to a situation that was spiraling out of control the report described a woman getting up to all kinds of criminal mischief in a quiet neighborhood the responding officer's day was about to take a another unit um Carol's deciding to run Crystal my Lord these neighbors don't want see this I think the worst part here is how familiar the pursuing officer seems to be with Crystal not to mention Crystal's razor sharp voice she may be highly uncooperative but she isn't violent and the officer knows it the officer tries to handle her with as much respect as possible but at this point everyone's fed up with Crystal's Antics 10:00 really you call Poli me get your hand out your car go stop this what you're doing do stop I don't relax up [ __ ] what you going do relax what you going to do I'll lock you up don't that away you stop Crystal's utter lack of empathy is why this officer's here in the first place crystals seem to know what was coming and retreated only as far as the front door as to bring the officer her body cam back but Crystal's not shy about getting all this crazy psycho behavior on camera that on video mother face get against car they already cut it out sling her head her after the arrest it took an incredible effort just to get her to the car so let's see how much more it'll take to get her processed your hat at got it there still put that hand on the wall for me to her like a kindergartener Crystal's methods are borderline uncivilized so much so that throughout the process more than two officers are always NE Neary put your hands stand still okay stand still little tantrum Crystal was escorted to her cell and charged with criminal trespass resisting arrest and disorderly intoxication I don't know about you but her grading voice is going to be hard to forget sometimes the psychos are the ones who call the police and end up getting their Just Desserts on April 30th 2022 in Canton Ohio a 37-year-old female reported her neighbor for indecent exposure while trying to break into a home as with any psycho story there's always a much more accurate side so in this case let's hear that one first what's up how you doing man yeah I guess you called upstairs okay I'm just waiting for her to come out okay well we have to call we call them all the time they always up there fighting raing so I went up there because I'm down here with the kids and stuff and the kids are trying to sleep okay so I went up there and I'm not I'm not yelling at you hey please please please please she said I broke go look at her door go look at her door you see said I broke into her house all I did though sir all I did I went up there I knocked on the door I banged on the door because stop interrupting him so this is what I did Sir cuz I got a witness we both went up there we knocked on the door because they arguing throwing breaking if you go upstairs into the apartment you will see that is trash from them to break stuff so my fault I mean I no you're fine so I knocked on the door when I banged on the door the door opens mm she's sitting there cussing us out I never stepped foot in the house or none of that okay I stood out on the on the on the little uh step Ste where's your witness can you have her come out and I can talk to her maybe we can okay maybe we can resolve this for you okay you still want the other three cars coming I don't care I'm going to arrest her I think so the blonde woman was the caller yet she decides to cuss out disrespect then ignore the officer upon his arrival I smell a little hint of inconsistency and the officers do too now let's hear the other side of the story this is you got like two what happened constantly going if you it right now you see all the evidence is literally in the kitchen so what happened when you guys went out there all we did went up there knocked all we did kept talking quiet know we got down the door was locked we open the door she wanted to keep sleep kept saying shut the up I will shoot you I will stab you that's literally all she kept saying I shoot you I'll get some people up here to shoot you all right well finish your shower man yeah go back inside you're good it's a Conant name she needs to go like she don't listen she going to pay rent what are you guys doing hijacking scooters ask them ask them disappear from them you can tell this guy was eager to talk to the police because he stepped out into the cold half naked mid shower quite the opposite of the other occupant upstairs now let's get to the caller side of the story can't police open the door you're very mean and I don't like it come outside and talk to us why because I need to know what's going on come on listen to me before listening to him come outside and talk to us come on I no it's living conditions despite her false report she was only charged with assault on a police officer and resisting arrest she was later sentenced to 3 years probation do you think that's fair well if she hadn't called the cops on herself she could have just continued being a free roaming psycho some neighbors are all talk and no bark just like our next suspect Douglas Waller who lives in watom Washington let's start with what went down before the Sheriff's Office got the report that Douglas was making credible death threats on December 12th 20123 the neighbor um lives in the exact like property adjacent to ours we live in the HOA we can't have all of our vehicles and stuff parked there we use this property as storage um I had my friend Augustine driving his tow truck dropping Matt's truck off here this morning uh and he said that the neighbor said we can't park the truck or whatever so we came over to find out what's going on and the neighbor was like screaming and acting all crazy and said he was going to put a bullet you said he was going to put a bullet in my head okay uh and then I said oh oh really and then I went back back and grabbed my phone and call 911 and at the same time he went back into his house okay so he's like an older dude he's I know some like people I know a guy who's like 97 and has dementia and had like a tantrum yeah this is man okay did you take that seriously um I I don't know the guy so I kind of have to take it as you know I mean I I really don't this is my second interaction with the guy the first interaction was he stood out in front of his house and watched me as I removed a vehicle like if his threats were seal ious then that means Douglas has a weapon so this is not as simple as reconciling two fighting neighbors given the potential danger of the situation the cops have to formulate an armed strategy for approaching the suspect they also have to keep their distance and ensure everyone's safety Douglas Douglas Waller is the Sheriff's Office did you see him come out he was on the porch but I don't he went I think he went back in y she came out kind of like yep here it comes he's got his hands in his pockets she's coming down with him hands are out yep come on down here Douglas just keep your hands out of your pockets for us as far as we can see so far this situation has no reason to escalate or at least not yet now let's see just how credible Douglas's threats are as he approaches the officers hey Douglas just cuz there were some yelling about a gun do you have any guns on you right now no okay just keep your hands out of your pockets nothing about a gun okay what is this you got we're going to pat you down just cuz people were perfect yeah water bottle you got to be kidding me okay we're just going to patch you down just now when there's mention of firearms we just take it seriously okay I didn't mention a firearm I told my shov a lawyer up so far I'd be talking out his mouth so Douglas just so you know we all have body cams this is all being recordered absolutely okay I understand there's a little argument going on with the neighbor of the property what's going on what happened what got some are why are we out here today he's illegally dumping okay I have initiated the process to get him to stop doing it and to remove the the dump he refuses and he keeps bringing in other things at this point the stories don't seem to add up multiple people claimed he threatened to shoot while Douglas claims all he did was threaten them with a lawsuit somebody's lying here and the cops need to be sure who it is the officers then try some clarifying questions okay what prompted us getting called out here today cuz it was I yelled at him okay so he called us but he wasn't the only one who called us there were other neighbors who called us as well so why are we getting called out here because he is doing an illegal act and I'm trying to make him stop okay but we weren't getting called because of the garbage we were getting called because of things that were being yelled hi yelled at him I told him I'd shove a lawyer up his so far I'd be talking out of his mouth okay you never threatened to shoot him in the head no put a bullet in his head no okay that's what we're being told that's what was threatened and that's why we're up here and that's why we come with a little bit extra gear to make sure that everyone's safe wow kid so so just be honest with us man because honestly goes a long way we're getting reports from multiple people that you said you're going to put a bullet in his head okay so if that was said out of anger you're I get you're upset but we're trying to piece the puzzle together here and if you're not being honest with us we're going to have a hard time doing that okay maybe Douglas was acting irrationally and perhaps he spoke out of emotion the cops are going on information from multiple sources there's no reason at all for Douglas to be dishonest after hearing these accusations Douglas is looking around like he doesn't have a leg to stand on do you have any Firearms I do okay so after you that did you go walking inside in back to your house yeah did you understand where that would be concerning for somebody if I came back out with a firearm well the fact that of making that statement and then walking back as if you're going to grab something no that doesn't make sense to you have you told them before that you have firearms I might have said I'm armed did you say that today no okay okay again this isn't like like we've told you a few times now this isn't just one person telling us we've had other people call us and say the exact same thing so go and put your take your hands out your pocket put your you're going to be under arrest for fing harassment okay kidding me one might sympathize with Douglas having neighbors that don't follow HOA rules is a big hassle however there are proper processes to follow when it comes to rule breaking and threatening someone with violence isn't one of them the cops approached Carol Waller Douglas's wife to relay some information and to obtain some so he's under arrest right now for felony harassment um are you freaking kidding me were you home when this was all going on I was in the house you're in the house okay the property here and the state of the property I understand all that frustration that I understand and I get the reason that we got called out is because of threats that were made from Douglas to the neighbor specifically telling him that if you don't clean this up I'm going to put a bullet in your head he would never say anything like that ever other other people hold on hold on other people who live on this road called us and said they heard those exact same words come out of Douglas's mouth so it's not just one person he's also admitted to us that he said it he said he was going to put a bullet in him okay so that that's why it's so serious we we take those those uh threats very seriously okay and the guy he did it to wants to press charges wants to be a victim okay so that is why he's under arrest um that is why we're out here um do you have any questions for us how reliable is this Second Source Who said he's going to do this well there's multiple sources okay cuz he wasn't alone either he had a tow truck driver who said the exact same thing as well and a neighbor said the same thing and then he just admitted to me that he did say I'm going to put a bullet in you said I'm going to put one in you due to that massive trash heat behind her the police did empathize with Carol it's pretty ridiculous for the color to make it out to be a storage space when it's a literal dump however it doesn't change the fact that it's a felony to threaten people the way Douglas did especially since he's packing heat well you can't threaten to shoot someone that's the that's the fact that's it's a felony you can't do that and he has the means to do it I understand you're frustrated I could see the frustration of both your your voice but like you got to keep your cool and take the high road call the county report him we did we have repeatedly and so have neighbors y it it takes time unfortunately it's not something that happens it's years probably to to be honest with you yeah probably if ever to be 100% honest with you but that's just not right he'll have his day in court he'll have his day in court so this is by no means of conviction it's just probable cause for his arrest since the caller wanted to press charges the police of course had a job to do responsible gun ownership is the only way guns can be safely used otherwise these kind of threats could lead to far worse outcomes as far as I can tell Douglas isn't exactly a psycho compared to the others but he was driven to extreme behavior in this case it didn't lead to any known jail time for Douglas you never know if your psycho neighbor might end up calling the police on you for absolutely no reason but as we saw today most psychos deserved everything they got what about you have you ever been through something like this with a terrible
