idiot cops tend to think they are exempt from the law and are free to act as they wish but what happens when they are brought under Swift judgment here are four cases where idiot cops got fired city police department on March 10th 2022 officer Jose Malta Gonzalez from the Wright City Police Department approached Hubert Josh Hall who was leaving his residence in Wright City Missouri while driving his car out of his driveway officer Gonzalez observed that several vehicles in his driveway were without a license plate so he confronted Mr Hall watch how the confrontation unfolds not too bad are these your vehicles yeah well this one is those two are okay so what's going on with them they don't have any registration on them I just I just bought that one and that one I took the head off of I'll get a cover for him man but you get off my property now I'll get a cover for him I'm I'm placing ordinance stickers on all of them I'll get a cover for them do that that's not how it works okay you put your stick on fine okay then you're going to be cited for it hey put your stickers on I'll take care of it I'll just issue citation officer Gonzalez warns Mr Hall that he will issue him citations for the unlicensed vehicle observe what the officer is about to inform on the radio possible okay I'll take my time pull up here shortly 104 try and get a stop on that uh GMC Suburban it just left that's clear he wasn't a fan of me being here is it his residence I believe so one of to flip me off and threaten me to get off the property officer Gonzalez radios that Mr Hall had allegedly shown him an obscene hand gesture and threatened him Mr Hall was seen flipping officer Gonzalez off however Mr Hall was not seen threatening officer Gonzalez watch how the interaction proceeds can I help you your driver's license what do you need my driver's license for what'd you pull me over for what's that what' you pull me over for for your threats that you made to one of our officer beard later initiated a traffic stop on Mr Hall for allegedly flipping off and threatening officer Gonzalez passing abusive remarks to law enforcement is protected under the First Amendment for those who don't know the first amendment protects the rights of citizens of freedom of speech Mr was asked to step outside the vehicle and was consequently arrested and taken to Warren County Jail however he was released 5 hours later he was ordered multiple citations for disorderly conduct failure to comply and resisting arrest Mr Hall later filed a complaint against the officers involved after a week Mr Hall met the chief of police and Lieutenant Tim Matthew watch how the interaction unfolded between him and officer Matthew I had an opportunity to review your case okay one thing I'll say is that uh to begin I am going to be voiding all the charges all the summonses that were issued to you awesome I've also spoke with the toe company and they've agreed to refund the expense you had $400 they charged me $400 and you will be refunded every penny of that so let me explain to you why what we have here is a Sydney ordinance that has been on the books for some time that shows that the officers were acting in good faith and ordance with the city ordinance at the time I know a city ordinance aware it sure I knew he had a right to be on my property well this is this is specifically the manner in which why they placed you under arrest not specifically the Der vehicle ordinance so this is ordinance labeled disorderly conduct if you recall getting that ticket from the arresting officers and the subsection of the ordinance that they used to place you under arrest was this language here whenever I reviewed this case I believe that gesture con protected you can't make laws that go above and beyond the you give me an opportunity I'm Sor go ahead this was on the books this was the ordinance that they enforced that they used to place you under arrest okay when I had the opportunity to review the case I agree with you that I believe this is in conflict with the First Amendment okay okay that that is protected spee because of that all subsequent actions following the traffic stop regardless if you were guilty of them or not yeah are not going to be enforced because I do not believe that they had AAL right to stop I've seen people get pounds of marijuana around a court for untit so again I understand that you're an argumentative individual I am not not an argumentative individual I'm a very polite person I have seven kids I have been violating my rights before I knew what my rights were my my whole the whole point here in the reason why I've called you the reason why I wanted to reach out to you is that your your point here of of your ability to make obsene gestures toward police or protect dur in the First Amendment as the police department we agree with you this subsection of the ordinance we've already addressed this with our legal council that represents the city and this ordinance will be amended to remove anything that's in conflict with the First Amendment okay as such you will be the standing case law that amends this for all future contact and this ordinance will be amended to where this will never happen again okay hopefully now we can put this whole issue behind us um again I I have no reason to suggest the officers didn't act in good faith because that ordinance was on the books that ordinance is going to be amended yeah so uh prior to even calling you the actual hard copies of the tickets were stamped red and void uh inside of the computer system I avoided all of those out with respect to the derel vehicles I avoided those too officer Matthew informed Mr Hall that he had dropped all the citations and charges against him because he found the traffic stop unconstitutional due to the First Amendment violation officer beard was fired in October 2022 after an internal investigation like ambulance get hard and I'm on the phone with his supervisor who threatening me threatened to [Music] arrest can you call them for me just really quick and have them come out to the ambulance B I am I'm well I just came to driver had been brought in the hospital severely burnt from a prior accident detective Jeff Payne then arrived at the hospital demanding a blood sample of this driver this was against Hospital policy and wubbles immediately let him know what's on guys okay they're trying to draw my name is the officer is right here and I'm find the we don't know we have exent circumstances for a blood draw on a patient that's upstairs she is refusing and my lieutenant says that if she Department are you with Salt Lake City police Sal Lake City which I'm sure you'll get to meet my lieutenant soon and if I don't get to go get the blood I'm taking her to Jail the detective had however made up his mind that he would simply rest wubbles if he couldn't have his way I'd rather not do that I'd rather not do anything I've been told by risk management in thep security off the supervisor that we're not allowed to let him draw blood unless he has a warrant to do so okay and he doesn't okay cool all right I'll call hi please protect me I've been threatened to be placed under arrest by this officer here I'm trying to prohibit him from drawing does not have a warrant for hello if things still keep going the way they're going I'm arresting her they can't protect you for interfering with the criminal investigation draw blood on attention um I've been told by risk management the house privacy officer the house supervisor and my manager all agreed so here here's the thing he's conducting an investigation up Shar okay I'm just being told what to do by my entire hospital and I'm being told what to do by by my boss okay so and I'm going to do what my boss says okay well and I can stand here and say I want to do the same thing there's no urgency in this I'd rather let it work out I'd rather just try and figure out fatal and he's the other driver he's in I guess critical condition in the burn unit and so the inite consent law says that we can draw blood and she's preventing it I'm Ving because that's what I'm told to do by the risk management for the hospital the hospital officer privacy Hippa officer the house supervisor okay very much there's nothing urgent like I just we need to just call like there's no reason that this has gotten as elevated as it has this has anything to do with blood alcohol okay so SEC so the police the univ just show up okay no we're done we're done you're under arrest we're goinging me stop stop I said nothing I have Administration on the way who I have admin my while com this is unnecessary man this is my department and this is completely unnecessary completely completely unary she's under arrest that's fine but it doesn't have to her job okay I'm doing what my job she does hers that's fine okay I'm leaving now with her okay anybody who wants to Officer Kowski know that the vehicle was being operated by Senator John lundberg's daughter Sam no you know how dark your window 10 is oh officer McDaniel checked it last week I swear to you he pulled me over for it you can check it though but yeah he pulled me over lastek for it it's dark as hell yeah he pulled me over last week for it but he checked it and said it was fine I don't think it is I swear pulled me over right in front of my house on King like near King College 497 462 hold on one second got another officer's got a little meteor that he can put on it you close to Weaver Pike in Southside stand for please it's dark as hell but it's so cute but yeah officer McDaniel um checked it last week like literally in front of my house he pulled me over cuz no he check pulled me over in October cuz my tags were expired mhm and um he checked it then okay you don't have like a medical exemption or anything like that do you no okay why why is it so dark other than it looks good I don't know I mean I it's just it's been like this for a year and a half well i've been pulled over for it twice but they've checked it both time McDaniel pulled me over twice for it and he's checked it both had been inquired regarding the window tints before by another officer officer Kowski attempted to mute his microphone to say say something however the mic was not fully muted and voices can still be department's policy regarding window tint enforcement and said that the administration was closely monitoring so he had to site her for this tint violation however he repeatedly said that if she by the chief of police after the body camera footage was reviewed the police chief emphasized that officer kenowski demonstrated initiative by attempting to persuade someone to take action to change a police department policy with which he disagrees this cop is terrible and a disgrace to the police force but what happens when a whole chief of police is just as bad H you want to Tri the black people was chasing a suspect on foot while he had a taser in his hand watch what happens when he is about to catch the suspect running ahead of him get on the ground get on your stomach get on your stomach stomach now I didn't do anything I didn't do anything okay okay why are you detaining me oh you ain't contain brother you're on rest why what did I do you tell me officer alveraz threatened the suspect that he would shoot him if he did not stop the running suspect eventually stumbled on the ground and he was ordered by the officers to lay down on his stomach watch how the arrest unravels I almyra police department as a result of this investigation Chief alanas was fired or terminated from the police due to his unprofessional and insubordinate behavior during the arrest he was fired due to using his cop Cruiser in such an unusual way to cut off the running suspect and placing the firearm he carried next to the suspect's head before he was arrested but if you think Jeff Payne acted allegedly speeding she was asked to provide her license registration and insurance when she couldn't find her insurance card Jessica suggested that Harbin look it up on his computer that was when the officer suddenly flared up as though he had been disrespected all right listen you receive St SCH speeding uh Insurance rece can I what scream listen to me this you traffic stop what you need to do is first of all asked to complete a DS escalation class if you think this was the last cop who finally got fired then probably you haven't watched this next case got a gun Ry come back up here she's saying she has a gun got a gun come out with your hands up got a gun come out with your hands up this is an officer from the Oklahoma City Police Department on May 5th 2024 Oklahoma City police officers responded to 3,18 NW 61st saint for a domestic incident where a female shot a male in the chest upon arrival officers found the adult male victim in front of the house and moved him to a safe location for medical assistance the officers called for 61-year-old Lisa Daniels the female suspect to exit the home miss Daniels shouted to the officers that she had a gun watch how the encounter unfolds I got a gun Ry come back up here she's saying she has a gun got a gun come out with your hands up I got itun come out with your hands up out someone go L sweeper drop it now drop it drop the she did not have a gun under the sweater and successfully tased her she was taken into custody and booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center for domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon the involved officer has been placed on routine administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation no other injuries were reported not now come on you're under arrest I said you're officer Skelton still refused to roll down the window so Thomas could get some air this is despite the fact that the law required him to do so I phoned him good got both fo the out of him I'm going to rip hobbled now and now he's calling me sir yeah now he's being real respectful here's the the thing I know you're going to need to weigh it oh you got his name and stuff oh yeah VI's working on the ticket right now I told him you did give him a fair War yeah when he started kicking I turn my my body came on shockingly enough when the lieutenant arrived at the scene rather than correct Skelton he seemed supportive of this abusive behavior all the officers present then conspired to charge Thomas with felony vandalism even though they had no evidence so do you need my explanation for the arrest no okay what are you charging him with how many of these okay he he says he's got enough for felony vandalism really yeah nice oh [Applause] make as long is disorderly and uh he's actually barred from here he's on the do a do a trespass a trespass yeah do a trespass so we we are for sure going a felon on the cops lied on the police report inflating the amount of damaged goods and claiming damage to
