managed to get to the driver and asked him to halt his commute officer Lambert then approached the driver and watched what he said to him hey how you doing pretty good hey we got a call about you all way over the roadway then I get behind you and you was swerving a little bit no I follow behind that trailer right there you found behind that trailer right there yeah okay you you come over you come claims that the parking lot is public property and he needs to be trespassed before he can be considered guilty of any criminal activity observe how the officers become submissive when they realize during their interaction ultimately they accuse Mr McHenry of disorderly conduct after Mr McKenry posted this audit residents reached out to the Clinton Police Department and file complaints against Lieutenant Solomon this led to the initiation of an internal investigation by the department Lieutenant Solomon was demoted to the rank of a patrol officer received a decrease in his pay and was placed on 12 months of probation Lieutenant Soloman instead chose to resign and reportedly joined a non-law enforcement organization if you think this was the maximum cops think they can get caught and pulled out his phone to record what officer Rodriguez was up to officer Rodriguez eventually stops his vehicle and confronts Mr mccomus watch how this unnecessary confrontation follows he's now circled the neighborhood now he's headed back towards me been very slow in all of his driving he clearly didn't like that I was pointing my camera to videotape him uh but he came around the area very slow he's on and off of his microphone right now he's now calling in my license plate number of my Excursion he thinks he's being funny now hold that all go take your hand out of your pocket okay no complying since the cops must have a reasonable suspicion to pass such commands watch how the encounter proceeds I'm at that address you don't touch me hey man no you don't touch me when I tell you to film or take pictures due to the rights granted by the First Amendment the First Amendment of the US Constitution grants citizens the rights of freedom of speech and freedom of the press officer Rodriguez after a brief verbal Skirmish got back into his cop Cruiser and left the scene Mr momus went on to file a civil rights lawsuit against the officer and the police department the lawsuit was settled with an undisclosed amount it is reported that officer Rodriguez retired from his position during the legal proceedings of this case if you think this was the last idiot cop who realized individual named George Nathanson was also present on the scene filming the officers Mr Nathanson has a speaking disability and cannot communicate or interact well enough watch what officer rosace is
