Are you down? Come on. Let's go. What's your name? Susan. Susan. This way. Susan. Susan. Are you kidding me? You're going to You kicked me now. Now you're going to catch another charge. That's two bat Leos. You understand that? I don't care who you are. You don't kick a cop. That's another bad. Hey, put my glasses back on. Put your foot in. Put my glasses back on. You dumb [ __ ] Hey, no. You ain't doing nothing. I ain't resisting you stupid mother. Y'all goofy [ __ ] There's nothing wrong with being wealthy, but just because you have money, it doesn't mean you're above the law. There's no bigger reality check than when rich people think they can't get arrested. Have you ever got shot? Cuz I have a typical ride. You haven't got shot. You haven't got shot. I have. So, you want to try me? On July 28th, 2024, the cops responded to a restaurant after a call came in about a disorderly couple. When police arrived, they were met by the manager who showed them footage of this inebriated couple in action. So, um, I kicked this woman out. I don't know if this will be better. Okay. So, I kicked this woman out and uh in the process of it, the gentleman that she was with grabbed her forcefully and then like um kind of gives her a shove at the end and she falls right into our host stand right here. Um paramedics are in there with her trying to get her off the floor and she's kind of not wanting. We have the gentleman in the back uh kind of stable if you guys want to talk to him. Where's he at? What's going on, man? How you doing? How are you? No. So, I'm I'm sure you know why we're here. Yeah. So, uh I'm just going to be fair with you. They they they think that you just push her. And I saw the video. Hey, I saw the video. I saw the video. In my opinion, this is what happened. You guys, they told you guys to leave and you were like, "Hey, all right. Let's go." And then she was she just fell. I know. I know. I know. I know. So, I'm just trying to be straight. What do I need to do? You're good. You're good. The officer told the man that while he didn't think he acted aggressively in the video, the restaurant staff said otherwise. The man explained that he didn't push his companion, saying that when he put his hand on her shoulder, the woman simply fell over. And when you see the state the woman's in, it's not hard to believe his story. In my opinion, that's what happened. You were like, "Hey, baby, let's go." I'm telling how she felt. Yeah, I saw that. I didn't see you just you know, I saw that. So, let me go talk to her. What do you mean? Give me a minute. Let me go talk to her. All right. Uh to buy. It's $7,000. Okay. Well, you should probably take that with you. I don't think we can use anything. All right. We got to walk this way. Go ahead. Walk that way. What's your bad? 771. 771. Yeah. You want to go this way? I really bad. Oh, well that's not nice. It looks like these two got into a drunken argument, causing the restaurant staff to separate them while they waited for law enforcement. And while the footage showed otherwise, the woman claimed she fell over because he pushed her inside the restaurant. Let me see. Let me see you walk from here, too. Yeah. And you going to walk up all the way to Neptune? I walk to Southampton. Yeah, sure. Okay. So, what are you going to do about your fall? The employee pushes. We leave that alone. Why you taking pictures? I can take pictures of every single one. You like try me. If I can't stop you, you want I can't stop you. Call your purple. Call everybody. Everybody. So, listen. This is what we're going to do. If you don't leave, you'll be going to jail for disorder intoxication. You're I'm Okay. So, have you ever gotten shot? Cuz I have on TV. You haven't gotten shot. You haven't gotten shot. I have. So you want to try me? My ex is the worst of TBD. So you want to tell me you can tell me her disorderly. All right. So let's leave. You either go with them or you start walking away. The cops literally gave her every chance to walk or in her case to stumble away. And they even went so far as to walk away from her and get into their squad cars. But the woman followed them and continued them. Man, wait. Where's your car? Stay away from me. No, she's going to leave really quick. I'm gonna step away from the car. I'm going to go to Bruce. I'm going to go everybody. You You can go to whoever you want, man. You want a case number? I give you a case number. I'll give her a case number. You don't think she's a dumb? Get out of the street. I can stand right here. You can't. You're in the middle of the road. No, I can't. Right. There's nobody. Are you new here? No, you don't live here. Yeah. You've never lived here. Okay. You're not from here. So, let's get out of the street. Try me. What am I trying? Tell me. Tell me you can't stay here. You're stupid. And you're going to go. Are we going to get out of the street or are we going to jail? Imagine being cut a break after behaving like a drunken fool. And then you follow the officers and harass them. She probably should have taken that seven grand she had and used a bit of it to call a taxi. But due to her drunken behavior, she had no one to blame but herself for what happened next. You're going to go to jail. No. [ __ ] go. No. Stop. What? I'm not playing around. All right. Why did you do anything? I'm not playing around. I told you one time. You had so many opportunities. Nope. My birthday. Take it ahead of my car. Gloves on. Oh. Let's go. She's not. Oh, what she say? I'll check her. $100. Talk about a self-inflicted injury. It's a good thing the paramedics were still on scene to render first aid. She was lucky she didn't knock a tooth out, but at the end of the day, it wasn't as bad as it looked or sounded. Quick as a flash, she was cleared by paramedics and the cops had the green light to take her to the jail house. All right. Perfect. All right, let's check my vitals right now. I just my face on that. All right, let's stand up. Your face is okay. All right, stand up. I'll help you out. All right, you either help me out or then I'm just going to No, I'm trying. I'm trying. Okay. Okay. All right. I'm assuming we're going to listen. All right. Of course. No, there's no control. I just hit my face on there. It's all It's all on video, ma'am. So, you don't have to worry about it. I'm not trying to [ __ ] I really did hit my face. Okay. It's all on video. So, all right. My face hurts. Okay. Okay. Get in the car. All right. We're not learning our lessons here. Things go easier when we do what we're told. Okay. All right. Have a seat. So, I have swing your legs in your knees. Okay. And get your legs in. Fantastic. We're going to buckle up for safety. All right. The suspect was charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer. On November 28th, 2023 in Lake Forest, Illinois, police pulled over a businesswoman after noticing the woman suspiciously pull into a parking lot after midnight. Hi. Hey, I'm Vanessa. Are you standing [ __ ] I am. Yeah, I'm What are you guys What are you guys doing here? No, I live I live right here. Don't do this to me. No, I live right here. I'm not going to drive anymore. I'm just trying to get the Okay, cuz you know, you got to I'm sorry. [Music] I saw you I saw you guys driving in, so I want to make sure everything's okay. My house. Again, when you see a car with two people in it at 1 in the morning, you got to make sure everything's okay, you know. No, we're okay. We just wanted to see you like pull up and like look at the video. Okay. So, we just wanted to see you from our perspective and like, you know, where did you guys come from? Um, we just wanted to come from our apartment. So, like if you didn't want to come from our apartment. Do you know where you're at? Of course we do. You know what town you're in? Of I live here. What town are you in? Okay. Just making sure. Just make sure. Don't play with me. This woman was unusually annoying. Her very slurred speech combined with her goofy tone made her almost unbearable to listen to. While she was busy telling the officer she was a businesswoman, another officer arrived on scene. Though it was surprising enough that someone would employ the woman, the cops were more surprised when she denied being drunk. You guys are No, no, we we were out here just being Oh my god. You know what's so crazy? I'm listening. The fact that I live here and I've asked him, "Hey, can we just be okay?" And I'm so cold. I'm so cold. I'm out here. I don't I know where you are, but I'm so I'm just like I don't know what I'm doing. I don't know. All right, Vanessa. Listen to me. I need to get some sort of identification. Do you have a picture of it or you have it with you? Can I please see it? How much How much have you had a drink tonight, Vanessa? No, nothing. Can Do you want me to open Do you want me to open it up? How much have you had a drink tonight? Nothing. Like again, like I said, I saw you driving. So, where you coming from? You guys You guys are driving, right? No, we live right here. Is he saw that? No. Well, he's obviously Can Can you get an an evaluation? Evaluation of what? I'm sorry. Of you drinking? I I can do anything that anybody needs. That's I don't Again, this is I'm not the one in question. Whether she admits it or not, it's clear the woman was drunk and there was no way the woman would be mumbling her way out of this one. This Hispanic officer pulled her over because he was obviously racist towards Hispanics. It's pretty insulting to people who are really struggling when filthy rich people claim to be oppressed, even if they're not. This is so crazy because this has never happened to me. And I feel like just because I'm a Latina, it's happening to me. First thing I notice is the car. I don't notice the people who are driving. It's dark out. It's 1:00 in the morning. It's 1:00 in the morning. I'm Hispanic as well. You noticed it right away as I walked up. I've lived here for two and a half years and I've parked in that parking spot at least 20 times and I've felt I don't care if you don't like How much have you had a drink tonight? Can we Can we work this out? Excuse me. No, it's just You look hot. Like I know. I Are you Tori's dad? No. I'm sorry. While it was undeniable that the woman here, Vanessa, was drunk, the cops asked the woman to perform some field sobriety tests. Although she never agreed, nor did she refuse. Either way, suddenly her attitude changed and there was no more playing around. I hope you kill. I do not hope that at all. No, I hope you Okay. She's not going to go. So, ultimately, it's whatever you end up doing with it because this is my home. No one's disputing this is your home or not. Vanessa, I would never do this. So, woman, what kind of car is You want to know how much I earn a year? I honestly You probably don't give a [ __ ] Cuz it doesn't affect me, Vanessa. I'm If you earn a lot of money, more more than me, good for you. I'm happy for you. But I want the better you progress. I want you to give up because I see you around the streets. I see you. I do. Yeah. Cuz my job is to patrol the streets of Lake Forest. The streets of Lake. Yeah. The exercises so bad. Don't you? I'm just doing an investigation. And that's it. An investigation. Yeah. Figure it out. Don't play with me. Everything's being audio and video recording. The back and forth went on about the field sobriety test. And finally, they arrested the woman and she was transported to jail. But not before she had one last outburst. You to sit back and this time you take off. I'm going to put the seat belt. Seat on. you stop taking off the seat belt. Right now, I need you right and I'm going to reach for the seat belt me right now. Vanessa, we're going to go back to the station because I'm going to right now right now. Once they made it to jail, she kept kicking and she spat in the officer's face as she continued making sexual innuendos, which only earned the woman more charges. While we'd like to tell you that was the worst of her behavior, she was just getting started. Uh, Vanessa, put your shirt on, please. Vanessa, if you don't do that, I'm going to put you back on handcuffs on the bench. Okay? I don't want to do that. I want you to use the bathroom and take care. That's so hard. I want to die. Wait, I'd rather you right now. What the I want to Is that even how it goes? Vanessa, put your shirt back on. I'm just going to put her in this actually. Well, this like Do you condemn Hamas? Are you Jewish? Nope. Talk about a cringy performance. If the drunk driving, sexual innuendos, and her spitting, and kicking didn't get her fired, that last comment almost certainly did. Next, Vanessa was read her Miranda rights, but not before the officers took some precautions first. There you go. Oh, thank you, baby. No more spitting. No more spitting. Are you sure? Yep. Thank you. You just be spitting on yourself. So, it's your prerogative. I love it. Thank you. Double wet. Yeah. I I don't want you to spit on. So this one or No. What? Does that make you what? Does it make me what? Yeah. No. And just when you thought things couldn't get any crazier, Vanessa had another trick up her sleeve. It was almost like the woman was trying to win an award for the craziest prisoner of the year. Hopefully, she'll eventually get the help she so desperately needs. Have a seat. Me enough. Have a wall. Have a seat. Thank you. Oh my gosh. me right now. Pieces of I don't want to be here. You go to the hospital. You're not going to they do to you there. Oh yeah. Yeah. Settle down. Yeah. your lighting. What they do over there? Oh, you are ready. Are you ready? Are you ready? Are you ready? Yeah. Sit down. Sit down. Yeah. Vanessa was charged with DUI, resisting arrest, battery on a peace officer, and possession of a controlled substance. On December 16th, 2023 in Florida, police encountered a woman walking down the street with an open container of alcohol. When they approached her and attempted to confiscate it, the woman resisted. Please. Seriously, I just want to go home. Nope, you're not going to go home. Oh, now you're definitely not going home. Nope. Turn around, guys. Turn around. You'll get another turn around. You'll get another charge. You'll get another charge. No, you're not. You're doing Don't do this. I didn't do anything. All right, turn around. Put your hands behind your back. You're going to get charge of obstruction in about a second. I didn't do anything. All right, turn around. Put your hand by your back. You're going to get into the charge. I didn't do Don't do this. I'm telling you. I know you guys are. Are you going to keep going? Stop playing games. I didn't do my Uber right there. Not going with your Uber now. What the I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. No, I'm just trying to go home. Stop's right there. I didn't do What did I do? Stop. I didn't do anything. Just chill out. I didn't do anything. Stop moving. Stop moving. Are you kicking me? I didn't do anything. Let go. Let go my Now you're getting You're adorable. Press. Press. Add another charge. I didn't do anything. I was trying to go home. You're making it so much. I'm trying to go home. Stop. You are not going to home. I'm not getting my Hey. Hey. You got a felony. All right. I'm trying to get my over. No matter how many times she told them, the cops had a suspicion that she did in fact do something. And by the looks of it, it doesn't seem like her whining's going to get her out of this one. Next, the officers searched the woman before placing her in the back of the squad car. Let's go. I don't care what the you do. Listen. Spray. Hit my car one more time. Take me to the police station so I can beat myself out. Let's go. I did nothing. I did nothing. Put it down all the way. Put it down. Let's go. Kick it. Kick it again. Here. Hold this. Open it. Open it. Open it. [Music] What? You're going to You kicked me now. Now you're going to catch another charge. That's too bad, Leos. You understand that? I don't care who you are. You don't kick a cop. Take me out. Take me out. Stay in the car. Nick, get in the car. She got Ouch. Getting maed in the face is never fun. On the other hand, neither's getting kicked by a drunken suspect. The cops warned her, but she just had to keep kicking. The good news was that faceful of mace forced her to calm down for like 5 seconds. You don't understand. at the address. Ma'am, what's going on? Are you okay? You need rescue? Yes. Please. I can't breathe well and you guys are spraying me. I can't breathe at all. Please, please call emergency. Please. I don't want to die. Dude, I'm really not okay. You have rescue coming for you. Open the door. Just open the door, please. I can't. Please. Just open the door. Please. [Music] Nicole, I'm going to have a conversation with you right now. Rescue is going to check you out. Listen to me. Do not kick. I won't. I just need Don't do anything. I can't breathe. Please. Further in trouble. Please. It hurts. Please. It hurts. Please. They are here to take care of you, but you need to keep it together. The fire department arrived on scene to treat the suspect. And because she refused to cooperate, they then decided to let her wait it out in the back of the cruiser. Anyway you look at it, it was clear the suspect was not too happy. You guys became cops for what? A power truck. What the you guys do? You guys help anybody? Are you guys helping anybody? I just want to go home. Go solve a real crime. Yeah, you can you dumb. I know you can. Let's go. I want to go home. You are going to jail. Good. Now get bailed out. Take me. Fine. Whatever. Take me. Calm down. And you need to stop. No. Take me now. I want to get out. Can you please tell me what I did? I told you to give me the alcoholic beverage you had. It was just a cranberry. I have poop and I eat sugar. And you denied it. And when I grab when I tried to grab it, you threw it on the ground because I had I I need it. It's sugar. I threw it on the ground. I need it. And then then when we were taking you into custody, you decided to kick my officer. And then you kicked my window. When I put the window down, you kicked me. I need that the door. You kicked me again. You guys can't take something that I need for my health. It's just cranberry. I need sugar. No. I have a thing with touch. Don't touch me. Touch me. Just tell me what to do and I'll do it. Let's go. Okay. Just Just speak to me. Speak to me. Don't touch me. Please. Don't touch me. Just speak to me. Come on. Just speak to me. Don't do it. The suspect was charged with two counts of resisting an officer with violence and was given a citation for open container. She was later released after posting a bond of over $10,000. On September 28th, 2024, Gary Peacock, a cyclist and a millionaire, called police on a young driver who he claimed was driving too close to him. When they arrived on scene, they began by separating the two parties involved and questioning them. So, what happened? What happened is I'm just riding my bike in the bike zone in right here. Mhm. And this guy comes within, you know, a foot of me. This total I ride my bike for 30 years. I know when somebody either doesn't see me or is trying to or doesn't care. So, he pulled into this parking lot. So I came by and I said, "Did you see me?" And he says, "Well, I saw you on the right." And I said, "Well, you were too close to me." "No, I wasn't." He says he has a dash cam. Okay. So you should I He said he was recording it. I doubt if he was, but you can. Did he mention that he had a dash cam? I haven't even talked to him yet. Okay. So then I came over and I said, "What's your name?" Try try. He said it's emotional. Okay. It is. I'm I John. He said I said, "What's your last name?" I'm not going to tell you. I said, well, I have your license code, dude. I'm leaving. I'm going to the skate park. And I said, "No, you're not leaving. I'm calling the police." He said, "I'm leaving." And he tried to push me out of the car. I pushed him back to try to keep him in the car. But he tried to get out of the car. I said, "No, you're not getting out of the car till the police came." The cop explained to the man that while he might have felt the teen was driving too aggressively, he had no right to put his hands on him or demand his ID. Essentially, the man was not within his rights to detain the teenager until police arrived. To make him understand, the officer explained what the man should have done. You You come here, you get his license plate. Yeah. And you say, "Don't leave. I have the cops coming." Yeah. And if he leaves, so what? Because I will go find him. Okay. Okay. Okay. I know you don't believe that. Well, I didn't know that, but okay. I I told you I told you that just minute ago, and you're like, and I don't believe that the time. Oh, okay. Okay. So, that's the better way rather than coming here and adding to the situation. I didn't have his license plate. There's no way for me to get his license plate. You drove in here, right? Yes. But generally, you just drive off. Okay. Once once he drives off, there's You're right. I just want to admonish him for coming too close to me. Okay. Well, that's not your job. Okay. And I I know and trust me, I feel you. Ride a bike. Absolutely. A road bike. Absolutely. I feel you. And what happens when somebody almost hit you? Okay. Do you want Do you want to vent or do you I'm just asking questions. I know. I'm trying. You ask me what do I do? And I'm I'm trying to tell you how we want you to handle it. Yes. Cuz I don't want to come out here and have a fight or worse a murder because he doesn't like your aggressive tone. The cyclist was understandably emotional over things, but as the officer explained, he couldn't make an arrest based on emotion. That would come down to the evidence. While the cyclist agreed that he might have handled things poorly, it was obvious that he wasn't ready to let it slide. So, I want to tell you one more fact. Okay. When I went up to his window, he wouldn't roll his window down. I wouldn't either. Why not? I'm just knocking on the window. I want to talk to you. to know that I I just had an involvement with someone who I know is going to be unhappy with me. Yes. So then that's that's why why would I? Because that's what I'm saying is that is a tiny tiny piece of evidence that says that he knew that he did something wrong. No. If he wouldn't roll down the window, that doesn't count as evidence. It's not evidence, but it's an indication. So and and it's an inference. If someone just happens to walk circumstance, I I get it. It's it's all-encompassing, but he's not he's not obligated. And I because he doesn't want to talk to you doesn't mean that he's guilty of all sorts of crimes. It means you you have already said that you're pretty worked up about it. I am. Is it fair to say you're probably worked up at his window? Yeah, because he wouldn't roll down his window. Why would you If someone comes to your door and is knocking on your door and you can see them visibly worked up, are you going to open that door for them? I not the door, but I'd roll down my window. Okay. I have rolled down my window. Okay. I've watched people get punched for doing that. Really? Yeah. So, I don't fault him for Park City, but Okay. We're pretty safe here. For the cyclist, it seems like what really mattered was the principal. He was sick of letting people get away with dangerous driving. He finally had a chance to catch someone in the act, but he went a bit too far. Next, the officer spoke to the teenager to get his side of the story. So, walk me through what happened. Okay. Um I was coming to the skate park and right at that bus stop area. Mhm. Um I was passing this gentleman. Mhm. And from my understanding and by the looks of it um he was kind of stepping off of like I guess like kind of leaning I don't really know how to explain it. It felt like as if he was like departing from his bicycle by like the crosswalk here. And so I felt like I had enough room to pass him. I have a dash cam as well. Um and then I pull into this lot park here and I notice in like my rearview mirror he's like biking next to me. I was like, "Oh, like did I do something?" He like hits my window. He's like, "Roll down your window." And so I was like, "Okay, this might be a problem." So I felt a little unsafe to start recording. The teenager went on to explain that the man followed him into the parking lot and confronted him. So far, the stories matched up, but if the teen was telling the truth, the cyclist acted more aggressively than he let on. He's like, "Get out." And I was like, "I'm just trying to go skate." And so I roll up my window. He like opens my door and then I'm just like, "Dude." And then I was like, "Stop." And then I try to close my door. He opens it again. I close it. He opens it one more time and so I try to stand up but he put his hand on me trying to like maybe like have me stay sitting down but like leave the door open but I stood up anyway and then he's like pressing me into my car and I was like can I have some space please? And then he was talking like did you like not see me over there? You were really close. Do you know the laws like 3 ft minimum? He's just very aggressive kind of like all right let's like like I'm going to call the cops. I'm gonna sue you or lawsuit, get you arrested. I was like, all right, I'm sorry. And I was like, I don't want to get physical. Like, but if I was like, can I have my space? And then he was like making sure my door was open and stuff. And I was like, can we like separate like some space here? The teenager then let the officer watch the recorded interaction on his cell phone. And unfortunately for the cyclist, he was clearly in the wrong. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, instead of getting physical, just write down the license plate and let the cops do their jobs. Did you see me? Pull it off to the side. I did. I have it on dash cam. Good. You see how close you came to me? You know what the law is? It's 3 ft. I was. No, you weren't. You want to check your dash cam? Go ahead and check. Check it. What's your name? Last name. You don't need that. What's your last name? You don't need my last name. I don't need a ID. Perfect. Okay, I'm going to call the police then. Why? I have it on dash cam. You're weird. Fine. I'm going to go skate. No, you're not. Yes, I am. No, you're not. You're not going anywhere until the police come. Dude, stop. No, you're dude. Literally, stop. No, I'm calling the police and you're not leaving. You're not leaving. The officer decided to issue both parties a citation for disorderly conduct. If the teenager wanted to dispute the ticket, he could go to court and provide his video evidence. While the teenager took the news, well, as for the cyclist, let's just say he wasn't too happy. Sign his citation that you were present for it. And then I'm going to issue one for disorderly conduct as well. So So if you'll just hang tight over on the sidewalk over there, then I won't I won't press charges. It's too late. Why am I getting for what? Because you were aggressive to him. Yes, I was. But he was trying to leave. Okay, go wait over there. I'll explain it here in a second. Can't we just Nope. Oh, come on, man. I was the I was the victim here. All right, watch out. We can go a different way and you can be arrested for disorderly conduct. That's an arrestable offense. What's What kind of disorderly conduct is it? You opened his door three times. Okay. He doesn't have to get out of his car for you. He doesn't have to identify for you. You are not law enforcement. You don't get to come out here and enforce things. You call us and let us do it. He didn't say he was going to leave in his vehicle. He's like, "I'm here to skate. I'm going to go skate." He didn't believe he did anything wrong. He's going to provide me the dash cam. Okay. He showed me the recording. And you were the aggressive one, not him. Yes. Because he Yes. And you don't get to be aggressive with people like that. That's disorderly. we've got to hand it to the officer because he's a pro when it comes to on the spot debating. That being said, the cyclist wasn't a criminal and shouldn't be treated as such. He just handled things poorly. Still though, he was less than impressed with the officer's decision. So, you're I'm going to have a Is this a misdemeanor? Mhm. So, I'm going to have a misdemeanor on my Yes. Because of your behavior. Because I got hot. Yes. And that's justifiable. Yes. Absolutely. Look, I don't You don't get to demand people's names. You don't get to demand that they don't go anywhere. You don't get to open their door. I didn't open his door. You did three times. No, he was trying to close his door. He closed it because you kept opening it. I watched the video of it because I was talking to him. No, he you're not. He's under no obligation to you. I don't. I get I You should know that. If he has Do I get to just come Do I get to just walk up to your door and start yelling at you? People do. Yeah, but you're not allowed to. That That's not That's disorderly conduct. That's absolutely disorderly. That's unreasonable argument. No, because you think you you have the right to do that. And I'm here to protect his rights as much as I'm here to protect your rights. Angry, which Yes. But you could you need to control your temper at that point. I understand. I understand. So, we can drag this out and we can keep arguing or I can get to work, get you a ticket, and get you on your ride. What if we both agree that neither one of us wants a ticket? The officer explained that it was too late to backtrack. He'd made his decision and it was final. Just as the cyclist was concerned about the principle behind getting the teenager in trouble, the officer wanted to do the same with the cyclist. Realizing the cop wasn't going to budge, the man signed the report and moved on with his life. All right. Well, thank you. You guys have been helpful. I'm glad this I guess is resolved at the moment so I can go skate finally in in the if that happens again and cool. I'm gonna go skate when the cops get here. I'll come back over. That that would probably be the the instead of No, I'm I'm here to skate. I'm going to go skate. Which by all means he's he's alleging he and I I asked him I'm like do you want me to go arrest him? He's like can you arrest him? I'm like off your word alone you want me to arrest him? Well, yeah, he did it. I'm like cool. Do you want me to arrest you off his word alone? Well, well, no. Okay. Well, then why would I arrest him off your word alone, right? There's there's a story out there somewhere and I got to find out where that is. So, well, with that, go skate. Um, when you get home, upload that video. Okay. I'm on all night, so I'll get it as soon as you do. All right. Cool. So, all right. Thank you. You bet. Have a better day. Thank you. So, the moral of the story is don't take the law into your own hands, folks, because it might not turn out the way you want. On the 1st of April 2023, police were dispatched to a beach resort after a call came in about a highly intoxicated elderly woman on a rampage. She attacked employees and guests along with her 80-year-old husband. came over here about an hour ago. Had a couple glasses of wine. Really? Husband's here behind you trying to take. She refused to leave. Really? All right. Where are you staying at? I live here. You live here? Yeah. Okay. I live here. Are you? I'm her husband. Your better half. Home. I live here. I live here. Hey man, I want you to be quiet for me for just a moment. Okay. You are a father. Are you serious? Listen. The officer explained that he had no intention of shooting this intoxicated woman or for that matter her husband. He assured the woman that all she had to do was go home and if she did so there would be no charges. Unfortunately, she thought that was the most outrageous thing she'd ever heard. You're having a good day so far. Let's keep it that way. Okay, here you go with your husband. Are you Come on, let's go. What's your name? Susan. Susan, this way. Susan. Susan. Are you kidding me? You guys have a wheelchair. Susan. All right, man. We can just somewhere we [Music] Susan. Susan, shut up. Susan, you touch me again. I'm going to let that slide. You touch me again, that's battery on a Leo. I'm not going to do that again. Susan Delta 21. Susan, we're going to arrange for a ride and we're going to go home. Susan, you're going to remain seated. Okay. Shut up. Oh my god. How dare you? to him. The suspect, Susan, was lucky the officer didn't place her in handcuffs the instant she laid hands on him. Come to think of it, maybe rich privilege is a thing after all. But even if it is, it didn't last long as the woman couldn't keep her hands or feet to herself. You hit your husband one more time or you go to jail. Understood? Shut up. Hey, stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Come on. Up. Up. Oh my god. Stand up. Turn around. Come on. Stop. Hands behind your back. God. Stop. Stand up. 312. I'm sorry. She hit you. She hit me. That's what happened for way back in New Jersey. Is it how many years ago has happened? All right. Hey, you're sit. You're going to sit right here. Oh my god. Sit. How much you had to drink today, sir? Shut the [ __ ] Shut the ass. Kick me again. Stop. Hey, stop it. You're going to get much trouble, Susan. Oh, I've already been in trouble. Sit down, Susan. You're not the move. George, I beg you, George. You willing you. How can you do this to me? She continued shouting and kicking at the officer and her husband, too. After challenging the officer multiple times to shoot her, she told her husband, George, that she was done with him. Based on her behavior, she'd be lucky if George wasn't done with her first. Oh, this is her husband. She was hitting her husband. She kicked me sometimes. Highly intoxicated. I'm not intoxicated. I hate him. Would you be willing to write a statement? Absolutely. What What kind of statement would it be? Well, you were hitting and kicking, correct? What? You were hitting him and kicking him, right? Hit me several times and I let the first time go. They told me to hit my partner. That's felony. Tell the truth. Tell the truth. Tell the truth. I didn't even do anything. You have to listen to me. Please listen to me. What do you have to say? Please. I Oh, thank you so much for Oh, thank you. I appreciate it. Okay. Um, my son is friendly and that's really problematic. I've tried very hard to help him and it's really been hard. It's been decades to deal with my car. Okay. Thank you so much. While it's unfortunate her son has a medical condition, it doesn't give her the right to lay hands on her husband and law enforcement. She was taken to a police cruiser where she changed her tone. Whether she was truly remorseful or she was just trying to get out of trouble is up to you to decide. All you had to do was listen and go home with your husband. That's all you had to do. You chose to go a different route with this. Hey Cross, can you please pass that point? Okay. I love you guys. You know, you're still under arrest. I'm just fixing your cuffs. Okay. I get it. I get I get I have to be tough. I have to get it. All right, Susan. We're just going to sit back here for a moment. Okay. Then we're going to go to my car. Get in the back. Please. Get in the back. Okay. I can't. Watch your head. Get your legs in there. Watch your I don't make me pull you in. So, Susan, here's what's going to happen. Okay. Either my partner's going to go on the other side. We're going to pull you in or you can sit in there like a grown adult. Okay. I get you're intoxicated, but you're going to be a drone adult right now. It's not going to feel good if I have to pull you in. Susan, again, there or I'm going to have All right, Susan. Come on. Come on. We need Susan. It's going to get worse for you. Stop it. With Susan safely secured in the back of the cruiser, the cops had some questions for George. He told the cops his wife had been in and out of rehab multiple times and that in the past she'd also been arrested for domestic violence. It was now time to take Susan to jail. But before that happened, she had a substantial offer to make to the officer. These people are lunatics. I'll pay you $3,000 to get away from them. I am not. I'll pay you. You will be a rich if you hang out with me. So that's called bribing me. I'm not going to charge you with it, but I'm going to tell you to stop. Okay. What does that mean? It means don't offer me money cuz I'm not going to change what I do. Okay? I have integrity and I value doing this job for the community. And you made some bad choices today. Okay? Let's let's let it be. Let's learn from it. Yeah. The truth is I will give you a lot of money if you give me a break. I will I will pay you. And maybe you don't care that much about money, but I'll tell you, I will pay you. Yeah. Now she's offering me 100,000 if I cut her a break and let her go. I don't I don't take rides. No. Before taking Susan to jail, the officer wanted to make a pit stop at the hospital to ensure she was in top health. It was probably the booze talking, but even after everything she'd put them through, she didn't seem to understand why she was going to jail. Are you thinking about like going home? You're under arrest. What? I said you were under arrest. What does that mean? That means you're going to jail after I take you to the hospital. because you kicked me, you hit your husband, you're drunk and disorderly, and I'm still teeter tottering on it, but you were trying to offer me money to let you go. That's a bribe. I don't take bribes. Explain that to me. I think you just made a series of poor decisions. And what? You need to get some help personally. After she passed her medical check, she sobered up a bit and was a little more coherent. With her newfound clarity, you'd think she might be remorseful for her actions, but she seemed to live by the mantra, "Why blame yourself when you can blame others?" I will go online and tell everyone I know, don't go to Florida or your life will you I mean, it's just I mean, I'm a Catholic girl. I never committed a crime in my entire life and I've been in jail about nine times in Florida. So what does that tell you? I'm gonna have to tell everyone, do not go to Florida. You'll wind up in jail for nothing. Like if this [ __ ] happened in Jersey, no one would care. Oh, come on. Are you kidding me? I'm like 90 pounds. If I hit a guy, Lucy hit Ricky. Oh, come on. Man up, man. You can't handle a woman hitting you? Well, then you better go back to the drawing board. Cuz I'll tell you, man, guys used to be strong. I don't know what they are now. I guess they're all gay and they all want to be [ __ ] Why is it that whenever I get upset, I get arrested? Isn't it funny how men get upset and they lose millions of dollars and I never say anything? Never. So you have to drag me to jail. You have to lock me up cuz you're so afraid of me. You're so afraid of me. What the [ __ ] Where are your balls, man? They charged the woman with domestic battery, felony battery on a law enforcement officer, disorderly intoxication, and felony bribery of a public servant. On November 19th, 2023, officers were dispatched to a residence after a man called telling the cops his wife was hitting him. One of my clients, he's a surgeon, she got a little aggravated on the way home, she got a little more aggravated. There was some contact in the car. Okay. You want to explain it? Uh, do I want to explain it? Yeah. She was just arrayed about some stuff. Okay. So, she struck me in the car when we were driving. Okay. Trying to jump out of the vehicle. Like, do not jump out of the vehicle. We got home. I said, "Listen, we call your parents. Come pick you up." Slam the door multiple times in the garage, which is now broken. Okay. Um, broke a lamp in the bedroom. um struck me a couple times. I tried to to calm her down. Okay. Where where she hit you at? Uh well, she hit me in the face, but scratched my arm. Okay. Scratched my forearm. And that's all. Yeah, that's Yeah. Yeah. And then that's there. She was I tried to call her dad just to come pick her up cuz she's a little um liberated. Her dad didn't answer. So she kept screaming at me, "Where's my phone?" I said, "I don't have your phone." So I said, "Love, just call the police." She goes, "Please do." So I called the police. Getting into a heated argument is one thing, but hitting your partner or even a stranger for that matter is never acceptable. After hearing the man's side of the story, the officers then spoke to his wife to get to the bottom of things. Okay. So, what's going on? Bad bite sometimes and then he hits me. I was right back and then he's like, "You want to go inside?" Sure. All right. So, were you guys out tonight? Yeah, we were out and we had a few drinks. Sometimes sometimes it gets a little crazy. He hit me more than usual tonight. Okay. Okay. And I have like a little fat lip, which you know it happens. Okay. No, it doesn't happen. Yes, it does. No, it doesn't. That's not the way it works. Not in a healthy relationship. You know that. So, where did this take place? We were a badass grouper with one of the doctors he works for. Okay. Ty said something he didn't like, went usual, and then He said, "You're stupid. You're stupid." And I said, "Uh, don't talk to me like that." Like, "You can't speak to me like that." Mhm. I've just progressed, but it usually doesn't like hit me so hard like this. The woman said the abuse started on the drive home, but continued once they got inside. Although she claimed that her husband hit her, she said he wasn't a bad guy and didn't want him arrested. However, her story was confusing as the seriousness of the accusations didn't match her tone or body language. You know, he hits me a little bit here and there, but tonight I like progressed where it's like a little bit more than usual. Okay. But, you know, he's like an older white guy. So, Mhm. Okay. So, was he using closed fist, open hand? He used closed fist. always. Did he have anything inside of his Oh, no. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. He never We don't do that kind of stuff. Okay. Um, no. Oh, god. No. We're like nice white people. Okay. Um, but I'm Spanish so he hates that. Is your daughter home? No. No. No. No. No. This would never happen if my daughter was home. Okay. Never. Okay. Never. No. No. He actually called you guys, right? Which I was like, "No, but right." I feel like my lip is fatter than you it usually is. Okay. And then at any point where like you trying to push him away from you? Yeah. And he called my dad at one point. Okay. Okay. And I was like, "Yeah, call my dad." All right. Where's your um 104? Um do you happen to have your ID on you, sweetie, or is it in your purse out here? Yeah. I know I have no ID. Okay, so let's get this straight. According to the woman, her husband hits her from time to time, but this incident was by far the worst. Even though the only sign of abuse was a mark on her lip that was barely visible. Furthermore, the fact that it was her husband who called her father and the police and not the other way around does raise a bit of suspicion. So, how did she get to ding on her lip? The bang on the lip. Yeah, I think she just got her lips done. She gets cosmetics now cuz the bang on the lip is from when I hit the house or I hit the brakes when she smacked me in the face and then she hit the dashboard. Oh, so when you hit the brakes, she did not have her seat belt on. Okay. So, she you hit the brakes, man. Just want to make sure that um she punched me in the face and I hit the brakes, but apparently she had disproport so she went forward and then hit her lip. She continued to bring their race into the equation as if somehow being white equates to being abusive. Next, the woman changed her tone saying everything was fine and the cops were good to leave. But when the officer had questions about a broken door, she made a striking proposal. What kind of money can I give you for this to not go anywhere? There's no money. That's not how this works. We have a lot of cash. Okay. Right. There's the law and that that's do this. Back up. Back up. You kept slamming the door. We got like in a worse fight than usual tonight. That's it. It's I don't want anything. I know. I know. We're like we're going to Atlanta like Thanksgiving. just like write a report and just go like I have to take I have to take a picture of your mouth. Okay. Oh, no. Don't do that. No, I don't want you to do that. I don't want you to do that. Take photos. I'm trying. She's not letting me. No. All right. I just need to speak with her. Yep. Go ahead. Okay. We're very like nice bunch of people. Do you want to go put some clothes on and then you talk to me, please? Yeah. Do you want Do you want anything to drink? No, I'm okay. All right. Sorry. Let me read you these. So, these are the Miranda warnings. I have to read you these to make sure you understand. Yeah, Miranda, right? I know them. While the woman was busy trying to bribe her way out of trouble, the officer outside was documenting her husband's injuries. Although the man said that he didn't want to press charges, the cops explained that it was out of their hands. Regardless, she'd be charged by the state of Florida. All right, man. What What happened tonight? We we probably drank too drink and um you got more defenses than usual and I and you're probably bored cuz you're likeing rich white people that have so much better things to do. No, not at all. I'm here. I'm here for service. You continue, please. Yeah, I know. But I'm so sad that your service is being wasted on this [ __ ] Sir, we just want to make sure that everybody is safe. We're safe. Okay. Could you continue what happened? Oh, yes. I'm sorry. Uh my uh in medical devices, he was out with one of his doctors. I said something stupid that probably the medical device that the doctor didn't like. He didn't like that. We got home. He backhanded me a bunch of times in the car. Uh I said, "Don't touch me like that. Don't talk to me like that. We got back in my closet and he hit me like in the face a couple times. Is there a mark? Yes, ma'am. Is there? Yes. I don't know. And the inner of it hit the hit your lip. Yeah, I got hit a couple times, but it's usually not this hard. I don't know why he hit me this hard this time. I think he hit me this hard this time cuz I kept just talking back. I usually just stay quiet cuz that's what you're supposed to do. Stay quiet, right? The woman was playing the victim card and the martyr card hard, but the cops weren't buying it. They knew she'd just gotten lip injections and that she hit her face on the dash when her husband slammed on the brakes while she was busy hitting him. While the evidence was stacked against her, the woman denied hitting her husband. You know what would happen if I hit him? What will happen? You don't try to hit a man. You try to retaliate. You try to get back at a man. And what what happens if you was to retaliate or anything like that? No, you just run hide. If a man tries to strike at you, you can scream back at him, but then as soon as you scream back at him, you have to run hide. Oh my god. Oh my god. Can I just go to bed? I want all this to go to bed. I want all this. We just would like to go to bed if we can pay you. Just turn around for me. I'm going to walk you around. Really? Yes, ma'am. What do I do? Mom, what did I do wrong? So, it's going to be um you're getting arrested for domestic battery. All right. Charlie for one. I'm a fat lip and I got abused and good. This is a good joke. This is a good joke. Women again. In the end, she was released. The charges were dismissed in court as there were no charges filed. While there was no doubt she was toxic, at least the officers didn't have to get aggressive with her, which is something we can't say for our next suspect. On December 15th, 2023, a man was pulled over after a concerned pedestrian flag down police, saying the man appeared to be drunk when he got into his car and drove off. How you doing, sir? Doing great. How you doing? Doing good. So, the reason we were here is because we got flagged down. We had had a gentleman come approach me, gave me your vehicle description over here at the food court. Said it looked like you were having a hard time standing and walking around. He was concerned that you might be under the influence of alcohol or something. Have you had anything to drink tonight, man? Nobody is talking. What are you talking about? I just explained to you a gentleman flagged us down, said he was concerned you might have been drinking. You were having a hard time standing. Talking to you right now. What did you pull me over? Seems like I can smell a little bit of it. What did you pull me over for us? He just explained it to you, sir. He got flagged down. Somebody said, "Hey, I left the I left the I left the food court. Paid for my Okay. Well, that's my wife owns that last. Okay. So, if you have not been drinking, there's no need to be uh No, no, no. You got to understand, we're launching an investigation, you know, based on that. So, if you haven't been drinking, man, that's all good. Dude, you have no no reason to even pull me over. Unfortunately for our suspect, the officers absolutely had a right to pull him over, as pedestrians aren't typically in the habit of flagging down police officers and reporting drunk drivers for no reason. The good Samaritan told officers that he saw the man literally stumbling while attempting to get into his vehicle. I can smell alcohol coming off of you. Okay, I didn't, but I pulled up over to get some gas. Okay, but I can still smell alcohol coming off of you now. So, would you be willing to do some pill sobriety test for us? Yes, I will. But at the same time, do you understand? Excellent. Hold on. No. Excellent. Hold on. You No, you you settle down, brother. No. You said you wanted to do some field sobriety test, right? Hold on. Let me call Let me call my Let me call my lawyer. Are you pulling me over on some [ __ ] Like, are you willing to do some field sobriety test? Yes. I said yes. Now, hold on. You have to know why you're pulling me over, right? I just have to have reasonable suspicions. Did you have it? Yes. Somebody flagged me down, told me there was a Mustang. Somebody flagged you down. You were behind me. I pulled over here and pulled right in here to get some gas. Dude, we'll call Kevin. I got him on. I don't care. I don't care. We want you to just do field test, man. You said you were willing to do so, right? That's fine. Okay. What did I get pulled over for? That's what I'm trying to figure out. We just told you. I left the food truck. I came right over here. What's the issue? It was obvious the suspect was more concerned about the police knowing who he was than he was with taking accountability for his reckless actions. What he didn't seem to understand was that in the eyes of the law, the man's social status doesn't earn him many special privileges. All right, let's get it on. Hold on. Hold on. No, no, no, no. Cuz I want people over here cuz y'all are doing too much. We're not. And believe me, I'm somebody in this town. I don't give a Who the y'all think y'all are. Okay, we can do it. Like, dude. So, let's get over with it. Y'all need to really check y'all who y'all pulling over. Y'all had no reason to pull me over. So, we just explained you, man. No, no, no, no, no, no. What reason? I just told you. No. I just told you all that. Give me a reason why you pulled me over. You were flagged down. We had reason to believe a crime has been committed. No. No. No. No. We're not doing all that. Yes, we're already explained it to you. No. You have to have reason to pull me over. You said you're doing a field test, right? Yes. But why did you pull me over? We already explained it. You have what? Reason to believe you were drinking and driving. By now, the officers were done playing games. They told the suspect multiple times why they pulled him over. If he still didn't understand, that was on him. And while he initially agreed to perform a field sobriety test, he changed his tune and began walking back to his vehicle. Hold on. You're not getting back in the car. I'm getting back in my car. You are not getting back in my car. I'm not getting back in my car. Back over here, dude. I'm not back in my car. Stop resisting, man. Man, y'all, what did I do? Yeah, go ahead and search him. Yeah, search him. Search him. It's everything. What the talking about? What are you talking about? What's your name, buddy? What do you mean? What's my name? What's your name? What's your name? You know my name. I don't know your name. Well, you pulled me over. What's your name? Dude, my girl owns that. Ask her. Her name is Ask her. What's your name? I What do you mean, man? I'm not asking your girl's name. I'm asking you asking me. I didn't do nothing. Dude, this is like you're you're you're going way beyond your like I didn't do nothing. What did I do? I'm well beyond my reason to contact you. Thompson, what did I reason to contact you? For what? You required by law to give me your name. What is your name? For what? What did I do? You're under arrest for concealing your ID as well. Go ahead and walk over here to the back of the car. The man was placed under arrest for concealing identification, resisting an officer, and driving under the influence. Next, they attempted to place him in the back of the cruiser, but it was easier said than done. Have a seat, man. Don't touch that. Put the hat back, man. These are all my I got a seat with these glasses. Have a seat. Hold on. Put my head back there. No, have a seat, man. That I I made that hat. Have a seat. I got enough bail money to get out. Have a seat. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. You got, sir. If you don't have a seat, I'm gonna put you in the car. Have a seat. If these cuffs are not over, there you go. Thank you. Watch your foot. Watch your foot. No, you watch your foot. Call the mother. You can call whoever you want. You can call them. Somebody has to come from jail. Nope. Quit acting. Have a seat. Why you So, I got some money here. I want to count it right in front of you. All right. So, we got 100. 450. 450. Okay. Take him to the station, see if he's willing to do that. The cops decided that the best course of action would be to take him to the station and have the man perform a breathalyzer test. While they took a detailed account of his belongings, the man kept screaming and crying from the car, claiming they had injured his foot. So, he's complaining that his foot's cut on the door. I'm going to open the door. So, you want to help me out, buddy. My foot was right there caught in that goddamn door. Do you want to go ahead and step in a little better? Put your foot in there. Please put tech. Look at look at look at my look at my past. I did 13 years in prison. I did hope. Hey, put my glasses back on. Put your foot on. Put my glasses back on, you dumb. Hey, you ain't doing nothing. I ain't resisting. You stupid mother. Y'all goofy as Put my glasses on. Y'all goofy as you. It's not goofy little. Back at the station, the suspect continued playing the victim. Instead of calming down, he acted increasingly aggressive towards the officers, demanding special treatment. He also didn't hold back in painting himself as a big shot. Call Matt right now. Ask him about me. Like, I'm not throwing names out there. My My name Who the Google me? I don't I'm not out there. No. Go on. Hey, go on my Facebook. Go on my Facebook. Look at my from yesterday. Go on my page. We can't We can't log into Facebook right here. The first 25 people to pull up Java Nicks today get all this free. Giving back to the community, man. I don't do nothing. I'm upstanding citizen. This for y'all don't call me. Ask M. All you got to do is call Miam. Mary going to tell you like, "No, the owner of that, she gonna be like, "No, it's my dude right there. I'm I'm an upstanding citizen. I pay my taxes. I have a business. I have two businesses. I have I have my I have three businesses to be exact. Why y'all trying to me though, dog? I don't give back to the community." The suspect then had to sign a revocation notice because his driving privileges would be revoked in 20 days. Naturally, he wasn't happy about it. And after insulting them multiple times and refusing to cooperate, they'd eventually had enough. Tell me again. That's it. You're going to jail. I know what I'm doing. What are you doing? Dude, dude. Dude, I'm not resisting. I'm right here. Shut the up. I'm being calm. all time. Why is this like this? All right, then. Why are you grabbing me like that? Stop resisting. Who's resisting our [ __ ] court? All right, stand up. Let's go. I need to see I need to see the list of my property. No, you don't. Come on. What do we have? Your property's going with you to jail. Come on. Let's go outside. Talking about I did 13 years in prison, man. I kick both y'all in your mother cops. Don't ever with me. You better ask Kevin. You better ask the whole task force about me, man. Shut your of course I want him to take me as on some [ __ ] You will never me on no mother real pay my workers more than y'all make an hour. I'm my mama. The suspect was charged with DUI, concealing identity, resisting arrest, and driving while license revoked. Being rich comes with plenty of privileges. Unfortunately, because some rich people have to learn the hard way, bribing their way out of trouble isn't one of them. Sometimes it takes a pair of handcuffs for rich people to learn that they're the same as everyone else in the eyes of the law.
