they were hiding something as officer Boseman approached he detected a strong smell of marijuana and noticed two bags of a leafy substance inside the car watch how a simple traffic stop quickly disorderly conduct he later filed a $15 million lawsuit against the officers involved and the wakashaw police department alleging excessive force and constitutional violations the outcome of the case further he then berates the suspect stating that he escalated a misdemeanor into a felony visibly shaken the suspect admits he may have urinated on himself out of fear during a search he continues expressing remorse and insists he has no ill will toward the officers Officer Kos was later charged with third deegree assault for excessive force if you think this was the only officer who destroyed fired these are officers from the Broken Arrow Police Department on Sunday December 3rd 2023 officers located 54-year-old Troy ansp Spa's vehicle and initiated at a traffic stop he refused to respond to their commands and eventually exited the vehicle armed with a gun watch as this encounter quickly escalates into a tense and violent confrontation Troy stop out three we're at Pensacola and Willis instead the deputy explained the legal rep cussions of refusing the breath test such as potential license suspension and harsher sentencing a search of the officer's vehicle did not reveal any open alcohol containers but an empty four-pack beer package was found the officer was charged with aggravated DWI speeding and failure to maintain his Lane yet he remains employed by the Albuquerque Police officers from the chick doaga Police Department on December 5th 2024 First Amendment auditor William Reynolds and his wife visited the chick doaga Police Department in New York to file a complaint he alleged mistreatment stating that officers cursed at him and denied him information about those involved when police refused to disclose details about his prior complaints Mr Reynolds argued that officers cannot be victims of disorderly conduct unless provoked by fighting words determined to have his concerns addressed he insisted on continuing to record and protest police warned him to leave claiming he was disrupting operations Watch What Happens Next as officers take action against him this will not stop until my needs are met this will not I can be here every day I can record I will protest y'all can p your accountable or I will do it uh like when I ask for an officer for charges to be filed against an officer and they tell me they won't do it I'm asking you to file charges
