Do not resist. Put your hands behind YOUR BACK. >> OKAY, FINE. SURE. SURE. I WILL >> PUT YOUR HANDS ON YOU. OKAY, FINE. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND your back. >> So, look, I'm going to pass you out. Make sure you ain't got no uh narcotics or nothing. >> You ain't got nothing in your bag or your pockets, huh? >> Come on, dude. >> I can smell it coming from you and you just lied to me. >> Sit down. Sit down. >> Hey, take off. Some people are so dumb that it's hard to believe they can function in everyday life. But when the cops catch up with them, their real stupidity is truly exposed. Lucky for us, it all gets caught on camera when the dumbest criminals do the stupidest things. >> Get out. >> GET OUT. >> OKAY. OKAY. OH, GET ON YOUR FACE. >> GET ON YOUR FACE. >> On the 7th of August, 2024 in Columbus, Ohio, the cops responded to a domestic violence call after a witness reported a very disturbing scene. They watched a man named Devon repeatedly hit a woman, scream at her, and chase her down when she tried to get away. >> Hey 193. He just ran. Uh, he's running northbound. He's running westbound. Male, black, white shirt. Stop. Southbound in the alley. Headed northwestbound in the alley. He'd been abusing the woman right in the middle of the street for everyone to see. But as soon as the officers got there, he panicked and took off running. But the cop here was hot on his trail, and he saw Devon go into a stranger's backyard. >> Back here. Back here. Get out of the trash can now. >> He's in this trash can. Get out. >> GET OUT. >> OKAY. >> OKAY. >> GET ON YOUR FACE. >> GET ON YOUR FACE. >> YES, SIR. >> YES, SIR. >> Why you t me? >> BECAUSE YOU WOULDN'T COME OUT. >> I'M NOT GIVING YOU A CHANCE. >> Why you do that? >> Why you do that? >> Not hard. >> I'm done. I'm I'm a cooperator. >> I'm not doing I'm a cropper. OKAY. >> GOD DAMN. I WAS COMING. >> Go ahead. We're good. >> Yeah, it's male. I see a blonde. >> I passed her and she went. >> Yeah. You headed southbound and he p he kind of punched her. >> Who punched her? >> And then as soon as I jumped out, he >> I did not punch my girlfriend. >> I watched you punch her, dude. >> NO, YOU DIDN'T ASK HER. SHE DIDN'T TELL YOU I didn't punch her. >> He was denying that he'd hit his girlfriend, which was pointless because the officer had witnessed it. One of the bystanders had called 911 and all of it happened right in the open. Yeah, I really can't let him like there he is. >> I really didn't punch him though. >> You did? >> I promise. Ask >> you punch her. >> I Oh my god. I did punch her. >> Ah, hold on. You put your knees, >> sir. I watched you punch her. >> Oh, >> yeah. Don't roll on your stomach. >> Please. >> Here. Your other pocket. >> Hey, there's a bong right here. >> There's what? >> A wee. A bong. A wee bong right here. >> Run. >> Huh? Why did you run? >> Okay. Can you come around this way so I can roll on? >> Oh, no. Please don't put your spikes. >> You're not. >> That's why we put you over here. >> That's it. >> How's this thing come out, Jack? How did you guys do that? >> Because you stood there. I had a weapon on you. >> I didn't want you to shoot. >> I'm not going to shoot you with the taser. >> You should have just stopped and talked. >> I know, but I'll scare. Okay. >> I don't understand that. >> Big smile on me. Even though >> you run because of a bone or you >> I swear to God I'm cooperating. I promise. >> Stand right here. Okay. >> It wasn't that bad, was it? >> No. >> I think I actually missed one of the prongs. You only got one. >> Did you miss one? >> He had a pocket full of cracked cocaine. a serious offense that can carry years in jail. As if that wasn't enough, they also found a bong hidden down his pants leg. But by that point, it would have been the least of his worries. Assaulting his girlfriend was enough to justify his trip to jail. >> But why is with me so bad? >> Well, I had him. I was only about 30 ft from me. I was >> ghosted on me. I'm like, "Oh, he's got to be around here." >> I was watching when I saw him. I was watching for you cuz I didn't want to hit you. >> I didn't know where you were coming. And then I passed you and I was like, "Where'd he go?" [ __ ] get old. >> Devin, how do you spell your last? I mean your first name. >> Streets of >> what? >> Columbus. >> I can't hear you. >> Streets of Columbus. Okay. >> Me. He didn't give me a chance. It's not fair. >> He said get out, pal. >> What the top button? >> Think so. >> Oh, please don't hit the taste. But I don't give a what you do. Okay. >> You already got it out. >> There you go. >> What's up, buddy? out here. >> Not to jail, though. [laughter] >> I think that's where you're going, buddy. You >> want to sit up? >> You want to sit up? >> What? Just on your box. >> No, I say I'll say why am I going to go to jail? >> Hold on. Put your foot back up here. I'll fix your shoe. >> Thank you. >> That that thing worked. [laughter] >> Just one pro, too. >> Only got one. >> He cheated. He said, "Get out, pound." He didn't give me a 10. No, you didn't. I heard. >> Hey, I need Oh, I need >> In this trash can. >> In this trash can. >> I watch the lid pop. I'm like, he's in the trash can. >> That's awesome. >> I open it. >> That's not about like >> No, I would have scared out of me. >> As far as the cops went, they couldn't help laughing at the man's over-the-top reaction, but there was nothing funny about why they were there. They caught the man assaulting a woman and then he tried to run, lie about it, and make excuses. >> So, you think you have a war, man? >> It might be for misdemeanor. Yeah. >> Traffic or something? >> No, it's misdemeanor probation, man. >> Okay. We also have some crack. >> So, I know. >> Oh my god. You going to really charge me with that? >> I didn't say yes or no. >> I know you did. >> I just said that we had some. >> Where you got crack at? >> Is this your bank? >> No, that is I don't. I'm going tell you what it is. All right. I tell you what it is. I don't know what is though. I ain't touch that [ __ ] That's my girlfriend. She's not from here. >> And she think she can go out here. She think she can go out here. >> No, don't do that. People you up. >> So, we got a call about you hitting her. That's why we showed up. No, we was arguing. >> We don't just show up and >> we was arguing. Yes. >> In the end, they arrested the man and he was taken to jail on domestic abuse charges as well as charges for drug possession. He even tried to blame his girlfriend, saying the crack co was hers. On the 1st of March 2024, the cops were called out to an airport due to a disruptive passenger named Bryce. What made the entire situation so ridiculous was how many chances they gave the man to walk away freely. But sadly for Bryce, he just couldn't see that the cops were trying to help him. >> No, I need I need to get I need to [clears throat] go back to New England and live where I live. >> Can I can I talk to this guy real quick? What's your name, man? >> I haven't done nothing to you. I haven't done nothing to you. I'm literally just trying to board my plane and go to sleep because I'm about to fly almost 2,000. Did you notice my not just tell me to get out of your face? >> I don't give a I don't give a damn about her. >> I don't I I have a whole No, come over here. >> Come over here and talk to talk to my partner. >> I don't even know her. >> All right. What's your name, man? >> No. Stop. >> What's your name? She >> she she's not going to want to talk to you, man. That's why we got called out. >> Okay. Yes, sir. >> Take a step back. Take a step back. Take a step back for me. And what's your name, sir? >> I'm I'm Bryce. Smith. If I was going to her up, I don't give a damn about her. >> I really don't. >> Okay. So, >> I just want to get I don't even know her name from Sam and Sam. I don't care. >> You don't have any weapons or anything like that on you, do you? >> No, I don't. >> Go ahead and turn around. Let me rescue real quick. Make sure you don't have any weapons. is technically. >> Despite his constant protest, the cop carried out the search, but he didn't find any weapons or alcohol. He was clearly furious and based on the man's behavior, he seemed to be drunk. >> Oh, no. No. So, he denied it. He has denied you a flight today. >> Yeah, I didn't. I don't care. >> Well, here's the deal. Um, you said you're flying to Maine. What part of Maine are you flying to? >> I live I live in Oldtown. I live in northern Maine. >> Are y'all Are y'all refunding this ticket? You never paid for He never paid for that ticket. >> Oh, he never he never had a ticket. He was getting ready. >> He start He started off with this young lady back here. Um he was upset with her because he kept telling me that he had to fight for today. So he gives her her phone his phone. She pulls up the reservation. Reservation is for 28th. >> So as she's telling him that, he's like, "No, you're going to put me on today." So she calls me and says, "Hey, I think I got a red light." So she comes over and then when I walk over there, then he goes, "I'm not a red light. I'm not intoxicated. Why would you sing? So, >> oh, you know what that was? >> I'm like, yeah. I'm like, how you know? I'm like, how do you know what a red light is? >> Damn. We didn't even know what a red light was. We're like, what is what? >> So, that's what kind of was like, okay. So, [laughter] so you know what you are then, right? That's what I thought to myself. >> As things turned out, he really did have a flight booked, but it was for February 28th. Somehow, he'd shown up 2 days late, and he genuinely couldn't understand why they wouldn't let him board. Strangely, he knew the airport's code for intoxicated passengers. So, most likely, it wasn't his first time being drunk in an airport. >> When I said to him, "Well, you know, now you're going to have to buy a whole new ticket cuz you're 2 days late. It's not a flat tire rule anymore." And so, then he was like, "Well, my company will have to pay for it. How much is it?" And I said, "I don't know." So, I went online and pulled it up and then he started going at her again. She said, "Okay, at this point, you're disrespecting my employees. You can take your phone and you can buy it online. Have a great day. He walked on the side of my counter and started saying, [music] "You going to make me hurt you. Hurt you." So I'm like, >> "Oh, hell no. I ain't deal with this crap." >> So I said, "Sir, I'm going to call the police. I'm asking you to please walk away from my counter at this time. I'm refusing service to you. Please walk away." He continued to keep going. So I picked up the phone and I called >> and then he continued with his little ring. Gotcha. And then he started coming around the counter again and I said, "Sir, I asked you three times to stay on that side. I want you to know that I'm not scared, but I need you to stay on that side." >> You know, making threats of physical violence towards other people is a crime, right? And you can go to jail for that. >> I understand. >> They're not wanting to press charges right now, >> but you've actually committed a crime that you could go to jail for. >> No. No. What I'm saying is, >> you know, you need to listen. >> No, no. Like I I understand. I'm listening to what you're saying, you know, but the the fact of I made >> I left everybody you I don't know their names >> but they had said not bother I don't bother either. >> He appeared to be disoriented and a little confused. They managed to get his mother's contact details from his phone and called her up. She agreed to come and pick him up and everyone made it clear that he would not be flying that day. It was the perfect chance for Bryce to just leave the place quietly. >> You're not going to fly with any airline today the way you are right now. Guarantee you that. That's based on my experience. You're not. >> You've threatened people and you've had too much to drink. My recommendation truly is to try to catch a flight tomorrow. Have no drinks. Come back sober tomorrow and try it all again. And then you're going to get home. But I guarantee you the way you've acted today, no airline's gonna let you fly. >> That's just the reality. >> What's your name? >> Pat Nelson right here. >> So I can't address you. >> Okay. So let's go downstairs and bring your stuff downstairs. >> I'll grab it back. >> And once she picks you up, you guys go back to her house with me. I'm over here. Once she picks you up. >> Once she picks you up, you guys going to find other flights. Okay. We're going to get you. She'll get you booked another flight over there. Thought it would get you all of you. >> I hate all of you. >> You hate all of us. >> I mean, I love all of y'all, but I hate all of you. >> Well, sorry. Sorry you feel that way, but we're just trying to help you out, man. >> All right, that's it for you. >> All right. Well, I appreciate it. Let's make our way downstairs and I'll grab your bag for you and we'll get you taken care of. Your mom here, all that good stuff. And you'll get on a flight a different day. Just not today. And that might be for the best. It sounds like you've gone through a lot, right? >> You ruin my life. What costless? I'm sorry. >> What caused this? >> Well, if you want to be completely honest, what caused this? Is you drinking? >> I was drinking. >> Who Who said I was drinking? >> No one had to tell us you were drinking. I can tell you were drinking. >> What? >> What? What do you mean by that? >> I'm I'm not going to debate your level of intoxication. >> If you want me to debate it with you to debate it on the back of my police car for now, I'll cut you a break. No, I just I just want to talk. >> I'm not going to You know that you're drunk. >> I don't have to explain to you. I'm sure they have. You're stumbling around. Your words are slurred. >> Can't see. That's not And I'm not trying to talk down to you. I'm trying to help you. Actually, grab onto the rail so you don't fall. Lose your balance. >> The cops here had spent the entire encounter trying to help Rice out, but he just couldn't seem to see it. After talking to his mother, the cops found out that he'd recently lost his dog and it might have been a contributor to the man's emotional state. The cops continued to treat him respectfully, but for some reason, he wasn't giving them the same respect. >> You want to sit in a chair over here or do you want to sit outside? Choices are yours. Stop treating me like I'm criminal. >> If you talk to me like that again, I will take your to jail. Listen to what I'm telling you. >> Take me into jail. I don't care. I don't care either. >> Put your hands out your pocket. Take your hands out pocket. We gave you plenty of chances, dude. >> You're waiting for waiting for my I know, but you we were asking you to listen. Okay. >> No, no, no, no, no, no. Now you're going to jail. >> Okay. Making you upset. >> Take a deep breath. Take a deep breath. >> I don't know why making me upset. All I wanted to do was just stand here. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. I didn't use file language to you at all. Did I? No. >> I spoke to your mother. I found a way for you to go home safe. I understand that you lost your dog. Okay? I sympathize with you on that. We're trying to cut you a break. The last thing I need from you is to use file language towards me when I'm trying to help you out. You listen. Look at Look at me. >> Do you understand what I'm telling you right now? >> Yes, sir. >> Then why would you do that to me? >> That's not personal at all. >> I don't care if it's personal or not. >> I just You're responsible for everything you say and do. >> Yes. Yes, sir. I don't understand. I'm I'm just taking some consequences for I just >> I don't know how to feel. You're >> ruining my life. >> Let me explain to you where I'm taking. >> You're ruining my life. >> Instead of taking Bryce straight to jail, the officer offered to take him to a drunk tank where he could safely sober up before his mother collected him. For minor public intoxication cases, it's an option that's often given, and it let certain suspects avoid criminal charges. >> Don't Don't let a resistant charge. still had a resistive charge. >> Please don't. >> What is he saying? Just walk to the front of the car. Walk to the front of the police. That's it. Trying to be nothing but nice to you. >> What? What? What? What exactly are you saying? >> I was going to call your mother at the sobering center, give her the address, and have her pick you up from there. >> That's what I was going to do for you. >> Okay. >> Can you just calm down? >> Okay. >> That's what I want you to do. It's not jail. >> Your mom's Your mom's going to pick you up at a different location. She's going to drive you to her house. They're going to she's going to schedule you another flight. You can come back and fly out. >> No criminal charges. >> No criminal charges. That's what I'm doing for you right now. >> Watch your back. >> No. Please loosen me. >> No. They get loosened this side. >> They're cutting into my >> They're not cutting into your wrist. >> Yes. The >> No, I'm not I'm not take I'm not loosening them. Let's go. >> What? Stop. I My >> Let's go. >> You're going to have my >> Give me my backpack. >> No, you don't get your backpack. It gets turned into property. >> Property. as property that way. No, >> you're used to making demands. You can't make demands anymore. You're not in charge. >> Bryce [snorts] was given so many opportunities, but he was just too dumb to grab them. At the end of things, because he refused to cooperate and gave the cops so much attitude, instead of going to the drunk tank, he was taken straight to jail and was charged with public intoxication. On June 23rd, 2025, the cops were called out to a Target store after a woman was caught trying to shoplift. The store employees had detained her in a staff room and were keeping her there till the cops arrived. And what should have been a simple case turned into something way more chaotic. >> Wait, can I call my dad? >> Uh, we can have your sister do that and you can call when you get to the jail. Okay. >> Stop. Don't make it. Don't catch another charge. Don't catch another charge. That's not high. >> Don't Don't catch another charge. >> I didn't do anything. >> Are those? >> No, she bought me those. >> I want to go to jail. >> More. >> Yeah, this is all bag. That's mine. You got anything in the other pocket? It'll be so much easier if you say >> No, I don't. No, you don't. >> Wait. We're going to check. All right. You want to check that pocket? >> I'm sorry. I don't want to go to jail. >> Oh, you should have thought about that. Even your sister was telling me outside that she was telling you how much of a bad idea this was and we should probably just put stuff back and leave. And you still did it. So, >> she'd been shopping with her sister when allegedly she tried to walk out without paying for several of her items. When the officer searched her, they found her pocket stuffed with multiple pairs of earrings still sealed in the original packaging. >> Thank you. >> She's outside. >> Where'd she go? >> She's around here somewhere. I told her hang tight. I know she left already. I don't know. I told her bag was coming. >> Please, I don't want >> Stop. Don't catch another charge. >> Hold on. >> Stop. Stop. >> No. They said that they told you. Hey, don't take off. >> Stop now. >> Come on, boy. >> Put your hands behind your back right now. I'm not playing. >> Stop. >> You're not going to be there long. Just stop. Her sister was waiting nearby, but unlike her, she didn't appear to have been shoplifting. She told the cops she even warned her sister to put the items back before the employees called on. It seemed like at least one of them did have some common sense. >> Stop. Don't even help. I'm going to jail. They tell him that I got arrested. No, >> I don't know why. >> I'm panicking. >> Take a deep breath. Stand up. >> You're not going to be there long. So, take a chill. Grab your shoes. >> I'm going to call your hand though. As soon as I turn >> Yes. until get my shoes until put your hand pants so it's not put that way. >> You have to spend like not a day or not. >> I I don't know. I would say you should be able to talk to a judge soon. But don't quote me. I don't work at the jail. >> Well, go find somewhere to charge you and then and then tell him that. Do you know what jail I'm going to? >> Yeah. count. >> County. >> All right. I'll call you as soon as Call me as soon as you get home. Okay. >> I will. >> And I I tried to tell them it was my dad cuz they kept getting >> Doesn't matter. She was in possession of it. She was going to punch stuff inside of it. >> Taking my shoes. >> So, if I do this again, I'm I'm going to the big house this time. mean next time. >> Do what? I'm sorry. I can't hear you. >> I said next time this happens, I'm going to jail for real. >> Yeah. I mean, you're going to jail for real right now. You're going to jail. I mean, but you're not going to be there forever. But if you keep doing this, you keep up on that street, then yeah, you're going to end up in the big house. So maybe let's take uh sister's advice and not keep doing this, right? >> As things turned out, it wasn't her first time stealing from the exact same target. They'd caught her before and after that incident, she'd been trespassed from the store. So, not only did she violate the trespass order, but she'd stolen from there again. >> Let this be a lesson to you that you continue doing this. Doesn't matter if it's here or anywhere else, you're going to start going to jail until until you get to the big the big house. Okay. >> Uh-huh. >> So, this is a lesson. And also >> now you're going to get a resisting charge on this now because you fought with us. I tried telling you multiple times with this lady's name. >> I tried telling you multiple times. Don't catch >> What does that mean? >> Resisting is a felony. >> Because you, >> huh? >> Because you fought with us. >> I didn't I wasn't trying to. >> Yes, you were. >> Anytime that you make our jobs harder and you try to pull away from us, that's you trying to resist us. I told you multiple times just to take it easy and come in here. Don't catch another charge, but you you didn't listen. >> So, I I have a felony on my background now. >> Well, not necessarily. You're being charged with one. Whether or not the judge grant or whether or not you get charged with it is a different or convicted of it is a different story. >> Can you hear me? >> Do what? So basically, cuz I'm only going to be in in jail for a little bit basically, and if I do this again, I'm not I'm not coming back out. >> So lesson, >> lesson learn. >> This is a lesson. >> Lesson learned. >> In the back of the squad car, she continued asking about what would happen if she shoplifted again. It was like she was already thinking about doing it again. >> Do y'all catch people like this all the time? >> Do what? Do y'all catch people like this all the time? >> Yeah, sometimes. >> But do y'all arrest them if they keep doing? >> Yeah, if they have prior Yes. >> What is that? >> They have priors if they're trespassing for prior prior uh cases for shoplifting. >> So if if I didn't have a prior, I wouldn't have let me go. >> Probably would have given you an NTA, but you were also trespassing at the same time. And then you kind of lied to me about your names. No, >> but I'm not I'm not charging you with that. Not I'm not charging you with that. >> So, what are you charging with? >> So, retail theft, trespassing, and resisting. She was taken to jail and she was charged with retail theft, trespassing, and resisting. As far as her charges went, all of them were misdemeanors, and she was expected to be out of jail within a day. On May 23rd, 2026 in Key West, Florida, an officer was parked outside a poolside bar and briefly he stepped away from his squad car. A drunken tourist decided to climb inside the man's vehicle and drive it down the pier. After hopping out, he didn't get very far with the officer chasing him. >> Get over here right now. >> Hey, get over here right now. Turn around. Turn around. >> Okay. Yes, sir. Okay. >> Do not resist me. >> I'm not. I'm not. >> Do not resist. Put your hands behind your back. >> OKAY, FINE. OKAY, SIR. SIR, I WILL PUT YOUR HANDS. >> WHO ARE YOU? OKAY, FINE. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> I WILL. WHO are you? >> Get the out the way. Move. >> What do you want from me, bro? Like, >> whatever you want. >> Hey, we're going to be by Key West. >> I don't want nothing. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Come on, man. >> Are you [ __ ] >> No, dude. Listen. Come on, dude. Listen. Well, why are you guys arresting me for it? You got in my patrol car like a dumb. >> Uh, yes. I parked it and I parked it. >> Now you're going to jail for felony. >> For real. >> I'm sorry, dude. >> Come on. >> Yes, sir. >> 841 custody. >> I don't give a You're [ __ ] >> I've been super nice to you. >> The officer escorted the man, John, to his patrol car, and he was probably in disbelief at how dumb the guy could be to hop into a cop car. It was one of the dumbest things a person could do. Not to mention he'd done it right in front of the officer. >> Yeah. Dante's, man. I'm not I'm sorry, guys. I'm sorry. I got Listen, I got nothing. All right. Please. >> All right. Come on. Please. >> What's your idea? I'm be honest. Like, please. Come on, man. You don't have to >> dude this whole entire time. Why the [ __ ] would you get my patrol car and drive off? >> All right, I'll be honest. Listen, I'm being an idiot. I was being That's it, dude. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry, guys. But like, relax, please, man. >> It was a It was a Listen, friend of mine's like, "Uh, that's your party." That's it, dude. I'm sorry. Listen, I'm being needed. I got a daughter, man, that'sing graduate eighth grade like next week. I'm sorry. Listen. Okay. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. We're going to do whatever you guys want to do. I'm really sorry. Come on, man. That's not who I am. Stop. >> I'm I'm going with you tonight, >> dude. Have a seat, buddy. Go in there. All right. Yeah. Can I just go on my pants at all, please? >> I can't. I got I got it. >> Thank you, man. Thank you. I'm sorry. I'm sorry, guys. If I said I'm really sorry, dude. I'm really I promise you. I'm sorry, dude. >> I I don't get in trouble. After the handcuffs came out, suddenly he got very apologetic. But it was way too late for that because the damage had been done. Idiotically, he not only got behind the wheel while drunk, but he'd gotten into a police car and it was a very serious offense. >> So bad, man. It just hurt my back, dude. >> What happened? >> It just hurt so bad, dude. Like, in [music] my back. Listen, guys. I'm not trying to start trouble. Like, and I understand. I'm sorry. [snorts] Like, I'm honest. Like, listen. >> I don't understand. We just we had a good conversation. >> I know, man. Listen, I'll be honest. Like, straight up [snorts] idiot, okay? Like, they don't support like you could arrest me. I'm okay with that. Okay. Like, I'm [music] sorry, dude. Like, like, please just loosen up and get car. >> All right. >> It's the only thing I asked for. >> Well, we'll get to that in a minute. All right. >> Sorry. So, [snorts] >> okay. So, explain to me what just happened. >> I don't even know. >> Okay. So, >> honestly, like to be honest, I'm being honest with you. I don't know. Being a idiot, that's what happened. Like, like I have a daughter, dude. I have a wife. >> I understand. What would possess you to get into a police officer's vehicle? >> To be honest, like I don't I can't even [snorts] tell you the truth. Like cuz I don't listen. I wish I could tell you truth because listen, >> you and I just had a great conversation at >> Listen List Listen. So I'm going to be honest with you guys. I don't like I wish I could tell you like what happened, man. Cuz I can't. So yes, I did do it. If anyone ever would say anything different, I didn't do it. But I did. Okay. So I got you. >> I I don't have a lawyer. I don't even Okay. Like it was my fault. point blank because listen, I have a son, I have a wife, I have a daughter, and like dude, it was um I don't know, man. I'm sorry, man. I wasn't trying to cause like trouble, dude. But I understand you got to do what you got to do like >> Yeah. >> And listen, I'm'll be honest. Like I'm sorry. >> But I'm I'm I'm being honest with you, too. What you did is a very big big >> I understand. That's why listen, it's a felony. >> There is no way. Listen, like I said, there is no way Fast Blood spot it. Like there's no [music] shoes in. I'm being honest. Like I don't give a lawyer, right? No, there's no lawyer. I admitted it, right? I made a [music] mistake. Um I don't know why I did what I did. I was drinking, right? I was drinking. I don't do what I I don't do that normally, right? I don't drink. >> Right off the bat, he was apologetic and admitted what he'd done. But if anything, it was another reason he should have known better because at his age, he had no business acting like that. >> There's no chance she let me go, man. >> All right. Hold on. Give me a second. >> Is there no chance you could? Is there what >> your daughter? >> Dude, I I didn't I didn't tell you to do this, bro. >> We had a fantastic conversation joking around and and then next thing you know, eighth grade like next week, man. >> Is this your car here? >> Yeah. >> She graduates next week. I'm so sorry, guys. Like, >> all right, I'm loosening him up for you. Just hang tight. >> I appreciate it. >> The officer then took his handcuffs off so he could do the field sobriety test, but it was clear to everyone already that he was drunk. >> About approximately what time you believe it is right now? I don't know 8 9 10:00. >> Okay. 10:00 9 8 9 10 11. >> Okay. What were what were your whereabouts there? What were you doing? Explain me your you know your day to uh pool party. >> Pool party. Where at? >> I don't know what it was called. Rick, maybe I don't know. >> Okay. So about what time did you get down here? >> We got there about 2:00. 2:00. >> So about 2:00 you got down here. I'm guessing you were you said over here? Yes, >> sir. Yes, sir. >> Okay. So you're at Dante's at the pool party. Are you just having anything to drink? >> A couple. >> Would you submit to the field soiety exercises to dispel my belief that you're under the influence of an alcoholic beverage or chemical or control substance to intent that your normal faculties if I should or not? Man, I don't know. No. No. I am. I can't. I can't. >> So is that is that yes or no? >> No, sir. >> Okay. All right. Could you turn around for me? >> You say no. I want you to know that it could be used against you in court. Yes, it will. Like we said already, he was obviously drunk and he even said the words, "If I was sober," when he was talking to the cop earlier to eliminate any doubt, he still had to do the field sobriety test as it was only fair to the man to be given a chance to prove otherwise. >> Listen, boss. Boss, guys, save. All right, I understand. >> Yes, sir. >> No, that's fine. >> So, if I did, >> all right, listen. Let's keep >> No, no, no. You're going to gentle. I'm going to be honest. >> All right. >> Yeah. to be honest. What do you want to talk? >> So my daughter like has graduation entry, right? Like later. >> When is your graduation? >> It's Friday, man. >> Where's it at? >> It's in Chicago. >> Okay. It's going to be up to the judge. You're going to have a bond. Probably have a bond. You got to see Sunday. You have to see the judge tomorrow morning. >> There's no like >> there's nothing we can do to get you out. >> What you did? I don't think you understand. I don't think you're grasping >> 100%. Like guys, like you see me, I'm crying, man. Like I'm about to cry, right? Right. >> I am not requesting that you submit to a lawful test of your breath for the purpose of determining it all content when you take the test. >> No sir. >> No. All right. If now read this part. If you refuse to take the test I have requested of you, your driving privilege will be suspended for a period of 1 year for a first time refusal. Additionally, if you refuse to take the test I have requested of you, you will be committing a misdemeanor of the second degree if this is your first refusal in addition to any other penalties which can be imposed by law. No sir. >> All right. Do you still refuse to take the test? Yes, sir. >> All right. They charged John with driving under the influence, burglary, grand theft of law enforcement equipment, reckless driving, refusing to submit to testing, and resisting arrest. On April 25th, 2025, the cops are called out to a house to help a woman move out following a breakup. And what began as something straightforward quickly spiraled into a much bigger problem with tensions running high and an angry ex determined to make things chaotic. >> Well, this one you're not. >> She doesn't have she's not supposed to have >> doesn't have a point card and that's another. >> So, >> everybody should have an unregistered gun, >> right? >> Well, yeah. >> Nobody should have a registered gun. >> I I completely agree with that. Yep. Right. >> But we just wanted to let you know. >> And the only way you shouldn't have one is because you're a felony and you're Yes. got a fountain, >> right? >> We don't >> at least do the right paperwork to do it, you know, even though no paperwork. [laughter] >> The paperwork's already there. It was written in 1797. >> Yeah. >> Or 1779. >> Like the paperwork we need. I'm >> not opposed to the three-day waiting. >> I am. >> And like background checks cuz things change. You could be a felon and it not be updated yet. So >> that that's very true >> for like I think background checks every time. >> But see, but here's the thing. It's like >> if you bought it and then you became a felon and you knew you're gonna become a felon, that's still a crime. So, we can go back and get it back from you. Yeah. >> And charge you with that. So, >> no, there needs to be no restrictions on. Well, I'm glad you guys got in there. Is she going to throw a fit? >> Um, well, she's not here. >> So, that was kind of a good thing. >> All right. >> But that's kind of why I gave you guys a call before, just so we could avoid the drama and unnecessary, >> right? >> According to the friends on scene, the homeowner there had a gun that wasn't registered. But as far as the officer went, he didn't see it as a problem. As a matter of fact, somewhat bizarrely, he said that everybody should own an unregistered gun. >> She can take the bit. I don't care. But she's not taking every single thing. I just I gave her money. You see upside up upside you gave her money to fix the window. You >> I'm not just talking. I'm on the police. She's on the lease. >> They're helping me move this stuff cuz I'm not >> Shut up. One at a time. >> Hold on. I'm not I'll point to you when you can talk. >> Do you live here? >> I might as always. >> Do you live here? >> Yes, I'm too >> You're a dental hygienist and you're a property manager. >> She's not. She don't have a job. >> Hey, you must be quiet. >> She don't have a job. >> Be quiet. >> So, who owns the couch? >> I paid for it. You paid for it. >> Oh, hold on. Don't talk to her. Talk to me. Do you own this couch? >> I helped her pay pay the bills. >> Wait a minute. Do you own this couch? >> I help her pay the bills. >> Yes or no? Do you own this couch? >> I help her pay the bills. >> Do you own this couch? >> I help her pay the bills. >> Take the couch. >> Thank you. No, she got to take How are y'all just going to let her take stuff out? >> Do you own this couch? >> I help pay for it. I pay for everything. She don't have a job. Excuse me. >> She don't have a Okay, couch. You're not >> Do you own this couch? >> You're not getting this. >> There's a chair in there. >> She owns the chair in the set. >> Listen to me. >> Do you own the couch? I said, "Take it. Take that. She's not. She's she's she's she's not getting nothing of it." >> Why not? >> She insisted that her ex Ivy had already collected everything that belonged to her. But if she was lying and had deliberately kept any of Ivy's property, it could amount to a theft. The cops also found out she'd sent abusive text messages to both Ivy and her mother. >> Does she have anything else in this? I don't >> She's not getting the chair. >> Okay. >> No. >> Is the chair on that? I thought I recognize you. >> Don't tear it up. Hey, >> move. Let me the chair out. >> Hold on. Let Let them get it out and not tear up. HEY, LISTEN TO ME. >> THE PEOPLE THAT'S NOT ON THE LEASE IS NOT ENTERING MY HOUSE. SHE CAN'T GET IT. BUT the people on the Okay, she her up. ANYBODY ELSE IS NOT >> YOU GO GET AN ID RIGHT NOW. Quit getting to your pockets. Go get your ID now. >> They're not They're not coming in my house. Only she can. She can. She can finally get herself, but >> you need to find a chair, put your in it, and chill for a second. You understand me? >> How so how frustrating that IS TO BE AT WORK and come and see someone just taking >> You guys broke up. >> GIVE ME MY $1,000 BACK. GIVE ME THAT WINDSHIELD BACK. I PAY FOR IT. THAT'S IN MY NAME. I have the windshield in my name. GIVE ME THAT BACK. GIVE ME THAT BACK THEN. I paid for it. >> I paid for it. Thank you, sir. >> I HAVE THE TRANSACTIONS THAT THAT knows I sent you the money. >> It wasn't clear what had caused the breakup, but obviously things had ended pretty badly. The cops were called over concerns about how she might react when she came home from work and found Ivy removing furniture from her house. >> No, get out. Get out. >> Get out. >> Hey, she set the couches and she set the TV about me and you. It's about you and her. Talk to me like I'm frustrated. I'm frustrated. >> I know you're frustrated. >> So, just give me some time alone. Calm down, please. >> Well, is there anything else? Listen to me. >> Hey, look at me. >> If there's anything else, listen to me. >> I'm answering YOUR QUESTION. THERE'S NOTHING ELSE. >> NO, you're not answering my question. If you find anything else of hers that belongs to her, call us. We'll come. >> She can take me to court just like And if you find anything else that's hers, call us and then we can make the exchange. >> Okay. >> Y'all just going to let all of them come inside my house and take my stuff? >> She's on the lease. >> All right. >> Property manager or not? >> All right. All right. >> Thank you. And good luck with your future. If you do have anything, if there's anything else in here, I told her to call us. >> Um, I am going to Burp May is coming up on the purse. I I want my key. >> Change the lock. >> I want my key back. So, how the you get in my house? >> How the did you get in my house then? >> Give her the key. >> Just give me key. >> No, it's on the It's on the counter. Go look on the counter. >> Counter. >> Why are you still talking to me? Shut the up. >> Hey, >> you need to chill before you leave the people that's not on the list to leave. >> Can you give her money to get the tattoo off the side of her neck? >> The Ivy tattoo off the side of her neck. Yeah, she got my name fat as hell. Hunter under that ass. >> It's okay. Like, bro, you really want to me I >> You really want to get a restraining order. >> You're a user. You're a user. >> I bought this. I bought it. I bought it. I bought it. >> I bought it, man. >> Clap your hands. >> I bought it, bro. I bought it. The officer then asked Ivy if she wanted to press charges due to the criminal damage to her car, and her family encouraged her to do so. In the end, she was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal damage to property and resisting the police. On the 19th of October 2025, the cops are called out to a store after reportedly the staff there suspected shoplifting. The security officers who were watching on surveillance cameras noticed a woman hiding items as she walked around the store. As she entered the selfch checkout, they watched the woman as she scan the wrong barcodes. >> Up to you, bro. If she does it, if you want to just deter or if you want to freak, it's I'll I'll leave that up to you, bro. I'm good with either. But if you want her, then we can do that and go that route, too. But >> I'll look her up. If she's in our system, then yeah, I'll assume if she's not, then I'll just >> get the back and trespass her system. Yeah. >> Cool. Yeah, she's definitely not going to pay for that. >> Like she's holding a baby, bro. >> She was [snorts] trying to scoot in to try to hide it on both sides. >> What's falling out? >> Does she still have some stuff in her hand? >> Like two things. >> Yeah. >> It's easy, bro. Too easy. Yeah, she's taking off though. >> See? >> Yeah, >> for sure. She concealed. >> Yep. >> So, if anything, dude, she takes too long. We just freaking bring her back here. >> Yeah, she already >> she already concealed the product. So, >> what about her girl? She's not She's not doing anything right now. She's with her. >> The suspect had been shopping with a friend, but as far as the friend went, she didn't seem to be involved. However, they were still considering trespassing her from the store. The cops also had a hunch that the girl who'd been stealing had been banned from the store months earlier. >> I see what she did. >> Cuz there's a bodysuit in there that's more expensive and she skin the two black ones for it. >> Holy damn. A She's slinging >> for sure. You pulled a big old w of cash out. For sure. >> Yeah, she's slinging. >> Like, how you going to steal if you got that kind of money, dude? >> That's so wild, dude. >> Um I don't see all. That's crazy. >> As the cops in security watched the woman, she was doing a classic skip scan and was failing to scan several of the items and was only scanning the cheaper ones. >> Hey, you guys need to hold up real quick. >> You need to hold up for a second. You need to verify your receipt. And you, young lady, need to come have a seat in the office. >> Yes. >> I'm not yelling at you. I'm telling you, we can sit here and play games all day, but we watch you on camera putting all kinds of stuff. Empty out all your stuff you got. So, look, I'm going to be real with you. >> Hold on. Hold on. Okay. Right now, I'm not going to play any games. You hold on. Hold on. Just let me talk for a second, but if we're going to play games, I got I got all the time in the world. So, whatever you have in and your bag and put it all right here. >> And this is my I really [music] did bring this. Okay. No weapons in your bag. >> Okay. Well, I don't want you pulling out something silly. That's why I'm asking. Okay. All those alcohol bottles. >> Yes. >> Get them from here. >> So, if they check cameras, you're not going to have any alcohol bottles taken from you? [music] >> No. Can I check them, please? >> Okay. >> You don't even like that. >> When the officer first approached them, they appeared to be almost amused, like it was some kind of joke. But it wasn't some kind of game or some harmless misunderstanding. They were being investigated for theft. goes. I didn't make it. I didn't. It doesn't matter if you have time or not. Look, I could put you in handcuffs right now and just take you to jail for shoplift. You want to play these little games? >> It's not ridiculous. What's your date of birth? >> Sir, it's right there. >> No, I need you to answer these questions cuz again, you want this night to go a little bit better, then you need to start telling me the truth. >> What do you mean it's right there? >> I'm asking you. [music] >> I don't feel like answering. >> So, you just want to go to You just want to go to jail then? Is that what you want to do? Cuz that's what we're about to do. I'm I'm not going to sit here and play these little games with you all night. I asked you a question and you can answer it and cooperate. It doesn't matter. I asked you a question [music] cuz I don't think that's you. Okay? And I'm asking you to verify the information that you provided me saying that's you. I'd like you to verify that. If you can't do that, I know you're lying. It's simp. It's I've been doing this for a while. >> The cop quickly got suspicious that the ID she provided might not be legitimate. She was even making things more sketchy as she refused to confirm basic details like her name and date of birth. If the ID was genuine, there would have been no reason at all to be dismissive. >> Go ahead and stand up for me real quick. >> Do you want your keys back? >> Yes. >> Go ahead and stand Stand up for me. >> Stand up. No. Stand up. I'm not stand up. >> We're not going to stop. Stop being difficult. Stop being difficult. >> No, because I don't have a warrant. >> Yes, you do. >> I know. >> You will go to the ground if you don't cooperate. >> You're not even You just said it wasn't me and you're taking it a joke. I am not >> Give me your hand. Give me your hand now. >> Okay, fine. Fine. Stop. [screaming] You're hurting me. Can you hear my >> Give me your other hand now. >> Wait, sir. You're out of sight. >> Turn over on your stomach now. [screaming] >> That's not me. That's not me. >> She told the officers that she'd lost her hours at work and had been struggling financially. After finally telling the cops what her name was, they looked her up in the database and found she had a warrant for her arrest for violating a court order. Well, that pretty much confirmed it. She was headed to jail. >> Steve, I'm sorry. Can you pull my hair down here, sir? Please, like, it's coming off the table. Please get my >> No. Not let her get her purse yet. >> Please, sir. St. Get my purse. Can you please get her my purse? >> Give us a No. >> Hey, stop. >> Yeah. Can you give her my purse, please, sir? I'm sorry. Please, sir. >> Do you have anything else on you? >> Oh, yeah. This way. Oh, >> I got to have a seat. >> Steph, get my purse. >> Well, I'll get it in a second. Have a seat. Have a seat in the car. >> Listen, you guys ain't listening to me. That'sed up. Can you go run my name? >> Have a seat. >> Please, sir. >> Have a seat. >> Please don't. Please >> have a seat in the car. >> Can you go run my name? >> I already did. >> That's not me. You even said my name is Destiny. Please >> have a seat in the car. >> Please. >> Have a seat in the car. >> Have a seat in the car. >> Pass that. You're going to jail regardless. It doesn't matter. So have a seat and you we'll run a different name you want to give us. But you're going to jail regardless. So you can give us a different name that we can run. You're still going to jail for resisting arrest and for your identity if that's the case. >> So either way, you're not going home. You're going to jail. >> So have a seat. Have a seat. >> Well, you should have thought about that before you act stupid back there. >> I know. I'm sorry. >> Have a seat. >> Everybody makes mistakes, man. had a bad knee. >> Eventually, she got into the back of the squad car. After the cops got a hunch she'd given a false identity and then discovering she had an active warrant, the suspected shoplifting case became something much more serious. They charged the woman with resisting arrest. On the 26th of March, 2024, the cops were called out to a neighborhood after a FedEx driver crashed into the side of a house. The family, who were all inside at the time, were luckily unharmed, but they quickly called 911 and cops and firefighters rushed to the scene. >> Hey, anybody hurt? >> Anybody got hit? No. Okay. >> Hey, how's it going, my man? >> What's up, my man? >> You all right? >> Yeah, I'm all right, but I couldn't patrol the truck. The truck lost control. >> Okay. >> You might come and take a seat right here for me. >> I really [music] >> All right. You're not hurt or nothing, huh? >> No. No. I'm all right. When I jump when I ran, go see if you can find video camera. >> I got to see what the hell happened cuz you you don't just lose control like that. >> No, he's that's his right. You see his eyes? >> Yeah. >> Hey, >> who speaks good English? >> Um, we all speak English. >> Okay, good. Okay. Uh, so who's the house >> driver? >> The driver of the FedEx, Michael, told the officers he'd already called his boss who was on his way to the scene. From his reaction, you'd think he just clipped a mailbox, but the reality was he smashed straight in the side of someone's house. Hey, so you want me just They want the uh the battery killed or something. So you want me to hold up right here? But they >> they can back this up if they want to back it up. Yeah, you get the keys and back it up. Okay, >> go ahead. >> Hey, you have cameras? >> I do. >> Can you pull them up? >> So he's the owner of the house? >> Yeah, the owner of the house. >> Pull that up. Pull that up. >> Hey, come see. >> Hey. Uh, you can get you can get other people back inside if you want. Getting the AC, the kids. >> Yeah. Well, I got them under the truck. >> Okay. >> Um, you don't have to mess with them, >> but I got them right here. Okay. >> Okay, that's fine. Can you pull them up for me so we can uh >> we can see where can we get to see the damage from the garage right here? I got it. See if you can pull that up for me. >> We can uh walk in there. I'm going to take some pictures. >> Based on the damage from the impact, it was clear he'd hit the building at high speed, and it gave the cops a hunch that he might have been under the influence. >> They told you not to smoke a cigarette. >> Oh, they tell me, you know, Tyler cigarettes right now. Tell me what Tell me what happened. >> All right. So when I hit the turn, when I hit the turn, like some with this truck, the accelerator, it accelerated quick and the um the steering it had turned to the side. >> Put that out for me. >> You mind if I put it in? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> So as I turn as I turned over there, the accelerator had hit. It hit. It hit. >> Okay. And I and I and I ain't say I had my foot on the accelerator, but it hit. So when it hit, it was like on some as if you ever had a carburetor car a carburetor car to where like the carburetor messed up and when you All right, cool. So all right. So on the old school term, when you hit the accelerator and something happened, it kept going. It kept going. So I couldn't stop it. So all I know is it swung me out the chip. It swung me out the chip. So, I was on the floor and and as I'm on the floor, I'm trying to like just put my foot on the brakes as I'm on the floor. >> But before I could even put my foot on the brakes, I was in the house. >> Okay. So, you came around the corner about how fast? >> Um, >> it's going a little quick. >> Like 20 m like 20 m 10. >> Accelerator got broke. Instead of going straight, you it just made you come this way. >> Yeah. So, as I'm um turning like I normally do cuz I always deliver around here, you know, the accelerator had just like all I know is I felt the speed just increasing. >> Okay. >> So, as it creasing, you know, it swung me out to chip cuz then like once I got like right here, I was already on the ground. Like I was already on ground. >> You rolled out. >> Yeah. Yeah. He tried to insist that the truck had accelerated on its own and when he turned around the corner, he was thrown to the floor on the passenger side. So, he couldn't stop the vehicle from crashing. It was a far-fetched story. And as far as the cops went, it immediately raised red flags. >> So, once I got right here, only thing I did was jumped out the truck. I jumped on their truck, jumped right there, rung their doorbell, knocked on the door. She came, the woman with the blue pants, she came outside. I told Michael, I work with FedEx and this is what it is right here. >> So, another question. You had anything to drink today? No. >> At all? >> No. >> Nothing? >> No. >> At all? Not even a sip? >> No. >> Have you had any type of narcotics? >> No, I don't drink. I don't drink and I don't smoke. >> Okay. Do you have >> I smoke these though? >> Huh? That's fine. You have any narcotics on you? >> No. >> But you can send to a search so we can just make sure that you're okay. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. Like all your personal belongings and stuff. That way just make sure you just to clear you honestly >> cuz it's kind of odd. You know what I mean? >> Looking at it. So look, I'm going just patch down. Make sure you ain't got no uh narcotics or nothing. >> You ain't got nothing in your bag or your pockets, huh? I'm I'm grabbing. I'm grabbing. >> Come on, dude. Yeah, >> I can smell it coming from you and you you just lied to me, >> right? >> Yeah. >> How many? >> First off, let me reach to the right. >> Yeah, come on. >> Michael had lied straight to the officer's face. He even went so far as to say that he hadn't been drinking despite the fact there was an empty liquor bottle sitting in the man's pocket. The officers asked the man to do some field sobriety test, but by that point, the outcome was obvious. >> Okay, something's off. How many of the needs you had today? >> One. >> Just Just this one. >> No, no, but honestly, I am. >> This is your chance to be honest with you. >> Be honest with us. To >> be honest with you, go smooth, >> man. You already had an encounter. You already know how you But that right there, honestly, that was already in my truck >> from previous encounter. From previous encounter. >> You know what I'm saying? >> Look, your eyes are glossy. >> Yeah. >> Your speech is not all there right now. You kind of you're not like you were last time. >> I'm from Newark. I'm from Newark. >> We already spoke with you last time. You weren't talking like this. My initial >> Oh, you're the one I holl at. >> Yeah. Look, my initial when I first got here, dude, I knew something [music] was up. >> So, he the one I talked to the last time. >> You ain't got no more though. >> No. No. Push it up. >> Just sit tight. Follow your eyes on Move your head. Okay. >> Okay. You ready? >> I'm ready when you ready. All righty. We're going to move to the next test, my man. Sit tight with him for a second. Let me go find a straight line. >> Michael's boss arrived and the officer [music] explained what had happened. And by the look on his face, he was clearly disappointed by Michael's reckless behavior. Still though, the cops were trying to find out if the man's drunkenness led to the crash. >> Man, I hate to tell you this, but he's drunk. He's drunk. I'm I'm doing the test right now, but I just did the first test. He's impaired. Okay, next step is The next test is going to be to walk and turn. Okay, look, I tried to find something away from people, but I can't right now. This is all I can get. So, I need you to stand on that line in the middle and face me. That line right there. >> You talking about this line right here. >> The line in the road right there. The the little gravel thing right here. Right here. Step right there. Face me. When I tell you to, you're going to lift the foot of your choice approximately 6 in off the ground. Okay. When doing so, you're going to keep it parallel to the ground while looking at the tip of your foot and counting out loud. >> 1 1 2 We're busy. When I tell you to stop, you're going to stop. Okay. >> What if I uh stumble and all that stuff? You're >> not supposed to. >> What if [music] I stumble and all that stuff? >> Just continue. You ready to begin? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You may begin. >> 1 2 1 100 1 3 1 10 1 1 17 1 You're impaired. >> You are. >> How? >> Your nestagmas was so bad. I I I was surprised. Like you have you know what nestagmas is? >> No. >> Okay. So that means you don't have wrestling. >> So you >> I'm telling you is you're drunk. >> Mr. For a commercial vehicle you only need to be a 05. >> I don't put it right there. So Mr. Hill, why you right here? >> I ain't knowing nothing. I ain't knowing nothing. But Mr. Li, while I'm right here, you telling me everything I just did, >> I up. >> Yeah. >> How? >> Cuz you did. >> I got enough clues. >> All I need is that first one over there. And that's that's what 83% chance you're intoxicated. >> You have to buy it. I don't think that. >> All right. Put your hands on your back. >> All right. >> I'm going to take it off. We're going to take it off. Let me take it off, bro. Look, we're going to bring you to the police department and blow in the machine. All right. >> You're not doing it. >> Okay. Say less. >> The cops had also searched the man's bag and found a small bag of Tramodol, a prescription pain medication used to treat moderate to severe pain. When he was asked about it, he said he took them for back pain, [music] and he admitted to taking two earlier that day. >> He said the mach the the vehicle got stuck and just went. You ever heard of that? >> No. That's what I'm saying. >> Oh, okay. All right, I'm good. >> I got two and a red one. >> Sure. In the end, they arrested 30-year-old Michael, and he was taken to jail, and he was later charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, drug possession, and resisting arrest. He also had his driver's license revoked, and was banned from driving for 2 years. Time and time again, these criminals proved to us that their biggest obstacle wasn't the police. It was their own stupidity. Every absurd excuse and every spectacular meltdown only made things worse for them. Thankfully, for our amusement, the body cams kept on rolling when the dumbest criminals did the stupidest things.
