We're going to walk in there. Stop. Do it. Dude, I'ming call the news. I'm suing you guys. My friend's in surgery right now and I have to go. That's great. Pull it into parking. We'll figure it out. Okay. So, Orlando Surgery Center. Shoplifterss take any chance they get. If they think they can steal something and get away with it, they're certainly going to try. Luckily, in today's day and age, we have cameras everywhere, and the cops searches to call away. So many of these shoplifterss get arrested. From a shoplifter that tries to skip the selfch checkout all the way to one who had the audacity to threaten to sue the cops that arrested her. Oh, and let's not forget about a Walmart thief that stole $1,400 worth of stuff. So, if you'd like to see these folks get caught, you better stick around because we have all the footage of these folks getting arrested. On May 26th, 2023 in Florida, officers were called to one of the local Walmarts after a woman was seen skip scanning items at a selfch checkckout area. When the cops arrived at the scene, she was still inside the store. So, they went over to her and confronted her. And it's safe to say she was not happy about it. If if she's skip scanning and she's putting stuff in the buggy, I mean, it's kind of articulatable that she's Oh, y'all good. Yeah, that's all right. She's putting it in the bag. Yeah, she's putting it in the back, but she's not skip scanning everything. Just some stuff. Yeah. So there was I mean at this point [music] that's that means my criteria is like concealing or story in a way. Okay. So we did it. All right. We can get the black press. Hey man police department. We need you go to find your bed. under. Okay. Why am I under arrest? I'll explain it to you. Go ahead and put this behind your back. No, you need to tell me why I'm under. I don't resist. Stop. Hey, if you're resist The shoplifter was cuffed, but she denied that she was skipping the scan. She stated that she had money on her debit card and did not need to shoplift to get the items. The officers walked the woman to one of the back offices of the store, but she kept on pulling away from the officers. She makes a massive scene inside of the store because the officer was being quote aggressive. Can you stop doing so tight? You're embarrassing me. So you're doing extremely tight like her under my but I'm going to give you the most highest respect just like you're giving me. But thank you respect and we're going to walk the office. Okay. This is enough for me to walk through. She was okay but I didn't still not and I leave the store and the door out though. We will go talk about the office. Okay. Okay. How you doing, people? It's going to be okay. It's best believe me. Come on. This is actually Scott. Let go. Stop doing it tonight. Excuse me. I promise you about to go to the ground. No. You're about to get in trouble and lose your thing. I know my rights. You're detaining me and it hurts me. And there's no reason to you for you to be that aggressive. I'm sorry if you have problems at home, but I ain't getting the think this is. I'm sorry. I don't know. This is all a part of what she was scanning probably. Yeah. You'll see a lot of crazy, huh? And I'm getting arrested when I have $600 in my account. That's what blows my mind. Yeah. That really bothers me that they had it go down like that. You guys could have waited until you thought I was at the door or something. The footage was redacted when the officer and the shoplifter entered the office. However, we can still hear them talking. The officer asked the lady if she had an ID on her after he patted her down. And she said that he didn't need an ID because she still didn't know why she was detained. She refused to give her name and the officer told her that she's going to get a resisting charge on her name as well. The woman told the officer to call his boss. Then she went crazy. No. Hey, stop. You're probably You just watched the whole video. Let's go. You guys are hurting me. It's okay. If you would stop doing too much, you wouldn't be hurting. No, you're wrong. I didn't even steal. Let's go. Honey, a few seconds. I just told you I didn't check that thing. You couldn't find one item that I stole and you're still hurting me. Who did this? Oh my god. I swear. That's my cigarettes. Why are you in my pockets? No, you have no right to search me. No probable cause. You are being search. No, I'm not going to jail because I didn't do anything. Hey, I don't know where you got the idea that this is on your terms, BUT IT IS NOT. my turfs cuz you're home. You're misusing your rights. You're misusing your privileges when I didn't take nothing. It'd be different if I took something and I didn't even finish getting checked out. I swear you are going to be so much trouble for doing this. It's not okay how you guys treat somebody like that. You guys are looking you're looking for a reason to put me in jail. That's horrible. That is so horrible. My wallet, my money, my lighter, my makeup. My phone was at the register. I need my phone, too. Can you please go get my phone? Huh? The blue one? Yeah. So, what am I being arrested for? What am I being arrested for? Guys, I told you. Okay. Can you tell me what I stole? You don't have nothing. You know you have nothing, right? From the presumptions. Oh my god. There's got to be something I talked to. This is [ __ ] [screaming] How are you arresting me when I didn't even finish checking out and I didn't steal anything? Go ahead. Get in. I swear to God. This is [ __ ] [ __ ] Oh my god. The officers go through her stuff to make sure she didn't hide anything. However, out of the backseat of the cop car, she yells out that they can't go through her stuff because they don't have no probable cause. Lady, the manager has a video of you hiding two perfumes inside a pair of pants and sticking it directly into your bag. The lady kept on yelling from the back seat, saying that the cops were going to pay for what they did to her. However, she's now got a bigger issue than just shoplifting because the officers found something else in her possession. I think it is. Yeah, there's children that are missing and dying every day and here you are at Walmart trying to catch me shoplifting when I'm not shoplifting. Now you're saying I got on me. What the is wrong with you? I swear I'm going to law. Oh boy. You're saying I have drugs on me? Where the did I get drugs from? That's not why you guys are arresting me. So now all of a sudden I have drugs on me cuz you guys can't find a reason to arrest me. Oh boy. I wonder how this is going to hold up in court. It's okay. You are right. I promise no bad onde goes on no good deed. I promise you will pay for this. You will pay for [singing and music] this. Then I am going to pull the race card and I am going to you use police brutality and all that. I'm going to use every card I had. Now, before we say anything else, I don't think the saying goes, I promise no bad ondeed goes no good deed. But whatever you say, lady, after all of her no bad deeds, she was charged with petty theft, resisting, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance. After one hell of a fight, the lady was finally taken to jail, and the body cam footage was turned off. On September 25th, 2022, Officer Brown was called to a Walmart after Walmart loss prevention noticed a man take two duffel bags out of their packaging and fill them with various items. The man had a friend with him who seemed to be on the lookout. But when an officer's blocking your only way out, you're going to need more than just a lookout to get away with your stolen items. In the camera footage, you can clearly see the two men go to the selfch checkckout kiosk, pay for some things, and then leave without paying for anything inside of the blue bags. It's time for the officer to catch them red-handed, or well, in this case, blue bag handed. How's it going? We can't go in here and talk. You're going to walk in there. Stop. Do it. Stop fighting. to lay down. Stay down. Just watch. Thank you guys. Hey, where you at? STOP NOW. GET ON THE [ __ ] ground. Get on the [ __ ] ground. Put your [ __ ] ass behind your back. Hurry up. Talk to you. Get the on the ground up there. you 977 on the west side of Walmart. Hey, look. Look, let me be telling you something. Put your [ __ ] hands behind your back. Hey, please. Which way you go? I don't know where Yep. Put your hand on your back to you guys. Put your hand behind your back. Get it. I want to tell you something. Come on. Let me tell you. And that kids is why you don't run from the cops. The man was tackled and tased and eventually cuffed. He started to plead with the officers, but if he wanted to have a chance to talk to them, he shouldn't have made a break for it. The officers called in a medical team, and the shoplifter apologized profusely until they got to the car. here. The officers interviewed our shoplifter named Eduardo and arrested the man who they believed was with him. What's your name? What? This gentleman? Yeah, she said he saw him reaching for my gun. I didn't see I was in the fight. So, let me go inside. I said my phone's over there and my notepad as well. Yeah, we were following him. We were watching him. So, I take that one thing and then he tried to take off with all the stuff. Yeah. You need to walk away from me, man. You need to go for my girlfriend, man. You're staying right with me everywhere I go. No, I'm going this way, motherucker. Get my girlfriend for the car keys. Wrong with you, man. You want him in the store? You want him in the store? No. Let's trespass. Okay. Just come outside. Why? Because we're done with you. Hey, look. Hey, look. I'll resist, man. Look. They got me right here in the front. They're handcuffing me, too. Stop. They're right here. I just found I'm going to grab his car. I'm running outside. Okay, we're running outside cuz you're handsome to me for no reason cuz I want to go get you. After a while, his girlfriend comes out the doors and starts to talk with one of the officers. The man tells the officers that he was given permission to go in and give her the car keys. However, the cops tell him that loss prevention just said they didn't want him inside the store. The man who's still cuffed on the ground says that he came out of the store willingly, but the officer quickly responds and tells him that they had to pull him out. While all this is happening, his girlfriend is pleading with the officer in the background. The man is taken to the back of the cop car and the officers go over to talk to one of the witnesses. I'll tell you, that's the last time when my body gets intervened on behalf of an officer, I'm intervening. Well, I'm glad you you had the intention cuz not not everybody's trying to help us out here. that and I couldn't believe that staff was telling me, "Don't get involved, sir. Don't get involved." Said, "When I saw that arc swing around going for that guy's gun, I said, "Fuck if I'm not going to get involved." I feel bad actually now that I didn't because I that I was standing right there. I mean, there's no reason whyisted in pinning him down. You did more than an officer. The officers make their way back to Eduardo and take a few pictures. They ask him if he has any injuries and he says that his head and his elbow hurt. They take a few pictures of the officer that caught him and place Eduardo back into the back of the squad car. Here he continues to fight against the cops, but a quick door slam in the face makes him shut up real fast. The officers check through the footage of the two men leaving the store and also search through their stuff. You won't believe what they also had on them. This is them walking out together at the same time right here. Okay. Cuz if it's felony, we can hit him with conspiracy to commit as well. Then yes, because he was for sure on the lookout. Okay. All right. Yeah, just make sure Yeah, we include him in all the video footage and uh I'll talk with the sergeant and we'll see what we can do. He's got five pills. Oh, yeah. Metro rocks. And um several bits of powder. We're waiting to get the final amount, see if it's felony or not. Also, and I'll do links and uh 75207 was the total before taxes. How much of a tax? 75207. Still felony. There we go. Finally catching my breath. All right. I'll say. So, we're going to transport you to our station. Okay. Detectives are going to do their thing. I'll keep you updated on what's going on. Like I said, you're being looked into for the conspiracy. Why? Why is it conspiracy though? Because you were going around with them and conspiring with them. But even though I did not, he's the one that ran out on his own. That's for the detectives and I paid. Hey, what's we don't need to have this conversation because I'm only telling you what's going on. The officers empty out his pockets and place him back in the squad car. He was charged with felony shoplifting and felony conspiracy to commit [music] shoplifting. His buddy Eduardo was charged with felony shoplifting, felony [music] conspiracy to commit shoplifting, a misdemeanor charge of resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer, as well as felony trafficking and controlled substances, and felony possession of controlled [music] substances charges. Sadly, in November, all the charges for both of these men were dismissed by the New Mexico District Attorney. Last year on January 7th, Officer Walcock responded to a call from Quicktrip when they saw a woman shoplifting. When he arrived, the woman instantly denied any wrongdoing and became argumentative. The security personnel of Quick Trip said that they clearly saw the woman hiding some items and even taking a few things to the bathroom. However, when she came out of the bathroom, she didn't have any items in her hands and instantly made a beline for the exit. Security stopped her and asked her to place the items back, but she denied she had anything. She went to the bathroom. Can you keep your hands out your pocket for me? I'm going to Okay. I'm tell Get your hands out your pocket for me. I ask you one. Okay. Put your hands behind your back. I'm not doing nothing. I'm not doing nothing, dude. You can't be You can't do that, dude. Quit hurting me, dude. You're the one that's moving. After a lot of yelling and swearing, the senior officer on the scene tells her they'll loosen the cuffs a bit. However, Madame Sue here decides she doesn't want to work with the officers and keeps pulling away. The two officers hold her arms steady while the other officer loosens the cuffs a bit. After all of her pulling away and resisting, Officer Walco decides it's time to go to the ground. Let it go. Let it go. All right. Here you You're not in charge. Get on the ground. Let it go. What am I doing? Get my watch. What the is wrong with you? [laughter] [screaming] [laughter] What the is wrong? I got to steal. You [ __ ] stop. Well, because it's on the It's in the cuff, man. Cheers me. One of you guys nothing on me. I hope you guys don't hear anything too. Watch. As the video goes on, one of the officers makes his way to the bathroom where she was hiding items. They ask the shoplifter to scooch up a bit, but she resists once again. It's as if she's never going to learn. The officer tells her that he's only going to ask her once, and then he's going to make her move. She stands up and makes her way to the counter. The officers ask her for her ID, but she refuses to give her name, and we all know what that means. The cops can charge her with obstruction. The officers tell her to keep her hands out of her pockets, but she keeps on trying to reach for her phone. Keep your hands out your pocket. Keep your hands out your pocket. I have my phone. Leave me my phone alone. What the [ __ ] is wrong with you? Why did you do this? You guys doing nothing wrong. Do this to me. I didn't do any ego. Why do I have anything over by meeting Cersei? I showed them already. I don't do nothing. He did. I didn't do anything. Were you resisting? No, he can't grab me because of me. I said, "Why are you doing that?" While she mumbles in the background, our officer goes over to watch the security footage. In the footage, you see her with a burrito in her hand that she took off the shelves, but there's no burrito anymore. The officer returns to our shoplifter and tells her that she's going to jail today. But instead of listening to the officer, she talks over him and keeps asking what she did wrong. Lady, you tried to steal. That's what you did wrong. The officers escort her outside to the car and place her in the back seat. They also ask for a female officer to come to the scene. Stop doing it now. Call sure you guys get sued. I'm going sue you guys for doing this. I didn't do nothing. Perfect. I don't know, dude. Why you guys arresting me? Why am I arresting you? I didn't do nothing. Sir, please go take me to jail. Please. Why? Why is every here like this? I don't know, man. It's just for lar and resist and battery resist on you. Yeah. All right. Here's the situation. The allegation that are being made against you is that he also has some video that's showing you going into the bathroom with some property. Um, I'm going to read your Miranda warning and like I said, you can choose to talk to me if you want. Um, I'm sorry. I don't like it. We're already beyond that. Like [music] I said, this is the Miranda warning is here to protect your rights, man. I'm happy with you. Okay. I have court today. I want to miss my court today. After each one of these statements, I need you to answer with a yes or no. Do you understand? Yes, sir. All right. You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand? Okay. It's a yes or no, ma'am. So, you understand? No. Okay. So, you don't understand that, right? We'll stop right there. Um, since you don't understand that and we'll we'll we'll leave it at that then cuz you Sorry. Please don't get mad. I'm How is that getting mad? I told you I'm here to protect your rights. You don't want to talk to me. That is your right. So, we we'll move on. After a while, the female officer arrives on the scene. Officer Walcock jumps into the backseat of his car to make sure she didn't drop anything while she was sitting there. The female officer searches her and finds a few items as well as the infamous burrito, or well, it's foil anyway. The officers place her in the back of the car, and our criminal was charged with petty theft, battery leo, and interfering with law enforcement. One Walmart thief on April 16th, 2022 almost got away with it. She even made it all the way to her car before the officers arrived and stopped her. As the officer drove into the parking area, one of the workers told her which car it was, so she quickly jumped out of her vehicle and ran to the shoplifter's car. Hey, get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. I came in with the stuff and you can ask the people at the front right now. You almost back into my car. So, just pull it in, park it, and get out of the car. Okay. We'll figure that out. Okay. Okay. There's two ladies at the front. Pull it in and park it. We'll figure it out. Came in with the stuff. Okay. Pull it in and park it. We'll figure it out. Okay. My son's in surgery right now and I have to go. That's great. Pull it in and park it. We'll figure it out. Okay. The Orlando Surgery Center. That's okay. Pull your car in and park it. We'll figure it out. I came in with You can even out the oil. I came in with I'm 75 seconds. We'll figure it out between me and you and the law of suspension officer already. All right. Okay. Well, everything was left right there. I was coming outside my wallet. We'll figure it out. I promise we'll figure it out. Right now, we're making time. The CJ said you shoplifted. I didn't shop listed, but I came right here. I put this stuff right here in the door. It wasn't even past point of the sale. We will figure it out. I haven't got his story yet. I have to hear your story. I have to hit his right now. He's saying you take my number. No, please. No. Park your car. Get out of your car. I have to get to my son, sir. Or ma'am, park your car. Okay. Turn your keys off. Put on the back. You're detained currently. You could be in detain because I'm detaining you. How? because he's accusing you of a crime and you left. I'm not arguing with you. I'm being nice. He just the line auto guy said I came in bag. He just confirmed that. Okay. And the other bag also when you left the last one no we're not we're not arguing. We're not arguing. The officer breaks up the argument between the two and tells the woman that she's detained and can't go to her son who's in surgery. Well, lady, if you wanted to go to your son, you shouldn't have shoplifted. The officers keep on asking for the shoplifter to come back into the store, but she keeps on prolonging the inevitable. However, when backup arrived on the scene, he didn't take any nonsense and told her that she was under arrest for shoplifting. He is done arguing with her and finally gets her door open. You turn off the car and get out of the vehicle now. You are under arrest. I have my son who just had surgery. Okay. I just had my son who had surgery. Turn off. Don't Don't stop resisting. Stop. I'm not resisting. You are resisting. Get out of the vehicle right now. I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. Get out of the car. I'm not resisting. Out of the car now. Let's go. You're going to catch a charge if you just just get out of the car. I don't understand why. We're not talking about it anymore. Get out of the car. Get out. I'm rolling my window up. That's it. I'm just rolling. We will do that for you in a minute. I'm rolling my window up. That's it. Take the key out of the ignition. I'm just rolling my window up. Roll the window up for me. Get out of the car. We will get out of the car. Nope. Just roll the window up for me. That's all. I will roll it up. I promise. Okay. Roll it up now. Get out of the car. Stop the car. We'll roll it up. Okay. Roll it up now. Please. Get out of the car. Okay. That's all I'm asking is to roll up the window. Please. Jesus Christ. Face the vehicle. Face the vehicle. Face the Face the Don't resist. I'm not resisting, but come on now. This is ridiculous. 302. We're fighting one. This is ridiculous. This is ridiculous. Stop. Stop. I didn't even do anything. All the merchandise is right there. Put your hands behind your back. Put your HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. GET TASED. My son. You want to get tased? My son is back. Can I call? No. We're past that. Please. Please. Please. Can I call? Please. No. Can I call? Please. Can I call please? Can I call my He just got out of surgery. Please. That's all I'm asking. Please stop. We will call, but you need to stop resisting. You're going to get tased. You're going to get tased. I'm not resisting, but can you please call my son? Please put your hand behind your back. Put your hand behind your We're past that. Put your hand behind your back now. Can I call my son? Put your hands behind your back now. That's all I'm asking you to call my son. No, we're past that. You're past that cuz you resisted about 45 times. Our shoplifter has quite a lot of demands before she's willing to get cuffed. Roll up my window. Call my son. yada yada yada. Lady, if you don't want to get in trouble, you shouldn't be stealing. Even after a long struggle and many threats of being tased, the woman still didn't comply with the cops. So, we all know what that means. It's time to spin the wheel of outcomes. So, place your bets down below in the comments. Will she A get tased, B get put on the ground, or C [music] make a break for it, get to her four-year-old son, and have a wonderful cuffless reunion with her boy? Spoiler alert, it's not C. And you guys aren't letting me let go of your belt, please. Get on the ground. Get on the ground now. Oh man. Put your hand behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. You guys are doing all this cuz with the stuff inside. Put your hands behind your back. Why are you doing this? Because you are under arrest. Put your hands behind your back. Why am I under arrest? For shoplifting. Put your hands I didn't shoplift. Put your hands behind your back now or I'm going to tase you. I did not shoplift. I did not shoplift. Put your hand behind your back. Can I get up now? Nope. We're still figuring this out. We just got to do it this way. Don't scratch me. Stop moving. You have your hands up. All right. Are you going to cooperate now? Yes. I just want to call my son. He is new. Surgeon. Please sit up. I can't sit up. Can you help me up? Bend your knee. Roll this way. Bend your knee. And then roll backwards. This way. Here we go. Can you help me up? No. Stay sitting. Now, that was one hell of a struggle just to get a shoplifter into cuffs. The cops tell her to stay sitting and they call in for backup. In the footage, you can also see that she didn't actually need double cuffs, even though she quickly says that she does have a bad shoulder. Now, our latest shoplifter will not be going to see her son. Instead, she's going to jail. The Walmart employees take the items in the back of her car back to the store to see if she actually paid for it. Meanwhile, the cops tell our shoplifter that she now has a resisting charge on her name along with the shoplifting charge. Oh, yes. And in case it's still not obvious, she's not going to be able to call her son. Can I please call my son? No. Hey, take that out of your hand. My son is four years old. That's too bad. You call him from the jail? Yeah, that's too bad. And call him from the jail. They give free calls there. We're going to stand you up. Count of three. One, two, three. Maybe if you didn't fight him, they probably would have given you that call. But Oh, we tried. I wasn't trying. Please just call this number for me. my son. Need a discussion. Not right now. Follow me. Let's go. No, we'll get your shoes later. We'll get your shoes later. Can I It's that. Can I get my purse? Not right now. Now, let me tell you something. If you resist Officer Johnson while she's searching you, I'm going to charge with two counts of battery LEO. Do you understand? You can put We already got two counts. We're going over for free. Spread your feet. Spread your feet on the car. Spread your feet. My feet are hot right now. Spread your feet apart. Spread your feet. Get two counts of a wrist. Face the car cuz you resist two officers. My feet right now. Spread your feet apart. Spread them apart. Spread your feet. Get in the car. Get in the car right now. Now, one might think that it can't get much worse for this lady. She's [music] already resisted two officers and she shoplifted. What else could she possibly have that could land her in more trouble? Well, what about in her purse? The officers found a container with stash written on it. Inside, they found a little bit of white powder. But that was not the end of her troubles. She's also on probation for grand theft. Probation. Grand theft. Grand theft. Hey, what's up with the grand theft? Is that shoplifting or is that something else? Grand theft. Yeah. Is that shoplifting or something else? Shoplifting. Okay. Hey, where is your kid right now? Hold on one second. With who? With my friend Vicki. Do you know Vicky's number off the top of your head? What hotel is it? Why are you keep If you're on probation for shoplifting, girl, why you keep shoplifting? I wasn't trying to shoplift. But when we tell you to get out of the car, you get out of the car now. We don't I put the car in park. I listen to everything they said. Listen, I'm a CI. I work the whole establishment department. Okay. I don't understand how that's going to help you out. Trying to get all off the streets of this world. Okay. You also tried shoplifting, too. Now, if she's talking about her secret stash, you're doing a great job of keeping it off the streets, lady. The cop keeps on driving and takes her to jail. The two of them talk about what happened and how she didn't get out of the car. When they got to jail, she apologized profusely to the female officer. However, what was done was done, and police recovered stolen items worth $1,400. They charged her with multiple crimes, including grand theft. She ended up pleading no contest to resisting without violence and grand theft, and was sentenced to 42 months of probation.
