and unprofessional employees when employees have extreme meltdowns at work sometimes things get so out of hand that the police need to be called so I'll wait for another officer to come the one thing about it I've been working here and I haven't got paid for three weeks three weeks I'm about to lose everything I have on the 10th of June 2022 the Daytona Beach Shores Police Department received a rather concerning 911 call a woman claimed that her employer had not paid her for a total of 3 weeks and an officer was dispatched she did leave out some important information though okay that lady she called where you call I didn't call okay she might call she need to fill out the application right W2 I9 all the pap books I gave it to her she didn't fill out anything and we been bugging her bring you stuff I had to put her in the payroll so she today's a Payday I cannot pay her without this so she need to understand um she didn't bring it this and she's threatening us I need to pay right now I need to pay I said okay you fill it out I had to pay you next week because you didn't bring up all the stuff okay so this is why she called you because she can't get pay so she's not going to able to pay get you have another copy of everything that she needs I gave it to her I a second time today okay the officer went straight to the HR department and the real situation quickly came to light the company here wasn't in the wrong but the woman who called the cops was not going to take that news well so apparently you have some documents that need to be filled out before you get pain you have not fed out listen to me listen to me no you listen to me you listen to me no okay I'll just call the labor board and they can come I'll call another officer and they can come up here they hired me they hired me without doing the documents I've never worked anywhere anywhere that's going do anyc hey can you have your he bud can you bring the manager out here can you bring the manager out here keep it up and you'll be in handcuffs uh no I won't oh yes you will you want to bet because I didn't because of your mou okay I would love to take every one of you mother I'm going to tell you one more time you start yelling and useing profanity I'll just I'll call this is everybody that I going go to jail the woman's entitled attitude towards the officer revealed exactly how entitled she was instead of just submitting her documents she made a huge fool of herself and completely blew her chances of staying employed with the company I another officer you been trespass property um to the ma'am W you have been trespassed leave the property or you will go to jail okay yes and he's not helping me at all we out for 13 seconds my name is Helena I need to grab my stuff from inside so I will go do that the complaint is calling back requesting a Second Officer you can disregard that call do not send another officer for the call The Audacity Of The Woman to call 911 again to request another officer was pretty unbelievable thankfully the officer put a quick stop to it but he was definitely going to have his hands more than full with this woman who was growing increasingly I rate no I need to go get my stuff out of there where is so it's on my floor with my cart okay well you can wait here I will go grab it no I don't trust them grabbing my because they already robbed me out of 3 weeks all right so I'll wait for another officer to come because the one thing about it I've been working here and I haven't got paid for three weeks three weeks I'm about to lose everything I have when they get here they say I I don't need a channel just that Second Officer we'll be fine she clearly didn't understand the concept of being trespassed and This Woman's Antics proved that not continuing her employment was the best decision the company could have made unfortunately getting her off the property was turning into a massive headache weeks of okay you need to leave I have since no I'm waiting on the other officers I am waiting on the other officer ma'am no I haven't got paid for 3 weeks to pay no get off of me get off pleas tell me no turn turn turn over the woman's lowly character really came to light when the officer attempted to place her in handcuffs even though she was born she needed to leave the property she still acted like a victim and screamed at the top of her lungs while being held on the ground [Applause] why this problem I you're under arrest stop fighting I'm going to take all you mother the court [ __ ] what the is your problem rest man I swear get all you jail watch this oh you're going to jail going to take you stop grabbing me thankfully the backup officers arrived just in time and it wasn't shocking at all that they didn't magically choose her side as she had expected she got fired trespassed and arrested all in one day and she chose this route instead of just filling in the paperwork to get paid this fing hell because they didn't pay me I'm getting arrested cuz they didn't pay me well you're going to jail I can tell you that yeah I'm going to take all you watch that throw my bag in the trunk hey happy Friday and that way you'll have more room I can't imagine why they didn't want to keep you around because they didn't pay me yeah I didn't do sh I'm their best worker while they're running this illegal operation could go down sure they could have paid me under table like they're doing the rest of these illegal all right spread your feet spread your feet Park no it's just water it won't hurt you no I'm not stucking there come on step all the way up in true care and fashion this woman was sassy and belligerent right up till the end but thankfully with all this teamwork they searched the woman and sent her off to jail without too much trouble the disgruntled employee was charged with felony battery on a law enforcement officer criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct at a public establishment she pled no contest to a lesser charge of resisting without violence and in turn receiv received 12 months of probation a medical hair restoration office in Georgia had a recurring problem with two female employees Alicia and Janetta who constantly got in each other's hair no pun intended on the 6th of January 2022 things reached a boiling point so much that the Sandy Springs Police Department had to dispatch officers to the scene they first talked to one of the women Alicia that's what try and get here what what happened I was I I was a position to do it's called ring so what I do is I go around and I check everybody grabs and make sure I get all the paperwork I get all the pictures and everything from day one she's always had a problem with me being in the room to make sure she has a final count none of the stuff that belongs to her she always snatched my paper she always yelling running back to another coworker saying she don't want me in the room because her numbers are not correct so from that point on she always had a problem with come in this room please you want to tell the story how you doing yeah okay yeah she's always she's always had a problem since day one with me doing my job so she didn't room okay yeah so she didn't want me in the room so she snatched the paper so I said where's my paper she said I threw it in a trash she snatched it out of your hands Oru she in the room so when I went back in the room to look for the paper she said um I see I from the sound of things this just sounded like a petty cat fight but this behavior is completely unacceptable in the workplace where professionalism is expected at all times so all last week I stayed away from the room so this morning I asked them because everybody's working today I'm supposed to do what I got to do and so I asked the girl I said um do you want me to go in jetta's room and she said yeah needs your help first candy needs your help and then go in her room so all I did was go in there and set up the room she had a problem she stormed out ran over here and told her I don't want her in my room I don't want her in room because it's about business like the graphs are the graphs if you don't have your number you don't have your number you're not going to sit there and lie about it and I was put in charge of that so she has a problem and she's always had a problem with me but you know what she got in my face the first time and then I told her I said a separate incident from today yes a week ago okay and then today I was told to go in there and I did she don't want me in there that's the whole thing that's how it all started so she catches her attitude and says you're always like that you're me like she'll say whatever she got to say for me not to do my job okay as the officer was trying to get to the bottom of things Alicia explained everything in more detail it was mostly just normal office drama but at some point a line was crossed and things got very heated and physical between the pair and she swung on me and tried to slang me around the bed so I bit her I bit her cuz she had yeah she had her hand cuz I said she's not about you're not about to bite me I said I said you're not about to punch me in my face this was I was thinking in my head I said you're not going to punch so I bit her I bit her right here to make sure she didn't punch me on my face cuz she already had scratched me at this Point's attacking you she H me do you want looked at medically do you want an ambulance to look at you no it's up to you I I just want I mean but this is this is an ongoing situation and you can even ask Briana cuz this has been an ongoing situation slapping someone out of frustration is one thing but biting someone is something else entirely the fact that Alicia admitted to biting her coworker was incredibly worrisome as these two worked in a medical clinic not a zoo that's fine man I just need one of you all right thanks we're on the third floor okay one in the face and there was on the good news for the officer was that the entire cat fight was G on camera and now he could watch the surveillance footage to see just what led up to this violent altercation apparently there's a backstory she yeah there's more to this she the other lady did the same last week There's an AR issue with this girl there's an argument Alicia steps up and does this in the face and then Janetta grabs the throat the thing is this this lady she doesn't want her in her role but she has to come in here to get yeah but still getting up in her face what was she supposed to do she just supposed to sit there and get in her face like that well she has to be in she asked somebody before she went in the officers were intently watching the footage to determine the finer details of the standoff as it appears to have been an ongoing issue the management of the clinic really should have stepped in by now and given both these women warnings [Music] okay so I see what you're saying J better approach us or Alicia approach us first then gra looks like they made contact like chest and she is backing up and still advancing yeah she approaches she takes a step back and she keeps advancing right at that point of someone's getting Clos to me because I'm afraid I'm going to think that they're about to strike me I would yeah but then I would charge both of that point because this one when the doc tried to separate them the other young lady is still trying to strike so this is mutual combo after a bit of back and forth the officers came to a joint decision on who the primary aggressor was and now it came time to question the other female employee Janetta so are you okay I as much as I can okay I just want doent your can can you tell me your side of it she came the first time and's the first paper down and so this morning this morning the first time this morning got it I didn't say anything to her I walked out of her room and let her know she's in my room she's not supposed to be in my room she said oh I forgot um text her on my phone which I did I text her on her phone and said that um she said said what you want me to tell her she said just tell her that um to go to help Axana trim her grabs and you can go in like the other room except for Janetta she said except jetta's room then she comes in my room again the second time and she says don't touch my I read a text message BNA saying don't touch pull out the Chuck and I was the patient so I threw it away she said where's my stuff I said I throw it away because you touch the Chuck she said this is wrong you're not supposed to touch closer and closer closer to me she like that in my head her story was very similar and it seemed that she had every right to defend herself against Alicia who allegedly put a finger in her face in a very aggressive manner undeniably it started looking more and more like these two would not be able to maintain a professional relationship at all both you engaged in what we consider mutual combat okay now uh where we we what really came into play here is when you stepped up into after I watched the video you stepped up into her face and we're doing this and it it looks like and she says you put a finger on her whether you did or not you know she there was kind of a considerable distance but at one point you stepped up into her and whether you touched her or not the fight was pretty much on at that point okay so both of you were charged the same we consider this mutual combat I just kept it in the city I didn't put it in the county courts just to give you a Sandy Springs charge okay so what that means is everything's going to be handled as a misdemeanor through the Sandy Springs Court okay and its disorderly conduct is what you were charged with so I gave you a court date unfortunately there was not much else the officers could do but schedule a court date and charge both women hopefully their workplace started taking serious steps to ensure a rerun of this episode does not occur finding valuable employees is a challenge and ensuring your teams made up of only the best often requires letting go of some bad apples unfortunately sometimes they don't take it too well on January 19th 2024 Palm Beach County police officers responded to an incident at the local Culver where a recently fired employee refused to leave yeah I'm okay what's going on huh what's going on I don't know what they got going on really honestly they just fired me and I cussed they out and I'm just sitting here waiting for my Uber that's what yeah that's what they called for you have a ID on your so no I did not no nothing tell them kiss they got a copy of it tell them go get hey how you going on good good to see you so we just need to I can give you the file information yeah we had a uh for employee you attitude you want to trespass or not yeah the manager of the store doesn't want you to ever come back okay I don't give a no just in Dunwoody Georgia police officers responded to a call from a local Marriott Hotel on the 27th of August 2022 the manager met them outside and described an incident that happened with a highly intoxicated ex-employee how doing hey good how about yourself excellent my name is Mike Officer doin nice to meet you so what's going on uh I had a server working this morning Francis and uh she quit and walked out walked out okay without finishing her job or whatever okay and then she came back uh about a half an hour later and just came into the restaurant started yelling at me okay and she's was refusing to leave okay and y'all have asked her to leave yeah okay and y'all would like your CT criminally trespass I mean if that's what it is yeah yeah so that what that stays is if she does that put on the property again she would be arrested yeah okay yeah and she's down at the bottom of the step here did she push you she did in the lobby you want to do anything with that or now I'm not it's not that deep for me I just you know returning to your workplace after you quit is pretty strange and this woman even shoved her manager thankfully the manager was pretty calm about the situation certainly didn't care about how indecently she was acting much less about the fact that she was doing this publicly you have to leave the property I cannot leave the property until I get somebody to with disorderly conduct while under the influence our next encounter with an unruly employee happened at a local McDonald's in Savannah an when an extremely intoxicated employee showed up to work on the 6th of January 2024 this guy refused to leave the property leading to one of the funniest arrests ever hey you guys up bro come on lock me up man I'm just asking you a question bud you got somebody come and pick you up or ain't nobody com man you don't care you just want me to get the out your face you're not even in my face with money and I got all the money you need to lock me up I'm
