Don't touch me. You have no no right to touch me. I just touched you. You have no right to touch me. STOP. Y'all trying to take me down. No. I'm too young. I'm too young to go to jail. I DON'T UNDERSTAND. WE DON'T HAVE NOTHING. WE HAVE NO being entitled is not a crime. Not many people will like you for it. Sure. But technically, it shouldn't get you arrested. However, if you combine that with driving under the influence, getting into random fights at school, or crashing into a local fast food joint, you might meet a couple of police officers and their handcuffs. WHY YOU SERIOUS, BRO? I'M GOING THROUGH THE I keep watching to see how some of the most arrogant individuals decided to mess with law enforcement. Oh, and spoiler alert, none of them got away with it. In December of 2023, police officers from Ohio were stopped on a highway by a seemingly distressed young lady. Something appeared to be wrong with one of her tires. Now, you wouldn't expect someone to be brave enough to ask officers for help if they'd been drinking, but here we are. Morning. Are you doing okay? I'm trying to get home. I'm Your car won't start. No. You need a tow? Please. Now, you know, if we tow, it is going to be to your expense. Okay. How much? I don't know. I don't know how much. Uh, they charge. How much have you had to drink today? Literally one drink. That whole bottle drink or what kind of drink? No, one drink. Literally nothing. Okay. The bottles on the car right here. All right. Put it to my sister's house. Put it here. That's all I got. But all I'm saying is I have 115. Can you send another my location? not on a hurry up. Officers then discussed what the next steps might be since they'd already smelled alcohol in the vehicle and on her breath. They decide it's time to apprehend the woman, but she wasn't going to step out of the car that easily. I pull somebody over for driving with their lights off. Gave him a warning. Everything checks out. She stops here as I'm up there. I'm kind of suspicious. I drive back. Her car is not on. Uh she ran out of gas. There's a open container and I can smell alcohol coming out of her. Go ahead and step out of the car for me, man. After she was told to get out of the car, the woman insisted officers needed a warrant. If you pay close attention to her speech, you'll notice it slurred. So, there was no way these cops were going to let her loose on the highway like that. Thankfully, they had all the legal arguments needed to detain this sassy suspect. Step out. It's Bim. Do I have a search warrant? Don't need a search warrant. You need to step out. No, I do not need a search warrant. I do not need a search warrant to have you step out of the car. Definitely do need a I do not need a warrant to make you step out of the car. Pennsylvania vms. I can get you out of the car. I'm in city. Supreme Court case Pennsylvania vms says that I can get anyone out of the car for any reason. Right now, we're getting you out of the car. Pennsylvania. You're in den. Doesn't matter. Supreme Court dating. It's not ma'am. You need to get out of the car. I'm going to make you get out of the car. I will get out of the car, but your rules is unworthy because you're talking about you need me to get out of the car when you're not in jurisdiction to even tell me to get out of the car. Get out of the car. I will. But you're not in jurisdiction to tell me to get out of the car. I will get out of the car, but you're not jurisdiction. Step out of the car. So, I want you to before you before I get out of the car, but I want you to know in jurisdiction, you're not capable of telling me to step out of this car. Her knowledge of the law is highly questionable. Yet, she sounded so certain about her arguments. The woman's aggression increases as officers try to place her in handcuffs. She continued asking for a warrant and insisted that she hadn't taken any drugs. Other substances aside, it was clear she'd had a lot of alcohol. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. Don't touch me, bro. Why are you touching? You're on the highway. I'm not doing this right now. Why are you touching me, bro? Why are you touching me, bro? Because I pulled over, bro. Cuz I asked for help. You're touching me. You going to jail. You going to jail. You want to You He's asking He's detaining me because I asked for help. He's detaining me because I stay right here. I'm going to be putting you in handcuffs. Yeah, that's fine. So when you ask me and I don't worry none of that, y'all going to jail. That's why I just asked for help on the side of the road and y'all pennies, bro, because my tire popped on the side of the road. It's interesting how some people have this belief that a body camera placed on a police officer is there to merely protect a citizen in case a cop goes rogue or abuses his authority. It goes both ways, though. The footage also acts as proof when suspects behave badly. Yeah. Check it. Check it. It's right there. Check it. Said you want to pull me out my car and drag me out of the car for no reason, bro. Check that [ __ ] It ain't no drugs in there cuz I'm literally Do not do not get in his face. YOU UNDERSTAND? SO WHY IS HE IN MY FACE? DO YOU UNDERSTAND? IN MY CAR. YOU'RE THE ONE. SO WHY DID HE JUST DRAG ME ON MY CAR, BRO? So why did he just drag me on my car and I'm innocent, bro? And I just said it's quite tired, bro. Are you serious, bro? Are you dead ass serious, bro? This [ __ ] on the camera, bro. Everything's being recorded. Yeah, it is. And there's nothing in my pocket. Apart from wanting to be recorded and insisting that officers search her for drugs like that had anything to do with it at this point, the suspect then started threatening the cops, telling them they'd lose their jobs for mistreating her. Girl, y'all going to jail, bro. You got to smash it on the ground. YEAH. LOSING YOUR JOB. Losing your job. Losing your job. Losing your job. Losing your job. You want to smash my head on the ground? Yeah. Yeah. All right. I'm Yeah. I hope the cameras got that. I hope the cameras got that cuz you going to jail and you lose your The mistreatment went the other way around. As you can see, as they were trying to contain the suspect, one of the officers seemed to have gotten an injury on his face. He went on to tell the story to another set of cops who arrived later at the scene. OVI called on police officer. Oh, she tried to bite his face. She like had her teeth on my face. So, I pushed her down back into the car. How do you run into people like this? I pul somebody else over for their lights. I gave him a warning. his license was that he just didn't realize he didn't turn his lights on. Right. And then this what pulls out behind me. Um it'll just be OVI ticket. And then um we don't need PC for it because it wasn't a traffic stop. She pulled up behind you. So we don't need PC for a traffic stop. But we know that she was driving because she drove up right behind you. So I got to do the whole Okay. So what I'm saying is So then she's not going to get one for Oh, she'll still get this. She'll still get this for And then the whole package. The whole package. An OVI means operating a vehicle impaired. For your sake and that of other motorists, you're not allowed to drive if you're not physically capable of doing so. It doesn't necessarily mean you've had something to drink. One can either have a bad headache or be under the influence of prescription medication. It's still a big no no. Now that I've read you right, DO YOU CONSENT TO BLOOD? NO, I'M NOT PASSING to none of that. ARE YOU REFUSING? ASK ME to You're refusing. Okay. I will take the body. Yes, I can. No, we're past that. We're past that. What do you mean I am consent to taking blood? WILL YOU CONSENT TO BLOOD? YES, I will. You want to do you want to give us blood? Okay. Me, I will do the Friday test. I will do a blood test all the She's going to give you nothing but trouble, dude. Just wait for the refusal. She's going to give you nothing but trouble. Officers had no idea what this woman consumed at this point, apart from alcohol, which they still had to prove. Seeing that she had no means of escaping the law, she tried to use the gender card next. You just watch me get my face smashed into the ground when I had a headlight missing, bro. A headlight. What I want you to do is sleep at night at the end of the night and feel okay that this is your job, bro. You a man, a man in arresting. Assaulting. Not even arresting. Assaulting women. Women. Hello. Trying to act like a damsel in distress didn't work either. You can't pretend you're a sensitive lady and then hit the inside of the police car. It doesn't work like that. In the following footage, you'll see her last attempt at getting a get out of jail for free card. Nobody cares who your dad is, young lady. So take me downtown and arrest me or get the my face because I'm not sitting in the car where y'all chase my and my life is at risk. Take me downtown. Do it the legal way cuz y'all never asked me for my mother license. Y'ALL NEVER ASKED me for no license. You know who my daddy is? He's a the mother mayor of the city. You going to lose your job, you dumbass. You didn't ask me for nothing. You didn't ask me for no license. You didn't ask for no insurance. You just literally put your hands on me and drag me in your car, bro. Y'all just put your hands on me for nothing. You weak as I said, I'mma take your job cuz it's all on camera, bro. Daddy's girl got her a nice pack of charges for Christmas. After her stunt that night, she was charged with assault on an officer, operating under the influence, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and obstructing official business. Was Daddy proud? I dare say he wasn't. Back in 2021, two officers were dispatched to a public lounge area to investigate a trespassing incident. What they found was a young girl sleeping peacefully on a couch. What they didn't expect to find though was the entitled little monster she'd soon turn into. That's the police department. Hey, you got your ID on you? It's not. Is it in that purse by chance? It is not. It is not. No, it is not. What's your uh first name? I'm not here to conduct any identities. What's your first name? I'm not here to get any agency, sir. Okay, you're talking just fine. Let's talk normal. What's your first name? Look at this. I'm going to go. No, you're going to tell us your first name. We can do this easy way. Hard way. That's up to you. We're trying to find out who is your first name, my lady. We're trying to make sure you say you can find out who you are real quick. Okay. If you don't have any warrants or anything like that, then we're good. But I don't need to get your first name and all that information. Okay. I'm I'm just I just woke up and I deep sleep. Not interested in doing that. Sorry to disturb you from your slumber, my fair maiden, but it seems like you're already in a bit of a pickle. First off, you're in a place you shouldn't be at. And secondly, you don't seem particularly interested in cooperating with officers. So, let's begin with your first name because if so, have you are you familiar what resisting is? If you don't give me your information, that is what we call resisting. Yes, sir. So, what is your first name, young lady? Um, I don't have one. Open up your purse and give me your ID. I don't have one. Hm. I don't have one, sir. You don't have one? No, I actually have to get my ID back today. From where? My girlfriend's house. Okay, then get my officer your first name. Nothing. Huh? One of the officers wanted to make sure she was fully aware of the possible consequences of her behavior. Resisting doesn't just mean you're physically blocking an officer from doing his job. It can mean something as simple as refusing to give them your information. He said she's been trespassed before by officers or anything. You got the case number? Yes, sir. I was just contacting my supervisor and it looks like her, too. Mhm. Okay. 602 dispatch. Okay. No, thank you, sir. Say what? Yes. Okay. No, thank you, sir. They had the skateboarding on and I fell asleep. I apologize. Okay, now they're watching racing. We're just crying. I'll help you. Make sure you're okay. Can you please pass away? Huh? Can you please not sit over me like that? I'm I'm not trying to intimidate you or anything, but if you live here, why are you sleeping up here on the couch? I said I was watching and Oh, you're watching You were watching something. Oh, okay. They confirmed the woman was indeed trespassing. A witness who could have been the owner or one of the employees of that public lounge area believed the woman looked familiar and managed to identify a previous case number. From here on, things went way south. I got a question. Not yet. I really do. No. No. Don't stop. Please don't touch me. Go sit back over there. Go sit over here. Go sit back over there. Go sit back over there. You're not free to go. Stop. Please don't touch me. Go sit back over there. Please don't touch me. Go back there. You're not free to go. You're not free to touch me. Yes, I am. Am I being detained? Yes, you are detained. You are detained for what? For an investigation. The classic request to use the restroom never works when you're about to be detained. You can't expect cops to trust you enough to leave you in a room alone after you failed to even give them your name. People can end up escaping, hurting themselves in there, or even procuring weapons. There are plenty of things in a bathroom you can hurt someone with. Seriously, let go of me. Sit down. Seriously, if you don't sit down, we'll put you in cuffs. Seriously, let go of me. Turn around. Turn around. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop resisting. Stop. Seriously, let go of me. No. I got you. Okay. Why? What did I do? Just ask the restroom. I have to put a order on you. It's all right. Just get the Y here. [Applause] Would you stop? Nice. Try threatening the officer who knows you're the one doing something illegal. At this point, the young lady already acquired a second charge. She'd hurt one of the officers during their interaction, so there was no way she was getting outside of the building without handcuffs. Please get your hands off of my Please. Please stop. Please just let me use the restroom. That's all I ask. Holy [ __ ] Stop kicking. Okay. I just go asking what is wrong. What can I Well, you're under arrest for trespassing. You're under arrest for battery on LEO. Now, we're going to um just have you write a statement, too, about the previous incident and then was that I'm use the restroom. Yeah, I use the restroom. Seriously. Yes, sir. No worries. [Applause] [Music] Yeah, no worse, sir. We can do it. Please stop. People like this need to be detained not just for the officer's well-being, but for her own safety. Being detained by law enforcement sometimes makes people react in weird ways, and they can end up hurting themselves at times on purpose, like this girl's about to do in the next clip. Let go of Please stop. You're scaring me. my back. STOP. STOP. PLEASE, you're off me. If hurting the officer and herself wasn't enough, the suspect then started cussing at the cops. She insisted all she wanted to do was use the restroom. By the end of the following piece of footage, the law enforcement team had to tie up her legs to keep her from constantly kicking. She's scratching me, too. Yeah. Oh, got a piece of Just let me use the restroom. You stop. Please stop. Yeah. Yeah. Why are you doing this? All I said was I didn't want to sit down. I wanted to use the restroom. That's literally it. Can I use the restroom? In the end, the girl wasn't even escorted out of the building on her own two feet. She had to be dragged out by her shoulders and ankles to keep everyone safe. Of course, she kept on talking about being hurt by the officers, though previous footage clearly shows she was in fact hurting herself. Make sure you grab her by underneath her by her shoulders underneath him. You're not biting. You're not trying to bite him. No, you're under arrest. For what? For what? Go underneath her. What am I under arrest for? What am I asking? On this side. For what? For where? What am I trespassing? Underneath here. He's going to get in the light. So gross. You get that? Yeah. Why are you doing this? cuz you can't behave right. All I was supposed to go to the restroom. You guys for her unfortunate choice of a nap location, the girl, whose first name was later identified as Autumn, was charged with trespassing an occupied structure, resisting an officer with violence, and battery on an officer. Seems like Sleeping Beauty woke up on the wrong side of the bed that day. A crash at a Taco Bell apparently happened in December 2022. Officers were called to investigate and soon found out that a female driver had left the scene. Finding her wouldn't be the bigger problem, though. Her attitude is what would soon make the officers regret their choice of career that day. I was sitting in the back of the car smoking a cigarette and then I heard like maybe her time lighting went out or something and then I heard and then I heard the crash the boom and then I went to the side of the building to see what happened and that's when I see her climbing out the car and she said call my mama and then we I told them to call 911 cuz I and then they she seen that we was calling police and she ran After finding out information directly from someone who'd heard the crash, officers knew it may not be too late to go looking for the driver near the building. Based on the description provided by the eyewitness, the suspect could have been intoxicated, so she couldn't have gotten far on foot. It didn't take too long for the officer to find a young girl wandering in the vicinity. Stay on the sidewalk. I'm going to assume you were the one that was driving the car. What? I'm going to assume you were driving the car. No, no, no, no, no. I'm looking for them. They left me. Okay, relax. Relax. I want you to do me a favor. Have a seat. Have a seat. Have a seat. Just have a seat right now. Have a seat. Have a seat. Can you please call my mother? We will talk about it, but right now, right now, I need you to have a seat. Please, can you come have a seat? She'll come get me. Initially, the suspect's story was that she hadn't been the one driving the car and that there were other people there who had allegedly left her. Even though she tried to make it look like she was innocent, it didn't stop her from insulting the officer. How do you want to play it? You want me to sit down? I want you to sit down. You a Yeah, sit down. Sit down. Can I call my mom? Well, we'll talk about that in a minute. What's your name? Maria. Maria? What? 104? I believe I'm going to be 102. Is there anybody they see anybody else in the vehicle? She's advising that other people were in the area. Her version of the story claims that another person was driving the vehicle that crashed into the Taco Bell. After the impact, he allegedly jumped out of the car and left this distressed girl wandering down the street. Problem is, she didn't even know his name. What happened? He jumped out. Who jumped out? The guy. I don't even know who his name is. He So, you're in a car with someone you don't know? Well, our friend. Okay. He said that's our homeboy. Whatever. He jumped out. What do you mean? I literally said, "How old are you?" Me. The officer soon got confirmation from his colleagues that other witnesses claimed the vehicle had a single person coming out of it after the crash. Paired with her lack of coherence and her fussy attitude, the officer would soon change his tone of voice, too. You got any injuries? Me? No. Do you feel fine? No, I'm okay. Is there another unit that can be in the middle of the roadway in front of the roadway? Okay, we'll call your mom in a minute. Can I call my mother? We will call your mom. Listen to me. Slow down. You're not a child. You're Nicole. SO I DON'T NEED TO CALL YOU crazy cuz I didn't do [ __ ] You're yelling at me. So I don't That's not how it's working. I didn't do so. Why are you talking me crazy? Why am I talking you crazy? Cuz I got witnesses that say you in that car by yourself. That's crazy. As Maria's story got more and more complex. At some point during her conversation with the officer, she mentioned being with five other people in the car. She surely needed to be detained at this point before officers could continue with their investigation. All right, Maria. Do me a favor. Stand up for me. Are you arrested? Right now, you're being placed in question. Stand up right now. For what? For what? Right now, you're being detained. Okay. For what? We're going to go do an investigation and figure out what's going on with this car. Yeah. Okay. That's what's happening right now. 235 northbound lanes on South. I'm not fighting you. Go ahead. I hope not. So, why am I being arrested right now? Now you just left the scene in an accident. Why am I being arrested? Right now you're being placed in cuffs. I never said that you're being arrested right now. Right now you're being detained. But for what? And what's going to be happening is we're going up to Taco Bell and we're going to talk to the officer over there and figure out what's going on over here. I didn't even go to Taco Bell. You know what? If you're old enough to get a license and you're reckless enough to crash a vehicle into a public space, you should be able to handle the consequences without having to constantly ask for mommy to come save you. But I guess it's different when you're dealing with entitled brats, as you can see. Hey, can you call my mother? [Music] Call her. YOU BETTER CHILL. CALL HER. MARIA, step out. Why? Call my mom. Maria, you are not a child. Hello, for her. Bro, call her. Call my mother. Can you call my mom? The suspect was then placed in the police car. Her attitude got worse and worse by the minute. She soon started kicking the police car while continuing to scream and asking for someone to call her mother. She also carried on with her own recollection of the events, which of course was that she'd done nothing wrong. The officers also had to detain her legs to prevent her from causing any more damage. You better not kick this car again. I'm sorry. Okay, good. Awesome. What are you kicking? What the DID I DO? WHY AM I I'm not going to play that game. Get out. I'm sorry. Give me a She gets home. She's getting a battery charge. Yeah, she already Listen, we're done with this right now. Do me a favor. Show me your feet right now. Kick your feet out. So, can y'all call my mama? Good. Close it. Cops still needed to find some witnesses who could confirm that she was indeed the one driving the car. Piecing together the information they had access to so far, officers had already gathered a bunch of charges for this girl. You would think common sense would tell you for this to have happened, the driving would have been reckless. Yeah. But do we have any witnesses who can describe her driving behavior? No, but the general manager witnessed her crash the entire thing. He watched the whole crash. Did he say she was like speeding or weaving in and out of cars? pretty much went back to went back to So at this point we're trying to I think the best path is to get the get her out of here. Okay. Like she she's going to have to go. But right now obviously the scene of a big fleeing scene fleeing the scene of a crash. Um I'll probably going to hit her with DUI. Um and then she also has 657 on the floorboard. I'm going to have to weigh that and find out if that's over 20 g. Looks like it's a decent amount. Yeah, it's not over 20. No, but yeah. So, if they need to get her out of here into the jail, that's fine. If you still want to pursue the DUI, that can investigation can be done at the jail. Yes. After searching the car, officers found alcohol as well as less than 20 g of a popular drug. More so, in order to properly follow procedure, officers needed to assess the damage the girl had done, not only to the Taco Bell building, but also to some poles nearby. She said the manager said uh 7500 and damage including this wall, the window and then I'm just going to wait. You also got to think about I also got to include the whole light pole and another sign. So I'm thinking about 15 grand, right? Yeah. A whole light pole. Maybe even 20. Yeah, you can talk to the city guy. That's more than that's more than city guy. That's that's like freaking Huh. touch with our gloves. How about that? I said about 12. What do you think? Yeah. Uh, that's good. Sometimes you be surprised when you put down depending on how it is. Surprise. Her name wasn't even Maria. Cops would eventually find out in their investigation that the suspect's name was actually Deanna. A nurse was called in to help with assessing the girl's overall health status. Regardless of whether she acted aggressive or not, she was still recently involved in a car crash, so medical personnel still needed to check her. Was she cooperative? See for yourself. J, can I answer the question, please? She's She's just a nurse. She's trying to do her job. She's just making sure that you're okay. She She knows. Okay. I don't give a what you're saying. Where's my mother? I already I try to call. So, what medications you take at home? I'm on um actually a blood pressure medication. Just a blood pressure medication. Xanax. Xanax prescribed. You're on your medication. You're currently taking your medication. Anyway, where is my mother? I tried to call Diana. She didn't answer. Huh? I tried to call. She didn't answer. Can you just answer the nurse's question and we get this thing going? That's all we need to do. She's just trying to make sure you're healthy. That's it. You were in a you were in a car crash. Up until the last moment, this girl was still hoping she was going to be let go. In the following moments, you'll even see a wheelchair being brought in just in case this girl decided she wasn't going to walk to the station. Officers couldn't take any chances, especially since she could have been injured. So, am I being let go or no? To ask Are you good? That was what the nurse was doing at the window. That was right there. Wearing all black. No, that never happened. Y'all have body cameras, right? That's exactly what we do. We do. Exactly. Thank you. That's fine. That's all I ask. All right. Can I walk? Thank you. We're going to We're going to be going to walk up. Can I walk? Yeah. Come on. Are you sure? Yes. Good. Step out of the car, Diana. Annoying as Deanna was charged with fleeing an accident and possibly with a DUI. Even after it was all said and done, this girl had no comprehension of what she'd accomplished. Thankfully, no other people got hurt in the accident. You'd think officers aren't often dispatched to help settle differences between two teenagers at school, but the following footage might prove you wrong. A bunch of cops were called to a New Mexico high school, and here's what they learned after interacting with one of the kids. So, what happened today with the fight? I'm sorry. Um, we were lunch. Everything was fine. And um he started throwing food. Like they were like throwing food like oranges over the building and stuff. And who started throwing food? Alex. So you know Alex is a girl. Boy. I don't know. It's confusing. Yeah. There we go. That's simple. So you know like coming down from the main building it goes towards the cafeteria if you want to eat. We were all sitting right there at the table and the tables over the wall or whatever the hell it is. He went and started playing oranges. So, I guess they thought we'd threw the oranges at him. So, they went and chopped them back at us and almost hit me and my friend. So, we went and told him something like we we weren't trying to hit you. Like, we weren't even throwing crap at you. So, like, sorry. Like, it was him who did it and they said, "Okay." Your friend was throwing stuff at No, Alex was. Me and Alex were friends until all this happened today. This girl seems to be very emotional when speaking about the fight, but at the same time, she sounds cooperative and eager to help officers settle the case. She goes on to detail exactly how the physical altercation went down. When you say you pushed him, you went you said when you say you went for right here, like what do you mean went for right here? Like he went clogged me in the face. Like was like, "Oh, right here." And they said it was red. I don't know if it's still red or not. He went clogged me in the face. He grabbed a hold of my hair. Like he kind of had me like he had me by my hip. like he was holding me by my hip and like at my hair like he has like his arm under me I guess or whatever and he had me by the back of my hair like by by my ponytail and then he had me he scratching me in the the eye and I was hitting him like trying to like push him off and hit him and then that's when um the security guard that's when he came and then that's when he grabbed me and that's when I was asking them to let me go. I wasn't going to hit him or nothing. I was just kind of like I don't like being held down. Like not held down, but I don't like being held like that. Like it was just I just started freaking out because I don't like being held like that. But so she understood she might have hurt one of the security guards, but she seemed to be regretting her actions. It's not uncommon for people to react disproportionately when they're in a physical fight. The officer then proceeded to question the staff about the event. So what happened? Uh we just finished. I was coming down the hill. I saw a group of students hanging out right there by the west side. Then I saw Mia and another student. They were confrontational verbal. I let mommy know. I said mommy cuz he was busy with some other students. Today we got a situation where was walking down and I passed out to go and right in the moment they both engaged. When I was separated separate me and the other one turned around and did a couple on me. So they were both were they were both they they were engaged and I separated and then Lonnie came separate the other one and I got me on the side and then me she turned around and hit you punch you. Mhm. Where I'm here or something but she just she hit you though. Yeah. And then I cut it out and then she got confrontational and then I restrained her. She got confrontational with you or the other person. I'm sorry. With everybody. She got confrontational with everybody. With everybody there. I had to restrain her again and she started kicking me back on the back. Yeah. Lenny had to restrain her her leg cuz she was just out of control. It sounds confusing at this point. So, let me detangle this mess for you. Alex and Mia are the same person. One is their legal name and the other one is their chosen identification. That being said, let's now meet Alex and see what the fuss is all about. All right, Mia or Alex, I'm sorry. Go ahead and stand up. You're making me anxiety. I don't even call any freaking officers in here. We have to. We're just working. No, I don't need to go in You're making me get anxiety. I'm scared of y'all. I don't think I need y'all in here. Y'all making me get anxiety. We can't leave. Still, I don't care. I don't want y'all in here. Y'all making me anxiety. Y'all making me have anxiety. Y'all need to get that through your head. I'm getting anxiety from them. They're about to detain you. They're going to put the cuffs on you. For what? You can't You're not going to take me to jail. That's a They can't. And they have to. They have to. Right off the bat, you can already tell the difference between the behavior of the two teens. This one is not a person you'd want to be fighting with. That's for sure. They won't even let you speak, let alone have a decent conversation. Officers tried to make this teenager understand that they went a step too far and needed to be detained. Take the out of me. Yes. Because y'all trying to take me to jail for no reason. No, I'm not going to jail. You have to go with us. Y'all trying to take me to jail? No. I'm too young. I'm too young to go to jail. Y'ALL DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND. RELAX YOUR FACE. NO, I'm not going to tell. No, just not. Okay, just just real quick. Okay, I I can see that you're very upset right now. I don't blame you. Okay, the the youngest that we can detain in person. You're not detaining. Listen, that's not what it is. Nope. It's 11 years old. Okay, I don't care. Y'all not detained. The officer clearly tried to be more understanding with this teenager than they would have been with any other adult suspect. They took their time trying to explain the law and why they were entitled to apprehend them despite being underage, but nothing seems to work here. No matter how calm the officers try to be or how soothing their tone of voice is, this kid simply won't back down. Oh my god, I don't want to go to the police. Listen, I'm not welcome there. That's not for me. It's going to be with me and everyone else. Listen, I cannot go to the police. Alex, just get that three head. Please, just get that three head. Get that three head. I don't want to go, Alex. I don't want Sh. I don't want to go. If you refuse and you try to fight with us, you Well, can y'all just speedy be quiet and just leave me alone. Well, stop trying to take me WITH Y'ALL. I'M NOT TRYING TO GO. It doesn't matter with y'all either. These cops knew they were dealing with a minor, so they did their best to explain the procedure. They also tried to make this experience as non-traumatic as possible for the youngster. They still had to do their job and take the suspect to the station. I'm not taking my No. No. This is MY Don't touch me. Please. No. Please. I'm sorry. No. No. No. STOP. PLEASE. STOP. GET OUT OF ME. STOP. Once they reached the police car, the situation took a whole other turn. The teenager insisted they were having trouble breathing and even claimed to have a pre-existing condition. Hard to believe given the circumstances, but cops needed to take safety precautions. Okay. Can y'all take the cow cops? It's hurting me back. We will once we get to the Oh my god, YOU'RE MAKING IT WORSE. OW. YEAH, we're not. Yes. They're putting more weight on her. Got it. No. Listen. Oh my god, bro. You're making me stressed out. You're making me get sick. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe, bro. You're brea Do you have asthma? Yeah. Yes. I don't have your inhaler. I don't have an inhaler. I don't have one. Okay. I only have one. I'm not I don't have like As soon as we get get you to the PD, then we're going to release you. Okay. And then you can go with mama. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. Yeah. Oh, hold the backpack. Yeah, you can breathe just fine, kid. Let it go. Since that didn't work, the teenager then claimed that they were being inappropriately touched by one of the officers. Obviously, that wasn't the case. Instead, it was a creative strategy to try and conceal something they had hidden in their pocket. Stop touching me. WE HAVE TO CHECK YOU, ALEX. WE HAVE TO. ALEX, PLEASE. What the dog? Alex, stop touching me. Touching me, Alex. Hey, real quick. Listen to me. Put me down. LISTEN TO ME. PUT ME DOWN, ALEX. What's in your What's in your pocket? Tell us what's in your pocket, then. Put me down. What's in your pocket? Put me down. Put me down. We have to do. PUT ME DOWN NOW. What's in your pocket? Where's Alex? Look at me. Y'all, please listen. Leave me alone. Take me off, please. The object that was hidden in the pocket turned out to be a vaping device, which didn't get the kid in any further trouble. The whole spectacle they caused at school, however, earned this entitled teenager a lot of charges, including two counts of battery upon school personnel, public afficer. Here's a free piece of advice. If you don't like people touching you, try not to get arrested. This next ludicrous lady had to learn it the hard way. In 2023, cops were called as soon as a plane landed to check out an aggressive person who'd been threatening the flight attendants. What followed? Well, see for yourself. One egg. Yeah. [Music] And then she got up. I don't know what happened. I trapped. She ran up front. I don't know if she was trying to get to my daughter. We did have someone get up and stop her. But that's kind of what we put up with. Okay. Talk to me. Make sure you talk to me when you got on. Okay. What's your surgery? Yeah, your surgery one. Okay. Well, that must have been very stressful for the flight crew. It's not like you can just call the police to help you with an aggressive person while you're in midair. Cops soon met with the problematic passenger, but her attitude didn't resemble the person previously described by the attendants. She seemed nice and cooperative at first. I was just asking if you knew why we were talking to No, I don't. That's why I just said I don't know why you're talking to me right now other than you get on the plane. Okay. I don't do you want to explain to me. I would They'll be open to listening. Okay. Well, we had a call that a level one threat one was what does that mean? Making threats to someone else and they were concerned for your wellbeing. So, we just had to do a checkin. literally they clearly said if I give them all my belongings I can get off their you know plane with no problem. Okay. So I don't understand what do you mean by that? I mean it's cool. I mean it could have been somebody very well. So this is my first time on like a plane outside of my mom. Um I was on a plane when I was like what 16. My first time as um an elderly adult on my own basically. Was she trying to play the victim? We don't know for sure yet. She seemed to be pretty cooperative and willing to show her documentation, but once they asked her for her ID, the woman got increasingly agitated. Whatever you want. I don't Do you have your ID on you? Um, yeah. It's in my um Yep. It's right here. Okay. Yep. Right there. Oh, it was right there. It might actually be They have your ID. I don't have my social and g them or I just showed them my ID. I just had my own. I mean, it's probably in my bag, so Okay. No, I don't know. I just I literally like like Is this shifting? Like, is this your final destination? Yeah. Texas, Dallas. Yeah. Somebody's supposed to be here to pick me up. Like, I just went all this way and like I had no problems up until now. And you don't want to get on my And I'm like, where are you? Listen, I'm just I just got to figure out what's going on cuz we got a call. So, I just got to make sure that you're okay. Officers tried to get some sort of confession out of this woman. She did admit to having an alcoholic beverage while she was on the plane. She didn't admit, however, to being aggressive towards the flight personnel. I asked for a drink and they let me have my drink. Okay. So, how is that disrespectful or out of place? What kind of drink was it? It was an alcoholic beverage. I was in first class. They were, you know, you know, obligated to give me that, which is fine and cool. Okay. But I don't understand what their problems were. Did you threaten anyone by any means? I didn't do anything. I was sitting on myself like by myself. On the contrary, she claimed the flight attendants were the ones being rude to her. In order to place her under arrest, the police checked with another employee who'd had a struggle with this woman. He even confirmed that the captain was filled in about the situation and that they managed to contain her until the plane landed. If you want to go ahead and stand up for me. You want to put your phone down. Okay. All right. Go ahead and put your hands behind your back. Okay. You're going to be placed under a public intoxication. Okay. Well, am I able to talk to anybody or anything? Yeah. So, as soon as you got whatever you need. I'm not like assisting. I'm not as soon as you get down to the jail, um, it'll be unlimited calls. Okay. Uh, so you can make as many phone calls as you want. It's just a classy Mr. All is me. number. I got you. So if as long as you stay cool and all that stuff like you have been, they'll let you get all the phone calls out on your phone. Okay. So just Yeah, just take a deep breath. All it is So just hear me out real quick. It's just a class C misdemeanor. So it's like the same level as like a traffic ticket. Okay. You're just going to go down to our facility for a minimum of 4 hours. Okay. Just the only way I can get out. I get you a minimum of 4 hours. Okay. Just until you sober up and then you can be released. Okay. As she was escorted out of the airport, the suspect's entitled attitude began to come out. She totally let go of the friendly act and she was no longer acting like a victim. It seemed she just couldn't understand why she was being placed under arrest. Take a seat and I'll explain it to you. Okay. Well, can you actually though? Yes. Okay. Well, I'm listening. Okay. I told you that the reason that we met you there is because they called us from the plane. So, no matter if you were out here or you were in there, we were going to meet you at the plane because they called us and they were not going to unboard the plane until we talked to you. So I just am what? Stuck in what? Dallas jail. So we have here the airport has their own jail here. So you'll be here. Yeah, I'm getting arrested. By the way, I don't know what to do. They just want to arrest me. The person who was supposed to pick her up from the airport soon made his way towards the officers. As it turns out, it was her boyfriend. He was compliant and eager to help. But at this point, there was little he could do for his partner. Oh, cool. Congrats for you, bro. Is everything under license? Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. It's legal all theing way. Look it up. Look it up. It's on my ID talking about. So, that's correct. Yep. Yes, sir. Yes, the sir. It's my [ __ ] address where the I live. Yep. Right the there on my ID. Like, it's registered under weirdo. I'm just out here playing with y'all feelings. Like, I'm legal. Like what the I drank on complaint that they literally served me alcohol for. I'm such a bad person, right? Okay, cool. She went berserk once they started searching her bag. Officers tried to explain this is a mandatory procedure, but it only made her attitude worse. The fact that she had her hands tied is what probably enraged this suspect. Having limited movement, she couldn't reach her belongings, so she lashed out on the female officer. Okay. Well, can you take my shirt out? my AirPod that just fell on the ground that if I cannot get I will not be able to get anymore. So, can you pick it up, please? These are not I'm I'm right on the bench at home. Do you want me? Can I have my AirPod? Can I have it, please? Like, literally, I'm not going anywhere. I'ming right here. I'm not getting the up. She didn't cool down after this sudden outburst. Officers had to move on with the physical search before they could drive her to jail. It only caused her to be more aggressive to the point where she started yelling out racial slurs. I'm right here. I'm right here. You stop you. Spread your feet apart. Yeah. Okay. There you go. You happy. You happy. Ain't nothing on me. You stupid. I didn't do want to take me for what? I didn't do to none of y'all [ __ ] I didn't do [ __ ] Like literally, I didn't do [ __ ] to none of y'all. I didn't do Okay, cool. Let's run apart. I didn't do Stop. You stop you. I didn't do you. You put me in jail. It took a lot of effort to finally take her to the station. Officers discovered once they got there that this wasn't her first time in jail. All that act she put on in the first moments about never being in trouble was nothing but a lie. She was eventually charged with public intoxication. This next entitled young lady decided the best time to throw a tantrum is right after being arrested. Not only did she cause an accident, but she also decided her best strategy to avoid getting more charges was to belittle the officers and tell them how to do their job. Here's how it all started. Well, I was leaving leaving work here and my car was pack parked behind there because there's no parking and I had to come up this way and there was an ambulance parked right where that officer or that car was right there. So, I went around the ambulance and not on a full speed or nothing, but I did not see that car. So, I did clip it a second. I'm at full fault. I do get that, but I don't believe that I was in any danger of anybody or any Okay. All right. You're not hurt at all, are you? I am not. The officer went on to tell her that what he was really investigating was a DUI. He had reason to believe the suspect was under the influence, so she needed to be detained. problem was she insisted on having a lawyer present. Unless I have a lawyer, I'm not seeking. So, do you understand each of these rights have a No, unless I call a lawyer. Okay. Wait, what? Can I call my lawyer? We'll go step by step. Okay, I'll call my lawyer. Okay, here. Let's No, I'm going to call my lawyer. So, let me get through this first and then you keep doing that, but I'm I need you to I need a lawyer present. Okay. I need a lawyer present. So, could So, could we move forward with the investigation, please? Not unless I have a lawyer present. Okay. Do you understand each of these parts I've explained to you? It's a simple yes or no. It said no unless I have a lawyer present. Judging by your attitude, young lady, I'm guessing a sobriety test is out of the question. However, based on your slur speech alone, it'll be a bit redundant at this point. Not only was this woman refusing to follow procedure, but she also blamed the whole incident on another parked vehicle that was blocking her view. So, if you if you refuse sobriety, uh, which is I will have to make a determination based off of what I know thus far, which is that the od of alcohol is coming from your breath. Your eyes are bloodshot red and watery and you crashed a motor vehicle. So, do you want to participate in field sariety? No, I have allergies and that's why my eyes are red and there was also an emergency vehicle parked right. So, I have reason to believe but you might be impaired. Okay. to dispel that blocked my my view of the whole road. If you didn't think she was entitled up until this point, what she'll do next might make you change your mind. The officer had read her rights and that became the subject of a whole other set of offensive mockery. Interestingly, she claimed to know the law better than the officer did. You're not being a target. Do you understand? Do you understand when attorney when an attorney is required? Yes or no? You just had to read my rights to me off a piece of paper. Yes. Because you didn't memorize them. You didn't have them memorized. So, you're in the cop. What states that you have to What cop is going to arrest me that has to read their the Miranda rightites off a piece of paper? Anyone? No, they have it memorized. Okay. By this point, this officer was fed up with the girl's attitude. can hear it in his voice that he's just about done with her entitlement. On top of being arrogant and offensive, she was dragging out a procedure that should be pretty simple and straightforward. I know my rights. I'm born and raised here in Florida. I don't know where the [ __ ] you're from. Okay. But I know I'm entitled to a lawyer and I could have You guys didn't even give me the chance to call my lawyer and I could have got him on the phone and I could get my car There's a few people inside that can move my car right now, but instead and I've moved people's cops or cars when they got arrested and the cops move cops cars. I've moved my friends cars when they got arrested and the cops have let me do that. All right. So, I know that's like you guys are just being really excellent right now. We're not. Listen. Another officer was called to the scene in an attempt to set this girl straight. In the beginning, the female officer tried to be as polite and understanding as possible. She reiterated what the following procedure would entail and explained that a lawyer wasn't necessary at this point. Conduct our investigation and that's not depriving you of your rights. You still have the right to do that, but while we are in the process of an investigation, we do not stop and allow someone to call their attorney in this situation. Okay? So, that's, you know, he is following the law and he is an expert at what he does and I trust He just had to read me my miranthites off a piece of paper. He doesn't have them. That's our protocol. No, he doesn't have the memory. We're not. We always read it off of a paper. You want to know why? Cuz then it's exactly the same each time. And that's our protocol because we don't deviate from it. Yeah. Despite the female officer's crystal clear explanation, it still didn't work. So, the suspect had to be forced to comply. What the officers didn't foresee was that she was going to respond to the call of nature right then and there. Maybe she was trying to prove a point. Maybe she really had to go. We'll never know. This is what we're going to do. Are you going to stand here? Spread your legs. No, I'm like peeing my pants. I'm literally peeing my pants. Well, then you're going to be peeing on yourself. But I need you to spread your legs cuz you're getting surged. Do you understand? I'm peeing my pants right now. Do you have any I'm not resisting red. Okay. Well, I asked you to stand over here. You said no. Can you stop holding my arm like that? That hurt. Okay, then comply. Comply. I'm not resistant. Do you have anything on you that is going to poke or stick me? Do you have underwire in your bra? Anything inside of your bra that I need to be aware of? Wait, I had to search you. That's Yeah, my bra has a regular underwire. Okay. Under sometimes ladies tuck money or something in their bra. Do you have anything in your bra? I don't know. Even after they arrived at the station, this girl wouldn't let go of her request to call her lawyer. It's hard to even imagine that a 20-some would have an attorney on speed dial or that a lawyer would reply in the middle of the night. Most likely, it was just a strategy she kept insisting on in hopes she could intimidate the cops. I know that you're This is not the law. I have a word of voice and I have a Oh, really? Yes. I should be able to call my lawyer. I should have been able to call my lawyer a long time ago. Oh, really? Get on your camera, too. We'll play it back when you're employing her, too. After all that hard work, officers arrested the suspect for DUI and damage to property. She later was released on a $3,000 bond. I wonder if her attorney, if he even existed, ever made it to the station. She could have used some legal advice, that's for sure. In the spring of 2022, Sarasota police officers were diverted from another call when they noticed a woman having a beer while driving her bike. They stopped to ask her a couple of questions and at first she just seemed arrogant. Then things took a dramatic turn. Hello. Hey. What are you doing? Okay. With your uh beer. Is that not okay? No, not really. down the street. Ma'am, you take your bike. Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am, you want a ticket for that? No. Here, take it. Okay. Since she was being defiant, the woman had to be apprehended. She didn't go down without a fight, though. This became more than a oneofficer job. So, more cops pitched in to help cuff the suspect. She lashed out even more, throwing herself to the ground. You want to go to jail? No. You want to go to jail? No. Don't hit me. Don't touch me. You have no no right to touch me. I just touched you. You have no right to touch me. Now you're going to jail. Do you hear me? Now you're going to jail. Going to jail for what? For what? Oh, now you need me. Stop resisting. Stop resisting right now. Stop right now. What the Stop resisting. Okay. As soon as she was cuffed by the officers and they started their journey towards the police car, the woman literally stopped making any sense. She was asking the cops to stop touching her and also calling them by a weird name. Clearly something was wrong. Get your fingers out of my What the problem? What are you grabbing? That's two. That's two to what? Stop. Salt on PO. You think you're a police officer? You You know who I am. What's your Zucky? Zach, you [ __ ] pig. You [ __ ] pig. You're being aing pig, Zach. You know who Zach is. You know who Zach is. You liar. After she was taken to the vehicle, the woman started crying. She demanded to be taken to the hospital without offering any explanation. She didn't seem physically sick, nor was there any visible injury on her body. All right. What's your name, man? I don't have a name that matters to you. Yeah, you do. NO, I DON'T. YOU'RE LYING TO ME. Why do you think you don't matter? Why do I matter? Just take me to the hospital. Officers then checked with people living nearby in case someone knew who she was or if she had any medical history they should be aware of. No one could provide any information about her identity, but some claimed to have previously seen her and that she'd been involved in a recent incident. All right, honey. Just take me to the hospital and take these off. They're hurting me. You're not supposed to cuff me in the car. Why? Because you're not supposed to take them off. Okay. What What's your first name? It's Megan. Okay. Well, Megan, you have not been real cooperative. I didn't do anything. I was drinking A BEER. WELL, why can't I drink a beer? Do you know how old I am? I'm 38 years old. Why can't I have a beer if I want to? DO YOU GUYS HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT YOU'VE DONE TO ME ALREADY? I have no freedom. Is that what you're saying? I'm not free. None of the cops on location could perform the mandatory search on her before departing for the station. They had to call in a female officer. The suspect immediately claimed to have a problem with the officer's gloves, but most likely she was just trying to drag out the procedure. Hello. Don't put those on. What's going on? The gloves. Oh, I need you off. Yeah, Megan, she didn't do anything to you. She's putting gloves ON AND THEY SMELL BAD. I DON'T WANT touching my body. We're going to get out of my body. You're touching my body on you. Faster I can do this, the faster we can go. Don't touch me. I just want to go home. Getting her back in the car was going to be just as difficult. In the following footage, you'll see the woman going into a full-on fit of rage. That these officers managed to stay calm and collected is truly admirable. But I guess for them, it's all in a day's work. Don't touch me like that. You're making me pissed. Stop. STOP. MEGAN, STOP. STOP IT. STOP IT. STOP IT. STOP IT. STOP IT. STOP IT. STOP IT. STOP IT. [Music] OKAY. [Applause] UH-UH. NO. STOP KICKING. Get in the car. Get in the car. STOP KICKING THE CAR. GET IN the car. Stop kicking it. Get in the car. My sincerest apologies to your eardrums. As if she hadn't done enough by now, Megan then began asking to be assisted by a lawyer. What is it with people in their lawyers these days? Megan, stop resisting and sit down in the car. I want a lawyer to sit in the car. I want a lawyer to get out of this. I There's no reason. Well, you can get one later. Sit in the car. Okay. I want a lawyer now. Ow. Can you grab her if you need an arm? LET'S GO. I'LL GET IT. ALL RIGHT. YOUING PIG. STOP. Get in the car. I'M GETTING IT. DON'TING touch me anymore. Youing pig. Lis pants. When another female officer arrived at the location, she checked in with Megan. The suspect told her side of the story, but it didn't quite match up with the footage officers had gathered through their body cams. For the most part, the suspect was confusing being detained and arrested to being harassed. They assaulted me and harassed me. And how did they do that? What are you talking about? I was walking down the street doing absolutely nothing and I get harassed all my life cuz you were drinking a beer. So what? All right. It's legal to drink in the city of Sarasota. It's illegal to drink. Uh-huh. And when an officer gives you a lawful command, you have to obey it. I didn't know it's illegal to drink. Yeah. No, I didn't. How long have you been in Sarasota? Since when has it been illegal? Um I don't know. 23 years or I've been here 23. So what's the point? because you can have a alcoholic beverage in the public. In a final attempt to evade being taken to the station, the suspect claimed to have mental health issues that needed to be addressed by a doctor. Officers needed to follow procedure, though, so they were first going to take her in for questioning. Thankfully for Megan, there was a nurse at the location who would check on her if needed. I'm only asking you if you were injured or anything due to this arrest, so I'm not interrogating. Okay. All right. Well, we'll document it. All right. But you're going to go to jail. Okay. No, take me to the hospital. I'm psychologically ill. I have schizophrenia. That's not uh go to the hospital. There's there's numerous people who have mental health issues that we don't take to the hospital. Oh, no. You're taking me to the hospital. Okay. Well, we're going to roll up the window and then when you get to the jail, you can talk to the nurse. Great. Have a great day. How do you end up being charged with battery and resisting an officer by just riding a bike on a sunny day? Just ask Megan. She'll tell you exactly what to do. All you need is a couple of beers and a stubborn attitude. Back in the spring of 2023, a team of officers was called in to assess whether gunshots had been fired in a particular neighborhood. Once they got there, a young man, evidently intoxicated, started talking to the cops. Even though he did not have a gun, he somehow managed to get himself in trouble. Okay, so what's going on in the house? Oh, we're talking about business. We're just [ __ ] dumb, drunk idiots. That's awesome. Talking about business. Yes, I swear. There's no gunshots. You got a bunch of dumb ass neighbors living with me here. Okay. Who's Who's that in the blue shirt? Don'ting worry about it. Don't go. Oh my god. THEY GOT GUNS. THEY GOT GUNS. OH MY GOD. We get a call for gunshots. Okay. We have to do our due diligence. Where were their gunshots? shut down. As much as his aunt tried to calm him down, the suspect became more and more aggravated. It was as if he'd already had a problem with police officers in general, though he'd only met this particular team of cops just a few moments prior. There was no choice but to apprehend him and place him in handcuffs. I guess this is a gun, huh? That's a gun. Oh my god. You're right. Get arrested. You don't have nothing. Look at me. Look at me. Oh my god. He don't have nothing. He don't have nothing. LEAVE HIM ALONE. ALL RIGHT. HOLD ON. HOLD ON. He don't have nothing. I swear to God, he don't have nothing. Stop. Calm. Calm down. We're trying to deal with it. All right. Okay. Yes. I agree. But he is really intoxicated cuz we started drinking this morning. We went to a movie. I swear he don't have nothing. I promise you. STOP. SKYLER, BACK UP. BACK UP. BACK UP, SKYLER. Back up. Skyler, stop. God damn it. That's my Skyler had the full package. He resisted arrest. He was physically fighting the officers and was also verbally abusive. He continued to claim that there had been no gunshots whatsoever. What he didn't understand was that at this point, officers had a problem with him beyond the initial report from the neighbors. No one has a gun, you dumb. I didn't do anything. Did I try to hit y'all? Yep. You resisted arrest. I was resisting arrest for a bunch of bull. I ain't going in and I can't see without my glasses. Where are my glasses? Get in the car. Put my glasses off first. Let's just say it's best not to use sarcasm when you're already under arrest. If an officer asks what your name is and they do their best to request it calmly, try to answer politely to the best of your abilities. It's not that difficult, but that's obviously not what Skyler did, as you can guess. Check mying finger residue. Tell me if a gun was fired. Are you Skyler? No, I'ming Jessica. Okay. What would you like me to call you? Um, I guess there's no Jessica because that might as well be all the bull y'all pulling right now. Okay. My name is Sergeant Steel the Grand. No, no, no, no. this sergeant because there ain't no reason for y'all arresting me right now. There ain't noing reason. I'm here to I'm here to cuz why would I let someone arrest me when I did nothing wrong? Why would why would you like I know you're a pig, but like why would y'all let uh someone arrest you if you did nothing wrong? One of his relatives was soon called in to help. Officers hoped that this would calm the suspect down so they could continue with their standard procedure. It didn't particularly make things worse, but it did cause Skyler to start threatening the officers. Help me out. Who are you to him? I'm his grandmother. Yeah. Come on over. Just don't reach in the car or anything for me. Please talk. They're arresting me cuz I try to talk to you. And then they're telling me that it's okay. You're resisting arrest. Why would I resist arrest when nothing I did was wrong? Okay. So just don't make it worse on yourself, honey. No. You have to go to jail. He will go to jail. You got the money to sue these dumb. No, I saw officer stomp it down. I think it was on my phone. Oh yeah, my phone ain't ain't in my pocket. You will see. They have it inside. No, they he just told me that they didn't have it. He's just lied to me. No, no, no. They were They said it's in the house over there in the bag. So, just stop, take a breath, and relax. We will sue the police department. Okay. The suspect was known to have previous health problems. His grandmother had to then negotiate with officers to let her check Skyler for any obvious symptoms. Though the cops were kind enough to let her look at him more closely, they had to make sure this was done with all the safety precautions in place. Just gone down. Are you hurt? Yeah, look at my knee. Yeah. What about your head? My head hurts like a mother. You need to stop. We're going to start clearing. Can I look at his eyes? He has had numerous head injuries and he Yeah, he offered an ambulance, but No, he's not going to do an ambulance. Okay. Can I just look at it? Get in close enough to look at his eyes. Come over to this side with me. Hey, why don't you guys come over here Hey, you bounce out of here. Come over here so she can She wants to look at his eyes and make sure he has had numerous head injuries. We're not opening the door like that. Don't hit nothing so I can look at your eyes. No. No. We open the door. Oh, should I look in the other side? I mean, we're not going to climb in. Just roll the window down. That's all I want to do. Yeah, you roll the window down. Let me talk to you. No, he doesn't listen to you. Obviously. Obvious. Can you just let me see your eyes? His injuries had to be documented. Skyler had gathered a bunch of cuts and bruises as he was being put on the ground during his arrest. He didn't comply willingly. So yet again, he had to be forced into showing his knees and knuckles as soon as they made it to the station. Not at all. Okay. We have to take this out the house. Relax. Have you got pictures of his knuckles? I don't think Does he have any images of his knuckles? I never said it was on my knuckles. I got his knee already. Okay. If you want to take a picture of his mouth, this would be the time. It's not my Yeah, I got it. This entitled drunk suspect was eventually accused of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. It doesn't even matter at this point if the gunshots were real or if Skyler had anything to do with them. All he had to do was cooperate with police officers, which he didn't do. not even for the sake of his grandma. Some cops who perform traffic stops are sometimes willing to let minor issues go. As long as you're compliant and truthful, there's no reason for them to put you in a tough spot. In January of 2022, though, a bunch of Florida cops stumbled upon two young ladies who thought they could trick the officers with their lies. Hello. Hi. How you doing? So, I'm Deputy Gang, the sheriff's office. The reason I'm stopping you is your passenger doesn't have her seat belt on. Yeah. So, that's why. Um, but if everything's cool, I'll just write you a warning and I'll get you on your way. Yeah. You have your driver's license on you? Uh, no. I don't have the Can you pick my name up? Do you have one? Yeah. Okay. Uh, yeah. I should be able to do that. Here, do me a favor. When the light goes green, let's go ahead and pull off here so we don't get into an accident or anything so we're all safe and I'll follow behind you and we'll deal with it there. This could have ended right then and there. The officer would probably just issue a warning for the passenger for not wearing a seat belt and everyone would have just gone on with their day. Once the officer got closer to the car, though, he'd notice something was off. You guys have medical marijuana cards? Yes, sir. Okay. It smells like weed in here. Do people smoke weed in his car? Yeah. Okay. All right. Is there anything illegal in the car? No. All right. Um, so what's your first name? So, is it just weed in the car or if it's just weed, I'll I'll just take it for destruction. No, we don't have any limits. So, who smokes in the car? Like, I listen. So, like I don't care about weed. If there's weed in the car, I literally will take it and put it in the evidence for destruction and no one gets in trouble. Yeah. Okay. So, we like it's been smoked in before, but we don't we didn't. We were going to the hospital for a COVID test. Okay. All right. So, when was the last time weed was in here? Like yesterday. Okay. There's nothing in your purse. There's nothing in his car. Nothing like that. This cop was probably having a pretty good day so far. Based on this piece of footage, he was willing to let the girls go even though he'd found some weed in their belongings. Problem was, these two weren't planning on being honest with the officer just yet. Would it be okay if I took a look real quick? Is it okay to hang on to? My part? Yeah, just like Okay. So, that's why it smells like weed. My purse does. Yeah, because I'm looking at it. I'm looking at it. See it down there? Oh. Oh, then this is a little bit. I'm sorry. I didn't even know what I was going to do. Cool. All right. Well, let's hang out a second. All right. Here's where things get sketchy. Once the driver was asked to identify herself, you could see her changing her attitude. You'd think one would know their name and date of birth by heart. Well, not this girl. You have a license at all? You're saying they can't find you? They don't. No, I just have like What do you mean? Well, cuz like in Michigan standby. I don't actually like cuz I told Michigan it's different. That's Rosa Raa. September 9th, 2001. Thank you. Just had some butt in the car. So, okay. Um, that's that. Okay. All right. Well, if you guys don't mind stepping out real quick and uh Nobody's got marijuana cards or anything like that. Okay. Just come on back over here. You guys can just lean up on the front of his car if you would. Officers tried verifying if this girl was telling the truth. None of the information she gave them seemed to be accurate based on their records. It's like she didn't exist. If you can't verify someone's ID, you also can't verify if they have a valid driver's license. You got to have some You got to come back somehow. You're 20 years old. You know what I mean? For, right? But we're running it out of Michigan and there's no record of that name and date of birth out of Michigan. Where's my mom? Does she have a driver's license for you? No. No, not for me, but Do you have a valid driver's license? No. No, you don't. No. Okay. She doesn't have a DL. She's telling me. So, it's just going to be no DL ever issued then. Sounds like Okay, now we're getting somewhere. The girl confessed to not having a license. So, technically, she shouldn't be driving at all, let alone on a highway. Either way, the cop has to find a way to identify her because not disclosing her name could be a sign that she's hiding something about herself that she doesn't want the cops to find out. So, I got to identify you somehow cuz there's nothing even nothing even proven that what you're saying is who you are. You know what I mean? So, in order to make sure you don't go to jail because I can't tell who you are, I got to figure out who you are somehow that comes back. We got to make sure you don't got some warrant for some crazy crime in Detroit or wherever, right? You're just giving us some some random name because nothing nothing's coming back on you. Even if Even if you were issued a permit, there should still be some kind of a That's my ID. I got him. Hold on. Ma'am, you're Are you still on speaker? Yeah. One of the officers had to search her car, especially since he'd found illegal substances in one of their purses. During his search, he eventually got a hold of what seemed to look like a driver's ID. At this point, the officer turned from Mr. Nice Guy to full-on confrontational. Why you lie to me? You're who you are. Why'd you lie to me? What's going on? Can't lie about this. You just lied about everything. And it's recorded. The dates you wrote me. I didn't write it wrong. You said September, right? I got it written down. Actually, I'm going to go bring it up. Okay. I'm all right. Oh my god. Now it's time to be honest cuz now I'm not in a good mood. That's my little sister. She actually has a learning. I don't have a license at all. Okay. So, you lied to me in order to try and show that you have a permit. You don't have a license at all. This is who she actually is. And she lied about her middle name. What's the picture that you sent? The picture that you sent me is your little sister. This is you. The lies just seem to go on and on. You'll be able to sense the officer's frustration as he's dealing with the young driver. He just wanted to be nice and let the girls move on with their day, but it didn't pay off. So now the driver had to be taken to the station. I'm sorry. Let me have your phone. Let me have your phone. I want you to drop it. I swear I'm so sorry. I just I Oh no. Why you lied to me? What did you do in this movie and Mario? I know. I'm so sorry. I won't do it again. You're being cool the whole time. I was talking about the everything. I didn't know. I told you right off the rip. Just be chill. I know. I I'm sorry. I was going to tell you the police. Please. I'm you. Oh my god. Once the cuffs were on, the begging and crying started. It was too late, as you can imagine. If there's one thing a police officer doesn't like, it's being treated like he's stupid. It's unlikely this girl would have gotten off the hook, even if she'd been honest. But she would have been in way less trouble, that's for sure. You have anything in your pockets or anything? I don't have anything. I don't think there's any, sir. Is there anything inside your pants or anything like that? Third degree felony when we get to the jail, bro. Come on, sir. Please lie to me. Way too long. Listen. No, listen. Listen. Okay, hold on. Just let me talk for a second. We're done. I gave you the job for 30 minutes. Oh, please. [Music] Oh my. Sir, why? Why? You lied to me. Listen, listen. You're not You don't have a valid license. You got an ID card only. You tried to play me like I was silly. You didn't come back. The driver was charged with one count of false ID given to a law enforcement officer and operating a vehicle without a valid license. As for her friend, she also got a warning for not wearing a seat belt. The drugs found in the vehicle were sent for destruction and probably no charges were issued related to them. And there you have it. That's where entitlement will get you if you choose to mess with police officers while they're doing their jobs. It doesn't matter if you have to use the bathroom, if your knee's a bit bruised, or even if your grandma comes to save you. It also doesn't matter who your parents are. Your best bet will be to cooperate. Until next time, let us know which one of these colorful personalities caught your attention and what you would have done differently if you were in the officer's
