Go get him. Go get him. Go get him. Stop yelling for your car. I'm not doing it. Go get him. You're not going to tell us what we're doing, right? Go get him. Because I watch people all the time. It doesn't matter. I'm sure it matters. Of course it matters. No, it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter when you It doesn't matter. No one cares. Ariel, turn around. Come here. Ariel. [Music] We've all witnessed entitled people in public yelling at servers about their food taking too long or demanding help from people like they're their loyal subjects. These people are absolutely insufferable, even when they're caught committing crimes. Now, let's see what happens when grown adults were never told no as a child. So, do what you got to do. Come on. Do what you got to do. Come on. Come on. Come on. Then take me to jail. Take me to jail. I'm not going to let you insult my integrity. Flying can be stressful and missing a flight is an incredible inconvenience. But it's not worth throwing away your dignity with a temper tantrum. On the 9th of December 2022, airport security called law enforcement about a woman causing a ruckus due to missing her flight and having trouble rebooking it afterward. I was being civil with you. I don't give a you pointing. Yeah. Hello. Hello. Yeah. Same same woman again. The same thing. My boarding pass is not loaded. My boarding pass is not loaded. Several other people boarding pass is not loaded. They want to charge me $99. That's not my fault. I'm here to take Listen, I'm confirming it over. Yes, please. Okay. I asked him for his supervisor. He called John. Where his supervisor at? I didn't break no. I'm mad. Tell me I'm out of lane one with signal zero. So So what I'm going to do you going to pay for? You going to pay $9. I'm not talking to you. I talked to you last night. I'm not talking to you. You ain't tell me. No, I didn't. No, I didn't. I was in. That's the I want. Despite her frantic screaming, the cops were able to understand that the woman was angry about not being able to load her boarding pass, which is nobody's fault. However, they also overheard the flight attendant telling her that she was late for her flight the previous night, which was her own doing. I came to the ticketing line. The dude told me he couldn't help me. Go ahead because they was monitoring. Stop screaming. I don't give a be arrested. Arrested for what? For swimming. Conduct. You're interfering with the operation. I'm not. Yes, you are. No, I'm not. Yes, you are. So, do what you got to do. Come on. Do what you got to do. Come on. Come on. Come on then. Take me to jail. Take me to jail. I'm not going to let you insult my integrity. I'm not going to let you in my I do. Yes, I do. Yes, I do. No, I didn't. No, I didn't. No, I did not. I was here. I checked in just like that. So why no water pants not popping up? That's not That's why it's not popping up. No. Come on. Take me to jail. Take me to jail. All right. Come on. Because I'm not the only person that's going through this. He being rude. He's been He's been the park. Get your supervisor. He can't OPD. It is what it is. It is what it is. The ain't no Ain't no dog get that. The staff member continued telling the woman that he couldn't control whether or not her boarding pass loaded. And this just enraged the woman more. She continued taunting the officers to arrest her, even more intensely than before. Take me to jail. Okay. Take me to jail. I'm not. Come on. I'm not leaving. I need my money back. I need my money back. Or you can take me to jail. I want his supervisor. So come take me to jail. My name is Take me to jail. My name is Jack. I'm not leaving birth at 128. Either they going to give me my money back, they going to put me on another flight. My birthday being up. My birthday being up. I don't give a cuz it's my birthday. If I'm doing something wrong, my birthday off. Come on. Take me to jail. Come on. Come on. Cuz you sit up there in my face and I sat in that line for a whole hour, bro. That's the I did. I got there at 8:19. Yes, I did. No, I did not. My flight did not leave till 9:00, man. Bro, come on. Take me to jail. Take me to jail. Come on. You ready? I want to talk to you. I want to talk to you. She was given multiple chances to calm down and change her behavior, but she refused to do so every time. As ridiculous as things were, since she'd apparently done this the night before as well, the cops finally realized she was incapable of learning her lesson or calming down. Where you trying to go? You going to take me to my left? Where you trying to go? Yeah. Yeah. Right. Come on. Don't hurt me. Turn around. Turn around. We're not hurting you. We're not hurt. We're not trying to hurt you. Take your phone off. No. No. Now you're resisting. Now you're not resisting. Okay. Behind my back. That behind my back. Boy, y'all got a lawsuit, baby. Y'all got a lawsuit. Come on. That's your back right there. Yes, sir. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Cuz y'all up my attention. I need a statement for disorderly. Yeah. Yeah. Now it's disorderly. No, I'm not relaxing cuz I keep spending my money. I keep spending my money. I'm not fighting. Come on. Let's go. Y'all ready? And I'm mad. I understand. I'm mad. But there's no need for all this. I keep spending my money on this drug. I keep spending my money on this drug. But ma'am, you don't have to go to a frontier. around. I got this spirit first and my front is the same thing. Hold on before we get you in there. Look, I'm not I don't got nothing. You can search me. I don't care. All right. Come on. I'm not going to search that part, ma'am. What I'm going to do I don't care what you search. I didn't do nothing wrong. I understand. I just wanted to put my damn, man. No, that's cool. I'mma sue the out of y'all. The officer concluded the search without finding anything on the woman. It seemed the woman was still filled with rage and adrenaline as she kept yelling at the officers for just doing their jobs. To make it even more difficult, she demanded a phone call before she'd comply and sit down properly in the squad car. Go ahead and have a seat. Okay. Watch your head. Going to be watch. You got to scoot on back. Okay. Ma'am, you got to get in the car. Call my mama now. Hold on. You got to get in the car. Call my mama now. Call my mama now. Ma'am, let's get one. The last thing my mama know is I was getting on the plane. Ma'am, you got to call down. You're kicking the door. You hurting my arm. Just sit back. You're hurting my arm. Okay. Okay. Watch your leg. Watch. After finally securing this belligerent birthday girl in the unit, the cops returned to the frontier desk to speak with the employee who called for assistance. Police wanted to get a statement from them, which included a little more context. I wasn't there for that one, but we don't know the name of the person. I got it. Oh, he's got it. I don't know. No, I'm But she's arrested. We can tell, right? Yeah. Tell me you're still remember what happened yesterday that the other throw objects to us and he don't care. So I strongly I strongly believe the employees mentioning that the woman had thrown objects at them just confirmed what they already knew. This entitled woman was experiencing an inconvenience and she was acting like it was the first time it had happened to her and she clearly didn't know how to handle it. Back at the squad car, the cops had grown tired of the woman's nonsense. Please stop. Okay, calm down. Y'all keep telling me to calm down. I went to customer service. The the first thing is not to tell somebody that's upset to calm down. I Okay, you know what? Just please take me time. I'm trying to help you, but you're not running the show. You can't tell. I don't I don't want to run it. Then turn. I'm done. That's what I That's what I did in the beginning. Don't snatch me. Don't snatch me. Have a seat. I tried to help you. Don't snatch me. I tried to help you. I tried seat. I tried to help you. I'm I'm going to pass out, bro. I'm hot. Try to be nice to me. This is how you But don't snatch me. Nobody snatched me. He's squeezing my arm. Do you see me squeezing her? This is how This is the crap that we've been dealing with. This is ridiculous. This is not how adult acts. Turn around. I'll take it off. If not, sit down. Don't yell at me. I'm not I don't care. Either sit down or turn around. I'm done. I'm done. I'm done. You don't do that. I'm turned around. Turn. Why he doing that? Just sit. Relax. Why is he doing that? He don't got to do that. I'm turned around. Shut up. You shut up. You shut up. Seriously, you shut up. Done. No, man. No. See, he hurting me. Get your leg. You mad. Why you turning red? Why you doing that? Why are you doing this to me? What are you doing? Okay. They charged the woman with disorderly conduct and she was also given a trespass from the airport. Hopefully, she calmed down a bit before she arrived in jail. If this woman thought being stuck at the airport was frustrating, she definitely won't like being stuck in jail. On the 15th of April 2024, the cops were called to a residence for the third time in one day. A woman's boyfriend had allegedly assaulted her best friend. Despite this, she invited him back and he threatened the woman again. Without contributing a penny, the man had been living with his girlfriend and her mother for 6 months and things had finally reached a boiling point. So, come on now. Do you have um I wish I had a Everybody else heard it, though. Stay over there, Daniel. I wish I had a ring camera. No. But did everybody else hear it? Yeah. Did Okay. They they were sitting right out here and then he just said on the phone when he was talking to the whoever he was talking to some something or I'm a dropper now you're threatening me. I wish you would. I boxed my whole life. I may be small but I can handle um he said his whole family's coming. He's taking me to barb and he's taking me far away from here. Who? My grandpa J. I got to meet him down down there at Circle K. But I got to I got to Did What did he say to her? He said he was going to bring his whole family. He went down to the corner to get away from you. I guess that was Yeah. Christ said he would let me, but his mom was home. Okay. He came back up this way. He says, "My mom and sister and whoever else is coming. They're going to Megan." He gave them the address to a friend. No, you're staying out here. And they said that um they're coming here on me, too. And I didn't even do anything. The officer could tell that the best friend, Tanisha, was irritated. As this had been happening all day with no viable solution. As the officer tried to get more context from the women involved, the suspect decided to insert himself into the conversation and act like a victim. What did he say to her? He didn't say anything to her. She was talking to me and Rosemary. I thought she was talking about me. I thought she was talking about me. I jumped in. I'm ADHD. I'm bifold. I jump into conclusions. It's not my fault. It's not my fault. I have a tendency to jump into conclusions. I do it with Jessica all the time. I feel like she's talking about me and I get upset, but if she wasn't talking about me, I'm sorry. As expected, the suspect here, Daniel, was full of excuses and denied any wrongdoing. Soon after, an officer arrived who seemed a little bit jaded at having to deal with this drama so many times. He was speaking to the man's girlfriend, Jessica, on the phone. Hello, Jessica. This is Officer Mark with the American Police Department. I was out here last time when Daniel moved out. Stay over there, Daniel. I'm looking at my stuff. My grandpa's on his way. Did you invite Daniel back over to the house? Yeah, I did. Okay. Why did we invite Daniel back over to the house? I'm a driver. Talking to him, trying to get out. What? No. Come on. Come on. Why are Why are we even trying to work this out again? I thought we talked about it last time. You said you were going to get a protection order and and now we're back at the same drama. I do love him. I want to be with him. I have to let the stuff calm down, but I don't know what happened there. I'm not there. I'm all like couple streets over trying to like calm down and let die down. All right. Well, thank you, Jessica. Sadly, things like these happen all too often. People in toxic relationships convince themselves everything's fine as they want to protect the person they love. However, Daniel crossed the line here by threatening to Jessica's best friend. Frustrated by the contradicting stories, the female officer then questioned a neighbor. Did you hear what he said? Yeah, he did threaten her. Okay. Do you do you remember what exactly or No, something he said he's a good Yeah, that's all I Because three times in 15 minutes. I mean, as you know, this is That's why you don't dip in nobody's conversation. You don't even know what's going on. You just hopping into something and then I don't even This is ridiculous. What's going on today? I don't know. And then next thing you know I don't you know I don't like you anyways. So you could take that you can take that apology and shove it straight up there cuz I don't give a you know I don't like you. I haven't liked you for years and I and you know this but I've been keeping a peace. I don't say nothing to him. I I stay in my own my own section. Yeah. Nobody was talking to him. Oh I believe it. And he just came and just came at me telling me that he going to drop me. Who you going to drop? The cops approached Daniel once more, hoping he'd be more truthful so they could wrap things up. Daniel started on his usual rant and denied accountability, but the officer talked him into admitting his fault. I started off to Misha when I thought she was talking about me and I did apologize. What' you say to her? I thought she was talking about me. I said, "Look, I I start I did say something. I told her I said, "Look, this I have I thought she was talking about me. I It's not my fault. She didn't even tell you. I threatened to have my family come. That's all I did. My family is not going to get involved. Miss Rosemary. Did he or did he not say he was going to drop me? But I because I thought she threatened me, but I said I'm sorry. Daniel, Daniel, did you say it? I didn't mean it. But turn around, put your hands right back. Yes. Turn around. Put your hands back under arrest. You threaten me first. Hey, I will put you on the ground. Daniel, I'm leaving. Hey, listen. Listen, listen. I'm leaving. Do not move away, Daniel. I will put you on the ground. I'm leaving. I can't do nothing. Wild. I didn't do nothing. I said I'm sorry. Daniel, I want to leave. I'm going to chase you if you don't get up. Daniel, stand up. You're going to the back of my car. You You act like a child. Do not kick your legs. Can I please go somewhere? Stand up. Yes. Stand up. Probably bring my dad. Let's come back to prison. We'll figure it out. I didn't do nothing. I didn't even say nothing to her. It's pathetic to see the man crying like a baby, but then again, he threatened to someone a while back. It's clear that Daniel has been coddled his whole life, especially since he was buming off these two without even lifting a finger. After getting Daniel in the cruiser, the cops then walk back to the residence to find Tanisha and her grandmother arguing. If you got heart problems and you don't want to keep, why do you keep doing it to yourself? I don't care what he got. I don't care what he got. Ain't nobody care what he got. Tamisha Perry, right in front of the cops, bro. Right in front of the cops. Okay. saying she get dked both times in her eyes and get a black eye from this dude. But you want to protect them. Exactly. Threaten somebody and they would like to speak charges. Jessica. Okay. Well, I'm calling CSB because he did not. And why are you calling CSB? To retaliate because to retaliate. I know. She's always [Music] Where is this delusional stuff coming from? Everybody out here heard it. All the neighbors heard it. We're all sitting outside. Bro, [Music] are you on the Who you on the phone? Me or Jess? That's Megan. [Music] I don't know what's up. [ __ ] is always want to cry. And then when something happened, she want to cry. Shut up. Right. Jessica's friends wouldn't keep in contact with her if she wasn't a good friend. So, there was probably some manipulation at play by Daniel. Through a phone conversation with a different friend, Tanisha points something out to the officer that backs her claim up about Daniel. We all try. We don't do nothing but try to protect her constantly from this dude. We try to protect her over and over again. Look, there's bullet holes in her mama's house cuz he runs his mouth. Exactly. If I got to live next to somebody, I'mma make sure that she cool. Yeah. Huh? Yeah. He already getting charge charges pressed child endangerment charges because her kids was over here when something happened and now they're pursuing charges. Acro police are pursuing charges on him. I don't want somebody to hear me. Yeah. I was talking to Rosemary and stuff. Misha came over here and started running her house. Mhm. She starts saying, "I don't know why you keep putting up with this. You know he's going to follow her. He ain't going to leave you alone and stuff." So that's why you start So that's okay. That's what got it going. So that's why he said he was going to drop her. So his being like that was about something different. He just it was something she started. Well, I get you. But I mean, he still can't threaten her. I mean, he took her. Well, can't can't go around threatening people, dear. I know this. Yeah. The suspect's grandmother was obviously siding with the man, but there wasn't much his family could do since he admitted to threatening to Tanisha right in front of the officers. Jessica showed up to continue arguing, but the truth was already out. I'm on the phone with his mom right now. Yep. And I'm on the phone with Megan right now. She said, "Do not come to her house." Okay, that's good. But how the are you going to sit up there and do that, Jessica? All this time I do nothing but protect you, girl. She ain't in my He did not get tased. Jessica, you are not allowed at my house until you get rid of that. I'm tired of being crazy. I don't really care. Ain't no real friends because of my waist. That's my choice. I want to be It's not that. It's the fact that blocking me because of my That's my choice. I want to be It's not that. It's the fact that your kids safety came into the aspect. That's exactly why she don't want her kids around you right now. He gave her that. Dear dear, I don't think we're going to have a constructed conversation with her today. It's I know it's unfortunate. It's fine. I ain't even Are Are you willing to come down and find charges? Yes, I am. There's no proof that I did anything. I didn't do nothing. They arrested Daniel and took him to jail and Tanisha agreed to press charges. It's doubtful the man's going to learn a lesson from his actions since his girlfriend keeps enabling the toxicity, but hopefully his threats to Denanisha will finally stop for good. We've all had bad days at school, and sitting in boring lectures doesn't help. However, it's no excuse to act the way this entitled student did. On November 1st, 2023, officers responded to a college campus about a woman disrupting class and refusing to leave. You just come in here just to say something dumb and I don't want to talk to you right now. First of all, listen to me. I'm upset right now. And I understand that. But just because you're upset doesn't mean that it's going to make everything right. It's not. I'm I'm here for a reason, right? I would not be here. Why did you come up here? Are you Are you disrupting class today or what's going on? No, I'm asking you. That's how they feel. That's That's their I'm not I'm not That's their I am asking you, sir. What is the problem? You don't understand. You're outsider. So that's how they feel. How am I an outsider? I work here, right? But you don't understand me on that type of level. Sir, leave me alone. You don't understand me, right? No. Listen to me. No. Listen to me. You don't understand me, right? I I was trying to find out what is going on. Exactly. I'm trying to get you to understand from a different perspective because you don't understand. No, you the minute I walked in and I tried to talk because I was upset, sir. I'm trying to do right this. No, I don't. No, not me. The student here was combative with the officer from the very beginning. Likely because she was asked to leave multiple times and the staff on the campus escalated the situation because she refused. Soon thereafter, a campus employee arrived to assist the officer. Is she Is she a student here? Same thing. She's a student in this class. We're just trying to get her out of the building because she's disrupting my other class. And I'm not ma'am. You have every right to feel that way. That's your entitlement, right? I'm not talking to you to her. That's your entitlement, right? No, that's your entitlement, right? I'm not talking to you. I'm talking to her. That's your entitlement, right? Do you have an ID? That's your entitlement, right? Do you have your entitlement, right? Okay. Yes, ma'am. That's your entitlement. So, you're you're able to feel however you feel, ma'am, cuz that's what it how it came to you. But it might not come to me that way. I might not agree with you, but am I making you feel less of a person because I don't agree with you, ma'am? Exactly. But that's that's you. But that's not everybody else. So you want me to leave because you feel like I'm distracted in the class. But when I was trying to be calm, trying to explain stuff, y'all all make judgment of me. Y'all don't get it. It wasn't you. It's them. I'm I'm pretending to Let's get to the bottom. I'm pretending to them. What is What is your name? Because I'm pretending to them and they don't understand me. I kept trying to show them that it's it's about the title, but because it might not mean that to you, don't mean it don't mean it to me. The woman certainly needs to stay in school because it's clear she hasn't learned the difference between respecting people's feelings and respecting authority. The officer needed to identify the suspect and wrap things up, but the suspect didn't want to. Okay, let's let's move forward. I need I'm not talking to you. Wait, I get my name. I'm not talking to you though. So, like I was saying, m Do you guys know her? Because I let me talk to you out here. I I'm telling you it is crossing. It's beyond It's beyond the right thing. If you guys Are you her friend? I saw you talking to her downstairs. What is the problem? Clothes are gone. She's been touched and she just got kicked out of her grandmother's house because they weren't believe what she was saying. So, what does that have to do with this? That's what we were just telling Miss. It's just too much depression and all that. She just got kicked out. Like literally just How old is she? I think she like what 18. She like 1920. Do you know her name? I don't know. Yeah, he might know. Santorius and T O R I A. And she's in your class. Yeah. If she You know, I don't want to get in no trouble, man. I just couldn't. Well, that's uh it's it's beyond my mouth. So, it's very unfortunate that she was having problems at home, but it doesn't give Santo permission to bring all that drama to school. What's ironic here is that Santo thought that her behavior was everyone else's fault, but she created this mess all on her own. Miss Smith, listen to me. Nobody ma'am. Miss Smith, I was touched on. So, I feel a certain way about certain things that you might not think of because you don't know me. Okay. So, because you don't because you don't know me, you make judgment based on how you feel. You're entitled to feel how you want to feel, but don't make me feel less of a person because you feel some type of way. That's how mom made me feel. So, you triggered me, but I try to still explain, but because of the whole class want to make it about them instead of trying to look at it in a different because of the generational curse. Would you like to continue being in this class? Y'all make it about y'all instead of what it really is because of how you feel. Don't make somebody feel less of a person just because of you have a different Can you get your things, please? But Miss Smith, can you get your things? The officer recognized that Santori was deliberately trying to ignore him. She was focused on getting the professor to understand her feelings, but at that moment they simply weren't relevant. If she wasn't going to leave campus on her own valition, the officer would have no other option but to remove her from the property forcefully. You need to leave the building. See, you would understand me. But you're not giving me many options. But you feel that way. That's what you're entitled to. Don't put your hands on me. I'm going to put my hand on you. I'm telling you, you you can feel that way. But don't put your hands on me, sir. Cuz Huh? You feel that way? Because you feel there certain options. Because you feel a certain way, you're entitled to feel. Because do not touch me. I don't put my hand on you. Do not be careful. Do not put Yeah, cuz I I take it there with you like I don't because you don't know me. We can take it there. We can take it there because you put your hands on me. So I finish it. So I put my hands on you. If I put my hands on you because you have that badge on your chest, you feel like it's right. I'm asking. Shut up. I'm I'm leaving, sir. No, you're not. If you I'm leaving, sir. You've already touched me. But you put your hands on me first. Put your hands on me first. It's okay for you to put your hands on me. It's okay for you to put your hands on me, but it's disrespectful to put my hands on you. That's That's entirely I'm trying to I need you to sit down and calm down. Sir, I can't I'm going to just leave. You don't have to deal with me no more. I've already asked you that and you didn't want to do that. The professor and the suspect's friends tried to calm Santo down, but she was still amped up. Since she did put her hands on the officer, she already had charges she'd be arrested for. However, she still thought the officer would let her go. And I'm trying to not be disrespectful, but you sir, shut up. Don't talk to me. Bro, Mr. You are not in charge here. And you because you have a bad attach. You You more than No. No. You You're So you mean to tell me? Just No. No. It's not about you right now. No. I try to calm down. No. No. You made it about you. Stop. Just stop. Just stop. Just stop. Don't touch me. Hey, ma'am. Touch me if you want to. Touch me if you want to. Touch me if you want to. Stop. Touch me if you want to. You just put your hands on me, sir. Get down on the ground. Get down on the ground. Get down on the ground. I'm not going to ask you. Get down in one. I don't sir. Get down on the ground. Get down. Get down on the ground. Put your hands behind your back. It probably wasn't the smartest move to challenge an armed officer to a fight. The officer called for backup, but still managed to detain Santoria on his own. Now that she was on the ground, she wasn't so tough anymore. The professor and her friends knew better than to interfere, but still stood around to watch. That's good for sir. No, stay down. Heavy miss and die. Tanks are deployed. Uh, [Music] can I get up, please? Guys, I need you guys over there, please. Okay, let's get this out my hand because whatever this is in my hand, can you get out? Can I get up? You got me hand so I can't do nothing. Can I get up? No. Curio was charged with battery on an officer and disrupting a school function. Hopefully, she'll fix her personal problems and learn how to deal with their emotions without making it everyone else's problem. Couples fighting in public are the worst, especially when they make it everyone else's problem. On November 24th, 2024, officers responded to a bar where a couple was acting disorderly and fighting. Walk outside. Don't touch me. Walk outside. Don't touch me. Listen, we're not we're not touching you. Do not touch me. Will you come outside with me? [Applause] [Music] I don't want nothing. I don't want nothing. I got you. He can't put his hand on me. He do everything to me. I want to go. I don't want to go. I'm tired. I'm a busy. Do you know how tired I am? You want to sit down? No, I want I got videos of videos. That's all his on the floor. Go ahead. That's his Okay. We came here together. He beat my scratches all over me. We was fighting. Okay. What were you fighting about? Because I'm tired. Because he want send me that up. You sent me from Vegas, my father. Before fighting, the couple had been seen having multiple drinks and were clearly very intoxicated. She was understandably angry with her boyfriend for hitting on her and cheating on her. However, it's questionable that she was still partying while her father was on his deathbed. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, leave me alone. I hate this because he put me here. He put me I don't want to be here. I don't want to be here. Our brother is dying. Stop yelling. I don't want to be in the back of a car. I don't want to be here. Let me go. No, we're not. I don't want to go. That's not I don't want to be here. Let him go. That's not how this works. Go get him. Go get him. Go get him. Stop yelling. You're going to hit the car. I'm not doing it. You're not going to tell us what we're doing, right? Go get him. You want to go get the We're talking about conduct. Stop resisting. Stop. Put you down. Would you not continue? When did I do you stop? This girl had crazy entitlement issues if she thought she could order the cops around. Whether it was the alcohol or her own immaturity, her temper tantrum was equivalent to that of a spoiled child. They continued struggling as the woman continued resisting the officers. Minute by minute, she was racking up charges. Leave me alone. He's so weak. He threw all that off of me. [Applause] Get my shoes. Can you stop? It's right there. Please. So you don't give a right. You don't give a Hey, we we gave you a chance. We tried to let you talk and you started you started acting a fool, banging your head on the window. You started tired. Why are you Why are you causing a scene, banging your head on the window, causing a ruckus like that? We're not We're We're not We You did this. You're in the back because of what you did. Even in the back of the squad car, the suspect was still acting up. It's amazing how she couldn't admit fault even after she was arrested. After she begged for her phone and the officer refused to give it to her, they then tried to get identifying information from her. That's my phone. That's my phone. We have her ID. Uh, no. We We tried to get her ID. My phone is in the door. She doesn't have an ID on her. We were trying to get a social and that's when she started banging her head on the window. That's why me and Are you going to give us your your identification? I will give you all. Okay. Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. Can I get out? No. Why? Because what? What is your social? Get me out. No. I don't get how he and domestic violence like everybody else. What is your social security? Everybody else. He's He's not out. He's not He's under arrest right now, too. So, I don't want to What? What is your social? I need my father. My father in the hospital bed. So, she made the statement she wants to kill herself. I don't know if we want to get her checked out by the hospital. I Let's take her back to the station. We citing her for disorderly and him for He's got too. Okay. Since she was drunk, the cops figured the best move here would be to get her back to the station so she could sober up in a cell and furthermore get medical attention if necessary. As the officers took her out of the car to double lock her handcuffs, things escalated again. Good luck. I am Get off of me. Stop grabbing us. Get off me. If we can't double lock him, it doesn't matter to me. Put in the car. Get off of me. Only text. Go back in. You stop. Get in the car. I need to talk to one person. Get in the car. Get in the car. Get in the car. Yeah, cuz you're not just getting in the car. I need to talk to one person. Get off of me. Get off of me. Close the door. Close it. Get off of me. Get off me. The officers then took her to the station and she continued screaming the whole way there. As they arrived at the jail house, she threw another temper tantrum. They placed the woman in a holding cell where she could sober up and calm down. [Music] Please help. I know it's an interrogation room. It's an interrogation room. Where's the interrogation room? Where's the interrogation room? I don't have a shirt on. I don't have a shirt. Give me a shirt. I don't know. You think it's funny? You think it's funny? We'll give you a shirt. You think it's funny? [Applause] What's up? [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] I can't. Okay. Can we talk? You need to relax. The officer explained that she had to change her clothes and put on the ones that were provided. This officer seemed to be the only one she'd cooperate with, even though all the officers had been perfectly cordial. As he explained the process, the suspect threatened to start fighting again. But we're going to have to swap you out. We need to get got to get that hoodie off. We're going to put a shirt on. I will have the female officer do that. I'll stand out. We can't. We can't. Why? Why would you do that? [Music] Why are you Why are you doing the Are you doing that? I don't like that. Do you want me to get you out of here? Do you want me? Do you want me to get you out of here? She abused her. Oh, you guys are here to check her out. Yep. What do you want us to do? I don't hear that. Her head bleeding. Is she on her hairline? All right. All right. If If she goes away for a minute, can you just kind of relax and talk to me? Then you got to change her out. I'm not changing her out. They charged the woman with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Because the boyfriend was compliant with the officers, he wasn't charged. Hopefully, the woman's entitled tantrums were the result of too much alcohol and not just her personality. On September 25th, 2024, on her way home from her boyfriend's house, a young nurse struck a parked car. She was heavily intoxicated and driving under the influence. And when officers arrived, she completely lost her mind. Hey, how you doing? Good. Good. Any you guys see what happened or? Uh, so this is my car and I just heard I was upstairs in my room and I heard a I I was driving and I don't I don't have my glasses on right now and I'm really sorry. Okay, you don't have your glasses on. I don't have my I don't have my glasses on and I I I can see pretty well but I can't see great at night and that's when I I typically wear my glasses and I was just coming from my boyfriend's place. Okay. who lives off of and um he's actually coming in here right now because I just I just got off the phone with him and and and then I just was driving and I I I was I was looking looking for my for for my jewel, my vape and my bag and I just wasn't paying attention and then I just was kind of driving on this side of the road but you can sometimes drive on both sides of the road right this way and and and then I was a little bit more over to the side than I wanted to be and and I just wasn't looking ahead and You weren't You weren't in the car. Nobody was in the car right? No, nobody. It was parked. I was I was there. I didn't even know. You live right here somewhere? I live right there. The woman seemed apologetic and panicked, which since the adrenaline was still flowing, seemed like a normal response. The officer went on with the accident report as normal, beginning with identifying all parties involved. He'd noticed something was a little off with the suspect. So, he asked the woman a few questions. Do you have your driver's license insurance with you? I do. I do. I'm sorry. My bad. So, you're coming from your boyfriend's house? Yes. He He lives off. Oh my god. Well, what kind of stuff are you guys doing tonight? Nothing. He's He got off work. He He We went to a dispensary together. We got We left the dispensary. We drove right back to his place. I had to stop at my Thai to get my food that my parents ordered for me as a How much did you guys have to drink tonight? I Nothing. No. No alcohol that you drink tonight? No, I I mean I I had like a a drink or two earlier on, but I did not drink I did not like drinking drink. At what point At what point did you have a drink? Like 5:30. What did you uh What kind of drink are we talking about? wine. Okay. Cuz I was having dinner and eating dinner. I ate fish. And what kind of wine was it? White wine. Red wine. White. And I had a glass of red. So on a scale of 1 to 10, one being completely sober and 10 being the drunkest you've ever felt. How do you feel right now? I mean, I I feel I feel okay. I don't I don't Where do Where do you feel on that scale on one to 10? I don't even know what that means. That's like when someone that's like when I ask someone how they feel. Scale of 10 scale. like what the does that even mean? The officer wanted to get a rough idea of how intoxicated Elellanar was, but she seemed to have a hard time understanding the scale. As the officer tried to coersse the drunk woman to cooperate with him, her behavior became increasingly unhinged. Are you not stressed out in your job ever? I I guess does the town of Weeden stress you out? Do you watch people every day? Okay, Elanor, I'm just asking, do you feel like you're okay to drive today given what happened here today? With how upset I am? No repeating 1837. Because I watch people all the time. It doesn't matter. I'm not sure it matters. Of course it matters. No, it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter when you doesn't matter. No one cares. It seemed like Eleanor was going through a lot of stress due to her job as a nurse. She might have been using alcohol as a coping mechanism. And a quick look in the back seat revealed yet another bottle of wine. Soon thereafter, her boyfriend arrived on scene and the cops decided to do a field sobriety test. All right, Elanor, I'm going to put you through You can just come over here. You don't need to walk back over there. Are you okay? I'm going to walk to you then. Okay. All right, Elanor, I'm going to put you through a couple exercises. I want to make sure you're okay to drive. Okay. All right. Do you have any problems with your eyes? Yes. Okay. You wear glasses, you said my glasses. Okay. Do you wear contacts? No, I don't wear contacts. Okay. Only glasses. Okay. All right. Um, you see the tip of my finger here? Let me get a little closer to you. Okay. What I want you to do is follow t with my finger with your eyes and your eyes only and keeping your head still. Okay. Keep looking down at your feet while you're you okay? Yeah. Not to put the nerves on everyone else. Okay. We're just We're just walking here. So, no, I understand. But it's like it's I got you, I got them, I got everyone. Like um like I get it. Do you understand? Do you understand the exercise? It's like a night shifter. Sorry that I've seen 12 people last week. Maybe ever thought it maybe. Don't say it. Don't say it. All right, Elanor. So, while you're doing this exercise, what I want you to do is keep your eyes down on your feet, count your steps out loud, keep your arms down at your side, and make sure you're hitting heel to toe. Okay? Once you start out, I don't want you to stop. Okay? Ultimately, Eleanor ended up failing the field sobriety test as she couldn't walk in a straight line, say the alphabet correctly, or countdown properly. Therefore, the cops concluded she was more intoxicated than she previously admitted. So, Eleanor, be a little bit honest with me. I know you told me you had two You said you had one glass of wine, then you had another half. Um, how much did you really have to drink tonight? I had a glass like a glass and a half in my place and then I had like a glass in between that like you did you have that glass and a half just before you went to your boyfriend's probably right before my boyfriend's but like so glass and a half at your house glass and a half at your boyfriend. So you want you want me to blow? That's what you're saying. You want to just cut to the chase? I'm just trying to figure I'm just trying to figure out how much you've been honest with me. I feel like you've been a little bit honest, but I feel like there's a little bit more. And that's why we're I'm just trying to figure out if you're okay to drive. Okay. Okay. I have a job to do here. You have a job to do as a nurse. And we want to make sure Actually, I won't get to do my job as a nurse. Once you take me away, I won't get my job. What? Why do you think I'm going to take you away? Cuz you guys are already like What do you think? What do you think is going to happen? Like Okay. Like even if I'm okay, you think you wouldn't take me away? You guys would take me away? Do you feel like you're okay? Yes. But I'm saying you guys take people away no matter what. You want to know why? Because it's for your guys' money. It's for your guys' sake. It was clear the woman was getting increasingly agitated by the officers. Whether or not it was due to being intoxicated, the officers knew they had to wrap things up before she got too riled up. And as for the final test, she now had to do the breathalyzer. All right. This is going to be just like blowing up a balloon. Okay. Like, what the dude? This is going to be like blowing up a balloon. Just going to make a tight seal with your lips. Take a big breath in. Where is my boyfriend? Is he still here? I told him to go home since he lives right around the corner. Um Oh, fine. And I told him you can give him a call in a little bit once we're wrapped. Oh, really? I can give him a call in a little bit. That's not a problem, is it? Why is No, that's a major problem. Why didn't you Why didn't you ask me if that was okay? Cuz I was talking with you first and we're we're No, but that's not cool because now he's not here now. He He's the only person that knows my situation. He's the only person that can't actually help me out with anything because my entire family is in Mexico. Okay, Elanar, big breath in. Okay, I'm going to face this way. Okay. Big breath in. And then you're just going to form a tight seal around this and blow steadily. Okay. And go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go. It's got to be consistent. Okay. So, like this. Okay. I'm going to give you the best possible shot. Okay. All right. Big breath in. Well, what did what did you just like What's going on? It's just restarting. That's That's all saying blow. All right. Yep. So, big breath in. I just If you want to lock me up, lock me up. The cops grew tired of Ellaner's attitude. She was worried, of course, that as a result of the arrest, they might take her nursing license away, but regardless, she still talked herself into getting arrested anyway. The officer offered her one last chance with the breathalyzer, but she refused it, and that sealed her fate. I take it this is going to be a no then. Well, if I do something wrong, then you guys are going to me up the nursing license away from me. Elanor, Elanor, this is an if someone took your license away from you because of something stupid that happened to you. They're on us. Okay. Honor, do you have anything sharp on you that's going to stick me? Poke me? No weapons on you? No, I have no weapons on me. I have no I'm a nurse. Get My phone is in my purse. Yeah, you've got in the car, so we'll grab it for you. All right. Can you see in there? Okay. Let me get a flashlight for you. Okay. It might be a little bit easier if you walk out walk in with your left leg. Okay. Sorry. Sorry. All right. Thanks. Elanor, have you been arrested before for DUI? No, I have. Okay. You've been arrested for anything before? Okay. I'm going to close the door on you. Okay. Stay with her. Oh, you know what? They arrested Eleanor for driving under the influence. She'll hopefully come to her senses and realized that nursing may not be the best career choice for her if she continues to need alcohol to cope with the pressure of her job. On January 13th, 2023, the cops had arrived at the scene of an accident when the girlfriend of one of the people involved arrived on scene. Apparently, when the accident occurred, it was her boyfriend who had been driving her car. Upon seeing the damage, she got very distressed and started screaming. [Applause] You need to get up. Get up. Watching you. Stop over here, please. Get off of me. Get off of me. Get off of me. Get off of me. Stop touching me. Tell the Get off of me right now. Let me go. Let me get up. She's got meal issues. Can you let me Go. You piece of Are you done? No. I'm not sitting in car. If you touch me again, I'll sue you. No, you won't. Yes, I will. For a battery on the ground. Yes, he did. No, he didn't. Yes, he did. I'm your mom. Did you not just see that? Watching you here. My car is broken. My car is You know what? It's a car. You're about to get arrested. I'm not getting another one. Their cars aren't fine. The one that's broken. They're calling a car for you. I don't give a You need to respect the police. Our family are police officers. All dirty, nasty, corrupt pigs. All of them are. All of them are. Social media. All of them are. All of them are. All of them are. When they get here, they are not touching for what? I'm sitting here like this. Who am I to touch the road? Cuz he put me here. He put me right here. Yes, he did. Put it on camera. Play that camera back. Sophia's mother seemed embarrassed by her behavior, but she was still trying to be sympathetic. The officer here was trying to move the girl from the side of the road as she could have been hit by oncoming traffic. Soon enough, the officer grew tired of the girl screaming. Sit down. Mom, now we're done. Now we're done. Okay, we're done. Okay, we're done. I didn't do anything to you. Do not move. Do you understand me? Do not move. What are you doing? Do not move. What are you doing? Nobody was touching you. I don't think so, ma'am. Did anything to you? Why did you do this? Not trying to face me. Why did you do this? Cuz the way you're acting. Why did you do this? I wasn't touching nobody. I wasn't doing anything. So why do you do this? What do I do? make this way. This is just going to make me more mad. Why would you do this? That's unfortunate. Why would you do this? Why would you act the way you acted? Why would you? Because my car is crashed. And it's a car. And it's my car. And it's a car. You just look at you. No, you can't look at me. Say Sophia's screaming seemed very manipulative and insulting towards the officer. And while she was the one who was causing a scene here, she definitely had a victim mindset. As she continued to yell for help, it became obvious that nobody was going to save her. Mom, he's hurting me. I'm not hurting you. He's hurting me. Are you done? He's hurting me. He's hurting me. That's enough. No, he's hurting me. That's enough. Help. Help. He's hurting me. You need to stop. You need to stop. Do you understand me? He asked you to go sit in the car. He asked you to sit in the car and you wouldn't do it. I know. You know, now you're being arrested. No, I'm not. You probably are. No, I'm not. You did not do what he asked you to do. Was simply sit in the car. I shouldn't have brought you here. I didn't know where to get to. Look at my car. Did you get my shoes in my purse? Who cares about your car? You're getting arrested. I don't give a your car. You're out of control. You did exactly what I told you not to do. You didn't do what he asked you to do. I was mad about my car. Am I getting arrested? Yes. For what? Shout out to this mother for putting her daughter in her place. It was obviously time for Sophia to learn that actions have consequences and causing a scene in public was not acceptable. As the officers prepared to arrest the young woman, she seemed incapable of understanding that she was clearly in the wrong. Luke. Luke. Hold on. Can I talk to him? Just one second. What am I being arrested? Not yet. Now, hold on. Stay. Stay right here up against the wall for Luke. Luke, come here. Please. No. You need to stand up. You're going to hurt yourself legs. I can't feel my legs. I can't feel my legs. You need to stand up. I can't feel my legs, man. Come on. I can't feel my legs. Other side. I can't feel calm down. Tipper in the car to go home. One step at a time. I can't feel my legs. I need to back off right now. I need you to stand up. Have a seat in the car. Have a seat in the car. Have a seat in the car. Face me, sir. Yes, you can. You need to stand up. You have a seat in the car. Get in the car. Now, listen to that. Of course, Sophia still didn't learn her lesson. She was completely being a drama queen, and the method she was using to protest her arrest was to make the cops jobs as difficult as possible. However, the cops were set on taking her to jail, and one way or another, she'd end up there. Sophia, you need to stand up. Let's go. Come on. You did this to yourself. Let's go. Pull her that way a little bit. Okay. Stop. Stop it. You're making a fool of yourself. Lean forward. Stand up. Ow. Ow. My heart is popped. Ow. It popped. No, it didn't. Now come on. Did it popped? No, it didn't. Now stand up. Stand up. You can stand up. I can't. I'm so scared. Stand up. Kick one of us. This be it. I'm so scared. [Music] Get in the car now. She wasn't even involved. She's the owner of the white car that was total. Her boyfriend was driving. She came here, comes out of the car, screaming, hollering, and I'm like, "Well, this is great." Goes over, does her thing, comes over and just wouldn't stop, yelling, screaming, do all this crazy stuff, get back in the car. And it was Once the arresting officer recounted the incident to a supervisor, Sophia's mother came over to apologize to the officers. It was obvious she was a good mother as she didn't deny her daughter's terrible behavior. She also provided more context about why Sophia may have been so upset. Sorry about what's going on here. No, I mean, it's my fault. shouldn't have brought her in. I knew she was equally my fault because I knew she was I knew this was she was really upset when we turned 18, you know, the summer. So, she was extremely upset because we don't have coverage on our cars. It's damage. She's already We told her how it's your car. That's it. We can't get you another car. You cover other people by yourself. Right. Right. That kind of is. But, but because she's younger, you know, cover and that car is that's already paid for. the car we bought at street nevertheless. So, she was upset about it because, you know, she's thinking she didn't have a car. She's got a new job. How are they going to get back to Gainesville? They were fighting before he left today, which is probably partly why, you know, I know the road was wet, but it doesn't help when you're not driving when you shouldn't drive emotionally. After giving a statement to the officers, Sophia's mom tried once more to calm her daughter down in the back of the cruiser. Getting arrested is stressful for sure, but there's no excuse for her to still be screaming about it. Listen to me because you're not listening to anyone. This is why you are where you are. Listen, the best thing you can do for yourself when you get to jail, do not fight with anyone. Nobody's going to touch you. No, they're not. So, people are going to touch me. She can't. She needs to go to home. She's hot. She has no Do not make it worse on yourself. You fight people when you get there. You're going to have more charges. Okay. Can you please? I'm so scared. Why can't I just go? Don't be scared. You're going Why can't I just go? Because you you made it. Yes, you did. Ma'am, sorry. She She would talk to you right now. Come don't go away. Sophia was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. On May 16th, 2023, police were dispatched to a residence for a domestic dispute. When they arrived on scene, the officers spoke to the suspect's mother and she showed the cops the damage the suspect caused. Hello. Good afternoon, ma'am. I'm officer with Police Department. Yeah, we made contact with her right there on Solano and shoot. Okay. She just blew everything. She broke everything. So, what happened today, man? She just she was taking a shower and I could hear her. She got out of the shower. She was in a toilet. I could hear her going and I was like I came out and I was like, "What's wrong with you?" She's not leaving the alone. And she started going crazy, right? And she started crying. So I left and I was just like down. So I left and I came back 10 minutes later and that's when I heard her throwing everything around. I came I was like, "What are you doing?" And she walks around my room. The suspect having a mental breakdown after simply having a shower implies there must have been something else going on in the suspect's personal life. The cops weren't sure if she was under the influence or if she had mental issues, but her destructive behavior was a huge red flag. Hello. Good afternoon, ma'am. Ma'am, no, it's okay. You're not in trouble. I just want to talk to you, ma'am. Is that okay? I just want to make sure everything's all right. We can talk under the shade, ma'am. It's okay. You're not in trouble whatsoever. You can put your bags down, ma'am. Hey, ma'am. You don't have any weapons on you? Okay. No, you're okay. You can leave it on. So, I'm officer Pagan with the Los Cuses Police Department. Um, reason I'm here is I guess you just had a little argument over there at your house. Is everything okay? Not really. So, what happened? I think she just walked in and she got mad at me. Who walked in? My mom. That's it. That's all. Oh, okay. So, it's just you and your mom. Yeah. My grandpa's not there. He's at work. And we got to go work with him right now. Well, not work with him, but I was going to go talk to him, but I don't know. But I'm okay. I'm fine. I know. I know. We just want to make sure. So, what was the argument about with your mom? I think, sir, nothing there's nothing wrong. I'm okay. Her paranoid behavior, plus the fact that she was walking around with her clothes half off, made the officer very wary of the suspect. Back at the residence, the suspect's mother was really struggling, trying to make sense of her house being wrecked. You know, my dad, I can't get a hold of him cuz it's not calling him and he's going to have to come home from work and see this cuz I have to go to work, you know. I understand, ma'am. And she he needs to we want to ban her from here. home here anymore. Okay. So, she's just quiet and crazy. Okay. And how long has she been living here, man? Uh, she doesn't live here. She lives with her boyfriend. Oh, okay. So, she was just staying at your house for like a little Yeah. No, she she just came. My dad will let her come here sometimes to shower or to eat and that's it. You don't let her stay here. Miss, are you okay? Yes, I'm okay, sir. Please, I'm okay. I just don't want to be there with her. I understand. When was the last time she did live here, though? Um, it's been a long time. It's been probably like five or 6 years. Would you like her trespass from the property? Okay. So, the only thing with that The only thing with that, M, if she's trespassed from the property, you guys cannot allow her back for any reason and violate that trespassing because then she can get arrested. Yeah. Good. We need to do that because it's getting bad. She's broken the windows before to get in. All she does is steal from us and rip us off and it's awful. a nightmare we have to deal with cuz she's bad in the and she doesn't want to stop. We've tried helping her. She won't sanitize the office. She has a warrant. Thanks to the woman's mother, the pieces are now starting to fall into place. The suspect was probably hesitant to speak about things because she didn't want to reveal the warrant or anything about her substance abuse. However, the damage was done and her mother was not going to protect her anymore. Just calm down for me. We're just we're just trying to figure out what's going on. Okay. Relax. He just left. She didn't kick you out. Yes. What are you guys arguing about? Nasty. I don't know. We're just fighting. That's it. You just want to be there or what? No. Back at the residence, the officer did a complete walkthrough to collect evidence and photos. The damage was intense and would certainly take days to clean up. The cops continued to try and get more information out of the suspect, but she was getting more and more unhinged. Okay. Correct. Okay. So, since she doesn't live here and she's not a household member, would you like to pursue charges for the criminal damage to property? Yes. Okay. Let me just gather your information. She does this all the time. She thinks it's okay cuz her boyfriend allows her to be that way. Oh, you didn't tell her. You just left. You didn't tell her anything? No. What? Oh no. What's going on? You relax. Relax. Just chill out for a second. You all right? Take a deep breath. The woman continued behaving erratically and seemed unable to control her breathing or her crying. The cops concluded she was under the influence of something, but at the moment there was nothing they could do about it. She grew increasingly irritated by the presence of the officers. What are you guys staring at? I was just trying to make sure you're okay. I'm okay. And my foot be free to go. Why do you keep crying then? Because why did you guys stop me for? You guys were supposed to go to the house. Why do you guys stop me first? She called you guys to go doctor. So, what else happened, Ariel? Nothing else happened. Okay. How long have you been living there for? They're They're talking along right now. All right. [Applause] [Music] [Music] Stop staring at me, please. [Applause] Ariel, did you take anything?
