You guys You guys came in by by by basically jumping the fence today, correct? I have you on video. I can understand you guys, but I can't understand these Take this mother I need you to calm down. >> A weekend at a theme park should be about riding a few roller coasters, getting some sunlight, and to making some happy memories. But, some people manage to ruin all the fun. And that's exactly how vacations at Universal Studios become an absolute nightmare. On July the 20th, 2024, Orlando cops responded to Universal Studios after reports of a man causing a disturbance. When the officers got there, they quickly located the suspect. However, when they asked the man to leave, things escalated quickly. I'm I'm I'm I'm walking with you the entire way. I'm going to walk. Okay. So, don't give me [ __ ] [ __ ] you. I'm going to walk to the goddamn Uber. Don't give me [ __ ] I swear to god I'll flip. All right? Do you understand that? Look at that. 1 2 3 4 5 6 idiots. Okay, let's walk. I'm walking. Watch this. You want to do a paper trespass? Yep. Yeah, we'll do a paper trespass. Sir? So, you are formally being trespassed on the property. >> Man, shut the Bro, bro, you're being formally trespassed on the property. >> Shut the up. >> Don't start walking. >> No, it doesn't matter what you tell me. I You told me to WALK OUT. THAT'S WHAT I'm doing. >> Stop moving. You have a concern about that? Yeah. Okay. Well, if this guy doesn't say he's As long as he's leaving, we can't force him to write that. That's what I That's what I was saying. We'll do a trespass paper. Yeah. But, if we don't have his name and everything, we can't throw it out. So, I'd say get a picture printed of him. Yeah. And just staple it to it. Just from that brief encounter, it wasn't hard to see why the staff wanted him removed. He continued making his way toward the exit, but every chance the man got, he was berating the park security. This floor. This floor. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. I'm walking. I'm walking. How many you got? Three. Yeah, we already got it, brother. You're trespassing. Yeah. We got it. Why the You need this when idiots. But, we just made it clear. >> Look at all these cops. All right, I'm up. Initially, it seemed like he was going to leave, and that would be the end of it. The cops would just give him a trespass ordinance and send him on his way. But, unfortunately, getting rid of the guy was not going to be that easy. What do you want? Hey guys. What do you want to do with this? Uber X to the property now. What? Confirm trespass exit the property. Exit this property. Call for an Uber, right? Please do that now. Thank you. Cancel Yes, sir. Cancel. Okay. You see this, right? I'm cooperating. Where to? Yeah? No, no. You want to watch me. I don't want to watch you. I want you to exit the property. You guys want to watch me, bro? >> No, please just order your Uber. We don't want to watch. Confirm Uber X. Yeah? Yep. I'm getting closer. We need What are you going to do? Handcuff me? Oh, look at this guy. Have you ordered your or have you ordered your Uber sir? Yeah, I did. What does that say? You have not chosen yet. You haven't ordered it. Confirm Uber X. >> There you go. Hey! Hey, you saw that, right? What's that? Yeah. Hit confirm pick up. Don't hit You hit it for me. Thank you. >> go. Yeah. What else do you have to say? That's it. That's it, right? Although his ride had been booked, the problem remained that the suspect didn't want to leave. When they tried to inform the man he was being trespassed, instead of listening to them, he started causing a scene. You are verbally trespassed from the property. >> you, brother. Yeah, I can understand you guys, but I can't understand these favor. This mother And this mother I need you to calm down. >> It doesn't matter what All right, calm down. I'm pressing charges, bro. That's fine, but I need you to relax. Hang out over there. >> what I'm doing, bro. >> Okay. I just want to make sure these mother understand. HEY, MR. MUSTACHE. HEY. GET THAT Shut the up. >> Go wait for your Uber. Go. Go. Go. Yes, sir. How much do I get paid, bro? Hey, how much By that point, he was really pushing his luck. The cops had stepped in to back up the security staff, and they'd given the man a direct order to back away and leave the property. He'd have to follow their orders, or things were not going to end well. I swear to god Calm down by your family. You you and you, bro. Uh, what is that? What is that? Look at that. Look. Look. I got a plate. I got a plate. Go face down. Put your face down. I got a plate. You're going to get tased. You want to get tased? Hands behind your back. Stop resisting now. Stop resisting. DO IT NOW. Orange County Sheriff's OFFICE, STOP RESISTING. DO IT NOW. Get Get this bag off of him, all right? Yeah, and if we can't, we'll cut it off. Here. Right there, I think. I don't know what's in there. Make sure those are tight enough. Yeah, they are. Well, that was completely ridiculous. Suspect literally had an opportunity to take an Uber and go home peacefully, but instead, he chose to do things the hard way. At that point, the last place this guy was headed was back to his house. You got my keys, brother? You got it. That's the case. I don't care, bro. Is that just good? It doesn't matter, bro. Come on, man. It's a I think a speech, bro. What the you guys stand for? You know? I'm just disorderly conduct. Disorderly conduct, bro. I'm just Peace. Hey, I'm a veteran just like you. Why are you acting this way? It doesn't matter what the do, bro. Did you get my keys? Yes, sir. All right, cool. All right, that's all that matters then. Say whatever you want to say, bro. He was then led to an elevator and taken a few floors down to the parking garage where a squad car was waiting for him. The only thing left to do at that point was take him down to the station to be processed further. Right here. Get your feet out. No, I already searched you upstairs. You're going in the back of my car. Search you again. I'm going to start the car. We'll get the AC on. Once the other vehicle gets here, they're going to be the ones to transport you. Is that good, sir? I'm just to remind you that you're going to have a paper to your property. It's going to be a piece of paper piece of paper that you are formally and indefinitely trespassing on this property, okay? If you come back on Universal property, you're subject to arrest for trespass. Yes, sir. Do I get a refund for my annual pass? It So, you can contact their customer service and let them know there was an incident. That's all handled by them. That's separate from us. All right. Have you already filled that out? The trespass? Yeah. It's in the property. They charged the man with resisting without violence, disorderly conduct, and trespassing on property after warning. On March 24th, 2024, the cops were dispatched to Universal Studios, and more specifically, the Islands of Adventure theme park. Reportedly, a woman there had walked through the park's entrance without a ticket. Where is the ticket? My My mother-in-law has it. >> What? My mother-in-law has it. You better get it. We're going to go. Let's go. For what? What it was a problem? Okay. I don't I'm trying to figure out why he stopped me. You don't have a ticket right now. You're in the park. Right now it's theft of service. So let's go. I'm at theft of service. Right now you are. You're in a park that you don't have a ticket for right now. So let's go over here. >> out why this man stopped me. He keeps trying to stop me from somebody I ain't even coming to. >> Let's go and we'll talk about it in the office. Let's go. I'm a police officer with the Atlanta Police Department. So let's go. >> that. I know let me call. Well, you I'm trying to get my ticket. When you you can go in there and you can call in there, but we're going to go into the office. It was hard to wrap your head around what she didn't understand because the cop was making it pretty darn clear. She'd entered the park without a ticket and was now being accused of theft of service. I'm a police officer. I'm giving you a lawful command. So you either go without handcuffs or I'm going to handcuff you and bring you in there. Listen up. >> on your own. I don't need to go in the office. If I if you want me to leave, I can leave. >> No, right now you're in a park you're not supposed to be at. I have a ticket. My mother-in-law has my ticket. But for now we're going to go in there. No, I can't leave out until my mom. I'm giving you a lawful order. That's fine. Like we said before, it's unbelievable how rude people can be. It was astounding how entitled she was after she broken the law, but she was acting like the cop had inconvenienced her. The cop gave her one more chance to follow him to the office, but to no one's surprise, she didn't want to listen. All right, if you don't go in the office now, you're going to jail. You hear me? Just take me to jail, baby. >> [laughter] >> Turn around and get your hands BACK. MY MOTHER-IN-LAW HAS MY TICKET. MY MOTHER-IN-LAW HAS MY TICKET. BY THAT POINT, he'd given her multiple opportunities to comply. She told the officer quite literally to take her to jail, but when she was wrestled to the ground and placed in handcuffs, she had the nerve to act surprised. I'm 10-27-1. Take her to 45. You crazy. Hold her. I have a ticket. I have a ticket, sir. You won't let me get my ticket. Somebody record. I have a ticket. The woman's husband turned up, but he only increased the tension. Of course, the man hadn't seen what led up to the altercation, but instead of telling his wife to calm down and comply with them, he immediately took her side and started berating the cops. >> [laughter] >> I got it, thanks. I have a ticket. You didn't give me a chance. Yeah, I gave you plenty of chances. You didn't give me no chance. I should have ran from you. Well, that's resisting arrest, so stand up. I can't, baby. Stand up. And get back. I HAVE A TICKET. Let's get back, baby. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Ironically, the man chastised the cops for arresting his wife in front of their kids, but he was screaming and shouting at them at the top of his lungs, terrifying the kids within earshot. This racist bastard. What the [ __ ] y'all doing to my [ __ ] kids? And I got a whole ticket. You arrested me? Who said I don't got a ticket? I'm not resisting arrest cuz I got a ticket. I'm going to see. You better be glad you're a police officer. I don't care. THAT'S NOT THE POINT. IF YOU WERE ACTING LIKE A NORMAL HUMAN BEING, YOU WOULDN'T BE SAYING NO. WHAT DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND? WHAT DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND? I AM A POLICE AFTER IT WAS ALL SAID AND DONE, SHE STILL wound up in the office, but she wasn't there for long. No matter what the cops did, she still couldn't follow the most basic instructions. Eventually, the cop had enough of the woman and took her straight to A SQUAD CAR. >> [screaming] >> SIT DOWN. YOU RUDE SIT DOWN. Get your ASS SIT DOWN. YOU DON'T HEAR ME? Sit down. Are you serious, [ __ ] You're going to go in my car today. Sue me. Sue me. Get in my car for the night. He told my [ __ ] sergeant. You think you think you You think you can do whatever you want. THAT'S THE PROBLEM. >> THE PROBLEM. GET IN THE CAR, RACIST. I don't think I don't think that. Y'all racist Give me somebody that ain't crazy. Get in there. Racist Get IN THE CAR. I CAN'T. GET IN THE CAR. ARE YOU SERIOUS? IF YOU DON'T GET IN THE CAR, I'M GOING to spray you. Get in the car right now. Are you serious? >> Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> serious? It was pretty much unbelievable, but you could tell by the look on her face that she literally had no idea why the cop was so frustrated with her. After securing the woman in the back of the squad car, the officer then spoke to her husband in an attempt to identify her. Is that your wife? Yes. Do you have her ID on you? Yeah. She going to jail? Probably, yeah. Why? Resisting right now for sure. Resisting? Yeah, resisting arrest. How did she resist if she had a ticket? How did she resist if she had a ticket? I'm not understanding. Listen, I was not trying to debate it. I just need her ID or or what? Or what? Well, I can ask her and then she'll get another charge. I have to be in the charge. Because if she doesn't want to give it to me, then she's not identifying herself. I'm saying right now she's not in the in the form to give it to us. That's why I'm trying to come to you so she doesn't catch it so she doesn't catch another charge. The only thing that was crazy here was his wife's behavior. If she had a ticket like her husband claimed she did, then all she had to do was follow the officer to the office like he'd asked her to do 10 times already so they could clear things up. Soon after, a sergeant arrived on scene to talk to the woman. Ma'am, your husband is not here to reduce this ticket. Okay. Um and I have to ask you have this just what I have to ask have have you been drinking today? I haven't drank today. Okay. Um any illegal narcotics today? I don't take drugs. Okay, I I have to ask. I'm not accusing you of anything. I don't do drugs. Okay, but just something to drink. Okay. All right, so Mhm? My kids is on spring break and I'm on vacation. Why did I come here and expect to be slammed down on the ground? That's why I don't bring my Well well, ma'am I got you. I'm telling them I have a ticket. But no, we we have yet to see these tickets. How are you going to produce these tickets? The husband your husband left. >> was walking out to give him my ticket, he didn't allow for me to show it. Where is the ticket at that you was going to give him? That's what I'm asking. >> My phone and everything is gone now. We have your phone. Okay, give that information. I don't know. Okay. All right. They never found the woman's ticket or her mother-in-law. Later on, her husband posted a $1,000 bond for her, but she failed to appear in court. As a result, there's now a warrant out for her arrest. On January 23rd, 2024, the cops responded to Universal Studios after reportedly two men entered the park without buying admission tickets. What's up, y'all? Hey, this real quick. That's all I got for y'all real fast. You guys have an ID or you guys have your park tickets? Yeah. We're on the numbers here. You don't have the tickets? We don't have the tickets. We have tickets. Park tickets you have? And we're on the the bus here. You don't have a theme park ticket? No, we don't have tickets. You don't have tickets, right? They're They're all in the locker. Which locker? In that ticket. Where is this? And by my phone. But if phones over there and those lockers are for your phones, you're supposed to get them after you're done with your ride and then you go to the next park. Ah, sorry about that. So >> Okay, so here's the thing, all right? When he asked you, do you have tickets or not, you need to tell him the truth. If it's no, we can go talk about it. If you keep saying yes, we're going to walk you back, get your phones to the point where you're still not going to have your tickets, and then it's going to be a bigger problem. You You understand? Yes. So So do you guys have tickets, yes or no? No, we don't. No, right? You guys You You came in by the by by basically jumping fence today, correct? I have you on video. Yes, correct? Okay, we're going to go and have a conversation, okay? The cops had caught them in red-handed, but at least they did the smart thing and confessed, and they didn't put up a fight. The officers escorted the men to an on-site facility so they could question them further. How are we going to the exit? No, we're going to go to the office. So, you're going to follow We're going to follow her? And we're going to take her to the office, okay? Can we pick up our phones first? We're going to go get those. We're going to go One of us will go get your phones. Can we like Can we get them ourselves? Like we have money there. Inside the lockers. We'll They can go get it for you, okay? Right now, we'll try We're doing an investigation, okay? Okay, got it. So, as of right now, you guys are not free to leave. You are now in police custody. Got it. If you If you guys have have your phones in the lockers, we can go we'll scan it, we can bring your phones for you, okay? By that point, their phones were the least of their worries. Basically, they'd been busted for breaking into the place, and they face charges for trespassing and for theft of services. What's your nationality? Uh Venezuelan. Venezuelan? Venezuelan. Venezuelan? >> [music] >> Got you. All right. >> [sighs and gasps] >> You pressing charges? Of course they are. All possible possible charges? >> charges. Yes. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. So, we're waiting for your phones to get over here. I want you guys You guys going to have tickets or not? Did you guys purchase tickets to come in today? No. No, we didn't. Okay. [music] So, Yeah, excuse me, sir. Can we talk to him like before they press charges? No, they already want to press charges, so it's done. So, it's being set in motion now, so it's basically a violation of city ordinance of what you guys did today, okay? Okay. Sadly for the suspects, there was no way they could talk their way out of things. At Universal Studios, they were sick and tired of people breaking their rules, and they had a zero-tolerance policy for people who did. Is your Is your property, right? Yes. >> Okay. So, you guys can't pull up tickets on your phones or nothing like that, right? No. So, So, you guys don't have tickets on your phone, you didn't buy a ticket? No. All right. You want me You want to get your computer out? Yeah, and I'll get my stuff. Yeah. I'll show you what to do. I'll show you how I wrote it. All right. Right now, you guys just need to hang out with us. Um You guys are not allowed to come back to Universal. You guys have been trespassed. If you guys come back, you'll be arrested. Again. All right. For how many time? Uh forever. Indefinite. You can never come back here. If they were so desperate to break in that they had to sneak in to do it, then it was definitely a huge blow to them to be banned from the place for life. Hopefully, that would teach the men that breaking rules like that can come with serious consequences. It was my first time. It was our bet that we do It was our stupid We're not even in a hotel. Oh, you guys don't have a hotel? How'd you all get here? Uh we we came with car, but it was like We No, no, no, car. Like we drove here. Oh, okay. And your friend Did your friend Do you have a ticket or not? Or he just dropped you off? Uh he dropped dropped us off. So, [music] uh we were in Miami, we were drinking, and we made this stupid bet. It was a stupid. We just came here, and we got here in the morning. Yeah. Uh we did what we did. Okay. All right. So, just hang out for us. Um We're going to We're going to get out of here. We'll get out of here as fast as possible, all right? Unfortunately for the suspects, by getting them out of there, the cops didn't mean they were just going to walk away. What they really meant was they'd be taken off the grounds in handcuffs and be transported to jail. You first, come over here. Turn around. Give me your phone. >> [snorts] >> Turn around. Turn around to your back. You You can take it out. I got you. All right. Number one. When they put the handcuffs on you, that's when the reality sinks in. According to the suspects, this was all just a dumb bet they accepted from their friend. Regrettably, something they thought was harmless, like sneaking into a theme park, can have serious consequences. Do you have anything on you that's going to poke me or stick me or anything like that? So, just your cell Yeah. Okay, cool. Is my friend Carlos coming? Yes. Okay, yeah, I got to see for him, buddy. Thank you, sir. All right, you want to Put your hands right there. I'm going to call for you. Turn around quick. Anything in your socks or anything? Is it Cut this? No, no, no. Yeah. The other man was handcuffed and led out to the parking lot to join his friend. They were both taken to jail to be further processed. Well, let that be a lesson. If your friends dare you to do something that involves breaking the law, you should probably just say no. It's better to be a chicken than to be a jailbird. Back stop it. Yeah, that thing that's flung open. Got anything on you that's going to poke me or stick me or anything like that? Excuse me? Got anything on you that's sharp? Uh no, I don't. This This is the paperwork? Yeah, the warrant. Just my phone. Uh Just my phone. I don't want I said you got a warrant? Uh yes. Yeah, man. Yeah, no money. Okay, thank you. So, this can't go with you, okay? It's going to get thrown in the garbage. Got it. So, where are we going? Jail. Have a seat. They charged the men with stealing passes to an amusement park, and they got a lifelong ban from Universal Studios. On the 20th of May, 2024, the cops got a call from Universal Studios Islands of Adventure theme park. A school group chaperone was reportedly drunk and causing [music] a scene. I trespassed. You just trespassed for a year, okay? You want a coffee? Where do you You here? I'm not there. Where are you trying to go? I don't know where you're trying to go. I'm going to Miami Dade. I got to go all the way down to Miami. So, night Yeah. While the suspect, Christina, tried to arrange travel back to Miami, another chaperone told the woman that her child would have to stay with the group. And let's just say [music] that when she heard the news, she was less than impressed. Just person is not allowed to go home with my child. Wow. That is impressive. Like I didn't even get on one ride. One ride and almost got on my Kristen? You have your phone? I feel like where's my You have your phone? You have your phone? Uh I don't think Uber's going to be your best bet cuz it's not It's not uh It's not recognizing the Your best bet is to go to go with Mears. I am doing that. Are you out here alone? It's going to be about the same price. Yeah. Yeah, I'm not right now. You got to get rid of my son. The cops told the woman that due to the state she was in, neither they nor the other chaperones felt comfortable releasing a child into her care. And the cops had a point. If she couldn't even arrange travel in her condition, >> [music] >> there was no way she was capable of caring for her child. Call Mears that we don't feel comfortable leaving him with you because of the What the Wow. Okay, well, then I will I'll call their father. Call their father. I'm married. I've been married 16 years of marriage. Where is she at? She's at home. That's also Miami? Yeah, he's a Miami Dade water and sewer department supervisor. The what? Miami Dade water and sewer department supervisor. Oh, okay. I'll call him to come get his son. Huh? I said if you want to come get son. How are you planning on I'm calling their father. How are you planning on getting home then? I have no idea. Cuz you can't stay Cuz you can't stay here. Oh, I can't? No. You'll get arrested. Okay, well, what happens So, what? Then who's going to take care of your son? Yeah, but we don't want Yeah, we don't I love my son, so I I didn't even get on one mother ride. I'm sorry for that. The woman's behavior became increasingly hostile. The cops tried to convince the woman that her son was in good hands and would have a better time at the theme park than with his intoxicated mother. Unfortunately, [music] she just didn't want to hear it. Are you refusing to leave? Why? Are you refusing to leave? So, you know the consequences of refusing to leave? >> do that? You want to do that? >> I don't actually. I promise you I do not want to do that at all. I would rather you just take your Uber and let your son have a good time. Uh no, he's going to freak out when he sees I'm not in the bus on the way back. Well, no, cuz they can just simply tell him that you went home first. >> No, they don't They're not allowed to tell him >> [music] >> So, you you got sick and you went No, I didn't get sick. He saw it. Like So, can we start getting you that Uber? It's ridiculous. Like this lady and all y'all cops, y'all ever get to learn The only person behaving ridiculously was her. She was supposed to be chaperoning kids, but instead had gotten drunk. Thankfully, another parent from the trip was around to shed some light on the woman's unusual behavior. She goes with the school function and right Is this a school function? And she's a chaperone. To what? She's a chaperone. Well, yeah, she's her own child. Cuz I didn't I did not attach her with any other kids. Okay. Okay. And we have seen her like that before yet at the school. We've had to ask her to leave the school. Okay. We asked her not to vape, not to bring it on the on the on the bus or not to have it in her purse. And she still did. And she told my other teachers she had to put her hand out because she wouldn't obey her cuz she was drunk. Please don't do that. These are children. And she still did. She's just oppositional defiant. She called but she wasn't like when you she smells like alcohol. Yeah. But when she got to school this morning, she seemed like drunk right then like that's Yeah, yeah, yeah. What's going on on the bus? The first time we did it on the trip was that I thought yeah. The first time that I did I can't have her on the bus like that. I cannot have her on on the bus. I have my responsibility on my kids and not her. I don't care Right. what happens to her right now. I really don't. As far as the woman went, she was absolutely right. Other parents had entrusted the woman with the safety of their kids. A lot of the parents would have a really big problem if a drunk woman like Christina was riding home with their kids. The cops tried to negotiate with her, but she refused to cooperate unless they handed her kid over. All right. All right, Ms. Christine. Can you stand up now and start walking off property? Are you refusing to stand up? Are you refusing to get off property? >> of have. You are? You refusing to I I I'm going to like find my cell a ride. If you don't touch me, like I won't All right. Do you Do you understand for refusing you're going to go to jail? I'm giving you multiple chances cuz I don't want to do this. Okay. So, are you refusing? No. Why Why you getting aggressive? I'm not. I promise you >> You absolutely are. But So, you're not going to leave with your son, okay? Are you going to Are you going to get your Uber to take you to Tampa? >> I will call the cops on y'all. Are you going to take your Uber to Tampa? No? Okay. Do not Nope. Nope. Nope. I'm done. Just don't Don't do that. Now, you're You're going to jail, okay? You're being arrested for trespass. Why? Like I didn't stand up. Like I want to go to Tampa. >> So, let's go. Stand up. The officer was right. He'd given her multiple opportunities to leave the property, but she was refusing to budge. As a result, they had to forcibly escort the woman off the property. I'll take that yellow car home, please. Too late. We told you We gave you multiple chances. Why? I was trying to figure it out. Please stop. You're hurting my arm. Oh. Let go of my arm, please. One foot straight out. You're hurting me. Let go of my arm. You're hurting me. Give me the taxi thing. I promise I'll get No, it's not too late. Okay, come on. Keep walking. Please stop. Please stop. With these type of people, it's always the same. Right until the cuffs go on, they refuse to comply. But after that, they start whining and complaining saying they were trying to comply and claim the cops were mistreating them. Give me another chance. We gave you multiple >> Why? All I did was sit down. All I did was sit. I didn't do anything wrong. Yeah, we got to search you. All I did was sit down. >> [laughter] >> Stand up. All I did was sit. All I did was sit down. Stand against the I said to think about it and y'all like got Need gloves? No. >> [snorts and gasps] >> Please, I will take the yellow car all the way to Miami. By that point, she was just wasting her breath. The cops were done playing games with her. In the morning, she'd be taking a bus back to Miami after spending the night in jail. Back up. No. Take a seat. >> No. Get up. You're going to Take a seat, okay? >> Please. Take a seat. Please, I will like like do whatever you want. Go to Come on. One, two, three. Stop. Are you finished? >> [clears throat] [snorts] >> Thanks a lot. Hey, I'm Officer Cody. I'm going to be transporting you to jail, okay? For what? Trespassing after warning you. Trespassing after paying all of us $300 to get in there and then I was like, "Please give me like a few more minutes." And they threw me on my knees and put my hands behind my back. Put my son in the park with the school. Okay. I need you to slide your legs over. Come on out. All right, face the vehicle. We're going to swap these cuffs out, okay? You're going to walk over to this other car here. I see the car. I'm very Where am I going to go? Please don't, huh? Can you not do that? That's annoying. Like I'm like snotty. Do you have a napkin? No. No. You can't wipe my nose. Like I have like snot on my nose. Christina pled no contest and was later found guilty of trespass after warning. She was given credit for time served and was ordered to pay a fine. As far as the Islands of Adventure go, they seem to have more than their fair share of problems. And on the 30th of June, 2024, the cops were back there again. Reportedly, security spotted a woman stealing an $82 Jurassic Park backpack from the gift shop. Hey, how old are you? Put the phone down. Where is your ID? I don't have ID. Well, how did you get here if you're from Alabama and you don't have ID? I didn't come with you with ID. I don't have ID. Put the phone down. I'm trying to call somebody. Listen, I'm a police, all right? >> My son Okay, this is police department. So, you now you're you're done dealing with them because they don't want to deal with you cuz you keep giving them a runaround story. So, how old are you really? They didn't give me my money and this not This not going to happen. Listen, you First of all, you're already seen on camera taking my Yeah, and I gave you that. No, that's she's trying to say she had more than what she had and she didn't. So, the only thing is I need to know who you really are. My name is Roberta. And how old are you? And I need I need the evidence What's in your What's in there? You have a wallet in there? You got something in there? No, I don't have nothing up in here. They They just checked Take it off. Either way, I'm It's your purse because you don't want to go to jail. Put it out here. Once again, the level of disrespect was just astounding. It was almost as if she thought she was talking to a friend on the school grounds. The cops, however, are authority figures and they have the lawful right to demand certain things from you, especially when they detain you for shoplifting. You checked my purse. Or I actually need you to be 17 or 18 or something or you're going to need to I don't know how they do it in Alabama. But this is This is Florida and I need your ID. Okay, well, they're not the police. How old are you really? How old are you really? How old are you really? Can I get my purse? How old are you really? I just said 20. Can I get my purse? What's your DL number? My who? Your driver's license number. What What is the number? Do you know it? Okay. >> never had one. You never had one when you're 20 years old in Alabama? You never had You never had an ID in Alabama? No, I never had it. Never. What's your social? Have you been arrested in Alabama? No, never. You've never been arrested in Alabama? Never. You can look up my social. So, now you went from 17, 18 and now you're 20. I know. See, he was talking to me. I told the lady I was 18. For real. So, now you're 20. So, what's your real date of birth then? That's my real date of birth. What is it? That's my real one. March 4th. That's my date March 4th what? 2004. That's my real date of birth. Nobody gets their birthday wrong three times and she was obviously lying. Furthermore, when he asked the woman if she'd ever been arrested in Alabama, it was interesting how her tone changed. She could play games all she wanted, but the officer here was going to get to the truth one way or another. Uh put the phone away. Put the phone away. Hang up the phone. Put the phone away. Why is that man in my little my phone? >> Stand up. Put your hands behind your back. No. Put your hands behind your back. >> Man, I'm keeping my phone. That's what I'm I'm going through my phone right now. STOP. STOP. STOP. DO NOT MOVE. I DO. WHAT THE HELL? I'M NOT EVEN DOING ANYTHING. >> STOP. I TOLD YOU PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> [screaming] >> WHATEVER THE OFFICER ASKED OF HER, SHE WAS dragging her feet. She was lying about who she was, where she was born, where she came from, and refused to cooperate with even the simplest of orders. And now she was playing the victim as they were placing HER IN HANDCUFFS. >> [screaming] [screaming] >> JUST STOP. STOP. YOU GOT A CAMERA? THERE'S A OKAY. STOP. STOP. RELAX. LIKE THE MAN SAID, EVERYTHING WAS captured on surveillance camera and body cam. She found it ironic that the cops took her phone from her when earlier that day she'd taken something from the gift store that wasn't hers. Stop it. >> Man, can you please get off of me? No. You just threw me on the table. You know you wrong as You know that. I SWEAR TO GOD YOU DO, BRO. SECURITY SHE WENT ON TO CLAIM THAT THE officer was racist, claiming she had never resisted. While she was handcuffed and sitting on the ground, she continued trying to pull away from the officer, ignoring his commands to sit still. Police on her now. He's on her wrist. He's ready and he's trying to get up. STOP. >> STOP? STOP. STOP. >> BRO, I SWEAR TO GOD HE DIDN'T BREAK MY ARM. STOP. THE HELL? YOU CAN'T BREAK MY ARM. WHAT THE YOU'RE MAKING IT WORSE. STOP. >> MAN, tell that man to get off of me, bro. I don't got it. >> This is not how this works. Just stop and relax. Y'all didn't even go THROUGH MY PHONE. NO, HE'S GOING TO HURT ME AND I'M GOING TO SUE HIS ASS. NO, THAT'S WHAT I WANTED TO DO. WHY YOU HURTING ME LIKE THAT? YOU KNOW YOU DIDN'T EVEN GOT TO DO ALL THAT. I'M GOING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO YOU ACT LIKE YOU GOT TO DO THAT. YOU WANT TO DO THAT. THERE AIN'T NO [ __ ] NO. NO. [screaming] STOP. THAT MAN JUST THREW ME ALL TYPES OF PLACES. I'M NOT PLAYING, BRO. NO. If the woman had sat still like the cop had asked her to a dozen times, then he wouldn't have had to put pressure on her handcuffs to restrain her. Any pain she experienced was the result of her actions and her refusal to comply. Shortly after, another officer arrived on scene to help him handle the suspect. Let's go put her in my car. Okay. You get her up. Can I get my shoe, please? Please. Cuz this man just threw me on the table and he know that. You need to walk or you're going to get another charge. Okay, can I please put my shoe on though? >> I'll go get it for you, but you need to go to your car right now. Can I get my purse and stuff too? Why is that man still holding me? Can't you get me >> Because he's in charge of you right now. He don't need to He need to let me go. Cuz I don't even I don't want to ride with him. This man is racist. Even while an officer patted the woman down, she had plenty to complain about like needing her shoes, her purse, and her phone. They should have been the least of her worries, but it was all she could think about. Yes, you did. You just hit me. This is over. Stupid misdemeanor charges are biggest pain in the ass. It scared me. I didn't I'm not from here. I know I didn't tell him I ain't even going to do what he supposed to be going THROUGH MY STUFF. WHY IS HE IN MY PHONE? >> HE HAS NO RIGHT TO YOUR STUFF. FOR WHAT? HE JUST WENT THROUGH MY PHONE. MAN, where is Oh God, he is and I'm not tripping at all. He just went through my phone. Help. He just went through my stuff. >> Tampa? No, Selma. Selma where? Alabama. I'm not from here. Somebody needs to tell this woman that when you've been arrested for shoplifting, the cops have a right to search your bag. Before being taken to the station, a female officer arrived to conduct a more thorough search of the woman. He going through my stuff. I knew he ain't supposed to be going through my stuff cuz you supposed to be came to check me, right? Right? Okay. I'm going to stay right here. Okay. Stay right here. Yeah, I'm here to check you. Yes, and I want to talk to somebody too cuz he ain't supposed to be in check me. He was checking me and everything. And he ain't supposed to be in and I told him that he said yes, he did. So They can if there's not a female available, okay? And it was last minute that I was available. >> No, they No, they can't. That's That's against the law. That's against the law. They supposed to wait till a female come. And you don't have anything here? Uh-uh. All right. Just got to check. You straight? All right. But he ain't supposed to be in checking me. That's all I'm saying. And this is a wig, ma'am? >> Yes. All right. Is there anything in here? >> No. All right. You're good. Hey, can you do something with this, please? That's up to him. I'm sorry about that. They charged the woman with resisting without violence and petty theft. She pled no contest and had to pay $2,000 in fines and court costs. On the 27th of October, 2024, the cops were dispatched to Universal Studios Cabana Bay Resort after reportedly an intoxicated guest was causing a disturbance inside the bar in the lobby. No, I'm fine. I'm fine. Nothing. Nothing at all. Nothing. Nothing at all. No, you can No, I've I've accepted everything you said. I'm going I'm going to go to my room. Okay, so that should have been it. The officers gave the man a solution and he accepted. All he had to do at that [music] point was separate himself from the situation, go back to his room, pack his belongings and leave, and he wouldn't face any charges. >> Let's go take care of the room. >> I'd rather You're an officer. I'd rather go with you. I got you. What's your name? Simon. Simon, it's good to meet you. It's been great to meet you, mate. Do you have an ID on you? Yes. Yes, I do. Here's my ID. I I Like I said, I I don't know where it is, so I'm I'm following your lead. >> to be in compliant of nothing. So So yeah, I was going to say lead the way, my friend. >> This This guy and all the rest of them are going to be like Simon left the bar property and walked with the cops through the resort back to his hotel. He was being chatty, but there was still some tension in the air and it might be just a matter of time before things turned for the worse. It's right there. It's right there. Yeah. Yes, sir. All right. Yeah. Is there Is there Yeah. Let's go. Let's go upstairs. We'll go that way. There I guess there's an elevator over there. >> love to. I would love to. Absolutely. Let's go. Like I'm some big criminal. I'm I'm not a criminal. >> No, you're good. We're just taking you to your room. I'm not a criminal, guys. I'm going to catch this on my TV. What was on camera? Say that. I got you, right? Mate, you know what? I'm glad I'm glad this cat's on TV. They made it back to the man's room without much of a problem. However, a security guard tagged along with them and Simon didn't like the man. Therefore, every chance he got, he was tossing curse words in the man's direction. Dude, I want you to get Listen, Simon, stop talking. Get in Go in. Take care of the room. All right, open the room. This guy is I understand you're displeased with him, so do yourself a favor, don't talk to him. Open the room. Okay, so I'm I'm I'm a bad guy? No one said you're a bad guy. I'm just trying to get you to open your room. Oh, okay. I'm a bad guy. This guy is a scumbag, mate. All right, Simon. I understand you're displeased. Can you open the room, please? >> when I when I when I open the door? We need you to get your stuff so that you can leave. Oh, okay. Yeah, you're being trespassed from all Universal property. >> Trespass? Yes. Oh, okay. Mhm. This guy is a scumbag, mate. All right. Simon told the cops that he'd go to his room and pack his belongings, but when the officer explained to him that he had to come with him, he got increasingly frustrated and he escalated things to the point of no return. Can can you just work on getting your stuff? >> a scumbag. >> Okay, work on getting your stuff, Simon, okay? We don't misunderstandings. Work on getting your stuff together. I've been done I've been done nothing wrong. Simon, we need you to get your stuff so that you can Hold on a minute. I haven't done nothing wrong. >> you to get your stuff so you can leave, Simon. So, get your stuff so you can leave so that you don't go to jail. Oh, now I'm going to jail. Wow. Your your mate is a scumbag. >> Are you going to get your stuff so you can leave? Yes. Yes. Get your stuff so you can leave. Let's see that, please. Wow. You guys have a light? You want to turn your light on? As far as Simon's wife went, she was less than impressed with her husband's behavior. She tried to convince the man to listen to the cops, but his temper, combined with his drunkenness, led to a totally different outcome. This Simon? Go. Do you want to go to the jail? Go over there. This is stupid. Listen, don't get your We're done discussing this. Just come out here. Put your hands behind your back. I've been done nothing wrong. Put your hands behind your back. Stop. Stop. Stop. Do not resist. I've done nothing wrong. Do not resist. I've done nothing wrong. I'm trying to get my clothes. Wow. Oh my god. At that point, there was no going back. His wife hadn't seen what led up to the altercation, but even she didn't bother coming to her husband's defense, and that spoke volumes. You had to wonder who the man was in more trouble with, the police or his wife. This This is This is stupid. >> face this way, please, sir? Just look. Stop turning. This numpty is giving me odds. Stop turning. Just Stop This guy here is giving me odds. I've done nothing. He's giving you odds? You're going to jail. Yes. This Just look. Walk this way, Simon. Walk this way, Simon. This is stupid. Listen to what I'm asking. Walk this way. He was escorted through the hotel and he was claiming the entire thing was just a big misunderstanding. And when whining to the cops failed to get him out of handcuffs, he tried a new defense on them, the whole "Do you know who I am?" thing. This is ridiculous. Do you guys give it large? My uncle in London is in large superior in law. You guys are idiots. No. So, for a walk. No. You guys are idiots. That's great. Can you get these cuffs off me? No. Cuz you're under arrest. I haven't done nothing wrong. Keep walking. I haven't even done nothing wrong. This is so dumb. It is. No. No. No. This is like This is dumb as All right. This is dumb. Of course, the cops couldn't be bothered who the man's uncle was. And as far as things being dumb, he was right. The whole situation was dumb. And sadly for this guy, he had nobody to blame but himself. Go. You have to run here. If you would walk like a normal human being, you wouldn't have to do anything. My arms are hurting me, bro. You got nothing to do with your legs. What? It's my wrists. Yep. Spread your feet. >> You guys Spread your feet. You guys >> Face the car. Spread your feet. The one tonight. My uncle back home in the old bill Stop. You guys are idiots, Go on. Go and do what you're going to do. Go on. Go on. I'm going on this side. You guys are on this side. You guys have no idea. All right, have a seat. Oh, oh, you're done? Yep, have a seat. You done throwing me around? Sit in the car. Yeah, thank you. My wrists are You're almost all the way in. Keep going. Are you Are you done throwing me around? Are you done? They charged the man with trespassing and he [music] pled no contest the next morning and was released with a fine. In addition, he got an indefinite trespass warning from Universal. >> [snorts] >> On the 1st of July, 2024, the cops were dispatched to Universal Studios after reportedly two women were involved in a physical altercation in a popular restaurant. Who just called? I didn't just call. I'm I'm involved in the incident. Yeah. Okay, what happened? Okay, so We were leaving the restaurant. Uh-huh. Okay, um What are you going to do with this? Yeah, okay. I'm walking towards the front door. My boys are These are my sons. We're walking behind me. And the next thing I know, this woman walks past like this and says, "Excuse me." Okay. And like I said something back. I was like, "Excuse you." And she was like, "I don't need you to excuse me." Like take both. Right. They turned. And So, like whatever. We walked [music] out, but like I was like, "I don't understand why that just happened. I I don't even understand what we did." So, I'm not going to lie, I turned around. I went back up to her. Explain more. I went back up to her. I said, "Excuse me, can you explain to me what just happened?" Like I just >> Like why? Yeah. Yeah, exactly. She got right up in my face instantly, like gut to gut. And we're all up in my face. Go ahead, touch me. Touch me so I can defend myself. Touch me. Touch me. Which I didn't. I laid a hand on her the entire time. She went on to explain that when she tried to walk away, the other woman grabbed her by the shirt and went on to physically attack her in the middle of the restaurant. So, you're up against the wall. She's up against you saying, "Hey, put your hands on me." And um you end up squeezing around her. Your exiting. Your back is turned. And then you hear commotion. You turn around. And then what is the first thing that happens right after that point? I heard grabbing at me. >> I don't remember exactly. What does that mean? Her grabbing She grabbed your shirt? >> to my shirt neck area. Like I have two necklaces broken. Okay, so she rips off the necklace. Rips off the shirt. I just hear snapping of my clothing. And she had it like up to here to where I'm like this so that I'm not flashing everybody. Right. Like Where are you guys from? Uh we're local. Both from Orlando. Okay. Do you want to press charges on her? I do. Okay, do you have your ID with you? I do. After speaking to the woman, the cops went back to the restaurant entrance where the suspect was being held by security. And while several minutes had passed since the incident started, the suspect remained irate about what had happened. Is that her right here? Yes, right here. Okay. Yes, officer Leo. Officer Leo. Mr. Law Enforcement Officer, you have access to the camera logs. Check the footage. Because I'm not going to perjure myself. I will never perjure myself. I'm not talking to you. Hold on. You going to talk? Give me your address. Yeah. This lady No, yeah. Talking to you. What is going on? I was in there enjoying myself. I've been there for how many nights? And someone stole my phone. MAYBE IT'S HER. I'LL PEE FOR THEM. THEY SHOULD CHECK HER SIGNAL. What's going I'm whispering. I'm whispering. I'm whispering. I'm whispering. I'm whispering. I'm pissed. I'm pissed. I'm supposed to be on vacation. My husband is working and I keep on getting She claimed the other woman bumped into her because she felt she could get away with it because she was white. But she'd have a hard time proving it because it sounded totally ridiculous. And based on how she was acting, it wasn't hard to tell who really had the bad attitude. Did somebody bump into you? No, she deliberately bumped into me because she wanted to steal the seat and she wanted me to look like the bad guy. Did that happen here? Did that happen in the park? All right, up there. What in first signs that happened it with wheelchair Karen. >> [screaming] >> My barrister will deal directly with this. I don't know what a barrister is. Google it. And that's not my water bottle. I have an actual water bottle with PT on it and my name on it. Every last one of my family last name I can't remember. What is my last name? And that is not I don't drink water out of a cup. I drink out of a bottle. All good for you. >> That's not my water. That's not mine. Even if the other woman had bumped into her first, it didn't give her the right to attack the woman in the middle of the restaurant. She went on making excuses and before too long, the cops had heard enough. I'm really a dermatologist. Where's the dermatologist? Got her. You cannot You're not You're not going to Quit the face. Quit the face. I never gave you permission to touch Calm down. Calm down. Are you really trying to kick me right now? I PROMISE YOU THAT IS NOT the right way to do Okay, beat me Relax. They're good. What's that says? Let me know when you're ready. I'm ready. WHERE IS MY DAUGHTER? WE'LL GO TO THE OFFICE. WHERE IS MY DAUGHTER? The woman was completely unhinged. By that point, the cops were 100% sure that she was the main aggressor. Still though, they were going to have to review the surveillance footage and take some witness statements and make sure they followed protocol. You're not supposed to be tight, right? Stop, or you're going to end up on the ground. That's the last time I'm going to tell you. Stop right now. >> Please don't threaten me with a good time. Do not threaten me with a good time. Wonky, right? Right? Right? My friend, you cannot stand me. Sure. I love it in the corner. That's what preschool kids get. How can you have insurance and still have bad skin? The cops escorted the woman to a holding area in the restaurant basement. While they waited for a cruiser to arrive to take the woman to jail, she continued rudely engaging the officers. Are you originally from Miami? I'm originally from my mother's Where are you from? Same place. Thank you. Good for you. It was a nice and cozy, so Good for you. Thanks. Mr. Officer. Yes. I have stuff here in my locker that I paid for. Okay. And I'm not I do not want to have to send to Russia to get my stuff out of my locker. Send her to Russia to get stuff out of your locker? I don't know what that means. Right. Sure you don't. Anyhow, I know where my locker is and know my locker number and necessity to my belongings. It was pretty shocking to see how she completely dropped her earlier claims of self-defense. By that point, she was ignoring the whole situation like she knew she was the guilty party. To all the cops' relief, a cruiser showed up to take this foul-mouthed suspect to jail. >> [laughter] >> So, you have to have a seat. My hands on my wrists. Cuffs? No, they're not I keep saying it's tight. I can put a one finger in both sides. No, you cannot. All right. This is tight. I want to say with better up. Okay, so I don't I don't know my Wait, so my cuffs have to be loose. So, you you really want me to lose my hand. You want them to amputate my digits. We're not going to fight. All right. Fine. Fine. As a All right, we're going to figure it out. It's fine. They charged the woman with battery on law enforcement, criminal mischief, battery, and resisting an officer without violence. They ruined all their plans and the vacation they'd looked forward to for months ended in frustration and disbelief. It was the highlight of their year, but for all the wrong reasons. In the blink of an eye, a vacation at Universal Studios turned into an absolute nightmare.
