December 31st 2022 a YouTuber was approached by officers who asserted that he matched the description of someone with a warrant although he confirms he is not the person they are seeking the officers persist in requesting his identification escalating into a confrontation watch how the confrontation ES escalates what's going on my friends hey what's going on hey how you doing tonight I'm all right consent and a warrant which violates a citizen's Fourth Amendment rights for those who don't know the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution defends the rights of citizens against unreasonable searches and seizures by law enforcement observe how the situation is about to worsen so am I the person you looking for you're not the person you're looking for so put my [ __ ] back in my pockets and get theu on out my face the [ __ ] I will be soon okay that's fine yeah I know it is fine all you to do is identify yourself that's I don't have to I haven't committed any [ __ ] crime if we want my partner's got your wallet here's your wallet sir the YouTuber firmly demanded the officers return his belongings asserting that he was not the person they sought he warned them of legal action citing a violation of his constitutional rights additionally he criticized the police for wasting time by fishing for wrongdoing where none existed the YouTuber was eventually free to leave and no further incident took place however it is unclear whether the YouTuber wants to pursue any sort of legal action against the officers if you think this was the only corrupt cop who messed with the in West Baltimore officer Newberg detained a suspect forcing him to sit on a wet sidewalk while conducting a warrant check a pedestrian passing by calmly criticized officer Newberg pointing out that making someone sit on the wet ground was wrong instead of respecting the pedestrian's First Amendment right to free speech officer Newberg displayed alarming cruelty in his response not Robert you're car this is Officer Taurus from the sanduski police department on July 31st 2022 officer Torres responded to a call from sanduski Ohio about Tyson Conway a man suspected of driving while intoxicated with children present on swings what Mr Conway says next is truly surprising what's up how are you pretty far I'm officer Taurus and Police Department we're getting a call about um concerns about you possibly being intoxicated with some children on the swings they just wanted a check done of you oh no it's okay I hav been had a couple shot but okay how much have you had to drink just just a couple throughout a series of field sobriety tests he becomes increasingly frustrated and questions the necessity of the tests eventually he agrees to take a ride home he was released despite being drunk is on the camera up there I did not say anything that lady doesn't like me from a long time ago and I have also have a video of that and she just pulled up and said to stay away from me or something and that's not you know me and her daughter really have issue and she wants to be in her daughter's business so there's nothing that I done toward her daughter I did was name so that's I'm just being honest with you me and her daughter at school is this something that her mother her mom don't like me she told me she had called the police but she had no reason to really call the police she told me trying to call her what's me and my uh mother of my child honestly we are not look the real thing I have clothes in my car right now officer you know what I'm saying I told her her mother you know individual twice for the same offense it is unknown if the court validated this arrest or took any action if you think this was the last of corrupt cops messing with the wrong person then you haven't light it up and then it takes off through the intersection this is an officer from the Phoenix Police Department on June 19th 2024 an officer pulled over a vehicle after observing erratic behavior in traffic the vehicle was seen moving through construction zones and into oncoming Lanes posing a danger to nearby Vehicles watch the cop's reaction when he observes the driver of the car 3 for no can you show me out at 7th AV Osborne I got a a unmanned vehicle that was kind of taken off from me um it's a whmo car hi I couldn't help but come over just had of morbid curiosity yeah I thought maybe there's a passenger or something no like uh you know the construction here yeah it was uh Eastbound in the westbound Lanes oh which is real bad yeah and then so I light it up and then it takes off
