __ ] right now. >> I know. That's what I was just thinking. >> You know what I mean? I'm trying. I'll pay for it when >> I didn't have my phone. I can call him. >> Stop doing the thing. Please. You're going to get a seizure. I don't know how many times I tell you. >> Where's uh >> How many times have I got to tell you about the light? >> Do you have any time any idea where his phone could be? >> I want y'all to find the show light here. You see the light? Where's the light? >> Wow, look at that. >> Look at that. Imagine that. >> I'm not making anything easier. Ch. No. >> I don't know why you're paying for room for Well, I know. I've done everything I possibly came for. >> You haven't done a damn thing for me. Harass me. >> Harass. Yes, I have Russian in me. Imagine that. >> Job. I mean, I >> I'm allowed to speak Russian, am I not? >> Okay. Thank the Lord. >> You can say whatever you want. >> Do you got the money for the room, B? >> I have money for the room. >> You want to touch me some more, B? >> What? >> Don't start that. >> I'm going to go that route, huh? >> Yeah.
