You got a 7-month-old. You could have killed that baby. Most precious life that God [music] can give you and you're out here being selfish and drinking and driving. >> I wish you would throw me. >> Set a great example for your son. You're disgusting. >> Keep walking. You're going to go to jail. You're >> disgusting. >> Keep walking. You're going to go to jail. >> You're disgusting. >> Often times, alcohol brings out the worst in people. And when they go too far and wreak havoc in public, law enforcement has [music] got to be called in. But unfortunately, the officer's jobs become extra tough when drunk mothers make public scenes 10 times worse in front of their kids. >> How much alcohol have you had? >> I had two shots. two shots. Okay. >> If someone can follow me home to make you guys feel better, >> would you would you mind doing some quick voluntary test? Make sure you're not. >> On March 31st, 2025, the cops were dispatched to a parking lot where reportedly a woman there, later identified as Azora, got into a fight with her cousin. By the time the cops got there, it appeared everything had calmed down, but it quickly became [music] clear that Azura was intoxicated. >> Hey, so what's going on? We've been waiting. >> I don't know what's going on. I was just about to leave. I'm actually I'm waiting for my mom. My mom is in store right now. I'm waiting to leave. I don't know what's going on. He just pulled up and I'm like, damn. I don't know what's going on. >> Okay. So, >> who is he to you? >> It's my big cousin. >> Big cousin. Okay. >> He is got a brain disease. I can show you guys all the messages. >> Mhm. >> I keep all of them. He's kind of crazy. >> Okay. >> So, whatever he is saying, he's halfway crazy. I swear to God. When they asked the [music] woman if she'd been fighting with her cousin, she outright denied it. She said she'd been shopping with her mother. And since her mother was the one who' driven her there, she didn't have her license to show the officer. >> Oh, yeah. No. >> Well, you were driving, right, though? >> No, I wasn't. I just warm up the car. You guys didn't see me driving. >> Well, we got it. You guys drove. You parked here. It's fine. We're just trying to figure out what's going on. >> I got No, it's mom that has the car. So, yeah. No, >> I ain't doing nothing. Leave me alone. I just moved out here. Why you guys with me? We're >> trying to figure out everything that's going on. >> Um I am white. >> It doesn't matter what. >> But yeah. And I ain't do nothing. Okay. I'm sitting here right here. My mom's driving. So I ain't doing nothing. >> I make I hear that a lot, >> man. You better You better fix your poker face cuz it's not working right. And I didn't do it. Meanwhile, another cop was interviewing Azora's cousin, who Azura had described as halfway crazy. And initially, he didn't seem crazy at all, and he had some surprising concerns of his own. >> She was just telling me, "Don't say stuff about her mom. It's not her mom. It's the grandma." But that's it. She didn't hurt me or anything. Look, I'm fine. We're fine. >> What's her name? >> Her name is Azra. Azra Sims. It's my little cousin. >> Okay. How did you >> That means you guys are going to kill me. You're going to get killed. >> Well, why why how would that happen? because it looks like I'm snitching. Bro, >> you're not snitching. She's >> Come on, man. She's drunk. I'm 53 years old. I'm the leader of the >> Bloods. That's fine. >> In prison. I mean, I'm a good guy. I mean, you see, I'm a good guy. But I reason why they came to me and chose up for me is because I'm a good guy. But you're going to get me. Take Listen to me, bud. >> She's a crib. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> You're going to get me. >> She's drunk right now. >> I know, but she's okay. I can get all of them. All of them. >> We're working. >> That's why I'm here. The cousin was pleading with the cops to not get Azura in trouble, but she was in trouble already because she'd given a false name. He thought she might have a warrant. So, the officers confronted her. He gave me your your name. >> Told you my name. >> Your your name's not real. You gave me a fake name, which is a crime in mistake. I'm trying to figure everything out. You got kids here. It's not the time to lie to us. >> What is he talking about? >> It's your time to be honest with us. >> You have a driver's license? >> No. Okay. >> I'm not driving. My mom is there. >> You were driving >> from there to there. >> Yes. >> Yeah. Cuz my mom walked. >> That's fine. >> So figure it out. >> Right. >> It's a legal thing. Like I'm I'm not even driving. I'm I'm not driving. My mom had me come over here. >> So why am I here right now? >> Right now we're investigating disturbance. And right now I'm also investigating you for driving the [music] vehicle while I'm paired. So you provided me a name that is not real. So, I'm giving you the opportunity to be honest with me. And >> I gave you my name. >> What's the name I gave you? >> You tell me the name you gave me. >> Azra. >> That's not the name you gave me. >> Nina. >> Yeah. Nice. See, there you go. Give me your real name. Give me your real name. Just give me your real name. >> This is some weird. Ara. >> Legally. Pull my Go get my phone. Put my pull my pull my >> despite the fact that she just admitted to moving the car. Azura went back to claiming that she hadn't been driving. The officer gave up on it and turned back to the matter of the fight in which a [music] witness had seen Azora grab her cousin around the neck. But of course, Azura denied it. >> Listen, this is my big cousin. >> I hear that. >> We're family. >> Uh-huh. >> So, no, I didn't even know that. >> Okay, cuz even he says you you grabbed him. He says he's not marked. It didn't hurt, but you grabbed me. >> We are cousins. We are family. >> I hear that. But you're you're kind of avoiding the >> No, I didn't do No, no, no, no, no. Like that happened. And he'll tell you that. >> No, he did. He told us what happened. >> But it's a family thing. It's not It's not nothing negative. >> Here's a family thing. That's why I'm [music] just trying to figure out, right? But he's being pretty much like, "Hey, >> I want you guys to know >> that I was said when I was a kid, right? And now this is the one. >> Last up, Sam. Ida married Sam. First up, Adam Zebra, Union Robert, Henry Middle, Link 128. >> He's obsessed. >> Do you guys live together? >> No. >> Right. You live in like the same area. You met up. >> He never come around my kids. >> Okay. You guys met up today though or is kind of coincidence? >> No, he's my cousin. >> Yeah. He's a type and I gota God told me to get my I don't know what he's a okay so whatever he's saying he's got a brain disease and I don't know what he's talking about I swear to goodness let's go home >> how much alcohol have you had today >> I had two shots >> two shots okay >> if someone can follow me home to make you guys feel better >> would you would you mind doing some quick voluntary [music] fields to write test make sure you're not >> hell no >> okay >> cuz you're doing too much and that's too much. >> You minding one of these then little >> No, I'm not doing none of you. >> Okay. >> Cuz I'm not driving. >> Okay. But you did drive. So that's my that's my my concern, right? >> Bro, I drove from there [music] to there. >> That's exactly. You drove a motor vehicle in the state of Washington. That's all we need. [music] >> Oh, yep. >> She then claimed she was in the army and therefore she appreciated the cops, but she had a weird way of showing it. And when she went back to giving the cops more attitude, that's when they put their foot down. I'm not driving. He didn't pull me over for netting. So, go ahead. Hold on. Nope. >> Hold on. Oh, nope. Hold on. Let me get this. Nope. Let me get >> I didn't do nothing. >> You drove your driving car >> and you lied about your your name on me. >> Drove right there and my kids are right there. >> Yeah. Well, well, your mom's in the store, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, give her a call and make sure. >> Damn. Poo for real. But you are you are too impaired to be operating motor vehicles. >> NO, I'M NOT OPERATING. >> You drove a car. You just keep saying you drove a car. >> I did not. I did not. But I just Okay. >> You drove her from one parking lot to the other. >> As they secured the woman in handcuffs, her cousin promised to bail her out. But the most immediate concern was her children. So the cops tried to get some details about her mother so they could ask the woman to come and pick them up. >> But my kids are in the car right there. >> I know. I hear that. And I need to tell them I just let me talk to him one more time. >> No. Separate your feet and listen to my officer. He's got to search you before we put you in the back of this car. >> Nest. >> It is nest. It's okay. I don't got nothing on me. Go ahead, baby. >> Nest. You're going to get you don't charge you. >> It's okay. Is your recorder on? >> Nes, just put me on put me under construction or whatever the for nothing. And >> step in the car. >> No, hold on. So I could And he not letting me talk to my kids. >> That is correct. >> And he caught me without driving. I needed nothing. >> He should have took him to jail. >> Okay. >> The cops explained to Azora that if there was no one to take the kids, they'd be forced to call CPS. So at that point, she finally gave the cops her mother's number. But when they talked to her mother, as things turned out, her name wasn't the only thing she lied about. You're going to get sued with your friend to get sued. It's okay. >> And you say she's in one of these stores. Ultra >> aras. It don't matter. Put my mom on speaker. Why you put him on speaker? >> I'm trying to get Miss >> Hey, mom. He's hella weird. >> And you're this weird. He's racist and you're going to go down. Trust and believe. I got Brian Hammond. >> Okay. >> Watch. >> All right. I'm going to close the door for now. Okay. No, you're not. I want to hear the conversation about my mom and I want to talk to my mom, too. >> You're not. >> Okay. Give us a then. >> No, you're not. >> No. >> You told us you were DRIVING IN THE PARKING OPER. >> You guys are going down. >> So, your mom's still in Tacoma. Call somebody else. >> Close the door. >> Close it. >> Close the door, bro. >> So, it was Azora who was driving and not her mother who was still in Tacoma. Azura was taken to the jail house and the drive down there did nothing to improve her attitude. And in addition, there were more accusations about mistreatment. >> Coral, stop touching your man like that. >> Well, no. I gota I gota >> Yeah, you don't have to touch a man like that. >> I have to carry you by the arm. >> I'm hella small. I can't beat you up. >> Okay. >> It's so you don't fall. All right. >> Shut up. I'm not going to fall. I got eight kids. Get off of me like that. I got to >> It's part of the >> Can you please I don't care. >> Get off of my arm. You're holding on with Now you're being racist. Get off of me. >> I don't hear it. Get off of me. >> Throughout the entire booking process, Azura continued to argue. They charged the woman with driving under the influence, child endangerment, and obstructing justice. As for the first two charges, she plead guilty, and the third charge was later dismissed in court. On the 20th of January, 2026, at a fair in South Florida, while a mother was in line for an attraction, she passed out. One of the employees noticed her lying on the ground next to her 8-year-old son, and he immediately signaled the cops for assistance. Do >> you need help up? You >> okay? >> Send fire rescue, bro. >> Are you able to get up? >> Yeah. >> Can you show me that you can >> Can you send fire rescue over here, please? >> What's you with >> here? Is daddy here? Anybody else here? >> No, just you and mom. >> Come sit over here. >> Sit over here. >> Come sit over here. >> The officers moved them out of the way of others in the line and they asked the woman, Nicole, to give her phone to them so they could call her husband to take her home. And while the cops were just trying to help her, she clearly wasn't happy that they'd gotten involved. >> I'm going to have fire rescue check you out. All right. Cuz you fell. Come stand over here. >> What the are you talking about? >> Come stand over here. >> What the are you talking about? >> What the need to sit down? Ma'am. >> Ma'am, >> can I see your phone? It calls like another family member. >> What are you doing to my son? >> I'm not doing anything to your son. Just making sure you're >> doing something to my son. >> I'm just making sure you're okay. >> I'm okay. >> All right. >> Ma'am, you're not in trouble. I'm just trying to make sure that you're okay. That's all. I don't understand why you have to give me that look. >> Yes, everybody. >> Is daddy at home? Where's your dad home? >> Where does he work? >> Can you contact his dad, please? >> Dad, do you know his number? >> Sorry, buddy. Just got in trouble. What's your name, dude? What's your >> I like I like all the dirty looks. It's my favorite. >> Yeah, you're disgusting. >> You're right. I'm the one passing out mine to myself. >> Yeah, you're disgusting. >> I love my son. >> Yeah, you're looking at me like my son. >> The officers tried to calm her down, reassuring the woman they just wanted to make sure she was okay and that her husband was on his way. She admitted that she'd been drinking and said she'd taken an Uber to get to the fair. But when the paramedics got there, she went back to giving dirty looks. >> Well, let's just walk her up there, bro. She can't walk up there. >> You want me to carry them? >> I'll carry them. >> Nah. Sucks for you. Let's go. >> I'll carry your keys. We got to start walking. We got to get Come on, let's go. We're not messing around. You want to go to jail? >> Let's go. >> Don't forget your phone. >> She did at least seem to be cooperating with them and allowed herself [music] to be escorted out of the fair with her son. But unfortunately, it could only last for so long. And before they barely made it to the parking lot, her belligerent attitude [music] came back. >> What school do you go to? >> Um, why are you talking to someone? No. >> All right, you're going to go right. >> Set a great example for your son. >> You're disgusting. >> Keep walking. You're going to go to jail. >> You're disgusting. >> Keep walking. You're going to go to jail. >> You're disgusting. >> Hey, buddy. Do you get along with your dad? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Don't come around on us like that again. >> It's going to be okay. Okay. >> Let's go. We're not going to take her to jail. >> We're going to make sure she gets in the car safely and we're going to make sure that she doesn't drive. Okay, that's it. She's not in trouble. >> You okay? >> Yeah. >> I will do. >> 8-year-old. >> You're about to go on handcuffs. >> For what? >> For what? >> For what? For what? >> It seemed like the cop's warnings [music] were falling on deaf ears. She continued making a scene, completely oblivious to how upset she was making her son. Moments later, her husband got there, but even he couldn't calm her down. >> You can get the off of me. >> You're going to stand right here. You're not going to >> No, you're going to get the off of me. You're going to get the off of me. >> Sit down. >> No. You're going to get the off. >> You're going to please >> stay back. Listen. I don't know what she's on. It's just really drunk, [ __ ] dude. >> I know, but but doing that in front of him. >> It's fair. >> Take him. Please. >> Is there any chance you take her out? >> We were trying to We're trying to >> listen. >> No, because you're drunk. You're being ridiculous. >> Lower your voice. >> Do you have your ID on you? >> No. >> Leave. Leave before they do the same thing. Look at this. >> Where's your Where's your car? >> Right there. I just parked right there. I ran over. >> Yeah. >> The officer then instructed Nicole's husband to take his son and bring his car over so that way they could get Nicole in the car and take her home. Unfortunately, she had other ideas. >> No. Dad. I got >> the caring touching meat. >> Yeah. We're going to have one. >> Use two if you have to. >> No, we're not going to set her up. We'll adjust. >> Come up. Nicole was charged with disorderly intoxication, resisting an officer without violence, and child neglect as well. All of her charges were later dropped, but hopefully she'd learned from the experience, and for the sake of her son, she'll get her drinking under control. On May the 2nd, 2025, the cops got an anonymous call. According to the caller, there was a woman who was driving under the influence with her kids in the car. When the officers got there, they found the woman in a parking lot and they spoke to her about their concerns. >> The reason I'm kind of in the area is somebody called me. They were concerned about your well-being and the child's wellbeing. Okay. >> Okay. >> And the reason was is because uh they thought you might have alcohol in your system or that you've been drinking. >> Well, let's just erase that because I have to get home. I have to go get my son at home and let's just ignore that. I might have I might have had a drink earlier. >> Okay. >> But we don't have to worry about the problem now. Please don't do this. >> Don't do making sure that you're okay to drive. >> I I definitely Do you want to follow? >> Well, I want to make sure that you're okay to drive. I'm not worried about anything else. I'm worried about I'm okay. >> Please, you just need to follow me out. Whatever's went on, I'm not sure. >> Okay. >> But I know you had pulled me over once before for a ticket. And yes, I did have to talk way earlier. >> Okay. today. I did. Okay. And I know that it smells a little stronger. >> I can smell it a little bit. Yeah. >> Um >> what was that drinking? Let me ask >> it was a n one of them 99 calls to the police to be our sons going to school together. >> The woman whose name was Liz went on to claim that she had no idea why anybody would call the cops. She then begged the officer to just follow her home. When he explained to her that he had to conduct an investigation, she was pleading not to be breathalyzed. But since she'd admitted to having a drink, he couldn't just let her go. >> Sorry, I've been going to a little hard time. Please don't bring anybody else on this. Please tell me where you want to make sure everything is okay. All right. So, can I please see your driver's license real quick, ma'am? >> I don't even have it on me. >> Okay. >> Because guess what? I do have one if you want it, but I I have lost my ID. >> That's okay. We can figure that out. Yeah, I've got this [music] that says my name on it, but I mean that's the only thing. Okay, >> so just hang tight for a second. I'm going to run your name, come back and we'll talk to you and we'll go from there. Okay, so you can roll your window up just >> promise that nobody's going to come over here and just start handcuffing me and stuff. >> Hey, this is my call. I run it the way I'm going to run it. Okay, so just roll your window up, make sure everything's nice and dry right back with you. Okay. >> The officer checked the details she'd given him, but he was still a bit worried that she shouldn't be driving. When he came back to her vehicle, he tried to find out a little bit more about that shot she drank. However, it [music] seemed like the woman was dodging his questions. >> My concern is even though >> you said it was just one shot is what you're saying. Okay. Um >> I I mean I'd be okay. >> I don't know really who called in with the concern thing. I know here's what happened earlier also. My mom and me had been out. She had taken me to the doctor and she had actually left the seat of one of my sons, both of them, in her car. So, I had to get the wet one that was outside. Of course, we had left it outside. >> Sure. >> To put this little guy in just to go. >> These are your kiddos. >> Yes. Yes. >> All right. Yes. >> When was that, though? How long ago [music] was that? >> Well, I tell you what, I threw up and I had it >> and I I stood up right in here. >> Okay. So that's why it probably smells so >> or I mean depending on the type of alcohol it was but I can't >> it was one of those 99 shots and that's why you [music] can smell it because there's actually liquid right here in >> the cop had a hunch that she was drunker than she claimed because she was very reluctant to take a breathalyzer. She claimed she didn't want to do it because she didn't want to get in trouble but based on his findings so far the officer [music] explained to her that he just couldn't let her drive off with her kids. What? Where we're at though? Because you were on the roadway driving with your kids. Okay, that's dangerous. >> I know that. And I've learned my lesson before. Please understand that sometimes people just make mistakes. >> Just come not talking for a second. Okay. Let's let let's let the kiddo stay in the car. Let them stay. >> Please don't. >> Just come out. >> Hi. >> Just [music] come not talking to me. Okay. >> Okay. >> Just come out and talk to me. Okay. >> When they asked the woman if she'd do some field sobriety tests, she agreed to do so, but said her balance might be off due to an ear infection and vertigo. However, when it came to the breathalyzer test, she was very reluctant. >> Well, what does that mean? If I was to go over, >> if you were to go over it, then we would just continue this investigation. Okay, that's all. >> So, it would be a DUI. >> Not Not from that alone. No, that would not be >> okay. Because not I mean, I don't know how something's going to just set in my system. >> Well, the longer we talk, the more it does. But listen, >> okay, I just want to cooperate 100%. I appreciate that. I trust you if you're telling me that I just can't lose the things that I have right now. I >> Hey, listen to me. Understand? Listen, >> where we're at now, I can't arrest you for DUI just because you said you had the alcohol beverage. You've been driving this far. Okay. So, >> um >> I I can't make you do anything. That's why >> I want to do I want to cooperate. Whatever it is that I need to do to cooperate to get out of here and go home. >> Okay. So, if you want to do those standardized field testing, we will we will do those. Okay. And then I'll ask you if you want to give a a breath test. If you want to do that, you can. You don't have to, but it's completely up to you. Okay. >> But now, would that not be cooperating? >> Liz saw the chance that she might get to go home. So, she cooperated with them and went on with the field sobriety test. But even at that point, she declined to do the breathalyzer. And of course, she didn't do well on the test. >> What I'm saying is you are under the influence. Okay? There's there's there's plenty of clues that are showing that you are under the influence of alcohol. Okay? So, what's going to happen is I'm placing you under arrest for DUI. Okay? We're going to call and we're going to have someone come pick kids up. Okay? So, I'm not going to put you in handcuffs in front of your kiddos. Okay? We're not going to do that. So, once you come over here to the side of my car, we're going to open the door and put handcuffs on you. >> Okay. But can I first call my mom to let her know? >> We're going to go up here first and we're going to make that phone call. Okay. >> But how am I going to get my kids to where they need to go? >> We'll take care of it. Okay. >> Well, now wait a minute. I can't just let you just take my kids. >> Listen. >> No, you can. But I mean, I want to know what's Listen to me. I'm trying to be polite with you. Will you step over to my car? Okay. So, we're not making a scene. Okay. So, walk this way for me. >> Is any alcohol in your car? >> There's a couple of bottles that I had from last night. It's not bottles. It's like a can, but I had from >> Are any of them open? >> Um, there's they're not anything in there. They're >> real quick. Anything on your purse that's going to hurt me focused? >> No. >> Okay. All right. So, I'm going to go and place your hand with your hands behind your back. Okay. Am I going to be able to make sure my kids are taken care of? >> We will make sure the kiddos are taken care of. Okay. We're not going to make >> I've never had this. >> We're not going to make leave kiddos out here. >> I mean, I've got my other son. He's out there waiting for me. >> How old is he? >> He's 15. >> He's 15. Okay. >> Aa ball. Oh god. Liz was charged with aggravated DUI, multiple DUI counts, child endangerment, and having a child improperly restrained inside the vehicle. On May 14th, 2025 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the cops got reports of reckless [music] driving. They tracked the vehicle down to a Walgreens parking lot, but when they approached it, they couldn't see inside the vehicle due to the dark tinted windows. Go up to the Oh, it's going to take off from us. >> All right. 107. I knocked on the window and the driver uh put the vehicle in drive and took off through the parking lot and the front right passenger tire is flat but we couldn't see inside the vehicle >> and 107. So, the vehicle is slowly driving through the Walgreens parking lot and just ran over the curb, hit a mailbox. It's going to be a 47 driver here. >> As the lead officer followed from behind, backup placed themselves in front, blocking the car's escape. They asked the driver, who they later identified as Felicia, to step out of the vehicle, but she didn't make a move to comply. >> This is your last opportunity to comply and enter in a peaceful manner. You want to just get right? >> Just kidding. >> Not 30. Not 30. >> Stepping out. Stepping out. >> Get out of the car. I got >> your card. Put your phone down, please. >> Put your hands up. [music] Put your hands up. There you go. Put your hands up. Come on out. Come on out. Come on out. >> Ready? >> Yeah. Come on. Come on out. We'll get you out. >> You guys got it. You guys got it. Come on. Come on. speak English. >> Yeah, we're going to make sure your babies are they're okay. All right. >> She was taken to the officer squad car where they searched the woman and then placed her in the back. Meanwhile, other cops were checking on her kids [music] who were understandably distressed. >> You okay, buddy? You okay? >> Here. Come here. I got a I got a good spot for you. >> Come on, Bubba. >> Move it to my Yeah. You inspect it. I don't have much in there. So, there's another kid. >> Hey, bring that one to me, too. >> I got a good spot for you. >> Can you hang out with them for just a minute? >> Once the officers had the kids safe and secured in their squad car, they began discussing the situation and the woman's highly intoxicated state. They tried to ask her about her kids, but she was so incredibly drunk she was struggling even with the most basic of details. >> Ma'am, what's your what's your uh your kiddo's names? >> Charles Hola. >> Charles, >> your baby's name. >> What? >> One's last name. >> That doesn't seem right. Your kids aren't that old. Okay, that that would make your kids 10 years old. Okay, let me read you your your Miranda warning. Okay, [groaning] >> watch me kind of >> listen to me. Okay. >> The officer went on to meandize the woman, but when he mentioned an attorney, she became fixated on the fact that she had one and kept on repeating the attorney's name. Clearly, she didn't understand her rights and she was struggling with the officer's questions. >> Do you want to talk? Do you want your attorney present or are you willing to answer questions? >> Yes, my selfie. My attorney Sophie's attorney. >> Okay. I have questions for you. Do you wish to answer my questions? >> Sophie wishes she's Pablo Sophie. >> Okay. And that's your attorney? >> Yep. >> Okay. And you want your attorney if here to answer questions? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. I won't ask you any questions pertaining to your to to this. I'm charging you with DWI. Okay. But what's important to me right now is taking care of your kids. >> When they asked Felicia, she said the kid's father, Brandon, was present in their lives. The officers then searched her vehicle and found two empty containers of vodka, which might have explained why she was so drunk. However, there was no sign of her license. >> Yes, we're we're working on getting them somewhere safe to go. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Um, what's your first name? >> Felicia. >> Where's your license? >> Um, it should be in the cards. >> Okay. Uh, F E L I S H A. >> F E L I C H A. >> F E L I C H A. >> Yes. >> And your P oil. Can you spell it? >> Paw apple paw. >> Uh, unicorn umbrella. >> P A P U. >> You >> Okay. All right, Felicia. But, um, your kids, you want them to go with Brandon? >> She's dead. >> Okay. To death. Okay. >> After testing Felicia's blood alcohol content, it was approximately three times the legal limit. The kids were unharmed, but driving in a state like that could have easily ended in tragedy. They charged the woman with DUI with children in the car and under New Mexico law or neglect. On the 13th of June, 2025, the cops were on patrol when a family started causing a disturbance after being asked to leave a bar. The cops went over to help move the family along, but as far as the mother went, she was determined to keep arguing. talk when the when the cops come on. Shut up. >> When the cops come, you want to talk. Shut up. When the cops come, >> I got you. Wait. Go to my kids. >> Don't touch her. >> Don't touch her. Let's go. Hey, don't be pushing. Let's go. Don't be pushing. >> Go. Unless you want to go to jail. >> You're not contesting. Stop. No, go home. >> You're going to get arrested for a minute. >> Despite the officer's warnings, it seemed the mother here just couldn't help herself. She continued arguing for a few more minutes and then just when it seemed like she'd have to be arrested, [music] she decided to finally walk away. >> No, but they want to touch us. Like, the doing the >> Y'all don't need to follow us. It was damn dirty. Scares us. Stop. I got it. I got it. >> We're cops. We can go wherever we want. We're just walking. So, go home. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Regardless if they say they know their right to say we can't touch him. >> Yeah. It's disorderly conduct. You can go to jail. >> No, you guys can't touch them. >> Yes, we can. >> Do you want to go to jail? >> Let me pull up right. Y'all can >> We can It's called disorders of conduct. Go get out of here. [crying] We're trying to be cool. Do I really want to take you to jail? Is it worth it? >> Your little cameras. >> It's recording. Stop acting like an idiot and leave me. >> The mother continued trying to corral her family down the street. But after the example she had been setting for them, it was no wonder the kids' attitudes were as bad as her own. Before too long, she went right back to arguing. And very quickly, she was running out of chances. >> Shut up. Unless you want to go to jail. Bro, you ain't you for disorderly conduct. I'm sorry for disorder. First of all, my first amendment, my first right. Yes, I could. Bro, you cannot. I swear to God, you couldn't. I wish you would throw me off the 13 years old. You stop me. You should stop. >> Chewy, stop. >> Can you stop >> Chewy? Stop. 15 years. >> It's 15 >> I have I have so many colors. Stop. Stop. Stop. Everything's reported. >> He's 13 years old. >> Stop. >> Stop fighting. >> The mother continued struggling against the officer and running out of options. He had to pull the woman to a squad car [music] using force. When they got to the vehicle, she made a very strange claim, saying they've been out selling hats. But at that point, it didn't matter at all. Then it was time to round up her kids. >> Hey, we good. Hey, we good. We good. We good. Hey, we good. Hey, homie. Andrew. >> Angelo. >> We good, Angela. We good, Angela. We good. We good. We good. [music] >> You good, bro? >> We good? >> You good, bro? >> We good. Hey, what the are you touching my ass? >> You're going to jail, too. >> Shut up. >> Stop resisting. >> They also led the girl to the squad car and suddenly she became [music] very whiny. But if she thought she was going to talk her way out of jail, she was in for a very big surprise. >> We're trying to stop it. >> You weren't trying to stop it. You were trying to fight the whole time. >> Sit down. >> Hurry up. Sit down. Required. Don't say nothing. >> Angelo, don't say nothing. >> You guys record us. >> GET IN THE VEHICLE. >> LUX driving in the vehicle. >> Wow. Are you serious, bro? We're >> dead serious. >> The entire family was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and battery on an officer. On Christmas Eve 2024, a car was observed driving erratically, leading the cops to suspect that the driver was under the influence. They performed a traffic stop and approached the vehicle. >> How are you? >> I I I I need I need to get my baby. >> There you go. What? >> I need to get my baby. Okay. >> I'm drunk. >> Your baby's asleep, so everything's okay. >> Yeah. No, I >> How much have you had to drink? I'm Can I please? >> What's going on? >> I'M DRUNK. I I I'm not even going to fight you guys. >> All right. Roll for a 55. Okay. Your baby's asleep. I can see the baby's okay right now. >> No. I Can I Can I call my husband? Like >> I I will call your husband. Uh what's his name? >> Mark. She was so incredibly drunk she could barely stand. And when they asked her why she was driving, she couldn't give a good reason and just told the cops she was coming back from her parents house. She admitted to having a drinking problem. So they asked the woman to do some field sobriety tests. >> So are you willing to do field sobriety test for me? [laughter] >> Hey ma'am, what's your name? Sorry. Ready. >> Kristen. >> Kristen. >> Kristen. >> Okay. Kristen. Okay. What's your passcode? I need to unlock your phone to get I need to get Mark's number. >> I know. >> Where'd your mom and dad live? >> Santa. >> Where? >> Santa. >> Yeah. Where at? In Santa Fe. >> In Elorado. >> Elorado. I don't I don't want to. >> She was still reluctant to do the test and couldn't tell the cops how much she'd had to drink, only saying it was wrong. She did manage to unlock her phone for them so they could call her husband, Mark, who said he was on the way. >> Are you willing to try the test or you not want to? >> No, I don't. I mean, I don't I don't What What is the like? >> There it's a battery of tests to see if you're under the influence. I mean, you guys know, >> okay, >> you guys know I But I don't want to go to jail. Like, I don't want to go. NO, NO, NO, NO, [crying] NO, NO. [screaming] >> Don't make this more. [laughter] >> Put your hand behind your back. >> [crying] >> Stand right here. Your baby's fine. Your baby's fine. The cops tried to calm her down before she upset her baby, but she kept on sobbing, even though the woman's arrest should have come as no surprise. I mean, after all, she'd admitted to driving drunk. She was then taken to the station for a breathalyzer test. >> My baby's okay, though. >> Your baby's fine. >> The dad doesn't mean I mean I mean, what's what's happening? Your h your husband is going to come and get possession of your baby and then your mom and dad are going to come and get your car. We going to step right in here. Just stand right there. >> Don't fall down. >> As they led her over to the breathalyzer test, she asked again about her baby. Thankfully, by that point, she was in safe hands with the cops, and she was a whole lot more safe than she'd been with Kristen with the woman drunk behind the wheel. After getting the breathalyzer results, there was just further confirmation. >> Deep breath. >> Come on. Come on. Blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow [music] blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow. Okay. Keep blow one more time. Blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow. There you [music] go. Good job. >> You want know what your limit? You know what the per se limit is in the state of New Mexico? 08 >> 08 >> 08 >> You are almost >> Well, you're at [music] a 26. You're three times the legal limit. Okay, let's sit back down. I mean, is [music] is I mean I mean, can can you tell me like what's going on with like my husband? >> Well, your husband's going to go get your baby. Let's have a seat back there. >> I mean, I know my face >> about what? >> I don't know. >> Handcuff. >> You're being arrested for DWI. Meanwhile, back on the roadside, Tristan's parents had arrived to collect her car. The officer greeted them and confirmed their identity just to make sure they were indeed [music] her parents. >> I'm Valentino. I'm Sergeant Buck with the sheriff's office. >> Thank you. >> My husband and her [music] h her dad. >> Her dad. Okay. >> Less for best. >> Valentino. >> Valentino. Yes, sir. >> I hope that one of you has a key. >> So, we do. We have a key. I just need to validate your license. is going to be driving just to make sure it's a valid license. >> Yeah, she's going to be driving it back. >> Okay, there's mine. >> Okay, so she's going to be driving the car. Okay, I'll check her real quick. >> So, she did get arrested for driving under the influence. Okay. Uh >> record speeding. >> No. So, we had an animal control unit in the area and he was observing her in real time, driving back and forth, swaying in this interstate. Um, our detectives actually tried to catch up to her and uh, they tried to pull [music] her over and she eventually pulled over and that's where we're at right now. So, she's already been taken to our office for processing and uh, >> my [music] >> uh, so our office is on uh, Kamino Hustia. >> Okay. >> Off of 14. Do you guys know where that's at? >> That's where the jail's going to be. It's right across from the jail. Um, our [music] corporal has uh Charlotte right now. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. So, it turns into from Serio to go to NM14. >> I do know where it is. >> Okay. So, that's where she went to process. Uh, I guess Mark's going to come pick up Charlotte. >> So, the car seat is still >> Yeah. >> So, we have the car seat. I don't know [music] if he has another car seat for her in another vehicle. >> Okay. So, if we can pull that out, we'll put it in my Corporal's truck and then when Mark gets here, we can >> Oh, then when Mark gets here, >> we can put it in his car. >> Okay. No, that's fine. >> Woman like a guy who may be a father. >> Uh, no. >> No. >> The mother explained that Kristen had been drinking the night before, so she'd stayed at their house. And when she left [music] that morning, she was sober. Apparently, she'd been drinking in her vehicle, and the bottle they found in the vehicle confirmed it. Mark then arrived to pick up his daughter. >> Hi, Mark. >> Hey. Yeah. How are you? >> Good. I'm Sergeant Bak Sheriff's Office. >> Hi. >> So, Kristen got taken into custody. She was driving under the influence. She admitted to it. >> Uh, we have Charlotte on right now. He's watching her who just fed her. He pooped her. >> Okay. Um, burped her. >> Uh, she's fine. I guess her parents are going to be taking the car. >> Okay, that sounds that sounds good. Cuz I was going to try to make sure about the car seat. The >> Yeah. So, the car seat's here. I wanted to wait for you so we can get the car seat out. >> Okay. >> Get us switched over. >> Yeah. >> So, that's where we're at right now. >> Awesome. >> Okay. Um I I full disclosure, I'm I I have a lawyer as well, you know. So, um what kind of what kind of hold do they do? Is it a no bond or do you have to wait until >> She'll have to see the judge. >> Yeah, it's going to be a no bond. She'll have to see the judge. I'm not sure if the judge is going to come in in the morning or not since it's Christmas. [music] >> So, she might be there until the 26th, but possibly. Okay. >> All right. Do you have your ID on you, sir? >> I do. Um, it's right here. >> Back at the station, they finished up with the woman's breathalyzer and she was taken to jail. When they got there, she was asked to step out of the vehicle and walk over to the entrance and the officer had some very stern [music] words. >> As an adult, you need to get your stuff straight. >> You could have killed that baby or whoever else was driving that you hit. That was totally irresponsible of a mother. >> Yes, sir. You got a 7-month-old in that backseat of that car. Most precious life that God can give you, and you're out here being selfish and drinking and driving. >> Sadly for Kristen, she spent Christmas in jail. The day after Christmas, they released her and they charged the woman with aggravated DWI, DWI with a minor in the vehicle, having an open container of alcohol, and failure to maintain traffic. On December 27th, all of her [music] charges were dismissed without prejudice by the prosecutor. On September 5th, 2024, an officer was dispatched to investigate a potential domestic problem. Apparently, during the scheduling of a girl's ballet class, the dance studio made a mistake. [music] The officer talked to an employee to get a better idea of what had happened. >> A new family came in. Okay. >> Um showed around the studio. There was a father and a daughter. They were perfectly fine. Gave them a tour, told them class was [clears throat] going to start at 5:30. Um there um there was a confusion on the time because at the time that they registered our schedule has changed since. >> How long ago was this? >> Uh when they registered or >> when you showed them around? Oh, that that happened today. Okay. >> No, they registered like back in August, but this happened um an hour ago. >> Okay. >> So, um came in for class. Well, maybe a little over an hour ago. came in for class, showed him around, they sat down, told him that the studio was going to open up as soon as they went in. She's welcome to go in. Just hang out there. She's comfortable hanging out. They were fine. So then he came up and he's like, "Well, what time is the class?" And I said, "Oh, it's at 5:30." I thought they were just here early, not realizing that they didn't that there was a miscommunication with us. >> Perfectly fine. >> So what? They think it was 5 or >> uh Yes. >> Um and that was it. Then I got a phone call from the mom and she was like yelling at me, threatening me. How dare we put her and her daughter in an unsafe situation? Why do we think we have the authority to do this? Who do we think we are to take people's money and change >> unsafe situation? apparently by changing the time. I don't know if that enraged the husband that he had to sit here for or the ex-husband, the dad, if he had to sit here with the child for an extra 30 minutes and that it was going to create an unsafe situation with the child when they left because >> the girl's mother, Cassie, had then started making threats when she was offered a refund, saying that it wasn't good enough and repeating that the studio had put them in a situation that was unsafe. As the mother ended the phone call, she threatened to come down to the studio and take things into her own hands. >> So, there were no I mean the there were no direct threats? >> No. No. Not like I'm going to come up and take >> I mean Well, she said she wasn't going to take manners in her own hands, which is close enough, but she didn't say she was going to take your >> No. >> Okay. >> Uh I mean, she was cussing on the phone, but I don't >> You should be here any second. >> So, she is coming up here. [music] >> She said she was going to >> Oh, even better. I need to talk to her here then. >> What's your name? >> Oh, she's here. >> Oh, >> hi Cassie. >> How are you? >> Good. >> Yeah. Could you come in the office with me and talk? >> The studio's owner, Kristen, asked if Cassie would come into the office, but she again shook her head. She didn't want to trespass Cassie, but she was at a loss what to do if the woman wouldn't talk to her privately. >> Okay. Your options are either to leave or come back here. >> So, just waiting for my daughter. >> Is it her daughter is here? >> Her daughter is here. Her daughter isn't. She changed the schedule. >> How is that a safety concern? >> I'm not comfortable speaking about that with my ex-husband. I set a schedule. I signed up for a 5 to 5:45 schedule. You can call the cops as much as you want. >> Would you like to step outside and speak to me? >> Yes, actually. >> There we go. That'll work. That'll >> I'm coming for you. >> Well, we're not going to we're not going to threaten her in front of the police. >> I'm not threatening her. >> I'm coming for you as a threat. [music] >> Go step. >> Cassie did at least follow the officer's instructions. As they got to [music] the door, she began giving her side of the story, beginning with how the studio told her that the class was at 5:00 p.m. Then she started talking about her ex. My husband, my ex-husband is >> okay. And he has the kids on Thursdays. >> And so he picks them up at about 4:35. That was the only time I could get her into ballet. >> Okay. >> She changed the schedule, didn't notify, took the money. >> Okay, >> that's my problem. My ex-husband is upset because now he has to wait extra long for her to finish her classes. And that's the problem. So, you know, >> do you feel the kids are in danger? >> When you sayive, verbally, physically, >> verbal, verbal, and emotional. This is well documented with the Summit County. >> Um, so >> you guys aren't Stow residents or you >> I live in Stow. He doesn't. No. >> Okay. >> So, >> her calling the cops cuz I'm coming up here to talk to her about her changing the schedule. >> What right does she have to do that? >> Well, I mean, anybody can call the cops. That's what we're That's what we're here for. We can keep >> Yeah, but you're acting like I'm doing something wrong. >> No, not at all. >> It kind of seems >> Okay. Well, I apologize. It came off that way. Okay. When I You got to understand when I get here, I have I have the story, right? >> And if you pull up my information, you're going to see that I have contacted police about him as well. >> Okay. >> In the past. So, for her, so what happens is >> So, did he leave? >> No, he's here in the parking lot. >> He's in the parking lot. And what I'm doing right now is making sure that she gets there to his car without him yelling and screaming at her because of what Kristen chose to do. >> The officer was trying to help Cassie, explaining to her that her problem was her ex-husband and not the studio. But for a woman who claimed that she was just there to ensure her daughter was safe, she seemed very determined to keep the focus on punishing Kristen. >> You're getting you already got your refund. >> Yeah, I'm Kristen's husband. So >> let him talking to him. >> Let him discuss. >> No, you made me come outside, right? >> I'm just going to I think he's going to discuss your money situation with you. >> She said it was refunded. There's no discussion. Please walk away. >> We don't want the spectacle here. >> Excuse you. >> Excuse you. >> Excuse you. >> You made the mistake. You made the error. Step away. >> We're going to bring your daughter out. >> You put my daughter in unsafe situation. Okay, >> officer. I'm not. >> What's the unsight situation? >> Sir, I'm I'm I'm a sir. >> Can you Can you still get it done? >> Get her. >> When the class is No, when the class is over. I've already paid. >> It's over. >> Okay, then don't step out here again. >> Cassie said that already she'd paid for 9 weeks of classes, but she didn't seem to believe she'd been refunded the full amount, even though the cop was happy to get her a receipt. At that point, she was then asked for her ID. And again, just to reiterate, you don't feel that they're in any physical danger. >> No, it's just emotional. Again, thanks to Chrisman, she's she's made it so much worse. And I know you think this is ridiculous. You're here for her. I got you. >> I actually don't. >> No, I don't believe you. >> Okay. Well, I'm sorry you kind of >> You let him come out. >> They had you here cuz I told him I was coming up. >> What's your phone number, sir? Ma'am, I'm sorry. for what? Put in my report. >> I mean, I guess. Um, >> as for Kristen, she reeled off her old house number, and at that point, the woman's ex showed up, and it was about to become clear who the real monster was in their past relationship. >> I understand that. I'm going to step I'm going to step in with them. Just hang out out here for a minute. >> Ma'am, ma'am, step outside. I'm going to speak with them. Step outside. >> Go into the Go into the office. So, it's not >> Just stay out there. We'll be right out in a moment. >> Apparently, one ex-wife called in here, threatened the staff. They were she just told Kristen she's coming after her and blah blah blah blah blah creating this big spectacle while your daughter's in class. Now they they made a mistake. >> No, exactly. Their child was in the class like 15 minutes long. >> Yeah. No, I know. I talked to the girl at the front when we got her >> and they said you were thought Kristen was concerned about turning the daughter over to her. >> Oh, no. You can obviously tell what's going on with her, right? >> So, I'm going to be very hon What she's she's alleging that you're pissed off about the class time. No, >> but >> I can show you the text message I sent her. >> Do you mind actually? >> Oh, no. You can see >> you can see all the other messages that she sent me today and to all her family, including copying her attorney. When she sends these crazy messages, it's because she's been drinking. It's obviously when you just talk to her, right? >> Um, yeah. Here, I'll send it to you. >> I'll show you. The ex laughed at the idea that he'd be angry at the time change, but he wasn't surprised that Cassie had said it. Apparently, it was just part for the course when the woman was drunk. They agreed that Cassie should be trespassed, but that her daughter could keep going to her classes. The officer then went back to Cassie. >> Your ex-husband's fine. He has no issue with the class change. >> Um, you >> I I have no choice but to report you because I told you that he was abusive. >> Okay. And then you took my daughter >> with him and you went inside and told me to >> You are not welcome back here on this property. Okay. If you come back, you will be charged >> for what? >> For trespass. >> Okay. >> Okay. Also, you are highly intoxicated. >> So, you are not going to be allowed to drive away from here. So, I So, let's get you started on a ride. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, go ahead and work on that. >> I'm so sorry. What? Why are you coming at me? >> Because you're intoxicated and you drove here >> and you were the one causing the scene today, not him. >> Not No, it wasn't about him. It was about me and her. >> Yeah. And mistakes and what they've done. >> I mean, the reality is is is ridiculous. Mistakes happen. >> Okay, fair enough. >> The fact that >> you were going to do you Well, first of all, you didn't need to in the first place. Well, I would disagree with the way that you were acting when you walked in. >> Yeah, I would definitely disagree. And >> And why is that? >> Because you're being disorderly. >> What does that mean? >> Rude, belligerent, making a scene in front of kids. Here's the deal. I don't have to explain anything else to you. >> Okay. >> Okay. What I'm telling you is to find a ride. >> She agreed to let the officer drive her home to her house, and he asked her to wait outside for a bit while he talked to Kristen and Cassy's ex again. They would allow Cassie to come back and get her car, but if she tried to enter the building again, she'd be arrested. That being said, they weren't going to arrest her that day because nobody had seen her driving while drunk. >> It's just something needs to happen with her behavior. Like when my when when our oldest daughter had her banquet at Roses Country Club, she asked me if I could come pick them up for speeding me there with them because she was at work, whatever. And we get there and she gets there a little bit late and she was so drunk. >> Like even even putting her out there like that before looked at her come up the stairs and then she looked at me and I said, "You know, right?" She said, "Yeah, >> we got her." >> Yeah. >> That's very sad. >> Well, I'm sorry that wanted to drive home with >> I thought about calling the police while we were following her. You're >> you're welcome to. Wow. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> I'm going to get out of here. Get her out of here. If you guys need anything else, call us. Okay. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. Thank you. >> Absolutely. >> No worries. It's what we do. >> It was finally time to get Cassie home. And while she initially cooperated, she just couldn't help herself. When they got to her house, she asked for the officer's details so she could file a complaint. But the story didn't end there, though, as they had to go back to her house the very next day. >> Hello. >> Hi. I had a sight insane last night. >> For what? >> What do you mean now? >> I wasn't drunk. >> Okay. I dare you to feel that way. >> Just because I'm >> Oh, you are? >> Oh, I didn't know that. >> Okay. I told you yesterday there. >> Well, people say a lot of things. Despite her claims that the cops didn't have a right to do it, Cassie was given a court date for September 7th. They let her know it was mandatory and if she didn't turn up in court, she'd be issued a warrant. Often times being a cop involves making very tough decisions, including arresting very drunk mothers. And when that happens, sometimes they make their public scenes 10 times worse right in front of their kids. Don't forget to like and subscribe and turn on notifications for more videos like this.
