quiet of the public and typically requires a member of the public and not a police officer to vouch for what happened basically at this point they were um acting disorderly it's disorderly contact conduct um were you influenced by that would you be willing to press charges for disorderly conduct because we need a victim for that somebody who's offended by the behavior no okay I mean they didn't Act and the real tough guys were the officers who worked incredibly hard to make sure Justice was served
