so how you going to tell me how I feel
you can't tell me that I'm
drunk conversating Unfortunately they
could they could deny you the flight all
right you you are intoxicated cuz you're
you're visibly intoxicated okay how so
I'm not like this like
[Music]
how 56 in early 2021 an Orlando flight
heading to New York was delayed
passengers were upset and Orlando police
were called to the terminal to calm down
the crowd what happens next next is
passenger Chelsea Alston leading
officers on a chase of her motorized
luggage throughout the
terminal hey swee can
help so what's up started with the
flight I'm not sure what happened but by
the time I got involved people were
yelling screaming we had almost a
riot crying on the airplane and shaking
too okay yeah they were uh is this a
delayed flight it is so little drink it
Drinker everything's delayed yeah I got
you that kind of all right you just want
me to stand by as the playing boards you
can obviously I know your priority once
that once that thing gets up in the air
you're on your own all right yeah no
problem I'll hang tight I'm just I'm
just going to bring my bike around all
right oh I'm sorry you need to talk I
have no
idea a police officer Excuse Me Miss I'm
just going to scut through here through
30 should be lined up I promise I'm not
cutting I'm not getting on the
plan

[Music]
you 187 goom you cancel my back B want
me to standby as the plan boards
you I'll be at
the uh
okay
[Music]
everybody excuse me
pardon
no that's what
up where's this flight to
oh yeah I didn't say nothing no I
know I need everyone to take a step back
last time please take a step back
please respect the other person's space
thank you ladies and Gentlemen please
step away from the door please give them
some space step away from the door thank
you give them some
space everybody just
are we good here are we good here yes
okay thank I think as long as I'm
between you guys and them'll be okay
we're all annoyed our at 11:00 11 I know
I know crazy day lots of
weather it's not your fault it's not
your fault it's
not we just all want to get home
frustrating for everyone they're on
their last fuse you guys are fed up but
they're getting paid for this we're not
so chill the [ __ ] out it is true it is
true we try this one more time guys I
family
family there will not be any exception
before you come to only to adults okay
thank you
guys money oh my
God so other than this Orlando is cool
right you guys like Orlando it's a lot
of fun oh okay you're leaving visi my
mother-in-law have fun that time yes
okay yeah us too I've lived a lot of
places I do like Florida the most so a
little biased we just want to have a
good spring break there you go so you're
leaving for spring break see most people
are going back from no it's cuz we're
paying for night so right now we're
being charg for no reason we're not even
there yet we're being chared $300 a
night yeah we're T students we're broke
are up not it's
not just relax you guys all boarding
passes right you'll all get on the plane
you all got boarding passes the plane
leaves at the same time doesn't really
matter when who gets on it right we're
just so annoyed cuz like the bartender
didn't want to serve us and we're sober
as [ __ ] and he said no to us like bro
we've been here since 11:00 and you
don't want to serve us we're pissed did
you come at him like bra though
no definitely
not we had one drink and he you know
what he had he like we can't serve you
anymore we're like bro we had one
[ __ ] drink do I look drunk to you no
I'm sober as [ __ ] I got you
I'm I can't even have a [ __ ] drink
I'm 24 years old I look 12 but still I'm
17 you
20 that would be
me I need everyone and have family
borderline please step back and respect
the person's
privacy just give a little give a little
space it a big I remember though you
know like talk about who holds the cards
though right she holding the car and she
got the plane so let's relax I
don't they don't do a you know crowds
and people today's been a kind of hectic
day for them she might need you know
take a break after this or something she
need a
drink maybe she already has maybe that's
a
prom EXP
what is going on let's get
[Applause]
on why they not allowing them to get on
with the baby I don't know hopefully
they figure it out
quickly what is she say I don't know
like I said it's all going to leave at
the same time right so what is it what
did she say well they didn't have the
boarding passes yeah that'd be a problem
that be a
[Music]
problem they must well lost it you know
with the delay I guess cuz you I know
they had it or else you can't get T
through TSA right they only had eight
hours to get them no more than that we
got to have it to get over here TSA
won't let you through without a boarding
pass so yeah but I don't get what that
why they it's all right no it's not cuz
I want to see what my my grand God like
I said the flight's going to leave the
same time no matter what right no it's
been to long it's all right well me now
that we've got to this point yeah this
is my family
right
aat I oh no I don't
[Music]
know come on
I they're getting they're getting them
going oh my
God never my
life wi Wii
wh I'm
n well she originally called be but I
don't know what she was
doing
we're say 50% of you guys have been
bored since I showed up I think that's
what it looks
like I'm 17 I can't I was wondering if
you
[Music]
worth I'm going to take one 30 only
please through 30
like 1 b 1 b 1 through 30 come on that's
us thanks for sing Oh no problem I
didn't have a
choice but but
still you have a great night good flight
okay that always happens when they get
the
[Music]
you're doing good you're doing great
with me at the gate
but I'm looking around I'm thinking I'm
thinking you're like the Sassy
one just don't get sassy with them
flight I think you're
good your
own for the person that's rning
the 8
978 repeating
18978 you're fine you're fine it's a big
group no worries
[Music]
[Music]
well God bless you Andrew thank you you
got to deal with [ __ ] like me you're
fine I don't think you guys are an issue
just uh you know keep calm with the the
fight tenants everything will be all
right
[Music]

[Music]
toia Sor
back I feel
hey
Mar 101
thank
you thank you
[Music]
right
now I don't want no beef I'm just trying
to go home and enjoy myself I'm trying
to go home see that
but I've been here for hour yeah it
happens drinking here for hour yeah bad
weather got to do something right I
don't know what we going to blame watch
out your uh your whip there is
my now the problem you've been drinking
H yeah come on over how many hours have
I been waiting I don't know how many
hours you been waiting you know you know
the difference between the hours and
what my fight was you see it hand on the
to my together yeah my and that's one
the people I my family's on the plate so
how long have you been drinking drinking
for like 2 hours well that's the problem
you can put you on the plane and
toxicated you know that right I don't
know that but if you going to hold me
back I've been being held back this
whole time I'm not going to distract
nobody I'm just going to go home I want
to go home I know I've been waiting this
whole time for the safety of the f
I've been drinking for like 30 minutes
Miss I'm not that what I want to get
home
I that's only reason why I was drinking
I never been
drinking her husband and their
kid I got to stay
behind can I get a me so we can pay care
you it's like you you telling me how I
feel I you didn't give me a bre l or
nothing
I weing
foram
[Music]
ramz yes I would never been over I just
want to go home like
honest
Tinker tin
they telling me I can't get on the fight
cuz I'm drunk but they never breiz
me but they never breiz me so they don't
know how I feel last name Austin that's
that's that's a lawsuit they can't tell
me how I feel a so how you going to tell
me how I feel you can't tell me that I'm
drunk conversating with Unfortunately
they could they could deny you the
flight all right you are intoxicated cuz
you're you're visibly intoxicated okay
how I'm not like this like how
TI they telling me that I can't get on
the flight yeah it's their decision so
there's really like I don't want to get
into it you know it's like y hold us
back what else we supposed do with tell
me I can't
go that's my battery yeah unfortunately
it's their policy you just can't be that
intoxicated when you fly in a plane okay
I'm not that intoxicated well according
to them they are they made that decision
okay the amount of time I only had two
drinks I got you how could you decide I
didn't only had two drinks well if your
parents you get uh pretty toxicate off
two drinks then so like I said visibly
food it's not about how you feel it's
about how you you you you appear with
the level of intoxication how am I
appearing so well you're kind of swaying
back and forth your eyes are glassy
communicating the alcohol is like
emitting from you you can tell you've
been drinking for a while okay you like
that cuz I have the cup in my hand you
don't that's not in my body my hand no
no even if you're without the cup we can
kind of
tell can't me about the cup now the
Cup's empty right but you still probably
smelling what here I mean I smell like
coming from like when I was just talking
to
you get home I'm tired of feeling so
s say it's okay like you just need to
you just need to like go over to the
terminal so up for a little bit get
another flight go do the
sh well the weather's getting better
though the weather's getting better know
like I got like I just want to go home
I'm not that intoxicated CU y'all to
tell me I can't go home right I'm going
sit there and full go home so what's the
issue I could you tell me that I'm not
good enough to go home but I'm waiting
for hour has nothing to do with being
good enough no one saying you're not
good enough they're saying you're little
little too intoxicate I'm not too
intoxicated to go home the [ __ ] I came
to the go home sir I'm not I'm telling
you not so if y'all think that it's not
true and something I'm not I'm not I
promise
I swear God all right I understand it's
a it's a decision that they made okay
respons by
myself the way I think I feel I'm be
irresponsible by myself that's not
responsible you're like you're ready to
go you got your phone leave me I've been
waiting for hours is your sister going
to stay with you can you call her real
quick for me she's already on the flight
well I don't want you to be alone and
she already hung up you you want me to
be alone cuz she hung up you and not let
me on my flight there's nothing that
stopped me from being on my flight
Austin listen there's nothing that stop
me from on my flight I'm sober enough to
be on my flight down you're being Deni
boing I'm sorry how I this is my first
time talking to you I didn't say nothing
disrespectful to you no you why you feel
like it's not okay for me to get on my
flight you're a very nice young lady so
why do you feel like it's not okay for
me to get on my flight because you're
under influence of alcohol once I know
that and I'm made aware you admitted to
me that you that's not fair and the fact
that me seeing people all these is not
fair no one's hold anything against you
personally it's just you just a little
little too intoxicated that's all it's
personal I'm not intoxicated I want to
go home it's it's not personal though
it's their policies and you cannot tell
me that if you didn't burp me so this is
a lawsuit like what how could you tell
me how I feel Chelsea you can take it
from here yo I swear to God I got to go
to work I need to go home I got to go to
work I understand Chelsea I got to go
home I got to go to work tonight like
yelse I've been out be can you calm down
so this this little this nice lady here
can help you no I'm trying to let y'all
know the discretion
I been had to be home to go to work the
flight got delayed I need to go to work
I need to go home I can't keep sitting
around I need to go home man no no one
could put you on this here flight the
only thing I could get you your flight
is a little bit of time like you just
sto me from taking a flight cuz y over
book you're not stopping me it's not cuz
they're were book sweetie cuz I didn't
do nothing wrong and and this that's not
fair like that's [ __ ] up yo CH I know
you I Almost Say by myself and I already
been saying for hours listen up I no
it's not you can tell me to make me feel
better it's not you can say Tinker they
telling me I can't get on the flight
with y'all CH can just calm down so she
get I can't calm down cuz they not
soling my issue right now they want me
to sit here by myself and wait for
another
flight that's not fair that's gry that's
not fair they doing that cuz they think
they thinking y ain't Tak no bre you
can't tell me how I feel that's [ __ ]
up Tinker what that's [ __ ] up yo I
been with the go that's only I been with
the go
[ __ ]
up that's [ __ ] up
yo that's [ __ ] up can you put me on
another airline I can ref can you put me
on another aine take one Airline
[Music]
na cuz I ain't [ __ ] with y'all saying
yall [ __ ] are trying to play me do you
want
to [ __ ] I need to go home [ __ ] you
think I want to refund listen no y dis
chel calm down
yeah I assulted me I I tried they tried
to get you to calm down I was standing
the whole
time so we're going to refund her ticket
and she's Den I don't want to I just
want to go home I I going to do that all
right CH so here's what's going to
happen they're they're giving you your
money back okay you don't have to do
anything they're going to do that on
their end but to get you a flight now
you have to get back on the tram and
head back to the terminal why would
y'all do that to me I didn't do nothing
to nobody that's not fair I didn't do
nothing me yall why would I do that the
only reason why I was drinking cuz my
fight was delay and I just didn't want
to be mad but y'all making me mad right
now I didn't want to be mad I Wasing I
didn't want to be
mad I didn't want to be mad the point
but y'all making me mad look what y
doing it that's what I was trying to
stay away from but I had no other choice
cuz that's what
the look how yall treating me right now
that's not
fair okay all right shelsea so are are
you going to go back to the terminal I
don't know I supposed to be
go you have to to to get another
ticket he me want to give me a refund
and I can't get on my flight and I was
RA with tin and Renee I had a few drinks
at the bar but I'm not that drunk they
trying to tell me they know how I
feel how can they tell you they know how
you feel they even Breath toize You
n [ __ ] up so I say this whole time I
got a B figure out a new way to get home
Nate they I don't know what to do N I
want to get my money back and I Ain do
nothing disrespectful to nobody n what
I'm supposed to do and the only reason
why I was drank I didn't want to disect
nobody I want to be happy what I'm
supposed to do
now that's [ __ ] up y y [ __ ] y gring
me I don't deserve that all right
Chelsea so here's all you got to do that
either way I understand that right I'm
trying to help I'm trying to help you
you're not trying to help me [ __ ] you
listen you you keep you get you get
frustrated Chelsea and then you and then
you you hurl an insult all right are you
clear I'm trying to help you and and the
insults are not uh they're not helping
you all right you insult me by not
letting me on the flight so the same
difference I'm trying to help you figure
out how to get another flight help me
was trying to help me you make sure I
got home when the flight was be so
you're not trying to I don't have any
Authority for that
okay no no I'm not holding you back okay
I'm I'm just helping you now that's it
just helping you me I get
[Music]
on me for hours that wasn't what I
wanted to do my
S [ __ ] man they don't give a

this is Officer Rona for L peace Park I
was
drink me to here
10:00 yeah I figured as much I want to
go
yes right T I understand
that something like that she's not drunk
so okay so so Tanya let me explain just
explain to you so I work for the Orlando
Police Department I I am not a
representative of Southwest Airlines but
they've made the decision to not let her
fly and so now all she has to do is she
just has to go back to the terminal let
time kind of so her up a little bit and
then she could book the next flight to
Loria
with any Airline she wants but
Southwest so she can another that's
right but the only problem is she's like
a little like disorderly kind of right
now and she doesn't want to just go to
the terminal if you could try to get her
just go to the terminal she can kind of
sober up and then get a flight with any
other Airline and they they're going to
refund her the
money they refund yes I think they
already did something so all she has to
do is go to the terminal disrespect you
I all right here you go
it's your sister she wants to talk to
you here let her sister do it see her
[Music]
sister she got the money she's got to
get another flight that's it
