Back up. My life for my life. >> Put it down. >> Back up. You want the umbrella? I just bought IT FROM GOODWILL. YOU CAN HAVE IT. >> Just settle out. >> Give me your >> Just settle out. >> For what? >> Just do what we say. >> For what? >> Easier. >> SOMEBODY PAYS ME, CARL. >> For most people, working out's a great way to blow off steam while getting physically fit. >> Why? >> Cuz you were talking to them and I was talking to them. >> Well, here. >> Obviously, you can't talk to them. So, if you keep yelling at me, I'm going to take you out of here in handcuffs. and you are going to get >> shut up. >> But for some people, the workout's [music] not complete without having a meltdown. Here's what happens when these super dumb Karens get arrested at gyms. >> Could you put your hands behind your back? >> This is how you used to do me. >> You're under You're under arrest. >> You can't blame him. This is how you used to do. On the 4th of March, 2024, the cops were dispatched to a gym. There was a woman there, aptly named Karen, who was causing a disturbance. Employees said she'd spray painted a vehicle and was throwing drinks around. And when the officers got there, the woman's tantrum was still in full swing. >> She as well to come and in bad circumstances. What's um >> yes, >> what's her name? >> You all are my witnesses. >> No push me to this point. Karen, >> you told me about the older man. Who is she? >> Karen. >> And my name is Karen. On top of it, I'm a real Karen. I got the white woman spirit inside of me. I got last year. I afraid of you. >> Karen's behavior was clearly out of order. One of the employees confirmed she'd poured beer on him and that he wanted to press charges on her, but Karen overheard it and accused the employees of touching her. The lead officer tried to get to the bottom of things and what led up to the disturbance. >> What What's the deal? Why? What What made you so upset? >> It's Women's History Month. >> So, you're upset about that? >> Yeah, that's it. >> All right. Um, is this your stuff here? >> No, it's not my property, sir. But this is my stuff. And that white woman touched my things. >> What else do you have here? >> This is all that I have, sir. And I'm ready to leave. >> We're going to wait for uh the grand cop here. >> Oh, yeah. We're kind of here. We'll see what he wants to do. >> Yeah. >> The only way to hold accountable is with their community. What was I supposed to do? Who would believe me? Who would help me? Would any of you raise your hands to help me? No. Because a victim is crime and black women can't. Right. That's the myth. Who can a black woman? It's not unless she's bloody. Her been destroyed. She's lacerated. She's bruised and half dead. I've taken a You know what they told me? A kid can't even prove that you've had intercourse. She went on to claim she'd already reported one of the employees and filed a report with police for sexual abuse. She also said she'd never done anything to hurt the man. At this point, the cops still had no idea what caused her outburst. >> So, what happened with this started out? >> When you've been I assume it doesn't just go away and they don't believe me. Why? Because he's an honorable man and he's married. So, why would he me a black woman? So you guys were just working out and just >> No, it took time. You know, it takes time to get into a woman. He winded me and Ded me. >> Nothing happened. I was just, you know, I was just like, now is the time to let everybody know so that when I see them in the streets, they know what he did and they can't play ignorant because that's what people, especially white people, y'all love to say that you don't know what's going on. We don't know what's happening. We don't know, but y'all reap the benefits. Just when it looked like things might be under control, Karen decided to yell some more abuse at the gym employees. Before another altercation could break out, the cops got Karen to change the subject. But it didn't last long. >> What do you do? >> Good person. Want to get >> No. What do you do? >> Are you preschool teacher? >> Okay. >> Where? >> In the area. >> Oh, you're off today for that. >> It's I'm on my lunch break. The children are waiting for me. I know. I usually come here on my lunch break >> to work out >> to work outive. >> I know it is productive because I'm a preschool teacher. I never spend time with adults. The statues of limitation might be up. That's the funny thing. You know they but if enough time elapses between the way you report it can nothing can be done. He'll be fine. I doubt he'll lose business. I doubt his wife is going to leave him. He will be fine. I haven't heard him. >> You can ask him. His wife doesn't sleep with him. >> Where did all the alcohol come from? >> He he keeps the alcohol on on the at the facility. [music] >> Okay. >> I suspect that the night he me that he might have drugged the liquor that he gave me, but I don't know. >> It's okay. He me violently. He me gently people. So, it's okay. So he was very loving, very tender. He kissed my face, kissed my lips, kissed my breast, told me how beautiful I was. He calls me delicious. >> Can you believe it? Delicious. >> Clearly, this Karen Karen was determined to get her story across despite the fact there was no evidence whatsoever that supported her claim. The fact remained her behavior was out of order and the cops had humored the woman for long enough. >> Oh, it's my friends. Hi, sweetheart. This is one of the ones that beat me up and in and looks remember you had an erection that day. >> Hey Karen, >> remember the erection? >> Hey Karen, you're going to be placed erection. >> You're going to be placed under arrest. Okay. >> You remember the erection officer that you had when you arrested me in the >> So if you just could stand up again for >> If you just could stand up, turn around and put your hands behind the back. >> No, you don't you don't need to do that. >> You're going to be placed under arrest. Okay. >> I'm sure you will. I wonder >> why don't you just stand up and just put your hands behind your back. Okay. >> I wonder which one. That's just that's just >> you know the nipple is not uh criminal. >> Men can show their nipples. >> Could you stand up and just put your hands behind your back? >> I cannot stand up. I have an injury moving all this stuff. I've pulled a muscle. I cannot stand up. >> Well, you're going to be placed under arrest. >> I am sure you will. Are you going to get hard on again, baby? >> If if you just want to turn around, stand up. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Turn around, baby. >> Could you put your hands behind your back? Could you put your hands behind your back? >> This is how you used to do. >> You're under You're under arrest. >> You can't blame me again. This is how you used to do. >> Y'all should get a good leg. [snorts] >> Don't hurt me now. >> Excuse me. I cannot. >> She kept refusing to step down and she then had the bright idea to start taunting the cops again. You're under arrest. >> You're going to hurt me again the way you hurt me before. >> Okay. Well, you're under arrest. >> Don't touch me. DO NOT TOUCH ME. I will not touch me. If you touch me, I will defend myself. >> Listen, you're underrest as a human being to defend myself. You are part of a criminal enterprise. Do you know that you're under arrest? You're under arrest. >> You may not on the ground. >> You may not. Come here. You knock. >> Last time it was Last time it was easier. Last time it was easier. >> Last time it was easier. >> LAST TIME IT WAS EASIER. [screaming] HELP ME. Help me. Help me. They're hurting me. They're hurting me. They're hurting me. Please. Please, Victor. [screaming] Please, Victor. Calvin George. Please. Lindsay, Sarah, my friends, my family. Please help me. Help me. Help me. Help me. [screaming] >> I'm afraid. They're hurt. They're hurting. >> They're hurting me. I'm hurt. Just sit up. >> I'm afraid. I hurt me. Look. Stand up. >> My beautiful legs. Given her behavior so far, it probably came as no surprise whatsoever that she wouldn't stand up for the cops. As a result, the cops had no choice but to carry the woman out. >> You touching me? You touching me? You like to touch me, don't you? You sick little pig. >> Now you're getting batteries. >> Okay, I don't care. I don't care. How many things have you done to us? What more can we do? What more can I do? What more can we do? What more can you do? What more can you do? >> What more can you do? >> What more can you do? You like touching my breast, huh? ASSAULT. ASSAULT. They're groping me. THEY'RE GROPING ME. THEY'RE GROPING ME. >> Stop it. Stop. It hurts. It hurts. Karen was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, battery, and a felony count for aggravated battery on an officer. She also got a charge for criminal damage to property after spray painting a vehicle. On February 16th, 2025, the cops were dispatched to a gym after an alarming report. A young girl had been left unattended in a vehicle while her mother, Christina, did her morning workout. When the officers got there, they checked on the little girl and began looking for Christina. >> She's okay though, right? >> Yeah. Are you able to call her to the front? >> Christine. Christine, if you can come to the front, please. Are you are you Miss Christine? >> I'm Christine. >> Okay. My apologies. >> We might have to ask one of the employees to go see if she [music] >> Yeah. Just going to ask her if you could. >> Yeah. >> Thank you. >> She's in there. Did Did you ask her if she could come out? >> Yeah. I asked her if her name was Christine. She said, "Yeah." But she was just showering. So, >> yeah, she's in there. >> Yeah. She said she was showering, but she's coming out. Okay. Should we talk to you outside? >> Okay. >> Is my daughter okay? >> Well, let's talk over here. >> Okay. >> She's okay now that the car is open. >> Oh, I literally went in there for like 5 10 minutes. I >> Okay. Well, other people have said otherwise. Okay, >> Stephen. 5 10 minutes. That's fine. What if something happens to you in the gym? >> Very bad. You scared me. >> Christina claims she'd only been there 15 or 20 minutes, and since her daughter had been sleeping, she'd left her there with the intention of returning. When they asked Christina again about it, she said she'd arrived 30 minutes ago and had already done her workout and showered and was on her way back out. However, witnesses said otherwise, >> and it never happened before. So, I'm like, "Oh my god, what happened?" I've never ever ever left her to where she's alone. It's like, "All right, let me just quickly go here since you're sleeping and I'll come back." >> Let me ask you this, and I hate to be up front or out of line. Are you guys living out of the car? >> No, not at all. I can actually show you a paycheck. >> Okay, >> I'm working. This This is like a mistake. That's why I was scared. I'm like, "Let me run out. I can show you my paycheck." >> Okay, I can literally pull it out and show [snorts] >> Can you Is there like Can I see it on the computer? She said she's been here for 15 minutes. >> 71. So she's exactly >> 2 hours. She said she's been here 15 minutes. >> Yeah. >> And I couldn't take it up right now. I thought you guys scared me. I just want to make sure she's okay. >> What was your name, ma'am? >> Christina. >> Christina, do you want to go to jail for child abuse or do you want to tell us the truth right now? >> I'm definitely telling you the truth. >> You checked in the gym at 7:27 [music] this morning. >> Do you know what time it is now? If you ask her, I came back out. I was >> It's 9:00. You've been You've been here for almost 2 hours. >> She denied leaving her child alone for that long, insisting to the cops she'd been back out to check on her and never left her alone for more than 10 or 15 minutes. >> Hi, Mom. How are you? Good. Gabby's good. >> What happened? >> No, she didn't do anything. The a passer by called in cuz they saw an juvenile in the back. Car off. So, with the biggest issue, obviously Florida and everything else, one, we don't want to leave our attendant for long at all, but also the car has to be on. Okay. >> All right. >> Do you have your ID? >> But she's okay. She got no complaints. She was She's been great. Okay. All right. Gabby, feel better. We'll see you later. >> Thank you guys. I appreciate it. >> All right. No problem. >> And I'm so sorry. I know you got to take me right now, but I promise it's a mistake. While the officers checked her ID, she tried out a new excuse, telling a story about having a flat tire the night before and driving to that gym because it was the nearest one that morning, but it only made the woman's story more confusing. >> Okay. But that's a lot of inconsistencies in this story. You repeated my questions because you were trying to think of something. I don't know what's going on. >> It wasn't. I have it. I have the proof as a text messages. It shows you I wrote her. I said, "Hey, my tire blew out in front of the Firestone. Here's the address. Can you please send someone to come help us?" Okay. So, you got you got off work at what time last night? >> I got off work probably around 8 or 9. >> Okay. So, then what were you doing driving at 11:00 at night? >> No, I was driving around 9 something from Fort Lauderdale Delta down there. The tire blew [music] out around 10:00. A man named Moses at fire happened in between 8:00 and 10:00 p.m. >> The tire around I don't know what else you're I don't know. I'm not looking at the time. I'm telling you. After work, I drove around 9 to 9 something. 910. >> What county and city are we in currently? >> In Lake Work, right? Palm Beach. >> Where do you live? >> I live in Fort Lauderdale. My friend lives in Boon. >> So I drove to Palm Beach and the car stopped in in Palm Beach in >> Boon. Okay, that's [music] that makes a little more sense. He's asking, "Why are you over in this area? That's what my friend lives in Palm Beach." >> It seemed like the cops were starting to follow her story. So they asked her what she'd done after getting her tire fixed. She told the cops she stayed at her friend's house, but barely slept, as if that excused her poor judgment. [music] It was still unclear why she had to go to the gym. >> What I'm trying to figure out is like, you know, why was it like [music] important after dealing with all that to be like, "Oh, you know what? I think you need to go check out this gym." >> I go to the gym every day, so I thought Crunch Fitness was the closest one that goes for 15, [music] 20 minutes. My daughter was sleeping. >> 15, 20 minutes is one thing, but you weren't here for 15, 20 minutes, were you? >> When I came here, I came back out. I stayed with my daughter and I went back to So I would say about 20 25 15 and then I >> in the gym you were in there for about 15 minutes, right? >> I was in the gym and I came back out. I stayed long I stayed out probably like 30 40 minutes >> and then what? >> And then I went back I went to the gym 15 25 15 minutes showered 10 minutes came back out and they're like are you Christine? I'm like yes. >> Despite the fact she was clearly making excuses and by that point she'd only accounted for an hour or so of the two hours she'd been there. The cop in charge decided not to arrest her, but they'd have to further investigate. >> I'm going to notify DCF. They're going to pay a visit to you at your house. Check on the welfare of your child. Okay? Do not let this happen again cuz now that it's on record, I guarantee you would be going to jail next time. >> Give me a second. >> If the gym is such a priority to you, >> well, now it's not because >> listen to me. Let me finish. If it is, then find a gym that has a daycare, >> okay? >> Because it's not acceptable to you just to get your your exercise and your workout in. You leave your child in the car. Still though, the story wasn't over yet. And due to concerns about the young girl's safety, the officer had to check with his supervisor to make sure he'd made the right decision. And unfortunately for Christina, she wasn't going anywhere. >> Here's the severity of the situation, okay? I had to reach out to my supervisor. Okay. And a detective. Okay. This meets the criteria for Yes. You to go to jail. Okay. So, do you mind calling your father to have him come pick up your child so we do not have to give her to DC? >> Can you tell me why? >> Because you left her unattended in the car with it off. >> But I literally I literally I went in there for like 25 30 minutes. >> Regardless, it could be 5 seconds. >> Can you guys literally like see the tire that blew out? Can you >> The tire has nothing to do with this. Nothing to do with this. You understand that, right? >> That's the reason why that's the reason why we iced out. >> I It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. You could be a crunch in Myar. You could be a crunch in Fort Lauderdale. You could be a crunch in in New York. It's the same thing. You understand that, right? >> Leaving your child unattended. >> The thing is I The thing is this is not something that happens to me. Like I've >> it happened today. >> I' I've always I've always been the type of person to make sure my daughter is well taken care of and I pray. >> Okay. So, do you want to call your father and have him come pick up your child? Let's go ahead and give him a call. >> It's going to take it's he's >> I don't care. >> I don't know how he's going to get there. He >> does not have a car. >> He has a car, but he's he's [music] like a senior. He's going to I don't know how he's going to make it to Crutch Fitness. He's a >> How old is he? >> My dad's about like 75, 76. >> What other family members live close by? >> Know any other family member that's nearby here that I can call her? >> At that point, it just seemed like she was stalling the cop. And when it was clear to the officer that she wasn't going to call a family member, he went on with the arrest. [music] And that's when suddenly she felt the need to call her dad. >> Please. >> Please don't do this. Can I Okay, let me I'll call my dad. >> Okay, I'm going to take care of that. I'm going to have you on speaker. Okay, stop. Do not do that. >> Call my dad. Let me call my dad. Let me just let >> Okay, we'll call him in a little bit. Okay, right now that's not going to happen. >> Please let me call my dad so my daughter is safe. At least I can call her grandmother or something. Please, >> I got take a seat. >> Can I at least call her grandmother? >> Take a seat. I don't want your child to see her. >> I don't think I'm I'm saying Can you please let me call >> Take a seat. I don't want your child to see. >> The cops did their best, of course, to keep the little girl from seeing her mother get arrested. But Christina had different plans, and she ignored the cop's instructions again and again, despite the additional stress she was causing her daughter. >> Mommy is Mommy is arrested. >> I don't know why, Mommy. I'm arrested. >> Okay, >> that's good for your child, but that's not what I wanted to happen. >> I'm so scared. >> I don't know what happened. >> I don't understand why you put your foot in. >> I don't know what I did. >> Nice. [screaming] >> When the officers checked her record, they found numerous traffic violations, some for not putting a seatelt on her child. They talked to the woman again about how serious the situation was, and she was later charged with child neglect. On July 14th, 2023, the cops were called to a CKO gym due to a disturbance. Reportedly, there was a man there screaming, "The white man's going to kill me." and swinging at gym members. The cops were led up to where the disturbance was happening. >> Freak out. I don't know, some mild schizophrenia or something like that. He might still have condition. He's been yelling and putting his hands on people. >> I'm sorry. I've calmed him down a little bit. He just needs to be relaxed. Yeah, >> I think he just needs like mental health. >> Okay. How you doing, >> sir? Yeah. >> Come here. Come here. Come here. What's going on? >> What? What's going on? >> All right. I didn't catch either of their names, but >> buddy, no. I know she was leaving. >> Hold on, sir. >> Yeah. >> Stay here with me. Stay here with me. >> I went to Ruckers. I went walking away. >> It appeared the staff member's assessment of things was correct. It seemed like the suspect had some kind of mental health issue, but so far he was being calm with them and cooperating. But then he decided to do something really dumb. >> What happened? >> [screaming] >> I know I'm not acting. >> I know it's [music] >> I know. I know. Don't hit send. Don't hit. All right. Yep. whole family nuclear explosion. I mean, >> yeah. >> Okay. >> Come in. Actually, I'm just going to bring him down. >> Yeah. My phone. >> What's going on today? I grabbed your gun. I grabbed your gun. >> You did, >> man. [singing] >> Why? I >> You did grab my gun. Why would you grab my gun? You want to kill him? >> I gun, man. Dear Hamlin, it's going to be a tough one, man. >> You want to take him out? >> Yeah. Filipino. Probably. He's probably Filipino. >> As he was escorted through the gym, the man's yapping made less and less sense. But at least he was cooperating. Sadly though, his good behavior wouldn't last. >> Stop moving. [laughter] >> Nuclear war. Why is that, man? I know. Behind me. >> All right. My wallet's in the gym. Justin Morris. All right, Justin. We got attention. >> Justin Morris. Justin Morris. Don't hit me. Just don't hit it. >> I know you're at work. You run soon, man. I know. >> The cops finally managed to get the man out of the gym and over to a squad car. He was talking nonsense the entire time, but at least he stopped struggling and the cops were finally able to search him. >> It's better off, chief. It's better off. >> You got anything on you? >> I know. >> What's that? somewhere. I'm 25. I don't know what else to do. Psychiatrist, psychologist, everything, man. Put me in the car. I lost my >> Yeah. Well, actually went up. >> I didn't think it was anything. >> I didn't think it was anything. >> With the suspect secured in the back of a squad car, the cops then talked to a witness who'd been helping during the initial struggle. The cops then went back to the gym to get his belongings and interview more witnesses. >> So, what did you see? >> Um, he was walking through the gym with his like, "Everyone's got to have fun." And he kept saying something about professional sports and you guys need to like listen up. Like, it was very incoherent as if he had like schizophrenia or something. um wasn't really speaking to anyone directly, but he kept wanting us to listen to him at the same time. Um I know. >> So I made him sit down at the other side of the gym cuz he attempted to put his hands on the other gentleman upstairs and I told him, "Hey, don't touch him." He kind of ran at him. >> Yes. >> Um so then I sat him down and we waited for you guys to show up and he sat down and I I have footage of it too. And uh when the officer came uh we all tried talking and then the other gentleman kind of came back upstairs cuz he had down >> and um >> that's when I guess the guy you arrested got distracted cuz another person entered the scene and he attempted to grab the officer's gun >> and that's when I got my phone and ran at the incident to hold him down and he put the chest on. >> Okay. >> Took him downstairs. What's your phone number? The cops retrieved the man's sneakers and then he was taken to the police headquarters and was given a summon for disarming a law enforcement officer. On the 3rd of January 2024 in Lake City, Florida, the cops were called about a disturbance at Planet Fitness. When the officers got there, they found the suspect in the parking lot and he explained to them that he'd lost his iPhone in the locker room. >> So, like we got called because I guess you was upset because you lost it in their facility. Was you trying to make it their responsibility? >> No, of course not. But, you know, it just when when I had the phone, >> okay, >> and then go take a shower. >> Still had the phone. >> Okay. >> You know, and then they got lost in them telling her no, I wasn't making her responsible. But when she put it on my mind that oh someone could have took it home with them [snorts] that that made me get upset, you know, because it made me think think in my mind, okay, now I feel like somebody stole my phone, you know. I just went all the way around this. >> Yeah, cool. I said you just cuz I was just trying to get figure out like how how did it become their responsibility? >> No, I didn't make it their respons. Well, that's how that's how they they came out over the radio far as you was dispatched to it that you was make try to make it [music] their responsibility that your phone was stolen cuz you got to argue with them any kind of way >> how to do it. >> No, leave it with you. >> I'm thinking like, okay, well, if it's not in the truck, it's not in this truck stop. >> I mean, it's not in this uh locker room, then it's been stolen. Somebody just came in here and they just stole it. >> And where was the last place you have it? >> In a locker room. The suspect continued saying that he didn't want to cause a scene there, which was why he'd stepped outside. But as the cops already explained to him, the gym called in about a disturbance, so the cops also had to get the employees side of the story. >> Probably had a gentleman outside, I guess. What's the issue between you guys or anything going on? >> The issue was is that he lost his property in the gym. >> He was not using the lockers like supposed to to lock up his property. >> Okay. >> And he [music] lost his cell phone. Cell phone has not been turned in here. and he can't find it. >> Okay. >> Whenever [music] he asked if I would call the police, I told him I could not call the police on this phone to report the phone. That was going to be something that he had to do. He's going to have to get with somebody and report his stolen on his own. >> Okay. >> He got angry about that and threatened us that he was going to act a fool up in here. I've tried to help him look for his phone. I've checked [music] the lost and found, checked all the doors up here cuz normally with stuff turns them in. >> Yes. But for him to become violent after we've helped him with his phone and everything, >> okay, >> was unacceptable. He doesn't even have a club membership. I can pull it up for you. >> You say he does it. >> No, he doesn't pay his bills. Technically, whenever he walked in, whoever was here on overnight should have denied him entry. >> Okay. >> Cuz it says check and deny. >> Okay. >> Given how the suspect had acted toward the gym employees, they wanted the man trespassed. [music] The officer then went back to the parking lot to inform the suspect about the trespass order. But first, the officer wanted to get a statement from him. >> Was inside of the locker. I left it unlocked for only like a few minutes to take a shower. So, if somebody went inside of the locker and stole it, >> okay, >> while I was in the shower, then it was stolen. That's good. >> You know, it's just as simple as that. Like, I had I still got to get on the highway and I don't like to put stress on my brain while I'm on the highway. >> That's perfectly understandable. I say I just need you to [snorts] >> Yeah, that's pretty much all I got to say. Yeah, I can't find the phone. I was not. >> Yeah, but you left since y'all y'all stayed till now. >> But you left the locker unattended for about 5 10 minutes while waiting to take shots, right? >> Yeah. Not even that long. Probably like, you know, Yeah. 10 minutes at the most, but not even that long. Like I was in the in the locker room and, you know, I had the phone going inside. >> Yeah. >> Because I did a little ad machine. And I was still listening to music to the music. >> That's fine. >> I like saying >> what exact you want me to say. Just I don't really know what to say. >> Everything you tell me right now. >> Okay. >> That's all you That's all you write on here. You're telling a You're telling me everything right now that you need to put on here. >> The officer then explained that he'd have to get the phone serial number so he could put the phone in the system as stolen and T-Mobile, the carrier, could provide that info when the suspect called them. Until that happened, he couldn't move on with the theft case. Only the trespass. >> They also want [music] me to tell you that he wants you trespass from you. >> Well, I'm not a trespasser. [music] That's why I'm saying it got to be a serious report here because No, this is I come to this gym. I got a black car membership here and nobody can say that I'm trespassing when I'm complaining. >> They're trespassing you from this location. >> They can't say that I'm trespassing a bother. If I'm being about then we need to go I need to file a lawsuit then >> you can do listen [music] you can move forward my man you can move forward however you need to move forward as far as that >> nobody nobody can say that I'm trespassing that's not saying you're trespassing they're trespassing you from the property that means that you're not allowed to no longer [music] come to this location here why is that okay well you need to make a larger request I don't even got nothing else to say brother that's it that's all I got to say cuz I'm not a child man and I And I don't want to play child child children. >> Like I [music] told you before before I interact before you take this brother and and that's going to be that. Okay, cool. >> You know, I got if it needs to be that, then it needs to be a larger report than this. >> The cop did his best to explain to the suspect why they were trespassing him and how the issue with his phone was a separate matter. Because the call from the gym was about a disturbance, that's what they'd responded to, and that's what they had to resolve first. Somehow though, the suspect just wasn't getting it. >> Well, what's actually happening is they're you're putting you're you're opening >> something for them to say like I actually that's like that's like this if I lost my phone. >> Okay. >> And I just I'm walking somebody just jump me, robbed me, whatever. And I'm walk and and you and you off duty. >> Okay. >> You off duty with no no uniform on. Somebody just [music] robbed me. They took my bag and they took my phone. But I need [music] >> They also have a policy for their business. They're not allowed to do that. I can't make [music] them do it. >> I cannot make them do it, my man. I can't. I'm sorry. >> The officer explained to him again that if he had an issue with the gym's policy, he could contact the corporate office. The cop was just there as a mediator to help resolve things. But unfortunately, they were just going round and round in circles. >> And so you're aware technically according to them, you was not should have not been allowed to be entered because your your membership has been cancelled. >> My membership hasn't >> according to their system. Your membership has been cancelled. >> My membership isn't cancelled. >> I don't know. I owe a $25 to you >> and I was getting ready to pay it this morning. >> If I if I just had my phone, I would have just paid. >> Well, once again, [music] I'm just letting you know. >> Okay. Well, we need to get it all handled there, man. >> I did. >> Yeah. So, why did they just let me in for two hours then? >> Because somebody was terrible. [music] >> Somebody messed up somewhere, dude. I I cannot answer that one. I'm sorry. >> Come on, man. >> I can't answer that, dog. >> Way that all this stuff just came up. >> I can't answer that, dog. I'm [music] telling you. I really can't. And I tried I tried I tried desperately explain to you. Look, we're we're spinning [music] the block. >> Okay. So, how is the me the membership is? >> Yes. [music] So, if you want to get your membership back, >> I don't even go I'm not a member here. I'm a member in Illinois. >> Well, Planet [music] Fitness card membership >> that goes everywhere to every location. Every location. >> So, they put in this system that >> No, they didn't put anything in the system. [music] You just said you didn't pay your $20. $25, right? You just say that. [clears throat] So why you not paying? >> And would [music] it be put in this system that >> from this one? From this building, this building in Lake City, Florida, you're trespassing [music] this building. >> The cop's patience had finally run out. After a full 20 minutes of trying to explain things to him and the steps he could take regarding all of his issues, the suspect still wasn't getting it. >> Yeah, but if they say that, then that's going to other places. >> No, it is not. You're trespassing on this one. It's just why? because of what you did. >> I didn't do anything, >> man. Enjoy [music] the rest of your day, dog. All right, Brandon. >> When you make that report, I got to get some time. >> You good, [music] but I appreciate you. Enjoy the rest of your day. I said, I advise you of it. Can we spin in the block? We're going back in circles and I It's too early. I ain't finished my breakfast yet. >> The cop went back to his vehicle. And by that point, when it seemed like the man had accepted the fact he was being trespassed and had to leave, he came back over. >> And you try to act like this. So again, like I told you, >> let's do this, bro. >> Listen to me. >> Let's do this. >> I'm going to go explain something to you. >> Business did not >> because first and foremost, you need to control your emotions with this badge in this man. Listen what I'm telling you. >> Know that I know my rights. Okay, >> my man. Like I told you before, [snorts] like I told you before. >> And I'm not getting ready to argue. Keep your hands out of my face. >> The business [music] did not take your phone. [snorts] Your phone was in your possession. >> Nobody. Right. And once again, and I explained it to you on multiple occasions. [music] >> I'm completely stepping away because I keep Don't put your hands. >> Listen to me. I [music] explained it to you on multiple occasions that like say I was nice. I said, "Hey, let me go ahead and get their situation situated." I can go ahead and address your situation. >> Their situation was [music] that I called. >> You did not call them. You don't have a phone to call. >> Have a phone to call. I do not have a phone to call. >> So I asked them. >> I told you they cannot call. They said they >> called them. They called for them because you caused the issue for them. >> Yeah, I What issue did I cause besides me saying you? What issue did I cause besides me? >> It seemed like the man just wasn't hearing a word the cop said. He continued arguing and demanded to see a supervisor. And even after they told him that the supervisor was on his way, he still wasn't happy. I ain't trespassing. I ain't banned from no plan of fitness. [music] And if you got to arrest me for it, then you do what you got to do. >> Yes, sir. So, are you refusing [music] to leave this property? >> I'm refusing to be banned from my establishment when they sto ain't even left this place. >> I told you step over there. You want to hang out? I said you arrest me because I'm stepping on a seat, bro. >> Because this is man, bro, you straight, bro. >> Put your hand back for me, bro. >> You good, bro? Don't worry about it, man. [music] C my get here. We going to address it. I'm not going to no jail because I'm at punish. >> Do you understand if my phone is straight? >> Okay. Are you crazy, bro? >> I know. >> I'm going [snorts] you crazy. >> I am crazy. Apparently. >> The suspect was then instructed to sit in the car so they could talk to him, but he continued resisting and complaining about his phone. He might have thought the cop was the crazy one, but the only one acting irrationally was him. >> Put your foot down. >> Sit down and we can resolve this. >> Y scenario. Put your foot in the car, man. >> Mag your up off you. >> Sit down. >> Thank you. That's all it takes. >> Get in the car. >> Put your other pit in. >> Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> I need my phone, man. >> Get in the car. >> I'm in the car. >> Get in the car, bro. >> I'm not being arrested for anything, >> right? >> Nobody said you are at this point. >> Okay. So, he not about to keep pushing me. >> Well, then sit sit back. >> I'm sitting in the car. No, I want you to sit back with both feet in the car and then we can talk, >> man. In the car. >> In the car. >> Put your foot in the car. >> What? For >> put your foot >> in the car. >> For what? >> Just do what we say. >> For what? >> Easier. >> I would. >> SOMEBODY'S PAY ME, CLOWN. >> I would. >> YOU PAID ME, BOY. YOU GOING YOUR GO TO JAIL. >> Pay me, man. >> I want you back up again. >> Back up. >> Back up. Back up. This guy learned the hard way what happens when you don't listen to the cops. They charged the man with resisting without violence and trespassing, and he was given a $1,000 bond for each. On the 3rd of September, 2024, police were dispatched to a Planet Fitness gym after reports of a woman causing a disturbance. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they had their work cut out for them. >> Ma'am. Hey, [snorts] walk away. Back up. Back up. 6 feet, boy. 6 feet. 6 feet. All right. You catch me, I'M GOING TO KILL YOU. OKAY. Let me get you on camera first. You see, I checked in. Go check your records cuz you're being discriminated. >> 26 central. I need some backup. >> Back up. My life for my life. >> Put it down. >> Back up. You want the umbrella? I just bought IT FROM GOODWILL. YOU CAN HAVE IT. >> JUST SETTLE DOWN. >> YOU JUST SETTLE DOWN. >> WHAT YOU MEAN? You coming at me like a threat. He's disrespecting me. So then if I know what's GOING ON, >> BACK UP. >> WHAT'S YOUR NAME? >> BACK UP. >> What's your name? >> Lois. >> Lois, we we got to go. They don't want you in here. >> Weren't you the same one following me from the Goodwill? >> I wasn't following you. >> Lois wanted to know who'd called the cops. So the officer told her that Goodwill called first, but she'd left there already before the officer arrived and the gym had called later. She said that was because she had business at the gym and then she started talking nonsense. >> Okay. Because I talked to him over the phone a long time ago. He said, "I have to come in the morning." I just checked in. I just checked in. I've been paying since. [music] >> Okay. You know, do you know who Savannah Anders is? >> You know, she was living rentree off my son >> and then she going to kick him and then say that he threw [music] her. Of course he threw her cuz I told him not to hit women. But if a woman keep kicking you and disrespecting you, you you know, you got to push her out of the way and get away from her. And the police see him at the corner and he got a pill because he got a big hole in his tooth. You know, he's taking pills from anybody because he don't know better. You know what I'm saying? And I got perpetual. >> I'm sorry. I missed your name again. >> I'm a battalion commander. Okay. >> A battalion. Do you know what a battalion commander is? Where are your ranks, sir? >> I do not. >> Where are your ranks, sir? >> I'm just deputy. What's your What's your first name? >> Attention. Present arms OR ARMS. RIGHT FACE. Left face about face. I said, >> "What's your first name?" She continued ignoring the officer and was sticking to her obsession with ranks. And when she started talking again about her alleged position in the military, the story seemed different than the first time. >> Okay. Well, do you know my rank? >> No, ma'am. >> Can you look up my rank? >> My rank. I'm a trailblazer in Michigan. I have a rank. I play professional golf. >> Upper peninsula. >> Huh? >> Upper peninsula. Michigan. >> Where in Michigan? >> Close to Kenna. >> I'm sorry. >> Close to Canada. 15 minutes from Canada. walking distance. >> Okay. >> Look at me. You can you can look and see my records. I really want my umbrella. I came over here. I stay in a hotel across the street because my sister took my house >> and now I'm homeless and my son is in jail because, you know, his white friends give him some cocaine and I don't even know if they gave it to him. They found it in the woods. Who knows where the cocaine came from? I he wasn't using it. No problem. >> Could you tell me that again, please? She still wouldn't repeat her name for the deputy and began turning his questions around on him. The officer happily answered her, but she mistook his name to be a Russian name and said she had trust issues. He corrected the woman, explaining to her that his name was Swedish. >> Oh, was Swedish? Oh. Oh. >> Can I get your name now? >> I'm Ireland. >> Ireland. >> I'm Ireland. I'm England. I'm Portugal. [music] >> Okay. >> So, you're What What continent do you come from? >> I believe it's Scandinavia. >> What? What? I Well, [music] >> well, actually, I don't really know if I'm in Africa. If I'm in America, where do the Joey come from? Is the Joey [music] a kangaroo? Is the lion like Okay, so I'm not crazy. >> 10 for How close is it to you? >> Uh, you know, I was tased three times and I >> That's an angel right there. He's over 6 feet tall. You're looking good, guys. I'm glad you came to the gym today. Make sure you stay hydrated. We'll start to need you >> inside. Inside Planet Fitness. Uh, straight back. >> Next up, she claimed she had to see his business card to make sure he was a real cop and not just someone wearing a uniform they' bought on Amazon. Apparently, she'd seen people before doing just that. >> All right. That's illegal. >> Contact with Navy officer. >> He's been 22 years in the Navy. >> Were you in the Navy? >> I've trained Navy. Yes, I've trained Navy. I've trained Army. >> What rank were you in the Navy? >> I was a staff sergeant in the Navy, but I was almost a battalion commander in the army. So, [music] you know, um I have several ranks, you know. So, um can I pick up my umbrella? Sorry. >> Not right now. In a minute. When we >> picked up my umbrella. >> When we I'll grab it for you when we go. >> Okay. So, are you trespassing [music] me from this establishment? >> You're going to be trespassed. >> Okay. It's okay. That's fine. I don't need to be here anymore. I don't have Do you have some identification on you? >> I will not give my identification. I have a lawyer because you know I am at peon like my melanin is worth a lot of money. My melanin is in those those suntan lotion bottles. >> I've been listening to you for a while now. So >> I've been listening to you too and you've been following me. I'm excited for my wife. >> So you can listen to me for just a couple minutes. All right. >> The officer then tried to explain to her that he was investigating a call and she was required to give him some kind of ID. But of course she thought she knew better and argued that she didn't. >> You didn't give me your name. >> Deputy Extra. >> Okay. You know, I have slave family. >> Wait, let me let me finish. Okay. >> Generations of the slave. >> Let me finish. >> Huh? >> Let me finish. >> Thank you for your service. >> If you don't provide that information, it's obstructing and you can go to jail for that. >> They never really put me in jail. They told me >> I'd prefer not to take you to jail. You probably don't want to go to jail. >> Take you to jail. I don't want to take you to jail. >> Well, let's let nobody go to jail. You just identify yourself. Nobody will go to jail. me. You You're going You're doing a racist thing. You're doing a racist part because you don't have no facts, but you just come after me because I'm a black woman and you know, don't do that. It's not right. It's not right. >> Finally, the backup the deputy called for had arrived. He asked the woman if they could step outside. But given her behavior so far, it came as no surprise at all when she refused to cooperate. And by that point, the cop had humored the woman for long enough. >> Yeah, but I'm just waiting for you guys to >> get Okay, go ahead. right now. >> Y'all see this? >> All my stuff. Take me to home. >> Yeah, it's close to Alabama where that ship was off, right? That's why they keep talking 1870s, right? >> My son. I won't be able to talk to him. Look at all these white people. >> Who's your son? is a guy. >> What was your son's name? >> Christian morale. >> That's a nice name. >> YEAH, Y'ALL KNOW HIM, RIGHT? CUZ Y'ALL BEEN FOLLOWING THE COCAINE. Cody Daniels want to give him the cocaine. Y KNOW HIM, RIGHT? Y KNOW CODY DANIELS, RIGHT? >> He said her and that's all we got to do. >> And y'all KNOW SAVANNAH ANDERS, RIGHT? STAY in the house, right? Can I get my back? >> Look at it. >> Go get it. >> Watch this. >> Doug, >> that's hers over there, too. >> That's hers. >> Bought that. >> You going to die, you stupid idiot. And I'm not going to do it. God don't do it. You dumb. You black. You idiot. You're black. Look at your brown hair. Your brown eyes. You're Irish. I'm Ireland. >> As she was escorted outside, she continued talking nonsense. And despite the fact they were treating the woman with respect and professionalism like they would any other suspect, the woman's claims are about to get even more outlandish. >> That's why I was supposed to record everything, right? >> Yeah. They killing me again, y'all. They going to kill me again, y'all. That's all right. My phone can't Oh, I'm resisting. Y'all need to throw me up against the car. to do. My underwears are wet because I just came from the hotel and I plan to get a swimsuit from the Goodwill and I spent over $270 AT THE GOODWILL. I can't return anything back now. I've been donating. Where's my donation receipt? I HAVEN'T DID MY TAXES FOR THREE YEARS. They going to give me a house though. I have Tyler Davis's medical marijuana in my purse. His father is the owner of the Boom Brothers. Never mind. I don't have the sound. There's nothing. >> You want to move your car up? >> I have a car. >> Okay, you got it. >> As she was placed in the back of their vehicle, the woman still wouldn't be quiet, but at least she wasn't physically resisting. >> All right, this female is going to go ahead and search you real quick. Okay. >> I don't female touching me. I'm not a lesbian. She's just >> You don't have a name tag on. >> What's your name, ma'am? >> Bermuda. >> Bermuda Triangle. >> Yep. >> I don't know her cuz people get lost in the Bermuda Triangle. >> Yeah. Okay. >> So, she's going to lose me. Huh? >> Don't put no drugs on me because I don't do drugs. >> Okay. All right. I'm here. >> And I don't want nobody injecting no drugs in me. >> And I don't want nobody injecting no drugs in my son. >> We're not doing that. >> We're not We're not We don't do that. I think I use [crying] marijuana to calm me down. I want to go no psychotropic drugs. I'm vegetarian. I'm trying to go to Never mind. I don't want to talk no more. >> That's probably I've been when I was two years old. I don't want to be sus. [laughter] >> I ain't got no man to protect me because the only man I got to protect me is locked up in jail. He's telling me to go to a homeless place. It's okay. Whatever y'all got to do, I don't care. >> Despite the woman's tears and her nonsense talk, she willingly sat in the back of their vehicle and let them seat belt her in. They charged the woman with trespass after warning. On the 12th of November 2023, the cops were called to an LA fitness after reports of a fight. Reportedly, two teenagers allegedly attacked a 35-year-old identified as Benjamin Rando. When the officers arrived, everyone's temper was still flaring and the cops tried to make sense of what had happened. >> So, this guy is doing >> Let me speak. That's not I was not going on donuts. You can check the cameras. >> Donuts where I'm not doing Listen, let me talk. He's been He's been on the one talking this whole time. Okay, >> I'm in the parking lot looking for my friends. Correct. So, I'm going around the same level. This guy keeps continuously staring at me, staring at me, staring at me, staring at me. I ask, "What is your problem, sir?" >> He starts screaming a whole bunch of murmur. He's like, "What are you doing? Why you around here?" Right? He starts going to char and pulling out a police stick. You know, police stick you guys a he extends it all the way and say, "You want to me on the table? You don't want to me, right?" So, I instinct I'm like, "Oh." I start pretending like I have something to do. I just open up my thing. I don't have nothing. You can check my car. He's like, "Oh, screaming at me, screaming at me." So I leave. I leave. I park. I forget about it. I come in here, comes up to me, pushes me, starts fighting. You can check the chemist. I was on my way. >> This guy is throwing guns in the parking garage. I don't know what kind of charger you got. I ask him to stop. There's people walking in the garage. Safety issue. He puts it in reverse and tells me he's going to shoot me and kill me. And he's got a gun. So I happen to coincidentally come the same place he's coming and I confront him. >> I forgot to mention this guy's also doing circle from the garage. I feel like he's looking So anyway, I come in here, I confront him, he's not bringing the gun in here and then they both get in my face. So because they got my face, I pushed and defended myself and then they both hit me. >> One of the teens insisted that everything Benjamin said was a lie and that they hadn't been doing donuts. Because arguing wasn't helping things, the lead officer took them aside to get their version of the story. >> All right, we just got here, right? And we're about to go up the stairs. We're just standing right with you. And then he comes in and then he I forgot what he said but he says something and like he just he just as soon as he sees him he just pushes hard. >> Something started outside right? >> Yes. Yeah. That's what we do. >> Do you have your idea? >> I don't know. >> Yeah. >> I don't I don't know if this counts like as a but like right here he's a key part. Yeah, he d he picked up my kid trying to hit me swing it like sw it like like a like a he put it on I was in my car >> started in the parking garage argument came over here I guess there was more argument outside but inside >> but that happened we just want to something with you. >> The lead officer filled his partner in on the investigation. Then Benjamin came over to join them. The man then told the cops his side of the story. >> After that, >> in the parking garage, he said in the garage and he's got a gun. >> And then when he come in here together, nothing happened in the parking lot though. Nobody touched anybody. >> No, because I moved my car in case he was looking for cars to break into. >> Okay. Then you came in here and that's when the confrontation came. >> So when you look when you talked to them, both of them came at you and you push back >> forward into my push back. Did y'all fight? >> And I pushed away. >> And then did y'all start fighting or was that was it? Was that it? Was that it? >> Okay. >> Right here at the stairs. >> At the stairs. Right here. Okay. They got cameras. >> While his partner went to check the security footage, the lead officer stayed with Benjamin and asked the man a few more questions. He happily went through it again, giving more detail about the teens and the donuts. >> So, they were like going fast in the parking lot, whatever. You said, "Hey, what are you doing? What are you doing? You just said, "Hey, slow down." >> He's revving up his car, doing circles, in so I >> What level were they on? >> You remember? Okay. >> So, I confronted him. Hey, don't be speeding him. What are you doing? And he put reverse and he's like, "You want to die today?" Yeah. I'm I'm going to shoot you f boy. >> So, I've got a stick in my car in case I need to defend myself. I reach down and I grab it. >> Okay. >> I tell him, "You go on. Get away. Get on out of here." >> And then end up y'all both y'all coming in. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Actually, I walked away cuz I felt like if I would have kept pointing at him, he probably would have came and did something to me. >> No, no. I'm saying you came in here, though. Y'all found out y'all came in here. >> Same place. >> Yeah. >> So, that's where I confront him trying to tell people he's going to kill people. >> That's my first fight in like 10 years. >> I got beat up for sure. [laughter] >> Need medics at all? Sorry. You sure you need? >> I'm a tough guy. >> Okay, I know. I'm just saying just in case I have to ask you. The lead officer continued waiting with Benjamin when another man who'd witnessed the fight walked by. The officer stopped the man to get his side of the story. And sadly for the teenagers, things weren't looking good for them. >> Did you see? >> Came around the corner and they started fighting. I actually broke it up with my voice. >> Okay. >> Uh they shook hands. The guy went outside and the other guy chased him outside to fight him. I went after them. I told them this one aggressive. I don't know what happened before, but >> I forgot to mention that part. I tried to leave and they tackled me for industry outside. >> Okay. >> And I broke it up again. He started threatening me. >> So which the one with the black shirt? >> Yeah. So he he chased him out after they after the confrontation here. >> After they shook hands >> I tried to leave and he chased me and they both tackled me off my >> So you didn't y'all didn't go upstairs. So after So after this after this happened in here, you walked outside? >> Yeah. They shook hands cuz there stuff was all over the floor and things and everything. They gave each other the keys back and whatever. The guy walked outside and the guy chased him outside and started talking. I walked outside, told him that at this point you're at the address. You were talking, right? >> He started fighting with me that he's [snorts] >> That's what happens when you get the ghetto coming in here. >> Okay. >> The witness confirmed that he'd be happy to give a statement and he handed his ID over without hesitation. The man hadn't seen the buildup in the parking lot, but already the cops were getting a pretty good picture of what had gone down. >> He's coming out here. The first altercation came right here. He said, "Hey, break it up." They stopped. He said they exchanged information. I mean, not information, picked up their stuff and it was over. It was over. They shook hands. He went outside. Then the other guy became aggressive cuz he chased him outside after he left. >> So the first one, the first incident is the little started threatening me. >> So that's the same thing you said. So do you want his information? >> Yeah. Don't mind. >> Okay. get them out of here. >> Yep. >> Unfortunately, when they reviewed the security footage, the cops found out that the incident wasn't caught on camera. As a result, both Benjamin and the teens agreed that they wouldn't return to that LA Fitness for a year, and there were no charges filed. On the 8th of June 2023, the cops were called to a gym called Blink Fitness. The caller, a woman named Clementina, said one of the employees had stolen her money. When the cops arrived on scene, they interviewed the woman. >> Did you call for us? >> Can we speak? >> What's up? >> She's from >> Okay. Do you work here? Do you go here? >> I work I work out here. I'm a link member, but I don't work here. If I did, I wouldn't be wearing this. [snorts] >> Okay. >> How did you know if you saw yourself and what stuff are we talking about? What did you say? >> How did you know she stole your stuff? And what stuff are we talking about? >> Why are you here? Cuz I have the Why are you here? >> Actually, if you call me, >> I don't want to talk to you. >> So far, the interaction was not off to a good start. After Clementina decided she wasn't going to talk to the first officer, she launched into her story for the second cop. However, she was still showing signs of an attitude problem. I'm going to overexaggerate what happened so that you can understand why I want to do that because I'm a licensed attorney. So here I am walking in [snorts] my workout or up front over here. >> Walk it in. Ready to do my workout. Common practice is that if you have tickets and if you memorize that nobody stops me from doing this. I've been getting notifications that is charging her. The second officer went on listening to her story and it seemed clear to the officer that the employee she was accusing hadn't actually done anything wrong and it was likely just a technical error. That being said, it clearly wasn't good enough for the Karen. >> Listen, I'm a person of damage of any I don't want to steal. and try at those serious >> that's you know what and I'm going to do her favor I agree personally I know I'm not too I agree with you said yes but it's 2023 these type of mistakes shouldn't happen and I I believe that it should never happen to me so I also believe it should never happened to you. >> No, I know. >> I actually believe it should have never happened to me. >> I know, but >> but I'm not done cuz I wish you would have taken the whole time. Who says you have to go to the desk first if there's a customer issue? >> Normal, but this clearly was not a normal situation. Unless this always happens that group when a black person tries to just work out in the is that normal. >> Eventually, a male officer arrived and he approached the front desk and asked the employee for their side of the story while the female officer continued listening to Clementina's rant. >> What's going on? >> What What the hell is going on? >> I I don't know. >> So, I get an idea. >> So, if a customer is a passing balance and they scan it on that machine over there, it pops in the system. That was the thing that they keep using when they come walking in. >> Okay. >> So, long story short, that situation popped up on our machine and it's our job to tell them like, "Oh, you have the balance." >> Okay. >> My manager tried telling her that, but she walked away. >> Okay. >> So, before that, she we went to go address it. She went to go grab the water. So, I was like, "Oh, she's going to come back to me first. Dress it there." >> She kept walking and I'm like, "Oh, excuse me." And then she just kept walking. So, I had like >> Where where are the waters kept? Just here. Okay. >> So, she took the water and went into the gym. >> The employee claimed she'd gone up to Clementina, trying to ask the woman to pay for her water and also an overdue balance that their system had flagged. Clementina let the staff charge her card. The staff did as she instructed them, and that's when she came up to the front desk, accusing the staff of stealing her money. She then called the cops. >> Stay over by her. Don't come approaching me like that. >> I can do whatever. >> Oh, you can't because I'm going to take you out of here. Then do it. No, you got you got to take me out of here. >> Cuz I am not doing nothing to you. I'm not doing anything that could have you. >> All I ask you to do was just back up. >> Back up. >> No, I don't want you. >> Back up. >> You said they said it was simp. >> Why? >> Cuz you were talking to them and I was talking to them. >> Well, here. >> Obviously, you can't talk to them. So, if you keep yelling at me, I'm going to take you out of here in handcuffs. Then you are going to get >> Shut up. Doing your job. >> Back up. >> This is your last chance. >> No. >> Then I'm taking you in. >> Please. Yep. >> At that point, she was holding her cell phone along with her headphones and her water. In order to handcuff the woman, they had to take her belongings and she accused them of stealing. Unfortunately, her uncooperative behavior was just beginning. They're charging with resisting arrest, too. So, don't start. >> I thought I was already. >> You are. And I'm going to give you more charges. >> How can I resist that? >> Cuz you're pushing back against me. Knock [music] it off. Search, please. >> You're literally pushing me against your car. >> I am now. >> No, you were doing that before, too. Why are you doing this? >> Why are you hanging with the white guy? >> You don't know how to act civily. That's why you're under arrest. >> How do you act? >> Knock it off. Sit down. In the car. >> Get in first. Left foot. >> Put your foot in and get in the car. >> I don't know nothing. >> Let's go. Get in the car. >> I don't know what about >> Sit in the car. Sit down. >> I can't cuz you're handcuffed. >> Sit down in the car. There's a strap preventing me from doing that. >> There is not. That is a seat belt that's going to go over you as soon as you get in the car. Put your feet in the car. >> The seat belt. >> Feet in the car. >> It's actually not giving me space to kick. >> Stop pushing back against me. And if you kick me in the shin, I'm going to I'm going to use force. >> Why would I do that? >> Cuz I just felt your foot hit me in the shin. So don't do it. >> Where's your shin? >> Don't do it. >> The male officer managed to push her partially in. So, she was just on the edge of the car seat, but she refused to put her feet in and turn a bit so they could finally close the door. She was just about to realize, however, that jail wasn't optional. >> But I still have my senses, smell, taste, eat, and do all the others, please. >> Why am I doing over there? I need to go in the car. >> So, what are we doing now? What are we doing now? taking me out. >> Sit down. >> Sit down. >> Sit down. >> I don't want to sit on the bed. >> Sit down. >> I don't want to sit. >> You don't want to sit in the car. You don't want to sit in the bed. Take your pick. >> But I have to sit in the car. >> Sit down. >> I don't have a pick. >> Sit down. >> I want to sit in the car. Let me sit in the car. While she might have realized already that sitting in the back was more comfy, it was too late for the woman to backtrack. The cops strapped her to the gurnie to make sure she'd have a safe trip. >> The handcuffs are hurting and the sing is restricting my press. Sit back. >> I don't want to lounge even more on the bed. You said sit. >> It doesn't go back. >> You said I'm sick. [music] Why do I got to make them doain? >> Just explain trespassing if possible. >> We don't want to. >> We'll get there. >> Thank you. >> Clementina was charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction, and resisting arrest. In addition, Blink Fitness gave her a lifetime ban. A workout can be great for stress, but when these super dumb Karens get arrested at the gym, most likely it's because they were causing others a whole lot of stress.
