already lost your uncle. Please don't do this to me. Please, I love you so much. You got so much attention. So much calm down. >> I just WANT see how he is. >> When I walked up to her, she's still talking. You won't hit me. You won't hit me. I ain't put my hands on her. That's my mom. I don't give a I didn't put my hands on her. I never fought my mom again. I never fought my mom like this. This is my first time ever fighting my mom. When they're little, kids are innocent and sweet. But as they grow up, they change. Unfortunately, they sometimes get so entitled that they end up ruining the lives of the very people who raised them, their parents. Luckily, the cops were there when these desperate parents had enough of their spoiled kids. >> What started all of this? >> Him? >> Who is he? >> NO, IT'S [screaming] HIM. >> IS IT YOUR BROTHER? I'M TIRED OF THIS. IS HE YOUR BROTHER? IS HE YOUR DAD? IS HE THIS? IS HE THAT? I DON'T CARE ANYMORE. >> On the 21st of January, 2024, the cops got a call from a private residence and allegedly several family members had been fighting each other. When they arrived at the address, they encountered something that was chaotic and completely unexpected. >> Don't touch me. >> What's going on, GUYS? ME A LOT. >> Hey guys, >> what's going on? >> PSYCHOTIC SHOULD BE PUTTING A MENTAL HOSPITAL. >> Nothing's going on. >> Okay. >> Who's doing what? >> I don't want TO DEAL WITH Y'ALL. I DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH Y'ALL. THIS IS THE SAME REPEAT. AIN'T NOTHING GOING TO CHANGE EVERY TIME Y'ALL LEAVE. THIS AIN'T nothing new. >> But you won't let you come back. You threw IT TO ME >> BECAUSE Y'ALL WANT TO RUN YOUR MOUTH. Excuse me. Please. >> Step back here so we can talk. Okay. Step back here so we can talk. >> Bring the problem OUT. >> ALL RIGHT. I'M NOT GOING TO ASK AGAIN. STEP back here so we can talk. Please. Thank you. >> Where's my [ __ ] >> I don't know where you're first of all. doesn't matter. None of it matters. >> It matters. >> It doesn't. It really don't. >> The daughter, 19-year-old Angelina Broen, was clearly upset with her parents. They were unable to calm her down, even though they'd already tried to restrain her. In addition, the marks on the woman's body raised some serious questions. >> How'd she get the marks on? >> Huh? >> How'd she get all the marks and scratches and stuff on her? her being her >> and her brother got into a physical fight down here on the court. >> Her and her gas REALLY OLD. I'M TIRED. >> HER DAD GAVE HER a hug to try to calm and restrain. Calm and restrain. And then that to them going, >> "This isn't me. It's not me. I JUST WANT MY SON." But the problem is when she doesn't like something he says, >> she snaps and she flips. She won't seek mental help. Anytime you guys COME anytime you guys bring me help now, so I'm fine. I'm fine. Nobody help me. >> So when her and brother got in >> the girl was highly emotional and disagreed with her mother's statements. It was hard for the cops to figure out who started the fight. And they tried to get clarity from Angelina, but the way she responded just confused things even more. >> What started all of this? >> Him. >> Who is he? >> No, it's him. >> IS IT YOUR BROTHER? >> IS HE YOUR BROTHER? IS HE YOUR DAD? IS HE THIS? IS HE THAT? I DON'T CARE ANYMORE. >> BUT THE THING IS, SHE GETS UPSET. >> And when she gets upset, this is the behavior that she does. >> She wants me to fight. And this is I'm done talking. I'm done explaining. Listen to them. She's doing it pretty good. >> Okay. Okay. Well, I'd rather have yours. >> I called BECAUSE I AM TIRED. I'M I'M TIRED of it and I'm scared that it's going to get out of control. >> The only way you're able to help. >> It don't matter. >> It don't matter. >> It matters. >> So, somebody called the police. So, we're here. >> She wants us to stop fighting. That's why. You and your dad. >> Yeah. But maybe you should learn how to respect people. >> Whenever she gets triggered, she is at the point now to where she has no >> she has no coping mechanism, so she instantly goes off the rails. >> These two have a very dysfunctional history. >> From what the mother and daughter said, she'd been fighting with her brother and things clearly got physical. The brother had a neurological condition and it was extremely difficult for him to tolerate loud noises or invasion of his personal space. >> Her brother is autistic. >> He can't handle this. >> No. >> And so he started acting out and throwing things in different stuff and then that's when she got into the first two. >> As things turned out, Angelina also had a fight with her father. There was a visible bite mark on his arm. The father, who was the calmst among them, tried to explain to the officers what had triggered his daughter to bite him. >> Pull her off of it. >> I was giving her a >> aggressive hug. >> I gave her an aggressive hug trying to calm her down, but I was a little tight though. I didn't want to her or nothing. >> And she bit me at school. But I don't know why she thinks that I'm ever going to hurt her as her parent. She's always did this. >> Mommy and daddy got calm down. My balls. I'm just trying to >> dominant parent calm her down. You know I'm person. >> Angelina showed signs of narcissistic behavior. As she talked to the cops and her parents, she repeatedly looked at herself in the mirror as if checking if she looked convincing enough, but it didn't calm her down at all. And soon after her tone shifted from talking to hysterical screaming >> in her car at one point in time and she lost her phone and she couldn't FIND HER PHONE about us looking for it. You want to run your mouth and blam every thing on me and make me a [ __ ] problem. SO I'M MAKING YOU A REAL PROBLEM. You said that's like this is my fault. That's my fault. I'm make it my fault. IT'S MY FAULT NOW. IT ALWAYS IS CUZ Y'ALL MAKE IT MY FAULT AND I AIN'T GOING TO STOP CUZ Y'ALL RUN AND RUN AND RUN AND RUN AND run [gasps] some SELF [screaming] out of you. WHY CAN I GO? >> I WANT MY STUFF. I DON'T WANT TO BE TRAPPED IN THIS ROOM. THIS ISN'T MY ROOM. UNDERSTAND. >> I don't WANT TO BE IN HERE. >> ACTING TOO erratic to go back in the living space. I'm sorry. Okay. >> Her mother claimed her daughter was emotionally unstable. But Angelina insisted that she was being unfairly blamed and she was simply reacting to provocation from her brother. >> And that my little brother wants to come RUNNING AT ME, JUMPING ON ME, DOING HE IS THE big bad. WHAT DO YOU EVEN GOT TO do with this? He's coming over here hitting me, pushing me, saying he's hugging me, trying to hug me. That's what he does. I love you. I love you. I love you. And it comes and throws me. It'sing [ __ ] >> Clearly, the atmosphere in the house was toxic, but it was mostly due to Angelina. As they listened to her, the cops were quietly plotting their next move. And the next thing they did was a really big surprise not only to Angelina but also to her parents. >> So [music] who hit you? >> They all did. >> They all hit you. >> Yeah. >> Okay. How did they hit you? >> It's just coming and going. Coming going. >> No. What the happening? What the is happening? >> Lift your arms up. >> What the happening? What the is happening? >> You're under arrest for battery. >> Why am I under arrest? Huh? >> Stop resisting. Just calm down. >> It's all going to be okay. >> What is happening to me? What is happening to me? >> What did I do? You're not giving me my reasons. I don't have what you did. What is my reason? Where's my >> What the Why are you guys >> Give me my reasons. You didn't My eyes are nothing. >> He's just under the domestic battery. [screaming] >> He hit me. He hit me. He hit me. He hit me. >> I [laughter] can't walk into my What the >> I didn't do anything. I [snorts] didn't do anything. He came to me. He grabbed me. >> I'm not pat down. I'm not doing anything. Can I have my shoes at least? It'sing cold. >> It's cold. I can't. It's cold. >> Neither Angelina nor her parents expected the arrest. The cops, however, knew exactly what they were doing, and they escorted her outside to the patrol car. In the squad car, she made one last attempt to convince them that the fight wasn't her fault. >> That's self-defense. >> It's not self-defense. You bite your neck. I >> He was on top of me. He had a restraint. I was biting and trying to get him off of me. How am I supposed to? That's the only way I can get out. It's biting me. While Angelina was cooperative, she was still upset with them and couldn't understand why she was being arrested inside her own home. After calming her down a bit, they talked in detail about why they arrested her. >> Sorry, I'm just I'm so I'm confused. >> Okay, so I'm confused. >> Just just listen and let me talk. Okay. Why did you guys sit? >> Let Are you going to let me talk? >> I didn't. >> If you're not going to let me talk, then I'm not going to keep this door open. Okay. [laughter] Okay. So, the reason that you were arrested is because obviously your brother is autistic. He has special needs. >> He jumped on top of me. I was just trying to get him off of me. >> As I said, if you're not going to let me talk, then Okay. Um, so your brother is autistic. He was throwing a fit because you were throwing a fit. Whatever happens, I don't know exactly. Just let me talk. If you interrupt me again, I'm not going to let you talk anymore. Okay. >> All right. Okay. >> So, anyways, the reason you were arrested is because your dad was trying to restrain you because you were going bat crazy like you were and have been the whole time we've been here. You were going bat crazy and you bit your dad. Okay. So, as they don't want to pursue charges as officers, we have the right to deescalate the situation in domestic battery situations by arresting one party or both. Okay? So, you're being arrested for domestic battery because you need to be out of this house. This situation is only going to escalate if we leave you here. That's that's that. Okay. >> Angelina was so emotional she could barely put together a coherent sentence. She tried one more time to justify biting her father. According to her account, he provoked her and was the first to be physically aggressive. >> It sounds like he was restraining. >> No, he didn't. He He does this thing. He sits and says he's restraining me. That's what he tells you guys is that he's restraining me, but his restraining in his is his way of hurting me. He says [laughter] to me, he's like, "I love you. I love you. I love you." Then he wrapped his hands around me and started squeezing me and then he picked me up and dropped me and like threw me because my mom seen that he had me. And my mom knows that whenever he starts doing that I love you, I love you thing, he's really just trying to squeeze the out of me so I can't breathe and choke me out. And so that's why I was biting him and kicking him because as I had him bit, he had me in the middle of the air and dropped me. >> The cops listened to her patiently, but their decision remained firm. She had to stay in the squad car as it was the only way to keep her calm and restrained. When the vehicle finally drove off toward the jail house, she completely lost it. >> Officer, what's happening? Please. [screaming] I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna [crying and laughter] Please. I didn't do anything to them. They I was only trying to protect myself. I was only trying to protect myself. I promise. >> Angelina was taken to jail and charged with domestic battery and resisting arrest. On July 14th, 2023, the cops were dispatched to a housing block in response to a concerned caller. A woman stated that her daughter was raging and had already broken a window. When the cops arrived, they walked right in the middle of chaos. >> Pooping and holling like she doing right now, like she always do, Big Bad Wolf. >> So, I said, "Bye, Mary." >> I'm talking to and I'll talk to you in a second. I got my mother on the phone as a witness, right? >> I don't care. >> Anyway, so I said, "Well, Bow, Marie, have a good day." >> So, as she coming out this way, she knocking stuff off our kitchen table. >> I WILL PUSH YOUR MONEY. WHY YOU RID YOUR LINE? >> STOP. >> YOU LYING. NO, you pregnant with you lying. >> WHY SHE KNOCKING STUFF DOWN? I CAN'T CHAIR. I didn't do you a chance to tell me WHAT HAPPENED. >> SHE LYING. I'm not trying to none of that. Ain't going to lock me up a press. She's not TALKING TO ME. DO IT THEN. Do it. Tell them right now so I SO I CAN GET LOCKED UP. >> ANYWAY, >> YELLING. >> My grandmother talking to me. Grandma, she not listening. She big bad wolf. >> Hey. >> Hey. >> She has a right to her story. >> So anyway, asked her why she knocking stuff over. >> I DID KNOCK THINGS OVER. I'M LITERALLY WALKING. THE CHAIR IS RIGHT THERE. MY HEAD, MY LEG HIT THE CHAIR. I DID NOT STOP. >> WHAT YOU looking at? You >> stop. I didn't mind. >> The suspect, later identified as Amari, was behaving terribly toward her own mother. But she wasn't just angry at her. And when a man from another floor joined the argument, that just got her even more irritated. >> I want you to get OUT OF OUR HOUSE. AND YOU BROKE THE WINDOW >> CUZ SHE kicked me away. PUSHING ME OUT. I CAN WALK OUT ON MY OWN. I don't need nobody. >> Go over and TALK TO MY PARTNER. >> YES, the did. You pushed me. What are you talking about? >> Don't touch me, please. I'm not talking to nobody. If y'all ain't GOING TO PRESS CHARGES TO TAKE ME TO JAIL, I'll find that out or not. >> The man was most likely the mother's current partner. It seemed like Amari was furious at the entire household. And thankfully, the cops were experienced enough to know when to step in. And before too long, they sprang into action. >> I do. I'm at 121. Come find me. >> Just put her in handcuffs. Come here. >> Stop resisting. >> Who resisting? >> I'm not resisting. I'm not even >> I'm not resisting. >> Exactly what I got. >> I'm not resist. First of all, stop moving your arm. You're not going [laughter] to break my wrong with you. I'm not. >> You throw her just in the back of the car. I'm going to find out what I got. >> Want me to walk with you? >> Get off of me like that, bro. All right. I'm pressing charges on y'all. LET MY ARM GO. >> NO. >> ALL RIGHT. YOU GOT IT. You got it. I hope your you in that broke baby wrong with you dumb you can't get to the city wrong with you I asked you a question >> have a seat >> I am going to have a seat [ __ ] GOT IT BRO you >> sit down >> you know what >> Amari clearly felt entitled even enough to spit on the officer that would definitely add weight to her potential charges. One of the cops went to speak to the victim while the other tried to find Amari and calm her down a bit. Neither of which was going to be easy. >> You should have did that before you put your hands on me. >> I can have my phone. >> No, you can't. Yes, I can. >> You're in our custody. You cannot. >> Okay. Well, I'm I'm trying to talk to my father. I don't I don't give a want to be on your phone. You're not going to have it right now. Okay. You need to relax. >> I am relaxing. I'm not >> You made this whole situation worse. >> I don't care. They're lying. We can't even talk to them >> cuz they're lying. I'm not going to sit there while they lying. >> Can I have my phone, please? >> No, you cannot. >> You are in custody. You cannot have your phone. >> OKAY. WELL, YOU'RE HURTING MY ARM. >> WELL, THEN GIVE ME YOUR PHONE. >> THAT'S WHAT THE TRYING TO DO. MOVE. >> NOW YOU'RE HURTING MY EARDRUM. >> I DON'T GIVE A HURTING MY ARM. >> What are you doing? >> Cuffs are too tight. >> Well, cuz you wouldn't let us put them on it. >> You were fighting us. No, the was not. I kept walking around cuz you're how you have my arms behind my back. >> No. >> Yes. >> That's how you put handcuffs on. >> That's not how the put handcuffs on. You put my hand below my back, not above. >> Okay. >> The wrong with you. And a female should have put me in handcuffs. Not two me. >> That's not how it works. >> Yes. The gun does. >> Okay. >> As Amari kept yelling, the cop was showing impressive patience. From all of her shouting, it was clear she felt unfairly blamed for things that she didn't think were her fault. But until she learns how to take accountability, it's highly likely that she'll have ongoing problems. >> Daughter just broke window. Daughter almost slapped her brother. Daughter has mental illness. I did not almost slap my little brother. What the other boy been with me all I want to slap my little brother would slap the wrong with you. It's not my watch. Okay. >> So, if she not pressing charges, I would like to either be admitted to a institution or something cuz I'm not going to jail. I don't give a >> I don't care. It doesn't take that on to tell them that you push me out the house and I busted window like all this elaborate all that bull just stop it cuz I did knock only you see knocked down is chair. Don't nobody want to touch our dust kids. Anyway, >> for the most part though, she was furious at her mother. In Amari's rage, she was holding nothing back and shared some personal drama with the officer, divulging to him that her mother was pregnant again. >> It's really come on her that child she got pregnant with right now her going to hate her guts and I can't wait. You gave birth to another child and your first kid hate you. Ain't that something? That is ridiculous. Police call the police you and her get your car broke boy. Y whole marriage is broke. Ain't that something? How y'all married and y'all both broke me? Why never get blessed for the day in your life? You called your mom and think she $500. She ain't give me. >> After speaking to Amari's family, the cop came back with his mind made up that it was time to file charges against her for criminal damage. Sadly for the jail staff, the cops didn't warn them that a combative spitter was on the way and she was really raging. >> Well, you're also not stopping spitting and >> Oh, now stop and spit out spitter one time. Stop talking to me, bro. >> Stop moving around. >> I'm noting moving. Your hands are not swelling. >> Yes, they are. I feel it. >> Not. >> How are you going to tell me what I feel? >> Okay. >> Thank you. You're not You're not a doctor. Okay. Go. >> After confirming the evidence, the cops brought Omari to jail. She was still pretty bitter, which seemed to be her default persona. But at the jail house, the atmosphere there slowly began to sober up the furious suspect. >> Step up. >> Don't need you to tell me what to do. I'm not talking. >> Sometimes this thing works, sometimes it doesn't. >> Oh, yeah. >> What's up? This young lady is stay. >> So >> pretty good. Be cooperative with us. >> Good. >> Y'all look way better than them, too. >> Going to say what she here for. >> Uh criminal damage, resisting, and they'll be back. >> Okay. All right. Are you going to be involved for us or anything? >> Nope. Let's get it over. >> Amari was charged with criminal damage to property, resisting a peace officer, and aggravated battery of a peace officer. On the 6th of February, 2023, a student pulled out a firearm and cocked it in the classroom, shocking the students around him. When the cops arrived, they found the 14-year-old suspect surrounded by his mother and grandmother who were clearly devastated. >> Okay, write this statement. Yeah, >> that's what I'm saying. I'm trying to talk about you. You talking about a friend? These people, not your friend. I ain't talking about >> Wake up, please. >> You ain't got no friends. You put >> your friends. What did you do, Zia? Did you threaten anybody? >> No, I didn't. >> Did you pull the gun? Why? >> Why did you even have the gun? >> No, I told you I had >> I know. But you want to be You want the show? >> What? You want THE SHOW? >> YES, YOU DID. >> OH, you was going to shoot somebody in the damn school. >> In school? Really? >> Cuz class would even out camera clicking back clear as day. >> So, you was still in the school, bro. You can't tell. You been waiting on somebody. Yes. You cannot tell nobody. You was waiting on nobody there. Well, you didn't caught the back in the schoolhouse, bro. You don't really And really, >> nobody here's got X-ray vision. Nobody here can guess what what anybody's [snorts] got in the bag. >> The officer soon read the young man his Miranda rights. He'd already made a serious mistake, and the whole situation was far from good. As for his future, everything depended on what he said to police, something his grandmother fully understood. Listen to me for the last time. Okay? >> You know I love you more than life and so please stop lying. Listen to me. >> Please stop lying. You have too many witnesses. Baby, don't sink yourself. >> Please don't. >> Those are not your friends. I know you feel like put down on that paper. What's the truth? >> What's the truth? I mean the truth. The truth. >> The cameras in the classroom. They caught everything. Just write down on that paper what's the truth. >> Cuz if you don't lie, none of that. >> I apologize if you threaten someone. You need to put that down cuz they going to run the cameras. You got witnesses. >> You can you can baby I apologize. >> Trust me. That's that's a small thing. You know when I know you telling to you lying right now. >> It's sex. You can't even go home with us. >> Bro telling you >> you're not ready for this. >> I was in 8 hours. I know I ain't built for it. So I know you definitely ain't built for it. >> Every day you got a problem with somebody, you can always come to me. You said me and your mom your best friends. You can talk to me about anything. >> So that story I don't believe. >> Yes. Because you tell me everything, man. >> We don't let him go to Southside Parks. It's a lot of stuff that he wants to do that a lot of these do that we don't allow him. >> Next, the suspect wrote a statement about the incident. He explained in the statement that he carried the gun because while walking to school, he'd been threatened by some other boys. The officer explained to the boy and his family what was happening next. >> All right, guys. We are going to get going. You know, Jack, [snorts] they have like a point system, right? Obviously, farm stuff is is towards the top. >> Mhm. >> There's talk about him pointing at somebody, right? However, I haven't interviewed those people. You know what I mean? The sergeant that was here earlier, he didn't do that. So, we don't I can't say he pointed at anybody, right? If that was the case, then for sure he would be staying, right? Because [snorts] that's a serious crime, right? We don't know that that's happened yet, right? We can >> The man told me he did. >> Well, yeah, right. He told me, too. But I, you know, >> he said they had one person confirm it. >> Yeah. I I have to speak with him. You know what I mean? >> So, I mean, if somebody was to confirm it, when would you confirm it? >> Well, so if they're going to confirm it, they're going to confirm it tomorrow. You know what I mean? Uh, so today, you may get a call back from Jack in a few hours, right? Or you or you may not because it is still firearm. Like I said, it's the point system. You've been in trouble before? >> No. >> Okay. That helps, right? If this is your third time, you know what I mean? Like it doesn't help, but it's your first time. That helps you with the points. Whatever. Once they're done with that, the investigation is still going to continue, right? So, tomorrow I got to speak with all the kids in the class and all that stuff. You know, if it comes out that pointed at somebody, that's that's a that's aggravating assault. >> It was time for the young man to say goodbye to his loved ones. His mother and grandmother were just heartbroken. It turned out they'd already lost a family member due to criminal activity and also the boy's father had run into serious trouble. [laughter] That didn't happen. You already lost your uncle. Please don't do this to me. Pray for me. I love you so much. Give me so much attention so much to them. I mean, you understand me and you don't have no friends here. Come on. It's off here. Baby wants to send it out. >> Hey man, listen. I've arrested high schoolers and the mom. I call them. You know what they say. Okay, take them. Unfortunately, man, you got your mom. You got your grandma. She told me she lost >> my son. >> Your son? Dude, >> his uncle, her only brother. I mean, >> uh, listen, man. Middle school is too early to to start this, man. I can't I [snorts] was surprised when I got the call, man. Um, I mean, you got people who care. You got family on the phone. >> That's the other grandma. That's his his dad's grandmother. His dad is locked down right now for attempting. >> I mean, come on. >> Clearly, the family had already suffered a lot due to the recklessness of some of its members. The mother and grandmother just didn't want to see his life ruined as well. They encouraged him once again to be honest and explained to the cops exactly what had happened. >> Whatever you do, you know, they had cameras, people talking, just tell the truth. Even if it was in the room, baby, just tell the truth. That's all. No matter what, just tell the truth. >> If you pointed at somebody, just tell the truth, honey. >> You pointed like I just kept it in my boot. >> Okay. Show us what you did. Show us what you did. >> So say like this my boot. my boot bag like this, but it's in my boot bag and like 4 feet. I just got to hook it to [ __ ] it. >> And what was the reason behind that? >> Like cuz it was getting close to the day. But like I tried to [ __ ] it. Like >> it was before lunch, right? >> It was before lunch. But like people was like people was coming in and they was yelling. They were yelling. So like I tried to [ __ ] it so they would hear a sound like people were screaming. So when I c uh it was some girl she was recording Tik Tok and I guess it was sound. >> The mother and grandmother were escorted out. At that point, the cops started interviewing classmates who had witnessed the incident. The goal here was to get a very complete picture of what had happened that day. >> You know, how did he have it on camera? What was he doing with it? >> Well, at first I didn't know in third period before I mean fourth period he came before the bill had wrong had pulled it out. >> I guess everybody else seen it. >> What class was that? >> Okay. So, you were there already? Yes, sir. >> You said everyone else saw but seen it. But nobody else. >> Okay. Gotcha. What did it look like? >> Black. Okay. >> Uh, he said it was a I want to get one said something like G2. I don't know. It was something like that. I don't >> at the time of the incident. One of his female classmates had been filming a Tik Tok. She gave a clear description of the moment the boy pulled the gun out and cocked it in the crowded classroom. >> I didn't think I like when he actually like when I heard it. Me and the girl when people started actually coming inside the classroom. >> Uhhuh. me and her was um making a video or whatever just dancing around. >> Okay. Like a Tik Tok thing. >> The boy and Zion, they just came together and I guess the boy was peed on his head or whatever just making jokes, whatever. And so he pulled out the gun and he caught their back or whatever. We ran out the classroom. So for whatever reason after that happened, I don't know. >> So he pulled it out of the book bag, you said >> and tucked it in his pants. >> Tucked in his pants. And when did he [ __ ] it? >> When the other boy came inside the classroom. The cops tried to find out where the boy got the gun from. The boy answered their questions, but the cops didn't quite believe him as it contradicted what his mother and grandmother had said. >> Where did he get the gun from? >> Bought it from just someone off the street. >> Now, why is that different from what your mom and grandma said? >> They they said something totally different in front of you. >> Where is it? >> They said that was your aunt's gun. Remember they said the other day they wouldn't leave the house because it was missing. So, they're lying. I hate when they do that. Yeah, that's what we wanted from the beginning. >> It ain't she a she ain't bring a gun to school, man. >> Yeah, I'm saying it's like >> you don't want her to get in trouble. You've gotten a hold of this. >> Yeah, cuz I got >> Because it was So, when did you steal them? >> I really estimate how long you had it. Was it before last weekend? Was it just this past weekend? >> I probably I had >> When did they confront you saying it was missing? >> I don't know. It wasn't over the weekend though. I think No, it was Friday. I got Friday and I hit Friday, Saturday, Sunday. I got So that's >> So you've only had it since Friday. >> And the first time you saw it was when you were making a Tik Tok or the you heard it, right? When he was making a Tik Tok. So you heard it, you ran out. When did you see it? As you were running out or >> Yeah. So it was like it was a video. I'm guessing somebody had screen recorded it and showed it to the office people or whatever. Inside the video, you can see like when I ran out, I turned my head. So, like I saw it before I ran out. >> This 14-year-old boy had clearly gone down the wrong road. And sooner or later, the path he was on could turn out to be destructive for both he and his family. >> See these kids over this stuff? What happened when you put your backpack down a certain way? What happened when these kids would have gotten a hold of it? Serious. You got to choose now what path you want to go because honestly there's only three ways for you and you're about to have a feeling as a juvenile. Nobody can take away your education but they can sure take away your life by going to jail or by going to prison or being in the ground. And I'm sure you don't want your name on a shirt. So, I'm thinking you're going to have to You're 15 years old, making your bed and you're going to have to buy it. >> They charged the boy with a felony count of possession of a firearm on school grounds. Therefore, he was sent to a juvenile correctional facility. Let's hope he learns his lesson, gets back on track again, and never disappoints his mother and grandmother ever again. On December 28th, 2024, the cops responded to a call from a private residence. Reportedly, a girl was torturing her mother and sister by threatening them and screaming. Upon arrival, the cops spoke to both of them, and they were clearly distressed and shaken. >> What's going on today? >> Um, you better rust her. She attacked my daughter. >> Okay. Can I >> Come on inside. Here's my mom's in here and everything. I'm sick of it. This is it. She's attacked my dog. My daughter's upset, crying. She's stepping on my feet, threatening me. She's 17. That's She's We'll get moving. What happened? >> So, um I was hoping to get her shoes out, a pair of shoes out. >> She's upset. >> And then I heard Orya say I thought she said, "Oh, oh, Larry's outside." So, I was like, "What? What?" She wasn't answering. So, I was like, I was screaming, "What?" And she was like, "I she was nothing. He was in my room." She got all mad at me. Started yelling at us. And no, that's one thing. She's not dumb enough. Stepping on my feet. Just got my mom. My mom's in there upset. I'm up here packing my house. I'm leaving next Friday. >> That old? >> Yeah, it's my cat >> and I'm just sick of it. >> What did she do to you? >> Just like screaming in my face. >> That's it. She didn't put her hands on you. >> Besides her mother and sister, the girl had also stressed out her grandmother, who also lived in the house as well. Being a spoiled brat, she didn't care that the elderly woman was recovering from major surgery. Fights like these could have really negatively impacted her health. >> My mom's in there 80 years old. She's got the hospital when you move out. >> No, she's not. >> Okay. >> My mother just got out of the hospital. I had a heart surgery and I can't do this. >> Okay. >> And I can't do this. I can't do this. Get my mom into having another heart attack. I can't do it. >> I don't have I don't have enough to arrest her today. I mean, I got to have marks. So, >> yeah, we're in here. Man, >> but is this her and the pink hoodie out here? >> Yeah. >> Okay, we'll go talk. >> This is I don't want HER BACK IN MY HOUSE. She came out. She went up in my daughter's face and get ready to attack my daughter. I had to step in the middle of it. >> The cops went after the suspect, but since she hadn't gone far, they didn't have to drive too long. When the cops caught up with her, she was still irritated after the altercation she had with her family. >> What's going on today? >> What's going on with her address? That's not my house. I don't >> Okay. Well, don't go back over there. >> Well, I live there. >> Stop walking away. >> What do you want? >> Don't escalate this. You walk away. I'm throwing cuffs. Okay. >> I don't care. You can arrest me. >> Have a conversation with me. Have a conversation with me. >> I don't have to. For what? >> You do have to. Actually, that's what's >> Okay. Look, you're not pressing charges on me. I'm not going to jail. >> That's not how that works. You're still >> Yeah, she's not pressing charges. >> She wants to. >> Then tell her to press charges. What are you asking me for? Tell me what's going on. >> Why? >> Tell me what's going on. >> I don't have to. >> You walk away. I will throw you. >> I'm not scared of you blaming me. Okay. So, you can take >> back to her house cuz you're not coming to my property. Okay. >> Do not escalate this. >> Why? There's an officer walking to you right now. >> I'm aware of that. >> Okay. Well, you can let me know. >> What's going on? >> What do you want? >> Tell me what's going >> I don't have to. >> You do? >> No, I don't >> kind of do. >> I'm not even on her property. >> You put your hands on anybody in there? >> Did you? You're grabbing me like you're scaring my mom outside and I can press charges on you. >> Do it. >> She really acted like a spoiled child. She was showing no respect, neither to her family nor the police. In her entitlement, strangely, she even dared to flick some iigu at the officer. And moments later, she regretted doing something so dumb. >> Yeah, I care. No, >> you can't. >> Yeah, I can. You're outside. You're detaining and keep walking away. >> No, I don't. I'm sorry. That's felony, by the way. >> I don't care, bro. >> They off of me. >> I know. >> I know. >> Stand up. Stand up. >> Stand up. >> I need a wheelchair. >> You don't need a wheelchair. >> Help me. Get off of me. >> Oh. All right. Well, that's >> not getting in that car. Tell my mom on the ground scared of posit. >> This girl turned something into nothing in under a minute. There was no real evidence of a crime in the house, but her reckless behavior in public earned her a solid charge. One of the cops explained the consequences that she was just about to face. >> Where do you want your stuff? >> Why? >> Cuz your mom's moving. >> I don't care. I'm not going to jail. >> Yeah, you are. >> No, I'm not. I'm going to a mental hospital. >> You're going to jail? >> No, I'm not. >> You just kicked an officer four times. You headbutted me. >> No, I did not. >> Pulled away, poked my nose. You're going to jail. >> Okay. >> Where do you want your stuff? >> That's not an answer that I asked. >> I have to talk to you. >> Okay, that works for me. Okay. >> She was in no way cooperative with them, but her mother was more reasonable and assisted the officers. If her daughter got a lesson from law enforcement, she didn't mind at all. >> She said she doesn't want to talk to me and she doesn't care. So, >> I take it all to my daughters. All her property in my house. >> Do what you need to do. >> I'm taking it all to my daughters. >> Yeah. >> So, what is she being charged with? >> Anything? Aggravated battery to a police officer. >> And what else? too. >> Resisting >> for both of us. >> For both of you. Two counts and resisting. >> Yep. >> So, she won't be getting out no time soon, huh? >> Hopefully not. >> Okay, good. She going get the help that she needs. >> Perfect. >> In the meantime, get your stuff. And >> I am. I got to go to U-Haul Friday and pack my house up now. >> I'll send you all these over here. I'll add them to the call. >> Sounds good. >> All right. Thank you. >> Nope. >> Without any objection from her mother, the girl was taken to the jail house. They charged the young woman with resisting arrest and aggravated battery on two of the officers. On June the 3rd, 2023, West Pond police were alerted to a domestic altercation. A mother reported her abusive son. When the officers arrived, they were met by the victim. >> You want to come on out and talk to me for a minute? >> Yeah, I can come out. >> All right. Thank you. 102 female house. >> What's going on? Family fight. >> Yes. Missing crap piss me off. >> Yeah, >> just like like talking back and [ __ ] >> Who's Who's talking back? >> My son. >> Is he drinking? Is he drugging? What's he? >> No. >> You just fighting family fights. >> I just don't like when he calls me and I will call. Oh, go ahead and call it and I will. >> Okay. >> I just wanted to know that I'm not afraid. >> Okay. >> If I need help, I need help. >> Okay. >> But I think it'll be all right if you just call like I'm pissed. >> Does he live here with you? >> No. >> So, what are you going to ask him to leave? >> Mhm. Okay. And who do you stay here with? >> Myself and my daughters. >> Who is the other two guys in here? One's your son. >> They're my stepson. >> So your son and your stepson are here. >> They're both my son. >> Okay. Are you having trouble with both or just one? >> Just the one. >> The one in the kitchen or the one sitting here? >> The one. >> Was it the one in the kitchen? >> Yeah. No. No. Not as big. >> The one out here. >> Okay. How old is he? >> 23. >> 23. >> I think it'll be all right. All right. Well, I just want to make sure you >> Yeah. >> You guys fighting like touching each other, fighting each other, just yelling. >> This is my disrespect. Is that what >> The mother stated that her son didn't put his hands on her and that she felt safe in her home. Obviously, by calling police, she was trying to frighten the man and somehow get him to treat her with more respect. The woman's son, Corey, must have hurt her a lot because moments later, she burst into tears. >> Why you crying right now? just like I can't believe you would talk to me like that and I'm your mother. >> You feel into her. Is that what's going on? >> Real hurt. Like I feel like when you talk like your mother like that, you shorten your day. >> What he say? >> Just like and everything. Never would you think a million years to call my mother. >> I'm going be terrified. >> Just no respect. >> This whole generation is like words. >> Has he got any weapons on him right now? >> No. I'll be here for a second. >> All right, let me see if Cory will talk to me. >> Thank you. >> Officer Torres wanted to speak with Corey to hear his side of the story and see what kind of person could throw such nasty insults at his own mother, but clearly by that point, Cory was ignoring his mother as well as the officer. >> Open the door. My gosh. Jermaine, open the door. >> Jine, open the door. >> My gosh, Jine, open the door. >> Come on, open the door for your mom. That said, open the door. Stop. >> We're not doing that. Just open it up. >> But you're not going to keep me outside, are you? >> I I I want to come inside my house cuz I live here and you're being disrespectful. >> It seemed like Cory was playing his next trick on his mother. Officer Torres then said that she didn't want to come in the house, but the sons must have overheard her because seconds later the front door opened. >> They want me. Come on. They just need Thank you. Thank you. Are you Corey? Where's Cy? It's all right. I'm not coming any [laughter] house. It's all right. Is Cory around? >> I want to go to work. >> You trying to go to work? >> Everything going to be all right here? Families have fights. I get it. Families have disputes, you know. Inside the house, everything looked pretty calm. Cory was upstairs in his room. However, when the mother tried to take matters into her own hands, she quickly lost the sympathy that Officer Torres initially showed her. As things turned out, in that household, there were at least two people who were verbally aggressive. >> Shut up. See how he is. THAT DO YOU WANT TO GO [screaming] TO JAIL? >> You kicking him out. >> He didn't put his hands on you. >> The cop was trying to understand what Cory was so mad about. He was making a ridiculous amount of noise, and it was interesting to see what kind of person he really was. He didn't make her wait too long and soon after he showed up in full force and they got even louder. >> Calm down. Calm down. Calm down. Calm down. >> Cory, why you hell? >> IT'S THE POLICE. >> I DON'T give a talk to her. >> Talk to you or your friends. >> Why you talking to your mother? >> Do you hear like this? He's in my house talking to me like this. So you put >> crazy. [screaming] >> You will be put out. >> The argument escalated and his older brother jumped in and somehow he was trying to outshout his brother as well as their mother. His brother saw inconsistencies in how his mother handled Cory. Officer Torres, for her part, just endured all the noise. Because he's talking TO ME OUTSIDE NOT TO DO NOTHING. WHAT DO YOU WANT HER TO DO? >> I'M TRYING TO HELP HIM, BUT HE KEEPS TELLING HIM. THAT'S WHY I TOLD YOU JUST GO IN THE ROOM. Let him bent. >> You're screaming. >> That's all he doing. >> You're escalating it. >> I don't know. It's driving me crazy. You call the police on him, but don't want him to get locked up, but then you putting it in front of him in danger. >> No, BECAUSE >> BECAUSE YOU SEE BE DRUNK. HE TALKING TO THE POLICE LIKE THAT. AMIDST ALL THIS CHAOS, it was hard for officer Torres to do her job. So to make sure things didn't escalate further, she separated them so she could finally speak to Corey. Still though, the conversation they had was not the most logical. >> Cory, you going to work or anything today? I'm just trying to get you away from mom >> full time. I just paid my rent. >> No, I'm just trying to get you away from mom. >> I just paid my rent. WHY? I GOT I JUST PAID. >> I just paid, man. >> I didn't say anything about that. >> I just paid for my loan. >> I'm trying to say I'm trying to separate the two of you because you're both trying to separate. I just paid. I don't have to say nothing else to him. >> So, hey, go get your husband, bro. Get my money back. Hey, bro. Sir, I'm sorry. I'll walk out and get my money back. >> All right, Cory, you want to come lock your door? >> Yeah, stay. Get my money. >> They going to be all right. >> Yeah, they going to be all right. >> You stay here, too? >> Yeah, he good. He good. >> He's been drinking. >> Yeah, that's it. All he doing is ving. He ain't doing nothing. >> He ain't doing nothing. Cory, you didn't put your hands on mama? >> Hell no. >> All right. You just having a family fight. Is that what's going on? >> She ain't never tell you I put my hands on. >> No, she didn't say that. >> She did not say that. >> All right. >> Officer Torres did her job professionally and without unnecessary emotion. She tried to offer a solution to calm things down in the house and suggested a plan to Corey that sounded pretty reasonable. >> I understand you two could be upset with each other. All right. If you you stay here with mom, >> I'm asking you. You live here. You pay rent here and everything. >> All right. If you can mama's gonna say she said she's going upstairs. All right. If you can go hang at your friend's house for a little bit, enjoy your Saturday, turn up a little bit at your friends, you two need to separate for a minute. All right. I didn't say you got you can't come home tonight. I just said let her I want that. I want that. I need to get the ride. >> Okay. So, if you can go to your friend's house for a minute, chill out the rest of the day. It's Saturday. You said you've been working. All right. chill it down, right? Because we don't want to come back out here and get involved in your family. You know, families, families are tough, all right? We don't want to get involved, but we just don't want you putting your hands on each other. Neighbors are calling, making a scene. You know, >> I get it. I fight with my family, too, but we can't be doing it when neighbors are upset, you know, because they're going to call every time you're out here having a fight. >> Yeah. It ain't that wild. I mean, it just just >> see right now you're being civil. >> Yeah. >> You know, you calm back down. You're being civil. >> Talking to her. >> That's good. >> Mhm. let her do her thing. You go do your thing at your buddy's house, your partner's house, your girl's house, whatever. >> Officer Torres, however, had a pretty good feeling that another conflict could easily erupt. Therefore, she made things crystal clear that if they had to come back to the residence, it wasn't going to be pretty. >> If she starts back up, let us know. Okay? I told her the same. If you start back up, but I'm telling you, if we come again, it's going to be multiple people. And you know how it usually goes. Unfortunately, somebody got to go. >> Torres, >> I come by myself. >> You know, >> you came out. >> I came out. I'm talking to you, right? >> Bike around the corner. >> Well, you think we travel in packs every time. >> Y'all come [laughter] if I jump out this window right now. >> You know what you going to do? EMS. Because if you jump out that window, you're going to get hurt. >> See what I'm saying? >> There you go. All right. >> You've been training. What's that mad dog or something? Tearing it up. All right, Cory. Have a better night. You and mom chill out. Thanks, man. When they parted ways, the officer and Cory were in pretty good spirits. But soon after, the cops were called back again due to Cory's behavior toward his mom. He jumped off his balcony, tried to escape the police, and a chase ensued on foot. I spotted running. Mel's running on 36th Street. We going >> eastbound on 136. >> That's why I got him detained. I can't get right now. [screaming] I tell I want to get >> sure you got some weapons on the bushes right here. Eventually, he was taken to jail and got a resisting arrest charge. On January 16th, 2023 in Florida, police responded to a call from a private residence. A 26-year-old man had allegedly assaulted his mother. When they arrived at the address, they found the victim and her sister, and the suspect was missing. >> Hello, ma'am. >> Hi. How are you? >> How are you? >> Did he uh take off that way? >> He took off that way. This is the only exit out of this neighborhood was walking down this way. >> Okay. Do you know if you made a right or left? >> We don't know. >> You got on the Okay. Do you have an ID with you? >> We don't. >> They don't know if he made a right or left >> when he left. >> Yeah. They don't know if he made a right or left. I didn't see anybody coming when I was coming from uh old old Canoe. >> I'm going drive around. >> But I would go left and see if he's probably that way. Hey, check the park. When the officer questioned her, the mother had no idea where her son could be. She said he might have gone to 7-Eleven to find a car or meet a friend. She then gave more details about her son and also about their fight. >> So, what happened? >> He's bipolar. He's bipolar wanted. >> I live in Alabama, but I just came down here. I moved here so I could help him like get some help. And anyway, I don't know. He just started. He was kind of manic this morning and he has been taking seems to been helping. Um he, you know, seemed very kind of manic this morning. I took him up to get his paycheck and um I don't know, he just started getting these crazy thoughts about like me asking, you know, I'm married, but I came down here and asking my husband for $14,000 a month and just all these crazy things which I have zero idea where it came from. And then he just started getting more worked up and more worked up and then he just spit on me and then he just started punching me. >> The mother believed her son needed to be Bakeracted and get some professional help. She told the officer that about a month and a half ago they had Baker acted him, but unfortunately the treatment they gave him was too short to be effective. Soon the officers found the man whose name was Garrett and spoke with him. >> What's going on? What happened? >> You guys stand up. I prefer you sitting down. What happened? >> Um, somebody I don't know. My mom just was like, "Okay, so she's blaming a lot of money that has been spent that she's that she uses on on her, but she's blaming it on her kids." >> Okay. >> And I only see like not even $100 a month when she's asking for about 17 18 grand >> for what? >> From her husband. >> Okay. >> And she says my kids need it. So, it's basically putting me in a bad position where all I do is all I do is do everything that they ask me to do. Take medication that I don't need and everything that she tells me to do, she wants to basically blame it that she asked that she asked for money and she's doing all these things that she should be she should be doing as a parent. >> Garrett blamed his mother because she wasn't giving him money. But on the other hand, he said he didn't need any because he was thriving and had a job. His statements were contradictory and he went on talking negatively about his mother even further. >> But all she does is ask 17 18 grand like on her iPhones on her on everything she needs. All she does is usually just say, "Hey, it's my kids that need money." But I don't ask her for nothing. And I only see about like a $100, not even $100. That's for insurance. >> You know what I mean? So, it's like she just basically is ruining my life. It's just kind of like to a point where I don't want to sit there and talk to her >> because all I know is that she's just being a complete imbecile and it's hurting my life because I don't ask for nothing. >> Uhhuh. >> I work. I do everything she tells me to do. I take my medications. I clean the house. I do everything. And all she wants to do is say, "Hey, my son needs the money. 17 18 grand a month or whatever. because he can't get a job. I have a job. I I do all this stuff. I live on the streets for two or three months at a time because she doesn't want to be a parent. She wants to spend money on her iPhone that she needs. >> How old are you? How old are you? >> I'm 26 years old. Okay. >> And I have five. I have everything that she wants. >> Garrett was 26. And at that age, he shouldn't have expected his mother to fund his life. After listening to his complaints, the officer then asked Garrett what exactly had happened between he and his mother that day. >> My mom walked in the house. [music] I I walked in before her and my aunt got off the couch and was sleeping, taking a nap, whatever. I don't even care. >> Okay. >> She's just like, "Gary, threw the phone out the window." >> She what? Wait, what? >> I threw the phone out of the window and somebody stole the phone. >> You threw the phone out the window? >> Yes. >> Okay. And And then what'd you say about the phone? >> The cop arrived. The cop arrived over there. What time was that at? >> It had been about 30 to 45 minutes ago over there off Kaiser Road. >> Okay. >> I told the guy we can go home with no problem. >> Okay. >> Because that's what I sold him. But my mom walked in and she caused big issues and they started yelling at me. So I was like, "Look, I don't want any problems." And I slammed the door and then I left. >> Okay. >> I don't get why they keep doing this to me, man. Like I literally I want to have a good life. I want to work. I want to go to school. I want to do all this. I don't get why she doesn't want >> want me to have a good life. >> Clearly, Garrett saw his mother as being the biggest obstacle he had to living a good life. Despite being a full grown man, he was behaving like a sulking teenager. According to him, his mother even blamed him for her divorce. >> Literally, her divorce, she wants to blame dad on me. When I I've known the guy, but like two years out of the seven seven or eight years they have been together. I've literally seen the guy for about >> Do you have an EPA to clear that? >> Blame everything on me. She wants to spend 17. That's just one month. 17 18 grand. She wants to blame it on me and her kids that she she needs the money for the kids. >> She says spend nothing on me. Like I should be able to have nice things. You don't understand. >> And this whole thing is because she wants to blame stuff on people that it's not even their fault. Like my fault. I have nothing to do with their marriage. Like their relationship, I don't I don't even know the guy. >> So why is your mom trying to say you spit on her? >> Well, the fact is she stole money from Well, she asked her husband for money. 17 grand in one month. >> He did or you did. >> She asked her husband for money. >> She says my kids need the money. I haven't seen any money. I don't even need the money, sir. But like still it ruins your reputation saying, "Hey, I'm going to borrow 17 18 grand from you. My kids need the money." >> Garrett kept repeating the same things. He said his mother wouldn't give him any money, not even for his medicine. He then added that he really didn't need the medication, which led the officers to ask him about his mental health. >> Have you ever been diagnosed with any mental illness? >> I have, but it's not like I have been diagnosed diagnosed. Like I don't really need medication to survive. Like every time I show up at their house. >> When I say diagnosed, like has a doctor ever diagnosed you. >> Do you take medication right now? >> I do right now >> for better not disclose that. >> Okay, that's fine. >> That's fine. >> But but you said so a doctor has diagnosed you. Is that what you're saying? >> I don't want to disclose that either >> cuz your mother seems to believe that you are in a manic state right now. >> I'm not in a manic state. I just don't want her to take respons. I don't want her to blame everything that she's doing on me. It's making me look bad in the family. >> Uhhuh. >> So, go like this real quick. Let me see your hands. >> So, it's not going to >> Sorry. Let me get it one more time. Thank you. So, you're saying you didn't put you didn't punch or anything like that? Nothing at all. Okay. This is from previous right there. >> Yeah. I just bite my nails. >> Okay. Okay. I just want to make sure >> the man refused to be Baker acted or to be evaluated psychiatrically. At that point, his mother told the officers on the phone that she wanted to press charges. And after presenting the mother's ultimatum to her son, it was time for the cops to wrap things up. >> All right. Do you know what that means? >> Yes. >> Okay. Um, you know, he went back over there and he looked at her. Apparently, she does have marks on her. Okay. I know you said that you didn't >> touch it, though. >> Sorry. >> I did not touch her. >> Okay. But like I was trying to explain to you earlier over there in the state of Florida when there's a um domestic violence or or um battery. I apologize. A battery um and the people do live in in close proximity, whatever. Mother, son, whatever. >> I didn't touch her. I don't care. I don't I don't I don't want to be prosecuted and I don't want to be drug. >> Okay. Well, she wants to prosecute. Okay. >> I don't want to be prosecuted. Can I talk to her at least? >> Okay. We can take you over there. Okay. We can take you over there, but it's going to be in handcuffs. >> All right. No. >> All right, man. Yeah. >> Shortly after, they took Garrett to his mother so they could talk. Police determined he had intentionally struck her and he was transported to jail where he was charged with assault. On the 2nd of September 2024, the cops responded to a call from a private home. There was an altercation reported between a daughter and her mother. When the cops arrived at the address, they were still yelling and fighting. >> Yes, I do want to press. It's on camera. Bit me. >> It's on camera. I'M GOING TO BEAT your charge. >> Hey, relax. >> I'm going to press charge on her. >> Walk over there. Talk to her. [music] >> I'm going to press charge on her. >> Yeah. What happened? >> You can relax. My granddaughter trying to get out of my house. You see, she did this. >> SHE THREW STUFF. >> She broke glass and then start pushing me against the door. I pushed her away until pushing me. That's when she grabbed my head. The mother had called police. And also in the house were her granddaughter, the suspect, Tara Jones, and Tara's baby. The commotion was overwhelming, so the cops took Tara outside to hear her version of the story first. >> Okay, you got to talk to me and tell me what happened. >> I'm sorry, >> guys. I walked up to my mom. >> That's your mom. >> We arguing. >> Hey, take a deep breath. Let's just take a deep breath for a second. Okay, take a seat. Take a deep breath. Take a seat. Relax. I don't press charges like when Yanni was breaking your windows, whooping your was ass. You did not press. You ready to get to the I don't give a I don't want to fight for mine. >> Okay, take a seat. Relax. Take a seat. Is your finger okay? >> I don't know. >> Let me see. >> Really? >> Really get me up up in her. What are you talking about? After that outburst, it was then time to talk to Tara's mother. The mother said she wanted her daughter out of the house. She was willing to press charges and clearly she could no longer tolerate her daughter's behavior. >> That girl psychotic. She's had an attitude since this morning. Okay. >> She's a mental patient. Yes, I bet her finger. She was grabbing my head. >> Okay. >> And and and pushing around and breaking everything in my house. She came up and she pushed me. >> Okay. >> And I push her. I WAS RIGHT THERE AT THE FRONT DOOR. You can ask the 5-year-old. Okay. >> She's not going to make a lie. Mine was definitely one of her charges. I'm over this. >> Okay. What's >> I'm start trying to help her homeless. >> Her daughter was standing near the front door and overheard her mother's statements. What her mother said clearly enraged her. And in a burst of anger, she admitted to some of the damage she'd done in her mother's house. >> I SWEAR TO GOD, I WANT TO BE RELAX. >> NO. LIKE, I ain't never FIGHT YOU LIKE THAT BEFORE. I WOULD REALLY TEAR YOUR DOWN. >> You're about to get arrested. Sit down. You can't make threats like that. Sit down. >> You thought you was doing You snatch off my wig. Made my bloody on your face. Look, YOU TALKING ABOUT POINT NONE OF THAT. >> YES, I did. Break that in her living room. >> YES, I DID. THROW HER A TRASH CAN. SHE SHOULD HAVE NEVER PUSHED ME. I don't of that. >> I tore your up. What? >> You got a phone? >> Now all three of your kids whipped. >> This just bit me, bro. Oh, I sent my daughter down by her arm. I took her by her arm instead of down. Why is you snatching her around when nobody snatched her? If I snatched, she would have been crying. Set her down, told her to sit. She get to talking whatever. She like, "You owe me almost $1,000." I'm like, "Okay, bet." Boom. Give me my rent money and you can take the rest. I'm not tripping about none of that. She get to talking. I walked up to her. She told you you're not about to keep call. I don't care whose house this is. You're a mad looking for a purse that was missing. >> Strangely, Terra's biggest concern seemed to be her missing purse. As a matter of fact, she described the fight with pride and surprising confidence. No one should act like that toward their mother or speak about their mother like that in such a demeaning way. >> When I walked up to her, she's still talking. You won't hit me. You won't hit me. I ain't put my hands on her. That's my mom. I don't give a I didn't put my hands on her. I never fought my mom again. I never fought my mom like this. >> This is my first time I ever fight my mom. >> She I walked up to her, she pushed me. I walked up again. Don't push me. She want to push me again. Boom. I got to tear her up. >> What do you mean tear her? >> Got to tear. >> I got to fighting her. >> And then when I got to up her in her face, punching her straight in her face. She took my finger and bit me. >> This really bit me. But you see, I was really punching her hands, blood on my knuckles. I don't care about none of that. >> This bit me. >> Okay. >> You're a animal. >> Why do you think she pushed you? because she said I wasn't going to hit her. I was going to hear her. I know I could hit you. I didn't hit you for it. >> No, I just moved into my apartment today. >> As things turned out, it was true that Tara had just recently moved in with her mother. And the reason she did so was that her own house had been flooded. But it seemed like the mother could not stand living with Tara. And she had plenty of reasons. >> And you said she does have mental problems. >> Yes. >> Okay. Did she see somebody for that? >> Yes. Did she TAKE HER MEDICINE? NO. SHE WAS SMOKING. >> OKAY. YEAH. When was the last time she >> and her house? Oh, I don't know that her house flooded. That's my daughter house flooded. The police has been out here multiple times with her. >> Okay. >> She's disrespectful as hell. She started calling. That's my first call, y'all. And I'm like, you're mad because I said something to you cuz she was snatching the baby around. And I'm like, what do you snatch HER AROUND FOR AND YELLING AT HER? STOP DOING THAT. It's on camera. >> I said, stop doing that. She's a baby. Feed her lunch, then make her tired out so she can go lay down. you want to go run and go smoke a and all that kind of dumb instead of taking care of your baby. She's supposed to be washing the baby's hair. And I'm like, you know, okay, feed her lunch for she EAT WHEN SHE WAKE UP. LAY DOWN, YOU KNOW, AND ALL THAT KIND OF STUFF IS ON CAMERA. >> Then I'm like, Terara, stop doing that. Trying to show in front of my niece on the phone. I'm not dealing with that, >> okay? >> I just came from urgent care. >> The mother talked about her own health problems as she had a heart condition and issues with her legs. This fight with her daughter had only made things worse and she showed her injuries from the fight. >> Any injuries? >> Huh? >> Any injuries? >> Yeah. She Do you see? This is my real hair. >> I understand. I'M SAYING LIKE >> my nose. I mean, I don't know if she my nose or what she did. Yes. >> Okay. I'm just saying marks or anything like that. >> It feel like a little right here. I don't know. >> Okay. >> But I can feel it. >> Does that camera catch anything? >> Um that's what I'm trying to find. My other phone. It was charging. She took it off the charge. >> Okay. Definitely want to press charges on her. >> What happened to her getting bit? >> She was grabbing me. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. BIT HER FINGER TO TRY TO GET HER OFF OF ME. >> OKAY. >> AND SHE'S LIKE, "SHE'S BITING ME." SHE ON THE PHONE TALKING THIS YOU SITTING THERE GOT ME BY MY HAIR, BENT ME OVER, AND I'M trying to get you off of me. >> Okay, let's go ahead. >> And you sitting there trying to punch me in my face. I'm not just going to haul off and bite her. >> All right, man. Go ahead and stand up for me. Go ahead and put your phone down. >> Go ahead and put your phone down. >> Go ahead and put your hand for me. Back your head. Sorry. >> Do you have anything that's going to focus first? >> She won. I let the Oh my soul. >> They put Terra in a squad car and meanwhile it turned out she had a protective order against her mother. Ironically, by showing up at her mother's house, she had violated the order. Also, her child couldn't stay with the grandmother and was handed over to CPS. >> So, the CSB will be here in about an hour. We can't leave until Okay. >> Okay. >> You could get everything ready >> to go for the baby. Okay. >> They going to take her? >> They might take her for now until they they'll probably have to run back and like run your information stuff and they'll give you a call. >> Oh, Lord. >> So, if you could get everything ready. You may like take her for a day or >> hopefully just like hours. So if you could have everything ready by like 2:00, it's like 35 minutes from now. >> Okay. >> Does that sound okay? >> What I need like her diapers and >> whatever. Like just to go back, you know. Do you have a car seat? >> Yeah. >> Okay. That kind of stuff would be great. >> Terra was taken to jail where she was later charged with domestic violence. Let's hope she cleans her act up and becomes not only a better daughter, but a better mother for her child. Parents, of course, don't get to choose their children. All they really have is a chance, and in fact, a duty to raise their kids into reasonable human beings. Sadly, it doesn't always work out. And when desperate parents can't handle their spoiled kids anymore, the cops have to step in and clean up the mess.
