give anything else yeah but that has to do with the c yeah cuz bosis stenosis for that yeah it does it really does because I go into I go into atrophy I have L demension combined with perip peripheral neuropathy going to leave the cups on no no can you put them in in front my arms my arms said will lock up and is excruciating I just need them put in front of me I am not I'm disabled I I'm disabled and I'm not why would you R I wasn't running I identified myself I gave them identification and they murder me and and and and can we please put these in front of me I'm disabled and not supposed to be behind me please despite what Alexandria might think she was in fact charged with a Litany of crimes according to jail records she was charged with around a dozen offenses including felony fleeing DUI and multiple counts of drug possession she was sentenced to 10 months in county jail and is still awaiting trial on her most serious charges on June 15th 2024 a sheriff's deputy from the Grand Travers County Michigan Department was on a routine Patrol during the early morning hours a car passed him going 75 and a 55 once the vehicle stopped in a parking lot the suspect climbed into the back seat and pretended to be asleep 955 he crawled in the back seat and's acting like he's [Music] asleep howdy he came flying past on 31 once and then he did it again so I stopped him this time he was going to go straight through and then he pulled in the left turn lane pulls in here stops and wouldn't open the door or talk and then uh he climbed in the back seat I think he put the key under the seat yeah yeah he's I pulled in right behind him and I came up to the window open the you know I knocked down the window I'm like uh Hey and uh he just crawls in the back seat and goes asleep this guy must have forgotten that he's not in some sort of a game where you can sleep when enemies are nearby to get them to go away but don't worry the cops will have another reason to wake him up soon after they ran the VIN number the registration came back to someone he's driv like Hill did you get a speed no he passed me earlier Westbound and then came back Eastbound and I'm like well not twice and then he was going to go straight through and at the last second he kind of pulled out an angle left turn lane right in front of me and I saw I didn't have a plate so I lit him up he pulled in here and he was sitting in the driver's seat and he just sitting there so I knocked down the window and he kind of lean to get some window and then he crawled in the back sounds like obstruction to me yeah going be missing a window soon he's not the r no of course not that'd be too easy right yeah just as suspected this guy has a previous drunk driving record and doesn't want to add another one this morning the cops also learned that his driver's license was also revoked the stubborn man is leaving the cops with no choice but to bust his window open to get to him which is lawful to affect an arrest hey open the door you're under arrest going to break the window dude hey your window's going to be broke open the door you see his hands um I can see his right hand but his left hand is under his body I didn't see he had anything when he crawled back cuz he was in the driver's seat so right last chance open the door let me hands now hands now hands now out my hands are up whoa dude who you're going to get tased guy well I don't want to get tased get out mov come out of the car you guys get out of the car yes sir yes sir yes sir come on it's GL guys you well then use your car guys guys you guys going C you guys going C get out your stomach your stomach come on don't hurt me to put your hands behind your back give us a hand overall this suspect gets an a for effort but an F for execution and while the officers could have been a bit gentler it's understandable since he was probably going to fight which he did during the scuffle officers could smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from him no surprise there I got CS right here Sor you don't have to be sorry just stop pulling away from me I'm not trying to hold still okay yes sir yes sir yes sir is this worth going to the officers are referring to as a crumb is actually a small piece of meth they found on him and that combined with what he drank can explain why he didn't want to get caught okay so tell me what find the keys in my camper okay so you went flying past me on 31 was it you at five class yeah and then you came flying back so you're coming to get your keys I'm looking for them okay I stopped on I don't know you sir but I don't know you either but I still have my my flashing lights on right the suspect's lying through his teeth if he'd found his keys why would he try and sleep in a McDonald's parking lot it's pretty obvious he's deluded by meth and it's the meth talking now this guy's going to keep playing dumb even as the evidence keeps stacking up against him meth you got meth you found meth on me do you got meth no sir I don't do meth I I've never done that what do you do just drink no sir have you been drinking tonight no sir okay so then why when I lit you up and you pulled in here and I came up to the door and was knocking on it why wouldn't you talk to me because I don't have driver's voice you don't so why wouldn't you talk to me and then and then you climbed in the back I just bought the car sir I just bought the car understand that I just bought the car sir and I'm just trying to get home sir okay well you haven't had anything to drink no sir okay would you be willing to take a PBT for me no sir you wouldn't Z okay make sure you're write them my ticket for it then because uh it smells like you've been drinking said it smells like he's been drinking so go down that road too good work you have not been drinking no sir then why won't you take a PBT cuz I have not been drinking well then that's all the more reason to take a PBT cuz I think you have so what'll happen is I'll get a search warrant and I'll get your blood anyway so it just makes things harder on you the PBT the officer is referring to is a preliminary breath test or breath Al life the suspect's refusal to take the test makes it pretty obvious that he's been drinking and his later statements make it clear that he's been smoking meth too this cold out here I can't believe it got also some new charges ultimately he was was charged with felony obstruction and a misdemeanor operating while intoxicated he was released on bond 12 hours later and exstensively returned to work on July 1st 2023 an officer with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Department was on a routine Patrol today he decided to check out a popular fishing spot to see if people there had a proper fishing license upon arrival he spotted two people fishing and decided to make contact with them howy howy how you doing fishing Wildlife huh said fishing Wildlife how are y'all what you say said fish in Wildlife yeah we fishing okay what's the problem nothing I was just checking what you yeah we fishing yall do any good no we just got here actually oh yeah no bites huh no bites no bites I got you y'all have a fishing license yes sir Hey brother what are you kicking in the water nothing man ain't kicking P out the water sir okay dude I can see what what you got do you have a fishing license sir I don't have no f look everybody come out here we ain't causing no trouble I I know I didn't say you were oh my God have you ever had a fishing license sir this Florida how many people have fing license in Florida listened carefully and picked up on what the officer said he could have just let his girlfriend claim ownership of the gun then they could just go about their day without getting arrested I'm going to run the gun make sure it's not stolen sir and if it's not stolen we're good I don't know about no gun okay go ahead and back up for me no I said I just have him back up cuz I want show me Ain no gun in the water sir why you just like can we just all ass there no ground in the water there's nothing in the water sir dude I am going to ask you to back up though oh I'm gone yeah okay let back up all right you good I'm good got you got a lot of stress going on I understand that getting any trouble you was trying to do something innocent and then here we go this is an incredibly dangerous situation for the officer while looking for the gun his back is turned to a convicted felon that he's not searched yet and could be carrying another weapon luckily these people seem very Cooperative but if they wanted to they could make this officer's day turn very bad very quickly is it loaded are you convicted ping ma'am no okay never been is this your gun don't lie to me mm- the woman refusing to claim ownership of the gun despite the officer offering her a chance to do so again is probably because the gun's stolen or has been used in a crime that means the only option left is for this guy to go to jail so let's walk up back to your car so I can get your ID I'm out here fishing the wild walking up what's you need a license to fish Yes Man how long y'all been fishing in Florida you always need official license it should be a felony to see a grown man wearing his pants that way come on he's apparently been out of jail for 6 years but he acts like he got out just last week and as soon as officers confirm his criminal history his days as a free man will be over soon enough go ahead have a total of Temple all right go ahead put the phone down leave it with her if you want turn around for me do you want to leave the phone with with her or not okay I'll take it cuz you can't bring it in jail yes I can not on you yes I can yes the I can man I been to jail before y'all can't have my asked me that I want you mean I can this guy seemed more worked up about that phone than the gun the cops found probably didn't want his girlfriend to see all the other ladies he's been talking to but he won't need to worry about his phone for a while for the foreseeable future he'll be using collect calls to talk to his girlfriends the man was taken in for being a felon in possession of a firearm
