your mother. You punk mother. That's all right. That's all right. Look up. Suck my suck my suck my All right. Why don't you place your hands behind your back? Okay. Come out of there. You're under arrest. I'm not. Come out of there. I just Oh, you hit my face. Get on. Get on your face. Get on your face. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. What's wrong? By now, we're used to seeing criminals run from police, but on rare occasions, they willingly open the doors. And sometimes, they're the ones who called 911 in the first place. From a shoplifting UFC fighter to a foul-mouth hip hop star, here's what happens when a wanted criminal accidentally opens the door to the cops. You don't want to walk to the car. You want to get tased. That's what we want. You want to be carried like a child? You want to show this to your son? No. I don't know why you're here. When we think of UFC fighters, we immediately picture ruthless aggression and a hefty bank account. But this incident from February 9th, 2024 turns that idea upside down. The fighter in this case was caught shoplifting along with his girlfriend. But you'll be surprised to learn which of the two put up a fight. He's not the UFC fighter or whatever. Yes, he is. Well, just keep all your officer safety in mind, man. Like they're they're monsters. He's bigger than all three of us. So, you want to just rip it? Let's do it. Let's go make contact. [Music] Do you have Lindsay's coming to the door? Hi. Hello, Lindsay. How are you? Is John available as well? Uh, what is this about? Uh, it's in regards to some things that happened at Kohl's. If you want to go ahead and step out here, if you want to yell for John. Um, John's not here. Okay. Two days prior, the two suspects were caught on camera shoplifting at a Cole store. After stealing merchandise worth $250, they drove off in a Chevy Tahoe. It was easy for the cops to identify the vehicle as well as the suspects. UFC fighter John Gianna Tazio II and his girlfriend Lindsay. I mean, I just seen a gentleman go inside that fit the description. Oh, there's John. Hey, John. How are you? How you doing, man? So before we do anything, just for everyone's safety, I know you guys aren't going to want to do this, but unfortunately I just want to detain everyone for safety. So let's go ahead and turn this away for me. Okay, we'll take care of it. How old is this? Yeah, this is just for safety precautions. Okay. What? For what? We'll go over here in just one second. As the handcuffs go on, you might expect that a big bad MA fighter would be angry about the situation or would one way or another resist. John, however, was completely silent and cooperative. Lindsay, on the other hand, well, she was just getting started. I'm not sure what's going on. Have stuff that we need to do. Do you have Y this you guys and question? I'm sorry. We can read them both and have them both answer that and then fully answer any questions or we talk to you about anything. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used you against you in court. Do we understand each of these rights that I've explained to you? Of course. Okay. With these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to us now? No. Not if we don't have to. Okay. That you're right. That's why I had to go over that. Would you? Um I I really I need water. I just Right. We just finished working out. I might pass out. I haven't worked on my business. Do you need medical attention? Who knows? No. Can we just get water? Well, unfortunately at this time, we're not going to do that. See, we have some information at Kohl's where you guys were in there and you proceeded past the point of payment, which means you guys have um are going to be charged with retail theft. Okay. With the suspects now safely detained, the cops could safely inform them that they were being arrested for shoplifting. The UFC fighter calmly accepted his fate again. Although he was a bit nauseous, but his girlfriend, however, had no intention of doing the same and accepting her fate. Just sit down for a second. Yeah, if you want to sit, that'd be fine. Yeah. Um, you want to sit as well? I just started a new prescription and I haven't worked out in a couple weeks, so I'm like really about You want to sit or you want to lean up against the car? Whatever. Okay. I don't know what this means. What does this mean? So now our kids are going to not be picked up from school. Do you have a number? Somebody that we have. It's just us. This is ridiculous. So if it's if it's not you guys, then we have to call. So you want our parents to fly from Chicago right now? Cuz that's not possible. We don't have any money. The girlfriend here is a prime example of an extremely entitled suspect. While she was already in handcuffs and about to be taken to jail, for some reason, she still believes she had a say in the matter. Her demeanor was hostile, almost as if she blamed the cops for her arrest. Luckily, the female officer was not going to tolerate it. Here's the option. Can you get these? We can call a friend or family member to come help take care of your son. Then the next office and you're not taking our kids. I'm not taking them. I'm going to have to contact the CF. No, you're not. Absolutely not. You're not. Unfortunately for that, um, that's what we're going to do. You don't get the choice of that anymore because you guys are both being placed under arrest for retail theft. We did not steal anything. Okay. So, I'd like to know and you can fight that battle when that time comes, but it's not going to be today. Okay. You'll turn and face away from me and I'll put you down for weapons. For weapons? Yes. Any Do you have anything on you that's going to stick or hurt me? No, I don't have anything. Go inside and turn around. This is ridiculous. Enough. This is No, that's my Look at my Okay, then we'll walk to our car doesn't have to see it. I appreciate your cooperation. You don't want to walk to the car. You want to get tased. That's what we want. You want to be carried like a child. You want to show this to your son. No. I don't know why you're here. This is what happens when people don't get enough discipline as kids. They turn out like Lindsay, self-absorbed, entitled, and somehow unable to take any responsibility for their actions. She was basically acting like a three-year-old child. Stand up. I'm not standing up. I'm not standing up. Do you want to stay here with her? And then we'll just pull the car up. That works. And then we'll drag her from there. You will not because that's assault. You're assaulting me for no reason on my own property. You want to go for a resisting, too? No, I want to get Leave me alone. You're not going to wrestle me. I'm way stronger than you. Yeah, you are. I know you are. So, you want to go for resisting, too? Sure. You don't need to stop. You need to call. I can't get my phone. How are we supposed to call her? Get off of me. It's not happening now. Okay, I'm going back to my house because it's my house. You're going to get tased. You want now? You're going to get tased. Walk the damn car. Give me my shoes. Give me my shoes and my phone. This is over. This is You're about to get tased. So, while this big bad UFC fighter laid casually on the sidewalk, his girlfriend was raising holy hell. Get up now. You just pushed me down. How am I supposed to get up? Three seconds. Get up. You're going to get tased. One. This is because you're pushing me down. Give me my shoes. Give me my shoes. Stop. Dude, this is [ __ ] Here, walk this way so it's not so much of a hill. What does it matter if it's a hill? Now you care. Now you care. Coming to my house and assaulting me on my property. Who do you think you are? That's what I'd like to know. I need shoes and I need my phone. Give me your shoes. Do this again. I need my shoes and my phone. How am I supposed to call someone without my phone? Can you tell me that? Put your leg. Can you tell me how I'm supposed to call someone without my phone? My phone's in the lock. There's How am I supposed to get a phone number? Remember them? Watch your phone. Remember them? We don't have anyone here. You're about to get it again. Stop. Go. After getting the suspect in the squad car, they were probably hoping that would be the end of it. Fortunately for them, Jon was actually quite respectful. The cops managed to have an adult conversation with him, and they were quickly able to reach a mature understanding. That's all I'm worried about for sure. He I got medic coming for him, right? Do you have anyone that we can call? Friend, coworker. I do. I do. She can come immediately. I You have a phone number for her? I don't I don't know her phone. Where's your phone at? My head. You could at least give me my shoes. It's hot as back here. You going to You trying to me too? There you go, ma'am. It's on Max. Okay. I need my phone and my shoes. And you cannot go in my house. So, I need to go get them. That's never going to happen. You need to lock my house. You won't let me leave my house unattended. We'll lock it for you. No, you cannot go in my house. Dude, this is bull. Get me out of here. So, it's in the kitchen on the island. Yeah, but I don't want What kind of dog do you have? So, you're not calling? Yeah, I don't want you guys going in there. Okay. You don't want us to go inside? I don't want to be hurt. He's a pup. He's a 10-month old German Shepherd. While John explained that he didn't want the officers to enter his house because his dog was inside, there was some very loud screaming from the squad car. Unbeknownst to the officers, Lindsay was being a very mischievous girl. If no one can come pick up your son, then DCF will go to get your son. No, they won't. No one is touching my son, by the way. Okay. You will not be touching. And DCFS won't either. That's not how this works. You don't just take people's kids for no reason. You're right. We don't We take them for their safety. For their safety. My kids are the safest kids in the world. Not when they're by themselves. Oh, you guys got big mama coming, right? So you can handle me. Is that right? No, you can handle. Yeah. Great. There goes the dog. Way to go, you stupid pigs. You let the dog out. There she goes. She's going to get hit by a car. Way to go. Good job. Your friend let you dog out. No, because you guys are here for no reason. Because you were stealing a coal, man. I wasn't stealing. I was stealing. I was by picking up an order. An order that I paid for. You want to see my receipt? I could show you on my phone. We know you picked up an order and then you put other items in there. No, I didn't. We're I'd like to see them. After readjusting the woman's handcuffs, they were both taken to jail. The officers did oblige John and called the neighbor to take care of the kids while they were gone. They both got charges for petty theft, but not surprisingly, Lindsay also got a charge for resisting arrest. Our next suspect is Raymond Scott, also known as Benzino. He's a well-known figure in the hip-hop community, both as a rapper and co-founder of The Source magazine. But on the 7th of June, 2022, he got a visit from law enforcement that he definitely didn't want. Since he'd just gotten out of jail, he wasn't too pleased to see police uniforms when he opened the door. Sheriff's Office. Is there anybody else in the house? No. I need you to step out, sir. Okay. Too much. Step out. So, I can't get my draws off. Step out. For what? Step out. We're going to clear our back. We're going to clear the house. Okay. So, that's fine. Sheriff's office. Sheriff's office goes to the room. What you got down? The apartment manager told the officers that Benzino was up for eviction. So that's what they told the man when they apprehended him as they were trying to keep things cool. But the real reason they were there was that Benzino had a warrant. All right, sir. You come on in. Yeah. All right. Um you're going to get cash uh medication before you go for anything. Let me know exactly what you what you're going. Let's see. Uh, are there any weapons in the house? No. Okay. Okay. My phone. Uh, let me put on my shorts. Yeah. So, so, so I can call the truck now, right? Yes. Yeah. All right. Cool. Um, do you have your ID on you? Yeah. All right. As Benzino casually look for an ID, he still doesn't know why the cops are there because at this point he still thinks this is just an eviction. He's smiling and he doesn't seem all that upset about it. However, slowly but surely his suspicion creeps up and he starts asking questions. As far as the clothes, right, as far as everything, what are they going to do with I don't want I ain't going to mess up. Okay, cool. You got medication? Uh, yeah. No, I don't. Um, but what's the what's the um what they as far as doing like my clothes? Everything is going to come out of this apartment. Man, we already know that. I'm saying how are they taking my clothes out? How they can get it out of the apartment? Right. I'm saying do they have bags and boxes? I can't answer that. I'm not part of the moving crew. You're not what? I'm not part of the moving crew. They're going to get it out however they can get it out. As Benzino got dressed and found all his medication, he called out for his dog, Pablo, thinking he was moving out. At that point, the cops decided that was the time to reveal the real reason they were there. And Benzino wasn't going to like it one bit. Mhm. All right. I had it right here. Yeah. All right, sir. So, go ahead and place your hands right here. What's this for? Uh, you have an active warrant in Cob County. I just I just got out of jail with that. I just came out. Okay. All right. Well, they still confirmed it. Place your hands behind your back. What's What's the war? We'll go over there as soon as I have it. All right. I just came out of jail with that. I I have the papers. You want to see the paper? Hold on. Hold on. I just got out of jail for that. Don't race me. I'm done. Listen. Arrest me properly. I'll see your Okay. All right. I just got I just got three days ago. Okay. All right. For the same. Let me show my papers. I got you. I got you. I got I just got in jail for this. The rapper claimed that he paid $120 to get bailed out of Cobb County Jail for a traffic charge. He told the cops to look at the papers as he was convinced this was all just a dumb mistake made by law enforcement. And as time passed, being handcuffed began to slowly elevate his aggression. Relax. Well, take these off, man. Listen, you're just detained. You're not under wrist. Chill out. I I I guess something came back for a while. Yeah, man. Up. Hey. Hey. Hey. We know how to undo every Relax. Come on, bro. Hell. Yeah, because you get sued. You don't want to get sued. Yeah, we don't want to get sued. around. It might just be a delay that they didn't put it in, but delayed that they put in the think it is. Just hurry the up and take these cuffs off. I can't wait to sue you, mother. I can't wait. Let's go. Matter of fact, am I locked up? Am I Come on. Let's go. Let's go. 10:15. What does that mean? The act the warrant still active. So really you guys going to lock me up on the same warrant I just got bailed out on? That's okay. I'm going sue you dumb. I'mma sue your stupid good. No, no, no. I just I just got bailed out on a warrant. On what? The cops weren't very clear about Benino's charges. All they knew was that he had a warrant for domestic violence. The rapper flat out denied the allegations, and you might say he was offended by them. Relax. No, he's fine. It's him. Listen, he's not on the same thing. It is an additional charge for what? Did you have I guess it's a TV warrant. What's a TV warrant? Domestic violence. Domestic violence. No. No. Hell no. I'm suic I'm talking to you. Okay. You have a right to be upset. I'm giving you What's the warranting on? I just told you domestic violence. [ __ ] from who? I don't I I don't have it in front of you. I'm going to shoot a son of a Hey, listen. Listen. Man, that's that's bull. I don't got no domestic vi What's the date on it? What's the date? I just told What's the date? No, you didn't. You told me, Listen, I don't know that date, but you have a You can't tell me nothing. On one hand, the man's frustrations make sense. He was being arrested and was not being told why. But at the same time, the cops, of course, had a job to do. While they didn't have detailed info about the warrant, they still had to process the arrest. Slowly but surely, Benzino was reaching a boiling point, and he suddenly unleashed a torrent of profanities at them. You have anything in here you want to take with I'm trying to work with you. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. You Let's go. Take me to Take me out. cuz he I'm trying to get my key. Take me out. I still I got to call my lawyer. Take me to Do you have anything? What do you think? You got I can't believe my suck my [ __ ] suck my suck my suck my This don't even make sense. This don't even make sense. Why' the officer arrest me then? Huh? Does that make sense to you? You idiots, man. Oh man, you guys are violating the out of my rights. That's all right though. That's all right, man. Do you know how many times cop cop Connie beat sued? Been sued, you sle. As tough as he looked on the outside, Benino turned out to be nothing more than an entitled brat. He was apparently accustomed to getting his way with things. In one moment, he was cursing the officers using the foulest language imaginable. But the second he ran out of air, he became calm as a puppy. Your mother, you punk mother. That's all right. That's all right. Suck my suck my suck my suck my look up to that you your mother. Your mother's sucking my I can't believe it. It doesn't even make sense. I just got out of jail in a in a domestic violence man. 242 AD. Hey, officer. Officer, I apologize. Can you unroll down the window, please? Yeah, I got cuz I can't breathe, man. I can't breathe. This is I don't even like know what's going on. Thank you, sir. Thank you, sir. Cuz I I can't breathe. Thank you. A little more, please. Thank you. In the end, he somehow managed to calm down and was safely transported to jail. Eventually, all charges against Ben Zeno were dropped. Well, that was a lot of foul language in such a short time. So, now let's head over to somewhere more joyful, like a daycare. On the 15th of June, 2024, 26-year-old Vicki from Ohio went to the daycare ceremony of her kids' daycare. When she realized her ex was there, too, she called the police because he'd apparently broken a civil protection order. Um, he's been stalking. Yes, he's been stalking me for the past year. He tried to me. He ran my car off the side of the road. Like, I have a protection order. He's inside. What is he wearing? So, I don't even know. But I can show you a picture of him. Like, every time I call you guys, there's nothing you can do. Last time I said he's outside my house. Did you take a picture? It's 3:00 in the morning. I don't got a time. This is him. TPL is confirmed. Yes, it's confirmed. They just search. Stop. Please stop. I'm trying to help. I haven't CPO. Arrest him. Get him out of here. I'm sick of him violating CPO. He's inside. Yes. What's his name? Jamal Williams. But he's trying to find loopholes and tactics every single time I let him see. Never again. Yes. throw at my house, in my car, and they're all here. Vicki was definitely prepared. She even had a copy of the civil protection order in her car. However, the real issue was whether her ex Jamal Williams had officially been served. If he hadn't been served, the cops didn't have authority to enforce the order. I even I even called her to see if there if I was allowed to be here. How long does a restraining order be? Usually it goes. So if it's a civil protection order, it's however long until the person wants to drop. See, I don't know if it was civil. She gave me one, but it was about over a year or two. She came back. And this is the dad cuz she even threatened me. I'm the owner of the business. Okay. And he came in. He said, "Nothing." She was the one who got up, got off, you know, robbed and upset, started cussing, and then and I told him, "You got to get for my daughter. It looked like this young man was just trying to be a part of his child's life. He came to the ceremony, asked if he could be there, and never said anything to anyone. The mom, however, got all upset. She was using foul language and had to be escorted out. That's when she called the cops. They're still They're still trying to confirm it to see if you were given if you weren't served any paperwork. If you if you was not served, man, I ain't going to lie to you. We going to be up out of here. All right. ain't nobody if you if you if you were served. No agents from the court. No police officer, no sheriff, nobody. I ain't seen nothing. I got you. If if you were served, we'll check the diameters of of that protection order. I'm not you know, y'all. Alicia will tell you. I call Monday or Tuesday. I let her know. I said, "Look, I want you guys to know I Well, I talked to him last week actually a couple times, but I wanted to talk. She owns the place. Mhm. So I said, "Look, I've called children's services. I want to encourage you guys if you see anything that's not right to speak up on my son's behalf." At some point, Vicki got involved again, urging the officers to arrest the man. She got so out of line that one of the employees called the man and his daughter inside to protect the child from seeing all that nastiness. In this situation, it was clearly evident who the employees trusted more. That's when the officers found out that Vicki had an outstanding warrant. Vicki, can you stand over here for a second? Just for a second. Oh my god. Oh my relax. Don't call this in front of your kids. What the? Are you crazy? Put your hands behind the scene. Put your hand on her belly. Hands behind your back. Vicki, are you crazy? Back off. Stop. Stop. No. We're fighting. We're fighting. Vicki, stop. Stop. Stop. Ricky, stop. Stop. Stop. Knock off. Don't fight me. Ricky, stop. You want to get tased? Taser. Put your Put your hands behind your back when you're getting tasered. Put your hands behind your back. You're getting tasered. After being threatened with the taser, the woman finally calmed down enough for them to handcuff her. But she wasn't done resisting just yet. Not to mention using foul language that would even put Ben Zeno to shame. Another treated as you. You don't care about me. You don't care about me. Love you. We're not you. Get her up. Get her up. Of course. You were going to We're going to roll over. Stand up. Three, two, one. Stand up. Exactly. Are you I was a youn [Applause] get me in your goddamn car and take me to jail now. Now stop. You sick. Stop. I hope you relax and die slow, you fat. Relax. It was obvious the woman didn't care about putting her kids through trauma. All she cared about was herself and punishing her ex. As she was being placed in the squad car, some other woman started shouting at police. Hop in. Hop in. Get in the car. I'll type this. You got to say something when you're fighting. Okay. I did. He said it. Nothing came over. He said it. No. All right. Ma'am, who are you related to here? That's my daughter. Okay. They said you were somebody's mom. Yeah, I'm her mom. Here's the thing. You should be on or off medication and and you know something. Here's the thing. But she Stop talking, ma'am. Listen, let me let me try. I'm trying to give I'm trying to talk to him. Trying to talk to you. Trying to talk to her. All right. We can't help you if all you're going to do is start throwing out mother this mother. I'm not saying you are. Okay. It's very hard for me to help you when you are the primary physical aggressor. Okay. I know. So, I don't want her. Here's the thing. The officer proceeded to explain the situation in very simple terms. Despite the restraining order, in this particular situation, Vicki was the aggressor and was raising hell in front of the cops. Even if she wasn't being arrested on a warrant, they still could have booked her on disorderly conduct. When she's cussing you, cussing him, this guy's all about it. I mean, we can only handle one incident at a time. Well, now she's got a warrant for arrest. Had she gone along with the program, Sheffield Lake may not even have warranted her on this warrant, but she wants to act a fool out here. She's going to the county now regardless. And all she had to do was go with the program. That's perfect. I say I said she called police and she probably got a warrant. Like that's the first thing I said. She knew she had a warrant. She knew she had got a warrant from the getgo. She wanted to leave. She's got court appearance that she didn't show up for. That's why all of a sudden the longer we're here, she wants to roll out. Well, then I guess that protection order ain't ain't a big deal to you now. Okay. She ru my grandpa's day. I got that. And and you know something, ma'am, I'm sorry. I'm sorry that that's this is how you have to spend your Sunday or Saturday afternoon, but she's going to Sheffield on their warrants. She's going to have charges from us now. Ultimately, the man was still served the papers and Vicki had to go to jail. They charged the woman with resisting arrest and obstructing official business. She later got out on a $5,000 bond and entered a plea deal. The resisting charge was dropped and she pled no contest to obstructing official business. All Vicki had to do was pay a $100 fine and court costs. On the 20th of April 2024, police were dispatched after a homeowner reported that a female stranger had been driven to their house. When the cops got there, they found the suspect, Bridget, sitting in a vehicle. But who was this woman and why was she there? She's in there. She's not right there in the passenger seat, sir. Okay. Bridget. Yeah. What's your last name? Barti. Okay. Can you step out for me? I've done nothing wrong. I know. All right. Do me a favor and spin around. Hands behind your back. I behind your back. Behind your back. Why are you rushing me? Stop. Bridget, you you have under No, we'll talk. We're We'll talk about it for now. Comply. So, don't don't do anything stupid. We don't want to get you an RO2. Okay. Sound good? We're going to look into this warrant. Nothing. And go from there. There's no warrant for me. Yes, sir. Okay. Put your hands together. Put your hands together. I have You have rights. Yep. Bridget, put your hands together like you're praying. hands together. At this point, Bridget seemed more afraid than rebellious. She didn't really come off like someone who'd fight off two police officers. But as we're about to find out, there's more to Bridget than meets the eye. Bridget, stop. Bridget, stop. You'll listen. If you if you stop now, we won't charge you with RO. Do you understand? But I Please stop. Stop. Bridget, I used to live here. I did. Okay. Now you get an RO. No. No. I used to live here. My sister my mom was scared because let's walk to my car. I get there. Ma'am, did you bring her here? I did. I was trying to I was trying to help her. We did. She told me she thought the I'll be back. Talk. Okay. Let me I'll talk to you in a sec. Bridget, do you have anything illegal on you? No. No. No weapons. No bombs. No. No. Okay. Please. Please. Walk over here. Please. over here. I miss person. Please check the FBI. Please listen to me. The Russians are looking for me. Please visit with me. Please. The cops didn't pay much attention to what Bridget was saying. It was almost as if they dealt with her before. But before they move on, they'll first have to talk to the witnesses. As it turned out, the woman on the right was trying to help Bridget out. And she was under the impression that this was Bridget's house. How you doing, officer? Good. How we doing? Good. I'm sorry. No, you're fine. Homeowners. Yes, sir. Okay. I am just a pharmacy tech who was trying to help her. I gave her a place to stay a week. Yep. Over Christmas time. One second. She showed up again. I've been hold on to her so I can put these belts on. Please listen to me. I'm missing person. I'm missing person. Please call me F. Please. Bridget, do you have anything illegal on you? love me so much. I feel nothing wrong. Do you have anything illegal on you? What's in your pockets? You may search. I mean no harm. Please hear me out. Okay, we're going to confirm, but it looks like you got a warrant. So, could you please recheck and tell Russ? The woman claimed she was a missing person and that for some reason the Russian government was out to get her. As she continued rambling on, it became apparent that she most likely had mental health issues. But hey, at least she was right about the fact that she used to live in that house. Please have compassion for me. Yeah, I'm good. Please feel healthy. I am. Please know I am suffering. Whose housees was they bought? Why are you here? My mom's house was Well, Bridget, you know this isn't your house anymore. I just recently found out and but I have no family. Could you check our It's not illegal to have Oh, yes. Okay. It's not illegal. I'm just asking. is my mother's and without money. Is this lady helping us? Yes, she is. She bought these groceries. Look in her bag. Okay. Why' we bring Bridget here today? Um because she had just Well, she showed up at my work today. I got out of work at 4:00. Um and it's been getting colder. I took her out to dinner and um she's been sleeping in the street and then she told me she remembered that her mom had gave her the house and in um I'm sorry I'm nervous and stressed to myself. This world would be a much better place with more people like this nice female pharmacist. All she wanted was to help this homeless lady out during winter. She bought the woman groceries and medicine and took her places that she wanted to go. It's not her fault that she didn't immediately realize Bridget had mental problems. She has been homeless and she didn't have a ride. She doesn't have money. And so, um, she asked me if I would bring her out here. Mhm. I did. And then they were here. And then she I can't tell cuz she seems so sincere sometimes. And but then it then you know some people at the pharmacy have a bet that she's schizophrenic and I don't know um but she thought that these people would let her stay the night I was about to take her to the red roof in um and pay for her night. I um pay for a night for her. I just bought her a whole bunch of groceries. In the meantime, she continued rambling on to the officer. As they searched the woman's pockets, they found all kinds of medication and other strange things. By the time this is over, Bridget might even get charged with additional crimes. Good. We bought groceries. That is a pill I need to take the FBI. They brought submitted to me that was me and that's the evidence. Okay. Okay. Who's trying to kill you? Um, Russia. Russia. You're far from Russia. But no, we're not a very big problem. Please. No, just turn away. Turn it towards. There you go. It's Republicans, sir. It's Republicans. Republican soup. Hey, you got a lot of stuff in your pockets, girl. Republicans house and I don't. At one point, the pharmacist was told that this wasn't the first time they dealt with Bridget. Apparently, it wasn't the first time she'd popped in to see the new homeowners of her old house. So, eventually they decided Bridget had to be trespassed. We We've had a lot of runins with We've We've dealt with Bridget a lot. Really? Yep. That's what he told us. So, yeah. No, that's fine. She took advantage of your kind heart. You know, if everything you're saying is true, you know, she took advantage of you being a kind person. She said her mother had um gifted her the title to this house and the car that's in it and um now that I was there today, she could have a ride to her house because she's been living on the streets. Oh, did she say this is her house then? She said this is her she grew up here and that she owns the title and deed to this house and that's why she wanted to come here. Okay. Well, from here on out, if you do, just know that she is trespassed here. So, she comes back, she was subject to criminal stuff. I don't know if she um remembers where I live. I most likely not. So, according to the pharmacist, she bought around $200 worth of medicine for Bridget, and she hoped she'd be able to get that money back. But even so, she was worried about this unfortunate woman and gave her some belongings to take to jail. Can you give her a hat? Yeah, of course. Yeah. Yeah, that'll go with her. Okay. I feel so bad for her cuz she needs help. Obviously, she doesn't need harsh. No, no. What's going to happen is I'm going to close this call out with um someone's going to notify isk integrated services with zoo so that they'll come talk to her as well. I'm sure they will have contact with her in the jail. So, all right. So, I couldn't imagine she'd be in jail for long. So, but that's kind of where we're at. I'll let her know that she's trespassed. I'll document if she comes back out here. We'll go from there. So, but I also feel like going pile with those three camera footages. Okay. There was two of them. It doesn't really matter now. Yeah. No, it doesn't matter. At least we got So, all right. I'm going to Did you get her meds? Yes. Actually, she said she takes meds. Is that in your car then? She was taken off to jail and received charges of resisting an officer and possession of a financial transaction device, which is illegal use of credit cards. And now for some real life action as we set off on the trail of a bank robber. The robber was 47year-old Victor Bakarat. He was accused of robbing a Fifth Third Bank in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, stealing $224 from a teller. In a rush to escape, he left his phone on the counter and dropped $64 on the floor. He was able to flee the bank and the cops then paid a visit to his home. You guys mind going inside or wherever? You want to go inside and have a conversation? Thank you. Lights on, guys. It's our target. Target's coming down. suspect on the door. Hey, it's the police department. We uh we need to talk to you. How you doing? Good. How are you? Good. I'm Chris Darcy. Good. Nice to meet you. What's your name? Nice to meet you. Come on out here, folk. You're under arrest. Handbreak. Put your hand behind his back. Show me your hands. As Beckerat emerged from the apartment with a gun in his hand. He was clearly ready for a showdown. Victor managed to squeeze the trigger, but the gun jammed. And thanks to some very quick reflexes, they restrained the man without further incident. Honey, we're cussing. I got I got Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Don't resist. Don't resist. Don't resist. Don't resist. Don't resist. I got I got the arm. I got the arm. This be right now. Came. See the camera? Where's his arm? There you go. Get him in. All right. All right. Search him. Search him. Search him. Search him. With the handcuffs locked and the suspect searched, the cops could now breathe a sigh of relief. Even though Bakarat seemed to be dazed and confused, he must have known why the cops were there, cuz why would he walk out with a gun if he didn't? What are you holding your arms for? All right. All right, we're done. Okay, roll up on your butt. Roll up on your feet. Uh you guys are a case somebody's guess over here. Yeah, someone's coming. Let's bring them over here right now. Let's go over here. Your feet. Do you have anything else on you that's going to hurt us? No. This side's good. My side's good. Check your side. What am I being arrested for? Yeah. Victor, are you okay? Yeah. Okay. You injured enough? Yeah. My my right shoulder. Your right shoulder? Yeah. Have you had an injury to your right shoulder before? Hey, for my gun. Shoulder. You my shoulder. Okay, relax. You got Don't be reaching for a cop's gun. You hear me? Yes. Stop it. It's all over. Stop it. You good? Mhm. Even with handcuffs restraining him, he made one last ditch effort to reach for the officer's gun. Apparently, this guy'd rather go down in a blaze of glory than get locked up in a jail cell. And all of that for just a few measly dollars. Do you need an ambulance? Yes, it should hurt. Okay, no more of these shenanigans. Do you understand me? All right, cuz that's how people get hurt. So, knock it off. Oh man. You live there? Yes, I'm a roommate there. Okay. That's why I'm like, why does this have to continue? Why do I have to be out yet? It's just you two then? Yes, that's it. Okay. And my dog, obviously. How long you guys been living there? Waiting for the police to be up and move out of here. So, he's not family? No, I don't know. I'm freaking here. I don't know what you can't hold me back from ruining my phone. No, we're not. Okay. So, can I go in my phone right now? Cuz right now we're clearing it, you know, to make sure, you know, everybody's out. So, when there I can go back in. Yes. Okay. And as for his girlfriend, she seemed to be completely unaware of his extracurricular activities. The woman seemed desperate for answers. For the time being, though, the cops here were keeping her in the dark. Then all of a sudden, the woman burst into tears. Listen, what the hell is going on? Yeah. Victor Victor's obviously under arrest for something, right? What did you do, sir? What you can't tell me? Why can't you tell me what is going on? Hold on one second. I'll tell you in just a minute. Let them load him up. I want to tell my brother. Okay. Well, first of all, we have probable cause of arresting from another agency's case. Okay. He just pulled a gun out and pulled the trigger on it when we made contact with him with three police off. Yes. No, you're kidding me. It's all on body cam, man. Oh my. I'm not kidding for that. Now, we're going to apply for a search warrant free house. The original case is not ours. It's a different agency. We're going to contact them and see how they want to how they want this to play out. Okay? But until we get some clarification on whether or not they're going to execute a search warrant on your residence, we're going to secure it right now. Okay? So, you have so you get to search warrant for for the original the original incident that being investigated by another agency. Okay. Which is what? You can't tell me. Not right now. The girlfriend here was obviously innocent and it was completely unfair that she was kept from going into her house. But the cops had a job to do and they could not risk contaminating evidence. They were willing to bring her phone out, but nothing more than that. Okay, I'm not trying to inconvenience you. I'm not. I understand that. I feel like you are. Well, we have a job to do and it's unfortunate that you're wrapped up in the middle. Yes. I'm going to go I'm going to go call the agency who's responsible for this case and then we're going to get some clarification on exactly what they want us to do. Okay. Yes. Yes. All right. So, I'll be right back. All right. If you need anything, talk to one of these officers right here. Okay. Yeah. All right. Thank you. Like I said, make sure the key holes are on the opposite sides or else we're going to have fun getting those. My arm is hurting. My right arm. Stop moving. Stop moving. Stop moving. Suspected just what our officers would have done. Okay. You tell me. You want his hands free? quietly. After a detailed investigation and two weeks after his arrest, they charged Bakarat with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, disarming a police officer, and two counts of aggravated assault. They incarcerated the man in a federal prison in Chicago with his bail set at $2.5 million. Most of the time, if you're a thief and if you also had common sense, you would probably use a getaway vehicle that was inconspicuous. But sadly for these guys, that's not what they did. On the 2nd of June, 2024 in Fairfield, Ohio, these criminals stole $5,000 worth of restaurant equipment. The owner of the restaurant watched them load the stolen items into a U-Haul truck, and it was quickly traced to a nearby hotel. Do you know whose U-Haul that is? It's room 20. 20. Okay. Do you know by chance who's standing there? Charles Baker. And the girl, I don't know what her name is. I know there was a couple people there yesterday because his mom just a girl. You don't know her name? Do you guys have cameras here showing like as people are coming and going or anything? Yeah, but I can't I don't know how to go back and watch him. Okay, no worries. What's your name? Denise. Thank you. I appreciate it. The witness also mentioned that the suspect's mother had just passed away. Apparently, the family had been living there for a long period of time. Suddenly, a couple came out from one of the apartments and told a similar story. Okay, good. How are you? You guys know who rented that U-Haul or who the U-Haul belongs to? I've been seeing them. There's a But no, we I seen like four or five people yesterday, but I don't know what you guys stay up late or anything. We were up all night. Okay. Did you guys notice it leave last night at any point? It did. It did at maybe 8 to 12 or something. I think it was gone. Yeah, I seen all the crap in the back of it. They had like chairs and they're like I don't When did you see stuff in the back of it? Yesterday back here. So, did they empty it out yesterday? [Applause] Yeah. No, they're not cleaning it out. The male witness seemed confident that the U-Haul left the previous day as he had seen it parked right in front of his apartment. At that point, the cop was pretty sure she had the right suspects and the only thing left to do was confront them. 165. Hey, how's it going? Good. How are you? Good. I just have a couple questions for you. Um, what were you doing last night between like 1:00 and 4:00? I was here. You were here. Okay. So, there's like cameras and stuff, so I'll be able to verify your What's your name? Michael. Michael. What? Who stays here with you? Um, Okay. What's your dad's name? Is he here right now? Okay. At the beginning, the suspect was cooperative and identified himself as Michael King. While he was trying to look confident, his body language told a different story. Crossing the arms is a generally defensive position, and you could tell the man was uncomfortable by the way he occasionally glanced to the side. It looked like the man was trying to find an escape route. Okay, come on out. I want you to wait with this officer. Okay, we just have some questions to ask you guys. Yep. Go ahead and wait. Do you need a Trista? What's your date? 454. Yeah. All right. I'm going to randomize you before I start asking you more questions. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. You understand your rights. Why don't you tell me again where were you last night? You have the keys to your U-Haul here. You don't Can you open up the back and let me see what's inside? Okay. Can you open up the back and let me see what's inside? Can you take me over there and open it up and let me see what's inside? It's not mine to open. The officer then explained that she'd be seizing the U-Haul and getting a warrant to search it. The suspect, however, was still acting ignorant. He even asked for the officer's number so he could give her a call when his father got back. Why was your U-Haul seen in the area of uh Dixie and Lighthouse last night? If you guys were here all night long, how's that? You guys drove it last night. hit on cameras in the city. I just got off one car with dogs like Well, I'm going to be straight up with you. There's video footage of you stealing stuff last night without you. Okay. Yep. You and your girlfriend. So, you're going to be under arrest for theft because you stole thousands of dollars. How? How? Why? When we You're on video. There's video footage of you two talking. I'll tell you in a minute. Okay. Me on camera stealing. Stealing what? I wasn't stealing nothing. Michael was acting like he had no clue what the cops were talking about. However, if you look very closely, you'll notice something. Michael kept looking into the open space behind the officer. That's where Michael wanted to be. He definitely did not want to be here because the officer's eyes were watching him like a hog. The only question is is if Michael's going to make a run for it. My dad thought he was doing You were there. You and your dad were there first. It's all on camera. You and your dad were there first and then you came back. How's that? It don't make no sense. You're on camera. Don't make no sense. You wore the same shoes last night, too. So, these ain't my shoes. These are my dad's shoes, bro. I just put them on. All right. Why don't you place your hands behind your back? Okay. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Are you sorry? Hey, get money. Leave, babe. You haven't done anything. Leave. The two suspects continued playing their games. But the moment Michael pushed the officer and tried to run, their entire facade crumbled. But even now, neither one of them realizes that they were both caught on camera. Get up. Hold on one second. We got one. Please call him. Please walk away. You walk away. Huh? You the You're a cop. You police. You made the dumb decision. Run. I'm sorry, man. I don't want to go. You want to turn around. Should make better soon. Sorry, y'all. Where's your dad? Here. Go ahead. Sorry. You good? I ain't going to call you no more, man. [Music] Meanwhile, the female suspect, Trista Roberts, went back inside. Since the footage of the scene clearly showed a man and a woman stealing the equipment, she had to be arrested. And since she refused to open the door, the female officer went around the back and tried the window. Trista, come out. I don't have to. Yes, you do. You're under arrest, too. What did I do? If you don't come out, you're going to be charged with resisting. Okay. What do you mean? I didn't even do anything. Yes, you did. Get out. Open the front door and come out the window here. Please tell me what did I do? You're under arrest for theft. What are you talking about? You know what I'm talking about. Come on. I haven't even done anything wrong. That's for you and the court to figure out. Okay. We have probable cause to arrest you. So therefore, you are under arrest. If you continue to be cooperative with us, we will be cooperative with you. Your arrest remains on anything moves against you. All right. Get in the car. Everything we everything gone. Whatever. It's whatever. Bro, can you please grab my phone? My your phone and your keys. What are you doing? What is wrong? Can you relax? [Applause] Get off my medicine, bro. Despite the woman having a panic attack and causing a scene, they were both taken to jail. They were both charged with theft, and Michael got an additional charge of resisting arrest. When it comes to evading police, suspects have all sorts of tricks up their sleeves. Unlike that last guy who tried to make a dramatic getaway, our next suspect chose a more stealthy approach. Everything started on March 13th, 2021. Police were dispatched to apprehend a woman who had multiple outstanding warrants. 38 headquarters. Yeah. Where where your granddaughters at? She's upstairs. Okay. Are you here by yourself? Yeah. Where's Where's uh where's James at? He's he went he went to go get a car. Sir, I call police for just a suspicious person. So, I'm going to jail. What? I'm going to jail. Well, you have four warrants. Okay. So, do we have anybody that can take care of your kids? You for a while, huh? You have anybody that come take care of your kids? What? or not. You got four of Can you put your real quick? I got to get Well, I got to follow you up there because you have you have Dr. Warren. Well, you can't go upstairs cuz I'm I'm getting dressed. Okay. Well, I'm going upstairs because you have to warrant. Well, I'm not leaving. So, right right now you're under arrest. Okay. So, I have to follow you upstairs. The suspect wanted to go upstairs and change clothes, but the officer here probably knew something was up and was apprehensive about letting her out of his sight. But eventually, he agreed to let the woman change. I'm going in my bedroom and I'll be out already headquarters. Can you pull the hard copies on Misty? [Music] course going out the window. [Music] And just like that, she was gone. As far as the officer goes, it was a clear lapse of judgment. It's not like she needed to impress anyone with her mug shot, right? She might have gotten a good head start since it took a while before the cop realized she was gone. And now the question is, will the cop be able to catch up with her? Over there. She's in the alley behind 225. Purple hoodie, pajama pants. The officer looked in every direction, but there was no sign of the suspect. Like a tiny phantom, she'd somehow disappeared into the dark corners of the neighborhood. However, the officer soon started having doubts. Could she have gone back inside? I don't know where she went. I think she went back inside. I think she went back inside. Vasty, come back down here. Bedroom. Where's CL? That was upstairs. How'd she get back in? I think she went through the back door right there. I don't I don't know for sure, though. That bull. That bull. Maybe she didn't come back in then. She went through the top window where she went. There's There's another girl upstairs with her. And there's two dogs. Police, come down here now. Eventually, after announcing their presence several times and getting no response, the officers went upstairs. As they were looking around for any sign of the suspect, the girl on the bed, Ashley, started pointing at something. Come out of there. Come out of there. You're under arrest. Oh, nice. Come out of there. I just Oh, you hit my face. Get on. Get on your face. Get on your face. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. What's wrong? Many times before, we've seen suspects fake seizures, but this one might actually be real. Just like what you're seeing here, generally a seizure is an involuntary muscle convulsion. The officers don't seem to care, but in situations like these with even the most difficult suspects, they have to give them the benefit of the doubt and make sure they're okay. What? What? What's your name? God damn it. Stop it. What's your name? Ashley. What? Why'd you let her go out the window when you knew she had an active warrant? doesn't look yet. She said now she got another one going out the window. She won't have another charge now. Right now, I got bit by that dog. All right, clean up for me. Stop. I don't He's going to know we're going to have trouble. Do it cuz he will. We'll leave him. Well, actually, we need to find somewhere to put that dog cuz if I get bit again, we're going to have a lot of trouble. Bathroom or something. I can put him down. Come here. Come with me. [Music] Okay. As Ashley got up to take the dog to the bathroom, Misty, the suspect, was starting to slowly wake up. The officer then told her what he thought of her seizure, and he might have been right. Both women were acting strange after all, like they were under the influence of something. hospital. You don't need to go to the hospital. You're faking it. They're on the way. And my name's Natalie. Your name's Misty. You're not Natalie. I know who you are. No, it's not. No, it's not. Why' you run this? Cuz you scared me. Cuz I scared you're outstanding. Look it up. It's No, I'm not. Yeah, you are. Can you set up for us? I can't. Why? Cuz I can't. I don't know. Like my head is hurting and I can't see my name. Where's your head hurt? In the rear behind restaurant there. Did your head hit something? Yeah. And I also had Okay. Where'd your head hit? Right here and right back there. The suspect claimed that her head hit the chair as she was being dragged out of the closet. And while the cops doubted her seizure was real, they still followed procedure and called for EMS to check her out. All righty. We're going to sit up here. Hey. Hey. Hold on. Help me out, please. Oh, no. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. Please. Please. Please. Hold on for a minute. They said you were trying to run out the window. Yeah, cuz I'm stupid. Well, we're going we're going to go out to the truck. If you want to go out to the truck, you're going to walk out. Okay. Can you help me? Yeah. I just tried. I can't. You're going to have to You're going to have to walk out of here or we're going to drag you out in a sheet. That's the options. It's hurts so bad. Well, you're going to stand up and walk out. It's going to hurt worse to get drug out cuz you can't There's no We can't fit anything up here. So, you're either going to get drugged on a sheet or walk out. Can you help me though? Yeah. I mean, we just said we'd help you. Oh god, it hurts so bad. Hold on. It hurts. It hurts. It hurts. It hurts. Hold on. Can I just say I'm dizzy? boy and pipes and everything else and stuff. That's not sweet. EMS personnel immediately noticed drug paraphernalia, which could explain a lot. It could be the reason for the weird behavior, as well as Misty suddenly claiming she's Natalie. To get her a more thorough checkup, they took Misty to the hospital. Thought she was 20. She ain't 20. She ain't She ain't 20. She ain't Natalie either. You guys doing something for my dog bought here. You got bit dog. Yeah, the dog tried to bite me. No, that that old yapper dog bit me I was trying to grab you out trying to grab you from out of the window. Get a piece of me though. She didn't like me. She didn't like the fact that I tried to grab you out of that window when you tried to run from me. Scared. I'm sorry. Now you're getting another charge. So, congratulations. No, you're not getting a summon. You're going to jail if you get treated. You ain't You ain't getting a summon. That's for sure. I got bit by a dog. You definitely ain't getting a summon. Sorry about that. Misty was charged with resisting arrest, fleeing, and eluding. and thanks to her protective dog, also battery on an officer. Of course, those are just a few new charges on top of the existing warrants she was trying to avoid. Thanks for joining us on another episode of The Hidden Files.
