no no he cool he said do you want to be seen by an ambulance did you get hit with a bat I got hit in the face and I got hit in the RS no he's 14 he's 14 every once in a while everyone experiences a little family drama like seeing your cousins getting drunk in a reunion or seeing your uncles bickering over casserole at Thanksgiving but you know it's not so fun any more when the cops are called to settle family feuds they all told me to come home to my mama who loves me so much but she hasn't going a you don't love me on November 19th 2023 police were dispatched in response to a woman violating a family protection order restraining orders like this are used when immediate family members are deemed hostile or dangerous other family members here's how the events unfolded yeah there is St out here I can't unlock it kind of broken my father gave me I can't dude go to the other door the young woman seemed less than thrilled to find this officer at her door and that might have been because she knew she was in the wrong however she continued being being argumentative with the officer most likely due to her personal biases against cops with all those things in the mix the situation escalated quickly what's the problem officer you have an order of protection you can't be here my father who owns the house said I could be here well if you put gas in my car put your hands behind your back no I will not you are going to put your hands behind your back no don't touch me don't why am I going to jail cuz arene said her Colton my father gave give me the right to call my dad call my dad no go away get off get off my father said I could be my father said I could be here get off get off I'm calling your judge you're under arrest for what violation order protection I'll call my father the owner of the household he said I could be here said you're not allowed to be here my father said I could you're under arrest for then just let me leave no that's not how this works get off of me get off of me I under rest rag bat to pie Millie get him you're going to get tased I don't give a I don't want to tase you but I yes you do cuz you're a piece of Pop just like Charlie if I wanted to Tas you I would have already done it get off of me now you're under arrest for what my father said to be here he gave me permission you're under arrest I was here last night and there was no problem you're under arrest no I'm not to yes you are no I'm not go get your judge you'll see him in the morning no I won't you dumb mother get off me trying to unleash the Corgi to attack the officer wasn't exactly the most effective move but it was however pretty entertaining this woman seemed to think that her father had more legal Authority than a judge did and she continued insulting and disrespecting the officer this cop was getting more and more agitated with the woman's entitlement put your hand behind your back I'm done with this put your hands behind your back no do it now you're going to get tased again really help me you're gonna get tased again put your hand behind your back leave them behind your back leave them behind your [Applause] back your hand help help help me the drama queen continued yelling and screaming at the officer until he eventually managed to get her off the ground and onto her feet even still she continued her tantrum in an attempt to evade arrest she was so desperate that she even tried to use her religion as a means to get out of being arrested I did was come home like everybody talking to be here why Colton's not here this residence is protected you're not allowed to be here well I'm a woman of the Lord you dumb okay and you just tased one of your God soldiers and I told you I was going to yeah I get that let's go let go of me don't touch me get off get off of me no no no I w't you going there I hate you my go little did she know her mother had arrived on scene after a quick conversation with her it was apparent that her daughter's Behavior was not out of the ordinary however the suspect's hissy fit wasn't over yet and it was clear to the officers that she might have been more of a threat than they originally thought this is a 2016 so there is other things in it she looking go the other side your your husband said I could be here he said I could be here he said I could be here he said I could be here they all told me to come home to my mama who loves me so much but she hasn't give a you don't love me I just talked to your again he didn't say anything about it was okay to you be here cuz I I just got off the phone with him too you I know I have to go to jail cuz you're a worthless who never loved me in the first place cuz you had postpartum depression yeah I don't think that's true H well that's how it felt you always loved your son more than me right he's so precious to you no I never have been I always had to be the best at everything put your F the suspect's mommy issues were completely out of control and they were probably the root of her dramatic Behavior though the mother seemed unfaced by her daughter's actions the cops then questioned Ryan the man who called the cops initially to figure out what really happened all right so you were here working you saw her show up yeah and you called our dispatch yeah did you see how she got into the house she kicked the door in they just found out how she got I did not um whenever I got or whenever she pulled in I was taking the skid loader down to the burn pile down there to dumb some stuff okay and uh so I called arleene um she's like call the cops so I did and then after I got done dumping my stuff down there um I just decided to hang out behind stay down there good idea behind the pine trees until you guys showed up and once I saw you roll up um I came up here the officers learned that in order to gain entrance she had kicked the door in when officers were speaking to her mother she pointed out all the other damage the suspect had done to the house and she was deciding whether or not to press charges against her violent daughter so she kicked this in yeah I mean it's been a little sketchy since the last time it had to get busted in two years ago because but it wasn't like this uh no okay cuz I know my service door was locked I don't think she knows the Cod everything was locked when I left okay and this wasn't like this when you left no okay I'm going to grab some pictures real quick are you on the press charges for this can I show you the debt in my truck yeah absolutely this is this way I'm going to look around the house we okay I mean yes I have scratches but there's these two Buffs and this is where she launched her Pham and that was from last night Y and it it's a horrible yeah there's a horrible uh reflection and she had tossed that table she threw her keys luckily they didn't hit the TV they went over the TV and landed in the bracket okay she thre the Horseshoes she threw the our horseshoes that we got by the door she launched them at least she launched them out the door okay pushed me though she told Kurt that I pushed her I'm like whatever you know neither one of us there was only her and I here at the time so right with all this damage done and also considering that she'd just been pulled over by the very same officer just before this for speeding it was clear the suspect was out of control and it was necessary to teach her a lesson she continued her emotionally charged tangent all the way down to the jail house you're just another worthless beat up C who know someone else would do it so where is your Justice where is your god CU he's not with you people you know it's also a crime a federal crime going through someone's mail Like My Mother Does so why don't you go back and arrest her you're not going to do it no don't care about that law and I'm all over the Internet and I will scream and kick and cry and whine and cuz that is my right freedom of speech isn't it the suspect was charged with criminal damage to property aggravated battery trespassed to Residence and resisting a peace officer hopefully she got the help she needed and used her jail time to reflect on her violence and irrational actions by the time you finished your teenage years you should know how to respect your elders and behave yourself appropriately however not everyone has learned these skills yet on January 16th 2024 in Florida police were dispatched to deal with a conflict and this one involved a grandmother and her disrespectful grandson you in there like he SC of y'all okay somebody let him in no I woke up this morning went was cleaning the house I went in that bedroom over there and he was already in there okay so since he's already in I'm like move this shelf for me yeah he comes back outside and sit back oh so he was inside of the home he was inside the home okay we didn't let him in okay let me in my brother Isaac let you in y okay in the door yeah okay came lock the door for me okay Isa is going out too okay yeah if somebody's letting him in the home yeah I technically can't um trespass yeah well he's already trespassed but if another party that's living in the home is allowing him in I can't judging by her tone it seems like that within this household there have been ongoing issues and nobody's on the same page it's clear however that This Woman's absolutely fed up with her grandson and she definitely wants him out of the house as they speak to the man it becomes clear why the grandmother wants him gone so badly but are you aware you're not supposed to be here no I'm not trust you were trust yeah yes you were they told you to stay away from here [Music] never I don't have his IDE he keep saying he's lost his ID he put it in the house somewhere he thought his brother had it don't have the ID cuz otherwise I ID my soci all mixing in her house what's your uh name did ver Cameron Cameron how you spell it c a m e r n first name is Jakari c a m what's your name your name ceron ask my name is thank you shut up okay see there you see why I want him gone that's that's your house that's my house and I'm going throw his brother out he lived here until he was like 20 years old he has been buming from living in a car over there he's 22 but he can't find a place to say because of his mouth yeah he cusses people out and people don't want you in their house a grown man telling his grandmother to shut up while refusing to leave her house is about as disrespectful as it can get however it seems like this is how he treats everyone so of course it's no mystery that he's got nowhere to live as far as roommates go this guy sounds like a nightmare after dispatch confirmed the trespass notice it was time for the officers to arrest the man put your hands [Music] together I'm L just like put your head behind your back you up you told me stand stand up you stepping on my foot I'm now I'm let that phone go let the phone go boy let the phone go let the phone go my phone all right I didn't done block yet he was stepping on my foot and I almost fell on my face as you told me to stand up you tell me stand up I stand up I'm about to turn around on top my I to run I we're going to charge a resistant without count L that's Char obviously the cop didn't actually step on his foot the man here was making a desperate excuse for trying to escape and it backfired on him badly he continued arguing with the officers all the way to the unit and became combative while the officer searched him I'm about to get real personal with you all right oh boy a got no hold enough yet take this uh this slipper off take the slipper off just slide your foot out how can I do that bro you can slide your foot out I got to be able to live slide your foot out the slide bro chill out this guy thought that search was personal he's going to have a terrible time down at the jailhouse after they belted him in and began the paperwork they continued talking to the man and he then revealed that he knew how to get away if he wanted to man I ain't want to do all this bro I just want to have a talk with you be like hey man you can't come back here I ain't trying to I ain't trying to ruin people's day bro all y'all see try to run if I try to run you think I'm from Mount door Florida you know you know Dominique I think yeah I think I met him oh Columbus that my daddy you think I don't people my family you think I wouldn't have been after securing this Manchild in the back of the unit they then moved on to the family to hopefully find out what's really going on they learned some crucial information which eliminates any semblance of Innocence the man may have had to begin with told me to give you this the jail ain't going to take it so a lighter yeah they won't take the come out ofwhere and say yeah come back on the no I have not I a got I came up sixy old yeah he got the intelligence of a sixy old they must have in C he needs a place too yeah this real quick you have your A license with drive license I guess what I had it for y'all I know you had it out that's what I thought had cuz I know she had it out I'm going to uh you good to go all right just want to check see if you guys he's officially trespassed though right he's been trespassed last year he's been trespassed for n months okay he knew really all right I'm going to tell him uh regardless because she's the owner of the property it seems like Isaac jaar's brother had a disability and did no better than to refuse Jakari from entering the house however the trespass notice had been in effect for 9 months already so the man definitely knew that he wasn't supposed to be there as the officer explained this to the man he unsurprisingly put up another fight all right man so here's the deal um so regardless because your grandma owns owns the property somebody else lets you in there you can still be arrested for it okay you can't go back to that property anymore you've been trespassed for a while um nobody ever notified me yeah well that's why I'm telling you now you're saying that nobody notified you but I'm telling you they the TR thing nobody know so I'm telling you right now okay so moving this point forward you're not allowed back here no matter if somebody invite you in or not unless she resends the trespass warning okay so if you can get what about the part where like I was saying like I've been she been allowing me to go in herself she has to resend the trespass warning if she wants you to come back there that's the only way it's going to keep you out of trouble all right so if she calls and says that she doesn't want you on the property and you're there and you're going to go to jail Jakari maintained his story that he was unaware of the trespass notice but they took his grandmother's word that he was not supposed to be there he was later charged with resisting without violence as well as trespass after warning on July 17th 2024 law enforcement received a 911 call about a huge altercation within a family when officers arrived what they investigated was nothing short of chaos since there was a 1-month-old baby involved the cops plac the infant safety above anything else you guys know what happened absolutely not no clue what happened oh okay that's why you're looking at me okay Sor there's a a domestic this morning right with her and the 12 the kid that's the kids the hospital so there's a domestic he it's becomes physical she calls her mom and her brother and it's like hey I need to help cuz this guy is kicking so brother shows up um when he gets here the 12 is still here brother keep and once he does that he's like are you good everything's fine and she's like yeah no I'm good now because he's leaving so brother takes off he's like okay well I'm out so then the kid retaliates by calling his mom and his sister and blah blah blah they show up so then mom is still here her mom the mom is trying to take her and their baby have a one Monon old baby um the sister and his mom are like no you're not taking the babies now there's this huge um altercation up here big brao the officers learn a little bit of information but not enough to have a full understanding of the story shortly after being briefed on things by the officer the grandmother of the one-month-old comes out to speak to the officers how's the little one first and four months I guess okay had a little glass in his head oh no yeah is this from the incident today I believe so the scratch might be a little bit old huh but this little bruise and oh my goodness so what happened my daughter called again she said that he he had hit her that he was supposed to pick up the baby who's he um sorry I'm m to the situation I wasn't over there um Ramon that's a baby's dad okay so she called me and she told me that he was supposed to pick up the baby and um CU they got into an argument and he pushed her to the ground and he started hitting her in the head M so then I got in my car and I went over there and he was still there and I told him just go you know just go just he was like I'm not leaving unless I take the couches and the TV and so they live at the address on so she does my daughter okay he was there to pick up the baby and stuff so um I told him just go you know and then um he wouldn't go he wouldn't go and he was like I'm not leaving until I get all my stuff and I said well just go cuz you're going to make it worse right now just go you wouldn't go the officer cut the woman off a bit so he could then call an ambulance for the infant he saw last mations on the baby's face apparently from broken glass during the altercation it's a major red flag and it's very strong proof that the parents interaction turned violent as they wait for the ambulance to arrive the grandmother continues telling her story so um his mom got there with the daughter and they ran up the stairs and I was I got the baby I put it in the car seat and you're still inside at this time yes I'm still inside the house so I'm trying to get out of the house with the baby and the mom attacks me and she had me by the hair and I had the baby the car seat and I I couldn't go the baby and then the daughter takes off running with the baby in the car seat and I'm like oh my God so then I finally the mom lets me go I run down the stairs I get the baby and the when I'm on the baby's dad comes and he's hitting the back of the window with the baby in the car and I'm like don't like the babies in the car and the girl um they're they're talking about they're going to come by my house and shoot on my house and I'm like you guys like it's ridiculous like the baby it's a baby why you guys with the baby you know so that's as far as I know what happened after that we just left up to my daughter let's go just get in the car let's go I said we took off cuz he had BR the baby the window with the B the how did he break the window he was punching it yeah okay if the woman's claims are true this guy shouldn't be allowed to be a father to the child it's unclear just why it was such a struggle to hand the kid over however the grandmother reveals even more dark details about the altercation that suggest even more violent motives from the father did he ever produce a weapon in his hand is that what he was using to punch out the window no it was his hand oh okay so he had the gun in one hand he was punching the window where was the gun pointed he had the gun up in the air did he ever point it at like yeah me and my daughter yeah okay can you explain that to me um he had at one point he went back upstairs looking for his gun cuz I didn't know he had it there and he it was under the couch so he came and he got it I he ran downstairs and were you still inside at this time no I ran I I had already ran down STS when the to go after the baby yes ma'am and then he turned around he pointed the gun at me and my daughter and um I told my daughter I said just get into the damn car like get in the damn car any man that points a gun at the mother of his child should be nowhere near a child it's curious how he gained custody of the child in the first place since obviously it wasn't the first time he'd been violent towards the baby's maternal family meanwhile officers locate the gun wielding suspect hey do not grab the rifle he he's not doing nothing he's just putting it away I told him not to put it why would he get back there are you back up back up get on your get okay get on your stomach now get on your stomach now give your hand roll him on the other side right there there go I got it's a shame that Ramon's mother and sister were defending his actions as he was clearly in the wrong for being violent around an infant it's even more sad though that they joined in on the action and kept screaming as the man was getting arrested despite his efforts to resist the officers they were eventually able to cuff him and speak to his mother just so you know um as far as as you you know being in custody they told you you're being charged with battery of the police officer right yeah all right so that's your charge um your son is also getting charged on some other charges as well okay I just don't like I understand yeah I shouldn't have pushed the glasses off him but when my son's already restrained getting choked by the cops they have him and the officer punching him like what's your reaction I just with the glasses you know what I mean yeah okay um and I understand you know what that what that must feel like I thought they were going to honestly and he's all bleeding and beat up because they had jumped him prior to that you know before that the woman kept referencing how she felt as a mother watching her grown son get violently arrested but showed no concern whatsoever that he injured her one month-old grandchild the cops arrest the woman and then speak to the baby's mother all right so as far as the fight goes it's kind of a I I know that they attacked your mom um they're alleging she attacked them you know it's kind of so basically what we're looking at it's just a big a big fight between everybody all right um so really what I'm concerned um it's not really the fight you know everybody starts hitting each other you know that kind of thing people are going to get injured in a big fight right what I'm concerned with are the guns right the fact that he pointed a gun at you he pointed a gun at your mom your neighbor's side correct and the baby is where is he at the time that he points he's to like in my mom's holding ready to get him downstairs okay mom's hold like in the car seat in the car seat she's in the car seat and she's holding it yeah she's holding him she's right there I'm right here and he's like no you're not going to go he had I seen him gun and everything so that's like really you going to do this like okay and then that's when his mom came up here and they started fighting and she grabbed my mom and push her to the corner and that's when my mom's boyfriend was trying to separate and thenon but my mom's boyfriend now the cop's picture of things is a bit more clear it's heartbreaking that the baby was born into such a chaotic family and it's likely a situation like this will happen again before the officer left she had to Brak some very serious news to the mother and then oh another thing too um because of the the baby's involvement um cfd is going to get involved as okay so they're going to come here they'll talk to you they're they're going to open their own investigation they're going to tell you that there's going to be what's called a safety plan while they're while they're investigating their end of it uh and that means that he can't be own baby okay okay um with these types of charges and the injuries to the baby more than likely they're going to substantiate on their end saying that um it's just with CD it becomes more of an issue like if you want to get full C with your child they can help you in that by saying hey we're him suanti there is child abuse here and he's not fit to be a parent so that gives you primary yeah custody of the child okay um so because he is going to be charged with the child abuse he's going to be charged with the better in the household member for you and then he's going to be charged with the two counts of the agravated Sol the W weap for you and your mom uh and then put the battery on the police officer Ramon's mother was charged with battery on an officer and Ramon was charged with child abuse battery on a household member battery on an officer and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon hopefully with cyfd's help the mother of the baby will get full custody and Ramon's never allowed near the baby again on the 24th of August 2024 the cops responded to a heated family dispute an older couple and their son were going at it arguing over some burnt pizza when the cops arrive on scene things have completely escalated and everyone seems to be at a Breaking Point you tell me you you tell your dad and me [ __ ] off oh yeah you did F off [ __ ] you [ __ ] off we're your parents and we're trying to help help you and I said did you drink again today I'm not putting up with this [ __ ] you [ __ ] you oh okay then your dad hasn't slept for nights because he can't even go to sleep because of what you put us through oh oh you don't know D I'm fully aware of what happened tonight we had to complete disagreement over a burnt pizza brought pizza home that was burnt and you said this why can't I have do anything right I went to the AA they gave me this this that that's not what happen oh my God yes did I cuss yes did I C you can't live here anymore none you got to find a place to live you can't do this to me and Dad every day okay I don't do it to you every day but I will eat it appears the son has a problem with alcohol which can be a dangerous problem in a house with elderly people his mother looks completely fed up with the disrespect from her son however by the way he stands there blowing his nose as if his discomfort is bigger than his mother's painful cries it appears he clearly doesn't care oh you leave now look how nice you are now I said I would leave every time you do this this is the second time someone has to come out because you're mad I'm mad we worked our whole lives Charlie you're not coming home we we've been told this for years 15 solid years and we bring you in here to help you and this is what you do to us and I've sought help just get your stuff and get out you've got to get your stuff and get out I can't I can't live like this anymore okay we've worked our whole lives and this is what we get have you been drinking I did earlier oh he no I didn't say no okay I said I'm not going right you're talking to me not sorry sir yes sir have you been drinking yes so you're intoxicated I should not drive no okay so how are you going to leave I that's up to them I can't leave do you can you have somebody come pick you up I can't have somebody come get me why you do that yes I drank earlier but I'm not going to test it CU I will not go to jail did I drink right before I came no did I drink before okay so start start calling your people get out here this poor woman's son was displaying the unfortunate yet common effects of addiction lying and manipulating people it's clear this woman wanted the best for her son but he wasn't committed to his recovery and it became everyone else's problem to ease the tension the officer talked to the son outside the house okay all right so you tell me in your words what happened yes life had a daughter mom didn't want her no excuse and triggers started jerking okay jerk way too much right realized hey I got a problem got fired from my job was very honest with my parents said hey I'm screwed they moved me in I said thank you that man supported my entire life we've had moments mom had an alcoholic father doesn't quite understand the disease I'm not saying I'm excused for anything sure right right when I try to communicate unfortunately you guys have to come here this is the second time okay but mean my dad got into it got the physical I actually left after we fought I stood over there just to smoke a cigarette to be like okay let's mhm man continues to explain that he's been in and out of meetings and detox but he continued to drink throughout his treatment he plays down the events of his treatment and mentions that he was trying to get better in order to be a better father to his children which would be commendable if he was really committed to it ciz right and I brought it home I was like oh offering right and I told them I said hey I even have the book in there I'm like hey I'm going to AA I'm doing all this stuff I went to anyway brought the pizza home and it was bur and I'm like I said why can't I do anything right I said it should be very simple and like have you been drinking and I'm like oh my God and yes I panicked I'm like well this isn't going to go well you yes I drink earli but no I didn't drink now but do I tell her because she gets very emotional as you SE right and I wasn't trying to lie to her but I said nothing I'm like no I just I just the pizza's burnt my dad was fine she got mad went to bed I'm like cigarette which we smoke in there and then I came back inside and Dad apparently got mad which is the first time I I've seen that in 10 years mhm so we had a disagreement and I was like wow this is crazy mom mom mom mom at B which I shouldn't but I did so he was upset and I thought she was still in bed so I was like okay I went outside to smoke a cigarette over here in front of my car that's my car and then I took a breath and I walked back inside and then I saw you guys coming I'm like oh my God mhm so yes I have my cousin coming I do not want to drive I would even test it I drank earlier could I drive yes so I would even risk it absolutely not I don't know why my mom's lose her mind do I know one my sister's here absolutely not if his mother had an alcoholic father then she knew very well the dangers of alcoholism and she had every reason as he put it to lose her mind the man knows he's in the wrong he just doesn't want to admit it to the officer back inside the parents are deciding what to do with him unfortunately with the way the laws and stuff are there's nothing that we can we can't can't make him do anything other than if he crosses that threshold of criminal then we can arrest him the unfortunate argument screaming yelling is not Crossing that threshold but I never know when one punch is coming I know but the the unfortunate part about that is unless he like acts upon it but not actually does it that's that's Crossing it yeah but from my understanding it's just it was a screaming match and he's like this in our face and stuff how do we know well you don't it'll be an urge that he just can't stop one day well his apartment was full of broken doors and Broken Walls and which he was evicted from and homeless so of course Mom and Dad come we all thought because we our brains work right like this is it he has all the support he needs can he'll have dinner at night he has a warm bed to sleep in he'll he'll get it together no it's gotten worse it's incredibly unfortunate that he's put his supportive family through so much trauma the fear in his mother's voice is heartbreaking the officer explained that the family might be enabling his behavior by giving the man a place to crash which means the family had a very hard decision to make well when you you come he has to leave and then we just can't let him come back I I don't know what you do well I don't know how long he how long has he been here a year so he's got residency I mean you have to if you like legitimately don't want him back no I do not you're going to have to evict him cuz he lives here yeah or get a CPO because of the actions that he's been showing you should be able to do that and that's an immediate it's immediate we come and kick to the C what's CP civil protection training while the Man's parents and sister thought about their decision the alcoholic man's cousin arrived to pick him up he wasn't very chatty but his body language and stoic demeanor implied that this problem's been an ongoing one that simply boiled over that night can I help you that work are you the cousin yeah do you have your driver's license on you no it's actually sitting in my car though I'll go with you we'll go grab it all right he's still drinking day he's drunk T night and I'm sorry it has to be you you don't want to get involved yeah and it was me they didn't they didn't them I can I get your driver's license that's fine let me give them a hug yeah of course dad his just he's up on the street so you're good after an incredibly long evening the cops were finally able to wrap things up hopefully the parents could sleep peacefully in their home again since now the threat was removed if everything went well this would serve as a wake-up call to their son that he truly needed to commit to his recovery on September 28th 2023 police were dispatched to a domestic violence call upon arrival at the resident the cops discovered that a woman had been beating a family member with a baseball bat so hi what's going on so my mom and stepdad have been drinking whatever they just had a couple beers and my mom and him got into an argument whatever they were throwing in each other's face you know just being disrespectful to each other and whatever and then my brother got disrespectful to my stepdad and tried to stand Toe to Toe with him and tried to fight him my stepdad sat there didn't put hands on them didn't nothing and where are they uh my mom and stepdad yeah they're in the house I'm sorry there's glass inside too no where did the glass come from she broke broke the window the bat to the window who's got the bat right now my sister still has it where she her she left with my brother she lives right up the road and she's got my son okay she just took my son without my permission okay I'm I'm just trying to get information can you let me talk without you back no because every time you talk you start a problem but the officers had just arrived on scene it was obvious that just a few minutes prior there had been utter chaos in the house the mother and daughter were feuding and the entire scene here was covered in broken glass before proceeding further the cops tried their best to get as much information as possible so what happened tonight give us the run down from the start to the end me and my f were arguing okay I don't want him to be here anymore so I did call it first and say okay can you have them removed sure well in meanwhile while that call was going on mhm their half sister showed up with a baseball bat hit him in the face and then continue to bash my window which I just moved in here I can't have this okay what's going on tonight um you're fine as I said hang on my S he can't really talk cuz of did you get hit sir do you want to be seen by an ambulance I think he should but he doesn't really have a way back can you take the ice bag off for a quick second did you get hit with a bat yeah hit their face and I got hit the Reps by a bat okay let's get you checked out by an ambulance I'm fine shut up cuz you started this whole while the mother and daughter continue arguing police encourag Larry the injured man to be taken into the hospital he gives a roundabout excuse about having to get teeth pulled but he wouldn't have a ride home from the hospital me and your lady were arguing that happens and her son got a hold of her brother or just whatever mhm and she keep they pulled up she had a bat like a billy club like an actual like U wooden bat the old wooden ones the baseball bats came out and she had it right up and I said what are you doing what are you doing and crack I'm like what the are you doing I I'm not trying to but like I did the arm thing mhm to try to hold it she hit me there and then brought it up and hit me in the face okay and I kind of like stars all right did you lose Consciousness in any point no I just was like what the okay well if you've got a mild concussion or something going on we got to get checked out please go get checked oute come on no no no no no no no not my L let's go you guys going to be good yeah I'm going to try and her down I'm trying to tell this one she ain't leaving she ain't going nowhere she get mad she can be mad so where would Alexis be in CED do you know where that okay there's the ice cream uh place right here Billy's and then kind of the garage on the left she's right across from it you know the White House on the corner say if you took that lap to go around you'd go up to Wendy Hills it's basically you take that lap there's the big white house it's the house right here I think it might be like a pale yellow I don't know the family persuades Larry to go to the hospital and get checked out since he already had a plate in his jaw and was in danger of getting lock jaw with the help of Skylar's mother and Aunt the cops are able to locate the residence of Alexis who assaulted Larry with the bat and took Liam we're looking for Alexis Kent yeah she's here you know why we're here Alexis um because I have Liam what about the baseball bat um so what happened is and you can ask both of them I did not have a baseball bat but what happened is Larry slapped me across my face okay and he slapped me on the side I don't know if there's still a mark there or not but it was red earlier ni um so I had smacked him back Liam told me that earlier in the day while they were fighting the top of the window had gotten broken and when his mom called him she told him that she was calling the police because I took him and that she was going to make him an amazing person and that she also was going to blame the damage on the window on me yeah that's all going to have to be sorted out in court okay okay all right so what I need you to do now is turn around and put your hands behind your back I'm being arrested yes don't make this any harder than it has to be everything will be explained go ahead and put your hands behind your back turn around I hold on can hold on turn around hold on hang on can you just give me a second please my I'm not go with you bro all right put your hands on your back yo why he I'm not after a few more minutes of Alexis screaming fighting and in general disrespecting the officers they take the woman to Jail the cops ensured Liam got home safe and explained the situation to his parents go ahead and step out right walk forward a little bit yes my finger is really just I can't feel anything we're going to take him off as soon as we get inside okay the left one's the one did he give you my cigarettes yep can I help one not inside the building I'm sorry okay before I go get I one possibly I have an extreme panic disorder and I take Med into sleep because I have PTSD and I don't sleep very well I just want to have a cigarette before I go Alexis was charged with second degree assault second degree menacing fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon criminal mischief in the fourth degree two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and second degree obstruction Alexis doesn't seem like an evil person but hopefully next time she'll learn better how to defend her siblings in a less violent manner on the the 3rd of May 2024 in Ohio a family disturbance call turned into absolute chaos as the officers arrived on scene the group was standing outside of sign right there people live here if you moving in you can park right here hey yeah if you live here you can park right here call supervisor of you guys call call call the supervisor man so if you call the supervisor call your supervisor man it's obvious that asking for the officer Supervisor was an attempt to buy time but speaking of buying the cops here weren't buying it the man who asked for a supervisor made an attempt to calm things down but when things didn't go according to plan he had the not so bright idea to escalate things even further we not allowed no more we don't need y'all y'all need to leave try to help us out's go everybody please go everybody please everybody please get myff no can we get our stuff yeah you're not getting until you we get our stuff that's simple it's got no bro come here the cops on scene were hesitant to intervene most likely due to their previous statements of not wanting any trouble and remember they were really only there for a noise complaint however when it was clear things were going to get physical one of the officers stepped in fell fell right here you I you I you I love you I love I love you st stop stop bro you pissing me off bro supervisor I'm I'm not pring no charges so get off of me get up y said it was cool get off of me yeah it's cool that you guys fight it's not cool you cause disruptions it's a good thing the cops chose not to believe him when he said things were under control because they definitely weren't it's unclear what the man thought would happen if he started fighting while the cops were around but getting arrested should have been at the top of his list your supervisor bro he's on his way out don't you worry don't hurt my brother man y just said it was cool yeah we just F get off me I don't give a call I'm I'm the you better leave me alone come [ __ ] out these can come off no but we're done no no youest for I'm going you he fck up on me you n i I told you to call your supervisor I'mma sue your let this position off me how you act no let me out I didn't do nothing illegal get off of me I didn't do nothing illegal arresting the man one officer had a quick conversation with another member of the group to find out exactly what happened the woman they talked to looked just as fed up with things as the cops were and she agreed the men were being pretty dramatic what else needs to be taken trans whatever I have no CL I'm assuming it's all the shoes or his he got their money and he and he got his shoes they live together in this building oh I figured as much I figured as much and he going send their money so that's what they met that's what they yeah this is just ridiculous it's ridiculous we've been out here for way too long over how long that can just be sent two like 2 hours probably really the suspect was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest next time if these guys want to buy and sell shoes I recommend they do it online because they clearly don't trust each other today we witnessed Family Ties being broken for good whether through violence or over money sometimes what a family needs to heal is time or in this case jail time we hope these people are able to recover even if only for the sake of the next family Barbecue
