guard for impersonating a police officer after he attempted to pull over a state police captain on a highway driving a vehicle equipped with blue emergency style lights the security guard was seen slowing down traffic when the state police captain tried to pass the guard activated his lights appearing to Signal the officer to stop noticing the vehicle lacked a license plate the captain alerted on Duty Officers while following the suspect the guard then turned off his lights and attempted to evade Pursuit police ultimately confronted him on private property where he claimed to be a security
