Can you hop off, tie him, and then No, sir. No, sir. I'll knock him down, sir. No, sir. Then we'll have to come up to you. I'm going to go to the trailer and I'll put him in the trailer. Okay. Where's the trailer at? Come here, guys. Oh, hold on. Hold on. No, no, no. Don't leave. You're You're fleeing the scene. Get out of the truck. Whatever. What the am [Music] I done? Put your hands behind your back. Okay. I really am. [Music] I swear to God. In the United States, roughly 8 million arrests are made each year. Some are for petty crimes, some are for serious crimes, and some are for downright ridiculous behavior. With that being said, let's now take a look at some of the most absurd arrests ever caught on body cam. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Okay. Get on the ground. All the way down. All the way down. On November 19th, 2023, police officers were dispatched to a neighborhood after onlookers reported that a man in a chicken costume was causing a disturbance, yelling at pedestrians and hitting vehicles. Step it up. He's banging on past some cars. Careful. Come on. [Music] Sheriff's office. Stop. Don't tell me what the do. Are you real? Yes. How do you know? How do you Am I alive? Am I? Judging by his response to the officer's order, the suspect had no idea that he was dealing with a nononsense officer. As a matter of fact, he was only seconds away from begging for forgiveness. Remember folks, if you don't want to be aggressively arrested, don't take mushrooms, put on a chicken suit, and start causing a scene. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Okay. Get on the ground. All the way down. All the way down. We're real. We are real. Stay on the ground. Stop. Stop. Stop. Turn around. Get on the ground. Stay on the ground. All right. On the ground. Look. Look. We're trying to help you. Okay. Undoubtedly, this guy was in the middle of an intense psychedelic trip. While there was a 99% chance that he had no idea what was happening, there were families around and the cops couldn't let the man continue running around wreaking havoc. All right. Look, I will tase you again if you don't comply. Just comply. We'll get Okay. All right. Okay. But who's who's in control? Us. Stop. Stop. Are you real? You're going to keep getting tased if you don't stop. We're real. Okay. Okay. You're real. Okay, stop. Now, let him let him do Let him do what he needs to do. I don't know if I'm a chicken. Look at him. You're not You're not a chicken. Protecting behind. All right. He's soaking wet from sweat, y'all. Sweat. Okay. Here. How do I know if you exist? Uh, we we exist. We're real and you're not chicken. Okay. The officers were right. While at that particular moment he may have been convinced he was a chicken, he most certainly wasn't. Next, the officers tried to get him on his feet and into a squad car. But it was easier said than done because the suspect here kept trying to debate metaphysics with him. Stand up. Come on. Why? Why are you doing this? What did I do wrong? I tried to be good. We're trying to help you out. I help I tried to be good. These are the trying to help you. Okay. No, stop. Stop. You're trying to argue against my reality. Your reality is a little off the walk. No. No. How do you know that? Because we're in the real world. How do you know? I'm in the real world, too. Okay. Now, let me ask you a question, Jason. Yes, sir. Have you today? I didn't. What did you do? I did mushrooms. But we had this conversation before, sir. No, sir. This first time? No, we we talked this first time. Am I in my hammock right now? Hey. Hey. Hey. The children are going to check you. Okay. Can they check you? Okay. They're just going to check you. Stop. I don't know. Okay. Like, can you please stop? Okay. Can you please talk to me? Yeah. Like I'm a person. We are. No, you're not talking to me like I'm like somebody. Look, look, Mr. I see you looking at me. We're trying to get you some help. Okay. You're trying to help me, but am I trying to help you? Look, we're just trying. How do I argue against you? We're not arguing with you. You are arguing with me. Am I a person arguing with you or are you arguing with me right now? Okay, what is the nature of my own reality? I've been phased. I don't know the reality. Is that real? The suspect here, Jason, was asking some seriously mind-bending questions, but unfortunately, he wasn't being arrested by Plato or Aristotle, and therefore wasn't getting the answers he sought. The cops weren't interested whatsoever in debating the man. All they wanted was to get him cleared by medics so they could get him off the streets as soon as possible. I got to be If you're helping me, why can't I be my own thoughts? Let me Let me borrow your arm, Justin. What are you going to do with my arms, sir? Blood pressure. That's all I want. You just want my blood pressure? Sit tight. Can I ask you a question, sir? Go for it. Okay. If I'm Okay, I'm going to tell him. Oh, no. Please don't tase me. Please don't. You're not going to tase. How do I know you're real, though? Listen, but you tased me before. But you did it twice. But you know why? No, I don't know why. Cuz I'm being compliant right now. I know. But you're saying, "Let me But you just keep on saying I'm in complian with you." But then how do I know you exist? Let me borrow your arm. You can't borrow my arm. It belongs to me, sir. Why are you trying to argue against me? Will you stop holding me? No. No, cuz you're trying to get away. But no, but I don't know if I'm trying to get away, sir. Okay, we're we're telling you. You're trying Look, right now you're telling me, but am I telling myself? Do I exist right now or am I like, is this going to be in? We're just quit pulling. Okay, let me take your blood. No, wait. But please, please, please. Is somebody out there? This can't be happening. Quit pulling away. You can't exist, right? Am I ex like am I existing? Yes. What's Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Is this real? Yes. Like I feel you, sir. Okay. Good. Cuz I I don't know. While it seemed like Jason was willing and able to comply, it sort of came in bursts. One minute he'd seemed fine and the next he'd lose his mind, screaming and trying to break free from the officers. And while he was a little scatterbrained, one thing was for certain. He was high as a kite. Okay. Please, are you real? You want me to get them? Uh, if you want. Am I the nature of my Don't touch me. Don't touch me. I just want to go home. You're burning my hands. You're hurting my hands. But the thing is, if I exist in my own head, sir, are you holding me or am I listening to you? Listen, we don't want to have a taser. I don't want to be tased. Will people out there? Stop. Sit down. Stop. Please help me. You people. Jason, sit down. Stop. I want to go home. I want to go home. Sit down. I want to go home. I did nothing to the world. Please. Stop. Stop. You're going to get hurt. You're going to get hurt. You're hurting me. You are going. Wait. Wait. Stop. What's the nature? Are you real? I'm calm, sir. I'll chase you again. All right. I'm calm. With Jason secured in the back of a cruiser, it was time to transport him to the hospital and get him thoroughly checked out. And while most people used their time alone to reflect on the actions that led to their arrest, Jason apparently had some other pressing questions on his mind. Am I a chicken or am I a man? I don't know. Am I in a van or am I in my head? You're not in a van. Why you just said it? You just said I'm not in a van. I tricked you. I you I'm in my head. I'm not in a van. You don't exist. So therefore, we go back. What's the nature of my reality? Okay. Well, why are you trying to stick a dog on me, sir? There's a dog over there. We'll get you out. We're going to get you out. You said you've been wanting to get out of here. I'm trying to break you out. So, we're going to get you out. Okay. Okay. Can I please talk to you? Okay. This is Sir Duncan. Okay. You said you want to talk to somebody else. You got somebody here for you to talk to. Okay. All right. Can you go away for a moment? I don't I don't I don't Look, stop, sir. Sir, sir, please don't go away. Okay. No. Okay. I'm not trying to be rude to you. I'll get you in there so you can talk to somebody else. Okay. I do want to talk to somebody. Okay. We're going to talk to somebody else. I just want to know the nature of my own reality. You just got to be in here for a few hours. Then you can get booked in and get bonded out. you can go back home and hopefully not ingest whatever it is you have ingested today that made you walk up and down the street in a chicken onesie beating on ambulances and police cars. Jason was charged with disorderly conduct and two counts of resisting arrest. As a firsttime offender, the court went easy on him. He was sentenced to probation and had to take mandatory tests for 12 months. On the 9th of December 2024 in Murray, Kentucky, police officers pulled over a man who they suspected of drinking and riding because he was riding a horse. What's going on, man? My new home, dog. I just got it. Okay. Can you come down and talk to me for just a second? No. No. Come on, man. Hey, stop. Dude, stop. Stop right now. Listen, I just step down here and talk to me now. Sir, I'd love to talk to you, but I'm not getting down. Well, come over here and talk to me then. Okay. Yes, sir. I'll talk to you, but no sir. Back off, dude. No sir. Dude, I just want to talk to you. Why are you trying to run away? Because I don't trust you guys, man. You hurt me? Cuz you t the out of me, man. I don't like you guys. I didn't do, man. That's cool, then. I'll be cool with you. Then go with me. Okay, then come over here and talk to me. They identified the suspect as Jonathan Mason. Due to previous negative encounters with police, he claimed he didn't trust law enforcement and refused to get off his horse to speak with the officers. But unfortunately for him, that didn't give him the right to disobey direct orders. Hold on. He can't. They don't want you to leave, brother. Get close to me and hurt me. Okay. I'm sorry. Here's the deal. Yes, sir. Here's the deal. Yes, sir. We got a call. For what? That you're still intoxicated? No, sir. I have not. So, that's all I want to do. I have not had a drink today. Okay. And and that's all I need to do is confirm that and you're on your way. Certainly, buddy. That's all I want to do. No problem. Can I come over here and check your eye? That's all I want to do. Check your eye. Can you close me? Can you hop off, tie him, and then No, sir. No, sir. I will not get him down, sir. No, sir. Then we'll have to come up to you. I'm going to go to the trailer and I'll put him in the trailer. Okay. Where's the trailer at? It's coming to High, guys. Oh, hold on. Hold on. No, no, no. Don't leave. You're You're fleeing the scene. You're fleeing. If you go, I'm going to arrest you. Jonathan's recent runin with law enforcement that didn't end too well was just two days ago. In that encounter, the cops responded to a bar after reports that Jonathan had rode his mule to the bar, cracked a whip inside, and was bothering guests. Here's the footage from that day. You can leave that where it's at, boss. I am leaving. Well, you can leave that where it's at. No sir. Yeah. Stop. My wife. No sir. Going to get your ID. No sir. I don't have an idea about sir. Stop. No sir. Stop. No sir. No sir. No sir. Stop. Yeah. Drop it. Done nothing wrong. No sir. Drop it. No sir. Drop it. No sir. No sir. Stop. No sir. Stop. No sir. You're done. No sir. You're done now. Now. Now. Now you got a bigger issue. When the cops showed up, the man hadn't done anything yet to warrant his arrest. But he just couldn't comply with the officer's orders, escalating things to the next level. After a brief struggle, he appeared to be calming down. But when the officer ordered him to let go of his stirrups, for whatever reason, Jonathan just wouldn't abide. Let go of the horse, bro. No, sir. Let go of it. No, sir. Let go of the No, sir. Put him in a predicament. No, sir. Yeah, man. No, sir. That's my horse, bro. My horse. That's it. No, sir. It's my horse. Put him in a spot. No sir, it's my horse. No, sir. It's my horse. Stop fighting us. It's my horse. Stop fighting us or you will be tased. Stop fighting us. I'm not fighting you. I'm not fighting you. I'm not fighting you. Oh god. Not fighting you. Put your hand behind your back. I'm not fighting you. Put your other hand behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. I would love to. Put it behind your back. You're getting Would love to. Behind your back. I would love to. Put your other hand behind your back. Gladly, dude. Gladly. Watch out. Oh, wow. Man, you guys just me for no reason. That was awesome. Thank you, sir. Appreciate it. So, guys, I have bad. Can I please don't have my hip behind her back? No. They're staying behind your back. [Applause] He cowboy. During that scuffle, Jonathan was tased twice. While the onlookers cheered on the police, he was taken to a squad car to be searched. However, this cowboy wasn't about to roll over and cooperate that easily. No, sir. I would not let go of my mule, so he tackled me. No, sir. Stay down. No, sir. Quit yelling at me. You're a nice guy, but I'm a nice guy, too. Stop. Really? So, Oh, so no. Now you're restricted by breathing. Gentlemen, I cannot breathe. Gentlemen, I have right now. Gentlemen, I have I'm going to gentlemen I have done nothing wrong. I was asked to leave. I was leaving. The guy had to get my coat. Sir, I waited while the gentleman get my coat. I am leaving. Sir, I have to leave. Gentlemen, gentlemen, I'm trying. Gentlemen, this is ridiculous. Have you guys got nothing better to do? Ridiculous, sir. Yes, sir. It is. Again, Jonathan tried to write the whole thing off like it was just one big misunderstanding. But that's not how the other customers saw it. They were just out trying to enjoy their night and the last thing they needed was some rowdy cowboy attempting to do bar tricks. I go back in one more time and he comes back in the bar and just cracks the whip right inside the bar like it knocked all the Christmas lights down, everything. And like the whole bar just was like I mean the whole place stopped like what was that? So I just walked right up to him. I said hey man we have to go. And I called you guys before he really escalated because I just I could just feel it man. What was the what was the conversation cracking the whip? Like I was afraid he was going to hit me with it. I couldn't tell if he was going to hit me with it or not. What was the conversation when I was getting out of the car and the other gentleman was like this? That guy was sitting at a table with his wife eating dinner and he walked up and started saying like like hitting on it and they're like we're this is not a bar right now. It's a restaurant. You know what I'm saying? Like we're I mean we still got families in there eating. So, um, he was I guess I didn't realize I I hadn't even gone back in to be like, "Okay, I who and what." And so, he came out pissed off and was standing there going, "You need to get out of here sooner." You know, and he was just out here and he was just he was just antagonizing us. You know what I'm saying? How many times did you say that he was told to leave? Five. Half a dozen. Yeah. Fast forward to where we left off. The officers warned Jonathan over and over to not ride off into the sunset, but he just wouldn't listen. However, since he wasn't exactly speeding away, the cops were able to quickly catch up to him. Get off the horse right now. You'll get tased again. My gun. Get off the horse right now. You're looking tased again. Get off the horse now. Take my horse. Get your off the horse now. Can you take my gun, please? They're going to hurt me. Do not reach that gun. Do not reach with a gun right now. Get him out of that window. I'm not. Don't hurt me. Please turn around. Turn around now. Turn around. I got him right here. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. You're hurting me. You're hurting me. I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting, sir. I'm not resisting, sir. Where's the gun? Right here. I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. Yep. It's right here. Jonathan said he'd done nothing wrong and said he was just going to take his mule back to the trailer before coming back to talk to the officers, but it's clearly not the way you interact with law enforcement. When you're pulled over by cops, you don't get to call the shots. It's either comply or go to jail. All you do is talk to us for a second, buddy. That's all you had to do. Sir, I tried to talk to you, sir. No, you didn't. You just called me. Yes, I did. It's over there in front of the news people, dog. Come on. I hope they were videotaping. Well, you got a lot of publicity for this. That's all you want. Larry don't like cowboys. I see that. I was just talking. I wouldn't consider you a cowboy. Whatever. You don't like drunk idiots that run police dog. I wanted to talk to you people, but not this way a little bit. Y'all just hurt me out of my belly. It hurts. It hurts. It hurts, guys. Shut the dog. I'm trying to stop hurting me. Please stop hurting me, guys. Please stop hurting me, guys. Please stop hurting me. Did you take his shoes off? Did you take his boots off already? Going to take those spurs off. Probably just damn boots, guys. At the jail, they'll take my boots off. Okay. They know. Hey, Dominic. Yeah. Can you guys pick up my change? I ain't got no money, man. Man, I ain't got no money, guys. Come on. I need my 20 cents. Sucks for you. Yeah, it must suck. You want me to untie that, bro? I will. Got it. I'm about to cut it, actually. Please don't cut my whip. It's expensive, dog. Thank you for not cutting it. Dog, I was really thinking to ride a horse. It's not a horse, bro. When you're told to stop by police, you're supposed to stop. Are you that stupid? You can't figure it out. He continued to deny he'd been drinking, claiming instead that he had brain damage. And while the latter is not that hard to believe, it was still possible that he'd also been drinking. Thankfully, the cops had a way of settling that debate right then and there. Constant. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Good. Keep going. Keep going. Okay, that's good. What will it read? Thank you, sir. Zeros. Zeros. Yes, sir. I've been drinking dog. Well, I appreciate you, sir. No problem, man. You said you had brain damage. That could be the nestagmas. Yes, sir. It turned out the man had been telling the truth about his mental instability, but he wasn't going to get off the hook that easily. As you recall, he still took off when the officers wanted to talk to him. So, as a result, he was put in the back of a squad car. And that's when the cops learned that he had another charge attached to his name. His name is Deetsz. His name is what? Deets. Zets. Deets. Deets. Deetsz. It's a very nice. How you spelling it? D E T. deets for beating the hell out of whatever that's what Be's the one who charged him. So he goes before a judge apparently tomorrow. Yes, sir. I'm sorry. My friends are better than me. They told me that for real psychology I need to ride that mule off. But when they tell you to stop, you got to stop, man. Yeah, I know. But I was scared they're going to hurt me because it's just how you get hurt is running. Yes, ma'am. I wouldn't let my milk that trailer and they told me they told me where it they said that they got a call that I had been drinking. No, I I called him and told them that you were messed up because you're hired. I I used to be right now. That's cool. I have brain damage. All right, I'm going to shut the door. Jonathan faced multiple charges including disorderly conduct, public intoxication, criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, fleeing the police, and cruelty to animals. On the 5th of March, 2023 in Florida, police were dispatched to a local bar after reports of an intoxicated man who was yelling and assaulting the bartenders. When the cops arrived, they spoke to witnesses who said the man became enraged after he was served the wrong type of beer. Witness, what happened? No, I just got here. I couldn't get out. He was racing around here. He was going down there, turn around, then he come back through here, right around again. Then he put out that little yellow line, and then he showed his again with everybody. Yes, ma'am. Can you write what happened? What you I can't I can't I can't do it. Okay. My brain is not doing anymore. I'm unable. You already know that. Okay. Yeah, cuz you got me for over there trespassing with James or by race check. I signed the paper. I came for a trespass. Yes, ma'am. Okay. That's why I don't go back over there. No. Okay. On my heart. Okay. Yeah. He was up here. Everybody call everybody names. SBCK. I can't say Sunday angel. But yeah, he was being abusing everybody. That guy was okay. Even though they did tell him to get off the property. Okay. You seen that? Yeah. And he would not leave. Okay. But the guy in there, he got the report for you right in there. Okay. Yeah. I'm going to go in there. Yeah. Cuz he was talking with him, man. The cops continued to search for more witnesses before eventually speaking with the bartender who took the brunt of the suspect's abuse. Bartenders are used to dealing with drunk people, but getting chewed out for serving the wrong beer was something else. having fun with us and then all of a sudden a switch went off and uh he because I cashed him out. His wife came to find him and I had his debit card so I cashed him out and then that's when he proceeded to be very um aggressive, very very rude. Okay, you cashed me out. You You bo you in my face and I said, "Please leave. Get off my property right now. I'm asking you to leave." And he was in my face spitting at me, screaming at me. I mean, the whole works. And I just said, I said, "Get off my property. Get off my property. you you I'll up and then I had other people come get you know men gathering around me patrons um Johnny from here um Dave from over here so I had men back me up they were like you need to back up off of her and he was like oh you up all this and that so that happened and then I just went I I left the situation and went inside the bar because I felt like it was getting out of hand and he was he was going to hit or he was going to do something. He was just out of control. The bartender told officers that when they called up with him, she wanted him trespass from the property. And after a brief search, they located the suspect in the last place any officer wants to see an extremely intoxicated person behind the steering wheel of a truck. Hey, boss man. What's going on? How you doing? I'm doing good. Hey, do me a favor. Step out the truck for me. What? Step out the truck for me. For what? I want to talk to you for a minute. All right. Well, stepping out of the truck. Don't Don't consider me stepping out, right? The vehicle. I I I just want to talk to you, man. Man. Okay. So, you can Obviously, there's an issue. Obviously, there's an issue that happened. So, that's all, bro. For real. For real. Because I I've been drinking here forever. Yeah. Well, that's why I want you to step out of the truck. So, what am I stepping out for? Because you've been drinking forever. Who told you? You said you've been drinking. You just did. I didn't. Yeah, you did. I promise you I didn't. You just told me. I didn't tell you. I promise you you did. I told you. What's your first name? What is it? What's your first name? What What is your first name? My name's Officer. My name's Officer My name's Officer Presley. The man definitely said, quote unquote, "I've been drinking here forever." In America, an alcohol-related death occurs every 39 minutes. And this is the kind of person responsible. Seeing this guy behind the wheel was not only illegal, it was disgusting as he was in no condition to drive whatsoever. Okay. What am I being step out of the truck for? Okay. We got called for a disturbance. Okay. It was you. It wasn't me. It It was somebody a heavy set male tattoos in a Ford truck. So it wasn't me. I'm not saying that. We're not going to We're not going to We're not going to We're not going to We're not going to go that route. So, are you going to step out? You going to step out of the truck for me? I'm asking you. What crime did I commit? Video you. Okay, that's fine. What crime did I commit? Dude, are you going to sit here and talk to me like a man step out of the truck and talk to me? Video you on what crime did I commit? I didn't commit a crime, dude. Okay. I've been sitting here and and I haven't committed. I can tell you right now, I'm let I'm not letting you drive away. You're intoxicated. Let me drive away or not. Tell me what crime committed. The situation escalated with the suspect refusing to follow the officer's orders and step out of the vehicle. The officer told the man that he wasn't accusing him of a crime yet and just wanted to speak to him about the incident. Initially, all the cop wanted to do was trespass the man, but it was looking like this guy wanted to tack on extra charges. But you don't know what crime I've committed. I didn't Are you serious, dude? You just pulled up in front of me and you turned your lights on and you walked up here and turn. But now you're telling me you don't know what crime I committed. What crime is I committed? Dude, if you want to go that route, I I'm asking you. Okay. Right now before I start filming, okay, right now you're committing no crime. Come on. Come on. Get out of the truck. Whatever. Get out of the truck. Whatever. What the am I? Get out of the truck. What? Turn around. Stop. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back or you're going to get tased. Don't What crime have I committed? What crime have I committed is what I'm asking? What crime? We're past that point. Have No, we're not past that point. Yeah, we are. We're not. What crime? We're going to walk up back here. The suspect was handcuffed and escorted to a nearby cruiser where he was searched. The entire time he demanded to know what crime he'd committed and was informed that currently he was only being detained for disorderly conduct. Tell me, what crime have I committed? Right now, disorderly disorderly and DUI. What crime have I committed? What crime have I committed? I have not committed a crime. I have not committed a crime, dude. Relax. I have not committed a crime. I have not committed a piece of Yeah, drunk and disorderly DUI cuz he's actually supposed to control. He's going to take off and then battery LEO. He kicked you or something. Yeah. Okay. There was no doubt the suspect was a big man, but thankfully the two officers could handle him. If a man of this guy's size had resisted any harder, things could have gotten ugly quickly. With the suspect secured in the back of a cruiser, the officer delivered the good news to the bar management and collected more witness statements. Hello. Hey, how you doing, man? Hey, that car. You're welcome. That guy's truck. Tow it. If you want to tow it, tow it. Tow it. He's going to jail. That truck, if you want it gone, you are more than welcome to tow it. Okay. But thank you. You're welcome. Yeah, we came. Who is she? Does she work here? She's a She's a new bartender. Yeah, she just got here. Okay. So, how is he acting inside? Um, so we only served him a beer and one mixed drink. He didn't even finish his mixed drink. His wife came in here, took his card, we cashed him out, we told him he's cut off. You can't have his wife racing in the parking lot. Okay. With that with that with that. Okay. By himself. He was just going back just revving going fast. So he said, "Well, you're cut off. You can't have any more drinks." Okay. He started cussing us out, saying, "You're a you can't cut me off this, this, and that." So he said, "You need to leave. I'll beat your goddamn." All right. If that's if that's what you want to think. Is that what it is? Don't spin. Hey, I got you on film. That's fine. I got spit in my face. I didn't spit. I got you on film punching. I got you on film. Sit back. You I got this. You punched me twice in the face. Yeah, cuz you were spitting in my face. No, I didn't. I didn't. The suspect was charged with drunk and disorderly, battery on law enforcement, and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. On the 6th of March 2025 in Florida, police officers were dispatched to a marina after a disorderly woman refused to leave. Instead, she decided to hop on a boat and refused to come back to shore. Ma'am, get off your boat. Don't touch the boat. It's properly tied. Properly tied. All right, ma'am. You're not going anywhere. Ma'am, get off your boat. Come on. 568. Uh, can I get one more routine? Ma'am, you need to get off your boat. 10. Ma'am, get off your boat. Morning. Hey, good morning. Do you have her info? The officer informed the suspect that she was under arrest for resisting. Apparently, he'd approached her on dry land and asked her to stop before she got into the boat. Furthermore, she'd been drinking and was carrying an open container. On top of that, the boat wasn't even hers. Ma'am, at the moment, you were trespassing, you were littering, and we got people saying you were drinking on the docks. So, you need to get off that boat and talk to us, ID yourself, and then maybe you'll go. You refuse to get off the boat and ID yourself, I will climb on that boat, drag you out of that boat, and take you to jail. What do you want? You're going to have an additional charge if he has to go on there and get you. Yes, I can. Watch. All right. Where can I store my gun belt? And back there. All right. Great. The woman refused to cooperate, so the officer prepared to meet her on the boat. As it was the last thing he wanted to do, he gave her one more chance to comply. However, she continued saying she'd done nothing wrong. And if she kept this up, it was only a matter of time before the cops lost their patience. If I had to climb on that boat, I'm dragging you out of there. You're going to lose your job. You have no jurisdiction. You want a bet? I have no jurisdiction. 600 feet 600 feet off the off the shore of Key West. I have jurisdiction. Actually, this dock fund is a city. I have jurisdiction. Do you want to keep playing this game or you want to get off the boat? What are we doing? They're trying to take my freedom for me for what exactly is my charge again? You're littering and now you're and you're trespassing. I littered what? And I'm not stand. You know that you asked me to and you're obstructing because you're not giving me your ID. Am I required by US law? Who are you talking? How you doing? I take I took all my stuff off. It's in It's in like the back corner right next to the steps. Okay. Um you saw her drinking on the dock. Correct. Was over on the dingy dock. She She's either high as or she's drinking and she had the bottle over there. And you saw her drinking, right? Perfect. She was smoking. She lit she threw lit the cigarette sitting in front of the fuel pump. We go out. We go. What are you doing? So, she continued to refuse to get off the boat since she didn't trust law enforcement. However, if that was the case, it would have been easier to get off the boat on her own accord instead of making the officers come after her. Sadly, getting off that boat was the last thing on her mind. Come on. I'll get on the boat. And you're camera. Yep. All right. Hello. PSPD is trying to arrest me for trusting. They're in my boat in the water right now. They're trying to My name is Melissa. Yep. I need to pick them up now. Is it right on the boat or Yeah, it is. You're good. They are currently on the boat. Ma'am, right here. Right. Yes. Yes. Now he's going to put his hands on me. I've done nothing. Originally, my charge is resisting arrest. Which what one am I being arrested for again? He's got his hands on me. Throwing me. I need to keep my spinal cord intact. Thank you. I have a broken up. He's manhandling me. My name is No. Get off that side. I got to get off your hands back. I'm currently being caught. You should have listened to lawful commands. All of that for nothing. The officers gave her multiple chances to comply and now she was going to jail. Following the arrest, the cops got her onto her feet and photographed her before escorting her out of the marina and putting her in the back of a squad car. Ma'am, do you have anything illegal on your person? Okay. If there's anything illegal on your person or in your backpack and it gets brought into jail, you're getting a felony charge. Is there anything illegal on your person or in your backpack? No. Great. Yeah. Start looking through all that. What's in your hand, ma'am? The thing. Yeah. That I did not throw. Thanks. 103. With the woman now secured in the back of a cruiser, the officers searched her belongings and found the real reason the woman did not want to comply. They located what looked like a pipe covered in residue. But to confirm their suspicions, they first had to test it. consider the paraphernalia even if uh even if that doesn't test positive. Yeah, of course. Last fight consistent with training and experience. A smoking device for narcotics. Nothing on there. It's the It's white stuff and it's not it's not sticking on. It's already contaminated as is. So just uh stick it in there, pop it, and I mean worst case scenario, it's negative. tattoo gave me a better run. No, that's like Henry like uh found a bunch of one day and he hand you like a like a fistful of cane wipes. Here you go, man. Due to the shape of the pipe and the fact that they only had a small amount of residue to work with, the officers weren't sure if they'd be able to get an accurate read using the testing device. But even if they couldn't, they still had her on possession of paraphernalia. It's a little purple. You see? Careful. Don't get any of that as Don't worry about it. That's generally as is. Okay. Um, how do I how do we pack? I usually put it in like a sharps container or just tie that here. Let me uh back up. Turn towards me. Step off. Thank you. They charged the woman with trespassing, possession, and resisting arrest. On the 5th of October 2024, police officers were dispatched to a campground after reports of a disturbance. When the officers arrived, they were greeted by the campground manager who said a man was yelling at fellow campers and had broken a window in his camper trailer. What's up, man? Hey, what's up? I'm just tired of people, but wherever I go, someone interacting me. All right. Watching me. I'm sick and tired of this. Can you sit down? I know. I'm trying to go swimming. I'm trying to go to the beach. Yesterday, I I just got got back from the beach. Let's have a discussion, man. Gave me a ticket for not wearing glasses. And then the day before that, he gave me two tickets. Okay, I'm done. I'm sick and tired. I want to move the out of here. I I I this is my last day in here. My last day here. I get it. Tomorrow I'm leaving here. Okay. I'm going to California. I'm going back to college. What's got you upset right now? That dude over there. He has people all the time just stalking me all the time. There's people with all these There's that dude. There's that dude. I'm sick and tired of all these watching me from afar. The suspect appeared paranoid, claiming that drones and other campers were spying on him. When the officer asked, he refused to identify himself. He said he was just trying to go swimming and wanted to be left alone, but that would have to wait as the officer still had questions for him. I never I never met. Am I being detained? I want to go swimming. Oh, yeah. You are being detained. For what? What? What is it? Because you're causing a disturbance. Am I though? Yeah, you are. How? What is it? What is it? Because you're disturbing the people around me. What is it then? Can I have a Can I have a ticket then? No, we're we're going to have a We're going to talk about it. Law did I break? What law did I break? What law did you break? Yes. I'm going to Right now, you're disturbing the peace. I'm doing great. I feel good. Okay. I feel good. So, you you've disturbed everybody in this neighborhood because they're stalking and harassing me every day. They do the same. They do this. They stalk and harass me. They get closer. They with me. I'm done with all these petty little chumps. I don't give a I don't owe you an exclamation or these people. They harass me. They stalk me. They take pictures of me everywhere I go. The suspect was irate and the officer couldn't get a word in edgewise. He didn't seem to understand that his behavior was completely unacceptable. The campground was filled with families and the last thing management needed was someone on the loose causing a ruckus. Can I Can I talk to you? Can I Can I go home? Am I being detained? For what? For what? Yes, you are. You're disturbing. Put me in cuffs. Let's go. Cops. Cuz I don't. Turn around. What am I doing wrong then? Turn around. You're disturbing the peace. All right. Go. Let's go. Let's go then. Cuz what are they at? Okay. I don't see any live at Bro. Okay. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. I'll make sure I What's your badge number? I want I want your um I want your police camera. I want your police footage, your camera. I want your badge number. I want your um your lieutenant. I want all your your staff. I want your agency number. I want all these things. Go get all that. All right. I I want to make sure of it. So So let's calm down. I'm calm. This dude, I want peace and quiet. I'm one I'm one foot away from you. Let's How can we deescalate this by talking lower? Can I get out of cuffs and deescalate this with you? Is this not a back out? Like, what what law did I ever break? Disturbing the peace cuz they disturb my peace every day, man. Every day. I just want peace and quiet. And why can't I get peace and quiet when when Donald Trump said when I was on A1A, but it would happen in US1? Why all this on me when I didn't do anything wrong? What did I do? What law did I break when you guys disturbed my peace? The officer here was having a hard time answering the man's questions as he wasn't really making any sense. With the man detained in handcuffs, he was then escorted to a cruiser for further questioning. And along the way, it became clear just how delusional the man was. You don't understand who I am. I'm Alpha the Omega, the beginning of the last. I'm Jesus Christ. I'm God. And if you don't care, then good for you. You got any weapons on you? No. Any guns? Nope. I don't own a gun. I'm not allowed to have a gun. Any knives? Nope. Okay. No. No. No weapons. Okay. Let's go in your car. Let's go. All right. Let's go this way. Let's go. Come on. All right. Let's go. Come on. Come on. Hey. Hey. I'm trying to take you to your car. Let's go. Let's walk. Let's walk at a normal pace, man. I am. I'm just trying to go to your car. Come on. I'm not I'm not resisting. Let's go. Come on. All right. I'm not Don't break my arms. Let's go. Come on. Hey, stop pulling away from me. I'm not I'm pulling you forward. Stop pulling away from me. I'm pulling with you. I don't want my you to break my arms, man. Let's go. Stop pulling and then let's go. I I want to get in the car. Let's go. Come on. Slow down a second. The suspect continued to drag the officer toward his cruiser. The officer still had to search his backpack, but taking the cuffs off was the last thing he wanted to do. As a result, the officer opted to cut the bag off, which triggered the man into complete hysterics. Thankfully, another officer arrived on scene to provide backup. All right, be still. I got to do this. All right. I'm trying to, but my shoulders feel like they're going to pop out, too. It's going to loosen a little bit. If I get a finger under there, that's that's as far as I go. No, dude. Like, work with me at this moment, dude. My my hand feels like it's going to break if you don't loosen it. Can you loosen this one a little too? Like, yeah, I'll check it in a second, man. It's unnecessary right now. Look, I get a whole finger in there. So, we're not we're not we're not adjusting that one. Can I have that water? Can I have the water? Uh, not right now. I'm thirsty. I'm thirsty. Like, you I'm going to jail. I want the water. Like, can I have the water? We'll get your water. Let me put you in the car. Like, what? What? What? Hold on. Can I Can I If If you're going to write the all this stuff, can I get the paper? Yeah. Can I get the paper where where it says uh the disorderly conduct? What's the disorderly conduct for? I Hold on. I want to hear this cuz I I It's my right. It is my rights. It's my right. Let's go. I'm not playing games either, so let's go. I want you to call Karma Harris, Donald Trump, Jason Vance. I want you to call him a little bit. All right. God bless you, sir. Thank you, sir. With the suspect secured in the back of the cruiser, the officers then collected witness statements and photographed the damage the man had done to his own trailer. And while it's always counterproductive to destroy your own property, it was better his trailer than someone else's. this place. Yeah. Hey, um Jim, can you just recap of what you saw today? Today only. Yeah. When I uh I went over to the store. I just got back. My wife and I were out running. It's my day off. So, I just got back. I stepped outside and I could hear him screaming and yelling from clear up at the store. Okay. And uh he had already talked to several people yelling. I I didn't see him break his window, but Anthony, the other maintenance guy, did and I come down, he was standing in his in inside going coming in and out, screaming out the window, coming outside, jumping on the picnic table, yelling over here at people. Can you just kind of recap of of what happened today only? Today? Well, we were eating sandwich inside and I heard I said he's at it again. Okay. So, I just come out and look over here and he's out there screaming, ranting and raving. And then he saw me and I saw him. We made eye contact. Uhhuh. And he said, "I am going to you." Okay. His very words. I ran right in the house and closed the door. Okay. And locked. Were you in fear of your life? In my fear, I'm still shaking. The lady took my pulse. She said, "You need to go to the doctor." Okay. The whole experience obviously flustered the woman. Making threats to your elderly neighbor is not okay and it was another charge for the suspect. The woman informed the officer that she wanted to press charges as it wasn't the first time the cops had been called due to his erratic behavior. When when he said those words to you, what was what was he doing at that moment when he said the door at the facing out? Well, looking at me at the door. He's right at the door. He was at his door. Yeah. Okay. And then he's open. And then he yel saw me and he I'm going the only words he said. And he asked another lady for my for my name and for my my address. Did he give you any kind of hand gestures? Well, his hands were going. Yeah. Okay. Yelling at me. Okay. Okay. But this time he went looked at me. Okay. Did he have anything? No. The woman agreed to provide the officers with a written statement. Back in the cruiser, the suspect was read his rights. The officer then confronted the man regarding the woman's accusations. And while he admitted to speaking to her, he denied making any death threats. So, um, my main concern is what you said to her. Um, so so she's alleging that you said that you wanted to or or to the to the to the effect of I'm going I'm going to Oh my god. You didn't say that. No. No. No. Okay. All right. So, I said I didn't say anything about I don't even have a weapon. All I have is a machete, which I'm legally allowed to have. Okay. So, so the main reason that has you upset today is why I'm listening to music and it's just watching movies. Okay. All right. I'm not going to ask you anything else. All right. The suspect was transported to jail without further incident. They charged the man with disturbing the peace and assault on a person over 65. After posting a $500 bond, he was subsequently released. On the 18th of February 2022, police conducted a traffic stop after a vehicle was spotted traveling 51 mph in a 35 zone. What followed was a ridiculous conversation about nothing. Roll the window down for me. What are we doing? What are you talking about? store with our car. What do you What do you What did you want us to do at the store? Cuz I pulled you over for a motor vehicle violation. You can't commit those on public property unless it's driving you under the influence. We waited there or we were just hanging out there taking a break. Oh, that's fine. Do you have your license on you? Outstanding. I have you stop. Just listen to me. Listen to me. I have you stopped. I have you stopped cuz I pace clocked you at 51 to 35 and you're also following the motorcycle too close. You also conducted That's fine. You're still following him too close. It doesn't matter who he is. Yeah. He also conducted an improper lane change and you cut you cut way too close in front of him. Less than a car length just a minute ago. Had to be 100 ft. No, that's not at all actually it. That's not at all actually it. So, I'll take your license, your registration, your proof of insurance, please. That's fine. Registration and proof of insurance, please. While the officer debated the rules of the road with the woman, another officer arrived on scene. The driver said that because the car didn't belong to her, she didn't know where the registration was. Furthermore, both women said that they didn't have ID on them. Hi. How you doing? Good. I'm not touching you. I mean, I got Okay. What's wrong? I mean, I've just seen you at the store the entire time we already knew. I already knew you were going to pull me over. So, why would we pull you over then? What exactly? Why would you? Well, I'm asking you because apparently you know everything. [Music] Okay, you can sit anywhere. We can sit anywhere. I know. So, what's the problem? Did he explain you why you were stopped? Yeah. So, why did he tell me everything? Why did he stop you? So, you're not paying attention. So, it doesn't matter. We don't care. He can't call me from behind. Yeah. Okay. Okay. I'm sorry. I'm going to show up. No, I mean, if you know, then you know, cuz you know everything. I don't know nothing. Apparently you do cuz you want to argue. I'm not arguing. I'm asking. Like two girls are at the store. You see her stuck there. So why don't you come up and say, "Hey, we need help." Does that make any sense? So we should just be like, "Hey, are you okay? Get on the interstate. How could anyone talk to me when he was behind me?" Never mind. The woman apologized for arguing with the officer and the two made amends. Then, while the other officer was in his cruiser running the vehicle tags, the women made small talk with the officer on a range of topics, going from police officer affairs to abuse of ex partners to coin collections. I don't sleep with criminals. Yeah, I don't sleep with criminals. What did you do to defend yourself? I hit his nose when he was in my space trying to choke me. Who is he? My boyfriend. I hope it's an ex. Is that a rare penny? Cuz there's wheat penny. Have you heard of wheat penny? 19100. [Music] These three continued making small talk about everything and everyone. The driver told the officer that she'd borrowed the car from a friend because she was low on money and it was cheaper on gas. Before long, the other officer returned and asked the women to step out of the vehicle so they could search it. Come here. Yep. Now what? Okay. So, my friend, just listen to me. No, listen. No, you need to listen to me. Okay. Okay. Just listen to me. All right. This is a felony. Yeah. Um, just listen. You're This is a felony and you're on You're on probation parole. No, I'm not. You're not. You're not on any kind of supervisor lease at all. But my friend's old man has a thing to go to the THC, but there these are Delta 8 and they come from the stores. Got I'll show you the cart. Just you're fine. Just I'm just saying like it's not even real or Okay. The problem is is that this is exactly what a THC cartridge looks like. Okay. Okay. And so the thing is is that what's going to happen is it's going to be sent off to the lab. Yeah, that's fine. Okay. And if it comes back as synthetic cannabonol, there's going to be a warrant for your arrest. Yeah, but it's not even my I don't even smoke. It's okay. I'm just letting you know you're in possession of it because in your jewelry container, is it? Yeah, that's where I found it. Oh my god. The woman claimed that while she used to use, she had stopped and was now in treatment. The passenger admitted to smoking in the morning, but said she didn't do any other illegal. The cops had suspicion that the driver was under the influence, so they asked the woman to perform a field sobriety test. Put your feet together, arms out by your sides. Can you see my finger? How many fingers am I holding up? Watch with your eyes and your eyes only. Don't move your head. Okay. [Music] How is this? [Music] Keep trying. Keep trying. I don't know why. So sad. This is going to make me cry, guys. you got over. Okay. You're fine. back at you. Can you feel your eyes pushing out? No. You can't feel that? Why are they pushing out? Cuz when you come in towards the center, your eyes are moving to the exterior. Cuz they go out like that. Yeah. Yeah, they're supposed to come in. Why are they going out then? Probably cuz you smoke. I have not smoked on everything. All my damn kids. It is what it is. No. Okay. I swear to God, I not smoke. No. Okay. Needless to say, the woman failed every test. It could have been cannabis, alcohol, or any other substance. But one thing was for certain. If she couldn't keep her balance, clearly she shouldn't be behind the wheel. Put your hands behind your back for me. Put your hands behind your back. I swear to God, I haven't done nothing. Put your hands behind your back. Okay. Don't arrest me. I swear. I really am. I did my cry. I swear to God on my right now. Please don't listen to me. I will do whatever you asked me to do. Please. I swear to God. I haven't I am sober. I swear. I swear to God. Ma'am, you will be able to fight in court. Please don't put me in trouble. Please. Let's go this way for me. Listen to me. I really am sober. I don't know what I did wrong. I did arrest you. Please, I told you my equilibrium. Have a seat. This is a seat. Please don't arrest me. Have a seat. Please. Put your feet in. Can you I will come talk to you in a minute. Put your feet in. Put your feet in, man. Put your feet in. Li to you about nothing. The suspect thought she was being unfairly arrested. She claimed she wasn't under the influence and it was all the result of her equilibrium being off. However, the officer was not going to buy it. to help her understand. He explained what field sobriety tests are for. So those tests, the first three that we did are are backed up by science. Yes. Okay. And I thought So just listen. So the first the first test or the second test you did, the walk and turn one, there's eight clues of impairment as we refer to them as possible. Okay. You just played seven of them. Well, I I can't. So just listen. You just played all almost all eight of them. The only one you didn't do was start the test too soon. In real world though, I mean, no matter what, we could go do this like right when I wake up and I'm gonna do the same thing. And I mean that. I understand. I cannot walk. And so and so here's the deal. And so on the second test or on the third test that we did, right, you just the the one leg stand. Yeah. I thought I did all right. What's that? I thought I did all right. Like it counted. I got you. So there's four of tests. There's four cuisine on that test. You displayed three out of four of them. But I want you to know that you really are arresting an innocent person. No, no, really real deal right now because I'm not I have probable cause to arrest you. Your probable cause is your poor performance on all the tests. Um on the test in the rain, it's it's not raining that hard. It was sprinkling out in my feet with no shoes on and it's cold on my You were given the opportunity to do both the shoes on and the shoes off. You see how high they was and that's why you were given the option to take them off. Bad shoulder which I I can prove. You are allowed to go to court and fight this. I have enough probable cause to arrest you. I have enough probable cause to arrest you. Okay, swing your feedback for driving under the influence. I'm not employed and you know it. All right. They charged the woman with DUI and possessing without a prescription. Her total bond was set at $3,000. Criminals don't have a reputation for being smart. And while that's unfortunate for them, their ridiculous actions lead to some very interesting encounters with law enforcement. Remember what you just saw today? The most absurd arrest called on body cam by police. And believe me, there are plenty more where these came from.
