All right. Are you going to perform field sobriety exercises or Who are you? You going to Who are you? Who are you? You're not going to talk to me like that. Who the [ __ ] are you? Hey people, look at these suckers. Defund them. Defund these. Defund them. No. When I'm a confirmed gang member and I've done years in prison and I see your names on my [ __ ] and what do you think's going to happen when I get out? Sadly, bullies exist beyond the playground and they keep their bad behavior even as adults. Whether it's entitled Karens, domestic abusers, or criminals who are full of themselves, when faced with law enforcement, they all get the same treatment. When bullies believe they can get away with anything, they get humbled by the cops. Oh, y'all get sued, MOTHER ON THE PHONE. Hear all of what you said. You [ __ ] dumb. Stand up. On September 11th, 2024 in New Jersey, the cops got a call from a high school where a 12th grader was acting disorderly and threatening harm to the students and teachers. Inside the assistant principal's office, she became more aggressive. Close the door. I'll go I'll go outside in the hallway. Close the door. GET OUT OF MY FACE. YOU'RE GOING TO GET LOCKED UP. YOU UNDERSTAND ME? GET OUT OF MY FACE, BRO. Get out of my face. Get out of my face. Now you got handcuffs. You understand? You got to put your hand off of me. What the me now? You're going to get off of me. What the Get off of me. Get the OFF OF ME. GET the calm down. Get the calm down. Get the off OF ME. CALM DOWN. GET OFF OF ME, YOU PSYCHO. Get the OFF OF ME. GET THE [ __ ] GET OFF OF ME. GET THE OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF [laughter] ME. Get the off of me. Get the off of me. You Jesus Christ. What the [ __ ] [screaming] Get your hand behind your back. The woman clearly needed to calm down, but she refused to do so. Her extremely irrational behavior could indicate deep immaturity or perhaps mental health issues. Regardless, given she was 18 years old, they'd be charging this young woman as an adult. Oh, y'all get sued, mother. AND MY GRANDMA ON THE PHONE. HEAR ALL OF WHAT YOU SAID, YOU [ __ ] DUMB. Stand up. No. Stand up. You can pick me up then since you want to THROW ME. NO, GRANDMA. COME PICK ME UP CUZ THEY JUST MANHANDLED ME LIKE I'm a [ __ ] likely manhandled me. What the is wrong? It's like A BUNCH OF GROWN MEN. Jesus Christ. Oh my god. Come pick me up. Oh my god. [laughter] What the is wrong with y'all? For real. Jesus Christ. What happens when you put your hands on a police? CUZ YOU WERE GETTING IN MY FACE. SO BACK THE up personal space, you psychopath. Oh my god. Y'all do to get people riled up and then when we retaliate, you want to put me in cuffs? You psycho. You're under arrest. Okay. Like No, CUZ I'M UNDER ARREST NOW. I'M GOING TO JAIL, I guess. [laughter] You chose this. [laughter] While she pled for her grandmother, she was still legally an adult, which left her grandmother with very little power to intervene. Her choice to resist arrest was deeply unwise. It led to two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer. A charge like that carries up to 5 to 10 years in prison. Grand, please come and get me. Yo, like Can you come get your police headquarters? Okay. [laughter] [laughter] Calm down. Calm your breathing. You're really telling me. You're really telling me to calm down right now. You're dumb. Shut up, Graham. I really wish YOU JUST SAW WHAT JUST HAPPENED, GRAHAM. LIKE, are you kidding me? Well, now you're getting so play. I don't give a I don't give a any recording. You already record on my body cam. I don't care. YOU'RE GETTING STOP TALKING. SHUT UP. [screaming] THEY literally get me out of hand before I really lose it, bro. They literally going to fabricate my whole thing. Yo, you need to calm down. Stop [ __ ] TALKING TO ME, PLEASE. LIKE, YOU'RE LITERALLY DOING it to make me angry. As she was hyperventilating, the cops needed to calm her down right away. However, all this distress might have been exaggerated as she seemed intent on portraying herself as the victim. Let's go. Take a walk outside. Don't Don't be swinging at me. Yo, I'm not swinging. What are you talking trying to elbow me? I'm trying to get you off me. She's getting two counts of aggravated ass off already. So, I'm getting two counts of aggravated assault apparently. All of you. This is why nobody likes to hear all of you. Well, my is in the [ __ ] school. They took all my do not pull away from me. Don't stoping grabbing me. I'm masculine you outside the school because you already created a disturbance. That'sing sad. Y'all literally [ __ ] picked me up and threw me in the [ __ ] ground like a bunch of droneing big ass men throwing a 18-year-old girl on the ground like a bunch of Yeah. How far are you going to go on that one? Inside the squad car, she continued complaining about how the cops treated her and took no responsibility for her actions. Ultimately, her inability to behave in school does not bode well for the woman's future. As the body cam footage soon revealed, this was not an isolated incident. Now I know why they didn't me like this when I was 17. Cuz I wouldn't trouble 4K. Now I'm going to go be transporting that female 41 from uh the school to headquarters. Starting mile is going to be 65 777. Yeah, give uh 06 a call and uh [laughter] if anyone's 103, just meet me on the phone. [laughter] [laughter] [laughter] Are you going to be cooperative on the way in for me? Yep. Not going to kick, scream, punch, or spun on any of us. See [snorts] where that lady just went in that front door? We're going to walk right through that front door. Okay. Unsurprisingly, it wasn't the first time she'd been in trouble with the cops. The only consolation was that when they got her to the station, she had finally calmed down and was being a bit more cooperative. And being as young as she is, she still had plenty of time to correct her behavior. The cops then spoke to the grandmother. Just going to tell you my camera's on. It's recording. Okay. The officer. Okay. Um Um Are you the guardian of Madison? I am. Okay. Um since he's 18, I can't tell you much, but I can tell you there was an incident at the school. Um tell us. Okay. So, she is under arrest. We're going to be processing her and she should be out of here within the next half hour and then she'll have a court date um probably within the next month. And then you guys go to court. Whether you want, you know, have her hire a public defender or hire your own representation, that's on you. That's your right. They released the woman and gave her a court date for two counts of assault on an officer and resisting arrest. In Florida, the cops were dispatched to a domestic disturbance involving a husband and wife, two kids, and rather strangely, a burrito incident. Did you call? Come out here, ma'am. Come out here. All right. You want to tell me what happened? Sure. He He locked a door with two babies inside and get me out like this and hurt me. How did he get you out? Tell me how he got you out. Like this. He grabbed that. And then how did you hurt your elbow? Because I I tried to go in and I'm right here. Right. You tried to go in and what happened? He locked a door. Okay. Explain to me how he hurt your elbow. He lock a door with two babies inside. Right. I can't go in. Okay. I haven't got shoes. I haven't got nothing. How did he hurt your elbow? How did it hurt? What did he do that you hurt your elbow? He put me in a like take me like my English is no good. It's okay. It's okay. But he he grabbed me and take out of her. In domestic violence cases, the cops have to identify the primary aggressor, which in heterosexual relationships is often the man. In this case, however, both parties claimed to have suffered injuries, and the cop should never jump to conclusions based on gender. The officer spoke to the husband to get his side of the story. We've been through this [ __ ] I don't know if she's drinking now. Look at her teeth. She's staining the wine. You know, I'm sitting out here with my neighbor doing the same. I'm sitting here at home right now cuz I'm afraid for my kid. I'm trying to help her. I I I'm trying to come back in my country because I'm I'm I'm scared here. Okay, I understand. But what happened that you that you guys got into this argument? I tried to not fight, right? I'm trying to take care of two little kids in the third big. It's it's so mindboggling. I don't know what to do and then rips my door off throw video trying to videotape me like catching me. She wants me to hit her. His name's going to be Maria. I tried to not fight, but he's honestly he's danger. He danger. Are there any guns or anything in the house? No, I don't understand. Is there guns? Pow. Pow. Is there a gun in the house? No guns. Okay. So, this morning, you're all sitting here. You're arguing about last night how you came out. It's been from the beginning. I come up in the morning. I clean up the whole [ __ ] The pictures I just showed you. Okay. I clean the house. I put the deal. I got a new refrigerator coming. My refrigerator's bro. I stay home cuz it was a nightmare last night. When dealing with domestic violence cases, often the parties involved have to be separated. But in this case, it was complicated in that the man and the woman had nowhere else to go. Also, there were two small kids involved and at the worst imaginable time, their new refrigerator arrived. Can you do what? No, sir. Right now we're in the middle of an investigation. Oh, we cannot do anything. No. Oh, I got you. Thank you. I still have ketchup in my head. You got like Dude, I got Yeah. Yeah. See red right there. Rip my door off. You have any other You have any injuries on you? No, man. I It's not injuries. It's not anything like that. It's just something that's He He called the police all time on me if I'm fly. He He put me in the jail. We done been through this twice. But before she arrested for the same thing. She has a battery charge on you. Yes. When was that? Two weeks ago. Here at the house or somewhere? Yes. Same place. You said you've been to jail already before. Yeah, because he with me. He said that I'm fighting him, but right now he really take me out and put out a house and block a door. The woman's history of being abusive increased the odds that she was the primary aggressor. Building on this, the cops got a detailed account from the man about the woman's pattern of abuse and his overall mistreatment. Had it delivered, Uber eats cuz I'm not leaving my kids. Literally just opened it up. Okay. Eating a sausage burrito. Sitting here eating with ketchup. Picks it up. Throws and hits me in the head. Piece of [ __ ] out. Did you fall? What happened to your elbow? He did it. How did he do it? I I don't want to show you. Like he put me like this the second I need to leave. I'm eating breakfast and get slammed and beating the I don't swing on people. I don't do nothing. I don't have a [ __ ] record. Listen, there's no reason to get upset. I'm not getting upset. I'm just stressing my opinion. That's how I apologize. All right. I'm here listening to you. I this I don't know what to do. I I'm going through a citizenship deal. Uh, she's got a little bit of dep I don't know what the [ __ ] it is. DCF comes over, they put a safety plan in play. I try to take it off of it. I go to the district attorney. I try to drop the battery charge. She's still going on. She's got a noing drinking clause. Whatever it is, it's still on her deal. It's still It's still pending. I'm trying to do whatever it is for our family to live, whatever it is. But I I can't deal with it. Apparently, the man was helping the woman become a US citizen to make her more independent and create some space between each other. Ironically, he's got to stay married to her to make the application process easier. Having contradicting accusations here, the cops examined the physical evidence they had regarding the violence between them. When you say he's dangerous, has he hit you before? Yes. How? I don't want to show you. Okay. You have to you have to give me something. Okay. He take me like this and put out a house and block block the house. That was today. Yes. What about other times? Other time like if I'm in the lake, he be doing like this all time doing like this. I see right there. Right. Okay. I see reddish right here in your neck. Uh real quick, let me see your hands. Keep going. Oh, right here. Camera real quick. Have you uh ever looked in a restraining order? Anybody have this? I know what you're trying to do. What's so hard? This is what's so hard. I I'm in I'm in a I'm in a citizen b citizenship battle. The exact issues preventing her citizenship are undisclosed. But one of the main requirements is to have a good moral character, which is difficult to prove if you're charged with battery. The cop who talked with the man earlier then proceeded to speak with the woman. Did Did you make the house messy yesterday? Did you maybe have too many? You got you got a little too much to drink and make the house. Listen, you have two small kids. They all time something drawing. So your two small kids flip the table over and and and threw a bunch of stuff. No, they sometimes make make a mess. I know. But did But did they flip a table over? No. So you did that? No, I put it up because the kids go on on top on it. That's why I put it like this. You not understand? Okay. No, I do. But I just don't understand why you would do that. And then how about how did everything how did how did all the couches small kids can be danger to small kids to go on top of a table. You understand it? So why don't you put all why don't you put all the chairs down and everything else down. Why that table? Because Brandon said that we need to a table. Okay. So you went and you made a I understand your point. I understand. I'm listening. But you went and you destroyed the inside of the house yesterday. You showed me pictures because you were drunk. Okay. And then last night you got into an argument about it which carried on to this morning. And this morning and last night he cleaned everything up which is how the house is now. You guys were arguing. Did he bring McDonald's for breakfast for you guys? No. Oh no. For yourself maybe. For yourself. Okay. And then you guys were arguing. You picked up the the burrito he was eating and you hit him in the head because even when I was there talking to him, he still had egg pieces in his head. Okay. There's no way your little girl was able to go and lounge eggs or burritos on top of his head. All right. Ultimately, the case came down to which one of the arguments the cops can corroborate with the evidence they have. The officer explained that the man's statements are backed up by the physical evidence of the abuse he claimed, but the woman's complaints were not. He has big he has fist imprints right here, right here, right here, on the back of his neck, and there. How' that how'd that happen? Can Can I Can I get my phone and show you what's How did Did that I'm talking about today. How did that happen? Did you hit him? I I I I push him. You didn't punch him? No, I not. So, how did how did he get all red right here in the back? How'd that happen? Ask him. I'm asking you cuz he told I did. He told me it was you. Look at myself. Look at myself right now. I know. Can Can I Can I do it? Probably. Yes. Especially if you've done it before. This guy put me out of house like a house and say that I can't be around my kids. So that gives you right to go and start hitting him and throw burritos at him and then do that in front of your young daughter. It's not hurting them. I I I'm I'm just put around a burrito and not hit him. How did it go? Cuz there's no way you it just went and opened up on top of his head unless you you hit him with it. And like you said, I would go I wasn't here for it. But however, he has injuries consistent to what he's saying. He told me you punched him. He literally there's I guarantee if I grab your fist and I go like this and I put it against his skin with the redness that's there, it's going to be pretty much very close in size. It was clear the woman had trouble speaking English, which was an obvious barrier for her when she was pleading her case. But ultimately, even if she was fluent, nothing she could say would explain away the bruises that were found on her husband. Okay. Well, turn around, put your hands behind your back. You're going to have enough for me to back. So, give me your hand. Thank you. You little cozy cozy. You understand why, right? You're the primary aggressor. You guys are married. You have kids in common. All right. I'm calling the government. Stop. I'm calling the government. Now, if you start pulling away, you're going to get another charge. This little sweater thing. I got to say brochures already. Smells like alcohol. She been drinking today. She had one beer. She said that's like a That's a That's a Jennifer beer. My mom my beers don't smell like that, dude. I mean, maybe on a cruise. Maybe you're eating. You're eating. I did eat a lot. All right. Ready? No. Okay. No, no, [screaming] no, no, no. She was taken to jail, but the body cam footage didn't reveal her exact charges. On the 14th of August, 2024 in Illinois, the cops were called out to a college campus. They were asked to escort a student who'd been trespassed the day before for attacking another student. He was supposed to schedule a meeting with the dean, but he instead decided to show up unannounced. Hey, Antonio. What's up, man? What's up? You ain't supposed to be here. What you mean? You got trespassed yesterday, remember? No, I didn't. You did. I gave it to you. arrest. So, you're on your way out. The dean The Dean is here. No, you're on your way out. The dean is here. You're either on your way out or you're getting arrested. The dean is here. The dean is here. The dean is here. The dean is here. Behind your back right now. The dean is here. Told you yesterday you're trespass. I called them. There's a meeting. We'll find out. She wasn't here. Find out. Y'all need to stop being Y'all need to stop being presidents, man. cuz y'all making me uncomfortable. I don't I don't trust y'all. Okay, let me search him real quick. There's no need for that, man. I don't have any weapons. The suspect here was given two options. He could leave or he could get arrested and chosen the second option. It was now basic protocol to search the man for any weapons. However, Antonio interpreted these basic procedures as discrimination. Y'all being racist. I'm going to I'm going to continue to come in here because guess what? Did you hear what she said? He said the dean, right? The dean is here. The dean is here. This is president. This is racism, man. Just stop doing that. Just stop doing that. Did I blame y'all yesterday? I wasn't here yesterday. So, all I'm all all I'm all I'm saying is, man, were you trespassed yesterday, sir? No, you weren't. You didn't get a piece of paper that said you were trespassing. Dude, didn't did you hear what she said to me yesterday? Did you get a piece of paper? Dude, they told me to come back in here and talk to the dean. What are you talking Hey, I need my stuff, though. What you what you got? What are y'all taking it out of my left side? What are y'all taking out of my [ __ ] It's going with you. Don't worry about it. It's going with you. Just still though. That's That's nothing, man. Come on, man. That That's so unnecessary, man. You telling me to relax and stuff? Relax. Why y'all want to arrest me when I'm not down there by the dean, though? You're under arrest for resisting. Do you understand that? I'm not resisting. You made me uncomfortable. You know that I take medication. You make me paranoid. You said no and you started running. No, that's resisting. This is [ __ ] man, cuz I got a meeting with the dean. Dude, the deans are the one who decide y'all being racist. Y'all being racist. This is all uncalled for, man. Antonio said he was on medication and also suffered from mental health issues, which might explain the man's erratic behavior. He continued struggling with them, making the entire situation much more difficult than it needed to be. Eventually, the dean's receptionist came forward to hopefully schedule a meeting. It's hard to contact us to schedule an appointment. But she didn't leave us. She called. I want to schedule cuz I left a voice message. So, I don't I don't trusting that. I believe the police be really sitting there deleting uh voice messages and stuff because they they they give too much authority around her. So, when can we schedule it? So, I'm in training till 1 today. So, we can probably schedule it Friday at the early cuz I'm on campus tomorrow. Okay. Okay. So, So, like did you read your form of no trespassing and what what it entailed? They talking about scheduling me with the deputy chief of police. I'm not doing that. Okay. So, I want to talk I want to talk I want to talk to the deans. So, right now they're going to squirt you off campus and then you have my my car. He's under arrest right now. Oh, okay. I told you that you made me paranoid. Okay. Cuz you following me up the stairs. Okay. Okay. So, I'm going to let them go ahead and um finish what they're doing and then when you when you have when you're released, use that number to call me and then we'll It's a woman's It's a woman. Can we set it up right now, please? So they can know. It's not exactly the best time. I mean, aren't you Aren't you uncomfortable, bro? No, no, no, no. I rather do I rather do it right now. That that that that calms my mental that that cal my mental my mental stuff down. So, please. Okay. Can you Can we sit you up so you're not hurt? I'm worried about your wrist. I feel like this my anxiety and everything is rising right now. Antonio had an anxiety disorder and being restrained by police only made it worse. However, the cops had few other options because they couldn't let him roam free in an area where he'd attacked someone the day before. He then began to speak about this very same incident. I'm I'm very upset because you know Connor starts money and all of a sudden he want to try to trust him. So to me this is very targeting. This is racism because that dude was not no college student. We know there's people that has a gym membership that is not a student here. There's people who use the library that are not a student here. So, he's coming in here on some on some other stuff. The white girl basically sat there like, "I never had no inappropriate conversation. I don't do stuff and I got kids. I don't like when people lie on me." So, 11:00 a.m. Cool. I'm going to let them finish their job right now. So, you talked. You guys are good, right? So, we You just heard it. 11:00 a.m. We heard it. Okay. But are we good now? You need help? I got your stuff right here. My My mention is my camera, man. straight. No man, I'm not feeling good. Where y'all taking me? Where y'all taking me? Come on, man. Do y'all understand when people go have anxiety and all this stuff, man. When cops get around them or touch them, man, they get they they don't get why they're touching them. They don't want you to fall down. You talk I don't like I don't I don't talk to the dean's office, right? Okay. But I don't like being in handcuffs and doing stuff like this. He talking about I'm resisting. No, I did not run. You should have been on campus, right? Antonio claimed that an outsider was brought in to start a fight with him on campus and get him banned for the next semester. It's clearly a conspiracy theory and it's a pretty good hint that he has paranoid tendencies. However, it was also possible that he was exaggerating his mental health issues to gain sympathy from the officers or justify his actions. That's real nation y'all. So, what a coincidence when college is starting on the 19th. All of a sudden, I'm getting trespassed. Get the out of here. He was lying. Come on now. I got I got mental going on me, man. You sitting there following me. So, of course of course I'm going to be moving. I don't trust you. Did I Did I Did I really resist arrest when you when you when you put the handcuffs on me when I said you have to leave and you ran past the doors and you said no? Man, get out of here, man. That's resisting and obstructing. That's just that that's just dumb, man. Just leave this alone, man. It's not that serious. People have mental things going on. You coming up theing stair that that triggers people brain. You just being all racist and can you please let go of my wrist or something, please? No, I cannot. This racist, man. This is how y'all do black people, man. Relax. This is how yall know it's a lot of other This is racism, man. Y'all doing this purpose, man. Going back this way. Yeah. We don't want you on your stomach, man. Like you said, you have breathing problems, right? Don't go on your stomach. Leave me the alone, man. Stop. My skin is on the ground. Stop using your feet, man. Leave me the alone, man. Can we just set you up so you can breathe easy alone, man? Or no, we're going to we're going to write trespassing and resisting obstructing. So, don't do that. Don't do that. The cops had to explain multiple times to the man that his next step was to schedule a meeting off campus, but he still continued playing the victim. Soon after, they took Antonio to the hospital for evaluation. So, we told him he had to leave campus because it was expensive. He needed to set up a meeting before returning the case. Okay. He told me he had to leave and then he started running from us voluntarily which is why he said he was okay. Okay. So he needs to be cuffed while he's here. Do you recall on that? But he is he is I have this is the new one. You said he did try to run. He did try to run and he does have a history of fighting in there. All right. We got some forms for you, man. Get the be leaving. Okay, I'm just going to explain this to you. All it is alone, man. Making my anxiety. I don't want to talk to y'all harass me all the time. Leave. Just want to drop off forms, then we're leaving. Okay. Antonio was charged with disorderly conduct, trespassing, and resisting arrest. On the 26th of February, 2023 in Ohio, the cops were dispatched to a motel where there was a disturbance involving a large group of people. Call me 33 60. Do not spit on me. Do not spit on me. Don't touch. Don't touch. Put your hands up. I will if you don't calm down. I WILL. STOP. THERE'S NO SENSE in that. Stop tripping. Come on. I'm tripping. Take me home. Take me over. As soon as he walks by, he starts on me when he talk. The next time HE'S Y'ALL feel like y'all, this is your morning. I already stopbody your FACE RIGHT NOW. THE man here, Damian, was being incredibly loud and aggressive, possibly due to a fight or disagreement from earlier. He was clearly intoxicated and his behavior, which included spitting on an officer, could be considered assault. The situation worsened when he tried to physically attack the officers. I don't give a GET BACK. GET BACK. GET BACK. Come on. [screaming] HE HAD A CHANCE. NO. NO. Y'ALL CAN'T DO THAT. NO. Y'ALL CAN'T DO THAT. GET BACK. HE HAD A CHANCE. NO. STOP PUSHING ME. NO. HE HAD A CHANCE. YES, SIR. DON'T [screaming] LIKE THAT. DON'T TOUCH ME. BACK UP OR even Hey. Hey. SHE'S GOT A GUN. HEY, SHE'S GOT A GUN RIGHT THERE. I GOT MY GUN. I GOT MY GUN UNDERREST. I got MY GUN. I GOT MY GUN. NO drunk tire. Get off of me. YOU'RE GOING TOO. NO, I'M NOT DRUNK AT ALL. You are under arrest. Ohio has fairly lenient gun ownership laws. If you have a license for it, you can bring a gun into a restaurant or bar. However, for obvious reasons, you cannot carry a gun while intoxicated. The female suspect, Tanisha, would have been informed of this when she got her license. But a person nearby tried to explain this to her. NO, I GOT MY GUN LICENSE AND I CAN GIVE Y'ALL MY LICENSE. IT don't matter. I'M NOT IN A LIQUOR. I'M NOT back up. I'm not drunk RIGHT NOW. BACK UP. WHAT'S THE PROBLEM? I'M NOT DRUNK. [ __ ] I do not drunk. Okay, get the watch. Doing the same right now. You're going to do back away from us and yes, I I just like these people arrested. The woman's friends believe she was being treated unfairly. However, instead of berating the officer, if they wanted to, they could have just filed a complaint after causing unnecessary chaos. Ironically, Tanisha had the audacity to accuse the officer of overreacting. You about to make me fall. Like, calm down. Okay, well then stop resisting on me. It's rocks and stuff. No, no, it's rocks and stuff on the floor. Like, you about to make me fall. Like, you doing too much. Yeah. Well, you're the one with a gun around everybody trying I don't give a matter either. No s in this. Put everyone at risk tonight. I didn't do nothing. Okay. I didn't do nothing. Like y'all let the [ __ ] leave. Well, maybe if you guys had talked to us when we got here. I was trying to. Really? Cuz all you said is you didn't give a about him. Get in the car. They charged Damian with disorderly conduct while intoxicated and resisting arrest by force, causing physical harm to a law enforcement officer. Tanisha was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct while intoxicated, and illegally possessing a firearm in liquor permit premises. On the 20th of April 2021, the cops got reports of a driver who was unable to stay in his lane on the highway. When the cops arrived, they found the vehicle parked by the far right lane with its right turn signal flashing. You wrote on the window. Are you able to roll down the window? [laughter] Pull over Flagler. He took off south on 95 right lane. Here's intoxicated. I'm 51. A few cars behind the vehicle. Speed 77 284 southbound 95. The suspect here completely disregarded the officer's commands. The officer followed his vehicle and once the car exited the highway, they again tried to conduct the traffic stop. Put your hands out the window. Put both of your hands out the window. Put both of your hands out the window. Turn off the vehicle now. Just got both his hands out. Let's take him out and secure him for now. Sir, put both of your hands out the window. Is the vehicle in park? Yes. Step out the vehicle for me. What? Step out the vehicle. Step out the vehicle. All right, let's go. Take it. Step out the vehicle. Holy. Step out the vehicle. Let's go. Let's go. Come on. Sit back to the rear. What? Sit back to the rear of the vehicle. What? Let's put Put your hand on the vehicle right here. Huh? The suspect, 75-year-old Richard Noble, looked incredibly confused as to why he was being pulled over. And this was despite the fact that he'd fled from police moments earlier. Even if genuinely he hadn't seen the officer, his inability to recognize the cops was further evidence that he should not have been behind the wheel. Did you not see this deputy stopped or behind you with her lights on on the interstate when you took off? You were p You were stopped on the side of the road with your blinker on. I'm sorry. I didn't You were stopped in the side of the road with your blinker on. She pulled up behind you with the red and blue lights flashing behind you. And let me finish. I'm sorry. And And you took off. I No, I'm sorry. 11 or 10 12. Look, look, I I'm military intelligence. MS740s. Okay. You don't care. But I don't break the law. I I I have no idea what you're Well, when you see red and blue lights flashing behind you and you're stopped on the side of the road and the red and blue lights start flashing behind, let me finish. Let me finish, please, sir. Let me finish. When you see red and blue lights behind you flashing when you're stopped on the side of the road and you still not let me finish. Okay, I'm done talking since you won't let me. Richard was eager to mention that he worked for military intelligence, hoping that information might intimidate the cops or maybe give him special privilege. When they questioned the man further, it was plain to see just how intoxicated he was. Do you have an actual why you were pulled over on the side of 95? What? Why were you pulled over on the side of 95 with your blinker on? Yeah, we do. Do you remember being pulled over, stopped on the side of the road? When? On the side of the interstate. [laughter] On the side of the interstate. Do you remember? No. Listen to me. Listen to the words coming out of my mouth, please. Do you remember having your car stopped on the side of the road? Do I remember it? Do you remember being stationary on the side of the interstate. You said you were military intelligence, right? Yes, sir. These words are not that difficult that I'm speaking. Yes, sir. Okay. Do you remember stopping your vehicle on the side of the interstate? Okay, perfect. The cops asked the man to do some field sobriety tests, and he reluctantly agreed. The first test involved looking at a pen while the officer moved it from side to side. If impaired, the subject should exhibit some involuntary jerking when gazing to the side. However, this exercise took a rather creepy turn. You're cute. Don't move your head. What? Don't move your head. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Come on. Hurry up. You understood. She told you not to move your head. Follow it with your eyes only. Correct. Okay. [groaning] [groaning] Are you serious? Okay. Later at the station, we found out that Richard's BAC was.131, which is over the legal limit of 008. It was extremely fortunate that nobody was harmed. While being escorted to a squad car, he was still convinced of his innocence and began berating the officers for doing their jobs. This is really what I wanted here. Outstanding. Yeah. I'm glad we were able to provide you what you wanted. This is exactly what I wanted here. I'm glad we were able to provide you what you wanted. Okay. Keep your hands. Stop resisting. Relax. You know what? Be an adult. You know what? I spend I have no idea how much money I spent for youing guys and I will never spend another dollar. Thank you. I know. Hey. Hey. At no point did Richard take any responsibility or acknowledge just how dangerous his behavior was while driving intoxicated. Like the bully that he is, he tried to shame the officers for arresting him. Hey. Hey people, look at these suckers. Defund them. Defund these. Defund them now. You okay? Get in the car. Get in the car. Watch. You know what? Watch your head, sir. Watch your head in the car again. Get in the car. You never say a seat. Get in the car. Have a seat. Why? Why am I so far? Mr. Noble, have a seat. Because you're being placed under arrest. Watch your head. Slide in. For what? Slide in. Now, watch your head. Watch your head. Okay. Okay. Look. Look. Scoot your back. Your butt in. It's easier. Okay. Scoot your butt and slide backwards. All right. They charged the man with resisting arrest and driving under the influence. He was sentenced to one-year probation and they suspended his license for an extended period. In 2024, however, they arrested the suspect again for DUI and that time, Richard received felony charges. On September 4th, 2024, a domestic violence call came in from a woman named Amanda, and she said she and her boyfriend had been involved in an altercation on their boat. Upon arrival, the cops found her waiting for them. What's going on? I don't know. My boyfriend's just being a for the past two days and I tried to leave the house today and we come back and it's just he just wants to constantly be a I mean he threw stuff this morning. It's just like he's been super irritated. I can't be around him without him slipping. And then I come back from dollar store and going to the botanical gardens and stuff and I come back and he's just laying there and then I'm trying to put something on in the bathroom and he just about the door the whole time about the heater and the heat and the air on the boat and I'm just like he just wants to yell at me over everything and so he's laying on the bed and I just sprayed water on him because he pissed me off. What What did you use to spray water on? Was it like a spray bottle? sink water. Okay. Did you have it like in your hand and you threw it or was it in a cup or No, it was in the thing cuz it's right next to our bed. What thing? To the hose. You have like one of those hose things. Okay. So, you got to have the hose attached to your sink. Okay. So, he sprayed water on him while he was in bed and then he flipped out through the TV and came at me and then he's like, "Tell me you love me. Tell me you love me." And I'm just like, "I don't love you if you're being a I can't do this." The couple had been together for a year, and the boat they lived on was in Amanda's name, though her boyfriend had paid for half of it. Clearly, living in a very small boat is not ideal for a couple if they're having relationship issues. And strangely, she had her [music] boyfriend's phone with her. And I took his phone because I didn't know cuz then he calls someone and then he disappears. And I don't know. So, okay. All right. So, after you sprayed water on him, what specifically did he do? He jumped up, threw the TV, uh, TV's on the bed. Uh, then he decided to go into the V-birth and felt like a child. And, and I was like, get the boat. I'm not putting up with this today. 21. So, did you tell our dispatchers that he grabbed you? One more down. Can you tell me about when and then how he grabbed you? He just came at me like here. It wasn't necessarily choking me, but it was just sort of a quick thing. So, did he push you? Did he grab your neck or your throat? What What did he specifically like? He just grabbed me here and pushed me against. Okay. Was your breathing constricted at all? Thankfully, she appeared mostly unharmed. The boyfriend's habit of breaking things around the house was a classic warning sign of domestic abuse. Things like this are done for intimidation and control. One of the cops, however, was particularly interested in why Amanda had her boyfriend's phone. Why do I have his phone? Why do I have his phone? Because I was scared to call someone. Yeah, I'll be over there in just two seconds, guys. You want to give this to him? Just hold on to it since you already have it right now. I just I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do. This has happened. All right. So, all right. Let me take Go ahead and put your purse down for me real quick. [snorts] I do have to take some pictures. Um, can you show me your hands straight out? My hands. I know. I still have to document. Okay. Do you have any This scratch from is there like from me just picking? Okay. Um, any scratches, bruises, or anything from No. Anything else? Okay. It was just sort of like I just wanted to leave before things got chaotic. So far, the officers here have only heard one side of the story. Given that Amanda had no signs of injury, but strangely had her boyfriend's phone, the cops were keen to hear from the boyfriend, Joseph. Once again, the cops have to determine who the primary aggressor was. Joseph. Joseph, can you come out, please? talk to us. Oh, thank God. How's it going? Not great. Yeah, we got to talk to you because she's saying you two got into some sort of argument. Come home twice. Do you have any weapons in there? No weapons. For our safety, can you step right here and talk to us on the phone first? Oh, yeah, sure. Of course. Come home twice. Threw her phone at me, her keys at me while I was sleeping. And then I threatened to call the police and she stole my phone and ran off. She's got my phone and everything. Can you come and step right? You have your ID with you and her wallet. Yeah, sure. Grab your wallet. Done this three times and last time she threw a lamp at my head. So, why didn't you call us when she does my phone? No. No. She said before cuz she said she wouldn't do it again and we make up. You know what I mean? You okay? That was my debit card. Can I'm not in a good way, guys. This needs to end. She can't feel like she can call people and tell them that I'm homeless. This is my house. I pay rent. Both sides have now accused each other. And like we said, it's probably not very healthy for them to be living on a small boat. While Amanda looked uninjured, that wasn't the case for Joseph. Um, can I just for the sake of documentation, I do need to take some pictures of you real quick? Sure. Um, it's just going to be one uh full face right here and then also just both your arms like this. Look, there's blood right there, man. From her scratching me, dude. This is just getting really old, man. And she needs to know. I Someone needs to explain to her this is also my residence. And you guys both live here together. We both live here together. All right. You know, so throwing stuff is not an option. I don't know what to do. She grabbed the phone out off the shelf, I think, cuz I was going for the phone and she after she sprayed the sink, she turned the sink around and just sprayed me in the bed. And that's where I go for the photo. That's what set me off. It wasn't the keys or the jar. It was the water in the bed. Why did she spray you with water again? I don't know. I'm laying in bed and that was what set her off. She's like doing stuff and leaving the door open. I'm sleeping. It's your day off. She came home. You asked her to shut the door. Twice. She came home and then she left. She She left and it came back. Like she she knows what's up, man. She's trying to in the morning. Just She's going to persist all day is what's going to happen. and she's an alcoholic. Uh I don't This is a continuation of last night when she was drunk and I went to bed cuz I didn't want to deal with her. The fact that Amanda was drunk was a further suggestion that she could be the primary aggressor as drinking alcohol can often lead to violent and aggressive behavior. After reviewing all the information, the officer then explained the next steps. So here's here's what we're obligated to do in the state of Florida. When there's an issue of domestic, which you guys don't have to be married, the fact that you guys are in a relationship and you live together, it's enough for it to be domestic. Yeah. I was a paramedic. I get it. Trust. If we can determine somebody who is a primary aggressor, we're obligated to make an arrest. Correct. Whether or not you down the line decide if charges are not the state attorney's office, that's completely up to you. But right now, as of today, we're required to make a choice and make an arrest. I understand based on what you're telling me right now and based on what she's already told me it's going to be her. I get it. I don't want that to happen. I understand. I'm just letting you know. I don't want I can't for her bond. Like this is let's she know. She's got to know this is going to happen, man. We've been through this like every couple of weeks, man. And it's like I've warned her and warned her. I've never The first time something The man's first thought upon her arrest was that she wouldn't have enough money to pay her bond. His desire to save Amanda further highlights just how toxic the relationship is. He also still hadn't realized that putting the boat solely in her name might have been another strategic power move by his girlfriend. Why am I being basically the deal is you admitted that you initiated the physical contact by throwing water and stuff on him on on that makes you a primary aggressor but at the same time you also took his phone away from him which is also illegal when it comes to domestic violence issues. Um you're not allowed to take somebody else's phone. Okay. They're not. They have to be able to offer help and everything if they want to. So, [snorts] um All right. So, at this point, [snorts] we're going to put you in my car. It's a very short ride. Yeah. [snorts] Go around. Amanda cooperated fully with the officers, so at least there wasn't a resisting charge. The officer then explained that something had to be done to fix their toxic relationship. Um, Joseph said that this isn't the first time something physical has happened between you two. Is that correct? I'll tell you exactly what I told him is these things don't get better on their own. So, as much as you guys might care about each other and love each other, if it's already to that point, I told him this time it's her, next time it could be him. you know that we can only make, you know, best educated decisions as far as primary and all that kind of stuff, but in the end, somebody's most likely going to be going to jail at the time of a domestic incident, whether it's you or him. And if it's to the point now where people are going to jail, you guys have gotten past the point where you guys can fix it on your own, you guys are going to have to seek outside professional help if you want it to go forward. If you don't, if if it's done, then you guys need to start making ways to separate. They arrested Amanda and she was later charged with domestic violence. On the 12th of June 2024, the cops responded to a call about a man screaming at two people in a black car. Hey, what's up, man? Back up, bro. How's it going? It's fine. You're building a fence. Yeah. You get a little upset building the fence? Well, because I thought that he Can you turn around and talk to me, please? Taking advantage of. Who was taking advantage of who? I thought he was getting taken advantage of on the fence when he knew more than what the other people knew. And are you his coworker? No. Do you know this guy? I mean, I was just in jail with him, but like I don't know what his problem is. Are you here together? I mean, I gave him a ride. You gave him a ride here. Yeah, but then he started acting up and then I I told him like, "Hey, you're going to get the cops caught on." You know what I mean? He started acting up and I was like, "Hey, where do you live?" I knew where I live. Where do you live? I was going to stay here and help him build the fence. Help them help him build the fence. You're going to live here with him? I was going to help him build the fence. Do you have your ID on you? Yeah. You don't have any weapons on you, do you? No, I don't. The fact that these two guys had met in jail was an immediate red flag. Also, when being asked very basic questions, the suspect had been deliberately vague. Eventually, the cop figured out that it was alcohol causing his very strange demeanor and his erratic actions. How much have you had to drink today? Uh, I don't know. What have you had to drink today? I don't know. You don't know what you're drinking? Honestly, no. So, who'd you get into an argument with here? Him? Yeah. [music] And we were obviously trying to help him build a fence here. Yeah. Just Hey, do you live here, man? Yeah. Okay. Were you planning on having him come like live with you? No. Where do you live at, dude? Or do you have a place you stay yet? Yeah. Why you going to come here? I came here because I was helping him build a build a [snorts] fence in his house. Okay. Why were you getting all upset? Because I felt like other people were taking advantage of him. People here making him do Where are those people at right now? Obviously. Where are they? That's what I'm asking you because you were here and I wasn't. So, I don't know where they would have ran off to. They took off and I said, "Where are they?" Unless they're bossing you around, trying to tell you what to do. The cops were concerned that if the man remained in the area, the altercation they had earlier might reignite. The most peaceful resolution here would be to take this guy somewhere safe to sober up, hopefully in the company of friends or family. However, this proved to be more difficult than anticipated. Hey, do you have a phone on you, man? Yeah, I do. Is there anyone in that phone who you can call to come get you? Okay. What was her name? Gloria. You have a no contact order with her, I think. So, I'm saying that just to go in the general area. Jos Murray was asking me to go to a recovery meeting with him, my sponsor. So, here's the deal, dude. You can't stay here cuz he don't want you here, and you can't just be wandering around because you're too drunk. So, where can you go and who can take you? Can I like go down the road and just chill there? Can someone pick you up? Can you like call someone in your car? Probably pick me up. That'd be perfect. Why don't you call him up? Where's he at? At the meeting was supposed to be fell off the wagon there a little bit. How'd he get over? You gave him a ride? Yeah, I wrote it down. So, hey, would you be willing to give him a ride somewhere even though you brought him here? The suspect was a member of AA or Alcoholics Anonymous. As part of his program, he was given a mentor, also known as a sponsor. The man's decision to inform his sponsor about the relapse was a very promising sign, as clearly he wanted to be held accountable. before calling the sponsor. The officer then talked to the driver and he soon learned how reluctant he was to give the suspect a ride. So, you can't like put him in the back of your truck and take him anywhere? Okay. What What has he had to drink today? I don't know. Was he So, he was drunk when you picked him up? No. And acting this way. And you still gave him right over here? Like I said, I was going to give him ride, but not over here. I just stopped to give to some food to my kids. Okay. You know, then he got off the truck. He started acting up like, "Hey, stop. I don't even [music] So, were you ever going to have him help you build a fence?" Hey, uh, police are here trying to say that, uh, I have nowhere to go. One of the worst things about addiction is that it can rupture relationships with family members and friends. And it looked like this man had no one to turn to. The cop was also concerned that the man's contact might not really be his sponsor. So, the cop then talked to the contact on the phone. Police won't talk to you right now. Me, the one you've been talking to. Hey, this is Officer Sha De Mo PD. How you doing? Good. Officer, this is Officer Schaer with the De Mo Police Department. How are you? Officer Schaer. I'm doing good. Officer Schaer. Hey, I'm here with your buddy Zach. Or are you a sponsor? No. Oh, okay. He So, he has ended up here on the east side and he is drunk and needs a place to go and uh he said that you might be able to help him out and give him a ride somewhere. Is that something you can do for us? It is not. Okay, sounds good. I just figured we'd ask. Thank you. Okay. All right. Bye. He don't want to give you a ride either. No. Do you have anyone else? He doesn't. Or any family? That's awesome. The only other option here was to take him to the station. He'd be safe there and out of harm's way. As time wore on, this guy grew more and more frustrated. And he eventually lashed out after being triggered by one of the officers who made a somewhat harsh but accurate comment. Hey, how much have you had to drink today? I don't know. I've seen a lot. What? A lot. You say a lot. I think you got a lot to drink. No. Have you had? Well, here in about another couple hours, I'll have a lot too. Oh, really? When I get off. Yeah. How's it going to make you feel? Better. Really? Yeah. I'm just asking a simple question, man. So, what do you think that's going to make you feel in like a few hours when I get out? What do you think that's going to make you feel? No. No. No. Seriously, all of you guys, what do you think that's going to make you feel after I do years in prison and I get out? When I lose my wife and I lose my kids and I lose everything. What do you think that's going to make you feel? Here's the deal. Look at your trying to prevent that because right now you could go to jail for public. No, that's fine. I will lose that. Right. What do you think that's going to prove? Right. When I'm a confirmed gang member and I've [music] done years in prison and I see your names on my What do you think's gonna happen when I [ __ ] get out? Can we help you out? I am going to do time. What do you think's going to happen when I get out? I will stop. Turn around. I will. Put him on the ground. He continued aggravating the officers from inside the vehicle. When processing the man, the threats he'd made would be taken very seriously as he had a varied history of violence, including an arson charge in 2023. We're gonna find you and you're going to die. I got family me. No red team. I guess not. You don't kill every one of you, right? Sounds like harassment first to me. You don't. You think it's funny, but I'm Huh? You think it's funny? Yeah. Yeah. But before you open the door, he is like pretty agitated. He's threatening. He's now threatening. So they arrested the man for public intoxication and for interference in official acts. On July 23rd, 2024, while responding to a traffic accident, the cops noticed a driver in a car nearby who appeared to be inebriated. Do you have your ID or anything on you? Yes, sir, I do. Um, can you come up here, please? Your son doesn't need to come up here. Well, I mean, apparently he does cuz I'm involved in something that I didn't even know happened. Are you involved? No, I was sitting here waiting for the light to green. Have you been drinking at all, ma'am? No. You had a single drink? No, sir. Well, is that what y'all are celebrating? Yes, sir. Sir, so you didn't go to Wind Dixie? Not in the actual Wind Dixie store. I went to the liquor store next door. Did you buy some? Yeah, like a couple hours ago. Is there any way we can get her out of the roadway? Which one? This one. Just traffic reasons. Is there a way I can get her out of the street? Um, Jason isn't going to be here. She's no condition to drive, right? Can you please come up here? You take Hey, ma'am. Listen, can you get off the phone for me? That's my son. Okay. The woman thought it was unfair the cops were questioning her as she had nothing to do with the crash. In reality, she should have been grateful to the officer because he stopped her from driving any further. Since she admitted to drinking and driving, you'd think she'd want to cooperate with the officers. Sadly, that's not how things panned out. All right. Right now, you're being detained. For what? For a DUI investigation. Why? Because you told me you were drinking. No, I didn't. Listen, this is all we're going to do. We're going to do this. We're going to do the exercises. Get on the exercises. You go home. That simple. That's my Okay, I understand that. You told me that. No, you don't understand that. I do, ma'am. But right now, do you mind doing a series of exercises? I'm here. Is that okay? What do you need me to do? I want I want actually I want to wait for my son to get here. Well, we're not waiting. So, no. I want my son to be here to witness this. Ma'am, listen. No. Are you okay with DOING EXERCISES? NO. NOT TILL MY SON gets here to witness this. In the car. We can wait. So, we're going to go back here and sit back in this car. Okay. Yeah. Well, as soon as my son shows up, I want to be let out this car because I I cannot be contained. No problem. The officer humored the woman, saying they'd release her when her son arrived, even though her son had no relevance to the case. To follow protocol, the cops had to transport the woman away from the busy roadway and conduct the field sobriety tests. I'm a daycare teacher. Yes, ma'am. Okay. If you could just sit right there for me. incl something that I had nothing to do with. No, ma'am. Absolutely. Yes, you are. Not the crash. But why you or why are you questioning me and pulling me over? I didn't pull you over. You You're stopped at the crash, MA'AM. WELL, I HAD NO CHOICE. WHERE WAS I GOING TO GO? SO, tell me, why did you detain me when I had nothing to do with that? I was behind them. Give me the answer. Girls, I'M CALLING MY LAWYER. YOU ARREST ME ON [ __ ] You're not arrested, ma'am. You were detained. Why am I detained though? You can't give me answer for that. For a DUI investigation. For what? For a DUI investigation. BUT WHY WAS I INVOLVED WHEN I WAS BEHIND THE cars and crashed? Because with my interaction with you made me feel like you might be under impairment. When asked to do field sobriety tests, she refused to do so until her son arrived. She also let them know she was a daycare worker trying to give the impression that she was an ordinary and compassionate member of society. However, the woman continuing to antagonize the officers might lead to charges that could impact her career. I'm a daycare worker. Do you see my shirt? It's says early imprison. It says teacher ON THE BACK. WHICH MEAN THAT work hours ago? It doesn't say I had How long? Look at me. How long do you think it's going to last in my system? Ma'am, do the math. No, do the math. Your shirt says nothing about a daycare. Yeah. Oh, okay. Excuse me. Well, you want to see my Chuck stuff? I work for a day. I believe you. I believe you work for a daycare. I got ex-husband that's looking for any reason to take my son away from me when he doesn't want him. I'm sorry to hear that. And my son is I am sorry to hear that, but I want you to just listen real quick. Okay. I want you to let me the [ __ ] out of here and let me go home. All right. Listen because I ain't done nothing wrong. Can you listen to me? No. I've been I've been nice to you. I want my son here before you say anything. Okay. This is for you. But I want my son here before you read me anything. I want my son here. Clearly, there were issues in the household which led to the ugly situation she currently found herself in. Nevertheless, the officer here had been incredibly lenient with her. However, when this woman tried to antagonize a second officer, she finally found herself in very deep trouble. All right. Are you going to perform field sobriety exercises or Who are you? You going to Who are you? Who are you? You're not going to talk to me like that. Who the [ __ ] are you? You need to calm down. Place in handcuffs right now. You're about to get You're about TO GET ARRESTED FOR PLACE in handcuffs anyway. Go ahead and put your hands behind your back. No. Put your hand. YOU'RE GOING TO GET WAVE. You're not You're going to get arrested for resisting. Stop. You know I ain't resisting. You are resisting. You're full of No, I haven't. All I said was you were going to wait TILL MY SON GOT HERE. My son doesn't dictate our actions. Well, you know what? My mom knows. Shar sleeper. And I promise you mama knows. I promise you. Well, I don't know who your mama knows or who she sleeps with. But I promise you, nobody's talking about nobody's mama but you. You ain't going to arrest me for bull. You ain't got nothing to believe me on. What are you arresting me on? Nope. No, no. Hold on. Nope. I know my rights. What are you arresting me? Charge. Keep going. No. No. Sit down. Absolutely not. Sit down. No. YOU'RE GOING TO TELL ME WHAT YOU'RE ARRESTING me for. Okay. Stay right here. Yeah. You're going to arrest me. [snorts] What are you arresting me for? Resisting. YOU'RE GOING TO RESISTING. NO. What's the original charge? No. You need to give me a reason for the original charge. The suspect was charged with resisting arrest without violence. The breathalyzer confirmed she was well above the limit and she was also charged with a DUI. Bullying people takes many forms, but as these cases indicate, it's never a smart move to target law enforcement. The charges brought against them are a clear reminder that behavior like this is never worth it.
