Stop or you'll be tased. ON THE GROUND NOW. >> I CAN'T DO IT. DO IT. DO IT. DO IT. Do it, I tell you. >> Listen, I'm going to tell you right You're going to give me your ID cuz you just violated Okay. There you go. >> Some guys just love to talk tough, especially when there's a crowd watching. They puff their chest out, make some really bold claims, and suddenly they think [music] they run the show. But they're sorely mistaken whenever these fake tough guys think they can overpower police. >> Unless I've committed a felony or a misdemeanor, you have no jurisdiction. >> On the 10th of October, 2025 in Washington, the cops are dispatched to a social security office after reportedly a man was yelling at employees and causing a scene. The suspect claimed they were withholding his pension. As a result, he refused to leave the place and demanded the FBI be called to investigate things and arrest the employees. >> Which is against the law. They're breaking the law. I would like them arrested for breaking the law. >> Okay. We're not going to do that. All right? >> You got I Now the guy who wants to break the law too, huh? >> I just got here, man. >> I don't So, Dave, unfortunately, Dave, they're not going to help you bring today, okay? >> I don't care >> They did They offer >> My lawyer told me to sit here until 4:00 and give them a chance to give me my paperwork. I'm giving him that chance. >> But because of your actions today, they're not going to allow you to >> Since since they elevate my heart and get me screaming, then >> Right. >> it's my fault, right? No. No, it is No. >> The officers pointed to a a on the wall that said they had a no harassment policy, and unfortunately, due to Dave's outburst, he was in direct violation. >> Dude, it's it take me 3 months to make one trip down here. That's how my body is. Dude, so when I come down here, I need to get results. And and being jacked off like some little isn't working for me. >> Sounds extremely frustrating. I hear you. Sounds extremely frustrating. >> You try and live off of $200 a month, dude. Let me see your pension. Let me see your pension. How much How much money are you going to get? I worked at Royal Worther. I worked on the water, and they're denying me everything. >> It was sad to hear that he was having financial problems, and no one wants to feel that they're not being paid their dues, especially after working so hard and doing everything right. However, harassing the staff wasn't going to get him anywhere except in legal trouble. >> Take that above, find some other superior person to complain to, cuz this office right now, they're not able to give it to you today. They're making that very clear to you, all of us. They're not able to get it to you today. >> That's fine. Then go away. >> But the that doesn't solve the other issue is that >> What issues? >> The issue is that basically your behavior, they no longer can have you here, okay? >> How long's your day? Well, they have to put up with my behavior. >> No, they don't. >> Yes, they do. >> They really don't. >> Why? >> It's going to get worse for you. I would like It sounds like they're offering to make an appointment. I think in a perfect world right now, the situation we have, let them make you an appointment. And come back on that day. Cuz I don't want to have to escalate things worse than they already are. You're already having a terrible day. >> The cop here was doing an incredible job trying to de-escalate things and offer a solution. He told Dave that the last thing he wanted to do was trespass him, but sadly for Dave, he thought he knew the law than the cops. >> You guys have jurisdiction outside that doorway, but not inside this doorway. This is a federal only. It's FBI is the only one who can do anything to me inside this building. >> Sir, that's not true. >> Yes, it is. >> Okay. And that's what we're going to figure out later. >> You need to go to law school if you think you're going to treat If you're going to tell people what the law is, you need to go to law school and figure it out. >> So, even if the FBI came, they would be telling you the same thing I'm telling you. >> I don't need you to tell me what the FBI is going to tell me. No. No. No. No. No. Get these people to do their goddamn job and then I'll leave. >> I can't. We can't do that today. >> I'll sit here till 4:00 until I'm sitting here until 4:00 to give them the chance to give me the paperwork that is legally required for them to give me. >> The cops tried everything they could to get a peaceful solution, but the man just wouldn't budge. And unfortunately, by that point, the staff there had taken back its invitation to set an appointment up at a later date. The cops gave him one last warning to leave the place, but Dave wasn't having it. >> Dude, I I have You are a public servant. You're You don't tell me what to do. Unless I Unless I've committed a felony or a misdemeanor, you have no jurisdiction. Yeah? >> We got him. We got him. >> No, we got him. We got him. Don't take long. >> Okay. >> I'm going to follow you out. >> I got a flight in an hour. >> I'm going to follow you out. I'm going to I'm going to leave. >> Okay. Dave, stop. Just relax. >> You're the one who's breaking the law. You're breaking the law. I've not committed a crime. >> Just relax. Just relax, okay? Just relax. >> I'm going to bite someone. >> Don't bite. >> If his blood pressure was high earlier, it'd be through the roof after that. Wrestling Dave to the ground and handcuffing him was the last thing the cops wanted, but he'd left them with no choice. >> Dave, just relax, man. Relax. >> to sue you all. I'm going to sue you all. >> We don't want to fight. >> I'm suing you all. You're going to kill me. >> No, we're not going to kill you. >> You're trying to kill me. >> We're not trying to kill you. >> You're going to kill >> I have heart trouble. >> Okay, then stop fighting, Dave. >> I'm not tensing. Let me up. >> We've got your airway open. >> No. >> Yeah, but you're still you're still trying to kick me. >> No, I'm not trying to kick anyone. I'm dude, this Let me up. >> Let's go. Let's go to >> [ __ ] this mother >> Let's go to cuffs, if we can. >> You [ __ ] this mother >> He continued kicking and screaming, but all he was doing was making things worse. Thankfully, there were plenty of officers there, and they kept Dave under control without too much force. >> Let me go, let me breathe. >> Hey, you're breathing, Dave. >> No, I'm not. >> Dave, I want to be Okay, >> I'm not tensing up. >> You are under arrest. >> You're going to kill me. >> going to We are not going to get off of you because you keep trying to kick us. Whether that Hang on, hang on, >> You let me up. >> Okay, Dave. >> You're trying to kill me. >> What we are trying to do is this as safely as possible for all of us. >> I am bullshitting. >> lying to you. >> Off. Call the FBI now. >> Third row, sir. >> Call the FBI now. >> Because he wouldn't stop kicking and acting aggressively, the cops had to resort to wrapping his legs. Soon after, paramedics arrived on scene to monitor his vitals. >> Get it. They jumped on me. I didn't fight them. I didn't take the first I didn't take the first swing. I wasn't I was All I was doing was trying to protect myself from being killed. >> Do you take any medications regularly for your heart condition or anything else? >> Yes. >> What do you take? >> I smoke marijuana to slow my heart down. I hope so that I can control it. >> Okay. Anything else? >> No. >> No? Okay. And so your hernia is hurting you. Is anything else hurting you right now? >> My legs. >> Okay. Your legs. >> Yeah, they're way too tight. >> Okay. Okay. Well, once we once we get you secured to the stretcher, we can assess and see make sure that you're >> They have got to be nicer [music] if they were a little looser and I could actually >> Does anyone have a pulse oximeter I can just check on >> I have my arm where it's comfortable. >> Okay. Unfortunately, I there's nothing I can do about that. We're just here to assess you medically. >> I didn't break any laws. I don't know why I'm in handcuffs. >> Okay. >> The law hasn't been broken here. >> After a brief assessment, paramedics gave Dave the green light. The cops carried him out of the office and got ready to take him to jail. >> Oh, you're going to put me in the back of that? That ain't big enough for me to be in. All them columns out of there is not No, it's not for my safety. [music] That's for my uncomfort. >> All right. So, sir, so here's what So, as a sergeant, these are things that we do to minimize risk to you. [music] Off. You're going to be Off. And Off. so that you don't Off. Okay. Off. We're going to move you. Off. All right. All right. Okay. Tuck your head, sir. >> I can't. >> I think we're clear on this side, right? I think he's supposed to go home. >> Dave was charged with disorderly conduct, trespassing, simple assault, and two counts of obstructing a law enforcement officer. On the 8th of November, 2025, a woman called police to report her ex-boyfriend. Allegedly, he forged her signature on a vehicle title and was on his way to the DMV to transfer her ownership to himself. Cops quickly responded and caught up with the man in the DMV parking lot. >> Hey guys, how you doing? I'm Officer Shadow Cameron. All right. So, we had called Which one of you guys is Daniel? >> Me. >> You, okay. So, I'm not I'm not sure exactly what's going on. Okay, I'm not sure if it's some drama or whatever with your ex-girlfriend or whatever it is. So, I just want to let you know why I'm here. So, we got called out for some I don't know, something something that you're coming over here to change the title or something like that. >> Uh I bought a car from somebody. >> Okay. >> They signed the title and I'm going to transfer it. I don't know what they're saying I didn't. I have signatures on the title. >> If you got that stuff, that'll clarify a couple things. I appreciate it. It's going to help us out. >> No, no, no, no, no, no. I'm not trying I'm not trying to be a >> No, you're good. I get it. >> I get it. >> So, I hear it >> Here, from the woman I think >> Okay. >> I bought the I bought I paid off her loan and it's free, yeah. There's both their signatures, there's my signature on this and this is my car. >> Okay. If you can look at that. >> Yeah. >> I appreciate it if she can. >> So, what's the So, who who is Is she your ex-girlfriend, wife? >> No, well, yeah. That's your girlfriend. >> Ex-girlfriend, okay. >> The suspect, Daniel, said he bought the car off his ex and paid off the remainder of the loan so he could get the title. He also said they'd had a really rough break up and that his ex had become bitter and was claiming [music] the vehicle was hers. In his view, that's why she called the police. >> I did nothing wrong. I told them to get the I'm transferring the title cuz I bought the car yesterday. >> And that was from the Alliance? >> Yes. That's what in agreement from everybody. >> Okay. >> So, it is just they wanted their name off the loan. So, I just >> I don't know I don't know man. This this this end of it might just be a huge deal between you and them. It's just Me, it's just I I'm better understanding the situation just speaking to you. So, I appreciate you taking the time to speak to me. Do you know >> Do you know about Do you know about how cuz I'm going to have to shoot them a call. Do you know about how much you bought it for? >> About five grand. >> Five grand, okay. Did you Did you pay that in cash? >> No, no, no, no. Five grand Five grand is what it was. Cuz I paid off the loan to get the title. >> You paid off the loan? >> And then and then until they give me money and then as soon as I paid off the title, all this came off. So, and this was the agreement. >> Okay. >> So, so if you didn't If you didn't pay me for me paying off the loan, then [music] I take the car and everybody is on agreement with that. And then as soon as I paid off the car, now all this comes up. >> Okay. >> More cops arrived on scene and they explained to Daniel they'd have to make some more phone calls [music] to confirm the man's story. But, instead of cooperating, Daniel started acting like he had something to hide. >> I'm going to have my title back. >> Let me have your title. >> No, I want my title back. >> I'm going to hang on to it. >> I want my title. >> We don't need to have issues. >> No, I don't need to have issues, but you have no reason to hold on to my title. I want my title. >> I know. >> I own the car. I own the car. >> Okay. >> I own the car. I own the car. >> I don't know. Okay. Well, somebody's alleging you committed a crime, so we're here to investigate. >> I didn't. >> That's what you're doing. >> your job. >> Buddy. >> Yeah. >> You're doing your job. >> Yeah. >> I understand that. But, I did not I did not commit a crime, so I paid off I paid off a I paid off a loan for a title, they are supposed to pay me. And then as soon as I paid off the title, they're like, "Oh, no, that's my car." >> Okay. >> I just went and got the title from the bank. >> Got you. >> If he was telling the truth, then he had nothing to hide from them. All he had to do was sit tight in his truck for a few minutes while the cops sorted things out. Instead though, he seemed way more concerned with hindering their investigation. >> Just stay over there, sir. >> I don't have to. >> You're not free to leave. >> I'm not I'm not detained. >> You are being detained. You're not You're not free to leave. >> For what? You never pulled me over. I'm on private property. >> Okay. >> I'm on private property. You can't detain me. You never called You never pulled me over. You never pulled me over. How am I being detained on private property and you never pulled me over before I had got here? Know the law before you be a cop. So. >> How much have you had to drink? >> It doesn't doesn't matter. Am I driving? It doesn't matter. How? How? Because I'm showing you >> to your truck. >> Because I'm telling you the law. >> You're going to be in handcuffs in about 2 seconds. >> I'm not going to be in handcuffs. I did nothing wrong. I'm stepping away from you. You got a video camera right now. I'm stepping away from you. I'm not going to be in handcuffs. I did nothing wrong and I'm on private property. So, give me my title so I can go and do it. >> All the man was doing was escalating things. If he wanted his name on the title, then clearly he was going about it the wrong way. Instead of backing down, he just kept pushing things further. >> All right, what's your name and what's your badge number? >> Hold on. Hold on. Give me my badge. What's your name and badge number? What's your name and badge number? >> Last name is Cunningham. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Just give me a second. What's your name and badge number? When I When I ask you, you should tell me. >> Listen to your buddy. He's going to talk some sense into you. >> Okay. What's your name and badge number? >> It's Cunningham, 935. >> Cunningham and and and why are Why are you detaining me? >> We're investigating a crime. >> I'm on private property and I have not committed a crime. So, do you want to tell me the difference right now? >> Okay. You're intoxicated. You're not listening to what I'm saying. >> So, does it matter? Does it matter? Did I commit a crime by being being intoxicated by being drunk to be and be? >> Okay. >> So, do So, do you want to Do you want to continue? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> No, not for what? For what? >> Cuz I told you to get back to your truck. >> I was not I was >> Instead you're in my Instead you're in MY FACE ARGUING. >> HOW? I WAS WAY BACK FROM YOU. What am I arrested for? Please tell me my charges. Hey, please. Hey, YOU GOT THIS ON VIDEO? >> If he had simply kept his big mouth shut and stayed in his vehicle like the cops repeatedly asked him to, then he wouldn't have been in this situation. Even his friend knew that acting like a tough guy was just going to make things worse for him. >> What am I What What am What am I being arrested for? >> I just told you. >> Maybe you should listen. What? What? What? Tell me again. >> Have a seat. >> Tell me again. What? What am I being arrested for? And now hold on, you just pushed me. JUST [ __ ] CALM DOWN. >> GET your leg in THE CAR. >> I AM. I'M BEING ARRESTED FOR not committing a crime. >> With Daniel secured, the cops could finally conduct the investigation in peace. Due to having insufficient evidence at the time, the officers decided to cut Daniel a break and release the man without filing forgery charges. >> Do you understand why I put you in handcuffs, right? Because I explained to you that we're here investigating a a crime and you're a potential suspect. >> I said well, I didn't do anything. >> You're detained and you're not free to What do you think that doesn't mean grab your phone and get in my face and argue and then >> I wasn't in your face. I was 10 steps away from where you were. But I don't want to argue with you. I'm sorry. I I don't want to argue with you. >> All you had to do is remain by your truck and stay quiet. >> All right. Well, I was I was farther to I was closer to my truck than I was to you. >> Okay. So, I could easily take you to jail right now for obstructing, but we'll go ahead and cut you loose, okay? >> I didn't do anything wrong, so >> I just wanted you to know that if this happens again, like if you're in the presence of law enforcement and they tell you to step back? >> I was I was 10 I was I was 10 steps closer to my truck than I was 10 steps closer to you. So, don't say I was obstructing justice. >> The cops were doing him a favor, but just as they were uncuffing him, he just couldn't resist the urge to get in a few smug remarks. And eventually, he pushed the cop beyond the point of no return. >> Okay, I don't I don't want to argue with you. Okay. But, you know you're wrong. Shut up. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. What? For what? Because Because I told him to shut up. No. No. No. Please. No. No. No. No. Officer. Officer, please. [music] Please stop. Please stop. >> You're going to get more charges. >> For For what? What am I under arrest for? >> You're obstructing a peace officer. >> I didn't. He just yelled at me. He just yelled He just yelled at me and I told him to shut up. I'm sorry. >> Listen to [music] me. Stop talking. >> Okay. >> I tried to have a conversation with you watching me. >> Okay, but >> And you're sitting here telling me I'm wrong. >> No. No. No. No. Look. >> You can go to jail. >> He He was yelling at me. He was yelling at me. >> You obviously don't understand. >> HE WAS YELLING AT ME AND I TOLD HIM TO SHUT UP. I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG. PLEASE STOP GRABBING me like this. >> Sit in the seat. >> Officers. Please stop grabbing me like this. What am I under arrest for? I didn't I just told him to shut up. He was He was trying to >> He was that close to freedom, but he couldn't resist being a wisecracker. They took the man to jail to be processed further. >> I told him to shut up. You were going to let me out of handcuffs. I told him to shut up and now I'm in jail. Please tell me How's that illegal? >> No. Yes, sir. >> Please tell me how that's illegal. You can't. You can't. What's your P. Nelson. You can read it. >> Nice. >> Yeah. >> I think he's stupid. >> Yeah, I graduated high school. >> What did you do? >> you do? >> up there? Daniel was charged [music] with obstructing a police officer. As far as the vehicle went, the cops retained the vehicle title so they could further investigate the alleged forgery. On May 24th, 2024, the cops were dispatched to a residence after an anonymous tip came in saying that a man was mistreating his dogs. As things turned out, however, the man's dogs were the least of the cops' concerns. >> Hello. >> Hey, uh Kevin Jones with the Sheriff's Office, Brent. >> Yeah. >> Hey, uh so yeah, I just I guess uh well, we're concerned about the animals. Uh could I see the dogs? >> Uh the one I got [music] a I just put a leash on him. He's hates people. >> Okay. >> [music] >> Kind of one of the things I do, let me just explain what I do in these types of investigations. I just make [music] sure, you know, you have food and water. I kind of feel around the ribs, see that they feel okay. >> Well, they're fine. >> And that, you know, they're not bare bones, which they don't look to be, but you you can it's easier [music] when you have to feel through the coat. Is that all right if I do that? >> Yeah. >> This is one that's a little Okay, the other ones are fine? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Oh, you feel pretty good. You feel pretty good. Yes, you do. I have cattle and I have everything. I don't know why this is coming about, but Hey, Possum. Hi. How are you? >> The officer pet the dogs and rubbed his hands along their abdomens searching for signs of malnutrition. The dogs, however, seemed well-fed. The suspect, Brent, let the officer inspect their food and water bowls, and everything seemed to be in order. Oh, no. No, you look good there. See water there. >> You want to see something else here? I got a whole bunch of beef bones out here. >> Beef bones? Oh, for them to chew on? >> These mother My nephew butcher >> Okay. >> tub of ribs and >> Oh, that's cool. >> My nephew calls that all the legs, but >> That's cool. Um so, >> and the chickens are all in the freezer. >> here. >> Yeah, could you show me those? Yeah, they all feel pretty good. I They're definitely not skin and bones or anything. >> Oh, no, they get all kinds of beef bones. Oh, look at that. I feed my chickens in the tubs. I don't know. >> Feed and water. >> Oh, there's four of them. >> All right, well, animals look pretty good to me. I see that there's feed and water out there for the fowl. Maybe just clean up the water. It looks a little dirty. So, [music] Brent, I guess the only remaining concern I have is all the beer cans and beer that I see everywhere. >> Consuming alcohol on its own isn't a crime, but sadly for Brent, he had some open cases against him. And as a condition of some of those cases, he was not allowed to consume alcohol under any circumstance. >> Oh, god, they're not mine. They've been here for a long time. I didn't throw them in. >> Okay. >> I haven't went to the dump in a [ __ ] year. >> Okay. Yeah, I see you got a lot of garbage stacked [music] up. You don't have any more in the home? >> No. >> You wouldn't mind me checking your fridge then, would you? Making sure you don't got cans in there, no nothing. >> Well, I Yeah, I would mind that, I guess. >> Why? >> Well, I don't know. >> Because there are cans in there? >> Well, probably is for other people. Whatever. >> So, you do have more beer [music] in the house, more cans in the fridge, it sounds like. >> There's some. >> Okay. >> He'd been busted red-handed, and there was no way he was going to be talking or lying his way out of this one. He could say the booze was for his friends or his guests, but it was still a violation of his bail [music] conditions. >> Can I help you get rid of them? >> If you want to. >> Cuz you got four felony open cases that say you're not to consume or possess. Walk around your pup. Down you go. You're okay. You're okay. You want to hand that to me and I can take it out. All right, just for Okay. >> Sadly for Brent, just confiscating the alcohol was not the only consequence. And when the officer went to deliver the bad news to him, he did something incredibly dumb in an effort to escape the consequences. >> Brent, here's the deal. >> We're all drinking water. >> Um, you do have an open case. >> What are you doing? >> You're under arrest. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> For what? >> 3345, send me a second. Place with 95 not cooperative. [music] Step out or you're going to get obstruction, too. >> No, I'm not. I'm not >> You're under arrest. >> For what? >> For multiple felony open cases. >> No. >> Brent. >> Get out. >> Brent. >> Knock it off. Get out. >> You get out. >> I will [music] not. >> Let's go. >> You have multiple felony cases. Get out. Move. >> No. >> I knew this was going to happen. That's why I didn't want >> That's why you didn't answer when I was here the first time. Don't make me bust through this door, Brent. >> Things were escalating quickly, and things were getting a whole lot worse for him over a simple case of beer. Sadly, the officer wasn't going to just give up and walk away if he closed the door on him. >> Get the hell out. >> Brent, don't [music] make me bust through this door. >> I won't bust through this door. >> Get out. >> Hey. >> Brent, stop. STOP OR YOU WILL BE TASED. GET ON THE GROUND. >> YOU WILL STOP. >> STOP OR YOU'LL BE TASED. ON THE GROUND NOW. >> OH, YOU [ __ ] AH. ON THE GROUND. >> 3345 NEEDS REPORT. >> After that's done, it was undeniable that Brent was about to meet the business end of a taser. While Brent was already on the ground, the cop was still exposed to other threats. >> On the ground. On your stomach. Or you will get tased again. Get down. Hands behind your back. >> No, I got to get my dog in here. >> 3345, suspect is on the ground, hands behind his head. >> STOP TOUCHING THE PROBE. GET ON YOUR STOMACH. HANDS BEHIND your back. On your stomach. Hey. >> No, I got to get my dog in. >> 3345, suspect was tased with poison. Hands behind his back. >> HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. [screaming] >> I WILL, BUT LET MY DOG IN. >> I will get your dog in. Hands behind your back. >> No, you won't. >> I will. I just got bit by your dog. >> I told you that would happen. >> STOP TOUCHING THE PROBE. GET on your stomach now. >> It was almost like Brent was immune to the taser, and it quickly became apparent that he wanted the dogs inside so he could sick them on the officer. While the officer waited for backup to arrive, he continued fighting with Brent. >> COME ON, DAISY. GET HIM. STOP IT. COME ON, GET GET HIM, BOSCO. >> YEAH. GET HIM, RASCAL. Drop the knife. Get the over there. >> The struggle had quickly escalated into a fight for survival. [music] Pulling a knife on a cop during a scuffle was just unbelievable. Brett was lucky he didn't get shot, and thankfully, backup arrived just in the nick of time. >> Get back right now. >> Stand by your breath. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Ow. Get back off. >> He's coming inside and he's trying to bite me. >> 3328 >> It's red. >> We sprayed the dog, too. >> The fight was finally over, and he was going to be in serious trouble. Paramedics arrived on scene to [music] examine his injuries. He's lucky they were treating him for Taser wounds and not gunshots. >> [music] >> We need to search him really well. He had a pocket knife. >> No. >> [music] >> I tried to pull it out of his pocket and then he starts grabbing at it after I get it out of his pocket. >> Stand up, Brett. [music] >> We didn't pull any probes, just so you know. They were already out. He pulled most of them out himself. >> I want to say I thought I gave him a run for his money. >> [music] >> Let's not Let's not even joke around about that. You understand the the consequences that potentially could happen, right? >> done that before. >> Yeah. >> Well, it's never going to happen again. [music] So, you need to >> They charged the man with disorderly conduct, resisting [music] arrest, and multiple felony counts of battery on an officer. They also found four guns in his house, [music] and he got charges for those as well. He was also charged with bail jumping for drinking alcohol. He [music] was given 4 and 1/2 years in prison and was given credit for a year served. On September 7th, 2024, in Florida, a woman called the cops alleging her boyfriend, a homeless man, had threatened her. >> What's going on with with this guy? >> Okay. Um so >> Where's he at now? >> On the other side, but he was punching my car. >> 10-4, 10-99. >> He was punching the windows of my car. >> 10-4, 10-99. >> He's really drunk. I've I've dealt with I'm in recovery. I've a year and a half clean, and when we met, like he just kept really upsetting and ruined everything. He's He's drunk right now. >> I've seen him before. Like he was over here like behind a tree one night. >> I'm sure, cuz he's been, you know, roaming the streets using a drug instead of staying clean with somebody that has it together. >> So, how long's he been in this area? >> Oh, a while, months. And it's been on and off, but he's he's been homeless like at least like a month and a half. >> Mhm. >> The woman, whose name was Sarah, said they'd been dating on and off, but said things had been challenging because she'd been clean for a year and a half while her boyfriend, Eric, was still using. She said that over the past few months, things had been extremely toxic. >> Do you have a restraining order in place? >> I tried to do that, and they wouldn't help me for the life of me. >> You went to the court and everything? >> Um I went to the police station, and they had somebody call while I was there. And I even like I even had videos of him like go looking through the windows of my car at 3:00 in the morning. He was escorted out of my neighborhood. irrelevant to me. Um >> When was the last time he lived with you? >> That was a while ago. I mean, I kicked him out the first time he relapsed, and then it was just a mess. >> Is there any damage to your car? >> I mean, I hope not. I just got this car, you know, I just got my [ __ ] together. It's all new to >> She told the cops that the last time she saw the man, he was passed out face down in front of the Publix grocery store down the street. With a description of the man, they soon caught up with him inside the store. Eric. >> Yes, sir. >> We spoke earlier, right? Do you remember that? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Can we talk outside? This way. What's going on with Sarah? Over here. Over here. Come over here. Yes, I did. What's going on? What happened with Sarah? >> She's selfish. >> Okay. What does that mean? >> That means she don't care about me. >> Okay. You guys aren't together, right? >> I don't know. >> At that point, he was being cooperative with the officers. He gave them his wallet and ID, and allowed them to search him. But when they told him he was being trespassed from Publix, the man's demeanor changed. Well, at this point you're going to be trespassed from the plaza at the very least. Okay, do you understand that? Do you know what that means? >> I can't come back. >> To the entire plaza. Publix, down the road. >> Yeah. >> This whole plaza. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> Yeah, they can all call. That's what that means. You're all a bunch of That's what that means. >> Okay. If you come back here and we find you here, you're going to go to jail. >> If I come back here and you find me here, I'm going to go to jail because you're a [ __ ] >> Okay. He was less than impressed with the thought of being trespassed from the plaza, but nevertheless, it was a fate he seemed to accept. But when they told the man he had to stay away from Sarah, it pushed him right over the edge. >> Don't go near Sarah. Don't come back to this plaza. >> Excuse me, don't go near Sarah. >> Don't go near her. >> Uh why? >> Because just don't go near her. Obviously, there's problems there, so don't go near her. >> Uh >> You're just going to get yourself in trouble if you go over there. >> [ __ ] you. Don't go near Sarah. Are you the god of >> She doesn't want you near her. She just told me that. >> She told you that? >> Yes. >> She told you that? >> Yes, sir. >> Are you out of your You out of your [ __ ] mind? Are you out of your [ __ ] mind? >> Don't do that again. >> Last time. Next time, it's going to be a bad day for you. That I can promise you. >> All right. >> Grab your [ __ ] and get the [ __ ] out of here. And do not come back here because if I find you, it's going to be problems. >> You don't ever tell me that you're some stupid like that at all. >> She just told us that. >> Don't smoke that [ __ ] in front of us. Dude, you get your wrist off me. >> Get your stuff and leave. Go. Get your stuff and leave. Obviously, he was hurt at the thought of Sarah not wanting to see him anymore. Rejection can be painful, but the cops had to look out for Sarah's safety. >> If she tells me some other things I'm going to come back. >> Grab your [ __ ] and get the [ __ ] out of here. >> I'm out. >> What do you No. Grab your [ __ ] and leave. You're trespassing. >> I'll beat I'll beat your ass. >> Right here. >> You're a You're a [ __ ] You're a [ __ ] >> Are you not leaving? Have a nice day. Have a good night. Watch where you're going. There's people in the plaza. >> You're a [ __ ] >> It seemed like that might be the end of things because Eric walked away and the cops left, too. But just 10 minutes later, he was back and so were the police. By that point, neither party was happy about it. >> I think do it. >> Do it. >> DO IT, [ __ ] >> Do it. Do it. I dare you, [ __ ] Look at you. You [ __ ] Put Put Put Do it, [ __ ] >> All right. >> Yeah, do it. Do it. You know what? Do it, [ __ ] Do it. I dare you, [ __ ] >> It looked like the officer here outweighed Eric by about 100 lb, but that still didn't stop the man and he challenged the cop to a fistfight in the middle of the parking lot. Not long after, the officer obliged. >> I'll break your [ __ ] jaw, [ __ ] >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not. >> Stop resisting. Stop resisting. >> I got one arm. >> Okay. I'm going to get off you. Touch me, you're going to get a bad day. Can you walk? Can you walk? >> right there. Stay right there. >> Why are you treating me like >> Shut up. Shut your mouth. You have the right to remain silent. >> He pushed the cops past their breaking point, and while he seemed to be having a bad day, perhaps the cops were, too. They deal with suspects like Eric day in and day out, and they aren't always in the mood to act as guidance counselors. >> Okay, I apologize. >> Shut your mouth. >> Okay, I apologize. >> Shut your mouth. >> I apologize. >> I bet you do now. >> What have I done wrong? Seriously. >> Trespass after warning. And pushing and assault. Two times you tried to go swing on an officer. >> I didn't swing >> Shut your mouth. >> I didn't swing on you. >> yourself and said, "Bring it." Shut your mouth. >> 21-123. >> You got anything in your other pants? Cuz if you do, we're going to add charge you. >> I don't have anything. You'll be all right. >> Get in the car. Put your feet in the car. >> He was taken to the station to be further processed, and by that point, he was extremely apologetic, to the point of tears. But sadly for Eric, it was way too late. >> 21-123. >> Gave you three chances. You didn't want to listen. >> Keep walking. >> I don't want to be arrested. >> Yeah, now. Surprise, surprise, huh? >> Yeah. >> Take your shoes off. >> Why are you doing this to me? >> Told you to leave, you didn't want to leave. You done? >> You want a lot of piece of your [ __ ] >> Can we do this already? >> You are a piece of a [ __ ] >> That's why you're here. Try again. Try again. I'm not the one in there. I'm not the one in there. >> They charged the man with two counts of trespass, assault on a law enforcement officer, assault, and domestic disturbance. They set the man's bail at $2,750. On the 9th of May, 2025, an officer pulled a motorist over for driving on a suspended license. It should have been a routine traffic stop, but the suspect chose to do things the hard way. >> Hey, boss. Do me a favor, stay in the car. >> For what? >> Stay in the car for me. It's a traffic stop. >> Traffic stop for what? >> Traffic stop. Do you have a driver's license? >> Traffic stop for what? >> Registration. >> Supervisor. >> For what? >> Supervisor. >> Okay, but you need to provide me with a driver's license. >> What was the stop for? >> For you are the registered owner, correct? >> What was the stop for? >> Are you a registered owner? >> You need a valid reason for the stop. >> you have a suspended driver's license. >> My driver's license is not >> So, then let's go ahead and let me grab your driver's license. >> My driver's license is not suspended. >> Are you the registered owner? >> My driver's license is not >> Okay, do me a favor. Provide me with your driver's license and then we'll move forward. >> You can call the supervisor. >> I will grab it. >> And then we can move forward after you call your supervisor. >> The suspect, Darius, was extremely arrogant. With such a simple traffic stop, the cops are in no way required to call a supervisor. They pulled him over for a valid reason, and if he didn't start cooperating soon, things were probably going to go south. >> All right, listen. What's your name? >> That I do not have to provide. [laughter] >> You don't want to provide it? >> I mean, I need a supervisor. I'm trying to I'm I'm to figure out what is this stop for. >> Okay. Because Okay, let's hear me out. And I'll tell you. This This vehicle registered owner >> Uh-huh. >> comes back to >> I just got out of court yesterday. So, if my driver's license were suspended, they would have provided that information to me. >> Did they get it to you? >> They did not give me no information. >> Okay. Well, then let's clear this up. You You provide me with a driver's license. >> Call when you provide a supervisor. >> What's What's your first name? If [clears throat] you're If you're driving this vehicle, the vehicle that has this car has a suspended driver's license. So, that is my traffic stop. That gives me enough to stop this vehicle. >> Yeah, but >> [laughter] >> I'm trying to figure out when do when do I have a su- I'm not going to deal with this stuff right now. I just got out of court the other day. >> You did? >> I do not want to deal with this. >> Okay, for what? >> For apparently speeding, non-insurance, but in a in a and a non-valid driver's license cuz I didn't provide my driver's license at the >> You didn't provide it at the time? >> To me, I'm doing exactly what he was doing, and he was doing everything in his power to delay the inevitable. But, despite all the man's efforts, the cop stayed extremely cordial. >> So So, this this is what This is what I do, all right? I patrol the area. >> Uh-huh. >> I try I type in driver's license or driver plates. It comes back to a registered owner that has a suspended driver's license. >> to figure out when did you have the time to even type in my license plates. You didn't have time when I was even when I was pulling outside of the bank. >> Here, listen. I'm not going to continue with this. Let's just provide the driver's license. >> I don't want to. >> I know you don't. But, you have to. This is So, >> My God. >> Let's Let's Let's get this figured out and call this a day, all right? >> After a lengthy back-and-forth, he finally handed his license over and his proof of insurance. As he went to his vehicle, the officer asked the man to sit tight. The cop had to check on his license and see if he was telling the truth, but Darius couldn't even follow the cop's basic instructions. >> All right. So, close the door. I want you to sit in the vehicle. >> I sit like this? >> No, cuz I don't want you outside the vehicle. >> What am I going to do? >> I I get it. Darius, all right? I I just don't want any confrontation. >> out and ask for a supervisor. >> What What's going on? >> So, Darius >> He is the He is the >> Darius, no no no no. Darius. >> First off, he's the initial officer on the traffic stop, so you can dismiss yourself from this investigation. So, you can disperse. >> Okay, Darius. Talk to me. We're We're on good terms, right? All right, this is what I want you to do. Sit inside your vehicle, close the door, and I'll come address you afterwards, all right? >> But things weren't all right. Instead of simply closing his door and waiting for the cop to check his license, he kept arguing with the cop about why they pulled him over, even though they explained it to him multiple times. With backup on scene, they managed to run the man's license. >> All right, so Darius. Here's the deal, right? I checked I went through my whole system, right? I I contacted So, your your driver's license is suspended. So, whatever you did with the court system yesterday or 2 days ago, 3 days ago don't know what it is going to do, okay? So, I'm going to have you step out of the car. >> And what for? >> All right, just step out of the car first, and then I'll explain everything as soon as you get out. >> And then that's why I asked for you to call for your supervisor. >> Yeah, and the supervisor is going to tell you exactly what I'm going to do. >> So, Darius, all right? I don't want to >> And what is there a warrant? >> Nope. So, this is how it goes This is how it goes down. Get all the anger and upset out and just listen to me. Open your ears for 1 second. >> One. >> Here we go. >> I'm not >> All right, so this is essentially just a traffic citation. >> So, if it's a traffic >> is what we're going to do. Our policy in our department, right? >> Provide me with a traffic violation, my ticket >> So, this is what's going to happen, >> Send me about my way. >> to have you step out of the car. >> For what? >> We are going to book you. We're going to take you back to the PD. >> You don't need to book me to give me >> do that. Yes. >> to give me a ticket. >> Okay, we're not going to keep doing this. >> The level of entitlement was just astounding. He'd been caught driving on a suspended license, and he was now going to face the consequences. If he didn't comply soon, things were going to get a whole lot worse. >> Darius, this is what's going to happen. Step out of the car. >> I have been I have I have recently I have been stabbed in my back recently, and I have been jumped. I have my mother mental PTSD. I don't have injuries to my back. So, if you guys get violent with me any sort of type of way or form to hurt me any further, >> Darius, >> I will sue and press charges against the state, and I will defend and I will exercise my constitutional right to defend myself if I feel like myself if I felt my life is being threatened or put in harm's way. >> By that point, he'd been arguing with the cops for nearly 15 minutes. If he didn't want any harm to come his way, all he had to do was step out and comply with them, but he flatly refused. >> No, you're not going to tow my car. >> I >> I don't want you to tow my >> We're not towing it. It's in the parking >> I don't >> All right, let's go. >> You're not interested. >> Come on. >> I'm trying to make >> Get out of the >> Oh, bro. >> Bro, >> Do not do this. >> Give me your other hand. >> I'm not giving you >> Calm down. >> Do this. >> Darius, >> And I'm >> We're not >> And I'm not doing nothing. >> Just get out of the car. >> I'm >> Don't make it Don't make Hey, you already made it worse for yourself. Just get out of the car. >> I'm >> You're under arrest. Anything I ask at this point is now going to be resisting charges. You don't need that. Just get out of the car and talk to me like a man, okay? >> That ain't even work that night when y'all did a illegal traffic stop on me, so >> I'm not going to talk I'm not going to talk to you like that. >> You come out and you still was on some >> Well, there's other I'm not There's more than one sergeant. >> No, I'm pretty sure it was you. >> Stop resisting. >> I wasn't there. Resisting, bro. >> Yes, you are. Stop resisting. Come here. Put him on the ground. You guys spin. You got this. All right, stop resisting. Stop resisting. You had your chance to step out of the >> I was getting ready to step out. >> It was almost comical to hear Darius claim that he wasn't resisting when for the past 15 minutes he'd been refusing to follow orders and had gotten into a wrestling match with two cops. >> I knew the law that y'all enforced without notifying nobody. >> You got anything on you? >> There was plenty of coverage over a couple years ago. When did y'all win the lottery? >> It become actually a year >> Two years ago then I get >> That's not no Talk to that guy. >> Look it up. Besides if if that was so I would have had got the issue a year ago when I first had got my license without no >> Is that your car? >> What? You act like I'm going to run away. >> You don't get You got to go all that extra >> You're going to be on camera. >> That's cuz you came and they even provided you with a sergeant when I first asked in the first place. >> Look at that stone chin mother for bones. All for us. The [ __ ] they don't want to give my information. >> They arrested the man and he was charged with driving on a suspended license, obstruction, and resisting arrest. But if you thought that guy was dumb, just wait till you get a load of our next suspect. On the 9th of May, 2025, the cops encountered an intoxicated man who claimed he'd forgotten his phone inside a bar. He said the staff wouldn't let him retrieve it and he begged the cops to help him get it back. >> And he was very nice. >> Okay, listen. What does your phone look like? My phone is a black Right here. All right. You already You already paid your tab? How are you going to call that phone? I paid my tab. You can call my phone for me. Okay, I'm not going to call your phone for you, but Please be nice because when y'all lost y'all phone one time downtown, I bought the phone to a police officer. Okay. And he dropped it. Two things. One One, I'm going to help you out. Two, you're just not going to tell me what you're going to be doing. Please be nice. Yeah. >> So they They don't have your card because they don't keep cards. >> They don't even pay attention. >> I asked for my phone. >> Okay, then I'll just tell you >> I'm not I'm not I'm not being >> going. >> No, no, stop because I asked her Listen, listen. >> The cops tried to calm him down, but they were having little success. He was extremely intoxicated and just couldn't seem to listen. He said he'd left his phone inside the bar, but the staff said they'd never seen him. >> Here for you. >> I No, you're not here for me. You're here for them to protect their establishment. All I want is my phone. All I want is my >> We don't We never served you. >> Okay, when I find my phone and I check it and >> You're going to back up. >> Okay. >> You're going to back up. >> When I find my phone and I check that it's here, that's on y'all. >> Okay, have a good night. >> That's fine. You can You can try that in the morning. They don't have your phone. >> They do. >> They never even served you. >> Use a good lie and lie cuz I got to >> They don't have your phone tonight. Goodbye. >> USE A GOOD LIE AND GET THE [ __ ] OUT MY face because I >> Have a good night. >> There was nothing for the cops to do because the bar said they hadn't even served him. His best bet was to just go on home and try to find it in the morning by retracing [music] his steps. Unfortunately, he was way too worked up to think straight. >> Sir, ma'am I just wanted to have a drink. So please go in there and ask them for me. >> not back in there. They don't want you there. >> No, they kicked me out of there because I found out my phone was there. >> I'm I'm telling you right now they would not steal a phone. Okay? You went in there, they your tab is paid. What I recommend to you Can you listen to how I would handle this situation? >> So, how can I >> Are you reasonable? Are you reasonable? You look like a reasonable guy. >> I am very much so. But, how can I pay a tab and not pay it off with my phone? >> I They probably don't have tap to pay in there. You probably have to use your credit card. You have a card on you? >> I used tap. >> Okay. They don't have your phone. I want to say that. >> It's not making sense to me when I pay the tab. >> to me. If they If the business tells me they don't have your phone >> But, she doesn't give a >> Well, when you say it like that, it's not my problem to you. We're trying to help you and you're not being a >> Hey, find somebody else to play with. That's not me. >> At that point, he wasn't in trouble yet, and all he had to do was go home or go somewhere else. Sadly, he let his ego get the best of him, and he escalated things further. >> Okay. One more time. >> I'm trying to be nice to you. You do it You got to do because it's not me, it's them. >> Have a good night. You're done here. >> I'm doing no good night when I They got my phone. >> You're done here. >> We're done. Have a >> They don't have my >> Bye. >> They don't have your card cuz you paid with your phone. >> They do. >> You paid with your phone. That's what you just said. >> Ain't no paying my phone. >> They don't have your phone. >> Yeah. Have a good night. >> Okay. >> If you come back, you're going to go to jail. >> Okay. Trespass. That's fine. I don't need it. You dumb [ __ ] Can I get me all of the documentation, please? Thank you. >> What's that? >> Give me all your documentation. Thank you. >> Shut up. >> No, it's no shut up. Give me the documentation. Thank you. >> You come back, you go to jail. >> Give me the documentation. Thank you. >> Yeah. What do you >> Give me all of your information, so when I get so when I prove you you're wrong, you can look like a fool. Thank you. No, that's no good night. Give me all of your documentation and I can go to Give me your documentation and I can go to Give me your documentation. and I need Give me your No, I need your card and your name up. No, no, no, no, baby. >> The man had now been put on notice. He'd been trespassed from the premises, and if he didn't leave soon, there'd be serious trouble. The man decided to stick around a bit longer and argue a bit more. >> Give me your card and your documentation. Give me YOUR CARD AND YOUR DOCUMENTATION. I NEED YOUR THE THE I got to go. Give me your card. >> No. >> Give me your card and your documentation. Please. Give me your card. Give me your I'm not I'm not resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> arm now. >> I'm not resisting. >> your arm now. >> I'm not resisting. >> Give me your arm now. >> I'm not resisting. I asked a simple question. I asked for information. So, me asking for information >> No, you're snatching it, officers, and putting your hands on people. >> I never touched a officer. >> Walking up to the cop aggressively after she'd told him to step back several times was about the dumbest thing he could have done. Instead of heading home, he was headed to jail. >> I'm not doing nothing wrong. I asked for card and information. So, how did I get You dropped me off wrong. I asked for card and information. >> It'll be on the traffic ticket. >> For a card and information? Come on, man. >> Take this off, man. How many other times you were warned to stop approaching the officer? >> I asked for card and information. >> getting the paperwork for you >> She didn't do nothing. >> Now you're going to jail. Is your Is your name Darius? >> I asked for card and >> Is your name Darius? >> No, all I asked for was card and information. >> Is your name Darius? >> Alexis is recording this. >> Is your name Darius? >> I'm just answering you. >> Your debit card that you were looking for was found in your right pocket, Darius. >> I didn't ask you about a debit card. >> You did, sir. >> No, I asked you about the drink. >> No, you asked about that and your phone, of which they don't have your phone. The debit card that you were looking for was in your pocket. >> not in there, bud. We told you that. >> is. All you got to do is >> wanted to do the most. >> her for some All I asked her was card information. Yes, I did. >> As the officers continued searching him, he began to get aggressive. It seemed like he might be trying to hide something, which just made the cops dig deeper. It wasn't too long before they found what he was trying to hide. >> Stop doing that. >> I'm not doing nothing. >> Stop doing that. You're going to go back to the ground, you understand? >> I don't have no cocaine in my pocket. >> That's where that stuff on that side, that's why. Hey, just do it on this side, this side, this side. What? Here, there's stuff on this side. I got it. I got it. No, I got it. It's fine. I just put it in my back pocket, that's all. >> All right. Have a seat. Is there anything else on you that we didn't find? >> No, man. I didn't do anything wrong all night. >> All right. >> I didn't >> You can debate that with the judge, okay? Put your feet in. >> The level of stupidity was just off the chart. Who in their right mind would start an argument with the cops while they had a pocket full of cocaine? It was a really dumb move, and he was going to pay for it. >> I have not done nothing, man. I'm telling you. >> We have to positive cocaine, seized here. Approximately half gram. >> All right, step up. >> I'm not trying. Don't think I'm being wrong. Can I go independent with a van for asking about my cell phone? >> Orange reserve. >> Orange reserve. Asking about my cell phone. >> Sorry. Have a seat. >> They charged the man with assault on law enforcement, possession of cocaine, resisting without violence, and trespassing in an occupied structure. On the 10th of July, 2025, an officer pulled a pedestrian over for walking down the middle of the road. It should have just been a simple ticket, but the suspect's ego got the best of him. >> Yeah, don't be walking out in the middle of the road. I said, "Don't be walking out in the middle of the road." >> You walking on the middle of the road? >> Yeah, cuz I'm coming over to you. >> Well, listen, you No, no, no, no. It works both ways. You a citizen? Without With a badge, you're a citizen. Okay, so listen, don't give me that crap, please. I don't I don't have to provide >> Yeah, you do, because you violated traffic control >> No, no, I just called I just called the shift commander, and he I know he's coming over here to me. Yeah. No, I don't need to go >> You're not going to tell me anything. You're going to give me your ID cuz you just violated. Okay? >> There you go. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Oh, I GOT A BROKEN BACK. >> WELL, THEN STOP RESISTING. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. >> In the blink of an eye, the officer called the suspect's bluff. All he had to do was hand over his license, and he'd be on his way home. But now he was lying face down in the cement, waiting for the cuffs to go on. >> Okay, I got a head injury. Send me an ambulance. AN AMBULANCE! I NEED HELP. GIVE ME MY HEAD. I GOT A BROKEN NO, you're not. No, you're not. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. I GOT A BROKEN BACK. YOU HIT ME RIGHT HERE. OH, YOU HIT ME RIGHT HERE. HELP! >> [screaming] >> HELP! HELP! I'M A CITIZEN. HELP! HELP! WE NEED HELP. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR YOU WANT TO GET TASED? >> I'VE BEEN TASED BEFORE. I think I'll sue. >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Last chance. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your Put your hands behind your back. >> The officer here clearly wasn't kidding. If the suspect, Hector, didn't comply pretty quick, he'd be seeing the business end of a taser. Thankfully, some backup arrived to provide some assistance. >> He just kicked me. I know >> Put your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> OKAY, THAT'S ALL RIGHT. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I've got the shift commander. He's talking to baby. Oh, he's saying you guys >> it. I got it. >> He's better not tase me. No, I'm good. >> He's still resisting at 10-20 4 right now. >> Yeah, but they have cameras on. You have You have cameras on? >> You're going to get tased. >> I've been tased but I was shooting the >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> HELP ME, ELIAS! >> [screaming] >> HELP ME, ELIAS! I'VE BEEN GETTING BEAT UP BY THESE COPS. HE punched me by the HE KICKED ME IN MY CHEST AND I GOT I GOT PTSD. HELP! >> [screaming] >> I GOT A BACK INJURY AND HE'S STILL DOING IT. I'm 67 years old. 67! Somebody record this! Help I'm going to get up. I'm going to go. >> No. >> Yes, I'm going to go. >> It's too late now. >> No, that's >> You're going to jail. It's too late. >> It's astounding to watch people who claim they suffer from injury or illness, yet resist the cops to the point of a wrestling match. Sadly, that was only the beginning because what Hector told the cops next was truly mind-boggling. >> You better call your shift commander. I've already contacted him. You better call your Don't attack me. Well, this act is going to >> You're ignorant. Be quiet. >> No, you're ignorant. I'm an ex-cop. Hello. >> Good for you. >> Yeah, thank god. >> you should know if you violate a traffic infraction, then you have to provide ID. >> No warrant. No search and seizure. I don't No No search and seizure. No search and seizure. No search and seizure. >> Shut up. >> No search and seizure. No search and seizure. >> You can go over to the channel 5 >> I want an ambulance. Ambulance. >> If he was really an ex-cop, he should have known better. Furthermore, if he was ex-law enforcement, it made the whole situation a whole lot more embarrassing. Next up, a supervisor arrived and they continued to search him. >> What hurts? >> Well, I got a back injury. >> Back injury, what else? >> Well, I'll tell you right now. They never had to treat me this way. They never would treat anybody like this. >> Okay. >> Okay. We'll take care. >> Yep, we will. >> It was hard to believe from his behavior, but he was telling the truth about being an ex-cop. He continued to scream for an ambulance at the top of his lungs, even though the cops told him that it was on its way. At the same time, the officer told his supervisor what led to the traffic stop. >> Yeah, so as I'm coming over, he runs out into traffic, violated the traffic control device. >> He runs out into traffic? >> Yeah. So, I tell him I'm like, you need to give me your ID for the violation. Said no. I said, you don't have a choice. You committed a traffic infraction. He's like, well, I'm not giving it to you. Arrest me then. So, I said, okay, put your hands behind your back. >> That's what happens when you resist the police, man. >> I didn't resist. He came running at me on the >> And you got to be happy with it. >> of resisting. >> No, no. He is lying because I was recording earlier. >> No, it's because you committed a you committed a traffic infraction. >> twice. >> Cool. Now you go to jail. Good job. >> He could argue all he wanted, but he had definitely been resisting. And as a former cop himself, he should have known better. Shortly after, paramedics arrived on scene to check on the mayor. >> What's going on? >> What's going on? I got beaten by the cops. >> All right, I can't go on like this. >> I I was happy. He's like the mayor of New York City, you know? And then he make him a police officer. >> With that >> And this guy kicked me in my ribs and punched me in my ribs. You tell me I'm 67 years old. >> Well, I need you. I didn't kick you. >> I was beaten by this cops. I don't want you guys touching me no more. >> No, that's why >> I'm going to EMT. >> Oh, okay. I appreciate it. >> Yeah, you're a great officer. >> So many people. Job well done. >> Hector was placed on a stretcher and they continued rendering aid. Afterwards, he was placed in the back of an ambulance and taken to the hospital. After being checked by medical staff, he'd be transported to jail. >> Can you have the superintendent call me at the hospital? >> No one's calling you, dude. You're going to jail. >> I called them twice. >> You can call when you get out. >> No, I'm going to go see him. >> Good luck. >> I don't know what kind of piece of crap you guys are. >> Perfect. I'm going to get my business card. Look at this young guy today. The gangs. They got the tattoos, the garbage. They're unbelievable. They think they're tough guys. But in a real combat situation, they would They didn't go to Vietnam. They didn't go to join the military. My nephew is in the Marines. Cuz we love this country. But these people, they are Democrats. >> Uh not unless they want it. Our chance to follow. >> Hector was arrested for resisting without violence. All that tough talk didn't last long. Once the situation got real, all that confidence started to fade. Sadly for these people, it's a reality check they get quickly when these incredibly fake tough guys think they can overpower police.
