[Music] Get him. GET HIS hands in your back right now. Hands you in your back right now. Now you got three cops after we told you guys to go home and this is the bull got to deal with cuz y'all thought this was a funny prank. Well, here. I don't need I don't need your debit card. I need your ID. Why not? You're going to give me a ticket. As a matter of fact, you are GOING TO JAIL. OH, that's even better. Yep. We sometimes have to hand it to criminal geniuses. It takes a lot of thinking, foresight, and common sense to plan and execute the perfect crime. Stupid crooks don't have those three things. Stop the car. STOP THE CAR. GET OUT. Get out of the car. I didn't do anything. Get out of the car. What did I do, sir? Now, while crime and stupidity are never a good mix, they do result in a three-hour episode of the funniest American police arrest you'll ever witness. On July 2nd, 2023, cops from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, had to act fast, pulling over a suspicious vehicle as it left a CVS pharmacy. The cops already suspected that the occupants had been involved in a theft, and when the driver committed a traffic violation, they had the perfect excuse to pull them over. Hey, lower the back windows. Lower the back windows. Did you hear what I said? I said lower the back windows. Put your hands up. Hands up. Hands up. You, too. What the hell you What did I do? Don't move around, bro. Keep your hands up. You understand what I said on you? Keep your hands up. Okay. And you stop moving around. I'm not moving around. Okay. Don't move around. Just hang out right there. Step out of the car, man. He wasn't doing anything. Step out of the car. Really? Step up. We got that bag. Yeah. Just leave your phone in there. Yeah, I leave my phone. It seems that these criminals are playing dumb from the outset. The officers giving simple instructions, but they're having a lot of trouble following his orders. And this doesn't bode well for their chances of getting away with theft. I can't hit my vape. No, you can't hit your vape. Just I'm not being rude to you. I don't know why you're being so rude. cuffs. Why? I'm not being mean. I'm just out of my pocket. That was all. It's great. But I don't I don't care about that question. Okay. I'm telling you what to do. You got to do what I tell you to do. I am. You told me not to move. And I I told you to walk over there. Just stand right there. And I'm standing right here. Simple task. Look right here. Yeah. Turn around. Turn around. Right there. I didn't do anything. I was in the car. They told me to take him to CVS and I waited for them to come out. I didn't do nothing wrong. Okay, listen. Relax. What? Did I say you're doing something really bad? Did I take you out of the car or throw you in cuffs and all that? No. I I I think you're just driving. It's It's fine. But you're Oh, good. The reason I'm stopping you is you're doing 40 and a 30. You got to slow down a little bit. Taylor, go. All right, man. Listen, just stay in the car. Don't move around and stuff. Okay. I'm going to see. Did you see them doing any drugs or anything like that, ma'am? You sure? Oh, no. Cuz I was too busy watching out the window. And there we have a twist in the case. It looks like these dumb criminals have recruited their grandma to be their getaway driver. And while it's sad to see a frail old woman all scared like this, it's a little too soon to assume that she's completely innocent. You know they're committing crimes, huh? You know they're committing crimes. They're coming out. They're telling you, "Go, go, go." Right. Yeah. Go, Grandma. Go. And I did not hit Taylor. But you can't let them take advantage of you like that, man. I never speed. I don't speed. Just take it easy. Okay, relax. Just take it easy. Why do you let them take advantage of you like this? No, my car. No, I know. I know. But why do you let them take advantage of you like this? I didn't want to do it. They had to be taken to public. They needed food. Yeah, but you know they're stealing stuff. Huh? You know they're probably stealing stuff, right? Yeah. Who's that to you? Is that a family? My grandmother. That's your grandmother. She what? No idea about what? As soon as she's giving us a ride. She said no idea about what though. Huh? About what? Yep. As soon as she's giving us a ride. To be fair to this dumb criminal, he probably genuinely feels bad right now that he involved his grandma as an unwilling accomplice. That's why he tried to protect her by saying that she had nothing to do with this. But by saying that, he incriminated himself. He must have forgotten that the cops haven't told him yet that they're aware of the theft. I didn't do nothing wrong. It's not the end of the world for you, man. It's not the end of the world. Okay, I didn't do that. Okay, listen. Why are you guys taking advantage of your grandma like this? Why? Why, bro? It's one thing to do it with other people and [ __ ] It's another thing to bring your grandmother into this, bro. Yes, you are. You're making her drive you around while you guys shoplift. Stop it, bro. Where are the drugs, bro? What drugs? The drugs that are trying to stuff. Where are the drugs? Are they under the seat? I'm going to rip the whole seat off. I'm going to cut the whole seal. Listen, I don't have any drugs. Okay. Where were you stuffing on? I didn't stuff anything. Listen, I saw both of you guys stuffing. I just took something out of my pocket. Put it where? Huh? On the floor. I don't have any drugs. Listen, I'm going to tear up the whole seat. I'm going to tear it up. I'm going to cut it open and everything because there's a little hole there right where you were sticking your head. Right. And that goes in the car. Yeah. In the car. Yep. Right under the seat. Great. Do not let them tear apart your car. Get a dog cuz there's no drugs. You're not going to tear apart in the car. What? In the car? Yeah. You want me to show it to you? What? Just hang out right here, buddy. You want me to show it to you? Yeah. If the cops want to tear the car apart to search for the drugs he was hiding, they will. Drug addicts aren't usually known for their moral fiber. But using your grandmother as a getaway driver, that's a new low. Either way, listen, you have we have in Florida what's called fertive movements. Ferative movements means that when you move around in the car, when you get stopped after, I can search that whole vicinity of where you're moving. And luckily for you, you were moving all over this all over the place and into that spot. Took one thing out of my pocket. But no, you were you were both You're like, I'm going to tear your grandmother's car apart. I'm I'm going to drop your It doesn't work that way. It doesn't work that way. Unfortunately. So, you're just going to knife and tear her part her car apart? That's not what I said. That's not what I said. I mean, that's I'm going to look I'm going to look exactly where you You just said there was drug paraphernalia. That's a pharmacy prescription with my name on it. Or her name. Is your name on it? One of them. What's her name? What? What's her name? Read the bottle. I'm asking you. You said there were drug paraphernalia. That's a legal prescription. She's asking me. That's my pill bottle right there on the car. The reason the cop is asking for their name is because if none of their names match the one on the bottle, it's no longer a legal prescription. Selling prescription medications is a felony. While possession can get you jail time, depending on the type of medication in question. Taylor's got a warrant, so he's going to go to jail. Oh, he's going to go to jail. He's got a warrant. It might work. It might work. You're going to be fine. You're not going to get no tickets. You're not going to get nothing. Okay, just relax. You're fine. You're not going to get in trouble at all. No matter what. Okay, don't worry. All right, you're fine. Anything you want to tell me about CVS before I go over there. Um, be honest because we're here now. We already talked to Taylor. Is it? Mhm. We already talked to Taylor. So, I just want to get your side. So, just I mean, I took some stuff in there. Okay. What' you take? The male suspect, Taylor, says he has nothing illegal in his possession, but as the cops pointed out, he does have an active warrant, and that means he's going straight to jail. If they find anything on him after he arrives at the jail, he'll then be charged with a felony in the future. Just don't let them take advantage of you. They're taking advantage of you cuz you're such a nice person. They're such a nice person. Ain't the first time they took advantage of me. God forbid they put you in a bad spot and you get hurt. I know. You can't afford to do it. I never did nothing like this. It's all right. All right. It's all right. Okay. Heaven, I love you. I love you, too. Heaven, look at me. I love you. Sorry. Just Sorry, Grandma. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I love you. This scene is just like Romeo and Juliet, but with drug addicts. If Taylor really loved his grandma and his girlfriend, he certainly wouldn't have put them in this position. While this sweet moment could have been a good time to start behaving right, Taylor here pulls one stupid stunt after another. What' you do, bro? But he didn't shoot the You can't do that, man. You can't do that, bro. No. No, man. Hop on out, buddy. Come on, man. Really over there. I had You slipped your cuffs, bro. I didn't slip them. You clearly did it in front. You know it's a felony, right? It's called escape. Why is he like pushing up? Because he put his handcuffs in the back and check his arm. I didn't escape anyway, though. Doesn't matter. Listen, I had shoulder surgery 6 months ago. Stop moving. Then you shouldn't have done this. If you had shoulder surgery, you shouldn't have done this cuz now it's not going to be a good ride for you. It's not going to be a good ride for me. Correct. Cuz it's going to be a horrible mission. I'm going to have to cuff you a couple more times. I'm going to have to put it out of you. Put some cuffs on your feet. Are you serious? I'm that serious. You're not allowed toing GO AROUND AND JUST STOP IT, MAN. NO, DUDE. TOO THAT RIGHT NOW, BRO. I'm going to sue the out of you. Cough. Stop it. That hurts. I want to videotape this right now because No, he's got his arm up against him. He's got his arm up against him. Yeah, of course. Look at the way he's acting. I know. We're not going to hurting him. He's hurting him. These dumb criminals are being taught an important lesson about how actions have consequences, but they're trying to sell it as excessive force. Taylor keeps shouting at the cops to loosen his handcuffs, but he's not the one in charge. Stop moving around, man. Stop moving around. Calm down. There's some purpose. I know. Calm down. Maybe you shouldn't flip your cuffs behind your back. You want to run into this issue, buddy. Can you slide fingers in there? Yeah. Yeah, of course. [ __ ] shoulder surgery. I don't care. Arthritis. I don't care. You don't care? I don't care. You're going to be the next one that chokes a motherucker to death and loses his job. Okay. Yeah. Who gives a I just had surgery. That's great. Building buildings for people like you. Oh yeah. Building me a building. I have a bachelor's degree in engineering. Wonderful. You can change your life around, bro. You don't have to live this lifestyle, man. You don't have to, bro. You're a smart guy. You're a smart guy. You keep putting yourself in bad spots unnecessarily, bro. Unnecessarily. Right or wrong? You know what I mean? I know. I know. I get it, bro. Listen, I don't I don't I don't judge you, bro. I don't Like I said, bro, I don't think you're a bad dude. You're just making these dumb decisions for no reason, bro. It's always nice to see cops stepping up to offer kindness and advice to suspects, even the most belligerent ones. That's going above and beyond the call of duty. But it's also an important reminder that the criminal justice system is about rehabilitation as much as it is about punishment. So, we had two subjects in here. Um they left, they got stopped and we found a bunch of property that belongs to here and uh she admitted that she stole it. Itemized list and if you guys want to prosecute I would say yes, especially because of that. There's a lot. Yeah, bro 62 to 5205. She's getting an amount now, but that is prosecution. Perfect. All right. Okay, Grandma, you're good to go. Huh? You're good to go. I'm going to give you a warning. Slow down a little bit. Speed limit here is 30. It's his fault. They were telling you to go. I know. I know. I know. Be safe. All right. Have a great day. Okay. Don't worry. Relax. You're right. Okay. Eventually, the female suspect admitted to the theft because they were hungry. She said they stole food. The store they stole from chose to prosecute. And while the grandma was let off with a warning, the two shoplifterss weren't as lucky. On September 9th, 2021, two motorcyclists were stopped on the roadside as one of them did not have a license plate. What the officer didn't know yet, however, is that the missing license plate will be the least of his concerns. You got a driver's license or something on you, man? Oh, yeah. I actually don't have a driver's license. My wallet got stolen. No worries. But, uh, you got Do you have a license? You just don't have it like with you right now? Yeah, I don't have uh I mean, you don't need to fasten up your helmet. Do you got a driver's license on you? Oh, you're taking it off. Okay, right on. I don't have a Watch your glasses. Done that before. Go ahead. Sorry, man. I didn't. No, you're good. Huh? You don't You don't have a what? I don't have a um like an endorsement. Yeah, you have a regular driver's license, though. Yeah. Really? He's running. Hey, POLICE STOP through the backyard. Get back. The suspect fled the scene. He was clearly hiding something because a missing license plate is not enough reason to run away like that. His ability to not only outrun and outmaneuver a police officer, also implies a certain level of experience in criminal activity. The officer then returns to the suspect's friend, who shockingly has stayed put all this time. That was a bad How do you know that guy? Honestly, he kind of rolled up on me as a random. Yeah. He said he wanted to ride, but you have ID with you. You said you don't have it with you. Wall got stolen. I seen you flinching. I was like, whoa. I thought you were coming after me. I was like, what the heck? And then Oh, he's done. That's crazy. You're good to go, man. You can leave if you want. You can stay if you want. Don't matter to me. [Music] It's going to be a stolen bike. He's got a million keys in here. Sadly, the suspect was not apprehended that day. However, 5 months later, on February 24th, 2022, cops were alerted to a suspicious looking Chevy parked in a culde-sac. When cops arrived on scene, the driver drove away, but because of the icy conditions on the road, the car slid off the roadway and crashed. Passenger in the Yukon. I know you're in there. Come out with your hands up. All right, I'm going to move up on the left. I can't tell. The windows are too tinted. [Music] I'm going to pop my door. Having abandoned the car and fled on foot, cops called in to dispatch the canine team. Even though the thief had successfully escaped them before, he'd have a much tougher time outrunning a guard dog. Put your hands up. Oh, that's a container. That's a handler. There he is. Running back towards you. his hand under. Oh boy. Oh boy. I'm going to keep this. Going to get cuffs out. Oh, you coming. That's a boy. That's a boy. Hi, this is Officer Shield. Mary'sville police. You're under arrest for possession of a stolen vehicle on a looting police officers. Can you please take the nose off? Oh, please. I'm begging you. Hey, I can't breathe. Stretch them out. Double locks on both sides. Double lock both sides. With the suspect apprehended, they check on his condition after the chase. During this inspection, they find something rather unsettling on both the victim and the dog. I said, "Is that his blood or did your dog get hurt?" Uhoh. He probably got all tore up. Got blood on him. You have latex gloves? I got gloves. I got gloves. Okay. Well, those are probably good for blood, too. Slow it down. He's got blood on. No, no sense getting blood all over here. Not a boy. Good dog. That's a boy. That's a boy. GOOD DOG. THAT'S A DOG. Look at those back. He's nice. I'm going to get him out of here. No worries. Try to keep him in favor of positive. All right. You're good. See you later. All right. Thanks. He and Toya. Yeah, she and Toya. Sorry. Your other guys in the woods still with the deputy. And your role was just handcuffing him, right? Yep. Okay. Thank you. Yep. Use force by me. Is that your handcuffs or theirs? Mine. Okay. We'll do them. I'll get those to you tonight. Okay. On the dog bite. Wasn't bringing his arms out. Wow. Punch to the right here. Hey, what's your what's your main complaint, man? Teachable moment. Aside from his dog bite, the freezing cold and icy conditions could have also contributed to his injuries and his discomfort, too. Police also noticed something was off because of how his escape route did not make much sense. And while investigating, they discovered even more illegal activity. I think he's probably good in his nice little happy recovery position here. I don't know if they're going to be able to get you back here. Please stop on your mouth pipe. Sorry, bro. Where where do you get bit on the leg? Uh the leg and then transition to the arm. Yeah. Good boy. Oh, you found your phone, buddy. Phone in me. Anything else? He was still fighting as the dog is like ripping on his shoulder. How do you keep fighting as you're getting bit the up? And why do you run back towards where the car is where there's 50 cops waiting for you? The suspect faced four charges, including taking a motor vehicle without permission, possession of stolen property, attempting to elude, and resisting arrest. His reaction to the dog bite was that of immense pain. But our next suspect's reaction was one of the most embarrassing moments seen in body cam history. Mouththing off to the cops is pretty dumb. But these next two YouTubers decided to use their mouths in an even dumber way. Their idea of a good prank was to go to a university lecture and create chaos. Everything started relatively harmlessly, but nonetheless idiotic. In or out decision? Okay. Are you gay? I don't know what's going on up there. I don't have a problem with gay people, but I just want you to be honest. Are you in this class? Yeah. Are you? Yeah. Well, I actually need you to leave. Man, we getting kicked out. Yeah, I'm sorry. Damn, man. But I'm supposed to be in this class. I'm sorry, Damn, I'm going to go get me some eat some suck some toes. We about to do all that. Come on, bro. How many good this class anyway? Anybody trying to blow down after class? All right. Now, you'd think that was the end of it. A couple of idiots made some cringe-worthy remarks and use some foul language to make themselves feel more important and then they left. However, they later returned and continued harassing the students and the professor as well. So, someone had to call the police. Thank you. Hello. Yeah, they went that way. Well, uh I I got a couple questions. Sorry to interrupt your class. That's all right. He's already been interrupted. What What do these guys say? A lot. I'm What were they threatening in any way or anything? I mean, to be honest with you, I'm scared. Yeah. Right now, they seem to know what was going on. They do. Yeah. They knew it was a computer science class. Okay. What did they say when they came in? They were here when I got here. They were not or anything, but I did take a video. Okay, good. Hold on. Let me see the video real quick. It's pretty shaky. You got volume on there. Yeah. What were they saying about it? Uh, they don't start really saying anything until probably like 30 or 40 seconds in. Were they recording it? Uh, yes, they were. Did they have a third? How many? How many? Two. There was two of them. Yeah. White guy in a in the mask. White guy sitting next to him in the Wasn't there? Oh, was there? I didn't see. The officer reassured the students of their safety by explaining that multiple units were looking for the suspects and reviewing surveillance footage, but he soon found out that this prank didn't just involve hurling insults. They were threatening people. They were I just came down here because they were like whispering about like they were saying like slurs and saying they were going to beat people up because people invite anyone outside of class to either be it wasn't Stand by. Okay, I need to get everybody's name that actually heard them make threats and what what they said. If anybody else um has anything else they add, just be patient with me. They said something about I think they either told the professor or somebody else like oh wants to take it outside like shouted that as they were leaving. Was that the one in the hoodie? I don't know. Did they call out anybody's name or did they what? Yeah, that's what I was referencing. But was their cause just to yell and disrupt? Did they have any specific message to pass along or anything? No. No. I think they were just I think they said something about YouTube. Dumb kids like those two usually have nothing smart to say. There's no message, no real goal or purpose. All they want to do is disturb others so they get noticed. It's like a toddler tossing things around when they need attention. They would moan. They said like things like porn. They said things like that you just blurting it out. Just blurting out like things that are obviously of like like sexual nature. So two of my friends were just verbally harassed by those two men. Where at? Where? Oh, they they're getting put in handcuffs right now by UCPD. Oh, really? The police officer was these stupid pranksters didn't even have enough common sense to run away. They just hung around campus and continued harassing people. And it wasn't too long until an officer spotted them. Once confronted about their actions, all that bravado disappeared. And all that was left was two scared little mice and a whole bunch of excuses. Come here. My bad. We did a YouTube video. Have a sit. Both of you. We're just filming content, sir. You realize you're causing panic inducing panic on a campus wearing mask. Have a seat. That's not me, sir. No, that's you. You're one of them. I'm not wearing a mask though. This is You have no reason to be in campus doing this kind of stuff. Yes, sir. We were just filming. It's called inducing panic. Causing any trouble here. We were just making content. That's how that's our way of living. That's how we make our money. It's called inducing panic. I'm sorry. We wasn't trying. You got to think about it. You're on a campus trying to be dangerous. Running into the buildings causing a scene. What do you think the first thing they're going to think? You guys got guns. I'm sorry. You're here to shoot the place up. We don't have no guns. We don't have them. They don't know that. What were you saying? We were just moaning. Moaning. Are you guys trying to get the crap beat out of yourselves? No, we just You know, people don't mess around around here. You know it. Especially, man. You're getting your life straight. You're doing smart stuff, but this ain't smart. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. You know what I'm saying? We're not bad people. We don't I didn't say you're bad. We didn't come to harm anything. That's why we just left. We didn't want no nobody scared or anything. We just make content on YouTube. That's it. Okay. For the time being, these two were trying to downplay their little stunt. It seems they had no idea that threatening people and disorderly conduct could land them in jail. A while later, a sergeant arrived and explained the situation to them. We were just making a video making content. That's what we You just freaked out 250 people. I'm so sorry. We didn't We weren't yelling anything. You guys ever been arrested? Scared things. We weren't threatening anybody. I understand. Have you ever been arrested? Yeah. So, where are you guys from? From here. Cincinnati County. Okay. How about you? New York. New York. City or city? City. How long you been in Cincinnati? Uh, a year and a half. Just a year and a half. Okay. Where do you stay at in Cincinnati? Do I have to say that? It's a request. It's not a national secret. I stay in one of Okay. What else? That's easy, man. If you got any further question, can I call my lawyer so he could so he could talk to you guys? It's amazing that a guy who thinks moaning in class is funny also has an attorney. Anyway, this discussion's taking too long and the sergeant ain't got no time for this. So, he makes a quick decision. Tell you what we're going to do for right now. You guys stand up for me. Yes, sir. Put these guys in cuffs. Okay. You guys are being detained. Okay. Since we want to be all formal like Okay, we'll be formal like, too. I got like a gram of weed in my pocket, but it's legal for me. I'm 23. It's not legal since supposed to be in private. You're in public right now, bud. It is legal though. No, you can only take it if it's uh under uh but we're not gonna go there. We're not worried about that anyway. That's it's like it's only small. We don't care. So, what were you guys trying to do? I mean, what were you guys trying to do? A Tik Tok video? No, it was like a YouTube video. Oh, YouTube. You got to do like pranks and stuff. Pull these up. We've had I mean, we've had a couple people this year this academic year do that. Yeah. We won't ever come back. Sitting in the cop car made Marcus think about his predicament. So he then decided to explain one more time that everything was just a prank. But he still didn't get the fact that it wasn't about what they did, it was about how they did it. So we're not allowed to make videos on campus. Not like that. Not if it's interrupting or disrupting a class. Yes, sir. Is that kind of like what you're trying to do? Like this is going to be lighthearted and humorous. We call it We call it trolling. Trolling, right? We go around trolling. Like uh our next YouTube video, we're going to get a rooster and just let it loose. Rooster. Yeah. Like a a chicken. I like What? What do you do when you get rooster? A rooster? We try and catch it. Oh, you're gonna let out a a rooster and you're just going to like try and catch it. Yeah. That's pretty funny. Not on campus, are you? No. Okay. Where'd you stay at last night? With him over Walnut Hills. No, sir. Where'd you lay your head at last night? Outside. Huh? Outside. Homeless? No, I'm I I was just out out of the house. My girl kicked me out. Okay. She kicked you out of the house. What did you do? You cheating on her? No. No, I didn't go buy diapers for the baby. You're a dad? Yeah. Yeah. Oh my god. How's your baby? A month. A month? What are you doing to put food on the table for your family? I got a job. Holy moly. He's young enough to chuckle at jokes, but old enough to have a baby. Well, at least he says he has a job. But after all this though, probably not. After all was said and done, these two pranksters were charged with menacing, criminal trespassing, and disorderly conduct. All of which are misdemeanors. On January 16th, 2023, Illinois officers responded to a theft report. The complainant used a GPS tracking app to locate their phone valued at $2,000. It was allegedly stolen from a Dollar General parking lot. Hey, I'm right here. Sorry. Yeah. Um, does anybody else live here with you? Got a girl downstairs. What's that? Got a girl downstairs. Okay, but that's it. What's her name? Bailey. Can I talk to her real quick? Yeah. You okay with me stepping in? I don't care. Oh, I'm sorry. I couldn't It sounded like you asked who it was. I was like, "Hey, mom's here. Mom's here." Uhuh. Police. She's here. For what? I don't know. Huh? Yes, sir. Hey, how you doing? Good. How are you? Good. My name's Officer. I'm with Molly. Hello. Um, we're here because there is a cell phone that was stolen from Dollar General and it's pinging here. Here. Is it in the yard maybe? Well, it's it's pinging like literally right here dead set in between. That's so That's weird. And either we we checked over there already and it's pinging right in between both houses. So then it's got I can go look in the sideyards and stuff. Let me go grab a car. That's That's what we just did. Oh, well we got we got an officer tracking camera footage right now, but we're trying to get back while we're here. It was at Dollar General on over on the avenue. Oh, like I No one stole the phone. I mean, there was one in the parking lot and I took it to the lady with glasses in the brown hair. The phone was tracked to a nearby residence and officers were able to question a woman living there. Although she initially plays dumb. You can watch as she starts to lay the groundwork for a cover story. Turning the phone in at the Dollar General would have been a great idea, but only if she'd done it. Can you come or can I come down there and talk to you? Well, now I'm going to come up here. Okay, that works. What's up? There. Was that your phone that just rang? Yeah, that was mine. Okay. Oh, I got I see I got to prove everything. I got the cash. Okay, listen. Yeah. All I I want this is the phone, right? No, I know that if you or your mom took the phone. I have no idea. I can go look in her car when she gets here cuz she was just right next door, too. So, it could possibly be in her car. She has I don't have it though cuz what would I do with this home that I can't use? Well, I'm not accusing you of taking it. I just We have to do our due diligence. Oh, no. I get that, too. But I'm not being accused of stealing something that I did steal. No, that's why I'm not accusing you. But we we still have to come in and it's just Listen, you said that you were at Dollar General. Yes, I was. I mean, but I've been at three different Dollar Generals today and I understand that's and that's fine. But you being there does not mean that you were necessarily the one that took the phone. But it's coincidental. If she's indeed guilty, when the officer said all he wanted was to find the phone, that should have been her clue to just tell the truth. And if she did, maybe the cop would have gone easy on her. But unfortunately, these incredibly dumb thieves don't always give up that easily. No, I did get a phone from there and I turned the lady that was outside smoking. You turned it into a lady outside smoking. She was She was working. What kind of phone? No, she worked there. What kind of phone was it? Aip older style phone. An older style phone. An older style one? Yeah. With touchscreen? I don't think so. I don't really look at it. I just gave it to her. Okay. But it it was a flip phone like No, I mean that that's that's matching. That's what Oh, well brown hair and she had glasses and she worked at the front desk. And I I get that. The only issue we're having is it it came back here. I get that, but I don't have it. So, right now, I mean, before looking at char before looking at charges or anything, I think they just want the phone back. And if Oh, I know. If you're seen grabbing the phone last and never giving it to a lady outside, then that's fine. Unfortunately, there are going to be charges pressed. No, no, no. I get it. Maybe it's $2,000 phone. Bailey, the female suspect, stuck to her gun, but the officers believed the GPS tracker. Then Bayileleyy's mom, Julie, appeared outside the house. For a little while, the cops turned their attention to Julie and Bailey saw this as an opportunity. Did you find the phone door? I didn't get out. Did your mom get out of the car there or no? No, she didn't. Jeez. Hey, dear. Can you come here real quick? No, you can come here. Okay. I don't mean to take the phone. I know. Just listen. I am listening. Okay. Hear me out here. Okay. Pretty easy going, officer. Oh, no. I get that. I'm going to go watch video surveillance tomorrow cuz they're closed. Gotcha. All the lady wants her phone. I I get this. If we don't get the phone back and I video surveillance and then it's you or your mom's stealing it, then you guys got if you or your mom had the phone, just give it back to me. I don't have the phone. Don't know how to tell us. That's the hole right there. That's the phone. That's neighbors. What? That's neighbors. Your mom just walked up. While the cops were distracted by Julie's arrival, Bailey suspiciously disappeared at the neighbor's side of the porch, where the cops found the missing phone sitting on a planner. As you can see, it was a really lousy plan. Bailey and her mom were the ones at the dollar store, but she somehow thought she could pin this on the neighbors. We know that at least you guys are at Dollar General. This is not coincidental that the phone is pinging here. Yeah. Okay. So, you came through the front. You're at Yankee Doodle. So, you could have came through this back alley which is No, I went I got to spot across the gas station. That's what you called where you at the gas station. I think it's Hang on. Just slow down. Okay. Did she give you a phone? No. No, I don't know. What did she say? She walked out. I didn't get out. Where'd she go? Bailey. Bailey. Yeah. That is your daughter's name, right? Bailey, huh? Then the officer spoke to Julie again, realizing there's no point asking questions anymore because their excuses didn't make sense. The officers are ready to make an arrest. However, Bailey had disappeared. So, the cops searched the surrounding area. Where did she go? I don't know. Call her. Is she down there? No, she was up here talking and then she actually talking to us. We found the phone on the front porch. It was on the front porch. Yeah. Can you try to call her and see where she's at? Cuz we need to do Where's the phone at? stupidity. The cops were, of course, convinced that Bailey stashed the phone on the neighbor's side of the porch while they happened to be not looking. It took a while for the cops to find Bailey, but fortunately, these incredibly dumb thieves usually don't get far. Come here. Come here. Come here. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Can we check? No. Put your hands behind your back. Both hands. Both hands. Both hands. Resisting now. You just did. You ran for me. I didn't run. I did. I No, I walked right back door to be on the You're nervous. I really I'm about to Can I pee my Can you guys please take me pee? Nope. Please. Nope. No, I ain't going. Give me the phone. It's my phone. I didn't do I'm going to put you on the ground. The phone will grab it. Please stop it. Get back. Stop. Get back. Please don't. Please don't. Please don't. Put your HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. PLEASE. MY broken hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. I'm going to you behind your back door. Please get me off the floor. Hands behind your back. Get me off the floor. Bailey, stop. Despite showing plenty of patience up till now, officers now have no choice but to forcefully detain Bailey after spotting her trying to run away in the backyard. Crying out in pain is not going to help her. She brought all of this upon herself. Don't resist my I'm not I didn't resist you. I came back up. Okay. All right. Sir, I have a in my pocket. You can have it in your pocket. Lighter. Okay. We're going to see what you in a second here. Once again, don't talk to me. I'll grab it. I think you do me a favor. Can you just hang out over there, please? EMS arrived on scene to check Bailey and the rifle owner got their phone back after being cleared by medics. Bailey Brown was charged with theft and resisting an obstructing a peace officer. In February 2023 in Akran, Ohio, an officer noticed a car with an illegal tent on the front passenger window. People tent windows for a number of reasons, but they're often used to conceal items or people who are inside the vehicle. Even more suspiciously, the car quickly turned once it spotted the police vehicle. While the officer conducted a search on his license plate, the driver quickly retreated to his nearby apartment. Hello, sir. Yeah. Got it. Officer way as well. And the vehicle is occupied by another male as well. Yeah. The reason being stopped is for a couple reasons. All right. Uh for your one for your window tint. Okay. So, you want to come down here and talk to me? This uh this is my car hangs in district. All right. Well, come down here and talk to me. Thank you. In trouble, officer. Yeah, come down. No, you're not in trouble, but come down here and talk to me. Just keep your hands present. Might be Oh, I'm sorry. There's nothing There's nothing on me, officer. All right. You a valid driver? Um, actually, weapons on you? Appreciate it. Thank you. You have any weapons on you? No, sir. No, sir. No, sir. You a valid driver? I'm going pat you down. All right, buddy. Yeah. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I don't Sir Brown Street southbound or northbound? Brown Street. Black hoodie, black jeans. Westbound behind the uh market. The suspect, Anthony Hall, spots an opportunity. The officer never raised a firearm, so Hall saw this as an opportunity to flee the scene. The officer called for backup, but he still ran after Hall to not lose sight of him. Backup quickly arrived, including an attack dog on duty who was more than capable of catching up with the criminal. Let the dog go right there. Lover's lane. Get him. GET HIM. [Applause] HAND IN YOUR BACK RIGHT NOW. HANDS BEHIND YOUR back right now. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. Keep the door off me. Please. Hands behind your back or it's not coming off. Hands off me. Please. Please get THE DOOR OFF. CHILL. Hands behind your back now. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. 31. I'm behind We have an apprehension. Somebody go to the car. There's another male in there. Paul's been successfully tracked down by the guard dog. But unfortunately for the officer, this presents even more issues. The officer now has to decide whether Hall was genuinely injured by the dog bites or like before is continuing to play the victim. traffic. Stand by. We're uh I think Stanton just uh west of uh Brown Street behind the house. Got a taser deployment and a K9 apprehension. We need a med unit here, but uh somebody go to that car first. My cruisers got it blocked in, but there's a another male in that uh at least one more male in the passenger seat. Don't hurt. I didn't do nothing. Yeah, you did. What did I do? What do you What do you think? You trying to hurt? You pulled a gun out on me. I did not pull a gun on me. Sit up. I address when you can. Pretty much. I can't get up, man. You pulled a gun. Get up. I can't. Sit up. Sit. Roll over on your side. Okay. Can you help me up? Come on. Oh my god. There's a gun back here, K somewhere. The mag's right here. I didn't have no guns. I didn't have no I am coming back. I had a hold my dog up. That's not mine. As I mentioned, dog bites potentially have long-term effects. One of the biggest concerns from a dog bite are the physical injuries it could cause. When escorting Hall, they realize how badly he's been bitten. I didn't have no gun on me. I promise you I didn't. What is that? You got a description. That's yours. You see that's yours officer. Why are you trying to say I got a gun on me? Yeah, he was a obese black male and he was wearing like a light gray jacket with letters on the sleeve. I think window was pretty tinted. I couldn't see. I didn't have no gun. I didn't have He had the gun. It was his gun. Get my mask. Walk. Walk. Walk. I can't even walk. Well, you should have ran. I'm being detained with nothing. I didn't even do nothing. You ran. I didn't have no gun or nothing. No. You think you had the other male? Aside from the physical damage, dog attacks can cause emotional trauma afterward and could have long-term consequences such as PTSD. It's another reason the suspect should not have run away. The adrenaline in Hall's body must have been waning as he started to appear weak. You want to sit? You want to sit? Let's get you a car here. Well, that's my car. Can you sit right here on these rocks? Yeah, man. Is that okay? [ __ ] You got to turn. Turn. I didn't do nothing officer. What did I do? What did I do here? Big man. Use your uh What did I do? Officer, what's this right here? I don't even know what that is. It's probably wax, man. You know how long I wash these? Can I make a phone call? Can I make a phone call? No. What do you want to say on that? Make a phone call. Let us get the med unit here and everything. Get you taken care of. And Damn, man. I don't got nothing on me, officer. You sitting here trying to You just told me I wasn't detained or nothing. I said you were detained. No, you I said we might be detained, officer. And no, you didn't. You can go back home. While the officer didn't specifically state that Hall was detained, he did tell him he was being stopped, which meant that he can't leave. The cops are also entitled to chase after suspects they deem suspicious who are running away from them. So, even if Hall wasn't detained, the officer still had the right to pursue him. Despite this, Hall continues to think that he knows more than the officers. He told me he would search me. I let him search me. I don't have nothing on me. Yes, I did. You searched me and I let you search me. You came back there in the backyard while I'm at my Why I'm at my people's residence for no reason. You came and you spent You came around the corner more than once, officer. I watched you. I'm sitting there trying to get in the house to my I'm sitting there trying to get in the house, ma'am. And he came back. He doesn't care. Whose house is that? It's a friend. What's the name? Honestly, ma'am. Does it really honestly matter who did I say it was? I'm It was a Just listen, ma'am. Give me a chance. Clear from my friend's house. Send me to go in there. Ben came. I stopped everything. Can I Can I breathe right now? I just need some air. Okay. Is that sergeant? No. Just get your uh mask. What's your name? I just want to talk to a sergeant first. You're not going to. So if you fail to provide your No, I'm not failing to provide. I want to talk to a sergeant. Don't see that on the camera, sir. Don't y'all I'm not detain. I'm not resist. I'm not nothing. What do you call that? What do I call it? You tried to detain me and you told me you wasn't detaining me. That's not what I said. More officers arrive on scene, but the suspect insists on speaking to the sergeant. While he does have the right to make this request, it's also at the discretion of the officer, who doesn't see this as a relevant request. Meanwhile, police have also apprehended the passenger, Thomas Great House, and now they're hoping to get his side of the story. So, what happened out here today? So, the interaction, did you see the interaction between the I don't know. Is that your friend that you were with? Okay, I'm going to be around there. That's your brother. Did you see the interaction between your brother and the police? I seen we pulled up here. Okay. I didn't know what we was doing. We got out the car. He walked up. The officer pulled up right here, parked. There was no lights, no nothing. Officer got out the car. No one said nothing to me. No one's told me, "Stay here. You're under arrest. They're under investigation." Nothing. They walked straight up to him. I don't know what was being exchanged. Next thing I know, officer was chasing my brother down the street. I heard a pop. I didn't know what was going on. So, I took off, but I was not told I was under arrest, being detained, under investigation, nothing. Like, I No one even said nothing to me, looked at me, anything. I ain't know what was going on. We didn't get pulled over. I don't think we got pulled over. I don't, like I said, I don't know what's going on. We was sitting here for a minute. Y'all pulled in. Y'all was talking to him. No one said nothing to me until [ __ ] I got pulled up. Well, the cop pulled up on me over there in the street. Other than that, I don't know what's going on here. Do you know why your brother ran? No, I don't know why he ran. What he didn't tell the officer is that Hull had multiple warrants against him, which presumably is why he was so shy about talking to police. Hall was taken to the station for processing and was given a ticket for driving under suspicion and also for the window tent. Great House was issued a summon for his offenses and warrants. On the 6th of March 2022, police responded to a call about a heavily intoxicated elderly couple at the Funky Pelican restaurant. The couple was acting belligerent and an employee was keeping an eye on them outside the restaurant until police arrived. Hi. What's the problem? I just want to find man. You want to find your man? Yeah. Or your van? My man. Okay. Well, we'll find him for you. We're not driving. We just want to go We'll get Uber and we'll go home. Okay. But I don't want I don't want to Is that him coming right there? Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am, I'm talking to you. Yeah. I want you to stay here for me. Okay. He's a skinny little thing. Okay. Okay. Is that him right over there in a green and white shirt? He has a green and white shirt. Yeah. Okay. Where do you live at? Locally. Do you live locally? Pumpkins. Do you live locally? Okay. Okay. No big deal. Why are you doing this? Why? Why? Why are we doing this? Why are we doing this now? Yeah. Why are we doing there's a state law says once I make contact with you and you're intoxicated to a point where you can't care for yourself, I'm responsible for you. So, all I need to do is make sure you get home, you have somebody take care of you. Looks like someone here had a little too much of her morning mimosas. This woman's hugging that trash can like a college student. Probably a good thing someone called the police because this woman clearly has no idea what's going on. You don't need to see my ID. Why are you guys see my ID? Um, so I was getting in the taxi right now. Okay. Um, I'm not sure. Why are you What the [ __ ] is going on? I'm from Maryland. How long were they with you? Um, maybe she was with me an hour. She had one glass of wine. Oh, wow. Yeah. So, I didn't know anything was up until Oh, look. Okay. Nice. One way. Yeah. Where are you? Hey. Hey. You're going the wrong way. Hey, what the [Music] It's anyone's guess just how many drinks she's had already, but it's likely more than the one glass of wine she had at the Funky Pelican. While the officer calls out to a driver going the wrong direction on a oneway, her intoxicated state prompts the woman to join in. Come over here, ma'am. Hey, hey, hey. Come over here. If you don't listen to me, you're going to be detained and you're going to make this worse on yourself. I'm serious. What? You walk away. I don't touch me like that. Come on, ma'am. Are you What? Wait, what? What? Are you kidding me? Hang tight. This hang no for your safety. No. No. You need to stop. Are you kidding me? You put me in handcuffs. I didn't do anything. Okay, he put me in handcuffs and I didn't do anything. The woman blurts out the classic, I did nothing wrong. That's pretty unbelievable. From someone who can't even walk or talk straight. The cops are trying to keep this woman from causing harm to herself or others while they try to get her husband out of hiding. Without supervision, there's no telling what she'd get up to. You have your ID. Where's it at? Get Get the out of my punk. Get the out of my I never gave your permission. I don't need your permission. Never. You don't need Get the out. Take this off of me. Take this off of me. Take this [ __ ] off of me. Take I'm 70 years old. Yeah, I know you are. Have a seat. I'll walk around. Take this stuff off my arms, please. Go have a seat. Take this stuff off my arms. If you don't have a seat, I'm better. We're going to put you in the car ourselves. Take this stuff off my arms. If you wouldn't I'm not if you would have listened to me. I get in the car. Don't push me. Don't push me. Sit in the car. The woman brings up that she's 75 years old. Like that can get her out of trouble. If anything, it makes being belligerent in public even more embarrassing for her. Multiple officers have to step in to handle the situation because this woman's becoming more than a handful. Where are you taking? Slide your legs in. Where are you taking me? Where are you taking me? Well, you're not going anywhere. But you're about to go to jail. You know, if you stop doing what I tell you to do, slide your legs in. Why Why are you doing this to me? Why are you doing this to me? Why are you doing this to me? Hey. Now that she's in the car, officers can now track down her husband, who's been avoiding the situation entirely. The man wasn't that good at playing hideand seek as the cops eventually found him. Where's your idea? Get it out. You said they were down to Daytona, then they came to Kentucky. I don't have to give you a You got to know my rights. Yeah, you do. I'm sure you do. I know my rights. I'm going to take this knife off you. Do not for take it. Take it. Take it. Take it. What is wrong with you, bro? Come on, man. I'm not doing enough. Do what you're trying. Come on. She acting just like her. She did the same thing. Why are you doing this? I came up to me. I Come on, bro. Really? This couple's like two peas in a pod. Both drunk in public. Both blaming the cops for their own arrests. Not the best duo, but it's safe to say they're the perfect match. The man could have avoided the handcuffs if he just let the officer remove his weapon. But of course, that can't be expected from an entitled person. We can stop talking for a second. Yeah. In my eyes, I think we should take both of you to jail. Oh, please. Yeah. Go ahead. I'll get you home. We'll take you for resisting. We'll take Actually, we can take both of you for disorderly talks and both of you for I promise. I promise. I don't think so. Yeah, I'll give them my keys. So, let me get in the car with your wife. Y'all sit there and talk and then we're going Come over here on this side. Come on, fellas. We're getting out. Yeah, you ain't going to get out, dear. Yeah, I'm getting out. Step off. That ain't going to happen. Have a seat. I'll see you something. I told we were just waiting for a waiting for an Uber. All right, slide your leg. I promise you. Okay, slide your leg in. You got me. I had I got a new debit card. All right, slide your legs. All right, buddy. He got me in handcuffs. Yeah, he's in handcuffs, too. I'm never bargaining with the officers to let him go after he just tried to grab his weapon is proof that this man is drunk enough to think that would work. Not to mention his insistence that he'd been waiting all this time for a Yuber. I guess that's the thrift shop version of a ride share service. You got my 70-y old woman handcuffs. Now you're digging through my pockets. I'm gonna find you. Spit on me. I'm going to find you. No, I didn't. You absolutely did. No, I'll ste on you. Stop it. Don't hell on me. With the way this couple goes back and forth between pleading with the officers to let them go and being downright offensive towards them, it's no wonder they ended up together. Stop. No, I will not stop. Stop. No body cam shows at all. He ain't doing nothing and you being Watch out when you walk out your front door. Big fight. I don't even own a gun. Shut up. I'm going to get a gun. I'm going to kill you. Shut up. He's not mean to you. He's doing his job. It's all on video. If you ain't got no kids, too. It's all in body. You're all You're going down. Be careful when you walk out your front door. Every day. Give me the charge. I'll pay for the charge. Be careful walking out your front door because either you or your wife or your children, I'm going to pick them all up. Shut up. He's just running his bell. No. No. No, I don't forget. Can you like take these signals? No. The man racked up four charges that day. Disorderly intoxication, resisting an officer without violence, battery, and threatening an officer with serious bodily harm. The judge revoked his bond, but 23 days later, he posted his $6,000 bail. The woman was charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer without violence. She posted her bond of $1,000 that same day. So listen to me. In the state of Florida, domestic violence laws are very specific when it comes to people living together and putting hands on each other. But he followed me into every listen to me for a second. Domestic violence calls are some of the most nerve-wracking for police officers. On the 8th of May 2024, the Steuart Police Department dispatched officers to a residence following a 911 call for reported domestic violence. Little did the officers know that they'd soon be walking into a very sticky situation. What happened? Um, aggressive breakup argument. Grab your grab my 4 months our lease is over. Let's separate and go live somewhere. Let's pay our bills. We need to end. This has happened multiple times. Um, cornered. As soon as I told him that when the lease is up, my mom, the co-signer, he's off. He's over and I'm gonna stay here. Lost it. Lost it. followed me from room to room, tried to corner me in the room. I turned around and spit at him. Absolutely spit at him cuz he hadn't cornered against the back of the door and the room was dark. Yeah. Where right where the uh closet is and where the door opens and then turn around, spit at him, got out, tried to lock myself in the bathroom. Didn't happen. And then we separated. I come out in the car. Then he starts getting all of our stuff. And now I'm worried about my stuff. So I'm following him around the house. Then he pinned me up again two or three times. And in response, I attacked him with from this direction. What about all this blood and stuff over there? From the woman's account, it was a very violent altercation. The fact that she so blatantly admitted to spitting on her partner was quite shocking. But it also gives us a good idea of the type of person she is. No, cuz the second I opened the window and started screaming, he then he would stop. And I just want to find a cell phone at this point. I just want to find a phone cuz if I do have to hit him, he will hit me back. Okay. And he is going to win. Do you have uh Is that a scratch or anything? Yes. And I had he had me like this and I I How do you like what? He had me he had me Yes. Okay. Right here on the back porch. What was he trying to prevent you from going outside? Correct. He was trying to prevent me from going outside. No, I was walking inside and he was preventing me from walking inside, getting away from him. And why did you run outside? just because he I thought he was going to ruin my plants. I thought he was gonna cuz that's I love my plants and I thought he was going to start destroying my plants and then so he starts ripping down the lights. That's fine. Whatever. And and then I he tried it he had me this and I came at him with this this and missed and then he grabbed it out of my hand and threw me back in a chokeold and said, "When are you going to stop?" And tried to just wrestle me to like when are you going to stop what? When am I gonna stop I doing what I'm doing? Telling him that we're whatever the argument basically. If you listen closely, you can already notice a few plot holes in the woman's story. Not only do her details keep changing, but she also gave herself away by admitting that her boyfriend had already asked her to stop. She was in your face. Yeah. And we have a history of her making my belongings disappear when we're fighting. So, my first instinct was to get my important and get that away from her and get myself out of here. And so, I'm just trying to pack my up and in the course of that, she's walking in and out every 30 seconds, goes gets in her car. So, I thought she was leaving. I shut the doors and lock cuz I don't want any surprises after that. And she comes running up here, slings the window open, dives in the window, shoves me, spits in my face, and then is just right back to like following me around. You know, I grabbed something. She's trying to snatch it. And I was trying to take some from the pergola back there and she came out of the broom and was just whailing at it. And I mean, there was like me just trying to hold her and not hold her. Hold her to do what? to prevent her from swinging on me. The boyfriend's conversation with the officer tells us of a long and toxic history between the two, and for some reason, his version of events seemed more sincere. In the end, the officer had to determine who was at fault here and how to proceed. Okay. And then you guys got in here. Then what first point did it get physical? [Music] When she jumped through the window, she So nothing was physical before that. She just jumped through the window and then what happened? She snatched the window open, jumped through there. shoved me and spit in my face. Where was that? Where did that happen? Okay. She spit in your face. Then what did you do? Took my hat off, wiped spit off and went back to pack me. My She wasn't like still in my face trying to What? What? What happened in the bedroom? In the bedroom with the corner of the door. Did she just tear her to the corner of the door? Behind the door over there? Well, yeah. Okay. Yeah. So, no. I was uh just grabbing some clothes so I can have a couple changes of clothes and she starts snatching out of my hand. And then um she shoved me again. Where did all the scratch marks and stuff come from? What's that? The scratch marks all come from. Where? Mean where? But the scratch marks are all over you. From her. Like I understand. But the man seemed honest and corroborated the major points in the woman's story. However, from his version of events, it was clear that in this situation, the female was the antagonist. Do you think his calm demeanor was a front or was the woman unhinged? defending myself. So, listen to me. In the state of Florida, domestic violence laws are very specific when it comes to people living together and putting hands on each other. But he follows me everywhere. Would you listen to me for a second? Okay, I'm going to explain this to you. Okay, we have to find a primary aggressor or somebody that furthers the fight or the the incident. Okay, but if nobody was here, then who can dictate that? Yeah, just the like the fact that Okay, so the part that your your argument was separated until the point where you took the screen off the door and came back in. I'm not I'm getting I'm getting I'm getting there. Okay. Okay. You have the right. This is your house. You can go in and out of the window all you want. Okay. But you coming back in. Okay. The argument getting flared back up. But did you look at the videos on my phone? I did. It's they're just No, you showed me one video. You said you had one video and I I watched the whole thing. I understand. Okay. Are there any? But the videos are going to show what the whole the whole thing. But it's him chasing me to the backyard, to the laundry room, into the other room. We knew about chasing him. He was following me around the house and putting his and putting me into a chill cold over and over. For some reason, it looked like the woman didn't even really believe her own story. She was immensely shocked at being arrested, but the officers were sure they were making the right call. Okay. And you guys both have physical injuries. Somebody has to go to jail. Go ahead. It's not him. Okay. Okay. So, based on everything we're going with, okay, I identified you right now as a primary aggressor. Okay, that's not just listen to me. But did can you see where his teeth are on him? Where the teeth marks are? I see where the marks on both of you are. Okay, but can you Did you guys even look at me? I haven't even looked at myself yet. I don't know where I have more bruising potentially. I just I just told you you guys both have injuries. I see that. Okay, you guys I mean really you guys are both well. I'm not I'm not saying I'm right or wrong, but I called you guys cuz I was scared and I understand that's why we're here and you're no longer in danger anymore, right? So why am I just because you're basically what I'm saying. I don't have the luxury of just leaving. I don't I don't have any discretion here. The law dictates that a primary aggressor be identified during a domestic violence situation and you be removed from that. I understand that. Okay. But that's what's happening right now. You are domestic partners and you guys got into a physical altercation that caused physical injury to both of you. One of you have to go and based on the circumstances right now, you appear to be the primary aggressor. Even after the officer's explanation, the woman kept insisting she was the victim. Somehow, she thought that she couldn't be arrested just because she was the one who called the cops. Unfortunately, she was in for a rude awakening because I feel like you don't understand who this biggest aggressor was. Listen, I'm still listening. I know. I'm kidding. Um, this I me being locked out and wanting to be inside my house. I was in the car. Okay, which I told you you have the right to be. I'm just simply saying that the progression of events that goes into it because it's not it's not just one event that I'm judging this whole thing on. It's just the overall circumstances and you have to understand that right now that law is in place to forcibly separate two people that are violent, right, to prevent any further injury to either one of them. Okay? I'm I'm not simp I'm not saying that he is not guilty, but I'm just simply saying now, but based on the statue, okay, and the facts that we have, you are the primary wrestler. How so? If he's putting his hands where can you at least look at my neck, putting these hands on my neck cuz he's a wrestler. He can choke me out, push me against me. Those can all be explained. She simply couldn't understand the concept of being the primary aggressor. But in this altercation, she was the one who reinflamed things again. However, her attempt at faking innocence didn't get her very far, and she has no visible marks on her neck to back up her claim of being choked. This is your victim's rights packet. And I think you I'm assuming I think you've already talked to officer Ponty here and everything. Listen, I mean, you This is like a 451 49% fault issue at this point. Yeah. Okay. I'm going with the fact that she came back through the window, reinitiated a fight that you guys would should have been separated continuously for, so therefore egging the fight to continue on. Okay. You both have no business putting your hands on each other. Okay. I I mean, so I think that that's really what it is. I mean, you were, like I said, a percent away from going to jail, too. Okay. So, I mean, that's for whatever feelings or what you have of her, but this is what happens. And this now she's going to jail. So, cuz you guys, you got to figure out some way to just be adults and not push hands on each other. Yeah. Is that a scratch or is that a bite? Oh, that's a bite. That's a bite. The officer had to explain the severity of the situation to the boyfriend as well. The man seemed to take this pretty seriously, and the bloody bite and scratch marks across his body definitely proved that he was the one who got off worse. That's what you're missing. Okay. None of what either one of you did to each other is okay. I didn't say it was okay. It was on the phone still. I I I understand that, but you just said But you said, "Well, that's okay." Well, it's not okay. None of None of the behaviors on either part of you guys was okay. Then how come it's he's not getting in trouble at all? He's not being reprimanded or detained or anything. And he's the he was the one who was initially aggressive. Yeah. Do you are we calling your mom to take care of the car? Oh, she's on the phone now. Since the officers weren't listening to her arguments anymore, the only thing left was for her mom to come pick up the car. When that was done, this violent woman was booked into Martin County Jail. She was later charged with battery, touch, or strike. On March 13th, 2024, in the small city of Eustace, Florida, an officer conducted a routine traffic stop after catching a woman speeding. But after asking the driver for her license, registration, and insurance, and learning she had none of those documents, things quickly took a bizarre turn for the worst. Hey, Cleo, what's going on with your license? You got to get it fixed. So, you know it's suspended. Do you have somebody that can come pick you up? Yeah. All right. Can you give them a call and have them come here? Cuz you can't be driving, huh? You're just going to walk home? Got to do what I got to do. Well, hold on. You're not Kalia. You can't leave yet. I still got to give you all your, you know, your ticket and everything. Yeah. All right. So, just go ahead, hang out here and 53 to 15. Do you have a unit tonight? 104. You can start them this way. She's already out of the vehicle. I'm very emotional. She may take off. After witnessing how upset the young woman was, the officer retreated back to his car to call his supervisor to the scene. together. They'll now have to figure out the best course of action that's least likely to result in a confrontation with this clearly distraught driver. She doesn't have a license. Uh her license got taken away from her cuz she's suspended. The tags expired. Okay. I think we're going to tow the car then. It's not in the roadway. Well, my concern is that she's probably going to hop back in and drive away. So, hey. Hi. Are y'all okay? I'll get in my car. I don't know what's going on and why people. Um, I'm so I'm Sergeant Brown. My officer called me here because I guess you were upset. It's good. I'm getting tickets to Okay. Do you have somebody to pick you up in your car? She's back there. Okay. Is she going to drive the car, too? No. Okay. Are you going to have somebody to take the car? Okay. Not surprisingly, the arrival of the supervisor didn't do anything to help calm this young woman down, and what should have been a simple traffic stop turned into a roadside circus. Eventually, the suspect's sister arrived on scene and tried to help. Hey, how you doing? Good. Hey, is somebody going to um help her like get the car and stuff like that? My car. It's my car. He asked me. It's my car, too. Don't tell him nothing about my car. I I don't understand why she's being rude. Here's what happened. I told you my car is it's going to get taken care of. Okay, that's that's cool. Thank you. Let's let's let's chill out with the attitude. Thank then then you can stay over there. Thank you. So I guess so what happened was my officer called me because I guess she was upset. It's me. It's not. Okay. You're not my mother. I'm not a child. Can I talk? You want to know if somebody's coming to get the car? Yes, ma'am. Okay. Somebody's going to come get the car. Okay. Somebody going to come get the car. Okay. That's all I wanted to know because I don't want to tow because that's more money. Going to tow it. It's good. Oh, I understand the process. Somebody's going to come get the car. We We live all around. We're going Yeah. Okay. I appreciate you, ma'am. That That's all I needed to know. I I don't know. I I just got here like a minute ago and I got everything. You're asking her. I'm in the process. We're going to get Yeah. And And the reason like I tried talking to her, she was being rude. So that's why I'll have my mom come. I appreciate it. As if stomping around like a spoiled baby wasn't enough, this woman dragged her poor sister into this mess and even made her her new target for some of her foul language. And while she was given more than enough time to vent out her anger and frustration, she still wasn't calming down. So, she might be looking at more serious charges. All I need is like once she gets her citation, stuff like that, whoever's going to drive the car, I just need somebody to valid ID. No, she's not. She lives. I mean, city's over. Leah, he's asking me a question. He's not asking about that. What is wrong? He needs a valid ID for whoever's going to come get him. Exactly. I'm telling him. So, I'm telling you, what is it you want? Just Just a valid driver. Yeah, I know. Not about you. I understand cuz you had to come to the car. Okay. Yeah, we're going to wait until they get here. We're good. Um once once she gets her citation. Yeah, I'm going to explain it. I'm good. I know how to read. Well, there's explain. Oh, what's up? Roll the window up. I have to sign it. Yes. Okay, let's sign it. Okay, so well, I know how to sign. I know where to sign it. Show me where I sign it. Well, I have to explain it to you. As you can see, these officers have been more than patient with this woman's bratty, spoiled attitude. But as she continued her rude behavior and refused to be civil, she was about to learn the hard way that their patience had its limits. You know what? We're just going to tow the car. Hey, you guys can get your car from the tow truck. It's coming. It's It's coming. Nope. It's on the side of the road. Go get your license. And y'all literally know the I don't give a the wrong with y'all. Don't do not get back. Stop. What are y'all talking? Stop. What the is wrong with y'all? Stop. Get out of the road. Get out of the road. We're done. We're done. Oh my god. I'm not doing that. Your attitude is off the ch What the loser? Y'all crazy. You didn't take it for your attitude needs to calm down. Okay. You going to calm down? You going to calm down? Yeah. Yeah. After treating the officers like garbage, it's really no wonder that this is how things ended for this rude, spoiled woman. And from the quick reaction of the officers, it seems like they halfway expected it. All the signs were there and this woman was clearly acting as if her actions had no consequences. Unfortunately for her, this time they do. Are you going to listen? Of course. Yeah. Please listen. Okay, I don't know what your attitude problem is today, but listen. Just listen. Okay, we were willing to work with you. Okay, but you are just off the chain. Okay, you need to calm down. Good. I'm calm. I just told you I'm coming. I'm going to come, right? What is What is the attitude? Nobody was rude to you. Nothing Nobody cursed at you. Okay. Okay. We're trying to talk to you, but you're being very rude. We're good. You're my friend. We're good. So, what is the problem? Nothing. Okay, so here's the deal. We're going to tow your car. Why are you towing my car? Because it's on the side of the road. It's on private property. She just tell you my mother was bring was literally coming up here. She just y'all asked for validation. She told you my mother was coming. Y'all didn't like the way I talked to y'all. So now it's told and now you got to face a resisting charge. All because of your attitude. Why am I facing a resisting charge? And I am literally It's not It's called not listening. This is crazy. I cannot believe this is happening because some police officers don't like how I'm talking. How do y'all think I'm going to feel? As the suspect continues to spiral into some bratty, ragefueled state, all the officers can do is calmly explain what happened and what led to the decision to tow her car. And of course, the one thing this bratty woman can't admit is that her attitude is what put her in this position. Okay. Number two, he's trying to explain the citations. Okay, go ahead. I I understand. Go ahead. Okay, it's too late now. You was trying to explain it to you and you're still being rude and not listening. I'm listening. It's like you don't want me to be like a child and say yes sir. Yes, sir. No, no, no. I'm angry. I have other stuff going on in my life. I just came home from school. Okay, I get a ticket. Cool. Put your license, please. What is wrong with What are y'all What are you wanting me to say here? Yes. Yes, sir. Like, what are you wanting me to say? I just want my twin sister to come back so bad. Like, this are crazy. This is so The way you treat police during a traffic stop definitely affects the way they treat you. A little civility and manners go a long way in this world. This spoiled brat pushed it too far, and she was later charged with resisting without violence and driving on a suspended license. High school pranks can be really funny, especially for the students. But sometimes things get way out of control. On April 27th, 2023, that's exactly what happened in the city of Niles, Illinois. Some high school seniors brought a cow into their school and let it loose. Somehow though, it looks like they didn't think this one through. Officer, you explain what's going on. I don't care. How do we fix this? Cuz you got it's going to get killed is what's going to happen. And so are you for driving like this. You know how to wrangle a cow. Easy. Easy. Oh, he's going right through those bushes. No. Oh, it's stuck now. That thing is going to freak out. [Applause] I can't stop laughing. I literally could not. Well, I'm glad you're enjoying yourself in the road because back in my day, do you want to go find the idiots with the truck and see if they can come get their god just calling us. No, it's it's it's a bunch of jag off kids. Oh, really? That had it over on Yeah, it was a senior prank gone wrong. The cops seemed a bit on edge. But given this very rough end to his night shift, you really couldn't blame the guy. When you're all worn out wanting to go home, the last thing you need to deal with is a runaway cow because some idiot kids pulled a dumb prank. I want to strangle these. It's not Dea's problem. I'm just standing by until uh DeAn figures out what's the coming here. No. Hi, Kitty. Kitty kitty kitty kitty. Yeah. Kitty kitty kitty kitty. Are those stupid? I heard doors closed. What? What are we going to do? They have like a thing to wrangle them. This is just Do they? Yeah. You saw it? Yeah. Yeah, they were running around with it on Ballard and I'm like where the I don't know it's you guys couldn't just with the cow car. Where's the thing? Where are we supposed to do to latch on to it? I feel like all these 18-year-olds need a disorderly conduct ticket. That's what I think. Now you got three cops after we told you guys to go home and this is the bull got to deal with because y'all thought this was a funny prank. What if that thing would have got hit on the goddamn road? Whose hours is it? It's not so funny anymore, is it? Right. Action has consequences and you're all 18. At least the officer had a chance to vent a little bit and let things out. And this went well beyond letting the cop get things off his chest. These kids needed to hear it because maybe, just maybe, what he said might stick and they would learn something from it. And he also made a subtle threat just to prove his point. So maybe I should take you all in, fingerprint every single one of you, and you all start your college off with a god record. Yeah, how about that? So where is the person that's going to get this god cow out of here? God, I'm soing irritated right now. Oh. Oh, and we're back off. No. How about let's not piss it off cuz I'm noting explaining to your god parents why somebody died today. And just remember everything that's broken over there is coming out of one of your guys' pocket cuz this is somebody house. This isn't a god farm. So nobody knows how to actually deal with this. Correct? Cuz now you're off an animal and now it's causing property damage. So, we're gonna have to probably get Cook County out here to put it down so it doesn't kill somebody. All this over aing prank, guys. Where did we get the cow from? The kids bought the cow in Wisconsin. And they had no plan whatsoever. Their only thought was to give the cow away to someone with a farm. The thing they didn't think about is what would happen if the cow ran away. And now the cops are in a conundrum. What enforcement action are we taking on this? Or are we just going to chalk this up to kids being stupid at 18 and call it a night? I'd prefer to arrest all of them and give them all a criminal record for they put me through. I understand. Well, I have the list of everybody else that was there on my original report. Yeah. Granted, they're not here for this. I just want to shoot the thing. What? Just want to shoot it and go home. You can go home. I'm racking it up now. Excuse me. Oh, well, what would you like us to do? Run. We know just as much as you do about wild animals. One kid asked, "Can you shoot them?" Like, unbelievable. These kids just just they just they just don't they just don't get it. A little while earlier, the cops were trying to find someone who could take care of the cow. At one point, a farmer arrived. After being briefed on the situation, he decided to examine the cow and assess the situation. I think if I get a rope, I can get a hold of it in there. We've got a rope. Get it out of there. Yeah. Okay. Which way you want to go in from the back? Front. I mean, it came in that back way. However way I go, it's going to try to go the other way and jam out of there. So, I'm going to go the other way and see if I can get close to it without it getting running out. If we could just keep it in the yard here, we'll be That would be ideal. So, how do you want us to do that? [Music] THAT JUST HAPPENED. That just happened. Holy smokes. You all right? Yeah. And just like that, the chase was on again. An officer followed the cow as it strolled through the town. By that time, the cops had talked to the prosecutor and decided the punishment necessary. It was now time for these dumb pranksters to get served. Everybody is getting four tickets. Okay. Now, these four tickets are mandatory court appearance. However, your saving grace is that once again, I'm a nice guy and I wrote these on ordinance tickets so it doesn't up your whole life because a disorderly conduct charge is a misdemeanor. Okay? We could have went after you for animal cruelty cuz that animal was not being treated appropriately. But instead, you're getting charged with disorderly conduct. You're getting charged with having a species of animal that is not allowed in the village of Niles, a nuisance animal, not cleaning up after said protected species of animal. And you're getting uh Yep, that's it. And your disorderly conduct tickets. Okay, prank gone wrong happens, but you know, just use this as a learning moment. And like I said, you're getting off easy with it not going on your permanent record. So, let's just use that as the silver lining in all of this. Okay, stay out of trouble, guys. Okay, thank you so much. All right. As the officers tracked down the entire class, handing out their tickets, there was still the issue of the cow. If someone hit the cow with a vehicle, causing more damage, the kids could have been liable for that as well. Meanwhile, the officer pinned the cow in a different yard while they waited for the farmer to come back. We really are we really standing here dealing with this right now? I know. I know. This This is why when you go like west of King County, I didn't want to deal with farm animals. Yes, exactly. This is This I thought this was safe. I thought this was a safe distance from farm animals to be honest. I didn't I didn't uh do the uh large animal unit with the small animals. Right. All right. Right. Yeah. I mean, I'm used to the, you know, the ankle biting Chihuahua. These are literally kids that are going to go to Harvard. That's that's the scary part about this. You all right? Is your guy all right? You okay? You good? Good. Yeah. He just wrestled the cow. Holy crap. Oh my god. When that thing turned right here, do you see? I was ready to go. You're smarter than I was. I thought it was heading towards me out of here. That thing's going to run me over. Well, it already ran at me once. Yeah, I guess. Let's do this. Let's get coffee. Yes. Let's get our act together and then I'll call you here in a little while. Okay. As it turns out, one of the faculty members was aware of the prank. But it was supposed to be a smaller calf and it was not supposed to go inside the school. That should teach him to not trust a bunch of rowdy teens when they say they'll do something. You two are suspects in numerous Best Buy burglaries throughout the entire state of Florida. On video, the stuff he pointed out he stole, which is why I'm asking. I pointed stuff out. Yeah, I don't understand what that means. On May 14th, 2024, officers were called to a Best Buy due to reports of two suspected shoplifterss who'd been linked to a series of thefts from several Best Buy stores. It didn't take too long for the situation to escalate. She's inside. Okay, so there's two people if Yeah, but she's in the white Cherokee right now. That's her over there. Yeah. Okay. So, now apparently they stole from me last week. Yep. We have that video. Okay. Did you guys report Did you guys have a case report from that? I'm not sure if we do or not. I know we have video. I'm saying do you know if someone maybe from your store reported that incident? Let me find out. Okay. Wesley. Um, you said that he did conceal something. Keep driving down here. You'll see a white Grand Cherokee next to a Geek Squad van. The females there if you can get 10 with her. Hey, sir. Sir, come here. Don't do it. 218 2213 is running southbound. Hey, STOP. It was at this point that the officers took the suspect down. It's a pretty safe bet that after his arrest, this guy needed medical attention because it looked like it hurt. But criminals should know they're living a dangerous life. So, if they get hurt, they can only blame themselves. Good. Good. Stomach out. Okay, good. You got him. Yeah. Stop the car. STOP THE CAR. GET OUT. I didn't do anything. Get out of the car. I didn't do anything. Get out of the car. What did I do, sir? Now, hands above your head. What did I do? You're being detained. Come here. I didn't do anything, sir. What did I do? I didn't do anything. This is her glasses. Can I give her glasses? Nope. Her glasses, bro. In the car. At first glance, it might have seemed like a heavy-handed arrest. But the officers are following protocol, and they've got solid intel from the Best Buy employees, so they know they're detaining the right person. Hey, just so you know, they got warrants everywhere, man. We got all kinds. Thank you, sir. We'll take that from you in a second. You good, bud? Yeah, bro. What we doing? What's going on, bro? I'm not your bro. I'm sorry. I forgot who I was talking to today. Sorry. What's going on? Why'd you run? What you mean? Why'd you run? Why'd you chase me? I didn't chase you. You ran. Okay. Okay. Right. You going to play that game? Yeah. So, all in total across what he stole? Probably like 15 grand. Yeah, they took like 15 grand. Y so you know, we got warrants from every county, bro. I mean, we got Port St. Lucy. You got out. Hell yeah. Well, not so not warrants, but like bolos. We have an AP alert system. But yeah, I think grand, man, already. Yeah, we have the property here. Let's hold on to this though, so we can man and stuff like that. And then we have the other video of and all the other stuff. He can show you that, too. He went behind that blue truck and I was calling him out like, "Hey, come here." And then he takes out his waistband and dumps it on the floor and then he takes off. God damn. I know. I saw You just don't know how happy this team is. They got us for seven grand, man. There's 1,600 between all across the other stores in Florida. About 16 grand, 17 grand that they know of. The cops are not just dealing with a simple small-cale theft here. The suspects were accused of stealing $7,000 from this store alone. Thankfully, they were caught on surveillance cameras. They're going to struggle to cover up this one, but that doesn't stop the woman from giving it a good go. You understand the rights I just read to you? Yeah. All right. So, what what what happened? Nothing. I just went into the store and I didn't do anything. What's that? I went into the store. I didn't I didn't do anything. I didn't take anything. So, I don't really know what happened insane. Okay. Like, I didn't take anything. So, who was what what happened with him? I have no idea. Let's start from the beginning of I just went into the store and that's it. I didn't do anything. I didn't take anything. I don't understand why I'm being detained right now. Okay. I just don't know why I'm in handcuffs. I didn't do anything. Well, we're going to get to that. Okay. So, what happened inside Best Buy? Why would I don't know. Okay. Who is he to you? My boyfriend of a long time. Your boyfriend? Not really a good choice, but All right. And what happened with your boyfriend? I don't know. I'm not So, where were you when I was in this this whole time? The woman keeps protesting that she didn't do anything, but she isn't fooling anyone. Even if she wasn't the one who was shoplifting, she could still catch a charge of aiding in abetting. She also said she's legally blind, which begs the question, why was she behind the wheel of a car? Have you witnessed this happen? I saw him grab something from the shelf. He went over to appliances. I have clear video of him trying to take the spider wrap. the security device off of it. He took it off, put it on a bay stack near vacuum cleaners and went to go tuck it and then he ran. He tackled him. He dropped it right there near under the tire of a handicap car that was parked up there. What was the female's part in all this? What was she doing inside the store? Long story short, they stole about $1,700 from us about 2 weeks ago and we have a system called Our or AP Alert. They've hit multiple Best Buy all throughout the state of Florida. It's about 16 17 grand of just random product. everything from Dyson Air Wraps to audio equipment. Do you have them on video with those? Not on those ones. So, my GM is getting in contact with our higher up AP manager to like I guess communicate with you guys. But as far as like what happened at this store, my manager tomorrow is going to pull video film of it for you guys tomorrow. Okay. The store's employees are struggling to pull the CCTV footage off their system, but they promise the cops they'll deliver it the next day. Meanwhile, the woman is still denying committing any crime, and the man refuses to talk at all. Do you use drugs? Yes. Okay. What kind of drugs do you use? Heroin. Heroin. And what about him? Xanax. Heroin and Xanax. Have you used any today? Yes. Now, listen. We're going to have a female search you. Is there anything on your person right now? No. Nothing on. Is there any in the vehicle? So, in the passenger door, there's a baggie with a white powdery substance. What is that in the passenger door? In the front of the vehicle. Powdery substance. Yeah, it's like a white powdery substance. It's supposed to be like um Molly, but it's nothing. It's like some Chinese. Is that yours? His? It's not mine. The fact that they both do drugs does answer some questions. They're obviously stealing to fuel their drug habits. Note that the woman is still saying she's innocent despite the fact that there are drugs in the car, and she was able to tell the officers exactly what it was. You two are suspects in numerous Best Buy burglaries throughout the entire state of Florida on video at numerous stores. So to sit here and tell me that this is the first time you've done it. I didn't say I didn't answer you. Okay. I'm just letting you know you're on video for numerous different agencies. You're suspects and they have charges on both. You just didn't know who you were because on video the stuff you pointed out he stole, which is why I'm asking. I pointed stuff out. Yeah. I don't understand what that means. So how would I point at stuff? I don't know. So this is a finger. This is pointing. You use this finger to point out a product that he stole. The woman tried denial and found that it doesn't work. So, she now tries pleading ignorance. The problem is is that the cops have her and her boyfriend dead to rights both for shoplifting and for drug possession. She told us openly her choice. You should tell me that too. Heroin. So, I mean, it's possibly it's heroin. I'm not sure. Is there a couple of those? Which one? Oh, there's six of them. Okay. So, we could break one to test on heroin and the rest. If it comes back as nothing, we can just send it to the lab for testing. Right. So, this one tested positive for fentanyl. that the white crystal. Okay. From a previous incident here on April 30th. We're going to have theft for today's incident resisting arrest. Take a seat for me, sir, because you ran from the sergeant. You also have on your side of the vehicle fentanyl and some other drugs. Yes, sir. All right. So, take a seat for me. You won't be in here that long. We're about to get out of here. Okay. At various Best Buys throughout Miami, these two stole items worth about $20,000. The male was charged with resisting arrest, felony grand theft, possession of controlled substances, and first-degree petty theft. The female was charged with grand theft. On July 12th, 2022, EMS and Lafayette police responded to a call about several individuals passed out in a car at a racetrack convenience store. First responders found the driver, Jerel Hughes, unresponsive, while his passengers were dazed. Hey, get the N. The car is off. Y'all got the keys? No, I don't. I didn't reach in there. I didn't know what was in the back. Yeah, at least one in the back. How y'all doing? Yeah, we got two on our hand. Hey, Andre. Grab a second box of good. Good one. I hope you move like first. I want us to hit it with Narcan. Wait. I mean, y'all the medical professionals here. Yeah, we just got narcan, so we really don't know much about it. Huh? I I understand. But I was talking about him right here. See what he does cuz he's obviously out of it. Yeah. Hit him with something. Hold on. Wait a minute. Oh yeah. Well, you got one in the back is somewhat there. The front passages like a completely ghosted. And then see, look at him. Wow. That's pretty bad. EMS attempted to revive Hughes by administering Narcan, but he remained unresponsive. As the passengers began to regain consciousness, EMS decided to administer a second dose, hoping to wake him up. However, when they examine things more closely, they notice something unexpected and potentially dangerous. Get in one more time. Hey, Logan. They're going to do a second door handle. I mean, the passengers, we got another box in case you got to use it on me. Okay. Put it all the way up. Where? Where? I don't have gloves on. That's why I'm not trying to garbage. Suddenly, the cops saw two guns in the vehicle before giving Hughes another dose of Narcan. The main priority for everyone's safety was to remove the firearms. The combination of potentially illegal weapons along with suspected added to the seriousness of things. I can't can't because of the pole. I just don't want to break it. Yeah, it's a medical emergency so we can open it right there. number and make a model of the new gun. [Music] Oh, good God. Hey, don't don't get angry with him. I'm going to tell you right now. You need a backup, man. Call my mother, man. All that. That's a mother. I don't know what the they were doing. I can tell you what they were doing. Who's that to you? Huh? Who's that? Who's the driver to you? That's my son-in-law. They might have saved his life. He was unresponsive until they showed up. I think I woke up today. The cops here recognized the need to remove the passengers to ensure their safety as well. They decided to start with Hughes's mother-in-law in the back seat as she appeared to be the most alert. Once outside the vehicle, she attempted to speak with the officers about the situation. However, things were about to take a dramatic turn for the worse. Out the car now. Out the car now. Out the right now. Get out the truck. Back up. [Music] Get out. Do it now. [Music] Get out the car. [ __ ] [ __ ] pull. I got a lethal. GET OUT OF THE CAR. CAR. GET OUT OF THE CAR. I will shoot you. Get out the car. Get the keys out. [Applause] GET OUT. STOP MOVING. [Applause] Watch her. Watch her. NO, YOU'RE NOT. STOP MOVING. [Music] HEY, WE GOT ONE READY. OH, he hit somebody. The driver revived by Narcan and alert enough to make poor decisions. Decided now was the right time to flee. He damaged both police and EMS vehicles and ejected the remaining passenger from the car. With chaos in his way, Hugh sped away, leaving the authorities scrambling to respond. He's in the ditch. He's running towards Walgreens. He's running towards Walgreens. They have no shirt. [Music] Try to get towards blackmail. No shirt. Hey, I'm going north. [Music] Going. Going. [Music] All right. Got him in position. Put your hands behind your back. You got him. Got him. You know, when police called up to Hughes, he had abandoned his vehicle and continued to flee on foot. However, he didn't make it too far. After damaging multiple police and EMS units, as well as privately owned vehicles, Hughes got exhausted and the cops finally detained him. Is it stolen? It is. Not according to the plate. So he did hit a car over there. He hit this truck over here too. Okay. Commission. Is that for us? Commission. Commission Boulevard. Yeah. That's for us down there somewhere. Constitution is not for us. Constitution. No. No. That's like so right at the border. It's out though because our boys in the blue truck said he got hit in the back or side or something at that intersection. That's not for us. That's not for us. I'll ask. After arresting him, the officers had to survey the damage. They now had to determine which properties were damaged by him and if any police units also damaged private property. Meanwhile, back at the racetrack, Carl Henry, the passenger Hughes threw out of the vehicle, is ready to be questioned. Did y'all do any before y'all came to the racetrack? Y'all y'all drink at all? No. You know, you can't be arrested for it, right? Yeah. Okay. You know how much Okay. Did the driver too? Did anybody else in the truck? No. Okay. So, when y'all got here to the racetrack, we got a call that was saying that all three of y'all were in the truck, passed out, unresponsive. So, the fire department and Aadian got here. They started treating y'all. The driver woke up, freaked out, put the uh turned the truck on, put it in drive, and then backed up into my car, pulled forward, hit Aadian's unit, backed up into my car again. I don't know what he has against my car. Uh, put it in drive, hit somebody else's truck, threw you out of the truck, left, and they got him stopped way down the throughway right now. Also, he had a stolen gun. Yeah. Well, that's what happened. That's where we're at. How long you been knowing that guy? What's his name? In the end, he received a slew of charges for his reckless attempt to flee from police. He was booked on aggravated flight from an officer, illegal possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, battery on a police officer, simple criminal damage to property, hit and run, and attempting to disarm a peace officer. On the 3rd of February, 2024 in Fall County, Wisconsin, the cops conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was emitting a strange noise. The story started off simple enough. A simple check was being made to make sure the car was safe to drive on the road, but then things escalated into a much more serious matter. [Applause] Good. How are you? Your vehicle sounded really loud when it went by. I have no idea. Okay. I told you what it was. Huh? Any reason that you can't just talk to me? I'm not going to open your door cuz I'm telling you when you went driving by it sounded like your vehicle was rattling and it was loud. Can you just talk with me and I can get you on your way? What's What's the issue? and I'm telling you because your vehicle was rattling, it sounded like there was a defective exhaust system. Okay, I can hear it literally rattling right now. Where did your ID fall? Can you grab it, please? His refusal to roll down the window just adds further suspicion, and he was desperate to hide things from the cops and perhaps more importantly, make sure they didn't smell his car. While retrieving his ID, he makes a glaringly suspicious move. Vehicle's moving. 33 42 to 57. Can you have your driver's and roll down the windows? Just just same last name, first name, Matthew. Common spelling. Can I just talk? Can you just Can you just crack the window a little bit? Have Have you had exhaust issues? No. Okay. Well, I just happened to notice when I was driving by. You went driving by and your vehicle was loud. Well, there's some type of rattling it sounds like over in here. And then there's obviously your engine. Can I just ask why you don't want to roll the window down? I'm sorry, I can't hear you. Do you have a copy of your insurance? Deputy proc now number 3342. I'm recording you as well, sir. Just one second. Okay. So, I stopped him for exhaust. I was just passing like south main. Uh vehicle was loud and rattly. Just won't roll down the window and talk but provides 27 everything else. Just said he has had bad runins with law enforcement. So tomorrow I don't know what else is going on cuz he's not playing ball. Without any access to the inside of the car, the officer deploys K9 Rico. The dog's being used for a free air sniff, which can often detect odors emanating from a vehicle. Because the dog is sniffing outside the vehicle, this does not violate his Fourth Amendment rights. Go, go, go. Check. [Applause] Hey, how far do you want me to push this guy? That's just not rolling down the window. [Music] I know what that is. hook. Go hook. Come check right here. Go. Come check. Here. The dog alerted the officer to a suspicious smell. Dispatch ran his license plate through their system and discovered the suspect was on probation. One of his probation conditions was to maintain absolute sobriety and not to possess any controlled substances. The cops anticipate that he might drive away. So secretly under the suspect's rear tire, they placed a tire deflation device. Do you truly is there anything illegal? Okay. Well then, can you step out of the vehicle for me? Look, I don't want to break a window and force you out or anything, sir. What's his first name? Matthew, right? Matthew. Hello, Matthew. Deputy master. Do you mind stepping out and talking to us? Exhaust is rattling. Well, you're going to have to step out at some point. Okay. We're giving you a lawful order to step out. Otherwise, you're going to be placed. Okay. Okay. Here's the deal. So, the dog alerted to the car. So, we're going to search the vehicle. Okay. Sir, listen for two seconds. Okay. So, the dog alerted to the car. if there's nothing in the car. Under federal law, a driver can be ordered to exit a vehicle during a traffic stop without needing additional cause or reasonable suspicion of a separate crime. Case in fact, police are now allowed to use force to access the inside of the vehicle and refusing to get out can now be interpreted as resisting arrest. 3325, can we have either Columbus or Fargo out here? And if there's nothing in there, you'll be on your way. But if you refuse to get out of the car, we're just going to place you under arrest and you're going to go to jail whether or not there's anything in the car. Okay. So, we're giving you a lawful order to step out of the vehicle. Okay. You're going to end up going to jail if you're not going to cooperate. Okay. Matthew, then step out. Your window is going to get smashed and you're going to be pulled out of the car and you're going to go to jail. Get out of the car. Affirm. We have one on the back right there. Matthew. Matthew, your window is going to get broken and we are going to pull you out. I'm not asking you again. This is a lawful order. Get out of the car. Otherwise, you're getting placed under arrest. Last option. Not giving you any more options. You're going to go straight to jail and your car is getting towed. So, step out of the vehicle. Okay. Well, step out of the car. We've given you plenty of chances. Okay. The supervisor is monitoring the situation. Asking for a supervisor might work in Walmart, but not if you're under investigation for possible drug possession. With police left with no other option, they proceeded to go to break the glass. The criminal now thinks he's about to outsmart the police, but actually they're a few steps ahead of him. All right, Matthew. Window punch. Last option is step out of the car. Okay, I already tried them. Speak to your supervisor. 3357. Vehicle taking off. 1080. 1080. [Applause] 3357 1080 eastbound 16 update received successful spike on back for a turn continuing on eastbound turning west one on highway 6 continuing east inbound on 16 turning on traffic is light runway's dry speeds are at about 70 if we can get someone ahead to highway 22 area. See if we get spikes in that one. As he fled from the officers, the criminal maintained a steady speed despite the fact that his tire was losing air. Eventually, a 90° curve that he didn't expect made the driver lose his balance, sending his vehicle into a ditch. With his car stuck, he then decided to flee on foot. At this point, though, K9 Rico was more than happy to take the lead from here. Stop running. Got to release stuck. Get on the ground. You're under arrest. Take on the ground. Still, stop fighting. LET ME SEE YOUR HANDS. LET ME SEE YOUR HANDS. LET ME SEE YOUR HANDS. HE'S GOT A KNIFE. HE'S got a knife. LET ME SEE YOUR HANDS. PUT your arms out like an airplane. I got my hands off. Put your arms out like an airplane. Lay on your stomach. Do them now. Lay on your stomach. I'm not taking the dog off. Put your hands behind your back. Get the dog off. I can't. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. We're not taking the dog off until you put your hands behind your back. Please get the dog off me. BOY, WATCH. Give me the arm. I got two on you, sir. Just I got to get just cooperate with me a little bit here. Once caught, they start questioning the suspect. It's hard, however, to have a conversation with someone who's just experienced a horrific dog bite. It's easier said than done. Sir, what is all hurting besides the canine bite? Are you okay besides the dog bite? No. What is hurting? My legs. Okay. What happened to your legs? Roll over to your right side. You able to sit up. Come on, boy. Where's my glasses? Where are your glasses? I don't know where your glasses are, sir. Did you lose them? Yeah. Okay. With the dog. You lost them with the dog. Okay. They're right there. Where at? I don't know. I don't see them. I'm looking for them and I don't see them, sir. Okay. Well, it's killing me, man. You want to sit up and start walking back to the squad cars? That'd be fine with me. Not don't pick up that hard. You got to try and help you up somehow. Did you search his pants? I haven't done anything yet. What do you got in your pants? I don't know. Looked like he was throwing stuff as he was moving. So, we'll have to go back and check. Be honest, man. This all would have been taken care of with just a ticket. Let me look at my glasses real quick. Seriously, I We'll come back and look for them. See what I'm Can we just look for a minute? Honestly, I don't even recall what they look like. We need to get our squads out of the road. So, we'll come look for him in a minute. This was your Give me a second to look. No. Come on. Where's this pocket? On the outside. No, on the outside. The outside of the code. Nothing else on you, sir. No weapons? No. No weapons. While being questioned, nearly 3 and 12 lbs of marijuana was discovered in his car. In Wisconsin, possession of that amount is considered a class G felony and could amount to a maximum sentence of 10 years in jail or a fine of $25,000. Police also found paraphernalia, possession of which is also illegal. You want to answer some questions I have? We'll see. Maybe. Is that a you'll answer them if you feel like it, otherwise you're not going to? Yep. Okay. Why'd you run? I was scared. Scared of what? Scared of you guys. I was nothing but every time I get pulled over, I get Dude, I was nothing but nice and clean. Every time I get pulled over, you guys, last time I was pulled over, I was given nine felonies, 12 misdemeanor, and I got off on all of them except for two, which was [ __ ] because I didn't do anything. Last time I got arrested, they charged me with a DUI. I beat the breathalyzer, I beat the road test, and I beat the blood test. They didn't drop the charges for 2 and 1/2 years. Okay. So, moral of the story is just based on your past, you were scared, and that's why you decided to run. Yeah. Okay. What drugs are in the vehicle? Just weed. How much? I don't know. You got most of it. Okay. Good. Yeah, we're good. Wouldn't roll his windows down on a traffic stop and told him we were going to break the window if he didn't roll it down and get out because we already had PC to search the car for a positive K9 alert and he just took off. Any other? No. Okay. When's the last time you smoked weed? I don't know. 10 minutes before you guys pulled me over. Do you feel high right now? No. Do you feel like the using maybe impaired your decision-m right there? Probably. Probably did. I appreciate your honesty. Aside from other drug paraphernalia and plastic packages that were literally labeled marijuana, the cops also found lighters and odor elimination spray commonly used to disguise the smell of illegal narcotics. Nobody's hurting you. We're not touching you. You're hurting me when you push me up into the car. Okay. Well, we don't want you to fall out and hit your head. Did you eat a bunch of stuff before you bailed? No. Can you stick your tongue out for me? Open your mouth under your tongue. Can you open your eyes and look at me for a second? Can you open your eyes for me? I'm going to pass out. So, he said he's going to pass out. He has a dog bite to his left arm. He's been using some type of as well. We're not 100% sure on what, but All right, Matthew, I'm gonna have you hop out. We're going to walk over to the cot. Okay, one step at a time. Take it easy. I'm just being honest. Please don't put the dog on me. I'm not doing anything. He's locked up. Yep. We're almost to the back. Almost there. You're fine. You're good. Matt, stand back. Come on. You can do it. You going to be cooperative if we take the cuffs off? Yes, sir. All right. Yep. I'm going to take it off. Keep your hand down by your side. Okay. Yeah. Go ahead and put that hand down by your side. All right. Go ahead and turn around and have a seat on the cod. Actually, we're going to we're going to slip. Oh, that is so tight. I can't We're going to slip your jacket off while It's hurting my arm. It's hurting my head. He continues to play the victim, but it's embarrassing how he does this, acting like a kid who got boooos in the playground. Ultimately, there's clearly nothing he'll take responsibility for, and his childlike behavior continues to test the officers. No, this hand is too tight. I can't hurt my head in my stand my Okay, Matt, relax. You just stay standing. Just keep breathing. You're fine. I'm not running. If you can't tell, I'm not moving. You didn't say you were. You're okay. The dog at me. Can I sit down? Yeah. Hey, stay up. You had to pull the thing out. I'm not doing anything. All right, Matt, we got to put this on. Okay, fine. Don't put it so tight. It's not tight. I can fit my finger through there. Okay. Last time. You hurt me on purpose. Matt, nobody's hurting you on purpose. Okay. Yes, you are. Nobody wants to hurt you. Yeah, you too. You guys want to hurt me on purpose. What you did was dangerous and we're just doing our jobs. Okay. Pulled me over for no reason. You had no reason for the to stop. Okay. That's for court. Okay. The suspect was charged with felony counts of vehicle fleeing eluding an officer, possession with intent, THC, as well as misdemeanor counts of resisting and obstructing an officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also given multiple citations totaling over $1,300 and had a cash bond set at $1,000. On February 16th, 2023, an 80-year-old woman entered a supermarket and harassed an elderly disabled man for having a service dog in the store. The woman was identified as Virginia Anne Wargo Pittzner. The situation escalated and Virginia kicked the man when he tried to ignore her erratic behavior. So eventually police were called to the scene. First of all, it's a felony to touch me after 65. Yeah. It's another felony to touch two felonies running right now. Have a good day. So you wanted to explain to me what happened so I can relate to him. You know, I'm walking through the store and a lady, you know, I could tell there was something off, right? Y I don't normally let anybody touch my dog, but look, you know, that's hospice right now, man. Y she's old and somebody should give her a break. Kindness is nothing. It doesn't cost me anything to be nice. And I come back and say, "What are you doing with that dog in the store?" He say, "He's a service dog." He goes, "My is a service dog." Who else did I don't know what else she said? I said, "Look, Karen." Oh, no. I said, she goes, "Prove it. Where's the stuff?" Well, he's right about Virginia being a serious Karen. It's against the law to question the validity of a service animal by asking the handler for a license or certification. Pitner must be pretty bored and just looking for someone to torment. I don't want any I don't want to bother anybody. I don't want to hurt anybody. Just let me do my business. Okay. So, she kicked you kicked you in the ass. Yeah. Kicked me in the ass and I just said, "What's wrong with you?" Okay. I go, "That's assault." She goes, "Call a cop." And I wasn't gone. Yeah. Yeah. Honestly, I wasn't gone. But the more that mouse kept running, yeah, the more I just said, "You, you're going to jail. You can't do this to people. This is wrong." So, when did the kicking the dog come into play? Well, he didn't kick the dog. I kicked me. Oh, I kicked you. So, you kicked the dog. Okay. I probably would have broken the rule of never hitting women. Yeah. And she'd have been on the floor. Okay. It's a good thing Virginia came face to face with someone who wasn't going to put up with her entitled behavior. He's probably not the first person she's harassed in the supermarket, but hopefully he will be the last. So the [ __ ] really did call you, huh? Yes. Good. Last off jump. Afterwards, I kicked them in the ass. You kicked. Okay. You kicked him. So, what uh what would you like to discuss? What's the story? What's the story? I asked the man why they had the dog in here. It's a service dog. Where's his jacket? Where's his proof? I don't have to show you. Well, law says I don't have to. I said, "Well, we'll go up to the desk." I don't have to show them either. I said, "Cuz he's not a service dog." And then the dog jumped on me. So, I turned around and I kicked him in the ass. You have your ID on you? He then presented this thing. I don't do this. I don't show this to people. But here's this thing. I said, "Shove it up here, real." Well, he doesn't have to. Number one, you don't work here. Uh, it's not your right to be asking around. Uh, it's not my right. No, it's not. Oh, well, here. I don't need I don't need your debit card. I need your ID. Why not? You're going to give me a ticket. As a matter of fact, you are going to jail. Oh, that's even better. Yep. So, turn around. Put your hands on your back. Give me Turn around. Put your hands on your back. Oh, wait. CAN I PUT MY WALLET AWAY? Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. It's pretty ironic that Virginia, who just harassed a disabled man, is parked in a handicap space. She really must have thought that her terrible actions had zero consequences because she didn't hold back in admitting she kicked the man over an argument about a service dog. This is the biggest joke I've ever seen. For one, what? You want me to put this in your car? What do you want me to do with this? If I tell you, you'll give me another ticket. No, I want to take it with me. Why would I not want my license, my credit cards, and all my money put back in my pocketbook and take it with me? Okay. Well, I got to search it before I'll take it. Okay, I'll go right ahead. My pen might do something to you. Watch out. Her pink shirt might make her appear like a kind elderly woman, but it's clear by how she's speaking to the officer and subtly threatening him with her pen, that she's off her rocker and anything but sweet. Where's your dog? I expected you to show up with I'm disappointed. You know this hurts. Not supposed to be comfortable. Well, it's not supposed to hurt either. Now I got marks. No one ever said going to jail was going to be comfortable. Virginia takes this opportunity to complain that the handcuffs are leaving marks on her skin. Probably looking for something to sue the cops for later. Her entitlement becomes even more evident as she won't stop running her mouth while the officer places her in the car. Hey, you have one of these by any chance? I do. Yeah, as a matter of fact. And and by the way, I showed it to her. What's a good phone number for you? 7759. You don't have to. I know 359 6736. I know I know I don't have to. I don't have to show it to you. But but you know what? So I'm not like that. You know, by the way, uh 305, you know, 305. Well, as a matter of fact, he's my good friend. You do have to show you don't have to disclose what the dog is for. Oh, I was under a misconception. Yeah, because we we still have to verify that it's okay. But I do appreciate your uh you know I'm not I'm not that way. People can't treat other people like that. It's not right. So he turned around to try to ignore she kicked him in the she jumped on her. [ __ ] Let's say he did jump. It still doesn't give her the right to Well, let me tell you something else. She kick right on the right there. Literally right there in the tail. Police officers are allowed to verify service animals by asking their owner two questions. if it's a service animal required for a disability and what work task the dog has been trained to perform. Showing an ID for the service dog isn't required. But this guy's fed up and ready to prove his dog's identity. So, she's got two felonies. I don't care if she's 80. I didn't touch her. I don't I didn't touch her. Now, had she whacked the dog? Car don't have air conditioning. Yes, it does. Oh, what I can do for you, lower the window. Get some fresh air. Yep. I swear you were afraid I'd try to get out. Yep. Terrifying. The victim appears unharmed, but does seem visibly distraught over the incident. After all, he clearly didn't expect to go to the store and get his butt kicked by an 80-year-old woman. Meanwhile, she's in the back of the squad car making sure not to miss an opportunity to complain. And his dog are going to suffer from rotten lives. Hamming his dog. Him and his dog. Well, that's not nice. Tell you what, everything they say about brief police brutality is pretty true. Is it? I really don't think that these handcuffs have to be this tight and this uncomfortable. Virginia's starting to sound like an evil villain, wishing a rotten life on a dog who's more of an upstanding citizen than she is. She's also making a hell of an effort to turn the case into a police brutality case with her baseless complaints. You confront his dog. I didn't confront the dog. You confronted him and the dog was attached to him. That means you violated his space. If you get if you get that close to him where the dog jumped on you, that means you were on his space. No, that means the dog came around the shopping cart and jumped on me. Nah, the leash was pretty uh tight. No, the leash wasn't. You bring the rest of it for No, no, but my father was Okay, sure you do. The blue line all have stick together, one line, the other seven square. We know all about Virginia was charged with battery on a person over 65 and disorderly conduct. The best outcome here would be for this experience to teach the woman to mind her own business. As for the dog, we can only hope it received plenty of treats after the ordeal. Up next is yet another domestic incident, and this one took place in Santa Rosa County. On the 21st of February, police were called about a young man assaulting his girlfriend and damaging her car. And suffice it to say that when the officers arrived, it was a chaotic scene. Who did this? [Music] ain't going back. [Music] 119. Got one running. Get on the ground. Find the current location going northbound. [Music] running northbound. Running northbound. He's laying on the ground in a yard. Instead of owning up to his mistakes, the suspect tried his luck in getting away from the officers. Unfortunately, this led to a nasty run-in with their tasers. And this guy learned the hard way why you don't run from police. He still ended up in handcuffs, just the more painful way. You're an idiot. I'm my mom. How old are you? I just had him on the same side. Where'd you cut yourself on? I tell you something. I only hit him with one pro. Hey, I ain't grabbing that bloody arm all over again. All right, bring your knees up to your stomach. Lift up. There you go. There you go. Stand up. Once he was handcuffed, the young man had the nerve to call out to the girl he'd just beaten to a pulp. And if that wasn't pathetic enough, he then cried out for his mom. He was then loaded into the cop car. But somehow things were about to get even worse. What do you need an inhaler for? Why you running if you need an inhaler? Asthma. Asthma. You having an attack right now? Yeah. All right. EMS. My 1012 also needs an ambulance. He has asthma and is having an attack. I'ming myself. I don't know why. I got an ambulance coming for you. Just kind of concentrate on breathing. Everything's getting black. It's because you've been running, man. You're an adult. You don't need your mom. No. You're an adult. Who is he to her? Her boyfriend. And I say I didn't mean to say unfortunately, but I'm just not changing. And I've literally told her to leave, leave, leave, leave, and she won't listen to me. In case you missed it, in a disgraceful turn of events, the suspect admitted to relieving himself in the back of the cop car. The young man's behavior is a bit more understandable when we meet his mother, who seems to be blaming his beaten up girlfriend. You're thankful. Everything is all right. [Music] What's that? Okay, just take a couple deep breaths for me. Okay, just in and out. Okay, I know a lot's going on right now. And I'm going to try to figure out what all happened today. Okay. Um I know she said you guys just got here, right? Okay. Where were you coming from? Do you remember? We were we were from um we were coming from Wilderness Landing. We were sleeping out there and then we got into a fight and they called the cops at Wilderness Landing. Okay. And he got in a driver and he either either I got in the car and he drove off with me or he was going to take my car and drive off and I wasn't going to have any service. Nothing could have prepared us for how swollen the young girl's face was. and she was in quite a state when talking to the officers. After giving a brief description of what happened, the girl started opening up towards the officer. I I noticed that you have injuries on your face. You have, you know, a black eye. Your cheek is swollen. Um, how did you get those injuries? The black eye was a couple days ago. My busted lip was last night and my cheek was today. Okay. Was that while you guys were in the vehicle? No, it was my my cheek was right then and there at the corner when one of the neighbors literally ripped him out of the car because he was hitting me. From what the girl said, the young man hits her quite often. She mentioned that a neighbor jumped in and saved her. Clearly a heroic act. Before the officer moves on to continue investigating, she gives the young girl a safe space to talk and share more about the toxic relationship she's in. He's extremely suicidal. He kept telling me over and over, we've been on and off for almost 3 years. Okay. Um he his biggest threat is he's going to kill himself if I leave. And we've broken up before and we got back together after a month. Okay. I was really just trying to go back home. I kept telling him, "Let me just take take my things and just leave." The young girl was tearing up and extremely scared. And from what we gather, her boyfriend was extremely conniving and intimidating. Yesterday was a court case for battery for you as the victim. Yeah. And Chris. Okay. Are you guys um living together at the tent site? We were, but not anymore. We packed everything. Okay. My name is Nick. I'm a paramedic. What happened? I'm wondering. Yeah. Then we learned that there was a court case just the previous day for the same issue between the couple. And that's when things became even more serious. Thankfully, the paramedics arrived to check out her very visible injuries. I thought you were just screaming for your mom. Yeah, that was that's kind of weird to do. What do you mean? Okay. Car pulled up right at the corner right there and I saw him kind of he was using his elbows and hands kind of on the windshield. I think he shattered it with his elbow. Okay. And then she in the car and then at that point I was already getting out and I saw her head window. Okay. So she was in the driver's seat at the time that she was hit. Um do you remember was it like a closed fist like a punch or a slap or you just It had to be a closed fist. Her head recoiled but I didn't see her. Okay. So you saw the motion of him like swinging at her time. I just saw the one hit that that got her pretty solid at that point like Okay. Do you remember um was the door open or closed at that point? Okay. The passenger door was like cracked open. Okay. Um and then was he standing outside of the vehicle? Do you remember? Or was he inside like on top of her? Okay. Hearing the officer tell the suspect how weird it was that he called out for his mom was incredibly satisfying, but it looked like the kid didn't understand the criticism. The neighbor who stepped in clearly made the right choice, and we definitely need more good Samaritans like this guy. You know, you got the adrenaline going right now. You got hit. You know, there's a lot more that could be going on. So, and like I said, they they can document all this bruising, all this stuff. And you can't see what's going on inside. Yeah. I mean, they needed they probably need to scan your head to make sure. Okay. You can have internal injuries that you can't see or feel. Can I wait until my mom gets here? Oh, where is she coming from? Okay. That's up to them. So, what happened between you and your girlfriend today? Um, we go on drugs and she becomes very violent and antagonizing. Okay. and we just had an event where we were at the campground. When the officer interviewed him, it's funny how the suspect immediately tried to place the blame on his girlfriend. Unfortunately for him, the girl's beat up face was irrefutable proof that could not be argued against. I thought there styrofoam freaking plates. I took a roll of styrofoam plates cuz she beat the crap out of me like slammed beyond my hip. And I got back up and I hit her with a bag of styrofoam plates that should be in the back of the car still. Okay. And um sorry. That's okay. Take your time. I'm trying to think. It was a really eventful night. Um so then after after that she started throwing like a she th I think it was a 2x4 and then a a broom pole at me and I dodged the broom pole and and that's how that damage to the mirror happened on the car. I And this was all last night. Last night. But So what happened today? She know not done yet. Oh, okay. And then she made me run from the cops last night. She was trying to turn off the lights and run. Okay. It's no huge surprise that his story did not line up with hers and his nervous demeanor made it clear that he was not being truthful. In a wildly audacious move, he told the cop to shush and his questioning only worsened. She attacked me first. She's a very uh offensive uh woman. Okay. I'm usually on the defense. Gotcha. I'm string bean. I can't do much. Um, and what was it? So, we we pulled over and we talked about it and we promised we'd never hit each other again and we were on the way here and I just didn't want to go near people. I wanted to spend all day with her today. I grew up watching my stepdad beat my mom and I think of him as a monster and I can't live with myself like that. And I told her, I'd like to spend my day with you and by myself. She was going to leave me here. As soon as I did it, I started realizing what I did because I I black out whenever I get like that. So, I didn't take my medicine today. I have anxiety and it's almost something. It's depression medicine. And I didn't take any of those today. We ain't eating today, so we were both probably hungry. And she wouldn't let me in the car. And I freaked out. And as soon as I freaked out, I was being ripped off. The suspect's attempts at making himself look innocent were totally appalling. And everyone was growing tired of his lies at this point. His excuses were also just too random. And if this guy were to be believed, it would have to have been the worst case of hangryness ever. Where? Okay. Where did she bite you? I don't remember. You have to ask her. I don't really remember cuz after that, right after she bit me, she written me off. That's when he took you out. He ripped me beat the hell out of me. He hit me in the head about six times. Punch my hands by my time. Roll me around. Hit me some more. Okay. And then I laid on the ground and then I I I walked in lunch over to the car and I started telling her I was so sorry and I I didn't mean to and I promise that we could never do this again. It's so pathetic to listen to the suspect complain about being hurt. He couldn't even tell the officers where he claimed he was bitten. By the sound of it, the neighbor gave this guy a good reality check and we can't say that he didn't deserve it. So many people love you. I just don't understand. I got I'm sorry. Okay. So, this is um just some resources in case you need it. Okay. Um instructions on how to pick out an injunction if you need it. However, the judge can issue a no contact situation. Um however, if you need further protection, um also some shelter as well, some resources, counseling services. Unbelievably, the suspect's mother was coddling him as he was being loaded into the ambulance. Maybe this is why he'd never change. Apart from this, the victim was provided all the information she'd need to stay far away from this abusive young man. The charges were dropped because he told me he was going to change and I believed him. Okay. So, that was requested by you because he manipulated me. Okay. And then we got into an argument last night. That's why my driver side uh mirrors broke. He shattered it. He shattered my back tail light. Um punched it. That's why his hands bleeding. Yeah. Um I did have one more question that just reminded me um during the incident that happened in the vehicle here. Did were you able to defend him off in any way? Did you um do any strikes, any defensive, anything that you can remember? I tried shoving him off and my my bite I can't I'm very tiny at my feet. I don't have any muscle in my bones. The only thing I could do is The victim shared that the previous day she dropped the charges against him. But she now seemed angry and this seemed to be the best possible progression of emotions. Now let's just hope she stands up for herself and never takes him back. The man was charged with resisting arrest, property damage, and domestic violence battery. He violated the injunction against him, which led to another arrest one month later. It was just before midnight on November 4th, 2023 in Belmar, New Jersey, when officer Voco witnessed a car blow through a stop sign, nearly causing a major accident. And what began as a totally normal traffic stop turned into a wild encounter with a drunk, spoiled, and promiscuously dressed 25-year-old. Hello. Hi, patrolman Michael Belmer. Please have your license registration insurance. Who's this in front of you? You don't know who they are? I just pulled over because Oh, okay. All right. Do you have your Do you have your driver's license and your insurance? Yeah. Do you know why I'm stopping you? I just like I said that guy. Yeah. Do you know why I'm stopping you though? At 17th in Ocean, you uh you blew the stop sign and cut a car off coming across the road. Okay. Okay. Do you have your insurance and your your license? Right off the bat, it's obvious that the level of confusion on the young woman's face does not match the circumstances she's in. After being asked multiple times for her license and insurance, and after only producing what appears to be random pieces of paper, officer Voitco senses something isn't right. How much have you had to drink tonight? One glass of wine. Where are you coming from? Oh, okay. Where you Where you coming from? down the shore. Like I came from like I'm not very familiar, but I was like from where? Um, yeah, I'm just trying to figure out where you're where you're coming from. The officer, of course, wasn't born yesterday, so he doesn't seem to believe the young woman only had one glass of wine an hour ago. The fact that she can't seem to remember where she's coming from just gives him more reason to think that this woman's drunk behind the wheel, and more reason to detain the woman. Can you just do me a favor? Can you shut your car off? Yeah, for me and hand me the keys. Give the keys. Um, yeah, of course. But I'm I'm not going to do that. That's like Why would I give you my key? I'm going to ask you to step out. We're going to run you through some tests to make sure that you're okay to drive. Wait, I'm sorry. Like Okay. Okay, that's that's fine, but I don't feel like that's right. Okay, that that we're past that. That doesn't matter. Yeah, you have to Okay, I'll take that. You have to step out. Yeah, that that's completely fine with me. I just Okay. Don't think that that's why Okay. All right. Yeah. Just step around in the back of the vehicle. Follow my cousin. Not right now. Okay. I understand. So, you see the tip of my pen right here? Of course. Okay. So, you're going to follow the tip of my pen and only the tip of my pen with just your eyes, not your head. That's fine. Okay. Understand? Yeah, I'm completely fine. All right. So, just the tip of my pen. Okay. Okay. All right. I'm sorry. I'm just really upset. I'm just going to be so upset. I understand. So, just look at the tip of my pen right here. Okay. Despite her protest, everything the woman's doing and saying is only adding to the officer's suspicions that she drove her vehicle drunk and that she wasn't going to be able to perform the series of field sobriety tests. I'll explain it one more time. You're going to have your four. Listen. Listen. You got to listen to the instructions. I'm really So listen to them one more time. Hands down at your side just like this. Sorry. You're going to stick your foot out approximately 6 inches off the ground. You're going to look down at your toe. You're going to count out loud 1,00 2 100 3 100 so on and so forth until I tell you to stop. 2,000 2,000 4,000 5,000 6,000 7,000 8,000 9,000 10,000 11,000 12,000 14,000 14,000 15,000 20,000 21,000 22,000 23,000 24,000 25,000 256 27,000 just turn around us. [Music] Wait, just just let him handcuff you. Okay, relax. Wait, I'm sorry. I I I have a freaking cop exam tomorrow morning for Wait, wait, I'm sorry. Wait, why are you arresting me? We're driving under the influence. Okay. After starting off well, the suspect clearly failed the one leg stand test, and the cops had no choice but to place her under arrest for suspicion of DUI. And despite her respectful tone up to this point, things were about to take an unexpected turn. I'm sorry, but what in the test that we did just uh proves that I I that that could all be explained later, but you are under arrest. Okay. I'm not going to go under the arrest. You have to have a seat in the car. I'm not going in this car without knowing you failed the test. I did when I didn't fail no exams. I'm sorry. Get into the car. Have a seat in the car now. We don't want to have to put you in the car. That is so easy for you to say, but it's not right. Okay. Okay. Just get in the car. That's not right. Why are you Why are you even putting handcuffs on me? You have to get in the car. I'm not getting in this car unless I have an explanation as to why you're doing that. Have a seat in the car. No, I need a reason. I'm not getting IN THIS CAR UNLESS I have a reason. I need a reason. I'm not GETTING IN THIS CAR FOR NO REASON. RESPECTFULLY, you can't do that. You know, you legally can't do that. You can't put Get into the car. You know, you can't do that, right? Though dressed nicely and not appearing to be a real threat, the officers know that a drunk suspect is an unpredictable suspect. And after refusing to get in the police car multiple times, the cops had little choice but to forcefully put her inside. Little did they know, their night with this bratty suspect is far from over. Just walk straight through this door. Make a left and then a quick right and have a seat on the bench right in this room. Okay. This is a right, but okay. Okay. You sit right here on the bench. I'm just going to take one cuff off and I'm going to cuff you there so it's a little more comfortable. Okay. Here. Stand up. Stand up. Were you that bored? No. All right. Have a seat. Have a seat on the bench. To me, it doesn't. Just have a seat. Have a seat. Well, can I ask you a question? Yes. Oh, what's happening to my car? Or do I have it? It'll be brought back here. Uh, it's going to be towed. Oh, once they transferred her to the jail, the suspect only became more difficult, ramping up the sarcastic responses and defensive entitled remarks. And though she wasn't physically resisting, she wasn't going to make life easy for the officers. And I I really have to use the bathroom. I really really have to use the bathroom right now. Can I use the restroom once we're done with everything? Yes. But that's that's fine. But I I'm not I when I tell you I have to use the restroom right now. I have to use the restroom right now. So, I'm not going to just Can I use the restroom? Just procedure. I'm a guest here. This is Oh, that's completely fine. But I have to use the restroom. Like, I really have to use the restroom. Are you in the military? No. Okay. Are you employed, student, or unemployed? Unemployed. And I have to use the restroom. What's your email? I have to use the restroom. I really have to use the restroom and I'm not waiting. I'm sorry. What is your email? I have to use the restroom. And I don't think that's that's something you should deny. From what I know, that's not something you should deny. I have to use the restroom. Okay, just give us a second. I have to use the restroom. I'm not going to wait. While the suspect's repeated request to use the bathroom probably should have just been ignored, the officers clearly didn't want to risk any claims of mistreatment. But they also seemed to realize that it was a bit sketchy that she waited to make the request until her 20-minute observation window started. Ma'am, just sit on the bench, miss. Just sit on the bench. Okay. You can do that in this room. And I am. You can do that in this room. You can't do it in that room. You can do it in this room. Take a breath. You can just say that. I just I just don't take a breath. Okay. That's not If you were me, you would feel exactly the same if not wears. It's true. You know to put yourself in other people's shoes. That not cute. It's not cute. It's not nice. It's freaking frustrating. Especially when you have a whole Oh my god. Like I'm literally going investigation for work. Like that is crazy. You're going to work for the government and you're pulling me over the Just just relax. Let us get it. Let us get How do you feel if you're literally in the process of working for ICE or like some other government? You All right, relax. There's nothing like the moment when you realize you might have flushed your entire future down the toilet with one bad decision. And as the cold reality of her situation finally began to sink in, the cops could only watch as this spoiled brat began to really test their limits. Okay, this is the last time we're going to ask you. Do you want to give samples of your breath? It's a yes or no. If you say yes, we're going to take your breath samples. If you say no, you're going to be charged with refusal. Why would I be charged? It's a yes or no. When prior to any of that, you're allowed to make a phone call. So, what would I do any of that? I can make You will get a phone call once we finish everything, but right now we need to know if you're going to give Brett samples. I just told you I want to make a phone call. Okay. Can you take your shoes off? Sure. Take them off. It's just going to be a repeat. Yep. Take your shoes off. Take your shoes off or I'm going to take your shoes off. So crazy. Take your shoes off. Can I make a phone call? No. Take your shoes off. Refusing to consent to a breath test not only results in a new set of charges, but it doesn't exactly scream innocent to a judge. By now, she's tried every trick in her arsenal. charm, tears, pity, deflection, gaslighting, and just plain stalling. Kudos to the officers for not falling for any of it. Walk this way. We're going back into the first cell that you were in. We need to use the restroom. I'm nuts. Come on. You have to go in the cell for now and then we will give you a phone call. Left. Another left. Keep walking. Can I make a phone call? Keep walking. We'll give you a phone call if you cooperate. You have to keep walking. Oh my god. You have no idea. Okay. Make a left. Make a left. A left. Not a right. A left. And then a right into the cell. Go into the cell. While a part of you might feel sympathy for this woman who just kissed her entire career goodbye, it's important to remember she put people in danger with her reckless behavior. And thanks to a laundry list of charges that includes driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to testing, this bratty woman should have no trouble remembering either. Get out. I'm walking out. Get out. I'M WALKING OUT. YOU'RE NOT GOING TO TOUCH ME. GET OUT. I'M WALKING OUT. I'M WALK. On March 24th, 2023, a group of Tik Tok wannabes thought it would be fun to steal stuff from Walmart customers just to annoy them. After getting complaints from five customers, the manager decided to call the boys in blue. Somebody having a problem with some kids or something or YouTubers or Oh, that was like a couple days ago. Unless they here now. They called it in as if it's happening right now. Those guys are really, really high. Still here? Yeah. What's going on with them? I don't know. Apparently, these kids had been coming to the store every few days, annoying and harassing the customers. But each time before, they managed to leave before the cops got there. Well, not this time. Watch as this Tik Tok prankster gets pepper-sprayed and cries uncontrollably. Jesse, who do you want out? I guess you're leading the jail. I'M WALKING OUT. GET OUT. I'M WALKING OUT. YOU'RE NOT GOING TO TOUCH ME. Get out. WALKING OUT. I'M WALKING. IT WASN'T. GET OUT. Get out. What? Get out. Get out. Trespassing. Touch me. What? Why are you touching me? No. back. I was getting out. I was getting out. Damn, buddy. That's what you get for mouthing off and not listening to instructions. This entitled kid just hit the proverbial wall. It was probably the first time in his life he encountered any real discipline. And as expected, he immediately started shouting and acting like a victim. Leave or you are going to jail as well. It's just pepper spray. What the [ __ ] It's just peppermint. I was leaving. Me that was talking, bro. Me that was talking squared up and said no. I can't see my eyes. Pepper spray. I can't breathe. Relax. You can breathe. I need to wipe my eyes, sir. Please. It's pepper spray. Relax. Relax. Stay cal. Y'all killing me. W. What did I do? WHAT DID I DO? WHY? I can't see. You're being arrested for trespassing. Watch as this guy suddenly shifts his tone and his attitude. One moment, he's wailing on the floor like he's getting executed. And just a few seconds later, he seems to be back to his normal self. Got to give me a test. Yes, we did. I mean, the guy was talking to I was explaining everybody out. Yeah, but I was explaining the story to him. Me and him. He said stop. Go ahead and see. Please. It ain't like that. I'm not I'm just a talker, bro. Well, it ain't like that. This is not the time or place to talk. Yes, sir. Well, I can't breathe. Well, sir, please breathe. Okay. You have to be. Sir, I got pepper spray. Sir, please. Sir, please just help my eyes once. All I need is my eyes to be wiped. It's pepper spray. Sir, my eyes. I can't. Please. Just grab my eyes. Just wipe my eyes. It goes away in about I have pepper spray on me, too. Relax. It hurts, but you ain't going to die from it. The officer was basically telling him to man up and face the consequences of his actions. By the looks of it, though, none of these kids have ever faced any consequences for anything they did. Maybe it's time they learn a lesson the hard way. It just might set them straight. Rescue's coming. They're going to wipe your eyes when they get here. Sir, why do you have to do that? I was being so confident. Don't square up with me. No, you came. Watch the cameras. Watch the cameras. I don't care. There is no cameras to watch. You square up to me. I said leave. You said no. You squared up TO ME. A MY eyes is burning. Yeah. It's called pain compliance. Stop. Relax. The more you can blink, the better it gets. All I need to wipe is my eyes, sir. I don't have the rescue's coming for you, dude. It's pepper spray. I can't. This guy acted like he wasn't part of the prankster crew and was just a bystander who tried to explain something. Whatever his excuse was, he was given a lawful command and he didn't listen. Are you guys part of a YouTube crew or something? Sir, the only thing I was doing well was trying to explain to the situation. I don't do no YouTube, no nothing. Well, what said there was a group of YouTubers in here and bother I got the scar because I was trying to explain because you didn't listen anything about theft or anything. They said there was a group of YouTubers in here yelling at people causing a disturbance and you guys were asked to leave. I said leave and then you guys, some of you left, some of you. I was not with them, sir. I was just explaining to you all. Doesn't matter. His group is calling 222 outside. I'm going to go back out there. I didn't know he was with you. Yeah, I'm good. Bear out this door. So, if he needs to be seen, this door. Well, can I go walk? Let me double lock his handcuffs. But here's where this situation gets even more surprising. The officer searching his bag, and he's about to find something very interesting. There's no doubt this kid's about to regret mouthing off to the cops a whole lot more. Oh, there's a gun in here, too. HOW OLD ARE YOU, HOW OLD ARE YOU, BRO? My twisted, bro. Bro, my ID is everything's in there. Sir, how old are you? I'm 24. You're 24? Yes, sir. I'm not a felon, sir. I'm not saying you are a felon. I'm nothing. Don't treat me like I'm not nothing, bro. You saw me talking, bro. I don't I don't have to get peppers, bro. Who are you? Are you related to this? No, I'm their manager. Their manager? I can't see you, sir. I CAN'T SEE. JUST TAKE TAKE IT OFF ME, BRO. I don't want you to kill me. Help. I don't want YOU TO KILL ME. I DON'T WANT NOTHING TO HAPPEN. I I can't. You are under arrest. Do not reach for the gun. Do not I'm taking this off of you. I'm going to take this cuff off. Yeah. Go ahead. Go ahead. Go ahead. Listen to me. Relax and listen to me. He's got a gun in his bag. I've got to make sure I got a gun on me. I don't want him to kill me. Really? Make sure I got me. That's a lawyer of some. Is he Does he need to go too? Is he trespassed as well? I do not want to die, bro. Please, bro. Please. I got a gun on me. I do NOT WANT TO DIE. I JUST DON'T want to die. Can you just relax and just MY EYES IS KILLING ME, SIR. YOU BACKWARDS ME FOR NO REASON. HOW AM I supposed to relax? I cannot breathe. YOU TOLD ME TO RELAX. I CAN'T EVEN SEE. I CANNOT THINK RIGHT NOW, BRO. I can't see who's on me. Who's touching me? Nothing. Bro, all it's only. I was talking TO YOU. GOOD. BUT NOW YOU'RE NOT MY DOG. YOU SAID HE'S GOT A GUN on him. Gun on him, but it's all tangled in there, bro. Now you're not conceal anymore. Now you're not concealed. Come on. Let's crazy, bro. Damn, bro. The younger officer solved the issue by simply taking the suspect's gun out of the bag. Once the obvious threat was out of the way, it was finally time to escort the kid out of the store. Naturally, he kept moaning and whining that the cops were trying to kill him for no reason, bro. I explained the reason. You were told to You were trespassed. You refused to leave. You stopped. You turned around. You squared up to me. You got pepper sprayed. End of story. Yo, these boys are dirty, bro. Sir, why you being like that? So the body cam to arm, sir. Yes, sir. You think you sir? Cuz I know I didn't scrub to you. Oh, I'm good. Okay, bro. Don't touch me no more, bro. You know, I'm good. I have every right to touch it. I have every right to touch you. You're You do have every right. BUT YOU'RE NOT BEING FAIR THOUGH. For real. I didn't scrub to you, bro. You know I came to talk to you regular like a regular. You just want to pepper spray me. You pepper spray hungry. Keep watch. Please don't be my side. This man is going to kill, bro. Please don't leave my side, bro. This man's an evil crooked cowboy. He just needs his eye washed out. Slow down. Being fair, bro. Washing his eyes might help this guy momentarily, but he would mostly benefit from simply practicing some common sense. As it turned out, he was part of the crew all along. Once in jail, he was charged with trespassing and resisting arrest. On the 26th of March, 2024, officers in Florida stopped a driver who was suspected of robbing a customer at Walmart. You'll want to pay attention because this case is a little complicated, but in a dumb criminal sort of way. Let me see your hands. ROLL DOWN ALL FOUR WINDOWS. DO IT NOW. HANDS OUT THE WINDOW. HANDS OUT THE WINDOW. DRIVER, step out of the car slowly. Do it now. Felony, stop. Step out of the car. Do it now. Slowly walk back to me. Go that way. Spin around. All right, everybody else, keep your hands up. Don't move. Yep. We're doing an investigation. Did you get your purse snatched? Uh, he stole my money out of my hand in the uh there. Nova. Yeah, we got Oh my Oh, he said he had a gun and he's going to shoot me in my face. Officers got a call from this woman with pink hair, and that's why they're here. During the call, she claimed that an armed male had stolen cash from her purse, threatened her, and then fled the scene. So now she wanted the cops to look for this unknown man. How many more people in the car? Two of us. Just two. I got you, man. Front seat passenger, step out. Front seat pastor. Step out. I take my seat belt off. You're good, man. Step out. Slowly. I got you. Slowly. I got you. Do me a favor. Get on your knees right there behind your car. Go to that way. Go that way. I'm on the ground. I got you, man. Just take one step to your right. Come on, man. God, we ain't do nothing. Do me a favor. Just don't move. All right. Appreciate you, man. The lady in there, she was the older. She seen them talking to me. He told me that he wanted he needed help with some money. I said, "Okay, um well, I probably have, you know, some change in my purse." And so, he was by himself. He was by himself. So, when I put my head down to reach in my purse, he was like, "You might as well just give me all of that." I said, "No, what are you doing?" Then, six dudes came like surrounding me. So far, this seems like an openandshot case. Officers have detained several suspects and they have a witness statement from the apparent victim. But in this particular case, not everything is as it seems. So that he asked you, he initially asked you for money. Yes. He asked me to help him with some money. He said he need $100 and I said, "I don't have a hundred, but I can give you something of what I have. I just got off work." He was like, "You don't have a cash app or a car?" I said, "No, I'm not going to go that far." By the time I put my head down, he snatched it out of my hand. I was like, "Where are you going?" And he was like, "Oh, don't worry about it. Don't worry about it." And I was like, "How are you going to steal money from me? You just asked me to help you with something." And I followed them out here. Okay. And you can identify the guy that's Yes, I can. I know exactly how they look. Officer says I had a gun and I picked up people playing three car mile car lose and I got it reported. When he took the money out of your hand, did he make threats to you or? Yes. I as soon as I said give me back my money, that's all I have. I just off work. I'm getting some food to feed my kids. He was like, you better back the up before I break your face. I was like, you don't know if I have any type of protection on me. And he was like, he was like, "You're not gonna do I promise you." And he was like, "I got a burner and I will blow your face out." That's what he said. And that's what made me back up because he stood stall and went like that and I backed up. Can we check with each side for some help? Once he put his fist out to swing, all of the guys surrounded me and I backed up and it was some lady here screaming saying, "Please don't do her like that." And that's why they ended up going away. Okay. Since the woman has a witness, it's good news for her as this will help to strengthen her case. But let's not take anything at face value just yet and wait to see what happens next. So you're you're just going to look out the window over here. Okay, that's them. That's all of them need to come to any of them. Is which which one is the one that took the money, though? Which one's the one that took the money? Is it What about him over there? Gotcha. auding like this, but they all need to go to jail. This is what uh either him or him holding in his hand. Don't want him to blow away. All right. So, we're going to go back inside and look at some video, but you're just hang tight with me. Okay. If anything can sort this out, it's going to be video footage from surveillance cameras. It'll be interesting to see what the cameras caught as you'd expect them to show the robbery taking place, right? She was playing the game. Mhm. So they shuffle the cars around whatever in the hand playing that in Walmart. Yeah. Well, the lady told her, "Can you get out of here playing the game? The guys were ready to walk off. She followed behind." So she kept doing it. She kept winning and all of a sudden she lost probably thinking, "Can you live over please?" And that's when they took the money. That's what that's saying and she's Yeah, she's writing a statement, but she needs help cuz she speaks Spanish. Yeah, she was talking to us. No, no, no. I I haven't. Cuz I was just trying to figure out. He walked in as I was trying to figure out if anyone witnessed it. Where all did she tell you? So, she told me that she was standing back there behind the checkout. She said this male approaches her and says, "Hey, can I have $100?" and she says, "No, I'm not going to give you $100, but I'm willing to give you some money to help you out." This guy's a total stranger. Yeah, like I said, we'll have a translator help you um with all that ice. So, she said she never played again. She said she never played the game. She said, "I'm not playing." It looks like the witness statements do not corroborate well with her story. Here's what actually happened. She lost $600 in a gambling game and called the cops because she wanted her money back. by lying to the cops about what happened and further claiming she was threatened with a gun. Those men were put in danger and things might have ended with someone getting shot. I just looked at the video and I didn't see snatching more from What if you had the money? I have the money in here. Yeah, I didn't miss something. Listen, the money was right here. I had the money like this. When I when I told him, I said, "I got I got a hundred, but I'll give you some change." I had to I had to go in my purse and get change cuz he was never going to get $100. He approached me to ask for some money to go back to whatever trip he needed to go back to. I could tell he wasn't from here. I never seen him a day in my life. I've been here all my life. So 600. So 400 and 100. Get it back. So you can get it back. So you can get it back. We just trying to get the whole That's what we're trying to do. And like I said, you play the game. You're not in trouble playing games, but we just trying to get to the bottom of everything. That's why we keep asking you. He's willing to give you the money back. As you can see, the guy she lost the money to is willing to give it back to her, which probably has something to do with the fact that he's in the back of a police car and doesn't appear to have a gambling license. So, if somebody comes up to you trying to play games with you, I He didn't approach me to play a game. He never approached me to play a game. The first approach was to go to a trip to go back home. You watch the video and you're playing with him and handing him money and you're playing a three card game, which is illegal when they told you you guys you can't gamble. That's gambling. Okay. So, he's he's willing. The other two guys were in it with him. They all know each other. Okay. So, they were trying to play and that's what they do. So, he's willing to give you the $600 back if you want to go to the dollar church where you were just at. Mhm. And get the money. Coordinate with the officer said the dollar. But what about the other guys as well? Cuz they got real aggressive. Do you have a car? Yeah, my car is par. Okay. Let you know where the the Dollar Tree is right on up on CL. Yeah, they're right there. What? Just go there and get your money. Um, you still can't pay for the charges. There's no charges to press is what we're saying. There's no actual robbery. You played a game with him in exchange. You gambled. It doesn't seem fair that she's getting her money back. That's no way to teach this woman a lesson. However, while the staff was right that there are no charges to press, it only applies to the men she accused. She on the other hand could still get a charge for the stunt she pulled. So when they were gambling and she um took her money, she followed him outside. Mhm. And what threat did she say he said to her? You better back the off or I'll break your face on. So that's her statement. That's what she That was the threat. That's her I got to I got to swear her too that she took off while I was in the security. They took a lot for So, also just so you know, the video that they watch, there's her exchanging money to him behind the register where she said he initially snatched it. There's no snatching. It's an exchange and then they go back outside and she exchanges money with him again. I mean, we can charge misuse of 911. I mean, she could have called and we're going cold. We had air went up. We would have authorized the pursuit. So, explain to her what happened. Um, take it from using. For some reason, this officer outside the Dollar Tree is the only one here who seems to realize just how serious the woman's allegations were. It looked like the other cops were just going to let this woman get away with her money. Do me a favor, man. Behind you back. So, you're going to be gone for misuse of 911? Misuse of what? 911. Let's do some 911. Correct. Of what? You can't you can't do I at least get my money back from my Yeah, we'll get your money back. What's going on? My phone is dead. He said I'm going to jail for a piece of transport. You can't be serious right now. Absolutely serious. We watched the video of what happened. Completely different. And your phone call triggered a response where we got certain resources up and we're responding a certain way that puts people in danger, puts us in danger, puts in the person out of their house. He just grabbed their son aggressively. We would authorize a pursuit on this car. The video does not show him anybody ever reaching in your purse and taking money. He did. The video shows an exchange of money between you and him and that's what I gave him. Okay. The video shows an exchange of money between you and him inside the Walmart and then after you walk outside of the Walmart. She doesn't even seem to care that she's being arrested because all she wants is her money back. It's hard to have any sympathy for her because she lost it in the first place because she gambled it away. She was charged with misdemeanor misuse of 911. On November 23rd, 2023, a distraught husband visited the Finley, Ohio police station. Things were so heated between him and his wife that he had to get a protection order. and it was subsequently violated by the wife. This is what he told the cops about the very tense situation. I got a CPO form from gangster. For who? My wife. Okay. Who's that? That's my daughter. Who's your wife? Oh, I'm sorry. Um, and she had come back here. I'll take back the interview. All right. So, let me see that. This is CPO, right? Yeah. And I know I know one of the officers out there was one of them that came to the house this morning. The man had his ducks in a row and going to the police station was definitely the right call. He explained the situation to the officer and then shared the threat she'd made against him. And fair warning, they're quite rough. It even says in her one text and a voicemail, a voice uh text that she says, "I don't care whether I got a CPO or not. I'm coming for you and I'm coming for what I want. 012. Okay. So, go ahead and show me those textures. Okay. Here, I'll let you listen to these. Hello, beautiful daughter. Hi. How are my grandson? I'd really like to know. This is not important, but there is more behind it. Now, my plan back home, but obviously that's not going to work out. And I'm not allowed to have my mail either. I just don't understand why I can't have my debit card, my Eagle's card, or my address. Now, your dad can deliver those to Donna, the neighbor, and I can pick those up there if they aren't there. Come Tuesday. My hammer's going to meet your daddy probably. My what? What? What' you say? My what's going to meet your dad? Because it's about time she was on the other foot. Your dad couldn't protect you from me. I asked you to. But you know from when she beat my daughter. You can already hear the craziness and the agitation in the woman's voice. And also, the fact that she'd sent her own kids messages like this is totally wild. She had no other concern in the world but getting back at her husband. Thankfully, now the officers would be paying her a visit. I told him I needed to come home. I can't hear. You have to come out here and talk to me. That's what's going on. He lied to you. He told you I attacked him. I have never touched him ever in a day in my life. He didn't tell me he attacked you. He cheated on me. He lied to you. I can't hear you. You got to come outside and talk to me. That's what you need to know. Beside Have a good day, officer. Have a good day, officer. Okay. Come out here and speak to me quick, and we'll we'll settle this. You are not part of my life. It was no surprise that Lorie, the unhinged woman in question, was less than cooperative with the officers. Instead of acting like a normal, civilized person, she dramatically shut the door in the officer's face, thinking that would make her problems go away. You may either leave this property because I asked you to, or you may arrest me and put me in jail because that's the only place anybody's ever going to love me. Thank you, sir. Get the off my property. Go out here and talk to me then. I have no place to go. I have no side of the story. Financially, I can help you out. How? So, I can get your side of the story. Tell anyone I am. I'm not trying to tell you anything. You just go to Why are you here? He wasn't even supposed to be here. He was supposed to be dress up here. Okay. smells like dog. Okay. He took my leg in a door and laughed. I'm not able to help you out with some laugh at me, too. So, why do I need your help again? Thank you. Well, if you come out here and talk to me, I can tell you. It looks like somewhere along the way, Lorie here had lost her marbles, and the crazy shouting was just getting worse by the minute. Lorie's claim that jail was the only place she'd been loved was strange in itself. But somehow things got even more wacky. I got a focus charge from that over there to do nothing but make my life harder. I am going through divorce and burying this woman. Okay, I bring you back for me. Okay, you're going to arrest me for what? No, let me have a s I didn't do anything. There's a dog in there that needs TAKEN CARE OF. WHY are you arresting me? I will let let me go and let me have a cigarette. You came on false pretenses. That's a false freak. Don't start kicking. I don't want I'm not going to kick. I'm not a violent woman. I am not a violent woman. Well, then don't. I'm not I'm not being violent. You break my heart. I could have chilled. Just let me have a cigarette. Please. Please. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. When Lorie finally made her appearance, the woman's sthing attitude escalated. And of course, the handcuffs didn't help the situation at all. Hilariously, this woman went from claiming to be innocent to threatening the cops seconds later, proving exactly why the handcuffs were necessary. You can have a shoe on. HELP ME UP WITHOUT HURTING ME. NOW, you said I can have a cigarette. I won't. I won't. I just want a cigarette. Okay, I will help you. Let me see this guy. Hey, Lori. Cigarette. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. No. Come on. I do not want to have to drag you out of here. Please don't do this. Not having a shoe on is one of the strangest excuses someone's ever used to avoid arrest. And it was clear that Lorie was up to a lot of tricks. This was just the first of the many wild claims she'd make during the arrest. Don't even have one. That is lit. I don't have a SHOE ON. I DON'T HAVE A COAT. I have a dog in there. All right. All right, everybody. Everybody listen up. This is the thanks I get for loving my husband and you stupid for getting me into trouble for nothing. All I did was try to take care of Doris. You did everything to with me. My phone, my shoe, my cigarette. My bad. Now, can I get a key to my house, please? I want a key. I have a right for a cigarette, a coke, and a key. If she'd been given more time, she'd surely name every excuse in existence. Thankfully, the officers wasted no time whatsoever in getting her detained. That one officer who picked up the body cam was hilarious. It's like he knew this would end up on YouTube. I didn't do anything wrong. You thought you stupid came in here and arrested me. Yes, I called you stupid cuz you lied to me. You did. I wanted to. You said you wanted to talk to me, not arrest me, and put me in handcuffs. So, let's go. Let's go. So, I got to have some control over something in my life. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go, Tiffany. Call 911. Give me a lawyer. Lorie wasn't shy about cursing at the officers and hurling insults at them. But luckily, the cops are trained to handle these impossible situations. Also, calling 911 for a lawyer is one we've never heard of. Listen, don't don't step on that property. You'll get arrested. Don't you make me step on that property? Why you're a cigarette? You said I could have a cigarette. Then you broke it. Really? I broke it. Why she Thank you. Cigarette now. AH, WE MISSED that opportunity. Yeah, I'm pissed. That's what I knew you was. I should have never before. You let me help you. Let me help you. Yeah, you help me. The officers completed the challenging task of loading Lorie into the cop car only to have to endure a terribly noisy ride to the jail house. This woman was completely out of touch with reality, raising concern about the frazzled and aggressive state she was in. Do you want your daughter to go get your dog? No, you leave my dog sick. You took me from my dog. It's your responsibility to figure it out. Well, I just tried to and you don't want me to. Uh, no, officer. You lied to me. No, you lied. You said outside. I just didn't give you the whole truth. You I gave you every truth. You don't believe. That's your problem, dude. I don't lie. He doesn't. I gave you 100% truth. What more do you need from me? I admit I just needed to arrest you. Ignoring Lor's insanely rude attitude to the officers, she wouldn't even accept help when it was offered. Instead, her belligerent yelling continued. Now, do you understand, officer? I'm here to help you. Come talk to me. I don't know why I got to make my voice sound like that. Come talk to me, I can help you. What's your seriously? How do you live with yourself? How do you look in the mirror? Is there a wife on your arm? How could SHE BE PROUD TO LOOK AT YOU and ask or even think I might respect this man? That's what I want. I want a man. You ain't one of them either. Do what you got TO DO, OFFICER. I'LL DO WHAT I got to do and this ain't going to stop me. Just know you know. Her hilarious impersonation of the officer sounded like some stereotypical witch in cartoons. And even though she was crazy as a loon, she was putting on quite the show. The officer, who's probably seen this show plenty of times, was predictably unfazed. Thank you for the world's here. I just It's hot in here. You're so good, Chenise. Pop officer. Thank you for your help. I was trying TO HELP. I APPRECIATE IT A LOT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP, OFFICER. FINALLY, Lori arrived at the jail and could be booked in. However, she was just as explosive as she was before, and her comments were unsaavory, to say the least. Lorie was charged with resisting arrest and violating a protection order.
