From arguing and lying to the cops to full-blown fistfights, you're not going to want to miss this one. Don't hit her. Don't hit her. We start off with officers arriving at a thrift store on July 25th, 2024. And no, they didn't just go there to pop some tags. They were dispatched because a woman there was allegedly attacking a man. Being described as wearing a lime green sweatshirt, the officers had no problem spotting her immediately. Get over here now. Stop. What's going on? He's got Come sit down. I don't know if they're playing a joke on me or what. Sit down. Nothing on you? No. Drop all your stuff. You getting patted down. I really need some water. Okay, I don't have water. What's going on? While talking to the officer, the woman spotted her ex and immediately lost her cool. You could tell she had some serious pent-up anger and it all seemed to revolve around the fact that her ex currently had custody of her kids. The officer did his best to defuse the situation and keep everything under control. Let's see if his efforts paid off. Screaming and yelling and all this doesn't help nobody, does it? You keep acting like this you're going to get detained. to me. They're not even trying to talk to me. I'm just mad. Okay, well you're mad at the wrong person. Yeah, and he has my either one. What do you mean either one? You can't be the same. You can't be baby daddy and a baby daddy's brother. Well, it's up to him. What what do you want to tell you? And for everything and he cannot even deny that he did it. right now? I've been on the streets ever since he took everything from me. Wow, looks like we're in some serious family drama here. She's not even sure if the father of her child is her boyfriend or his boyfriend's brother, which means she could be sleeping with both, right? If you got another explanation for her confusing story, please let us know in the comments. Meanwhile, the cops left trying to make sense of this soap opera and somehow get to the truth. Okay, I'm trying to get your side of the story, sir. You're over here at the thrift store and then what happens? And then he freaking shows up and you can tell by the way everything was going they they were taunting me in the store. He's taunting me. Okay, he's all weird draped in red. They're all matching. That's real cute. I don't games. He brought my kid in the mother I don't know who this other guy is. We don't know who this other is. He's a He took my baby away from me this long for this [ __ ] to happen. People are saying you're the aggressor. Why are they saying that? He took my baby. He has my baby in the store with another female and this around like I'm taking her. She's scared of me. He shouldn't because he stole him. How does he steal Cuz I don't have a place to live. Yeah, but he's cussing you. Mexico's 50/50. Well, tell that to whoever Can you be in her life? She's the mom or whatever. I don't know what the I don't even know who that is. You probably want to go check who that is. Well, yeah. I'll have that officer to my everything. officer I have two babies. I have a 8-year-old and a I have a I don't care if I go to jail. I deserve to know. First she claimed her ex and his girlfriend were taunting her, but then she switched to saying they wouldn't even say hello. She's an emotional mess and there's no sign of her calming down anytime soon. Her conflicting stories just add to the chaos making it even harder for the officers to get to the bottom of things. Why are you so worked up for seeing them? What do you mean? I haven't seen my kid in I haven't seen my kid in a long time and he's going to try to make me look like I didn't know. I went to his mom's house. He doesn't answer the phone. His mom told me that he moved out of town. What am I supposed to think that he's protecting me? I don't know what he's doing. He don't even give a I haven't talked to him. I just spoke to I shouldn't have to go out in public to get in a fight with him just cuz he's with my baby. He doesn't know how to introduce him. Last time you you did the same thing. You screaming does nothing for anybody, does it? I'm only screaming because of him. He doesn't hear me. He wants to run out the store like I'm chasing him instead of saying hi to me. She has my son in the stroller. The officer mentioned earlier that in New Mexico, custody is 50/50. But let's be real here. In custody cases, courts often lean towards the mother. What could she have done for the courts to decide that the kids might be better off with their father? There must be more to this story, and it's likely not very pretty. Do you see me with anything of his out here just of No. Okay, but he has custody of the kid right now. He shouldn't have anything. He stole both of my kids. go to court for that. He has a place to live in a car. You have to go to court. You're going to have never gotten any proper paperwork. Okay. All the paperwork he's given me is fraud. How is it fraud? It has different signatures. He doesn't even spell his name right. Signature. Okay. Have you ever been Do you need medical attention? You're all worked up for No, I'm not a mess. Just out for a long time. I've been going through postpartum. He's a He's not trying to protect my baby, especially not with her. I don't even know her. If I go here alone by myself, what the who the have anybody around my kid. Because you guys aren't together. We have We haven't been together for how long? And then he's going to turn around and say what? Yeah, but just because you guys aren't together even broke up. His mom is breaking up with me for him. Did you notice how she doesn't let the officer finish a single sentence and keeps constantly interrupting him? It's almost as if deep down she knows she's in the wrong, but is desperately trying to justify her actions. The frantic behavior just makes her look more guilty, and you can feel the tension rising with every word. Don't You're screaming at the wrong people right now. It could be somebody completely different. worked up? Because he has my kids, and it doesn't matter. And when I first told the police When I first told the police, they didn't do for me. I even explain something to you. Cuz you're just screaming. You're just screaming and yelling for no reason. Why do you keep backing up? I'm not acting up, sir. I said backing up, not acting up. Cuz I kept stepping in the shrubs. I'm not going to run. I don't have no reason to run. Okay, but listen. I don't Let's go to the shade over there cuz you're all worked up. No. I'm trusting him and his mother again. And he's lucky I didn't disrespect his mom ever. Did you hit him today? Before we listen to anything else, let's hear what the other party had to say. A second officer approached the two victims to get their side of the story. According to them, they went to the thrift store and unexpectedly bumped into the suspect. Shortly after, all hell broke loose. I I became scared. I became very scared cuz I she's violent. And he's told me that she did hit him a lot. And and I became scared and so then I turned around and I heard her say, "I'm going to f one of you up." Cursing, cursing. And then she's like, "I haven't made a proper introduction." And she like pushed him out the way and was like, "This close to me." And was like, "I never met you." She was like, "Um is that your child? That's my effing child." And then and then she tried to swing and hit me and he caught her arm. So we immediately leave and um she starts rushing me, getting in my face like, you know, that's where my clothes are. I took off my shirt. It's all ripped. She starts grabbing me. If I can see that here a little bit. Oh, yeah, no problem. She starts grabbing me and going and pulling my my clothes and stuff like She ain't hit me yet, you know what I mean? Okay. I start walking to the car and I had the keys so she could back get the keys. And she starts putting the baby in the car and she starts getting aggressive. She starts hitting me, right? Like How does she hit you? Oh, it was closed fist. Where at? Aimed at my face. Face? Yeah, multiple times. It must have It must Sides, front, nose? All right here in the back of my head right here. I mean, granted, she don't hit too hard, thank God, but I was like Do you mind if I While we're talking do you mind if I look? Oh, yeah, that's fine. You probably can't see anything. Oh. Where all do you think you were hit? Oh, I can feel I can feel it right here for sure. I can feel it here, here, here. Okay. Everywhere. I think once on this side but you can ask every every one of them that work there people cuz all they were all watching her. I didn't touch her once. Naturally, the cops want to review the surveillance footage from the thrift store. To be fair, the suspect neither confirmed nor denied that she assaulted the guy. She just seemed to be agitated and upset. The footage, however, showed the full extent of her rage. The following I can't see. I'm the following. Victim following. Stop. I'm sorry. Don't hit her. Don't hit her. Hey, don't hit Don't hit her. It's not worth it. WHY DON'T Y'ALL stop following me then? I'm following you. YOU GET THE [ __ ] OUT. CAN I AT LEAST GET HER NAME? PLEASE? CAN I please at least get her name? Where are you going? You guys apparently don't have the right to know. He doesn't get to Oh my god, because of you. He doesn't get to choose. Because of you, you punk ass. I don't even know who you are and I boss of you. You better go look for a stupid Can I get their name? Sit down. So, I can't go to the store publicly without getting harassed by everybody? Ma'am, this is harassment. Why don't you talk to me? I don't talk to you. He's not my household member. I don't even live with him ever. Ma'am, you have a kid there. I Oh. Ma'am, sit down. I said His mom's been trying to do this for a long time. Yeah, I I'm not domestic with him. You You did. Exactly. While the suspect no longer lives with the man, she still got a charge of battery against a household member. So, what do you think? Was she genuinely upset about not seeing her kids, or was her explosive reaction triggered by blind jealousy? Either way, her behavior didn't help her case one bit. Running into someone unexpectedly can be awkward, but it's a whole different story when an unwanted guest deliberately shows up at your private event. And when the event happens to be the funeral of a loved one, the emotional stakes just couldn't be higher. If you get upset, I apologize. It's I just want to do everything the right way. But, there's Do you want to go to the restroom? I'm sorry. It's It's right here. Great conversation. Well, I I mean, I got to buy this place over the personal property of the person I'm talking about. She was outside making the threats. I didn't allow her in. That's why I had my I think she's allegedly a gossip. So, she's making that she knows exactly what she knows. She knows what she knows. And she got me on the wrong day on the calendar. Yeah, this is a business day. She was I was sitting right here by the front door. She was by the front door. She No, I was by the front door. I was sitting inside here. um female out there in a green dress. That's the one I'm talking No, she's not a white female. Okay, there was another white female in a green dress. I'm sorry. She Like I explained, she had single um single braids, and there was a half bun on top. This young widow found herself in an unbelievably surreal situation. While she was in the middle of burying her recently deceased husband, his supposed girlfriend suddenly appeared and caused a massive scene. It was a shocking and painful interruption, turning an already heartbreaking moment into pure chaos. And so, what did she say specifically to you today? She said, "I'm going to end up in a casket was there where my husband is." She said I'm a [ __ ] Does she think she's going to get something? I don't know. I don't know. We don't talk. Because he's gone. We We don't talk. okay. don't talk. We never have We don't have anything to talk about. If this is what you're proclaiming to be your life, you have a kid that she's trying to say is his? She doesn't have She can't have kids. Okay. Did she come up here with people or Her mother, her sister, her brother, her family. So did they sign the guest Yeah, they signed the guest book because that's how far they got in here. Yeah, they kind of pushed past me to get in. What makes this situation even more unbelievable is that the girlfriend's family came along with her. So it seems like everyone involved are acquaintances. Just as the grieving wife shares crucial details, an officer glances through the window and notices someone matching the suspect's description. Is that her and her family over up in the far back? Is that the olive green dress? You are correct. Okay. You are correct. Yeah. She's got Like I said, the black Jeep Cherokee, her license plate number is She's been to my house, made threats there. So that's going to be her and then she's got Everybody that's with her. So there's another girl with a green dress that That was her mother. I think her mother left. Okay. Like I said, this is This has gotten really messy over the past few days. She's been spreading rumors, telling lies, talking about that he divorced me and this and that that we I got my marriage license in my purse. Yeah, we're not worried about that. I I just want to make sure who I know I'm going to address when we go out there, so. That's it directly. And some of those people that's over there is my husband's family. Like I said, the dude with the braids is going down. try to intervene if we try to arrest her? I don't know. I just need y'all to do what whatever y'all going to do. Okay. I'm not going to hold y'all. Just do what y'all need to do. The widow's fed up with all this chaos and drama, with all of it prompted by her husband's alleged girlfriend. At this point, she doesn't care how things unfold, she just knows this mess needs to be handled once and for all. So, the officer heads out to engage the suspect and take her in. We'll let you talk to her in the car. We'll explain it to you. We'll explain it to you. As the officers move to handcuff the suspect, her family members grew increasingly irritated. The cop clearly had valid concerns about the arrest. With tensions rising and emotions running high, he had to be cautious and stay aware of any potential threats or interference. No, you're fine. I mean, she's I mean, she's a grown woman, so but we'll we'll talk to her parents. My dress. Yeah, you're fine. No, I need her to pull my I need her to pull my dress over my knees. Can you pull her dress over her knees? And her dad Hold on. Dad and mom, stand over there. Everybody else, back up from me. She's an adult. I will talk to everybody else later. Come on, y'all. See the aggressiveness? Just be smart this time. Back the Sorry. I appreciate your help. Thankfully, at least one person in the crowd showed some common sense, trying to calm everyone down and encourage people to back off. Meanwhile, one officer took a moment to explain things to the suspect, making sure she understood why she was being detained. Here's the deal. There was allegations of threats made that you said you were going to put her in the ground next to her husband. I haven't even made contact with her. She wouldn't even let me in the building. I ain't made contact. Well, we're hearing we're we're hearing it otherwise, okay? And so, she's going to have to go down, she's going to have to press charges, and that kind of stuff. Right now, you're going to go with us. Okay? So, that's that's what it is is the threat. It's menacing. You're threatening to kill her by putting her in the ground. I know emotions are high, there's a lot of different stuff going on, but this is this is what's this is what's going on. Right. So, that's that's where we're at today, okay? The suspect tried to justify her presence by claiming that heavy traffic made it impossible for to leave right away. With so many vehicles trying to exit at the same time, the woman argued she had no choice but to stay put. Given the chaos she was causing, that explanation seemed a bit too convenient. The reason you're going to go down today is because of the threats. Now, here's what happens then. She has to go down and talk to the prosecutor. If she follows through with the charges, that's on that. It's It's going to be a misdemeanor. Your people can bail you out within an hour or so. But, the sooner that we can get you down there and get that process started without having to deal with emotions and everybody here. them? Like can y'all get one of their numbers? You'll be able to make a phone call. You know their number? know my mom's. I don't I don't That's about the only thing I remember I know is my mom's. know my mom's number by heart. Okay. I can write a phone number down for you. My mom will answer. Mom, just stay with Cupcake for me. Please. Mom, I'll be all right. They just said give me an hour or two. I'll be all right. Just give me an hour or two. So y'all can come get me. The family here had plenty of questions. Unfortunately, they addressed things in a calm manner. It was a welcome change considering how heated things had become and it allowed the officers to explain things without escalating matters further. So that what we say doesn't count cuz she didn't threaten nobody. We got We've got the victim and witnesses who say they saw her do it. She didn't threaten nobody. I I understand that's what you believe. That's No, that's what I know. We have to go based off what our victim and witnesses I know. Okay, so forget about That'll be for the court. That'll be for the court system. That'll be after the court. I know, but you guys Their party has to go down and press charges, okay? It's a misdemeanor charge. She'll be able to be bailed out within about about an hour or so. And then at that point, whether people get protection orders and keep away from each other and that kind of stuff. I know this is the situation where So why does it have to be just a citation? Cuz it's not a citation. somebody. It's This is a threat for maybe We don't write citations for threats. The female officer took the victim's jewelry and handed it over to her mother. It's refreshing to see a suspect handle an arrest so maturely, accepting the consequences without throwing a fit or creating more drama. That being said, some reports claim she was charged with battery on a police officer, obstructing official business, and aggravated menacing. Maybe she decided to throw a fit after all. Restaurants are gathering places to have a meal and socialize with friends and family, preferably in peace. But on one sunny July day in 2024, guests at Little Caesars experienced something completely different. Supposedly, two women had an altercation that spilled into the parking lot. A police officer was patrolling the area when he saw people waving at him. Get out the car, [ __ ] SHE GOT ME. SHE GOT ME. LET GO OF HER. CAR 720, WE HAVE A FIGHT AT 2320. IF WE GO to jail, we both going to jail. Let go of her. I'm not. Tell her to let go. She not. You're holding her hair. Let go of her hair. Tell her to release me. She attacked ME LIKE THAT. STOP. HE ATTACKED ME. SHE GOT SHE KICKED ME. LET GO OF HER. LET GO OF HER. LET GO OF HER. OFFICER, CAN you get her, please, off of me? You got me. Get up. COME ON. LET HER GET UP. Come on. Help me. I want her off of me. I want her out. You're being detained. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. As soon as the other woman let her go, this lady sprung into action and attacked her. It was a really dumb move considering the cops were standing right there. The woman said she was defending herself and the other one attacked her first. But it doesn't really matter because both of them are going to jail. Get in the car. I'm not resisting. Get in the car. I'm not resisting. I came to get my kids some food. You hear me? THAT'S COOL. OKAY. I didn't do nothing though. Are you hearing him? I didn't do nothing. Okay, I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. I'm not. So get your sergeant. I'm not. It's all on camera. I'm not. Come over here. I'm not. Sit against the car. Yeah, I'm not. Sit against the car. Okay. Turn around. pushing me, sir. Then do what I asked you to do. You you you you don't even know what's going on. Yeah, and I'm trying to figure it out. Okay, that's fine. tell you to let go, you're not letting go. Yeah, that's fine. I wasn't going to. She attacked me. Okay, and where is she at? Listen, she was right there in the corner. That's fine. They even Even the ladies from Sissy's told you. I didn't do nothing wrong. I will I'll get to that point. got out of jail. She just She attacked me. Listen, okay, my mom recorded it. She said she's going to make it hard for me and my kids. Both women were visibly agitated, and as expected, they immediately began blaming each other for the incident. Each of them claimed to have video evidence to back up their stories, but with emotions running high, it's going to be hard to figure out who struck first. It's a classic case of he said, she said, or in this case, she said, she said. I'm walking over here to Sissy's Pizza. I was coming to get my kids some food, but she's been calling me all morning harassing me. I can't even get my baby It's my kids' baby dad It's my kids' dad's baby mom. She's been saying my kids going back to CPSB. She said she's telling CPSB he my I got it all recorded. Can I tell you what happened because they talk and them all her friends. Sure. I'mma tell you the honest-to-god truth. I'mma tell you the truth. Turn your body camera on. Your body It is on. It is Okay, so this what happened. She came to my house last night. That's my car. I just got I was drunk last night. I don't want to lie. I didn't hear happen. So when I woke up this morning, she called on my phone like, "Let's meet up." In the meantime, the other suspect was getting visibly aggressive. She started yelling at the officer like the officer came there to badger her for no reason. It's still not clear who started this mess, but you might get an inkling when you hear this. For the last 5 years, I done lost my kids, I lost my housing, everything behind her. I'm tired. Leave me the [ __ ] alone. Leave me alone because I'm tired. I'm tired. Leave me alone. I'm tired of her doing with me. I'M NOT GOING IN THE BACK OF THE POLICE CAR. I'M NOT. I'M NOT. I'm tired of me and my family. I'm tired. I'M TIRED. WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? AS THE THOUGHT of going back to jail becomes increasingly nerve-racking, the suspect's getting more agitated by the minute. She keeps refusing to sit in the back of the cruiser almost as if staying out of it could somehow stop the inevitable arrest. But hey, guess what? Yelling at the cops won't get you anywhere. I'M NOT. JAY, I'M NOT. I'M NOT. JAY, I JUST DID 30 DAYS. I'M NOT GETTING IN THE BACK OF THE POLICE CAR. I SWEAR TO GOD I'M NOT GETTING IN THE BACK OF THE POLICE CAR. I just did 30 days in Fortis County Jail. The last TIME I LEFT MY kids they The last time I left my kids I left my kids for 30 days. I'm not. I'm not getting in the back of back to to jail. Despite family's best efforts to calm her down and reason with her, she kept shouting and refusing to comply with the officers. In fact, all that pampering from her loved ones seems to have fueled her anger even more. If this is her usual way of handling stress, it's no surprise she found herself in jail before. Meanwhile, in a cop car nearby When the police came, they had me down like get the [ __ ] off of me. Ask the ask the white people at Little Caesars. They were right there the whole time. He saw her fighting. Would you like to press charges ON HER? YES, HELL YEAH. RUN THE VIDEO AT LITTLE CAESARS. HELL YEAH. AND I ALREADY GOT A PROTECTION order on her. Okay. I'm tired. What Even if we disregard the fighting, just acting the way she's acting now and threatening to beat people up can potentially land her back in jail for disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Having said that, the other woman wasn't exactly acting like a model citizen herself. And I already got a protection order on that [ __ ] And I got the whole video on my phone. SHE SHE BIT MY FACE. How about She bit me. How about this? HAVE YOU NO, SHE BIT MY BODY. She said she gave up. What did I do? I will. Here. I WILL HURT HER. GO OVER THERE, PLEASE. OKAY. Thank you. And then she called She got on the phone. She called somebody. So, she scrapped. She We scrapped. And she attacked me. She started biting my face. That's when she was like, "And you know you're going to jail, right? You're going to jail." And I said, "I'm not letting you go." And she said, "Call the police." I said, "Okay, call them. Call them. I'm not letting you go until the police come." You both squared up like willingly ready to both Both ready to fight? And I said, "I'm not letting you go until the police come." The suspect then said she wouldn't let her go because she was afraid of getting more injuries. Nobody could tell which parts were true and which weren't. But hey, at least she calmed down a bit. At the same time, the other woman was starting to get worked up. I'm so upset right now because you didn't get that to me. I was drunk. I was out there for 5 whole minutes before you even came. Okay, but we never got a call. You did. No. Oh. I just happened to drive by and see you guys waving at me. She was telling me to I was asking one of them to call the police the whole time. She was saying Yeah, for both of them. She got She's saying she got bit and she's got some lacerations on her face. Uh-huh. So, what happened So, what She called you down and told you to meet you at And I can show you the messages, yes. Okay. You can't expect no consequences after the police show up. the consequences. Okay, that's fine. I'm not going to lie to you. I just want you to know I wasn't resisting. You know I wasn't resisting. Probably. It may be more. Uh she's got videos of her coming She came to my house last night. I got the video on my phone. And I asked the lady in Little Caesars what the [ __ ] is happening. And then this gentleman had to throw them out of the house. Yeah, ask the lady in Little Caesars. Yeah, that was probably the call I got where the girl was in shorts Yes. screaming down Easton Road. She was at my That's and it all matches up. Yeah, I'm not lying. So, yeah, what the [ __ ] is harassing me about this All right, I'm going They don't GIVE A [ __ ] ABOUT HER OR HER KIDS. In the end, it was obvious that both these women let their emotions get the best of them. They were both arrested and charged with assault, parole violations, and menacing. Not surprisingly, they continued arguing even when they got to jail. Love can make people do terrible things. And when you add alcohol to the mix, it only gets worse. This woman freaked out when she saw her ex-husband and his new lover. So, she decided to lie to the cops and have her arrested. But just wait till you find out how they got divorced in the first place. She was on me. She was on me. She hit me hard. That's how I chipped her tooth. She chipped my tooth. Can I see where the where you chipped her tooth? Do you know which one it was? The front one? Right there? All right, who did this? Jia. I just wanted to I just wanted to talk to her. Miss Lacey. I'm going to press charges against her. Okay. Would you be able to do a written statement for me? Yes. Hey, Mr. Joshua. Yes. How you doing? doing? Good. You got your stuff? Nichols. So, what happened? Yeah. Honey, my ex-wife Mhm. who I've been divorced from for almost a year now. First of all, we divorced because she stabbed me in a a incident. So, I had a restraining order for against her for almost a year until recently. I've been dating Jan since that time. She's had it out for Jan the entire time. She showed up here on our on her child sharing time with my two boys at home. I don't know if they're safe or not. Drunk, saying, "Where's Jan? Where's Josh?" Jan, Josh. It seems our wannabe victim is actually a deranged stalker. She'd stabbed her husband in a drunken rage. And now, when she's supposed to be with her kids, she follows the man to a restaurant and creates a scene. The text messages she sent show the true extent of her madness. Show me the messages. Yeah. She blew me up. She blew me up on our child sharing app. I mean, I mean, come on. Like this. Mhm. So, come outside and talk to me. I'm going to sit by your truck. I'm not moving. I'm not going. I'm not doing anything. We walk out here. That's her car right there, her white Expedition, past the trees. She approaches Jan calling her calling all calling her all these things and just comes at her and just starts wailing. Mhm. So, obviously, a scrum entailed. And we tried to get her off of her and Trey came out. All the patrons came out. All of our friends came out trying to get her off of her. But Just so you know, an incident already happened inside. She tried to come in and they denied her coming in. He had already kicked her out. Yeah. So, she she's just violent. Like she Is there a video of it? Huh? Did y'all take a video of this? Somebody say they had a video. I dropped a video afterwards. You can see her coming after me. Calling her all all these things. There. You can watch it. Unlike our previous case, where nobody really knew who started the fight, this time, there's overwhelming evidence against this deranged ex. The real victim is the new girlfriend, who just explained that they dropped the restraining order for the ex-wife because of the three kids involved. Report it all you want, you This is sh I don't know. Whatever. when she got here, like the bartenders instantly like blocked the door and were like, "You're not allowed here." They're like, "You know you're not allowed here. You know they're here. Like stop it." No. Okay. Are you You want to press charges? Yes, absolutely. Okay. Absolutely. grab your ID for me? Yes. This is yours. Thank you. And you saw everything. Would you mind grabbing your ID for Yeah, it's right here. I got it. I know. She's She's insane, man. She's supposed to per our marital settlement agreement, she cannot drink. Neither of us can drink during our parenting time. It's her parenting time right now. How old are the kids? So, she has a biological daughter of 15. I adopted her several years ago, so it's ours together. Mhm. And we have two boys together, seven and four. So, Is the So, actually 16, seven, and four. The officer then tells Josh to contact the 16-year-old to ensure the kids are safe. In the meantime, the officer's debriefing his colleagues. As they're waiting for the attacker's lawyer to arrive, once again, they question the new girlfriend. Considering she was viciously attacked, she's remarkably calm. Just today, what happened here? We're sitting here with friends. Before we get into what happened here, I just want Did you need an ambulance to check you out or anything? I know you got some scratches and stuff I can see, but you don't need like to be Okay. Absolutely not. It's mainly my my She grabbed my hair a lot, but no. Okay. Um That Is Is that your hair and her and her hair? No, sir. That's hair? Okay. So, the left wad I actually pulled out of my hair and put in my pocket. The right wad was on the pavement. He stopped her at the door and told her to leave. So, we could see her, but Trey stopped her and he took her outside and that was it. Uh Trey, who's that Who's Trey? Trey is the manager. Trey's manager, okay. Mhm. Okay. So, then she sent him Josh a text message to say, "I'm sitting out at your truck." Okay. And I'm like, "Hold on a minute." Which one's his truck? The Ford? Mhm. Okay. And I'm like, that is not okay. Like, not okay. Yo, so if you read the history, you know that he had a um domestic violence injunction against her for 1 year. Okay. The woman explains that even though they did have issues, they chose not to prolong the restraining order. Up until this point, the issues they had were mostly verbal. She then gave the cops some video showing the verbal altercation that took place when they stepped out of the restaurant. You can record all you want, you Goodbye. Every husband in this town See you See you later. She got her stuff. What's that you tell everyone else in this town? Why don't you stand right here and say it then? The whole right here Sleeps with how many people in this town? Wouldn't say it. Record it all you want, you piece of [ __ ] Record all you want, you How many boys have you in the last year? What happened there? I dropped my phone. Why? Cuz he was coming after me just then. Okay. Was that when it started pretty much the whole debacle? Jared, LET GO. I'M GOING TO try to swing at him and KNOCK HIM OUT. JARED, JARED, LET GO. JARED, LET GO. JARED, LET GO. THE ACTUAL fighting wasn't recorded visually, but the audio part corroborates with the victim said. The husband's story lines up, too, giving credibility to both of them. And with so many witnesses there, the cops are certain who the primary aggressor is. All right, the first thing we want to clarify before we move forward with anything. And I know it's it's a stressful situation, a lot's going on, and there's a lot of context to this, but just I'm asking you one more time, are you are you wanting to move forward with this with criminal charges? Yes. You do? With your person. Okay. Is there any information you want to share with us you haven't shared with us before about the situation? No, sir. I also told her I talked to you. Yeah. I also the phone with her when it was going on. Yeah. And and then she was talking to me and then all of a sudden phone got dropped. Okay. could hear Nicholas saying, "Jan, let her go. Jan, let her go." Yeah. So let her go. Yeah. I stayed on the phone with her. Okay. Yeah. What do you I have one question though. What What did you want to talk to your husband about exactly when you came That's not relevant. I It's just It's contextual information. It's not relevant. If you don't want to answer the question, that's fine. Okay. The lawyer here is obviously doing what's best for his client, but he's not aware of the text messages, the video footage, or the witness accounts. Strangely enough, at that point, no one had been arrested. However, a court later determined the truth and charged the ex-wife with assault. In the meantime, that restraining order was definitely reinstated. When someone attacks you, it's easy to get a restraining order. But this next case is a bit more complicated as the woman's ex-boyfriend lived in the same building in the exact same hallway, just a few doors down. At around 4:00 a.m., she called police to have him trespassed. But for this woman, things were just about to backfire. It's fine because he's all He living at a female house down the hall from me. I'm on my own in my business hallway charging my phone. It has nothing to do with him. So what happened? This situation has nothing to do with him. What happened? He don't live here. What happened? He's trespassing. What happened? He ain't putting his hands on me. How so? me with a What you mean how so? I don't want him here. Period. All right. He don't live here. I live on that floor. He don't live there. He's staying with a female and her keys. It don't It do. Cuz you only able to come in this door You don't. Show me the proof. Where is that? Where your pass at? If you can't show your pass, you done. I can show MY IT DON'T MATTER WHAT TIME IT IS. You should never You should never talk anything. Baby, I know Ms. Green. I know everybody in that office. I live here on Okay. Yeah, but you almost did with that. And no, you hit me with that. STOP. STOP. I'M PRESSING CHARGES. OKAY. I'M PRESSING CHARGES. I'm pressing charges against her. You don't live here, though. I'M ON A LEASE. I'M ON A LEASE. NO, SHE DID THAT in there. These two definitely don't like each other. The woman claimed that the man had attacked her with a sign, but it's hard to tell if she's telling the truth or if she's just drunk enough to make up stories. Looks like the officer had his work cut out for him as he'd have to piece together these conflicting stories and figure out once and for all just who was the actual problem here. I was in the hallway charging my phone. I live here. You're in the hallway? I'm in that situation right now. Everyone knows that. Everyone in there is green. I mean, not everyone is green, but everyone in the office I was literally charging my phone. I don't stay too far from the the outlet where I charge my phone. I came here tonight. This is my first time seeing him. I don't know him. He was on the phone with 911 while she was kicking the door in. She hit me with the door. She hit me with that [ __ ] No, I wasn't. You pulled a gun out. I didn't have a gun. It's children in here, please. Cuz I called a couple days ago and it was it was shell casings AND IT WAS shell casings in the hallway. I live here. I'm on a lease. They had They had shell casings. Hey. What apartment are you in? It's okay. I'm getting you fired tomorrow. What apartment are you in? It That doesn't matter. It does matter. No, it doesn't. I'm going to get my lease. It doesn't matter. I don't have to show you my apartment nothing. You're not helping the situation or nothing. Once the woman realized that the cops couldn't immediately trespass him, she got very defensive with the officers. For this woman, Ariante Losby from Joliet, Illinois, things were about to take a turn for the worse. My door is kicked in. have proof. So, when if y'all don't want to do anything now, it's okay. When when it come daylight and Thursday and today, when the when the people come in the office and the property manager is coming in the office, he won't be here. He going to be already gone. But, guess who who else he at? He over Stop walking over there. Don't tell me. I live here. I don't care. care. You don't care. I do. Okay. Who you talking about? You get away from Cuz you don't know my name. You don't know nothing. You don't want TO FIGURE IT OUT. AND YOU STILL WON'T KNOW. HE TRESPASS. HE DON'T HAVE NO BUSINESS WITH THAT. I LIVE HERE. SIX YEAR. You're not proving me that YOU LIVE HERE. I CAN'T PROVE it cuz YOU STANDING UP STOP WALKING THERE. STOP WALKING THERE. WHAT? WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? HE TOLD ME HE HAD SOMETHING, but y'all don't want to listen to him. He smoking in the hallway and everything. But, y'all don't want to listen to him. It's okay. I'm calling your CEO. Suddenly, a neighbor appeared at one of the windows, probably awakened by the woman's incessant yelling. He was able to confirm that she was indeed a resident of the building. Another officer tried talking to Ariante without much success. Later on, however, the cops caught up to her inside the building. A lawsuit. We got his name and we got everything. So, anything that happens to me tonight is on camera. Yep. I'm I'm turning my residence down. I don't want to Remember you wanted to talk to me? I'm letting him tell me what's going on. Let him leave. He's trespassing. I pressed the charges. You don't live here. I live on My lease is here. I'm going to house. Once he leave, I'm going out. And so there I AIN'T DOING NOTHING. Y'ALL DON'T WANT TO LISTEN Y'ALL DON'T WANT TO LISTEN TO ME. I CALLED. BACK UP. WHAT YOU MEAN BACK UP? I LEAVE THIS. IT'S ALL I LEAVE ON THIS FLOOR. HE DON'T. I LEASE this house. OKAY. HE DON'T LIVE HERE. HE STAYING WITH SOMEBODY ELSE. YOU DO THAT OUTSIDE. I WILL CALL YOUR CHIEF. PERIOD. HE'S LIVING WITH HE YOU HAVE an app. That's my apartment. Okay. You I'm going to call the police again. police. Yep. Quite quickly, it became clear to the officers that Ariante was the one stirring up all the chaos. As her behavior grew increasingly feisty and uncooperative, they made the wise decision to detain her. Safe to say, she didn't take that news too well, and things only escalated from there. No, don't Don't touch. You're not touching. YOU DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T TOUCH. DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T TOUCH ME. Y'ALL RECORDING? Look at the camera. Can I open this too? Put your hands behind your back. No. What you doing? No, don't touch me. Shoot me. Shoot me. Put your hands behind No. Put your hands behind your back. No. I ain't putting [ __ ] behind my back. No. Don't touch me. Okay. Put your hands behind I ain't putting [ __ ] behind my back. I ain't putting [ __ ] behind my back. Okay. Shoot me. Shoot me. Put your hands Why are you doing that to my arm? Put your hands behind your back. No, I'm not. Put your hands behind your back now. You're breaking my Now. No. The suspect was quite verbal about disobeying the officers' lawful commands. Ironically, even though she was the one who initially called them, she ended up giving the officers more than enough reason to arrest her. Sometimes, things really come full circle. What's the problem? Why am I going to jail? Why are you arresting me? Why? I got her. You can cuff her. No. No. Stop resisting, ma'am, please. No. Why are you arresting me? Get your hands behind your back now. No, I'm not. I live here. Okay. No, I'm not. Okay. Get off of me. Don't have to use physical force. Get off of me. Ma'am, stop moving. Then get off OF ME. YOU BITE ME, I SWEAR TO GOD. YEAH, kill me. I called for your help, and y'all can't help. No. Stop. Don't do it again. I will. Do it. While the cops were escorting her out of the building, she made several attempts to bite one of them. At one point, however, she broke down in tears and the officer was hoping that maybe this emotional outburst meant she would start cooperating. Unfortunately, though, this woman's behavior was highly unpredictable. Are you going to behave and walk back to the car? I I want to. I want to go home. I didn't do anything wrong. Hey. Can you walk with us? I'm staying here. We're going to explain everything that's going on with I don't I don't I don't like being accused of anything. We'll get you I don't want to do anything wrong. Once we get you back to the car, we'll get you a lawyer. Why are we walking out? I ain't got my purse. I'm being robbed. I'll get it for I'm not okay. It's going to be okay. Okay. I'm not going to jail. What's your name? I have the right to know why I'm arrested. I told you the third time. No, I'm not. No, I'm not. No, I'm not. No, I'm not. LOOK, STAND UP. STAND UP. STAND UP. STAND UP. I am standing. No, you're not. You're You're dragging your feet. I'm not. Y'all Y'all not letting me know why I'm arrested. Do you know why y'all arresting me? My appointment is online. We're going to secure her in, okay? We're going to give you a seat, too, okay? I'm not doing anything. As they struggled to get her into the squad car, Ariante kept resisting. Once she was inside, as if she was stuck on repeat, she kept shouting the same things over and over again. Eventually, her defiance crumbled and once again, she broke down in tears. And it was a very dramatic ending to an already chaotic scene. Y'all wrong. But I need you to calm down for me, okay? Because y'all put them on extra tight as if I'm trying to kill them. Okay, I'm trying to help you out. You're not working with No, I'm not. Okay? You're not working with me. No, I'm not. All righty? No, I'm not. I just need you to make sure that you get your safety back, okay? No. Now, let me check. Let me check the handcuffs. I'm going to check the handcuffs for you, OKAY? NO. YOU WANT to check the handcuffs to go to work. Ma'am, stop doing that. You're hurting yourself. Oh, well. These These cuffs are too tight. Okay, well, we tried to fix them for you AND YOU WEREN'T WORKING. THEY ARE TOO TIGHT. OKAY, WELL, WE'RE ALMOST THERE, OKAY? WE'RE GOING TO FIX THEM FOR YOU. STOP PULLING YOUR ARMS. YOU'RE JUST GOING TO HURT YOURSELF. They hurt. Okay. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Please. There you go. There you go. Please let me go, just a little. Please let me go, just a little. Please let ME GO. OKAY. ALL RIGHT. CALM DOWN. IT'S OKAY. WHEN SHE WAS finally in jail, Eriante got charged with disorderly conduct, two counts of battery on a police officer, and two counts of resisting arrest. Later, in July 2024, she was booked again in Will County for resisting a peace officer. These incidents suggest a pattern from the woman of confrontational behavior with law enforcement, and it also shows that some people just never learn from their mistakes. Based on these previous cases, it's evident that these ex-partner situations can get pretty messy. And when emotions are high, the last thing you want to see is people wielding guns. In May of 2022, in Austell, Georgia, a woman came to her ex-husband's house to pick up her kids, and she had a gun in her hand. She was supposed to pick him up this morning. She called saying she wasn't coming to get him. He had to go to work. So, I guess she upset he here with me and she come over here and rant and raving and I check my camera. She She pulled out and left. I'm guessing this after she noticed the camera was back there. She came to the door with a gun. Like, what was she doing with that gun? She She had She I guess she beat on the door with the gun. And then she was in the back. She was waving like this. You got that on camera? 27 to 13 10-12 39 I wouldn't have called if cuz I'm trying to confuse the situation. And who is she? she got if she got a gun then I got to do something about it. Okay. His wife. They supposed to be separated getting a divorce. And I I don't know what they doing. He lives here? Huh? He lives here? Okay. As you probably deduced yourself, the woman at the house is the husband's new girlfriend. He's in the process of getting a divorce and it's safe to say that his ex-wife doesn't like the new girlfriend much. Supposedly, the ex-wife came to pick up her son, but clearly she also had other things in mind. She was making threats on the way over here to him before he got the word. So, I knew not to open the door. He in house. I would have gave him to her if she came over here with a positive mindset. But once she got out there popping that gun, I was not opening the door. And she that door was locked. She broke it. Okay. Please leave. I I can't play with this now. I got kids. We're We're deciding what charge it would be. It's going to be some kind of assault uh intimidation. The woman explained that on more than one occasion, the ex-wife had made threats, including saying she was going to run her over. Then the husband called and told them he'd spoken to his ex-wife and that she was about to arrive at the house any minute. So, this all took place because she said she wanted her child. Yeah, but okay, so yesterday It's really a situation between him and her. Yeah, actually, no. Hm. It's me. Right. The whole thing is me. It ain't got nothing to do with the baby. The baby in good care and he always been in good care. It ain't got nothing to do with him. It's me. It's cuz I'm around. Mhm. Anytime I come around, this is how it is. She could have had her son. She told him yesterday that he was not getting him. And then end up dropping him off last night. Okay. Knowing he's sick. She So she told her she's not getting the child. back and forth. He sick. I don't know what to do. her turn up like that to bring a gun out here? up like that every time she think of me. So she pulled up over here and just got out her car because she just got mad because she thought about you being here. mad. She was mad yesterday. She was already mad. The new girlfriend then explained that she has children of her own and was just starting off in her new career. So it's pretty understandable why she wouldn't open the door once she saw the ex-wife wielding a gun. Of course, like in most cases, the ex-wife had her own version of events. Like what's your business here? My son is My son is sick. My husband lives here and I guess his mistress in here, too. So my baby had a fever. He had a fever of 104 and I took him to the ER. Both of these cars are mine and I told my husband to bring me my son. Mhm. He told me he got it. He's taking him to the doctor. I have his medicine in the car. He needs to be on his antibiotics. He has strep in his mouth. He had a heat fever. He's had a fever over a week. He told me he got him. No, you don't. I told him I'm calling the police. He said he on his way here, but when I get here it's a whole lot Ms. Blakely, Do you have any weapons on you? No. Yeah, Ms. Blakely, did you not come here about an hour ago? I did come here an hour How did you come What What was the situation you came here an hour ago? To get my son. What did you do when you came here an hour ago? An hour ago? Smashed the door open. You smashed a closed, locked door open, and what else? That's it. That's all you did? Knocked on the door, no doorbell. I called before I came. He said, "Okay, call me when you get there." The woman appeared confident and swiftly responded to every question the officer asked. But then the conversation took a serious turn when it came time to talk about the gun. Notice there how she paused for a moment. It was crystal clear that this part of the questioning would be crucial. Miss um Blakey, did you brandish a weapon when you entered um smashed open that back door? Did I brandish a weapon? Did you have a weapon in your hand waving it around? No. Absolutely you did. We have video of you with a weapon not beating on the door and you waving it around. Right? I just want my son. We understand that, but you cannot go by coming into somebody's home, smashing open their doors. It doesn't matter whose home it is. People are in that home that you were trying to get to. Let him tell it, nobody's in the house. Okay. Well, you was knocking on the door. So, you thought someone was in there. You just told me his mistress mistress is in there. That's what I'm assuming, but he told me that's not so. Why did you have the gun? What was the purpose of the gun? What was the purpose of having the gun? Waving the gun around and carrying it in there. If I had a gun, I don't know this girl. It's been an exchange of words, and if y'all playing with my son, I called her respectfully. My baby is sick. He needs his anybody Did you have him? No reply. I called Matthew. Matthew, where is Zo? I got him. He's good. The ex-wife attempted to redirect the conversation, focusing on her supposed fear for her son's safety to divert the cops' attention from the issue of the gun. But the cops here were not going to let it slide. They saw through her attempt to shift the narrative, and they kept the focus right where it needed to be. Let's get back to the gun. What was the purpose of the gun? There was no purpose of no gun. I don't know what you're talking about. We saw it. I I don't I just want my kid. Okay. I'll be there. Now I'm going to take Can I get my car? I have real bad anxiety and I'm about to freak out. Can we go to the mall for a little bit? Please. Yeah, that's about as good as it don't get for you, ma'am. I'm sorry. All right, where your Where's your weapon, dude? At my house. You took it home? I've been home. Can I call my husband in cuz he said he was on his way here. No, your husband have nothing to do with what's going on right now. walk through his arrest. Let us both go to jail. We're talking about you right now. Where is the weapon that you brandished when you came out? I told you I don't have a weapon. You're saying I have a weapon. I went home. This woman was clearly trying to avoid telling the truth. Earlier, she mentioned having anxiety problems, perhaps hoping to explain or excuse her behavior. However, her evasiveness only made the officers more suspicious. And it was clear that there was more to her story than she was letting on. Can we take me to the station cuz I have come on, ma'am? Put your feet in the car. Sir, listen to me. Listen to me. Listen to me. I'm about to Listen to me. Okay. I'm going to freak out. I can't do it. Then you're going to have to freak out in the back seat. Scoot. Put your Scoot on in. I'll cooperate. What do you want? Okay, scoot your Scoot in your car. be in here with the doors closed like this. Okay, we're We're We're going to go. We're going to go. But you We can't go with you holding the door open. I'm scared like I'm going to freak out. Scoot in the car. I understand that. Scoot in the car. If you If you was an officer, then you know I'm not Yeah. out here and debate with you about this. I don't want you to debate. Can you do me one favor? No. You can scoot on in for me though. Grab the door. Okay. The suspect was arrested and taken to Alachua County Jail. She was later charged with simple assault. Hopefully, she learned her lesson and the next time she picks up her son, she'll think twice before brandishing a gun. Some situations call for calm and not chaos. And this was definitely one of them. We witness all sorts of behavior today, from the anxious, yet composed reactions of our last case, to the full-blown tantrums of the women brawling at Little Caesars. But now it's time to buckle up, because this next situation might just take the cake for the weirdest of them all. Hello. Were you here when this happened? Okay, are you okay? Yeah, I'm okay. Did he hit you or anything? She's just going to come with me real quick to bring my son inside and then you got it. Okay. Okay. Were you here as well? Yeah, he was here with the kids. Okay. He was just trying to leave because she kept coming back and doing stuff, so he just wanted to take them. As soon as you guys got here, he's going to put them inside so they could be safe. Okay. Got you. The she in this story is the ex-girlfriend. Apparently, she couldn't stand to see her ex happy with another woman. So, she decided to take her jealousy to a whole new level. The cop went inside the house to get the full story. What happened? So, we were all three of us, him, myself, and um the person that um lives in the house, we were all sitting outside, and then we see a car pull up. So, we see the car pull up, it's obviously his ex-girlfriend. His ex, the older gentleman? Yeah. Okay. Not his ex. His ex is in the room. Um and she starts jumping out the car, saying things, and like I see her walking up, and like in my head I'm like, she's she's she's not going to put her hands on me. But unfortunately, she did. So, after she put her hands on me, then we just started fighting. You and her both? Yes. Okay. Like we were like wrestling like right there, cuz I have heels on and she didn't have no shoes on. And she just looked like she had like pajama pajama pants So, she like just jumped out and we were fighting. For the victim, this thing must have been a really surreal experience. Imagine yourself sitting quietly on your porch, minding your own business, when suddenly some woman in pajamas rolls up and starts attacking you. It just doesn't get much more bizarre than that. Okay, where did she hit you? How did she hit you? She just like started punching me when I was sitting down right here outside. You were sitting in the chair? Yeah, I was sitting I was sitting right here in the chair. She started punching me, so I got up from the chair and we started fighting right over here. She punched you in the face? Yeah, she punched me in the face. She hit me in the face as well. She hit him well like she hit me in That's her mother right there pulling up in the black Jeep. Please keep her away from the house. That's That's going to be Raylin's mother. Yep. So when you left to take the vehicle to your other house, she came back here? No, she never left. Oh. She never left. She was sitting there um behind her vehicle. Or so she was crying on the ground. I said I when we went to go leave, I said, "You need to leave." I said, "If you don't leave, I'm calling the police." I was trying to refrain. You know I don't want to see her go to jail. I understand her feelings are hurt. whole altercation took place, the fighting, and then you guys left. We left, she stayed. Remember when I warned you that this one was going to get weird? Well, the fight club stuff was only the beginning. After everyone left, the ex-girlfriend decided she still had some frustration she had to unleash. And like we said, things were about to take an even stranger turn. She stayed and Johnny was here with his kid inside the house. I told Johnny I said, "Hey, lock the doors and everything." He said, "Man, she's pounding on the doors." And which is What's the 10-37 97? which is this video here. That's her right there. So she's just beating the door down. Yeah, right here at the front door. And so that's when I was on the phone with Johnny. I said, "Hey, will you please go to the door and tell her if she doesn't leave, the police are going to come." He's like, "Matt, he's like, I got my son here. I'm just going to stay in the bedroom. You know, I just want to keep him safe. I want to stay away from it." So, here's the next video. Where she's This is after she broke in through my bedroom door. She's got my Chihuahua in her hands. She leaves my Great Dane inside. But then, here she goes. My Frenchie behind her. Yep, that's right. This crazy ex-girlfriend somehow managed to break into the house. By the looks of it, the dogs knew her pretty well, and she felt more than comfortable inside the house. But then she left and decided to take the dogs with her. I didn't hear her break into the house. Yes, sir. Okay. And you guys came back? Yes, we came back once I saw the videos and everything and I sent the messages to her dad, which I showed you the stream of text messages. He's like, "Oh, well, I already called the police." That's when I said, When you came back, was she here still? No, she was not. She was gone, the dogs were gone. Okay. And then he's like, "Oh, if I find out that you put your hands on my daughter, I'm going to call the cops and when I get back in town, I'll find you and I will hurt you. Understand that. Despite that went down, you don't hit women." I said, "It's all on video and if that's I said, and that's a threat, so I'll file it with the sheriffs, too." I said, "I got five witnesses and the girl that she attacked." He's like, "It's not a threat. I'm calling the cops now." So, that's when I said, "You know what? Let me turn around and come back." When you got back here, she was already gone? already gone. Dogs were gone? Dogs were gone, she was gone. You haven't heard from her since you got back? No? No. Okay. Meanwhile, two other officers were heading to the suspect's address, where she lives with her aunt. It probably won't come as a surprise that the ex-girlfriend had a very different version of events. At first glance, it's easy to see why someone might believe her story because she was pretty banged up. I had everything and as you can see my Mhm, that's a good one. Yeah, and you see his footprint His footprint still on the car right there in dust. Mhm. And marks on her arms, both arms, front and back. Okay, so start at start at beginning. What happened? Very beginning. Okay, you can go in for a few minutes. Um Let's see. I guess we separated. He felt bad, he wanted things to work. We went out tonight at the Brazilian steakhouse. He wanted me to get my things and come back over. I come back over, there's another girl there. Me and the girl got into a fight. Okay. As they say, the truth is often stranger than fiction, and sometimes it's hard to know who to believe. It looks like the ex-boyfriend did some damage to her car. The question is, what drove the man to do that? He dragged me out, kicked my car, told me he was going to beat me up and all this stuff. He called my dad. Then I called her mom. I'm pretty sure he's the one who called the cops and Okay. Now I'm here. Okay. So I'm just Okay. This isn't the first time You want to do me a favor and just put your hands up here for me? You can put that on the ground, okay? Hands up top. There you go. I'm going to take this hand, I'm going to put it behind your back. I'm going to take this hand, I'm going to put it behind your back, okay? Thank you. You got small wrists. He's on his way over here. He'll probably be able to talk to you more about it in depth his findings and questions about what happened while you guys were out there. Uh we were sitting here to just make contact with you. It's okay. Where are your keys? They had mentioned that at the moment the dogs were in her grooming trailer and she wanted them out. She had some pretty choice words for the owner of the dogs and started wondering if he was being arrested. They were going to arrest him. Well, we're not sure if that's happening or not. That's we're not a felon. He's a repeat offender. I know. I know. I I don't know about the whole domestic thing. I know. Okay. So, he might be under arrest by the way. Actually, they're leaning up against the the footprint if they wanted to take photographs of that of his actual footprint on the vehicle. I'll just sit right here. It's okay. Yeah, you want to lean against the back here? There you go. I know she's detained. I know. I tell people all the time they can come off just as fast as they go on, okay? This is not the first time he's beat her up. He has cameras at his house, too, guys. So, if you play back that footage If they show that footage to her, I bet she'd be in for quite a shock. The woman's niece could definitely use some help managing those anger issues. It's a classic case of emotions running wild and making a bad situation even worse. He's a very manipulating narcissist person. It's okay. Listen. He told me he told me if I had that there that cops would never pull me over and stuff. And then come to find out he's a volunteer thing. Like him. Sorry. It's okay. You'll be okay. You're going to be okay. Just breathe, okay? You're going to be all right. You're going to be all right, all right? This is what I get. No. This is what I get. I deserve this. This is what I get. I don't know no better. A 43-year-old man taking taking advantage of me. Let him learn his lessons, baby. Just don't repeat them. All right? Finally, we see a family member actually managing to calm things down. Usually, it's the other way around. When the investigating officer arrives, he immediately Mirandizes the suspect and asks her what happened. You don't want to say anything, or I don't want to say anything because I just don't want to say anything because Okay. Um Genie DMS? Who's uh Amelia's? Yeah. I think they're okay. Do you think they're okay? They'll be sorry. What's I'm asking. I think they'll be fine. Okay. All right. Um you're going to be placed under arrest. Okay. Um due to the totality of circumstances and everything I've gathered from the scene. Okay? Where are the dogs at? Um they're in my aunt's trailer, you know. Okay. Whose dogs are they? Both of ours. He told me to keep the Chihuahua and that he's going to sell the Frenchie. Okay. Once we get to the jail, and don't get offended by this, I say this to everybody, if there's any any contraband found on you, tobacco, drugs, anything, um it is going to be another charge, introduction of contraband, okay? So, um I need you to slide in right now. Can you at least hug me? Can I have a hug from one of you? No. Because Can I step in and grab Hey, Jen, I need a pair of handcuffs. Can you step out? Okay. Okay, I'll grab them for you later. Okay. In the end, the woman who started it all emotionally broke down. She didn't get the hug she so desperately needed because the officers handled themselves professionally. But, there is a good lesson she could have learned from all this. If all you need is a hug from someone, attacking other people is not the way to get it. Thanks for sticking with me till the end. It's been a wild roller coaster ride packed with raw emotions and unchecked anger. We hope you learned a thing or two about how not to become a crazy ex.
