We're talking. >> They need to eat their meal and mind they go business on guard. >> That's what they need to do. >> You're a boyfriend. >> You don't know your >> That's my boyfriend. I'd appreciate it if you'd ask him to bail me the out because >> on a regular basis, restaurants deal with difficult and deranged customers. And sometimes they need assistance from the police. When these Karens act out and find themselves face to face with police officers, the only thing they can get from the menu is a slice of humble pie. The consequences get served hot when restaurant Karens get humbled by police. After everything's said down, I'm going to go ahead and just let you know you're no longer welcome at a restaurant. Okay. >> Oh, don't you worry. And you're not the owner, so quit calling yourself the owner. >> Yeah. Quit your false pretense. >> On July 31st, 2024, the cops were notified about a violent, disorderly woman at a nearby restaurant. When they arrived on scene, the manager revealed that the woman attacked him and was now leaving in her car. >> Don't leave. Stop. Stop now. Stop now. >> The guy took my purse, >> threw us out because our friend moved a chair and he grabbed him by the back of the >> car. Stop. We're leaving. >> Can you step out for me real quick? I got to talk to you. Step out for me. >> I don't have an ID. Hey, >> you don't have to touch her. >> She's going to jail. >> Do not touch. >> Get out of the car now. >> No, I'm not going to jail. Go. >> Someone help me get out of the car, please. >> You're under arrest at this point in time. Okay. Okay. You have to tell her why. >> For what? >> You got to tell her why. >> The battery. So, >> put the car in park right now. Shut it off. >> Okay. Shut it off. >> You tell her why. >> I will tell her why, but shut the car off. >> She can get out of the car. I'm going to help you out. Okay. >> Come outside. >> No, I'm not getting out of the car. >> You're going to have a fun time. >> Call Doug. >> Call Doug. >> All right. Ready? >> What did I do? >> You're going to jail for battery and obstruction. There's no >> ready to car. I'm not going to get hurt. >> Stacey. Stacy, come on. Come on. Just >> put your hands behind your back. >> It was unclear who Doug was, but she somehow believed he could stop the arrest. However, her combative behavior just earned this Karen an additional charge of resisting arrest. The cops were called out due to a battery, but the woman claimed there hadn't been a battery and nothing violent had occurred. >> He took my purse, >> okay? >> And then told us to leave because we moved a chair for our child. >> So when he tells you to get out of the car so we can talk to you about what happened and try and pull like it's not cool. >> I did. I'm still so mad. I was wrong. >> Unfortunately, a business can kick you out for any reason. >> We left. >> They can kick you out for any reason. We left after he he pulled the guy by the shirt. >> My daughter's here, my granddaughter. He There's a party of 11. We moved a chair. >> That's up to the business if they want to ask you to leave. >> And we left. >> So when we show up and tell you to do something, you have to do it. We're investigating. We're being told you threw something at someone, too. >> Threw something. No, I want my purse. He won't let me go back in. And I want my purse. And he said, "We can't go back in. I want my purse." >> Did she have the purse? No, it was hanging on the back of my chair. They went back in to get it cuz he refused to let me in. >> Grabbed it like one of the employees. >> Okay, we'll make sure it's gone. It's taken care of. So, >> no one threw anything at him. >> Stay with her for a second. >> The woman seemed confident that nobody threw anything at anyone. However, when the cops spoke to her daughter and the manager of the restaurant, suddenly her story started to change. the kid initiated it like Dave initiated it and then my mom probably was rude and like trying to call him names and stuff. >> So, this this came out as a assault and battery in progress. >> So, everything happened over here. U basically was in the bar area. >> They're waiting for a table. Um I asked just the sons, "Hey, are you guys using these chairs? I have a pregnant woman and the guy didn't want to sit at the bar." >> Okay. >> He flipped out on me, started screaming at me, cutting stuff, right? There's no reason to come and say asking you, so I gave the woman my chair instead. >> Okay. And then he decided to go outside and try to fight me. He took his shoes off. So I just lock the door. >> And then she comes over to me and starts screaming at me. I said, "Man, why are you screaming at me?" >> Right? >> And she just sc I'm screaming. So we're walking through here and I get probably right about here. Just takes it. >> Boom. Chucks it right at me. >> Okay. >> In front of everybody, too. >> The plastic thing. And I threw it down on the ground. >> You threw it on the ground? >> Yeah, I did that. That was me. Not Not the boy. He was aggravating. I was trying I was trying to like distract them because I know the boy he grabbed would fought back. >> Okay. So, you threw an insert with the specials on the ground. >> Yeah, it was like a plastic thing on the table. I threw it on the ground. I screamed at him. >> Okay. >> Sorry, I shouldn't have resisted, but I'm like, what? >> The plastic thing was a menu holder that's usually found on restaurant tables. While they both agreed she threw the item, the manager claims she threw it at him while she claimed she threw it on the ground. If they were going to charge her with battery, it would have had to make physical contact with the manager. >> Excuse me, guys. Is this anyone's purse? >> It's mine. >> This is your purse. Okay. You guys know if you picked up a purse from the people who were >> No. Uh, the one guy came by, but I haven't seen anything at all. >> Excuse me, guys. Is this your purse behind you here? Yeah. >> Did you guys see a purse that was left behind? Okay. Thank you. I'm sorry, sir. I have issues. >> We're still looking for your purse. Okay. I was told. >> Okay. >> Apologize. >> I apologize. And that's the thing. Obviously, >> I'm in Kelsey for it. You grabbed my arm and >> I got >> I didn't deal well. I >> I got you. And at the same time, you have to see where we're coming from. We show up to this. You see me coming. You jump in the car and you started flipping me off and laughing. >> No, I was I was like >> it happened. But regardless, >> and then when we tell you to stop and get out of the car and then you just want to say no, I'm not. And then even the corporate got here and it was just and she was here and she's telling you out of the car and you're not getting out of the car. >> You know what I mean? >> I know. It's so hard. >> Be submissive. >> I got you. >> There was a missing person in the investigation and that was a kid named Dave who importantly seemed to have started the entire altercation. The woman said earlier that if she didn't intervene, most likely Dave would have gotten physical with the manager. >> And and so I jumped up because he's a young kid and I knew he would like fight or get like sticking up. >> So I just thought be mouththing off. >> Okay. >> So I jumped up, mouthed off or whatever. And then he like told us to leave. So as we're like, you know, leaving, I'm like mouththing on to him. >> And then when I came back over and my where the ta the bar where we were sitting >> and my purse wasn't there and I picked up the plastic thing. >> Mhm. >> And I like the it has a specials. >> Yeah. It's got the little it's a little page with the menu and the drinks and stuff. like threw it across on the table. I'm like, you they >> did find the purse. Okay. I said somebody from the party they thought grabbed it and came back in. >> Yeah. And then >> and then so then >> Yeah. So then when we came out, everybody's like, "Let's leave. Let's leave." Or whatever. The guy was being ridiculous. >> This woman and her entire family showed little regard for the fact that the manager here was just doing his job and the other diners there were just trying to enjoy their meal. Sadly for this woman, it wasn't just her word against the managers. The cops were showed surveillance footage of the entire incident. >> It's hard to see. Actually, she was at the main bar of the bar. But so she comes over here. You can see her. I'm right here. I'm asking to leave. She throws it at me. >> I'm sorry. I totally reacted when you been in trouble before. >> Never. [laughter] >> Okay. I'm going to go talk to them real quick. >> I was We were teasing earlier today. I have a speeding ticket for going 38 and a 30. >> [laughter] >> Whoever pulled you over for that didn't >> it was on the military base. >> Explain that. [laughter] >> I mouth off. I do run my mouth, but I was I was so afraid that Dave was going to get in a fight with the guy. >> After talking to the manager, it was clear that Dave was the aggressor and the family of course took his side automatically. But as a matter of fact, this entire incident could have been easily avoided. >> And I asked the son cuz they took all the chairs from the bar. I said, "Hey, you guys going to use these chairs or you waiting for a table?" Because there were two guests that walked up and they took the chairs away. So this and his son goes, "Well, we're going to we're waiting for a table." I said, "Okay, that's cool. Thank you. I just these people like a seat." So he got up and started cussing at me. He starts getting mad. I said, "Oh, why you cussing?" I would have been $100. I said, "That's cool. That's not my problem." I was just asking if you could give these people his chair. So I got up and gave him my chair. He said, "So then he flipped out. Then the son was like, "You I said problem. Get out of here." He said, "I'm not leaving." I said, "You're going to leave right now." So then he keeps going, keeps going. Then he decides to go out the side, go, "I'm fight you right now." I said, "Okay, let's go outside." So he runs out the side door. That's when I lock the side door. She comes over to me and starts screaming in my face in front of the entire restaurant, screaming at me for no reason. Tell me I'm a I'mshole. >> So then when we were sitting out here waiting like and the guys are going back in, looking for my purse or whatever, >> my daughter was just laying on the horn. >> Oh yeah. I heard So I heard the 911 call. >> Uhhuh. >> We were just being obnoxious. you know. >> Yeah. >> And they're laughing on their way out. They're like, "Oh, nothing's going to happen." They're just like you. And I'm like, "Okay, I'm going to call the cop." >> So that and again, I know we talked about it. Charges. >> Yeah. I will act like >> I'm going to go with the obstruction. I was going to do disorderly, but I'm just going to do the battery in low of a disorderly. I'm not going to hit with three things. >> Ultimately, the reason why the manager called police was this family's sense of entitlement. The woman realized, probably for the first time in her life, that her obnoxious behavior had consequences. When the manager came over to trespass the woman, she continued harassing him. >> After everything said and done, I'm going to go ahead and just let you know you're no longer welcome to a restaurant. Okay. >> Oh, don't you worry. And you're not the owner, so quit calling yourself the owner. >> Thank you. >> Yeah. Quit your false pretense. >> Sounds good. I appreciate that. >> So, this is a trespass warning. Do you understand what that is? >> Yeah. Never come back. That's fine. Yeah. Thanks. >> All right. We're going to go over We're going to take a walk over to my car. Okay. >> Okay. But thank you. >> Yeah. >> Am I Can you okay if I grab your arm now? Yes. If she stays with me, >> she'll Yeah, she can come along with us. We're just going to go right around the corner to my vehicle here. >> Wait, am I going to? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yeah, I already explained it to John. It should take two minutes to >> booking in may take an hour or two, but then you've never been in trouble before speeding ticket. >> Um, well, because of So, one, there is the charge of obstruction, which is for you not listening to our commands. You got a vehicle >> that threw him >> did hit him directly in the chest. Oh, no. I didn't car in the night. So, um >> they charged the woman with simple battery and resisting without violence. On September 13th, 2024 in Illinois, a restaurant called police when a female customer started causing a disturbance. >> This lady apparently has a beef with somebody in the bar that nobody here has anything any ideal is talking about. >> Okay. >> And uh she's being very very loud. Okay. >> Insulting. We just want her out of here. >> Okay. >> All right. No, nothing physical happened. >> Nothing happened. Just she's I don't know what's wrong. She's complaining about something. >> You don't know what's wrong. I'm going to let him explain it to you and I'm going to sit over there while I finish my note. >> I'm actually going to have you um come outside with me. >> Perfect. >> Okay. >> Sounds amazing. >> And then my partner will be to get all the information. >> That sounds amazing. >> Okay, let's step outside. >> Yeah. How about you take the information because it's going to be different and I'll with them. >> I won't step outside. But as a girl, you're going to hear it different and they're going to tell you something else. >> Well, that's why I'm talking to you outside. >> No, I'll be outside. You talk to him because I'll talk to you. The lady information will be different. >> Let's go outside. >> Come on. >> All right. What's going on today? What happened? >> Um, I came in here to talk to the bar manager. >> Okay. Okay. >> Um, no, we're not. They don't want you inside. >> We're going to step down there. You'll be fine. >> When the incident happened, it was 11:52 a.m., an unusual time for cops to be called to a bar. All the other patrons there looked uneasy about her presence and clearly wanted her gone. When the officer tried to piece together what had happened, the suspect just derailed the conversation. >> I need to know what happened >> when >> the whole situation. What are you upset about? >> What is I don't know. What is I don't know what it is. I didn't call the police. >> Okay. He said you were yelling. What were you yelling about? >> I I mean, you have to talk to him. I don't know why he called me. >> So, my partner's going to go in there and talk. >> You should do it because girls have better ears and it's going to sound real stupid the way he said that. There's already aing complaint with the bar manager from two days ago. >> What's the complaint? two-page letter. He can explain it to you or he can text the bar manager who asked him to text. >> Okay. So, what's going to happen is I'm going to talk to you. He's going to talk to them. >> I'll be right here. I have nothing to say. >> Please. Okay. Can I see your ID? >> I don't have ID. >> What's your name? >> I'm going to sit down. >> I didn't file a complaint. So, >> I need your name. >> Oh, understood. I'm going to sit down on that log over >> um after I get your name. >> Okay, perfect. I'm going to sit down when I get that. >> Perfect. That's perfect. >> Perfect. >> What's your first name? I didn't file any complaints. So, I don't know what the complaint is, but here I am. So, you got to go talk to that guy. I don't know what the complaint is. >> He's He said he wants um he's willing to sign complaints. He just want to go >> Why don't you ask them what if you want to go and see what's going on? What's >> Make sure you talk to the old guy who's right in front of the door. He want to explain everything. >> Well, um the one behind >> Nobody calls the cops at parks. That guy's a >> Okay. What's your first name? >> I will not call the police and I will not talk. Period. >> You don't want to give me your name? No. >> Okay. >> The woman kept telling the officers that they shouldn't trust the bartender's side of the story, but she refused to say anything herself. Also raising suspicion was her refusal to provide ID. Inside the bar, the barman explained to the officer his account of what happened. >> This lady, apparently, somebody in the bar gave her phone. She walked out without paying. Apparently, somebody in the bar gave her phone number to somebody who ended up calling her. And she's none of us have any idea what she's talking about. I think she's mentally ill. There's something not right with her. She's claiming that people are stalking her, this and that, this and that. God only knows what the hell's wrong with her. I told her to leave three times. She's calling everybody you. You're a little polo boy or something. We just want her out of here. >> I'm going to sit in the shade. >> No, you're going to stay right here. >> Well, we're going to walk together in the shade. I'm not going to >> You can walk first. It's up to you. >> Um >> All right, miss. >> This is what's going on. Okay. Apparently, uh >> talk to the bar manager. I f two days ago. >> All right. So, yeah. Well, whoever that guy is I talked to. >> Oh, >> apparently it's causing a scene, I guess, inside. >> What? Because why? >> So, you don't want Apparently, you were being very vulgar with everyone in there. >> Because why? >> You're saying a lot of uh obscinities. >> So, what? That's not against the law. >> Well, this is a private business. If you if they don't want you in there, you >> So, what about it? >> You're no longer welcome back. >> Oh, no. I'm soing sad. The bartender suggested that she might have a mental illness. There was also a pretty good chance she was under the influence, too. However, while talking to the officers, she did give a pretty good reason why she was so concerned that other people had her number without her consent. >> I got a phone call from this woman who nobody has my number here because I've been beaten unconscious three times in the last 5 years, sexually assaulted on camera unwillingly. won that felony case. Nobody knows that here. I shouldn't have to say it. And this mother is I'm like, "Hey, can you please call the bartender, the bar manager, and he was like, he knows me. I come in here and I order food on my days off. I'm super chill. I mind my business. The two old guys know me. Not Mr. Polo. I own it." Because he made fun of me. Well, I said, "Don't you all have daughters? I got stalked in broad daylight yesterday for 30 minutes on my way home. Period." And I said, "Just text your bar manager. I'm going to give me a piece of paper. I'll do a follow-up note because this woman got my phone number somehow and I want to know who the gave the shit." >> Period. That's all I'm saying. Free to go. >> Free to go. Okay, come back. >> Oh, you don't want to hear about my doctor or the woman who got my phone number somehow in the bar and then calls me and I've been I've got three random phone calls harassing me in the last three days and I've been telling my friends and I have street appointments. >> Yeah, you're free to go. Just can't come back. >> That's not what I asked. I want to file I want to file. >> The cops here were sympathetic to her situation but also needed to keep her away from the bar. As a private business, the bar had a right to refuse service for any reason whatsoever. Since the woman wanted to press charges, the cop started asking a few more questions. >> And everybody knows it. And I already filed paperwork 3 days ago here on two full pages. Those two men sitting at the bar heard the whole thing. They know the whole story. got your ID. >> Okay. >> Can I file a police report? >> Do you have an ID on you? >> Yeah. >> Can I see it? >> Yeah. I'll show you when you pull out your pen and paper. >> You're free to go. >> I'll walk to I'll walk to the police station. I'm >> You're going to have >> Did you hear what I said? I've been beaten and harassed unconscious. >> That's fine. We're happy to take your report as long as you provide an item for right here. >> Okay, I'll take >> want Do you want three or four of them? Pen and paper. I'm ready. When you are, you want my social? >> I I I just need your driver's license. >> Are you sure? Do you want this credit card? >> I'll take your driver's license >> with my name on it. Do you want this venture card? I'll tell you. >> You want to tell me your names? >> Absolutely. Are you listening? Should have worked. >> As they continued talking with the woman, she continued getting more aggravated. She claimed to have reported incidents that happened to her in the past, but it seems like she misunderstood what it means to report something. >> I illegally obtain uh uh obtaining my telephone number and giving it to men, and then I got stuck less than 24 hours later. >> I have a witness. I reported it. >> Where'd you report it at? >> To my friends. And it's reported in text. >> So, did you report it to a police department? >> I came here today to finish reporting all the things that have been happening to me. >> These men know. >> Okay. >> What uh where did it all happen at? What town? >> Please contact the bar manager. She has a two-page note. Please, for the love of God, >> no, we're not doing this. >> Nobody'sing talking to you, >> lady. You're free to go. >> Lady man, >> you got to leave or else you're going to go >> talk to the bar manager. It is a real thing. Pleaseing believe me and don't leave a girl out here hanging. I literally got stopped and broad daylight out here. >> It's not funny. And I'm so serious. And you would be just as upset upset with me. Oh my god. Are you kidding? >> You're free to go. >> So by reporting something, she simply meant she told her friends about it. In America, it's not illegal to share someone's phone number unless it's done with the intent to harass or stalk someone. Therefore, if she could prove intent, potentially she could press charges. In the meantime, the cops still had to get this woman off the premises. >> Are you going to leave the property, ma'am? >> Are you deescalating or escalating? >> Go ask if they'll sign complaints. >> Yeah. >> Are you literally Are you literally >> I asked you what the crime was. You don't want to tell me what I just said. People love you. Don't you have a daughter? You don't have a sister. You don't have a sister. Tell him what I said. >> It's traumatic repeating complaint signs. >> Yeah. Okay. Stand up, ma'am. You're under arrest. >> Let's go. I'll be in there forever. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Hold on. Don't be weird. Behind your back. >> I'm not fighting you. I just got on my date. First of all, I dislocated my armrest. >> Okay. >> Mirror, relax. Relax. >> Calm down. >> I do it. >> I'm not sad about it. >> Give me my date. GIVE ME THAT'S MY PROPERTY. THAT'S my property. >> I'll give you >> That's my property. That's my property. >> You're also under arrest. You're also being charged with resistance, by the way. >> I had just dislocated my arm in >> I told you you were under arrest. You wanted >> I just I just dislocated his arm in December. >> This woman could have made things so much easier by just leaving the bar. Before being taken to the squad car, the male officer said something that really fired her up. >> Check them cuffs. Make sure they're tight enough so you don't get out of them. Make them real good AND TIGHT. MAKE THEM TIGHTER. >> MAKE THEM REAL TIGHT. Go for it. Make them all the way tight. >> That's soing wild. That's soing wild. Thising woman. I hate women. What the? Tell your boss what I said. I'm not kidding. Look at myself. >> Oh man. I'm about to see you on too, please. >> Appreciate you. Thanks a lot, buddy. >> The woman was given misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest, criminal trespassing, and obstructing an officer. On August 21st, 2024 in Ohio, the cops were dispatched to a Mexican restaurant where a customer was yelling at diners, one of whom was a small child. >> She's up in the restaurant. Which way over there? Anybody know her? >> Does anybody know her? >> I'm with her. >> It's funny. It's not in my daughter. It's not in it. >> I don't give a >> calm down. >> Arrest me, bro. Arrest me right now. >> Arrest me. I don't give a >> Stop. >> I don't give a [ __ ] bro. They button into conversations that ain't about them. That's all them, bro. That's on them. You can arrest me. Go ahead. >> Where's your ID? >> You guys arrest. >> It ain't on me. >> We're going to walk. >> It ain't on me. >> You need to stay over there while I told you stay. >> It ain't on me. >> Turn around. >> It ain't on me. >> Turn around. >> I'm already turned. >> No. Turn around to talk to me. >> I'm turned up. You need me to turn down. They buttoning into conversation that ain't about them and giggling about that ain't about them. >> Why are you Why are you worried about Why are you giggling right now? >> They need to worry about themselves. They need to worry about themselves. >> The suspect, later identified as Karen Bryant, got extremely angry when allegedly other diners listened in on her conversation. When the officer spoke to her, she talked in a very bizarre manner and the officer wondered if she was fully conscious of just what was going on. We're talking. >> They need to eat their meal and mind their goddamn business on God. >> Listen, >> that's what they need to do. >> Why are you yelling? >> Anyone else can see the morg yelling? >> Anybody else can see the morg? >> Why are you yelling? >> I only believe in the Lord. Anybody else can see the morg, brother? >> I'm not your >> You got any other questions? >> I'm not your brother, first of all. >> Yeah, you're not my brother, are you? >> I don't speak pig Latin. >> Do you know that? >> I don't speak pig Latin. >> Conscious of where you're at right now. >> Yes. I'm at a Mexican restaurant >> in DG Ohio. Okay. Where are you from? >> I live here. >> Okay. What's your name? >> BG Ohio. Karin Nicole Bryant. >> Okay. What's your date of birth? >> Nice to meet you. Can you stop yelling at me? >> I ain't mad at you. >> I I know. If you're not mad at me, can you stop yelling at me? >> Oh, okay. I ain't mad at you. >> Okay. >> Oh, okay. >> Take your information. Right. What's going on? >> You You have >> She was starting other It's over there, but I can get it for you. >> I promise I ain't starting no [ __ ] The woman's strange pattern of speech and those bulging eyes suggested she might be under the influence. And as a matter of fact, two months earlier, she'd been charged with DUI. >> They started giggling about something that they overheard. >> Okay, >> that's on them. >> All right. >> They need to take that kid and get the BG. Then >> do you realize that you're yelling at people? >> I don't care. >> You're not people. >> I ain't I ain't threatening nobody and they kids. You just told me that right now that they could go to the morg. >> They could. >> Okay. >> Anybody could see the morg. You could see the morg tomorrow. >> Got any other questions? >> Well, I do have other questions. >> Better proceed with them. >> Okay. So, you're upset because they >> overheard a conversation that was that was not their goddamn business. >> Okay. So, you're upset. >> It just was not their goddamn business. It just was not their goddamn business. It was just not their goddamn business. >> Were you talking this loud during that conversation? >> No. >> Okay. >> It was just not their goddamn business. >> Karen failed to recognize just how unreasonable her behavior had been. Her friends seemed to be much more calm and might be a much more reliable source when it came to recounting what really happened. >> So, she obviously isn't going to tell me, but does she use any of any kind of recreational drugs or anything like that? Like just looking at her her eyes about what she does. I I just know I I mean I drank a little bit. We walked up here, but I drank like >> Did she have anything to drink? >> I don't like since you've been here. >> I I walked off my scoop, went over with her to come up and get food. So >> yeah, it's >> I don't really, you know, I don't she at 40 49 her apartment number she's like 39 or 49 something like that. >> I don't even know her apartment. At the very least, she was clearly going to be charged with disorderly conduct. Soon after, the cop spoke to the family she was shouting at. Given that she might have threatened a child, she might be facing some serious charges. >> I guess my daughter said that while we were all talking, she happened to look over there and then the woman went like like that to my daughter. My daughter says she just looked away and then we were just talking and I just happened to like look over and then No, I think she was saying something. >> She kept going. you want my conversation? >> Oh, you want my conversation? And so I just happened to glance over cuz I was like, what is going on? And my mom thought she was talking to them. And she goes, "Yeah, I'm talking to you." And then she looked at me and I was like, "What?" And then she just started like she >> Nobody said anything happened. >> And I was real close to a gentle bear crawl just away cuz she was like >> So like when we got here, she was uh basically talking about the conversation. Did she make any threats or anything or just >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Well, well, it depends on how you legally define it. What she kept saying was, "Are you going to drop me? Are you going to drop me?" Which to me is not a direct threat. It's a question. >> What? Well, hold on. Give him one thing to write down. That was a threat. What did she say? >> She goes, "You going to >> You're going to drop me. >> You're going to drop me." >> So, anybody else remember anything? I need something more an active voice. >> You're going to drop me to drop me stand up. >> She has to stand up. Yeah. >> Asking these strangers if they were going to drop her may not count as a direct threat, but in Ohio, it would still qualify as menacing. That means even without an outright threat, you can still be charged if someone reasonably believes that you intend to cause them physical harm. They also ask the woman if she'd taken any recreational drugs. >> I'm not high on anything. You're just assuming things. >> Don't make an ass out of me and you, brother, >> cuz you're screaming. You're make an ass out of me and you, brother. >> Well, you're the one making an about yourself right now. >> Assuming things will make an ass out of me and you. That's why I asked you. >> Don't assume then. >> You're high and drunk on something. >> No, I asked you. >> You're high and drunk on something. Now what? Uno. Reverse. Now what? >> Well, I don't see the car. >> What are you high and drunk on? >> What am I high and drunk on? That's me answering the question >> and I'm asking you a question. What are you high and drunk on? >> Nothing. >> Nothing. >> Yeah. >> Cuz you're clocked in, >> right? >> Smart, brother. >> The reality was there could be more at play than just intoxication. And the cause of this behavior could be mental illness. One way of getting to the bottom of things was to test her for drugs at the station. And somehow she was open to being tested. >> You going to drug test me at BG? This is going to get real awkward. >> Why is that? Cuz all I have is weed and alcohol in my system. >> Okay. Well, you told me that you weren't on anything. >> And alcohol. That's it. Okay. >> And legal here, right? >> Yep. As long as you're 21. >> I am. >> Yep. >> I'm 23. >> Yeah. >> All right. Come over here. >> Just let you know you are trespassing. >> That's beautiful. >> He's canceling his food order. >> Yeah, he was working. He was talking with them about it. That's my house key. >> House key. >> I ain't doing a goddamn thing wrong, brother. >> In your pockets, >> not a goddamn thing wrong. I'm just getting arrested. >> Yeah, just K getting arrested. K Nicole Bryant. >> Karen's mood suddenly changed from being violently angry at a restaurant to being pretty much casual about being arrested. However, unfortunately for Karen, a table nearby recorded the incident, so it'll be very difficult for the woman to beat these charges. >> Um, yeah, you're welcome to just ARE YOU GOING TO DROP ME? >> Are you going to drop me? >> Which one of y'all are dropping? >> Oh god. >> Respectfully on a patio. >> THERE'S A DROP MESS. She'll be >> just having >> she make any threats to you guys directly or anything like that or was she just saying like that drop me thing? >> Yeah, this video >> I say that get them. They wasn't in the CONVERSATIONS THEY ATE ABOUT THEM. >> Outside the restaurant, her friend was asking for an update. As her neighbor, he knew there was something strange about her, but he never expected she'd violently attack someone. >> Thing is, I've never seen her hit anybody in my entire life. I've never seen her. She's all bark. I've never seen no bite yet. But >> yeah, >> there was a small girl up there at that table that was completely frightened and I was really off about that because >> like she was a pretty little girl. She was and you could tell she's never done anything wrong in her life and she was frightened as [ __ ] about whatever in the hell C came over there and started screaming. But >> Well, yeah. And that I mean that's why she's in jail. But I mean I don't know, man. I don't know what to tell you. I know we've had interactions with her and she's been acting similar. My guess is she's on something right now because uh she was she had indicators of being under the influence of a narcotic. So um that that would be my guess, man. She >> Karen was charged with disorderly conduct and menacing. When she appeared in court, they dismissed the menacing charge and found her guilty of disorderly conduct. They gave her 30 days in jail with 28 days suspended and gave her 2 years probation. She also got a fine of $280. On the 19th of November 2023 in Georgia, the cops got a report about a disorder in a restaurant, including a woman assaulting a customer. When the officers arrived, the suspect was outside the restaurant, visibly upset and shouting, >> "But you ain't asked that mother to come out. Look at the [ __ ] video. This man put his hands ON ME. HE PUT his hands on me. Then another man come over there and he say, "It's me and my girl's anniversary. Can you calm the down?" He put his hands on me and everything, but they want to kick me out after I spent more than $50. >> Okay. >> He's still sitting there. >> Okay. >> That's what I'm pissed off about. >> Got you. >> Because that's a whole human man, >> right? >> I'm a woman. >> Hey, let me ask you questions. >> BUT Y'ALL DIDN'T HAVE RESPECT FOR THIS WOMAN. I don't even have the rest of my my key. >> Can you please look in there? >> While being asked to quiet down may have been offensive to her, she was clearly inebriated and being very loud. She also thought she deserved preferential treatment because she'd spent $50 at the restaurant. The couple had to investigate this physical altercation and determine which party was in the wrong. >> I asked you a question. You haven't answered my question yet. >> Oh, I have, baby. I told you everything. I told you. >> Would you describe him pushing? >> He pushed me back. >> Cuz we were all standing at the thing. There's probably four of us right there. >> How hard? And what he did was, "No, get the back. This is my me and my wife's anniversary." >> So you were standing up. You stand video. You were standing up. Why you stand up? >> I said I was already standing. >> I thought you were standing up. >> No, I was already standing. Where's your Where's your partner at? Okay. >> They came in probably about 15 minutes ago. >> Her him and his wife or whatever their anniversary they're celebrating, which is understandable. I don't have no problem with you under uh celebrating your >> The woman's version of events was highly incoherent and the inebriated state she was in made her highly unreliable. Her biggest claim was that her husband had pushed her. The officer then got the couple's side of the story and they were understandably upset that their wedding anniversary had been ruined. >> How y'all doing? >> Probably not good. So tell me what what happened. >> That's it. >> To avoid all of this. >> Uh >> cuz I already you know I >> She was being loud when y'all came in. >> Crazy loud. I mean to the point where a lot of times you don't you wouldn't even speak up because cuz you know people get crazy but it was to the loud you're like >> nobody's doing then. But then before I even did it, I said, "Let me do it in the politest way >> so I can said it's my me and my wife." And I thought I had her since me and my wife's anniversary. Can you find I thought I thought I thought she was going to be cuz she had another friend that she was talking to other friend. >> She said, "Oh, you she said who who oh you said I said you I bet you won't touch with this man. I even asked you about the pineapple. I'm okay cuz I know you guys are here. >> If you guys want to hear or we got real fast video >> both parties felt like the video evidence would show what really happened. The female suspect said the man from the couple had pushed her, but she didn't mention that she'd struck him and charged at his wife. Another officer at the scene made several serious remarks about the suspect's behavior. >> Okay. >> 28. I rolled up and she's like, I'm going to get my boy get shot. >> Well, apparently I don't I haven't got I haven't talked to him. Apparently, >> she tried to push his girl to push her and she lost a turn. But she's >> I haven't even asked >> Shut the up or quiet my voice. They said $18. >> You're being detained right now. >> That's fine, baby. That's fine. I even let my coworker go. That's cool. That's good >> because I haven't done anything wrong. That man pushed me. All right. >> Come on. You listen. >> But I've been talking to you. You're >> screaming and yelling at you. You're being belligerent right now. >> I'm not yelling, baby. I'm >> They detained the woman as her belligerent behavior was detrimental to the investigation. At that point, they were going to charge the woman with disorderly conduct and she could also face battery charges if the couple pursued them. >> Get all the information. And I know you told him and probably told him. So we got her detained. >> You want to press charges. >> She already going to go for disordered conduct, right? >> Well, we we can we can first I rather I rather if y'all can do the disordered conduct, but if >> she want I rather y'all do that that way. I ain't got to do nothing that way. You know what I mean? Y'all can just do drunk. I don't know. If you can't then hell yeah slap the [ __ ] out of me in front of everybody. >> We'll take care. We're gonna take care of her. I just need you to as far as on what >> transpire between you and your lady and hers. >> No, no, no. You know, hopefully she just time to get her together. >> While she might have acted this way because she was drunk, other underlying factors might have played a role. At the station, she was seen foaming from the mouth and claimed to be suffering from seizures. Furthermore, she also claimed to be a domestic abuse victim. >> I've been beat by my daddy, BUT YOU'RE PUTTING your hands on me. >> Okay. Are you going to go to THE RESTROOM? >> I HAVE TO PEE. I PISSED ON MYSELF. >> Do you need to go to the restroom? >> I pissed on myself already. I banged my hand against the wall. I told you guys I got to pee. I JUST GOT TO PEE. >> Do you need to go to the restroom? >> Sergeant, you want to hear my story? >> No. Do you need to go to the restroom? >> Said no. But you What about you? You're above him. >> Do you need to go to the restroom? Yes. Okay, turn around so I can take the handcuffs off so you can go. >> So mean to me, but this is all men. >> This is all men and I've been ABUSED BY NOTHING BUT mening life. >> They charged the woman with disorderly conduct and she was trespassed from the property. On the 18th of March 2025, the cops were called about an unruly male customer at a bar. And this guy was the male equivalent of the infamous Karen. >> Huh? >> This guy right here. >> Which one? >> The guy right here. >> Which one? >> Come here. >> Cop wants me. >> I need him to pay his tab. >> And I would like him trespass. >> Pay your tab. >> I don't have any money. Hi dad. >> We'll we'll take care of your tab in just a minute. Let me get him out here. Let's go. >> Let's go. >> She's the best boss you ever had. >> Bye, girl. >> Jason was clearly intoxicated and he was spouting gibberish. As a power move, he then decided to mention that he was the son of millionaires, but this only strengthened the argument that he should be able to pay his bill. However, in the earlier part of the footage, Jason was seen holding a big black bag, suggesting he might be homeless. >> What's your name, dear? >> Keep walking. >> Cornell, >> I said keep walking. >> Cesio. >> Hey, don't be too pushy. >> Stop. Do you have your ID? >> I do not. >> Hey, hey, Jason Abraham of Poland. I just answer my question. Germany, and Ukraine. >> What is your last name? means peace lander. >> Date of birth. >> Edwin. Don't be scared. >> I'm not scared. >> He must entertain anything you seen all night. >> Jason the police. >> She my best friend. girls being >> I got girls on the police force in sixth grade. >> As well as being potentially intoxicated, Jason could also be mentally unwell. However, other people at the bar were at risk due to his behavior and he might be facing a charge of disorderly conduct. Also, if you fail to pay your bar tab, it could lead to a criminal charge of defrauding an inkeeper. >> He's a cocaine addict. Edwin of ER Bradley's. >> All right, listen. This is what we're going to do because you want to make a show. We're going to go over here and out of the front of their restaurant. Go. >> Have a seat. Sit down. >> I'm not sitting down. I'm not. You're going to have to tase me. I'm not sitting down like some punk. >> I'm most Look at me. >> Oh god. >> I'm 120 lbs right now. >> Okay. >> If he bothers you, I'll knock his out. >> You're bothering me. >> I don't care. I have parties. I'm the only guy. 20 girls. That's it. Always. Everyone has a good time. >> Jason, do you have money for this bill? >> They have offended me. >> I didn't ask that. >> I'm suing them. >> So, you're going to go to county jail then? >> No, I'm going to sue them. >> No, you're going to pay your bill. >> I'm going to sue them. >> What do you guys want to do? >> Arrest charges. >> We got We got the van on trespass. >> Trespass. You're getting sued. You're getting sued >> cuz you you should be like advocating for me cuz you're siding with him, right? >> You're not saying nothing. He has the right to plead the fifth fifth amendment, right? The way Jason was hunched over is common among drug users and might help explain his behavior. However, the body cam footage doesn't provide anything conclusive in that regard. What the footage does show is Jason trying to talk to his dad through the body cam. >> That's our body cam. Dad, dad, you going to love this one. Papa. Dad, you don't know how happy I am right now. Dad, you don't know how I'm on camera. >> Officer, what's your name? >> Concessio. >> Concessio. Concessio. So prosecute. >> So I'm running them on three. But >> does he have an ID or anything? >> No. >> No ID? >> Nope. And he's super super >> Where's the manager? >> When they talked to the manager, the cops learned about the worrying behavior that he displayed toward the bartender. And that's what prompted the manager to call the police. >> Way quieter than this. He started to notice random rants and stuff like that inside at the bar and then he was trying to give some notes to the bartender. Bartender completely walked out of the bar. We told her not to go back and then we approached him down there and kind of told him, you know, you could either pay your tab, leave happy or I'm going to call the cops and he refused, started going off. Same thing. We walked up the street, she came down, assisted and this is where we're at. >> You understand? Now, let me read you your rights. You have the right to like me. >> If you don't like my kiss, I'mma give you some money. If you don't like my money, I'm going to give you a back massage like my dad. >> Bruce, you're going to love this one. >> If you don't like my back massage, I'mma sing you a song >> like my daddy used to do to me >> and he gave me up to the clan. Mine come. Bruce, you don't love this one. Mine come. >> My daddy sold me to the clan at a roofing company. He sold me to get kidnapping. No, Bruce, you don't walk away. >> Ultimately, Jason here was being formerly trespassed from the bar. The manager of the bar had to weigh his options. If he decided not to press charges, there was a risk the man could come back later that day. >> Cuz we can trespass him and I can get him get him out of here. And if he comes back tonight, we arrest him on the trespass and then we'll go for that. Um, >> and if we press charges on this, there becomes a whole quarter on it. Right. >> Correct. >> Do it. >> Do it. Okay. >> Press charges. >> Okay. Perfect. right now. >> Okay, perfect. All right. However, he continued making threatening statements that all seem to come from his incredibly disorientated mind. >> Easy, easy. You don't want to get hit. If you hit me on the head right now, you might not live tomorrow. Might not live. That's what I thought. >> Yeah. Well, let's do it really quick so we can just go back. On April 29th, 2021 in Florida, the cops responded to an airport Burger King where there was a heated exchange between a man and a woman. Upon arrival, the cops first spoke to the man >> waiting in line. Oh, I was waiting in line, too. I said, "No, you weren't. You were at the gate." And she just kept coming back at me. Start disrespecting me in front of my kids. Okay. came in front of my family, [ __ ] with me, started disrespecting me in front of my kids, okay? Talking rough and rude. My kids were there, the witnesses. She came off the wall. She started talking about, "You better get out of my face." This and that. Uh, this and that. >> Hey, here. See what your stop over here. This man is clearly on drugs. >> SHE'S IN MY DRUGS. >> That's fine. So, back up on drugs and y'all like, "What could he do?" >> They haven't done anything. Back up. Back up. >> Back up. >> Ma'am, I didn't even get a chance to ask what happened. >> As far as their behavior went, there was a very stark contrast between the man and the woman, which might suggest that she was the primary instigator. And sadly for this woman, not staying calm and cooperative meant she was at risk of missing her flight. >> I need 94. That's okay. >> I don't need to be on my on the plane right here. >> Are you going to let him fly? >> I'M WORKING TO FLY. >> LIKE, WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? THAT'S YOU DON'T NEED to let him fly. >> Like, for real, you don't need to let him fly. >> He verbally assaulted me. >> Yeah. >> Are you guys going to let them fly or they leaving? >> I'm not leaving. >> What happened? Hey, they're losing their mind, so make sure you're on. >> The incident occurred at the Spirit Airlines terminal, and under their terms and conditions, customers can be denied boarding if they're disorderly, abusive, violent, or their conduct creates an unreasonable risk of offense or annoyance to other guests. Another officer spoke to the man once again, who was set to board his flight shortly. >> What happened? >> It happened with me. My wife My wife, my wife was there. Okay, >> my two kids were with me. We're in line now. They have that black girl thing. So, I'm about to be next. The short girl comes and just goes right to the bar and start doing it. I said, "Ma'am, we're in line here." >> She ignored me the first time. I said, "Excuse me, ma'am. We're in line here." She said, "Oh, no. I was in line." I said, "Ma'am, I you weren't you weren't in line. You were out here." "Oh, yes, I was." I I stepped out and came back in. I said, "No, you weren't." And she just started getting loud and rude for me. >> I said, "What you going to do about it? What you going to do? I'm here now. You want >> She said that to me." So, my two kids took around. So all the violence people started walking away and she just kept it on like my face blah blah. >> So you see how it's acting up now and it was only a show one day her friend just showed up just now and now it's at the rival >> the the students were here and all that they said. You saw it just and when I tried to go over there and ask what was going on, I wanted to ask the cashier. She started saying, "Oh, oh." And she got in our face. I'm like, "Hey, let me get it to us." Despite cutting the line and starting a scene from nothing, the female suspect seemed incredibly confused as to why the airline did not want her up on a plane 30,000 ft in the air. And unfortunately, it led to a full-blown argument in front of a terminal full of passengers. No, I need my money. I want my money and I NEED TO KNOW HOW to say you're running from us like we're doing something to you. stand. >> You can see that on the That's crazy. I don't want this. >> Since the incident took place in a public airport, the man wasn't acting illegally while recording her on his phone. While being escorted out of the terminal, they continued playing the victims and saying the cops were being racist. >> We're in Florida. Are we are we? I'm not. Y'all are racist. On the 3rd of April, 2025 in Ohio, the cops were called after a drunken woman refused to leave a restaurant. She'd also left her car running which was blocking the street outside. >> Much drinking. Is that your vehicle? >> I'm not driving the gray Buick. >> What are you driving? >> So that's not your car right there. >> So you're fine with them towing the vehicle then? >> Cuz you're not parked legally. Is that your vehicle? Yes or no? [clears throat] >> I have to check the tag on. >> Okay. Where's your ID? Why? >> Because is that is that your vehicle? Yes or no? >> I work for a dealership. >> You want me to go get the tag? You want to come out with me and see? You don't know what you drove here? >> I'll look I'll look at the tags myself. >> The officer noticed the car had dealership tags, meaning it might be a rental. However, the suspect here, Danica, also said she worked for a dealership, so she might have been using the car for personal use. And most alarmingly of all, she was seriously drunk. >> Her brother >> one more time. >> Uh her brother was >> her brother. >> Yeah. I think that's what she said. >> Okay. Well, either way, I mean, it's parked there, so they have the right to tow it. >> That's up to them, not up to you. >> That's what I just said. Were you driving that? >> No. >> Okay. Do you have a ride home? >> Yeah, I definitely have a ride home. >> Okay. Well, where's your brother at? >> Not here, obviously. Or he would be confronting you. >> Did he drive you here? >> Mhm. >> And just left the car like that. >> Mhm. >> So, who has the car? >> Who who called the car in? >> It's anonymous, but I'm saying where did the car come from? The dealership car? Is your brother? >> It's not rental. >> The cop had to check whether the restaurant had cameras that might have captured the woman as she was exiting the vehicle. and she suddenly got a phone call from the owner of the vehicle. >> Oh, here's the owner. >> Okay. >> Is that the owner? You have cameras >> only inside on the side. She's not having >> So, did a guy get on that vehicle then? >> I don't know. She's >> She's coming to break. I don't know. >> Okay.
