So, I'm just having a hard time understanding how good >> when somebody at you that you jump out of the car explosives. >> Turn around. >> Turn around. Turn around. >> You're prolonging the traffic stop because while I'm out here talking with you, I can't write the ticket. >> Hurry the ride MY TICKET SO I CAN GO park the open. LET ME THE [screaming] GO. >> One bad decision behind the wheel can turn a normal drive into a dangerous showdown. And fueled by entitlement, some of these drivers push their luck past the breaking point. That being said, their arrogance won't get them too far when these road raers with attitude problems meet nononsense police. >> WOO! [screaming] YEAH. YEAH. LET'S GO. WOO! On the 14th of October 2025 in Flaggler County, Florida, a woman called 911, saying a man in a black Chevy truck was following her, shouting insults and circling her in a parking lot. When the officers got there, they encountered the suspect. And let's just say that he wasn't too happy to see them. >> I want where I want. Get over here. Get your hands off me. >> Why you putting your hands? >> Stop putting your hands on me, man. >> I'm not resisting. I'm sorry. Put your hands behind your back. >> Relax. Relax. I'm relaxing. What you doing? Handcuffing the wrist. >> Relax. Just relax. Relax, bro. >> Let him DO IT. >> I'M TRYING TO. >> ALL RIGHT. >> WHY ARE YOU hurting me? >> Stop it, dude. >> I'm not doing that. >> Relax, bro. >> Traffic 16. Step it up. >> Don't stop it. But he never reached for the >> I can at the top of those guy. >> During the struggle, the officer's body cam disengaged. Thankfully though, the cops did manage to get him handcuffed and wrestled the man into the back of a cruiser. And while this road rager was the instigator, he seemed to believe that he was the victim. >> The mask. >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. No problem. Give us a minute. Let me talk to them. They're going to be taking >> sucker over there likes to put the handcuffs on extra tight to be a >> put Hey, you're not getting that word. >> Freedom of speech. I can say what the >> You don't have to spit on them. >> I'm not threatening nobody. >> Put your feet >> What? >> Put your feet in the car. >> Listen. Listen. >> Those handcuffs can come OFF AS QUICKLY AS THEY'RE ON. IF YOU'RE NOT going to listen to me, then I'm not going to explain to you. You're not under arrest right now. You're just detained. >> I'm detained in the back seat. You didn't detain her. You're not detaining them. >> They're not acting like you are. >> I didn't do to them. >> They're not acting like you are. >> YEAH, CUZ CUZ I HAVE PTSD. You talking about >> Okay. Well, I'm sorry. >> While he continued having a meltdown in the back of the cruiser, the cops got some witness statements from people who saw things in real time. And to no one's surprise, it quickly became apparent that it was the road rager's fault. >> I don't know how much I can add to her. I was just behind them at the turn lane here coming into the public. That's when I first saw them. I actually thought he was yelling at somebody across the street cuz he was halfway out of his car, middle fingers, and screaming at them. And then we pulled in here >> and they tried to kind of get away from him. So, they came into the parking lot and then they kept stopping and trying to go down things like you would follow them. >> And then the call was probably 2, three. And then I told the manager cuz manager seemed upset. One of the female manager, she was like, "Hey, is that what's going on over And I said, honestly, I'd call the cops cuz they're like 90 years old looking and this guy looks very aggressive. >> And then I went inside. So I don't really have much more than that. >> Okay. >> I'll see them in court. They got the right always got the right mother. Bunch of old cracks. GET ALL THEM GET ALL THEM mother words. He's a lying piece of a bunch of lying pieces of That's what y'all is. He's a liar, Jackson. You're going to burn in hell for it. The man was way more focused on throwing a temper tantrum than giving a detailed account of his side of the story. So, it was hard to tell what actually caused the altercation in the first place. >> This this guy in the black truck follows her all the way in here just going apparently. Um they they she's handicapped. She pulls into the handicap space. I guess he pulls in behind and he's just going nuts. I guess he circles around a couple of times and parks and by the time he parks and gets out, starts walking, I'm coming this way through the parking lot, everybody way down there is like pointing, that's him. That's him. That's him. And I didn't know who he was until he's he was rattling his mouth off right here as he's walking by me. And I get out and he's just like, "But yeah, anyway, he uh he's right over here." And I step out and I said I said hey you what's going on or something. He's just like I can say what the want like like steps like towards me >> and I'm like no come here and I grabbed him and that's when that's when I flipped him around put him against my car had kind of had him in the front against my car and I'm like I didn't want to let him go either. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. One thing was for certain. Whatever events led up to the altercation, this guy had taken things far beyond acceptable behavior. It's okay to be upset with someone's driving, but it's never okay to start following them and start screaming and shouting at them in their face. >> Coming at the time you did that time, I was trying to tell him not to come and walk at me right here. >> Yeah. >> Time you pulled up, thank God. I don't know what happened [laughter] because obviously he was looking for a fight. So now might seem a little extreme but because there was a lot of aggression towards me after all that me inserting myself maybe it shouldn't ask there is everything okay everything >> in the bottom left corner >> we did a trespass and just Oh that's your pen okay I don't want to steal just raise your right You swear and affirm the statements you gave are true incorrect. >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. Thank you. >> The cops here had had just about enough. They had multiple witness statements and everyone said that this guy was the primary aggressor. But even after it was all said and done, he still seemed to think that he was being treated unfairly. >> He's a lying mother. Y'all some lying. >> All right. Stop putting yourself in the truck like you asked. >> Once again, why am I under arrest? >> Uh, disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. >> Okay. I I need to file a complaint. >> I need that officer's name and badge number. >> His name is officer written. >> His first name and badge number. >> Uh, I don't know. >> Cuz there's more than one written on the force. You're not going to play. Yeah, there is more than one written. You think I don't know >> in the sheriff's office? >> Yeah. You think I don't know? Okay, don't worry about it. I'll make sure all that'll be in your uh all your paperwork. >> I don't know it off the top of my head. >> Love to start and then call the guy sheriff. You with me first. I'm going where the I can on the police. You threatened us. Nobody threatened them mother and your sheriff's officer stand stood in front of me and grabbed me the up for no mother. No, no brights mean red. Not a mother amendment rights, NOTHING. JUST PUT HIM IN HANDCUFFS, ASK HIM TO get in the back seat and take his to jail. >> He could complain all he wanted, but the evidence was conclusive. He'd acted like an absolute maniac following a woman through traffic while hurling insults and threatening several witnesses in the process. >> Bunch of racist Hispanic mother racist mother in Flagler County. Think they run the world, but I ain't going no mother. I own my property and I'm retired. I ain't going to no more. They going to see me everywhere. Believe that. I ain't got to do they going to see me following again too. God is small bunch of racist and that car think I don't know remember the tag got me up with with the sheriff sticker on the back. Huh? That's your family? That's your cousins them your aunties or somebody probably. SO, WOO WOO. YEAH. [screaming] YEAH. LET'S GO. Let's go. [screaming] [screaming] Inside the man's backpack, the cops found an unloaded firearm, which thankfully wasn't used or displayed during the encounter. Ultimately, they charged the man with breaching the peace and resisting arrest. He was later released on two security bonds totaling $750. On the 4th of September 2025, a concerned motorist called 911 to report that he'd been the victim of a road rage incident. Witnesses saw the suspect's license plate, so the officer located the man and confronted him as he was parked outside his home. Want to see your driver's license? >> I'm not asking. I'm telling. Give me your driver's license. What's going on? Officer Pratt, >> you tell me. Why are you showing up on two different traffic cameras out of your car kicking vehicles in the middle of traffic? >> Mental health issue, sir. >> Okay, let me see your driver's license. >> I have a mental health issue, sir, and you're going to make it a lot worse. I swear to God. Oh my god. Really? Are you Are you going to do this? Get out of the car. >> My license right here. >> Let me see it. >> Okay. You just don't care about humans. That's the problem with you. >> I'm not the one that was out kicking. >> You don't care about me, sir. >> According to the victim, he was parked behind the suspect's car at an intersection and honked his horn at him when the light turned green. The suspect then jumped out of his vehicle and kicked the victim's car before fleeing the scene. It was unfortunate the man was having a mental health episode, but that didn't give him cart blanch to wreak havoc. >> So, explain to me where this all started. >> I can't. >> How come? >> So, I'm just having a hard time understanding how >> good >> when somebody hogs at you that you jump out of the car. >> It's called explosive >> disorder and I can't help it. >> Okay. Should you be driving a car then if you can't >> Why do you think I'm here trying to go inside? >> Get out and put your hands behind your back. >> No. >> Yes. >> No. You're not doing this, officer. >> Now look at >> Get out and put your hands behind your back. >> Are you kidding me, sir? You can't do this. >> I don't trust your behavior right now. Get out and put your hands behind. No, you're not. >> Help me. >> Help me. My roommate's here. >> 450. Can you start me another unit? >> Put your hands Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. I >> have nothing on Turn around and put your hands behind your back. >> If he didn't start listening soon, he'd be in serious trouble. Like we've said before, people like this guy have to realize they're not the ones calling the shots. You just can't tell a police officer you're going to go inside and call it a day. That's just not how things work. >> Turn around and put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Hands behind your back. >> I'm not just I'm not doing anything. >> Get your hands back. >> Get your hands behind your back. What's wrong with you? >> Yeah, you're going to jail for assault on a police officer. >> I'm cooperating. >> Oh my god. >> I'm cooperating. >> Stop moving or I'm going to tase you. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> You guys, >> I'm home. >> I don't care. I'm you guys are doing this to me and I have a mental problem and you guys are taking advantage of me. I'm not doing anything wrong. I JUST GET TO MY DOCTOR'S OFFICE. >> YOU JUST PUNCHED ME IN THE FACE. WHAT DO YOU THINK IS THAT? >> YEAH, YOU DID. >> NO, I TRIED TO GRAB your >> I wasn't hitting you with >> At that point, he was headed to jail and no amount of talking or screaming was going to change that. If there was any silver lining at all, it was that hopefully a judge might give him a court order to attend counseling. While the suspect was being searched, the cops went on getting witness statements. >> I'm going to need IDs cuz this is going to go ugly. >> Okay. So, were you guys Yeah. Go you go get it. >> We're moving right here. Yeah. Yeah. >> It's usually not this exciting. Trust me. But this guy was involved in a reckless driving event where he jumped out screaming and yelling at people. >> Look at this guy. >> Stop resisting. >> This is cops, guys. Cops love this right here. And you guys love helping them. Look at you. Call me a good Samaritan, I guess. >> So, what if you had a mental illness, buddy? Do you think YOU'RE HELPING SOMEBODY OUT WHO HAS PROBLEMS OR DO YOU THINK THAT YOU'RE CAUSING PROBLEMS? >> I LAUGH PEOPLE AND SAYING YOU'RE UP. >> You said it, not me. >> You're a idiot CUZ YOU SAID GO TO A MENTAL INSTITUTION, YOU PIECE of >> calm down. >> Yeah. And then he goes, "This is what pisses me off. It's people like y'all >> who have no >> wake up you. >> So, what did you see him throw any punches or anything? >> I saw him on the ground >> fighting. Okay. Resisting. >> Resisting. >> Okay. >> The man continued trying to shame the cops for arresting him, but the cops weren't buying it, and neither were the witnesses. Next up, the cops wanted to know just what this guy was doing, driving around in his condition in the first place. >> Why is he out driving around when he's in a stable? I need you to pick up my medication, sir. And my roommate was asleep. >> Okay. >> Not now cuz he wants to take me to county and he's laughing at me along with these guys. >> He decided to assault a police officer. >> I didn't after he got out in traffic and assaulted a person in their vehicle. >> I did not assault him. >> It's on camera. >> I didn't assault him. >> Okay. >> I put my hand on his window to say you don't honk at somebody when it goes green that fast. There was no reason to. That's it. >> And then you got out of your car >> and kicked his vehicle. >> That was already when I was after the car. Yeah, I kicked this vehicle on the way out, but there's no damage. Show me where the damage was. I didn't kick it hard enough. And then I got back into my car. >> Okay. >> And you're sitting here. I pull up. I finally breathe a sigh of relief to go inside so I can take my medication, chill out, and you get out. >> Okay. >> And and charge me at the car as a police officer. What do you think that makes me do after just now coming down? >> I walked up and asked to see your driver's license. >> You walked up calmly and just said, Let me see your No, you said I SAID >> DRIVER'S LICENSE RIGHT NOW. >> I SAID, "LET ME SEE YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE." >> Sadly for this guy, you can't just scream and shout at the cops and everyone in earshot and expect to just walk away due to your mental illness. He was clearly a threat to public safety and he had to be dealt with. >> I can't talk NORMAL TO PEOPLE WHO don't give ABOUT ME. >> THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ME. THEY KNOW THEY CAN RELEASE ME. NO, they they're officers. They can release. And I'm going to lock it up here. Do you see how they don't give? >> They don't give a about me. >> Yeah. Well, you treat >> Let's just do our job, officer. Yeah. Let's get them locked up and move on with our day. >> Another one gone. And another one. And another one. And another one. Putting these bad guys behind bars. >> Am I the bad guy, officer, or do I just have an problem? >> You tell me. >> I don't know. >> Well, guess what? YOU WOULD KNOW IF YOU WANTED TO FIND OUT. >> There was no way the cops were going to convince the man that he was in the wrong. In his mind, he justified his actions due to his mental illness, no matter how violent or outrageous he'd been. >> Not going to count. We're not. >> You could be good cops for one day, but no, you choose not to be. >> And you still, you know, I think God's given you this opportunity to sit here and wait. Maybe you guys think about that, man. You're going to the ground. Do you understand? Look at you. I don't care. You come off and not do what you doing. You guys are so You're so Look at me. I'm 149 lbs. >> I don't care. But you can't follow simple directions. You can't do what you're supposed to do. >> Thank you. >> All right. Thanks. >> Just cooperate. >> I am. >> Hi. I'm here. I don't have >> Hey, I just now >> Okay. I'm sorry. I don't have. >> With the suspect finally secured, the cops then talked to his roommate, who seemed more than willing to shed some light on his friend's mental health. >> And how often does this type of thing happen where he's just so mad he can't control himself? >> Yeah. He blacks out. >> I'd say about every 3 weeks. Some disinfectant. >> Yeah. Have you got it? And um >> yeah, this is the last thing I would expect today >> after yesterday was good. >> That's okay. >> Slow it down. >> So he's going into county. >> You can slow it down now. He's in custody and being transported. >> Well, you know, if he's got mental health problems, it is what it is. We we do the best we can to try to take care of people, but So, what's the best way for me to just wait to hear from him or >> Yeah, he he'll have some phone calls and he'll be able to call you. Does he have a phone number for you? >> Yeah, he's got my memorized. >> Okay. Um, he's got we're taking his cell phone with him to the jail, so he has that to access phone numbers. >> Okay. >> Um, so just kind of keep your phone handy and he'll give you a call after a while. >> All right, that sounds good. >> They charged the suspect with battery on an officer. On July the 20th, 2025, an officer observed a gray sedan that failed to completely stop at a stop sign. The officer activated his siren and conducted a traffic stop for it's going to be unreadable Georgia tag. We're going to be 4500 block of Edgemore on a gray sedan. >> Why you reading my tag and I just came? >> You got you got your license registration provin. >> I do, but first of all, you >> step back in the car. >> No, because I know my price and you just pulled over for no reason. >> 45. Step back in the car. >> I'm not gonna I don't have anything. I'm gonna stay right here and talk to you. >> Okay? >> Because >> I'm telling you I'm giving you a lawful order. >> I know my right. >> I'm giving you a law >> and I'm giving you a lawful rights. I'm going to read you your rights in a minute. Okay? I'm going to sit down, but I'm going to read you your rights in a minute because I've been I've been to law school. I've been going through law school. I'm read your rights. >> Congratulations, guys. I have two reasons for the traffic stop. Give me your license registration. >> Tell me why first. Because I didn't do nothing. I'm just pulling around cuz I just came from my cousins and now I'm back over here to pull into my apartment. >> Okay. So what registration did I do for me to give you that >> license registration? >> Tell me what I did for you to for me to give you that. >> Once I get all your documents, I will give you that. >> It quickly became clear to the officer that he was dealing with a top tier Karen. These types reject any authority outright and therefore they think they have the right to dictate how a traffic stop proceeds. >> This going to go bad for you. >> Okay. >> What did she do? >> I ain't do nothing. Tell me what I did. >> I don't have to explain to you what she did. You're not not you. >> Well, answer me. What did I do? >> When I get when I get all of your documentation, I will provide that to you. >> Give me this a second. Um, I got pulled over and I'm trying to figure out why he pulled me over. >> She ain't do nothing. >> He passed. >> You have to tell me why you pulled me over because you just literally literally were in the cluster and I wasn't even on the main road. >> Again, I'm asking for all your legal documentation. >> I can give you that, but I need you to give me a legal reason. >> Okay. Can you give me your license, registration, and proof of insurance? Again, like I have asked. >> Okay. What's your badge number? What's your badge number and your name >> when I get all of your >> when I get Okay. What's your name and your badge number? Because you're just screwing me over for no reason. >> It was like talking to a brick wall. He told her multiple times why he pulled her over, reminding the woman that she'd failed to stop at the stop sign. But that was beside the point, as he'd given her a lawful order to hand over her information, which she was refusing to do. >> Can you move from my door? >> Yes, you can move. Okay. Let me call Let me call somebody. >> I ain't got no choice but to call him now. Now I got to call him cuz what the hell? >> Can I get your documentation so I can explain to you the reason for stop? >> I need you to go ahead and explain. >> This is not your This is not your stop. >> This is my stop. >> This is my stop. >> This is not YOUR STOP. THIS IS >> HER MAMA RIGHT THERE. >> This is my traffic stop. I will explain to you the reason for the stop when I get all of your legal documentation. >> Okay. Tell me my legal reason so I can give you my legal documentation cuz I can give you my license. Yes. This is how it work. >> Okay. Give me your license. >> Tell me why we doing it. >> Give me your license. >> Tell me why we doing it. I'll give you a Don't touch me. >> Step out of the car. Step out of the car. Step out of the car. >> Step out of the car. >> I swear to God y'all get s cuz I I've been to law school. Y'all get the on my daughter. Hey, listen. Matter of fact, my dad, >> if she really had been to law school, she should have known better than to resist the cops. It's the most ignorant people who are so damn sure of themselves. Next, they searched the woman and she was placed in the back of a squad car. And as they did so, her friends continued lecturing the cops about their legal knowledge. >> What was the reason you pulled her over? Okay, SHE'S ASKING YOU AND YOU CAN'T TELL HER. She's asking YOU AND YOU CAN'T TELL HER AT ALL. YOU BEING NASTY. YOU BEING RACIST. THIS IS RACIST right here. I'm calling. He's being racist. >> Literally, WE WAS AT THE STOP SIGN. IT DON'T MATTER. We was at the stop sign. He was all looking at her car. He didn't do anything wrong. I'm telling you what happened. We was at the stop sign. He He did a UI and bust and block HER IN JUST LIKE THAT. HE DON'T HAVE HE DON'T WHAT DID YOU STOP HER FOR? TELL HER WHAT SHE STOP what you stop her for so you can give her her ID. That's all he had to do. But he being a nasty wife. >> All the friend was really doing was agitating the suspect, causing her to jump out of the squad car and threatened to sue the cops. In response, multiple cops descended on her and forced her back into the cruiser. >> STOP. STOP LISTENING. GET DOWN. >> HEY, SHE RIPPED the cuff. >> Hey, SHE RIPPED THE CUFF. I got the legs. I got the legs. I got the legs. >> Hey, relax. >> I'm not GOING TO COME BACK CUZ mother >> relax my daughter. >> On my daughter. Make him go. >> Y don't know I'm in law school. I'm in law school. >> I got it. I'm trying to make sure she caught my >> She can call. >> Okay. I need to make sure she's not touching me. >> Go roll down the window for you. >> No, I got in. >> I'm good. >> You're already under arrest. Get in. >> Please don't touch me. I got it. >> I got it, y'all. I need y'all to relax. >> Get in. >> I'm in. [screaming] >> Last warning. Get in. Get in the car. >> All right. Do this again. [laughter] >> Just stop. Just stop. >> You're already under arrest. >> The level of ignorance was just astounding. How she could behave so poorly while thinking she was in the right just boggled the mind. By this point, a crowd of onlookers showed up to take the woman's side. >> Y'all didn't know how to do that on the female. >> Exactly. So he pulled up for no reason. >> Don't you think though she complied to be a lot easier? She asked, "What? What's the reason overnight? You got to get what you pulled US OVER FOR. YOU GOT TO TELL US." >> EXACTLY. >> EXACTLY. WHAT DID YOU do wrong? >> Exactly. Exactly. problem like crazy. >> It was beyond absurd that racism had anything to do with it. She'd refused to follow a lawful order, and she'd been handcuffed and put in the back of a cruiser, but it had nothing to do with the color of her skin. She was arrested due to her behavior, but the woman's ignorance was being backed up by her friends. >> I'm going to kick your cuz you handling me so >> handle me like THAT AGAIN. I'MMA SPIT ON YOUR I'M KICK YOU in your I'mma kick your >> You grab on me like that ONE MORE TIME. LIKE THAT ONE MORE TIME. >> HEY, STOP. STOP. STOP. STOP. STOP. STOP. >> I'm not stopping. The way he handled me. >> Where's your pump? Where's your asthma pump? Stop. Where's your phone? >> Stop handling me cuz the way you keep handling me. >> Can you tell him to stop touching me? >> I need you to get your hands out of me AND I'LL STOP. GET HIM the orange. >> Listen. Get him away from me and THEN I WILL CALM DOWN. I'MMA reason with them, but I'm not going to reason with your Y'all got 10 seconds and I'm going to start spitting. 10 seconds. I'mma give y'all 10 seconds. I'mma give y'all 10 seconds. >> I'm give you 10 seconds. That's what the >> That's what the >> While she continued playing the victim, the cops secured her in handcuffs and placed her back in the cruiser. After arguing with her friends a bit more, she was finally taken down to the station. >> I know my 105 bra fox 51 BRC started. 101799. >> Get my KEYS TO MY CAR. THE DOOR. >> Did you call me? What did [screaming] he say? [music] [screaming] >> WHAT THE It's Peach. They charged the woman with battery on law enforcement, assault on law enforcement, and resisting an officer without violence. On the 26th of August, 2024, the cops responded to a traffic accident. When they arrived on scene, however, one of the drivers involved wasn't so happy to see them. I know you had a lot going on, but me and the gentleman behind me and we were in the car. We were in the lane. >> She hit him first. >> She was been over looking at the accident and she came up behind me just >> Okay. Would you mind hanging out for a second then? We're going to try to get >> right there. I got my daughter with me though, so I can hang up a little while so I can give you my car. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> I'm going to go get my little cousins. >> She was driving. >> She was driving. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> But uh she she got to go get my little cousins from from school cuz we supposed to be picking them up right now. We late to pick them up. Yeah, she's got to come back cuz it's that's it's that's for >> I have to go walk to go get her. >> What What's her What's her What's her first name? >> Destiny. >> Destiny. >> Yeah. >> You know Destiny's last is she the owner of the car there or is Whose car is that? >> That's my sister car. >> What's Destiny's last name? >> I'm I'm not even going to try. I'm I literally >> like That's not >> Can you call her cuz she's got to come back here for the crash? I got to get her info for the crash report. >> Yes, you heard that right. The suspect here, Destiny, had caused an accident, physically assaulted another driver, then left the scene like nothing had happened to go pick a family member up from school. While the cops tried to track her down, the woman's sister, Anitras, arrived on scene to plead her case. >> So, she punched this other guy in the back of the head. Uh, black female, thin build, wearing um a sports quad shorts. >> Yeah. Black female and the white sport. >> She in one of these vehicles. >> Yeah, she was driving her vehicle. >> Supposedly, she went up to get the kids. She walked off eastbound. Um, if you guys want to head that way and see if >> she's squirly, so she know. >> Are you pressing char? Are you going to arrest him for hitting her? >> Yes or no? >> Well, I have to get her story. >> Yes or no? >> Well, I don't know. >> It's not a yes or no. We We only have one side of story. >> You see the marks on her head, though? And it didn't happen because the accident. So, are you going to let somebody get her? >> It don't even matter. What's your badge number? >> 52. >> And what's yours? >> 892. You say you just walked up. >> You wasn't here when it happened. >> No. >> Okay. But you were here, correct? >> No, I wasn't here when it happened either. I showed up then she walked off. >> His bad number 52. >> And who are you? >> I'm the parent and the also the owner of this car. >> Oh, okay. Perfect. >> So, I'm both full. >> Do you have your uh ID so I can send you information from the crash report? >> You can do this right here. I wasn't driving. >> Well, there's two people attached to the car. So, >> I'm an older >> I'm anress >> on the birthday. >> Her sister's entitlement was just astounding. She was treating the cops like they'd done something wrong when in reality it was her sister who'd been in the accident and assaulted a pedestrian. Thankfully, Destiny soon arrived on scene to speak with the officers. >> So, so what happened to that? >> Hello. >> The guy hit me over to get my siblings. That's why I walked out. >> Trying to go get them, but they're already out of school. >> Gotcha. I'm going to go get it. >> Okay. >> But he hit me. >> What? Rather, what happened with the traffic crash? >> That's what happened. He hit me. >> Okay. >> He hit the back of me. >> Where? Can you show me where by chance? >> He had a big truck. >> I don't know where. >> He just pulled over. He was a little chop. It was like a little It was literally nothing at all. But this Oh god. Yo. Yeah, but >> supposedly the officer that saw was on duty, so my phone so I can take some some pictures real quick. >> The officer documented the vehicle damage and took photos of Destiny's injuries, which she said she'd sustained due to the other driver. There were multiple witnesses, however, and they all reported that she'd attacked the other driver and not the other way around. >> Just so we're all clear, we're all on the same page right now. You're not free to leave. You're being placed under arrest for battery because I have three individual witnesses who were involved in the crash who said he hit her and she got placing her under arrest. >> That man wasn't even just letting you know what's going on. Right. So I have I have I have three witnesses who were involved in the crash, right? >> And who bro? >> Who hit who? >> To find out. >> Oh, okay. But you arresting one person. So I'm drilling I have three witnesses who weren't involved with either one of y'all. >> That'll be part of not him. No. No ma'am. >> Who else was there? There was nobody else there. >> There were three ruler for you. >> Well investigation. So right now I'm ask your hand behind your back. Tell you put your handcuff and put in the back of the car. I need to get super on the ground. >> I need to get down on the ground. >> Already said that. >> What are you going to do? >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Three different witnesses. >> Stop. Just stop. Just stop. >> Well, that was about the dumbest move she could have made. The cops already had her information, and of course, they knew who she was. So, even if she had gotten away, they would have eventually picked her up back at her house. >> No, >> stop. You're not reaching into your pocket. Stop. >> Stop. Stop. >> Get my phone. >> Okay, we'll get your phone in your pocket. Like, just listen to what they're saying. You will not reach in your pocket. >> Okay. Just don't. >> We know they both supposed to go to jail, but these officers are not real. >> All right, come on. We're going to stand you up. >> You want to roll to your side or >> said that's what happened, but >> you making it. Okay. >> Stand up. >> Listen. >> Stand up and get in the car. Give another charge. >> Okay. >> I got it right here. >> No, my car and everything. >> But you got to get up. >> Get up. >> Okay. Get up. The cops managed to get her on her feet and search her, but as they took her over to a squad car, she again refused to cooperate and sat back down on the ground, claiming she was the victim. >> All right, you're going to catch another charge. Okay, you want ANOTHER CHARGE FOR RESIST. >> Get in the car. We'll let you be. We'll let you call. >> But you're not. You're beating my hand. >> You got to get in the car. >> I will, but you're not you're stand. >> Just stand up. >> Get in the car. >> Just get in the car. >> Where is she? just in the corner. Don't ball that. >> Come on, >> Destiny. You are MAKING IT WORK. >> WHERE IS MY GIRLFRIEND? >> NOT THAT SHE can't do nothing for you on the on THE PHONE, BRO. BRO, >> the woman's mother was right. All she was doing was making things worse for herself and getting additional charges for resisting. By that point, it was no use to call her family and friends, and it was up to Destiny to help herself by cooperating. >> Let me see her, please. >> No, man. Just get in like this. >> No, man. Let me see her, please. >> Babe, please. Can you get around the seat? >> It don't matter. You won't have to get in one way or [snorts] >> my face. Thank you. >> All that work for us is nothing. >> They charged the woman with resisting without violence, leaving the scene of an accident, no valid driver's license, and battery. On the 10th of July 2025, police were dispatched to a Walmart parking lot. Reportedly, two males were involved in a heated road rage incident. >> What's going on? Well, this guy ran into the ran into the back of my car. We was at uh what is that? O. Yeah, we were we were at Oene. >> I see you still got some coffee there. Don't Don't wipe it off cuz I'm going to get a picture of it. >> It's all It's all over my phone, over car. You got styrofoam. Probably styrofoam cup or whatever. >> Oh yeah. Let me get a picture of all this because it it'll go away over time. Okay. >> All right. Just look straight ahead. >> One man said the incident started when he was driving down the road. He said another driver pulled alongside him and started flipping him off and making racial slurs. When he pulled into the parking lot, the suspect followed him. >> So, he was saying things, you know, the nword and you know, and I I really felt, yeah, he's trying to >> This is the second call since midnight last night that I had somebody get involved in a crash and get called the nword and have the other one was spit. >> Yeah. So sorry that that happened. >> Yeah, man. So I I was like, "No, I'm not getting out of the car." >> All right. So he called you a racial slur. Did he ever threaten you or anything like that? >> He didn't threaten me, but it for some reason it was just a lot of gibberish with right along with the with the racial slur. And I'm like, >> "Okay." >> And he's like, "You doing that?" Like I was doing nothing. >> Thankfully, the suspect here took note of his license plate. So, the officer looked it up in the system and before too long, he was knocking on the suspect's door with some questions. >> Hey, how you doing? Sheriff's office. >> How's it going, General? >> So, the reason I'm here is because we got a couple calls earlier of a crash. Wanted to make sure you were okay. >> Crash. >> Yes, it's >> truck's right there. Do you see any damage to it? >> I don't know. You want to walk around real quick with us? >> You want to take a peek? >> I mean, that's up to you. I mean I mean, >> can you? >> Yeah, come take a look. I mean, I don't have you want to check your >> Well, I'll explain it to you, but you want to take a look at your bumper. Take a look at your vehicle. >> No, no damage to my truck. I don't know what you're talking about. >> Okay. So, you have no idea why I'm here. >> There was not involved in any crash today involving another gentleman. >> I mean, just a couple idiots parked down the street. I don't know what talking about. >> Okay. Would it surprise you if I had several callers and pictures and videos of you and your vehicle involved in a crash today? I'm not saying anything happened. I'm just asking because I want >> Does it look like there's any damage to my truck? >> Okay. >> All right. Then >> was there any type of crash or incident on 41 that you were involved in today? >> No. No, not that that I know of. I know there was an idiot that was parked in the middle of the street that I went around >> on 41. >> Well, yeah. As I'm going to sub, you know what I'm saying? Like, you know, I told him to go himself. He's like, I got you on video. and told him to go something. I went on about my business. >> It was a pretty nice try, but the man knew exactly why the cops were there. He was trying to downplay the situation, making it seem minor, like the whole thing was so forgettable, and he didn't even think that was what they were talking about. >> You know, there's obvious a couple questions. All right. Listen. Hey, hey, hey, hang on a second cuz you're not free to leave right now. All right. >> Look, don't grab me. >> Listen, >> stop. >> Just chill. >> Just relax. >> Listen, listen. I am trying to listen, but you got your hands on me. You're about to find out the hard way. >> Put your hands behind me to do anything. >> Stop it. >> Chill. >> I am chilled. >> Well, I don't want you. >> I'm going to my business to eat my supper and you're telling me that there's an accident, >> but does it look like there's an accident to the front of my truck? >> Hey, you listen to me. >> Why are you escalating this? Calm down, man. >> I am calm. >> So, why are you tensing your wrist up like you're trying to fight us for no reason? because you grabbed the a hold of me. >> You let go of me, the tense is over. >> He was resisting and if he kept things up, they were going to put him in handcuffs. He might have disagreed with why the cops were there, but they had a right to be asking questions. And if he didn't shape up and start cooperating, things might start getting ugly. >> You're under arrest. >> Put your hand Don't fight. Stop. >> Listen, we're not going to fight. >> Charges for what? >> You're going to be You're under arrest. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> We don't want to go this far. Okay. We don't want to do >> I don't know why you're trying to do it. >> Call traffic. Call traffic. >> Hold on. >> Listen. >> You're going to get tasty. Central to the travel. >> So if you guys calm down, I'll calm down, >> dude. And then I'll put my hands >> and then I'll put my hands behind my back. >> Listen to me. >> Going to get tags for a minute, dude. >> Listen to me. >> I'll calm down as soon as you do. >> I'm put my hands behind my back. >> Dude, I'm fine. >> Get on the ground. >> Stop fighting. >> I'm not going to get on the ground. >> On the ground. >> I'm not going to get on the ground. I don't know why you're making this big because you stupid mother. >> Roll me his other hand. >> You stupid mother. >> Back up. Back up. Ma'am, now >> back up. >> That's my husband. I'M NOT BASHING YOUR FACE. I I'm going to get my phone. >> They continued wrestling around on the ground. And if he continued disobeying lawful orders, there was a pretty good chance the cops were going to get the taser out. I don't know why you're doing this. >> I don't know what the you're doing. I told you I would back off as soon as you're stupid. If you're too stupid for that, you dumb mother damage to my truck. You stupid mother. >> Just make sure she don't come over here for a second. Stupid son of a >> cuz stupid Charlotte County cop here hurt right now. >> You dumb mother. >> Dude, stop. >> Stop. Stupid mother. >> I TOLD YOU I'D BE >> AS SOON AS YOU WOULD BE, you dumb. >> With the suspect secured in the back of a squad car, the cops had a chat with his wife. At the same time, the man's son showed up, pulling his truck and trailer right up on the grass, wedging it right between the officer's vehicle and his parents' home. >> What's going on here, dude? >> Don't ever drive like that again. >> DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME? >> DON'T ever get over here. Get back in the car. Get back in the car. Silence for reckless. Get back in the car. Hint in the car. Throw up a trash can of >> I don't care. >> Get in the car. >> Sir, I'm just trying to get driver's license. >> Driver's license. >> Okay. But this is my son. >> Is that your husband? >> That's my husband. You want to come down and explain something to me? >> I just called you because I'm very upset. >> That's not a reason of how he just drove. >> Okay. I didn't see him. >> He about flipped the trailer over. >> You're on video. I apologize. I'm in a rush. I'm trying to get something out of my truck. I'm moving between three houses right now. >> I apologize. >> At the end of the day, you can't drive like that. Okay. God forbid there was a child out here. Okay. There are a bunch of children in this area. You are going to get a ticket for reckless driving. Okay. >> Yes. Hang out of the vehicle till I'm done with you. Listen to what he has to say. He's in charge. >> Yes, sir. >> What an incredibly dumb move. The only thing the man achieved was getting a ticket. Before calling it a day, the cops gave the whole family a lecture and took the suspect off to jail. I'm sorry. He That's my fault. I'm just trying to It's not a reason of what you just did. See the people right here with the dog that mother. Let me just talk to him. >> She's upset, too. Serious. >> Just go over there real quick. Just go over there. >> I've got my husband and that son. >> Sorry. >> Can't be doing that crap. >> I know. I'm rushing around. I'm in the middle of >> Well, she just called you obviously. >> Yeah. And I need to get something out of my truck as well. What they have going on has nothing to do with me. >> Okay. Well, that ain't definitely ain't a reason why you just drove like you did >> in this. How's your night going? Just started. >> Just started. >> Just started. >> Starting off on a [ __ ] show, huh? >> Yeah. >> Well, it can only get better from here. >> By the way, thank you for your service. >> I hear, dude, you got kids. >> I got Yes, I do have kids. I >> could you imagine you standing here and you seen that? >> I get it. >> Okay, >> I was completely in the wrong. >> They charged the man with battery on law enforcement, criminal damage to property, resisting arrest, and leaving the scene of an accident. On the 20th of March 2025, the cops responded to a road rage incident. Reportedly, a man pulled a gun on another driver before fleeing the scene. After a brief search of the area, the cops eventually caught up with him. >> Hands in the air. HANDS up in the air. >> All right. Keep your hands up and GET OUT OF THE CAR. [snorts] >> HANDS UP. >> FACE THAT WAY. >> FACE THAT WAY. >> Turn around. >> Face that way. And put your hands in the air. >> Hands up. >> Take a step back around. >> Turn around. Turn around. >> Turn around. >> Walk backwards. >> AROUND. [screaming] >> WALK TOWARDS US. WALK BACKWARDS. >> Walk backwards. [screaming] >> Walk towards us backwards. It was a tense situation, of course, because the man was reportedly armed. After failing to follow the cop's orders for a few good minutes, the suspect here, whose name was Edward, eventually started walking backwards towards them. >> Keep coming back. Keep coming back. >> Why you What? What am I doing? >> We'll scare man. I never >> Who else in the car? >> You know this gun is in my car. I was literally for your safety up and I was >> in the back. Nobody else is in the car and I'm I'm legal. I'm not I I'm a lawying citizen. I'm I'm being I'm being honest with you. Y'all don't HAVE NO THREATS. I'll be honest. I don't have no threat, man. >> According to reports, the whole thing started when a woman honked her horn at the man after he nearly hit her. According to the victim, the man got out of his vehicle and pointed a firearm at her, then threatened to shoot the woman before driving off. >> Just trying to go pick up my brother. >> I'm 21 years old. I was a registered gun. >> Okay. >> I'm registered. I [ __ ] that no secret don't mean no nothing. Chill out. Chill out. >> Pull me over for no reason. This is a mistake. We're not taking you back in the car, bro. In a minute. Chill out. >> I don't know yet. Chill out. >> What is this? >> Cuz we got a call about you pointing a gun at somebody. Chill out. >> Don't say anything to me right now. I'm going to read your rights in a minute. Chill out. He wasn't being arrested for carrying a registered firearm. They were arresting the man for pointing it at a woman who simply honked her horn at him after he nearly hit her. Just because the man had a license to carry, it didn't give him the right to behave so recklessly. >> On the gang, it wasn't just self-defense. SHE STARTED WALKING UP ON MY CAR. >> NO SELF-DEFENSE WHEN somebody's in their own car. Sit down. Put your foot in there. >> What do you mean in their own heart? box. >> At the police station, the cops interviewed the victim and she gave a description of the events leading up to the altercation. >> He was speeding down. I don't know. I don't want to say he was speeding, but he wasn't paying attention. He was on the phone. He was on his phone. Yeah. >> So, I'm like when I once I was able to pull out, I just be the horn. I said, "Hey, get off the phone." You know what I'm saying? Cuz he could have caused the accident. So, >> he's we stopped at the light. So, he he he pulls all the way up next to the car, like really really close. So, then he was >> um I was side by side to someone else almost. He pulled up all the way up on them just so that he could be able to say something to me. So he he started screaming and yelling. So I rolled the window down and said I was saying get off the phone because you wasn't paying attention. So he said I you crash out. You got a kid in there and he got out the car and he pulled he cocked it back. He said kill your kid. I crash on this not kill you. >> As things turned out it was a whole lot worse than simply flashing his gun. This guy was going to have a lot of explaining to do. Next, they read him as Miranda writes, [music] which was like pulling teeth. And they continued searching his vehicle. >> Listen, if you don't shut up, we're not going to be able TO TALK TO YOU. Do you understand that? >> You I'm trying to read you your rights so we can talk to you and I can listen to you then. Do you understand that? >> Do you understand that? >> Can I read you? Put your foot back in. >> Why you being so mean to me? Because I'm trying to read your rights. You're not listening and all. You're doing I have to read these to you before I hear you out. In the trunk of Edward's vehicle, the cops found several cases of ammunition. Over at the police station, the cops went on questioning the victim, and she clearly described the man along with his firearm, proving she indeed got a close-up view of his gun. I think it's right here. >> So, you were right in front of me. The lights. Yes. Right here. >> Okay. How far back were you in traffic? >> Not that far. I mean, it had to be maybe like maybe four cars. Three cars in front of me and maybe like four in front of him. >> Okay. Were you in you were in the right lane or you were you in his left? >> I was in the right lane. He was in this lane. >> Okay. >> I was in this lane. >> You caught it. All right, we'll check both. >> Um, it was after their driveway and before the light. >> Yeah, >> I would like to do a deal. >> I know exactly what he looks like. He's he was lightkinned. He had curly hair. That's why I thought he was making he's very very light curly afro hair or whatnot. >> Where did he live? >> I stay on. >> Okay. Did you describe the room? >> Yeah. I don't know what kind of gun it was, but it was black. It was about like this. And the handle wasn't real long. The handle had to be maybe about like this, but the gun was about like this. >> And it was black. >> With the evidence stacked against the man, the only thing left to do at that point was to take him to the station to be processed further. And just to think, the whole situation was completely avoidable. Maybe next time, before brandishing his firearm, he'll think twice before doing so over something so incredibly trivial. trouble. >> Well, we're we're going to bring you back to the jail until further. So, >> yeah. >> How old are you? >> Because you have no reason to point a gun at somebody right now. >> Why did you come at me and then call the cops at me? >> Yes. Go ahead. >> What was the problem? talk to him doing nothing. >> They charged the man with aggravated menacing and he was released after posting bond. >> On the 8th of January 2024, while patrolling in Oaklan, Illinois, an officer noticed a car without license plates, unlawful headlights, and windows that were covered with excessively dark tint. In response, he conducted a traffic stop. And it soon became clear that the violations he saw were going to be the least of his worries. >> It's a traffic stop. Turn your car. >> I don't care what you stop for cuz I'm going to play. I just caught the >> tints are illegal. >> Okay. It don't matter. It does. >> Move out the way. Turn off your car. Turn off your car. Stay right there. Turn off your car. >> I'm not going to turn. What do you want? >> It's a traffic stop. Turn off your car. Damn, my [ __ ] cop uh overheating. >> I see that. You have driver's license insurance, please. >> Yeah. Um some What? What? What did you >> What do you want, bro? >> This is a traffic stop. I'm pulling you over for your >> I don't know, bro. I'm on um I'm on 95th and I'm I'm on uh 87th and what is this? >> Can I have your driver's license, please? >> It's amazing how people can be so rude. The cop's reason for the traffic stop were completely legitimate, but the suspect had the nerve to ignore the officer, as if he had no right whatsoever to be questioning him. And sadly for the suspect, he was about to learn that he wasn't in charge. >> Can I have your driver's license, please? >> My mother over here. >> Okay. Can I have your driver's license, please? >> Yeah. What? What? What station you? >> Don't stop. Don't open my mother. >> Take your hand out of your pocket and give me your driver's license here. Thursday's open. >> Yeah, hurry up. I'm on 95th. What? What is this? Hurry up. Do what you going to do? >> Central 31. Can I get another unit, please? Trust I got a file for you. >> Yeah, these mother always with me. Always. >> You have insurance? >> Yeah, I got insurance. >> Can I see it, please? If an officer's pulled you over to question you, do yourself a favor and just hang up your phone. It's not only extremely rude, but it also increases the tension because it signals to the officer that you're being uncooperative. >> I don't know. He ain't following me for hours on um on 87 cent. This mother ain't um go past what he supposed to go past. >> Do you have any Do you have uh insurance, SIR? >> YEAH, I GOT INSURANCE. I TOLD YOU I HAD INSURANCE. >> Can I see it? >> I'm asking you to see it. I'm trying to pull that for you right now. >> Okay. Well, if you answer me, I don't have to keep asking that question. >> Man, don't ask me no more. There you go. Right there. >> Yeah. Don't grab my phone. Look at it. I can't see it. >> Okay. It don't matter. Look at it. You can see it right here. Look at it. Don't just write your ticket. >> No, you're not going to write me here. Look at it. >> Stay inside THE CAR. >> LOOK AT IT. You're not going to write me. Give me my mother phone. You're not going to write me. >> This isn't in this car. >> Yes. The it is I got SR22. >> Yeah, but that's not >> It don't matter. I got SR2. ALL RIGHT. RIGHT. SO, >> HONESTLY, who does this guy think he is talking to the cop like that? It's the cop's job, of course, to check his paperwork out and make sure it's valid, which of course it wasn't. >> Keep the car off. >> Keep the car off. Don't move the car. >> That's a lawful order, by the way. Don't move the car. >> Okay. >> It'll be on the ticket. >> It will be nice and big for you. Stay in the car, man. >> You said what? >> Stay in the car. >> What are you doing? >> I'm writing you tickets. You're staying in the car. >> What are you writing me tickets for? >> I'll explain to you when I give them to you. Get in the car. >> Get my license. >> Get in the car. >> You're about to be arrested. >> I'm about to be arrested for what? >> Obstructing. And I'm going to talk for what? >> You're obeying. You're deay disobeying a lawful order. Stay in a car, >> bro. I'm not disobeyed. >> Did I just give you a lawful order? >> You might give me a lawful. >> Stay in the car. Hold on. Let me let me Hold on. >> Sure. >> Hold on. >> What can I do for you? >> You're prolonging the traffic stop because while I'm out here talking with you, I can't write the ticket. >> Hurry the WRITE MY TICKET SO I CAN GO. >> MY CAR'S GOING to overheat. LET ME THE GO. JUST HURRY UP AND >> STAY IN THE CAR. >> He was really trying the cop's patience, but if he kept things up like that, things weren't going to end well. Thankfully, the officer's backup arrived and helped him deal with this unruly suspect. Hey sir, do you have any registration for the vehicle? >> What? >> Do you have any registration? >> Yeah, I just bought it the other day. He already know that. >> Okay. Can you unlock your VIN? >> Okay, you can see that. You see that dead frog right there? Can I unlock a dead frog? >> You can move it if you want. >> I can't move that. >> Okay. Can you open your door so I can see the Go ahead. That's all you going to see. It's my van. >> Is it on this side or >> No, it's right there. Right there. >> Oh, look at that. Perfect. All right. Can you send your radio on second? [clears throat] >> We might have to get that again cuz a dispatcher doesn't always hear everything. >> What state did you purchase it from? >> Indiana. >> Indiana. Okay. I Let me make sure that they get it. >> The suspect's behavior was unbelievable. While the cops looked over his documentation, he put his car in reverse and started backing it up. Even though they told the man multiple times to not turn his engine on. 20 vehicle 99. I'm not going nowhere. >> I'm not going nowhere. >> I'm just right here. I told you >> we got to get out now. >> Step out. Step out of the vehicle, sir. >> He's under arrest. >> Hang on. >> You're under arrest. Step out of the vehicle, sir. >> Under arrest, though. I'm not going over. >> Step out of the vehicle. Put your hands on top of your head. >> I'm not going nowhere. >> I'm just going right here. >> Nope. I told you not to move the car and I told you >> not to get out of the car. >> And you did all of those things, >> bro. What is you talking about, bro? >> What the Where you at? >> Everything I just told you. I told you multiple times. >> BRO, I'M NOT GOING NOWHERE. THE cops only had so much patience, and by moving his vehicle, he was giving the cops permission to slap the cuffs on him. The only thing left to do at that point was to search the man and take him downtown. >> So, what are you doing? What are you doing? >> No, you're under arrest and we're talking for what? >> Disobeying law order. The thing I told you were going to be arrested for if you move the car, you stepped out of the car. >> I just put the car, which I told you not to do. >> Let me talk sitting down. Okay, let me talk to you. >> Let me talk to you. 3:45, let me talk to you. >> Absolutely. What's up? >> Okay, stop. Move, move, move, move. >> No, no. He's going to buck me in. I'm not going to close the door. >> Buck me in. >> Just let me talk to you. Come here. Come here. Come here. >> I'm right here. >> Okay. Come here. >> I'm right here, man. >> What's up? Come here. Stop. Come here. Just come here. >> I'm right here. >> Just come here. >> I'm right here. You and I can talk. >> My body cam is right here. Listen, I have to go get my kids from school. Can you please just write my tickets so I can go home, please? We have We are well past that. >> We not past nothing. >> Oh, yeah. We are. You have been nothing. You've done nothing but scream and yell at me this entire time. >> Nothing. Okay. All right. Stop. >> I gave you multiple commands not to do things that you kept doing. >> Just stop. >> I warned you multiple times, man. >> Stop. 3:45. Can you please Are you a sergeant? >> I am not. >> You are not. Can you please just write my tickets so I can go? Please. >> Yeah. I'll write them at the station. Watch. >> No. Stop. While searching the man's vehicle, the cops found a homemade electrical switch made from a 2x4 and a screw and some semi-exposed wires running next to a child's car seat. They charged the man with obstructing a peace officer. During this episode, tempers flared, excuses grew louder, and escalating attitudes just made things worse. But when the cops stepped in, the shouting stopped, and they served up the consequences. Thankfully for all of us, the body cam footage showed exactly how it ended. When these road raers with attitudes met nonsense police.
