all right on May 18 2022 officers were dispatched to a convenience store about a male who had been previously banned from the store and was trespassing in La Crosse Wisconsin the mail was identified as Jordan Hughes when the store workers tried to approach him to leave the store he immediately got upset and stormed out kicking the door open a majority of the audio has been censored due to Jordan's excessive use of profanities so both Joe and I were kind of involved in that yeah I saw him come in I said Hey Joe that's Jordan yup not allowed in here he's like call the cops he went over actually yeah did you find the no trespass yeah I found it on our system yeah if you guys get a copy of it I'd like a hard copy if you do yeah we actually just up there okay perfect yeah okay yeah we'll grab that for you now before we forget about it yeah no worries all right so from what I saw Joe went over and talked to him from a distance and he immediately got upset yeah uh kind of thrown out the door kicked the door open and then as he was walking out to the parking lot he was kind of you know making angry gestures yep did he buy anything when he's here remember earlier today he bought a Steel Reserve okay um Tony throughout the receipt to me after he left I had no idea um and then this time it looked like he was govern something from the cooler aisle and then okay ditched it they didn't leave with anything he had two cases of PBR with them not for Monster okay because we saw him come in and ready to get that yeah that's what I was curious too right on over back to PBR that they're enjoying now um okay sounds good can I get you it was Jonathan if you have any questions actually said that to Joe before he ran over Joe's very confrontational yeah with anybody about that yeah I don't think I would have abortioned the same way so all right well if you don't have a question let me get out of here okay thank you have a good night stay safe the officers then found Jordan in a park and approached him to ask him some questions as the officer was approaching Jordan he observed that Jordan was with two 12-packs of PBR beer the officer was also able to detect a moderate odor of intoxicants emitting from his breath thank you hello hey Jordan can I talk you over here quick privately thanks can you just leave the beer there for now though thanks you can come
