Bro, I am not going to let nobody search my car, bro. >> Sir, if you do not get out of the vehicle on your own free will, we're going to remove you, okay? And you're going to go to jail. >> I don't check your pockets. >> Hey, you better carry ME OUT. GET OFF, LADY. HEY, get off, lady. Get off me. I do. >> Johnny, >> I do. >> It takes a special kind of stupid to deal drugs while doing everything possible to draw attention to yourself. Whether it's illegally tended windows, tags being expired, or reckless driving, most of these people seem to be begging to get caught. And when a dealer gets caught with his product, rest assured he'll still have the nerve to lose his temper. Step out. >> Step out. Dude, >> there's a gun. I do not feel safe with you in there. You're not free to leave. >> On Valentine's Day 2025, the cops spotted a vehicle they've been searching for parked outside of a motel. They were looking for a female, and after getting her room number from the manager, they prepared to make contact. And little did they know, they were about to catch two birds with one single stone. >> Hello, police department. >> Hi. >> How's it going? Good. >> Is uh Marina here? >> Yeah. >> All right. Can you open the door? >> Hello. >> Hi, Marina. >> Hey, >> Mr. Cornado. I need you to step out right now. >> Okay. >> So, right now you're showing that you have a felony warrant. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, right now there >> So, right now you're being detained. Okay. We'll get you a shirt, cover you up. Okay. >> Um, I'll just confirm the warrant. If it confirms you're going to get booked for it. If it doesn't, I'll release you and you can back to doing whatever you're doing. All right. >> Keep the dog inside. >> She needs she needs shirt. >> Will you give me a shirt, please? The woman here, Marina, might be the most polite and cooperative suspect we've ever showcased on the Hidden Files. If there's one word we seldom hear from suspects, it's got to be please. But during this arrest, the officer might not have even noticed it because he was laser focused on her boyfriend. >> Who's this guy? >> Um, he's just my friend. >> He's your friend? >> Yeah. Thank you. That's fine. That's fine. Thank you. >> She's not. >> Okay. But the way he's acting, >> I mean, I have his >> I know, but with the way he's acting, we're gonna >> Should we please? Um, >> I stepped out. I >> No, I got you. It's just >> at this point, we see the parap. >> Okay, but like >> trying to get you covered up and this is all knotted up. >> Yeah, I'm sorry. I was getting >> Marina was wanted for burglary and had an arrest warrant out for her as she took the arrest without any fuss like an ordinary adult. But with her friend acting shady parap scattered around the room, the cops detained the man as well. The question is will he handle things calmly like her? >> Okay, right now you're being detained. The reason you're being detained is drunk. Okay, so you have to ID yourself. If not ID yourself, you're going to be placed under arrest organization. >> I just don't want to miss it. Thank you. >> Step out. See the gun. >> Okay. But >> step out. >> Step out. Dude, >> there's a gun. I do not feel safe with you in there. You're not free to leave. >> Baker for their three foot chase. Get on the ground now. Southbound University black starting black. With a daring leap off the balcony, the suspect managed to slip away. Backup arrived quickly and once they got the lowown, the cops spread out and surveyed the neighborhood. Their only goal was to track down the man who was possibly armed and dangerous. >> Okay. Yellow sitting on his back. What charges? We have flection. >> Oh, we have possession. >> Possession. A bunch of bunch of We have >> I got a rifle. Somebody grab a 40. >> I can be there a little bit. Where you at? [snorts] >> Not possible on that subject. Were you by that crown plaza? He's going to be right. >> Got 40. >> There's going to be like a brownish conx box. It looks like he jumped the fence by that conx box and he's probably hunkered underneath of it. It's not the the paleon box. It's the one to the east of it. It's darker and smaller. >> My man, >> go get out of there. >> The cops soon reconvene nearby. Having a hunch the suspect was hiding behind a dumpster. They cautiously approached, locked and loaded, and ready to engage. The moment they had him in sight, they sprang into action. >> Albuquerque police. I got commands. Face away from me, bro. YOU ARE DETAINED. YOU'RE NOT FREE TO LEAVE. YOU ATTEMPT BY A PLEA. Force me to get you. Stop. Grab the top of your shirt. Spin in a circle. Do it now. Grab the top of your shirt, bro. Pull up. Pull up. I want to see your waist. Spin. You don't You don't have to do that. Okay. Drop down to one knee for me, bro. Drop down to the other knee. Put on your shirt real quick. Keep your hands up, though. You got cuffs. >> Yeah. >> Are you injured, sir? >> Where are you injured? >> Your knee. >> After leaping off the balcony, he was lucky to walk away with just a bruised knee. After quickly searching him, the cops then tried to identify him. But unlike Marina, the man turned out to be far sneakier. >> What's your name? >> Are you sure? >> Last time you read >> I was getting questioned for no reason. Like I ask you want to speak. You weren't allowed to be in the room. >> What's going on? What's your last name? >> So me being harassed and not being or what baby? You can do this. The longer the longer you do this identify who you are, you're going to be an adult. So your dog about it, too. It's probably about the one harassing me, >> not me. >> We'll explain everything that's going on, but we have to identify you first properly. If you have a gripe with the original officers, >> am I uh No. Am I uh Okay, sorry about that. You're right. But I don't want to ask no questions. I'm being detained. >> Okay. So listen, you're under arrest >> for what? >> Resisting invading. >> Resisting invading. >> I wasn't I was I never did anything wrong. >> As far as behavior went, they were polar opposites. She was brave and stoic, taking her arrest with quiet resolve. The man, on the other hand, tried to play innocent and dumb despite the weapons and dashed in his room. >> Listen to me. If you don't give us your name, we either take you to get fingerprinted. If you've been to NBC before, we'll find out that way. But >> why you do it that way? >> Because extra charges, bro. Because we add an extra charge. >> For what? >> Concealing identity. >> I'm not gonna say no identity. I was Well, right here, right now, >> at first, I was not doing a single thing for you guys to question me for anything. What's going on? I stepped into my room. I asked if he stepped out. This guy stepped his foot in my way. He was He was He was in my way. I was in his way. He was in my way. He was harassing me. Bro, >> you're placing yourself there. I wasn't there. Okay. Stop. Give me your name and date of birth and then if you want >> I wasn't placing myself nowhere, bro. >> Xavier, listen, man. It's We're not even questioning about what was going on before. Concealing identity is a whole separate charge. So if you're not >> My name is Xavier Garcia. I already told you guys this. I told I told officer over there. So what what is the problem? >> Xavier, what's your database? >> I didn't I didn't commit no crime. So why why am I being detained right now? >> What is your database? >> Resisting? What am I resisting if I was in if I was under arrest? What what did I do to be detained to begin with? The man identified himself as Xavier Garcia and accused the cops of harassment, insisting he'd done nothing wrong. It was a desperate move from a very desperate criminal. And when the cops did a detailed search, the man's fate was pretty much sealed. >> All right, so here's the thing in question. Cool. I'll get out of here. Looks like a flash. But who's to say it's real? But I definitely want to stay around here. >> So basically he's like, "Hey, check this. Got a robbery 29 here." So I go in automatically see like this here and this here. Dude keeps trying to get me out of the room. Keeps trying to get me out of the room. >> Just an NFD. >> It looks like a some kind of NFD or flash. >> I know, man. >> But that's the thing. It's still going to be 59. They're not going to let you touch that. >> It's right next to a bunch of too. See this bag here? >> All right. >> All right. Just to not get yourself in trouble. Like >> I'm getting out of here. >> After getting a proper warrant, they searched the room even deeper. They found weapons, 47K in cash, and over a million dollars worth of. While the woman was charged for her existing warrant, the man wasn't so lucky and got serious charges for trafficking drugs. Sometimes when a drug bust happens, it's after a long and meticulous investigation. Other times, it's pure luck. And that's what happened on August 5th, 2025 when the cops were on patrol and spotted a vehicle with an improper tag. >> I was in Ohio police search for this weekend. My tag, my new tag was stolen on my car. My birthday's not till September, the end of September. So, they >> replaced the tag already. find the price for the car. >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> It um and it was stolen. I was at the DMV, got the tag, put it in the backseat of my car, did a few errands, and boom, my tag was gone. >> I called the DMV and they said, "File a police report, get a copy of the um business card and the case, and they'll give me another one for free." >> You know what tag that was? >> It was like DD um I don't think I have it with me. Um, I don't know the the new tag number. >> Do you have the registration for the old tag? >> Um, >> the woman tried to talk her way out of it, and if it hadn't been for the second officer, she might have succeeded. While standing by the passenger window, the cop noticed something very suspicious in the middle of the center console. >> Is this the one that's stolen? >> No, that's the one that's on my on my >> Hey, 15. >> 15. >> I do have it. >> 15. Please. >> Ma'am, just deep breath and just step out of the car for us, please. >> Why? >> Please step out of the vehicle, ma'am. >> Miss Conrad, can you step out of the vehicle? >> I want you to take it or whatever. And I want >> Miss Conrad, step out of the vehicle. Get out of the car now or you're going to get tased because I just told you to get out of the car and get me off. >> What did I do? >> Step out of the car now. Step out of the car. >> Get out of the car. You're getting tased. >> For a moment, it looked like the suspect Vicky Conrad was going to get out of the vehicle just like the officer instructed. But knowing full well what she was carrying, she chose a different option. And that would change everything. >> Miss Conrad, just leave everything there and get out. Yo, >> it's Conrad. >> I want my lawyer. I WANT >> TO GET A TASTE. >> MY LAWYER. >> I want my lawyer. >> The car. GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> 521. 128. CODE. Get out of the car. GET OUT OF THE CAR. GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> Let me go. >> What is the matter with you? >> Stop it. Get on the ground. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. >> WHAT DID I DO? >> Get on the ground. >> What did I do? >> Get on the ground now. >> What did I do? >> Get on the ground now. >> I didn't do anything wrong. I did nothing wrong. >> I did nothing wrong. >> Stop it. I did nothing wrong. What did I do wrong? Please. Please. >> What did I do wrong? In moments like this one, everybody panics. Suspects feel like they need to say or do something, anything, to avoid going to jail. She kept on asking what she'd done wrong, trying to look innocent. But like many before her, she failed to realize it was already too late. >> 5.8. We got one uh 10:15. >> What did I do wrong? I did nothing wrong. Please. Why is Why are you doing this? >> Just got a super. >> No, you just get a supervisor this way. We got a taser deployment >> and uh start FD. I'm gonna help you. Okay. What knees back? >> Close, but the left is lower. >> Okay. So, is it easier for you to roll onto your right leg and then stand up? All right. Let's do that. >> Definitely. >> All right. We got the fire department coming so that we can take care of your arms. >> Can I get my shoe? >> Get your shoes. >> It's under the car. >> All right. Yeah, we'll get it. >> Come over here. >> Riding just get my shoe. >> We'll get it. Just walk over here. >> Over here, please. >> Okay. >> Come over here. We're going to we're going to come over here. >> You want to sit on your tailgate? Is that easier? >> No, I want to. >> Miss Conrad, there is a large bag of or something sitting right in the center console. I watched you grab it and stuff it down. Yes, there is. >> Looks like Vicki just couldn't help it. After being tased again and again and then thrown on the pavement, she recovered quickly and just kept playing her little games. Despite the odds, she still thought she could talk her way out of this. >> No, no, no. If there's anything in the car, stop. >> It It doesn't matter. I watched you grab it and stuff it. >> She She saw you. >> All right. I watched you grab it and stuff it. It's on my camera. I was I'm looking right at you, >> Miss Conrad. Stop. >> All right. >> I am clean. I look at I mean, >> you see, I mean, I'm not right. >> I have no problems. Oh, please. Good lord. I have no problems. Look, I >> We'll talk. >> I keep my idea, >> Miss Conrad. Look, we'll talk. But you really escalated this. You escalated this. >> I'm sorry. I need >> We don't need any more units. >> Let me let me adjust your handcuff. It's really tight on your hand. Okay. Just give me a second. >> I know it is. >> She insisted she was a good person and that she didn't do, but she also admitted to quote unquote doing what she needs to do. Moments later, another unit showed up along with a supervisor. The arresting officer briefed them and showed them what he found. >> Can I see it? Look. >> Oh, that's a big old bag. >> Can I please? I have a cigarette. Please, please, please. >> You got You got a cigarette pack in there? >> Yeah. >> She wants a cigarette. >> Please. Thank you. My nerves are shot. It's been a long day. >> Okay. Well, listen. This could have been a lot easier if you had just listened. And I don't like doing this because it's just more paperwork for me to do. But when you look like you were about to flee in the car and I'm not going to get run over because you have a bag of dope in the center console. >> I got arrested for a 15-year-old roach that they found in my car. >> But this is not a 15year-old roach. Vicki on me. I don't >> It's not mine. There's nothing in this. >> Well, I'm not asking you any questions. I I'm just telling you that this is why you were asked to step out of the car. Have I I slept? I breathe. I I'm not a drug user. I'm not a drug user. >> Okay, we'll get there. We'll figure it out. >> She was clearly in the trade, and whether she used the herself or not was pretty much irrelevant. She'd broken the law and then made things worse by resisting arrest. The officer patiently tried to explain things to her, but all Vicki did was come up with more excuses. >> I did ask you nicely, did I not? I asked you to please step out of the vehicle, right? >> Yes, you did. >> Okay. That's all I wanted you to do. I just wanted you to exit the vehicle. >> I've had issues. >> I understand. But then you went to turn the car back on. >> I've had issues with the police. Police. I've gotten arrested for things I did not do several times. >> Vicki, >> it's like it's like they this I've been singled out. >> Okay. >> And I I work hard. >> Vicki, all I'm saying is this. I literally watched you grab that bag that had narcotics in it and try to stuff it into the center console. Right. That's when I asked you to step out of the vehicle. So, I'm asking you step out of the vehicle for a reason. watched you grab the bag and put it down in the center console. >> iPad, please. >> Okay, but you obviously knew that that was something you weren't supposed to have in the vehicle and got freaked out by it. Right. So, >> hold on to that. I'm trying to find a lighter. >> There's I have a bunch on my door if you need one. >> Vicki was read her rights and was asked about the stolen license plate, but the officer was much more interested in that stash of the officer was smart about it as he built up some rapport with her. And when she finally relaxed a bit, the officer switched things up. >> So, why' you freak out about it there? Because I >> did you know he saw the saw the stuff. >> I want to talk to because I've told them I've told them what my history with the police was and I was never treated very well. I was never things were not honest. Um >> my I was on probation. The probation officer. You're not on probation right now? >> No. No. No. Led about me. I mean he tried to coersse me. I mean I would leave the probation I'm a grown woman. I would leave the probation officer crying. >> That's how horrible he was. Well, Vicki, I I mean, I asked you to step out of the vehicle. You were step you were getting ready to and then you looked over and you saw >> like I said, my history with the police department. You know, I was never treated respectfully or honestly. >> We treated you respectfully and honorably today. >> Okay. Maybe you guys very We were very respectful for you. And then you tried to flee off. >> Maybe you guys did, but in the past I haven't been. >> Things have not been, you know, >> where were you going to try to go when you turned on the car? >> I don't know. I don't know. I wasn't thinking. Vicki claimed she was trying to run home because she feared being mistreated by police. The in her vehicle tested positive for Crystal and the officer tried to find out where they came from or where they were going. For her part, Vicki just claimed that it wasn't hers. >> How much How much is there? >> I have no idea. I have no idea. >> You don't know how much it is? >> No, it's not mine. It's not mine. >> Whose is it? >> It's not mine. I'm not going to, you know, give me It's your car. You're the only occupant of the vehicle. You know, it was in the center of contact. >> I've had lots of people in my car this morning, >> Vicki. But you >> I'm like the go-to person for everybody I know. >> The thing is it's your car. >> I know that. >> You're the only occupant of the vehicle. You went in that center console and you saw that and then you >> I'm going to finish answering questions. I want my lawyer. >> All right. >> That's fine. >> Hey Vicki, what you're going to get what you're getting charged with today is going to be the trafficking and and then resisting with violence. Okay. >> You slap my hands around when I was trying to battle. All right. Don't do that. >> Let the courts knock it down if they want to. But that's what you going to jail for. >> Violence. >> Huh? >> I was not violent. >> She tried to persuade the officer that someone else had stashed the there without her knowledge. When that didn't work, she tried to get the cops to at least drop some charges. In the end, she was charged with resisting arrest and trafficking. It's surprising how often these drug traffickers make stupid little mistakes despite wanting to stay under the radar. Another common mistake is excessively tinted windows. On the 6th of August, 2023, the cops pulled over a white GMC Yukon and the windows were so dark you couldn't see a thing inside. >> Hey, turn it off. Turn it off. Turn it off, brother. Turn it off. You got your license on. The reason why I pulled you over, young man, is because your window tent. Okay. I don't need your credit card. >> Oh, well, you listen listen. That's going to be Listen, >> get your tent. >> Hey, watch this here. You can get the window tent. I've been tested for my window tent two years ago >> and came out on top. But yeah, you can check. >> You give me two inches on you. Actually, do me a favor. Just give me two inches. >> Two inches? >> Yeah. There's two inches on the wall. That's good right there. >> That's good, buddy. >> Okay. So, 28's the legal tent. >> I already know I'm legal. >> You're not. 17 is where it's at. So, >> illegal. That is 28. Yes, sir. 28 is the legal limit in the state of Florida. >> God damn. >> So, it needs to be above 28. >> You're lower than that. So, that means you're illegal, which means you cannot see or less clarity of lights coming through this vehicle. >> What? Then another guy pulled me and said I was straight. That was two what about 2, three years ago. It's been like this forever. >> Initially, the conversation went smoothly. After some friendly banner, the driver said he had no idea he was breaking the law and gave the cop what he needed without any fuss. However, when one of the cops stepped away to check his ID, the other officer smelled something fishy. >> Thank you, bud. Real quick, sit still for me. >> Do me a favor. Step out of the car. >> For what? >> Because this is on your shirt. >> I got Listen. Yeah. And I got Listen, hold on before we go through all that. >> I smell the odor of burnt. >> I understand. I understand. >> Still, this does not give you the out to have smoke. Just so you know. >> Yeah, but I didn't have smoke on the car. I had me on my shirt. That's it. So the odor of is emitting from the car. >> I'm telling you to get out because that gives me problem. We'll cause to search the vehicle. This does not give you the out. >> Don't get call signs. Go get >> no sir. You're going to get out of this vehicle. >> Call I am a corporal. >> Hey buddy, >> go ahead. Come talk to me. You may want to call somebody. This is crazy. Bro, >> you're on body camera. Just so you know. >> I I can't be on body camera. >> No, you're fine. That's I'm letting you know. So just I'm telling you about the behavior. >> Let me get my camera, too. Let me get my camera cuz this is crazy >> for you guys. >> That's when things began to get interesting. The smell of was unmistakable and unless the driver hadn't done his laundry for weeks, chances are he had just smoked up in the vehicle. And what really made the officer more suspicious was that he refused to exit the vehicle. >> Listen, listen. I don't consent to no searches to my car. >> You don't have to consent. >> There's probable cause. It exists. Now, please step out of the car, >> bro. I am not going to let nobody search my car, bro. Sir, if you do not get out of the vehicle on your own free will, we're going to remove you, okay? And you're going to go to jail. >> Don't do it. Don't do it. Don't do it. >> Don't do it. >> Get out of the car right now. PUT IT IN PARK. >> OKAY. OKAY. OKAY. >> DO NOT DRIVE AWAY. >> OPEN THE DOOR. HANDS UP. >> Get out. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. >> Watch out. WATCH OUT. GET ON THE GROUND. YOU'RE GOING TO BE YOU'RE GOING TO BE TASED. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. Get on the ground. Put your hands behind your back. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> OKAY. OKAY. >> If you If you resist, YOU WILL BE TASED. >> OKAY. OKAY. >> Put your hands behind your back. Don't move down. >> Okay. Okay. >> At least the man had enough common sense to stop, get out of the vehicle, and start complying with the officer's lawful commands. If the man kept driving, things could have taken a very dangerous turn. >> This could have been really >> almost got shot. >> Can you make a phone call from >> No. No. You lost that. >> What? >> You lost that. >> You're just TRYING TO DRIVE AWAY WITH ME HANGING ON. >> LISTEN, I WASN'T trying to drive with you hanging on. I was trying to get to the >> Now you're going to go to jail for resisting. >> Don't go, bro. >> Come on, bro. >> We're crazy. >> We don't need no more units, >> sir. All you have to do is get out. I We didn't >> We trying to be This is >> I even looked at me. I even told you, bro. Talk to me. And you going to do this nonsense with this young man, >> bro. >> All right. Stand up on your sit on your butt. >> All right. Well, listen. Okay. Listen. >> No, no, no, no, no, no. We're going to give you option to talk. Go. You stand up. >> I'm going to get you. >> You're a big deal. >> Okay. Right down there. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Let's put Let's get you. >> Listen. Are you hurt? Are you hurt? >> I just want to secure some things. >> The young officer was clearly shaken. Things nearly ended in tragedy over absolutely nothing. One wrong move and someone could have been seriously injured or even killed. >> You almost got shot, man. Driving away with me hanging on. You lost your mind. >> That's how bad things happen over stupid things, sir. Misdemeanor them out. Probably >> have a seat for me, sir. >> I'm still going to be polite to you. Even though I didn't deserve that. >> I'm sorry, man. But listen, >> listen. You almost got shot over something so pitily as tint. And >> but listen, please contact the guy. He's right down the road. That's >> You literally had that opportunity and you messed it all up for yourself. I'm a reasonable person, but you just tried to drive away with me hanging on that car. >> Well, I didn't know you was going to jump on there. I I >> Why the hell would you even try that? >> Cuz I was trying to get to his house. You got >> You lost that, sir. >> Have you actually searched something pretty good or not? >> I got his pockets. >> You got his pockets? >> He had on his shirt, which is still up here. Look. I was like, "You got on your shirt." >> All right. Okay. >> I can smell the odor burnt. So, you're getting out of this car. >> Okay. >> The cops then searched the man's vehicle and found some pretty incriminating evidence, including a lot of cash and a bunch of narcotics. As they were searching the vehicle, they got some interesting info from the dispatcher. >> Show him 10549. I am showing inmate release status >> a lot of cash. It's all >> the right >> I don't mean I'm going to find it. I don't want it. >> Oh, possession of Look what we have here. So far, >> there's something else in there. 26 >> lidocaine patches. I mean, lidocaine is not illegal. >> Dig through this. >> Not lidocaine is an over the counter. >> It's uh no different than like >> like the the Ben gay sprays and stuff like that. >> Since this is more dig through this, >> just do me a favor. Notate where where we start getting things out from. >> That was that would have been a pursuit, too. >> Yep. >> How much Oh. >> Judging by the officer's reaction, it was clear he'd stumbled upon something serious. What he found was a black trash bag with something suspicious inside. >> That was in the forest. Yeah. And then sandwich bags obviously that's part of intent. >> Oh yeah. >> Well, he's got all this individually packaged for such and then he's got a whole bottle of crack co that'll be trapped in weight. This is like coins. You know how some people paying coins? >> Oh my god. >> And they full of coins. Coins like you know 50 cents, 20 cents, 30 cents. >> That's proceeds. >> That's That's proceeds. >> The cash and other incriminating items just kept on coming. There was plastic containers with no labels on them. scales, burner phones, and even a couple of swords. It was a heck of a bust, and the cops here were understandably excited. >> So, all this was next to the crack. >> Okay, >> if y'all could just stay for security, cuz he's not very He's not very far from his house. He's like literally down the street. I don't y'all don't have to do anything other than just stand and just be pretty, >> which is going to be kind of complicated, but >> label so faded on this. I can't even tell what this is. >> No label. >> Oh, he's got two swords. >> Arm trafficking. >> Seems like arm trafficking. I'll leave. [music] >> All this came from the center console. I'm waiting to see if there's a gun in here, dude. Where's my heart rate at? 132. It's like I just ran. >> Totaling everything up, it was about 7,000 in and about 2,000 in cash. For such a large drug stash, the monetary value wasn't huge. But still, the drugs are now off the streets thanks to the officers. quick thinking. On the 2nd of January 2025 in St. Petersburg, an officer witnessed a deal and started chasing the male suspect. He quickly caught up with him. And at that point, a 39-year-old female appeared and started interfering. >> Did they just stop her? >> Her, not me. >> Put your hands together. Drop your finger. Drop it. Drop everything in your hand. >> Put your hands together like your fingers together. Yes. >> You all right? >> Get away from me. >> I'm not touching your brother. You're making things worse. Put them together. >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> Get away from here. >> Go around the other way, bro. >> You go around that way. >> Golly, >> you're staying. She's staying. >> You move or you're getting locked up. >> Why? You >> got nothing to do with >> Why are you, >> man? Get out of here. You're going to get arrested. >> Why is my brother being arrested? >> Golly, I didn't do anything. >> This obnoxious woman was later identified as Eleanor. As the officer struggled to get the man handcuffed, she kept on interfering. Luckily, another officer arrived on scene and stepped in to help her fellow officer. >> I don't even know her. Move. Move. >> Say what now? >> I do not know. >> Hold on. >> What you need to do with her? >> Hands behind your back. >> Hands behind your back now. Hands behind the cigarette down. Hands behind your back. >> Put it down. >> Am I being the same? >> Yes. You're being detained. Put it down. Just drop it to the ground. >> Stop that truck. >> That guy, I don't know him, but I mean that >> I just don't want to get >> I didn't do anything. >> Yeah, put her in the back of your car. >> Make sure you search her out. >> She's probably holding some kind of dope. Okay. >> Eleanor claimed the suspect was her brother. But once the officer started questioning him, he denied it and said he had no idea who she was. Also, apparently there was a third suspect involved here, but he managed to slip away. >> So, what the hell was your problem, dude? >> I was going there. He said, "Please run." I said, "What are you talking about?" And I just came down here to get away from him cuz I don't know. >> Hunkered down here with my bike. >> The truck pulled up. When I came by, you were going to the truck and talking to someone in the window, etc. Then when I turn up, you ran. You fell down the stairs. >> And I said, "Listen, you fell down the stairs in your scooter." >> I don't live down here. >> You fat on the stairs on your scooter. Yes, sir. >> Right. She's trying to put on your pocket or take out of your pocket. >> Thank you. And I don't know her. >> Right. You're making all these fertive movements. You're trying to dump. I saw you trying to make sure you're searching good. She gave me this and I didn't know what to do. >> She was making all these You're making all these fertive movements while you're trying to >> confer. I don't even know her. She says, "Please help me. I don't know what to do." You know, I'm wrong. I guess I don't know. But I She's wrong. >> She seems to know you pretty well. >> She does not know my name on my face. She says her brother. I'm not her brother. >> Looks like this guy found the perfect scapegoat. He was saying that whatever incriminating evidence he had on him, Elellanar must have put it there without him knowing. Listen to the man trying to weasle his way out. So, here's what I want to know now. >> What's on your person? >> She gave me something that I put in my sock. >> I saw you playing with your sock. >> Yeah, because she kept putting the arm. >> I met her with the black guy that she just left with. >> Is there anything that's going to stick me? >> No, sir. >> I don't do it. No, sir. >> Listen, you're being detained right now. Stop moving. >> Stop. >> Ma'am, stop moving. I'm not going to >> investigate. >> You're being the Yes, we're doing an investigation right now. >> Hey, listen. >> Listen. >> Can you hold her so I can put on gloves? Cuz she keeps moving around being very fidgety. The female officer searched the female and the arresting officer noticed both suspects doing something with their socks. He let his colleagues know about it so they could do a really thorough search. >> I'm sure he's got rolled up in a sock. Yes. >> So, make sure you search her real quick. They're making a dope deal when I came by. >> She Yeah, she was part of it. >> She was part of the dope deal. >> She was there. She was with the black guy. That's what That's what it was. Put in there. She was told me hold it. I didn't give her any money. Ask her. She ain't got no money on her. >> Here's the thing. What's your first name? I have the idea. >> Daniel. >> Daniel. >> Yes, sir. I know you got yourself cuz I'm sure you're trying to get rid of it >> for her because Yeah, you bought it. >> What else do you have? >> That's it. Nothing. >> All right. Smooth your legs a bit. >> Yes, sir. >> What is it? >> I have to look. I don't know what she gave me. >> Uh, well, you stop. She didn't give it to you and you saw >> there. Yes, she was. >> It's in this. >> I didn't give her the money. >> I didn't give her any money for it. >> I was right there when you're doing the whole thing trying to hide it. >> I know this. >> I'm not denying it. Okay. I'm not. >> So, crack. I don't know know exactly what she put in there. >> And more crack. >> That was down there. What fell out of my sock? I don't know. >> Uh, it all fell out of your sock. >> Oh, okay. I didn't even look at it yet, so I don't know. >> You got to come to my car. My car's around there. Search. >> The suspect was giving off con man vibes, denied things with confidence until confronted by facts. He then changed his tactics, and he admitted to the obvious, but he put all the blame on Eleanor. >> Where'd you get the crack from? her and that dude. I don't know them. That's why they she said leave. I just left. I don't know them. And [cough] there any way I can work with somebody, turn somebody in, turn I don't want to go to jail. Anything I can do to turn somebody in, I will cuz I don't I didn't even >> Well, you made this really difficult, dude. >> I didn't mean she's just brother. I'm not her brother. I don't even know her like that. >> Can you talk to somebody say I can work something out? What? >> I can turn somebody in battery 12 years ago. There's nothing on it. I swear to you. I'm not going to lie to you. I know you don't distrust, but there's nothing. Oh. Oh my god. I forgot all about Oh, if I have told you, sir, because I don't want you to get in those. I swear. Don't look at me. I did not mean for you to, you know, I don't want you to think I No, if I didn't know what I'm saying, I would have told you. I want you to get stuck so you can beat my Oh my god. >> Let him beat. >> Yeah. Well, you know, >> when Daniel realized things weren't going his way, he quickly offered to rat people out just to avoid going to jail. Looks like crooks will always be crooks. And the moment they get in trouble, their loyalty goes right out the window. As far as this show went, the main star was Eleanor. And clearly, she was not too happy. >> Would you tell me what you bought? >> I didn't buy anything. >> What did you take today? >> I'll tell you what they bought. >> Okay, go ahead and have a seat. We'll talk in a second. Okay. >> Let me put you in there. >> That's >> You want to sit in there or I'm going to put you in there? >> Why am I in there? Ma'am, >> have a seat. >> Ma'am, you're going to get sprayed. Stop. Do not Don't even kick that window out. You're going to get sprayed. >> You're going to get sprayed. >> Oh, she's going now. >> If you don't stop. Listen to me. You need to stop. You're going to get sprayed in the car and it's going to be very uncomfortable. >> I've been on camera all day. They've been so >> But you see how you're acting? That's not helping anything. >> Sit up. >> I'm not going to talk to you unless you sit up. I'm not going to talk to you unless you sit. Well, you just say that to yourself. >> Can you help me? You going to sit up and act right? >> You sit up and act right. I'm telling you right now, don't kick the window. Do you understand me? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Turn around. Turn around the right way. You know how to sit properly. Turn around the right way in the vehicle. >> Ma'am, I have >> I want to speak with you. >> Okay. Okay. >> So, just I need you to calm down. Woo. Give me a wa >> wa. Okay. >> Woo. Wooa is an urban slang term and people use it when they're trying to get peace and relaxation. If you combine it with deep breathing, saying the word woosa is supposed to trigger people into achieving a state of calm. The phrase was made popular by the movie Bad Boys 2. In this case, however, it didn't work for very long. >> Whenever you let me talk, I'll let you talk. >> You have no right to detain me. >> Can I tell you why? >> That's so You have no right to detain me. Can I talk now? >> Can I talk now? >> I've been on camera. My dad is picking you up. It's on my car. >> All right. You are arrested for obstruction. >> You have a hobble. >> She got her cuffs on the front. >> She want to hobble or does she want to get sprayed? Which she prefers? >> I think it's going to be both. >> Okay, guess what? We have someone arrested, but you are acting up. You're about to break the windows of this cruiser and your cuffs are now in the front. So, if you sit right, perhaps I'll make a phone call, but at the moment, you'll have no phone call. Do I make myself clear? >> Yeah. >> Because you keep acting up when I ask you multiple times not to. And I don't play that. >> Sit there and I'LL GET MY NOTEPAD. IF YOU BANG ON THAT WINDOW one more time, your phone call's done. >> Do you understand me? After being scolded by the officer, Elellaner finally calmed down. But once again, Wa or not, it didn't last long. On the way to jail, she began banging the car again and even tried to harm herself with her seat belt. >> Okay. At one point, she had to cuff like like this, like she was trying to try try to choke herself and then she started like twing. >> She can't pull anything, but it looks like she was there like a cord up there. >> She has no right to chain. You're not detent. You're arrested. Put your foot in. >> This is the last time. >> No. >> Trust me. Trust me. Cuz now I'm going to spray you. >> You're going to get sprayed. Going to get sprayed. You want to get sprayed? Sprayed >> in the car. In the car. Stop. >> Why am I being arrested? >> Stop. >> Why am I >> relax? Come on. I didn't want to do that. Okay. >> Ellaner managed to destroy the door handles as well as the camera. They eventually charged her with criminal mischief and resisting arrest with violence. On the 30th of January 2024, at around 11:00 a.m. in Bunell, Florida, a cop was on patrol and saw a vehicle with dark tinted windows. The vehicle looked familiar, but he couldn't exactly remember where he'd seen it. The cop decided to pull the car over. >> Sorry, I can't see in any of the windows. They're so dark. >> I got lower. >> Yeah, this thing is pitch black. I can't see through that at all. >> Got your license. >> And it has my uncle. >> Okay. >> Can you just take it out? I don't I want to make sure that no one thinks of you. You put money in there. Who's your uncle? >> Who? >> This is >> This is a registration. >> Where you headed to? >> I stay down here. I stay. >> Oh, hey. What's the Where the insurance? The insurance thing at the insurance card? The insurance card for the car? >> The insurance card for the car? >> The suspect claimed the vehicle belonged to his uncle. You might say the suspect seemed a little on edge, but when the cops pull us over, we all get a little nervous, right? But something was fishy, so the cop had more questions. >> You're heading to Banell, you said. >> I'm going to stay. I got >> Oh, I got you. >> Oh, okay. I got you. I thought I asked you where you're going. I think you said Banel. >> Yeah, I got to go to >> Oh, I got you. I got you. >> Can you just put those windows down? Let me grab my tent meter and I'll check it for you while he talks to you. Okay. Give me a sec. >> All right. Here, put it up just a little bit. I'll check the front and the back just so you know if they're legal or illegal. There you go. Stop. All right. So, that's 13. So, your front one has to be 28 or higher. So, the front's illegal. And then just put this one up just a little bit. And that's five. So, all right. Hang. >> All right. Michael, can you step out over there? You don't have a medical card or nothing like that. >> All right. Can you hop out over there for me? I'm explaining it to you. Yelling or anything like that. When's the last time someone smoked in there? Cuz it grease. I don't smoke. Okay. >> The cops decided to trust their sense of smell instead of what Michael was telling them. They told him he was being detained. And at first, he was cooperative. But pretty soon, he began to question the officer's conduct and the legitimacy of what they were doing. >> Regular search, >> right, for the owner out of the vehicle. So, we can search you in the vehicle. >> I know you don't. Go ahead. Take them off. >> It's just crazy how y'all trying to search. I hate yall do that. >> Yeah, but still trying to search me. >> Yeah, we are searching. >> It's pretty basic stuff here. >> Yeah, but you can record it. >> It's fine. We're recording it, too. Okay. One here, one there. >> Search me for nothing. >> Okay. We're allowed to search you and the vehicle if we smell the odor. You don't have >> Last time. I didn't even smoke in the car. I don't even smoke. >> Was it Did I pull you over by >> You pulled me over by 100. >> I didn't smoke. >> Yeah, you had no >> a K9 came and a K9 alerted on the vehicle, didn't it? Huh? Right. >> You were freaking out, man. >> Yeah, the K9. >> Okay. So, I didn't smoke that time. I'm not doing anything wrong, bro. He insisted on recording the entire encounter on his phone. Likely he was trying to catch the cops doing something unlawful so that later on he could beat his charges. However, the copier stayed calm and explained to Michael in detail that everything he was doing was by the book. >> This goes a couple different ways. >> Yeah, but still I don't have anything. That's what I'm trying to tell you. You grab my >> Well, that's that's ass. I'm trying to tell you. >> That's crazy, bro. >> Yeah, you grab this. Let me grab >> your That's harassing, bro. Yo, that's that's my right, bro. >> A thousand times, bro. >> Do what? >> Search you a thousand times. >> What do you mean a thousand times? >> Despite Michael's protests, the cops started searching his vehicle. And in less than a minute, they found some incriminating evidence justifying their claims. The question now is, will they find anything else? You're saying that your car doesn't smell like But here's a little piece of It's in your car. >> Phone's blowing up, huh? >> Your phone's blowing up. The little piece of I found over there I put in here. Every time we went to search him, that's when he started like freaking out like when he spread his legs and stuff. >> All right, we did find the um car with a little bit of we Okay, so face car. I'm going to do a thorough thorough search. I know you were already upset about him grabbing us and stuff like that, but that's what we got to do. Okay. Spread your feet. Take your hands off your back. Just stand. >> I don't know why you're standing like that. >> The officer mentioned several times that the man was reluctant to spread his legs. That told the officer that most likely there was something hidden in his pants. After a preliminary search, the only place left where he could have possibly hidden was his crotch. So, the officer did what he had to do and even called his partner to confirm his suspicions. >> It's right here in the front. It's right here. Feel it right here. Feel it right here. Right here. Right there. >> All right. What's in there? Got to pull it out. >> What up? >> Whatever's right here in your pants. There's something in your pants. Right there. Right at your crotch. Right at your crotch. When I went like this, you could feel it, isn't it? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. It's right there. Yeah. No. No. It was in crutch. When I went like this, that's when I felt the the blade of my hand. >> What's in your mouth? Huh? Open your mouth. >> In my mouth, bro. Put your hand in my mouth. >> You were chewing. I didn't know what you were chewing on. Hey, >> that's why we check the truck. Look at that. >> We're doing all that. >> We're doing all that for nothing. >> Real quick, it's multiple different ones right here. >> Okay. It's a nice track cookie. When you start touching it, he wasn't flinching, so I knew it wasn't his area. >> I felt the sharp edge of it. >> Yeah. Well, you know, just the difference of being tip being squeezed then. >> That's what he kept saying every time Alto would get in there. He was like, "Oh, you're my he wasn't moving or nothing. He was just saying it." >> Yeah. >> Well, in spite of all that rubbing, the cops didn't find everything. As the cops were staying busy testing what they found, Michael was in the back seat busily trying to get rid of his. Somehow, he forgot there were cameras in there watching his every move. He's He's seizing the car and the money cuz the dope. All right. >> You're doing what? >> Seizing it. Like taking it for sheriff's office. It's not that he lost it. It's just that we're taking it. I'm giving you paperwork right now that explains how to get it back. >> He's seizing the car and the money. >> Why would he do that? The car is not even my name. >> Because it's been stopped before, but it that's just our policy now. Okay. I don't know when and where. I wasn't there for any of that. I don't >> So what he taking money for? cuz it's tied into dope money. That's what Listen, that's what that's what you season it for. Okay. To be honest with you, I don't care if it is or isn't. It ain't my I'm not the one doing it. I just have to do the paperwork. Okay. >> Seasoning the car and the money. I already know how they try to play. They try to make you pay to get the car. They good at scheing. What do you What do you What do you see in the car for? You holding the car for what? >> It's not my car. It's my uncle car. Ain't no in the car. >> Sadly for Michael. Clearly, there were in the car. And that's why they charged the man with possession with intent to sell, tampering with physical evidence, and use or possession of pair of with traffickers, these overly tinted windows seem to be a trend. But for other dealers, sometimes their downfall has to do with their driving. That's what happened on the 6th of October, 2023 when an officer performed a routine traffic stop on a female driver and her passenger. >> How you doing, Sergeant W? Sheriff's office. >> Hi. >> Is there anyone in the back seat? >> Okay. You have your license, registration, proof insurance on you? >> There's still a thing on getting pulled over. >> Lots of things. Okay. >> What? >> Speeding. Not using your turn signal when you were going from the right to the left lane. And you were following that car in front of you too closely at 57 mph. >> No, I was not even going 57 at all. >> Okay. >> I have an eye appointment at 2:45. I have to be there. >> Okay. Were you in a rush or something? >> Yes, I'm in a rush. >> Okay. Maybe that's why you're >> You have your ID on you, buddy? >> Yeah. >> Wait, it's at 245. So, >> where? All the way on Orange Avenue. >> In what city? >> Daytona. >> Daytona. >> Yeah. >> The driver seemed to have no idea that she committed any traffic infractions, but the cop's attention was on the passenger who was fidgeting in his seat. The cop decided to listen to his hunch and called a canine unit in to help him inspect the vehicle. >> How you doing, >> how are you? Can I do a walk through? >> Sure. Appreciate it. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Hi. My name's Deputy Bosley County Sheriff's Office. All right. I'm with the K9 unit. I have a few questions for you guys. In the car, shouldn't be in the car. Nothing illegal. >> Where you going? >> My eye appointment at 2:45. >> Okay. All right. Are there any firearms in the car? Explosives of any kind. Okay. If you would do me a favor, roll this window about halfway up. All right. I'm walk the rest of the car. Okay. Okay. A little more. I still want to check up the car. That's good right there. Okay. That's all the way up. >> So, is the vehicle turned off? Can you turn the vehicle off for me? >> All right, stay in the car. Okay. >> He's sweating bullets. >> Body cam footage is great for capturing the big picture, but often it misses the smaller details. The man in the car seemed nervous, but the officer also noticed something else. The man was sweating profusely. As the officer said, he was sweating bullets. Why was he so nervous? H2. >> No, leave the window up so it doesn't jump through the window. That would be a stupid thing to put the window down. That's why he had you put the windows up so the dog doesn't jump in the window. >> Huh? >> Can't hear you. >> Why would you jump in the window? >> Cuz it's a dog. What do you think? It's a canine. >> All right. So, my canine alert in the vehicle. >> Okay. >> Why not? >> We have it all on video. >> Okay. As as do we. >> I'm going to LA, dude. >> So, if nothing in the vehicle should probably get you a warning, get you out of here. Okay. Thank you. >> Looks like these two had a little misunderstanding. What the officer meant was after he searched the vehicle, he'd let them go, but the driver thought he'd let them go right away. Let's see how the woman reacted when it dawned on her that the traffic stop wasn't over yet. >> We're not done with you yet. Okay, go ahead and take step out of the car for me. >> Step out of the car. >> You just said we're good to go. >> I did not say you're good to go. I said step out of the car. What is happening? You just suffered. >> Step out of the beer. >> Keep yours on for right now. >> Go to the front of front of my car. Front of my car. Okay. I told you my over here. >> Told you my canine ordered the vehicle. >> You use No one uses No history at all. History? Yes. >> History? Yes. Okay. >> Anything illegal on a knife in my pocket. >> Okay. Don't grab it in the car. >> Nope. Don't grab it. >> After searching the suspects, they were placed next to the squad car and the cops let the woman smoke. When she finished smoking, she threw the lit cigarette in the grass. It was clearly illegal and the cops used it to increase the pressure on her to see if she might crack. >> You put him Oh, don't throw that. You can actually be arrested for that. What you just did. threw a lit cigarette down. >> It's a misdemeanor in the same floor. >> Front of my car. >> Stand in front of my car. Jesus Christ. >> Hey, over here. >> No, over here. >> Why? >> You're about to go in handcuffs. >> She can go for throwing the lit cigarette if she wants to go to jail. >> I was never speeding at all. >> I didn't stop you for speeding. >> You did. You are free to report from right there. >> Where is he? >> The officer took his time searching the car. His gut was telling him that there were hidden inside and the woman was visibly nervous. She was trying to rush the officer again complaining that she might miss her appointment. The cop then decided to remove the cover on the center console. >> Bring your hands on your back for me. >> Bring your hands on your back. >> Bring your hands on your back. Why? I'll >> explain it in a minute. >> Going to jail for >> No one's saying he's going to jail. >> No, leave it there. >> Let go testing us. >> Throw her in cuffs. >> Hey, throw her in cuffs. Throw her in cuffs. Throw her in cuffs, too. >> Put your hands behind your back >> at this point. Not under. Put that on on the hood. Put that on the hood. I told you my K9 order the vehicle of narcotics. >> Okay. >> Are you K9 handler? >> Basement. >> Basement. That's our searching your vehicle. Okay. You guys are being put in handcuffs for now. >> I'm going to need a counter unit. >> You going to jail for? >> Who said you're going to jail? The couple tried to play dumb. They kept asking the cops why they were going to jail even though nobody said they were. And when confronted by the drugs the cops found, they still kept their act up, pretending they had no idea the were there. >> Just what we need, sir. >> Yeah, you're being detained cuz there's a lot of narcotics in the Viet. >> Oh my. >> We have a female deputy coming. So if there's anything on you that you shouldn't, I think >> I'm just saying I'm giving you a heads up now. >> Okay. Yeah, you ain't going to make that appointment with what's in the car. >> What's in the car? >> When someone else gets here, I'll pull out and I'll show you everything. >> You're driving a vehicle with a bunch of narcotics in it. >> You're responsible. >> Hey, leave the phone alone. We're done with the phone right now. >> We're done with the phone for right now. >> What did I say? >> I'm allowed to use my phone. >> You're not. You're being detained right now. You get to do what we say. >> What we're telling you right now is to hang tight and leave your phone alone. That's what you're being told to do. Okay? Simple as that. >> When you're facing years in prison, nothing is simple. Backup arrived on scene and the cops called them up to speed. It was time to memorandize the suspects, search them, and try to get a confession. >> All right, Kira. Listen to me. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can will be used against you in court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you're being questioned. >> To exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? >> Yes. >> Yes. >> You don't know why I'm going to jail? >> No one said you're going to jail, but you're detained and you're not free to go. Okay. You're the one driving a vehicle and it's got a bunch of narcotics in it. >> So, >> both of you guys were moving a ton when I pulled you over. I have 11. >> Yeah. Both of you are fingerprints going to be on any of those bags? No. Your DNA? >> No. >> You sure? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you're going to let her go down for all of it? >> Not my own. >> It's not yours? >> No. >> Okay. None of that's yours? >> No. >> Okay. >> He's saying it's not his, so that means you're going to be charged with it all. >> It's not mine. >> You're driving the vehicle. You're responsible. >> It's not mine. >> Well, if you saw someone hiding it or something when you're getting stopped, then you need to tell me. >> Cuz he's saying it's not his, so that means it's yours. Cuz you're driving. >> I'm telling you, though. Not my >> by the law you're driving. So he doesn't admit to it. It's yours. >> No. >> These people need to learn that problems don't just go away by saying no. The woman claimed the weren't hers and said she didn't see the passenger put them there because she was too busy driving. But none of that mattered because as time went by, more incriminating evidence kept popping up. I cannot be short with that. >> You're driving a vehicle. >> In her back. >> So, do you have anything to back up your proof saying that it's not yours and that it's his? >> My record's not >> I don't go by records. Can't run people's records. Well, I can't. No, not until they're under arrest. >> Sergeant Weaver. A little bit of >> repurposing. >> No, if you're driving, unless you have anything to back it up, you get in charge with all the we found. Huh? >> Lookie. >> Zot. >> Hey, back camera. I'll check it. Eventually they both got charges for trafficking fetamine trafficking and possession [music] of parap. Even though the female owned the car, the boyfriend took most of the charges. [music] He was sentenced to 10 years in prison while the woman only got three. Suspects can pop up anywhere, even in the most mundane places. However, on June 15th, 2023 in Elgen, Illinois, a cop decided to go straight to the hornets's nest. On that occasion, he was patrolling a dangerous neighborhood and it was notorious for trafficking. As you might have guessed, it didn't take long for the officer to spot a suspect. >> Officer McMillan Police Department, you got your license and insurance on you today? >> Yeah. Can you call the lieutenant for me? I need I want to supervise. >> Okay. Still need the ID though. Okay. There you go. Right. Suspended. >> Got a lady time. >> A ladies car. Okay. >> Well, can you see if you can find it for me? >> I don't I don't I don't have Get the white shirt here. I'm not following me over. No calls. I didn't violate no rules. No rules. >> You don't got a seat belt on. Didn't use a turn signal. >> I did. >> You were speeding. Nope. You got a brake light out. Okay. Don't got insurance on the carers, which looks like you're banned from. So, >> I look like I'm banned from that. Hey, man, just call the white shirt. >> The officer had noticed this 34year-old male named Jerome interacting with multiple people in a parking lot. They were exchanging things handtoand, and it all seemed suspicious. Patiently, the officer waited for the man to leave the parking lot and pulled the man over. Safe to say, the suspect wasn't pleased. I got the supervisor out here. Talk to her. Okay. You sure you don't want to try to call your girl? >> I don't want to do nothing. Write your tickets. What you going to do? And leave me alone. >> Okay. Can I ask why you're being so hostile with me? >> Cuz you pull me over for nothing. So just let me talk to Lieutenant. I don't even want to talk to you. Can I have my ID and my tickets? That's all. >> You pick up. >> Okay. >> How you doing, boss? Man, I I didn't mean to come call you out your office or even mess with you. >> Okay. I drop some money off to my niece and nephew in the towers, them project section 8 towers, whatever. Boom. I go to JJ's. I get some water. I see somebody I know. Boom. I chop it up with them. I pull out the parking lot. He come from behind me from like where like if you coming down the hill, >> he he tell me from all the way from there all the way to right here. >> He pulled me over. I put on my turn signals. >> Okay. >> I stopped at every stop full stop at every stop sign. everything like that. >> Immediately, Jerome tried to say the officer was harassing him for no reason. Clearly, he wanted to get out of there fast, even if it meant paying a whole bunch of fines. Wonder why this guy was in such a hurry. >> So, I don't understand why he following me. I don't understand harassment. I don't know if this a special I don't I don't I don't know nothing about nothing out here. >> Where are you from? >> I'm from Chicago. I'm from the north side of Chicago. All right. >> The only reason I came to the only reason I come to y'all town is to drop them that money off to my peoples or gamble or I'm the out of here. >> All right. Then we'll get you out of here as soon as we can. All right. >> Yeah. So, I guess what I'm trying to understand, sir. See, I came to you with respect. >> I'm trying to understand. >> Well, I don't I don't exactly I mean, I just got out here, so I don't know what they have going. >> I don't I don't I'm trying to figure it out, too. Let me talk to the I'll go talk to this officer and see if we can see what's going on. All right. >> Little did he know the cop called in for a canine. It would take about 20 minutes to get there. So, for now, the cops kept it a secret. If Jerome found out what was headed his way, he might have tried to do something dumb. Find po. >> Is that a positive? >> Yes. >> All right, man. Look, here's the deal. All right, we can make this real easy. There's some in the car. Just let us know. >> All right. Bro, I if you search that car, I need your ticket number. I will be suing you. >> Okay, that's totally fine. >> I will be suing you. >> So, I want to know now. Again, let's just make it real easy. Okay. Is there anything in the car to shoot me in the car, my man? >> My man, if you search that car, I will sue you. >> Okay. >> I heard I'm going to ask you again, >> my man. Don't say nothing to me. I got the right to remain silent. If you get in that car, my man, you search that car, you will get sued. Jerome tried to bully the cops into backing off, but the cops knew very well that they were well within their rights. And the more the man objected, the more suspicious they got. The man was clearly irritated, but it was nothing compared to his reaction when it came time to search him. >> I'm going to check you. So, put your hands on top of your head. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Put your hands on top of your head. >> I didn't do nothing. Why did you >> Why did you, man? I didn't do nothing. What is he doing? >> Hey. Hey. Let me Hey, I didn't do nothing. Hey, >> let's just go. You going like >> Hey, I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. YOU'RE VIOLATING MY RIGHT. YOU'RE VIOLATING MY RIGHT. GET OFF ME. >> HEY, get off me. >> HEY, YOU PUT YOUR KNEE ON MY BACK. >> YOU PUT YOUR KNEE BACK. >> HEY, RECORD. >> HEY, RECORD. I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Jerome kept resisting, shouting at the cops and kicking. And the longer it went on, the worse it got. At one point, it really got graphic. You might even say the man found himself in a cheeky situation. Pun intended. >> I get over me. >> YOU TAKE ME. YOU TAKE ME. IT'S GOING TO BE IN CHARGE. >> HEY, YOU KICK ME. IT'S GOING TO BE [clears throat] >> I put that in there. >> All right. Hey, get off me. >> Help. Help. Yeah. >> Turn me out. >> Check your pocket first. >> Jerome was kicking and screaming, but he resisted so hard even his pants gave up, showing a crack in his defense. Once again, another pun intended. The cops quickly found a baggie on him containing eight rocky pieces, later confirmed to be crack. And when they asked him to get up, he refused and just wouldn't cooperate. >> I know you. WELL, YOU'RE not cooperating. We got to get you in the car. >> Hey, man. What the is doing, man? >> Hey, man. What the is he doing? >> Well, we're trying to get you up. >> Let me stand up here. Try and get him on his Put him on his feet. >> Come on, Jerome. My hand up, sit up on your knees. >> Y'all doing, man? >> You're doing this to yourself. >> WHAT YOU DOING RIGHT HERE? I'M DOING TOO MUCH, DUDE. Hold on. Yes, you do it. >> Listen up, dude. It's over. You're screaming and you're flopping around. Okay, stand up and get in there. We don't want to drag you in there. It's the last thing we want to do. But you're making this incredibly difficult. If we get you on your feet, will you sit in the car? We don't want to have to use any force. We don't want to hurt you. We don't want to do any of that. >> All right. >> Just chill up, dude. >> Hey, man. Don't put your feet in my face. >> Chill up, dude. >> Don't put your feet in my face. >> Go ahead. Touch me till this get thrown out soon. >> I want you to kick me. Kick me. >> Kick me. >> Kick me. >> Kick me. You stupid. >> THESE CUFFS ALL TIGHT AS HELL. [screaming] >> DAMN. >> After finally securing him in the squad car, they thoroughly searched his vehicle. And lo and behold, it turned out Jerome had plenty of reason to be upset. It looks like Jerome was carrying more than in the car. >> What's that? >> Snap some pictures for you. >> Yeah. Let's get a picture, Johnny. >> Hi, buddy. You want to do one more thing? Don't don't don't Don't >> like it's everywhere. >> Yeah. >> The back seat where he stepped a couple times. Didn't go into an a final response, but in the back here. >> In total, they found a 9mm handgun with a loaded magazine and a round in the chamber. and next to it, another magazine with an additional 30 rounds. Also, they found a box of plastic bags similar to the one with crack. They charged the man with possession with intent to deliver unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, and resisting obstructing an officer with injury.
