Y shut up. I did you officer. No. This is going to ruin my career. I did not do that. I was protecting myself. I was protect. She hit me. You know that. You're in for 30 minutes. I'm so sorry. Okay. Well, we're going to face it. Oh my god. You can't leave a freaking story in the car by 30 minutes. If you've ever dealt with a child, you know that parenting can be incredibly hard. Kids can be loud, messy, and incredibly overwhelming. It's safe to say that not everyone's fit to be a parent. Today, we'll look at what happens when cops humiliate the dumbest mothers ever. There was another gentleman. We both were like, "Oh, I was on fire." I believe he opened it. and I saw the kids come out and what I saw inside the car was already involved. On May 26th, 2023 in Florida, cops and firefighters responded to a local mall due to reports of a car on fire. Inside the car, there were two young children. They were left there unsupervised because their parents were in the mall allegedly shoplifting. Move. What are you doing? Somebody get it. People are excited. That's right. I know. It's like I see it on the street. I'm like, are they not going to voice that? The firefighters confirmed that just moments before they arrived, the kids were rescued by a very brave bystander before the flames became uncontrollable. Both kids were safe, but one of them had first-degree burns. As the fire was being managed, it was time for first responders to look for the parents. Um, when I pulled up, it was fully engulfed and I parked over here and walked up and there was another lady, another customer that had the two children. Okay. And I was telling her that they looked like they had been in the car because they had little soot on their noses and stuff. Okay. And the the woman inside when she whose car it is when she came and saw she kept saying her mom was in the car. Okay. But I don't know if that was just shock, you know. You know, she patched out inside. Okay. Yeah. They're taking good down panics. He stops here and here. He said he came No, not from upstairs. I would say a little bit like from the mall probably. I didn't see exactly where. I just saw him when he got in my vision. Then he says and he comes here. That's when I lose him. But Peter, our other manager, that's when he sees him sprint out towards men. Last time I not what he was wearing. I would say he was he was black, light-skinned, or mixed, something of the sort. He was bald and he had some facial hair. That's the quickest I got him. He sprinkled across me. Would you guys mind describing mom if you remember what she was wearing? What she looked like? She had anything. I mean, it was She had a fake Christian Dior bag. How much detail do you want? Um, she had You remember what she was wearing or anything? She had like the braids. Braids. Okay. Could you split that for me? She had a tan crop top and she had black and white stripe. Yep. From what the employee said, it sounds like the father of the children got spooked by the side of their car on fire. It fled the premises entirely. However, the employees didn't see the children's mother running away, but shoplifting instead. The parent of the year award definitely doesn't go to either of them. Oh, the camera room is back over there. I think it's in between the two doors. I'm going to put in It appeared like she was shopping cuz she had stuff in her. Whatever you want to put is is perfect for me. I just need to I just need to prove that it was her. So, as long as you Sure. Yeah. That's why I said like 55. Gotcha. Perfect. So you they pulled up after you, right? So my wife was driving. She parked the car. Okay. That spot was empty and then I just started to review the footage. You can see the car pull in. Person get out. Blah blah blah. Basically, long story short, mom and supposed boyfriend, we don't really know if it's for sure. Um showed up here, left two kids in the car. Car caught fire with the kids in it. though. While the cops sort out the dash cam footage, which was taken from a bystander's Tesla, the store employees managed to track down who they suspected to be the mother of the children. An officer was trying to IDE while questioning the woman about the incident. I have murphy. Yes. Okay. What's your birthday? Um um 07 um 98. Mhm. Okay. All right. So, still looking for his boyfriend. I tried calling the phone, but it doesn't even ring. You got a picture of your boyfriend. My phone is missing. Can't find Marcia. She threw everything down when she started back out of the building over between the two jewelries. Can you go over there and see if any of them picked up her phone? No. No. No. Phone. No. It's a purple iPhone 11. What's his name? Damn. Darius. Darius. You said Darius. Yes. Darius. What's his last name? Darius. I tried calling the number the lady gave me. So they So they have video of this. They would say the kids were coming out of the burning themselves. While the mother didn't witness the car on fire, she seemed pretty shaken up by the incident. One of the bystanders that tried to call the boyfriend's phone was actually part of the group brave enough to rescue the children from the blazing vehicle. Here's what she told the officers. You're the one that was telling me that, right? Can I get your ID coming out of the car? Yes. I parked when I was walking in and I saw like smoke. I said, "No, someone's got problems." As I walked by, there was another gentleman. We both were like, "Oh, I was on fire." I believe he opened it and I saw the kids come out and what I saw inside the car was already involved. And I grabbed the gentleman that opened the car. What did he look like? Uh, white male. Um, he was someone who was coming. No, no, he wasn't my boyfriend cuz he went to his car to get a fire extinguisher. And I grabbed the kids and ran. And then once they saw the car like we need to go inside, can you just put the uh on the call screen, please? I couldn't use the number for him. The mother here should thank her lucky stars that these good Samaritans were there to help. Otherwise, there's no way the kids would have survived. The cops turned their attention back to the mother who was still hyperventilating. It was a critical time and they had to get a bolo out for the boyfriend. But in the woman's panic state, she was still struggling to provide officers information. Okay. So, I want you to slow that breathing. I'll do lean back. Just ask the first name. [Music] What's that? Slow that breathing. First name again. His first name. Can I get her? Can I get her slow down just for a little bit? I think she'll be a little bit more compar Darius. Darius Van Beern. Okay. You contact mall security mall security. asked him to put a bolo out for Darius Van Beerren. Are they up there? Can you call my mom? First name Darius. Last name Van Beern. Is he the black male thick black over black short hair? Yeah. T4. This could be the male we're trying to make contact with. If the father of these kids showed any regard for their safety, he wouldn't have made it so hard for anyone to find him, especially since apparently he was aware of the fire. Using their intercom, mall security made an announcement to look out for the man. Alicia, Alicia, I know everything's kind of kind of going on crazy right now. Black over right now. Looks like this your daughter. She may have had burned. Stop. Don't touch it. Don't touch it. I know. I know. She definitely has some please. Yeah. To get her some help. I can't go with her. You can? Yeah. Yeah. We'll explain all this to you. Okay. She needs to be seen by doctor. As a result of their injuries, the kids here received minor burns and scars. The mother was sentenced to 30 months in Florida State Prison and on top of that received one-year probation. They convicted the woman on multiple counts of child neglect and she was further penalized for parking in a handicap spot. Darius, the father, was not charged at all for his involvement. On September 7th, 2023, police responded to a residence due to reports of a woman trespassing. Apparently, the woman refused to leave the property because her children, who she already lost custody of, were staying at the house. Ran up back. She was right back. She was just my mother. She was drunk. She car broke down yesterday. My mother came to pick me up and we went to my car and I went home, came back. It was a bag outside my door. She was here and I guess she was my mother, but she man she be drinking. She be doing math and she live in Salem and she be popping up in my house. And thing is, our kids got took from us and my mother has them, you know, and they about to give them to me. So, she do everything she can to try to make her be a police report or something, you know. And I try not to call, but she walked to my She been to my mother's house. She want she just do she doing too much, man. And I be trying not to like Where did she go this time? I don't know. She just went out the back. Okay. But any anytime I uh like if I call or it's a police report in court, they be like, "Well, you guys still around each other." But we not she just pops up. Yeah. You know, I'm a male car. Yeah. We making the good money now. From the way the property owner, who's also the father of the children, described her, this woman sounds like a textbook case of unhinged mother. She'd already lost custody of the children, but she refused to acknowledge that her obvious mental health issues were the reason why. Don't make me chase you. It's going to be a bad day. You want to trespass from here? Like trespass on the property? Yeah. Okay. Have you ever thought about an order of protection? That's what I'm going to have to do. Yeah. Hey, should just go out the back again. I don't see her now. Get up, man. You got a warrant to be here. Get up. Did you hear me? You got Get up. You being a man like you a [ __ ] You got a warrant be in this property. Get out. Nah. You got a warrant. What you doing to me? Get out. No. You need to lower your tongue, please. Get out. Ain't no one hurting no one. Get out. Don't resist. Who's resisting for what? I ain't got nothing on me. Stop. Stop. Nothing at all. You're the mother. What the are you guys doing? This man in this house tells Dope with David Barnes. Cooks dope upp. This is where my kids are every day. This is where my kids got to be. Why are you here? because I get beat up all the time and I lost and you live in Salem. So again, why are you here? Come on. The audacity of the woman to ask for a search warrant at a house she didn't even own is unbelievable. And of course, as soon as she was caught, the waterworks began, but the officers saw right through her sympathy scheme, but they weren't buying it one bit. On top of her crazy stories, she also has the audacity to fight with the cops. He came pick me up. I don't have the vehicle. No, you walked here because I just don't No, you I've been here for days. I've been here for a week. I've been here for a week. So, what are you guys doing arresting me for? Can you tell me what you're arresting me for? Can you tell me what you're arresting me for? Right now, it's trespassing. So, keep walking for trespassing. All my clothes are inside this man's house. I've been here. You can handle that later. I've been here for days, man. I've been in this mothering man's house for days. His mom's got my keys. You're going to sit in here until we figure things out. All right, you guys can place me, mother. You ain't going to beat me up. No, the can place me. You want to grab your mama like this? The caning place me, please. Go. No, I'm not going to do this. I got to you [ __ ] I got I got to but as long as you're grabbing my And I'm not let go of me. Pick your foot off and get in there. Helping me. You ain't been You ain't been helping me, man. Please tell him to let go of me. Please. Please. Please tell him to let go of me. Please tell him toing let go of me. You've been manhandled me. Pick your foot up. I will, ma'am. Thank you. But I don't know what to do cuz I'm not just [ __ ] handicapped every day. Once the officers got this deranged woman securing the squad car, they turned their attention back to the property owner. They wanted to ensure they had the proper charges on her, but also the man wanted to clear up some accusations she made. Did she damage anything? She she didn't. Okay. She came in briefly and I want to show you something. I'm gonna let you come in. Just so you know, my body came on. Okay. Okay, that's fine. That's fine. I want show you something. Every family member in my family has been a prison for selling. I heard what she was saying. Every family member, my brother, my uncle, everybody. You know what I mean? She said though, he he cooking dope. This is my office. You hear me? This is my office. We can go upstairs. I got a medical marijuana card. A medical marijuana card. Like I said, I work at the post office. I just got hired at the prison and I taught high school high school for 11 years and I'm starting to substitute teach too. They try to do everything they can and say everything they can to f me up. You hear me? And she just pops up. Like I say, it's a bag. I got a bag of her stuff up here. Me and my mother dropped me off and there was a bag by this back door right here. And I don't know what this plant is, but it's back there. They got those bunch of little stickies on you. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm glad you came on. But uh yeah, it was a bag right here. And I knew it was hers. And uh but then about 20 minutes later, my mother called me and said uh you know Michelle is here. I sitting outside whatever. And but I got her bag right here by the front door. I don't know if you guys can do something with it or if I just need to We can take it with her. Eventually, the cops had to revisit this wild woman to identify her. They already knew it wouldn't be easy, but they had to follow protocol. Instead of complying with the officers and making things better for herself, she decided instead to insult them. What is your name? I tell you every person to So, call your detective. I need somebody that's just ask you a question. What's your name? Officer, what's your name? Officer Leslie. And who gave you that name? Your mom or your dad? Both. Well, thank Britney Hester. Britney Hester. Yes, sir. Okay. Michelle. So, is it Michelle or Britney? Tell me. Are you Leslie or your mom or dad? That makes zero sense. Exact. You arrested me. It makes zero sense. What did I do? I walked the road. I sat on the sidewalk. I waited for my kid to get off the school bus. I So, your first name Michelle or Britney? What's your first name? I'm not giving you my first name. It's Leslie. No, it's not. That's your last name. So, I'm not giving you Hester. Hester's my last name. Okay. Obstructing identification. Oh, mom sucks or what? What the? She named you Leslie. Who the last name? Well, guess what? They should have did better. His parents should have did better. He's got a last name Leslie. I've been in this man's house for a week. Just today he told me my baby got pulled. I got a DCFS case. My sisters ahead and my kids for three years got them removed. I did that. Well, guess what? They got removed to their dad's mom's house. Who beat the [ __ ] out of me? On the ride to the jail house. The whole way there, she rambled nonsensically. If it wasn't obvious before, her mental issues became extremely apparent. When they arrived at the station, she continued to be very uncooperative with them. As the officers here grew more and more impatient with her, this woman just got more and more obscene. You didn't help me at all. Don't call me Don't call me by my name. You better pull me out this mother. You heard what the I said in a minute. I did. I'm just going to give you a second. I gave you a second. I told you I charges my kids that beat me up all the time. Nothing happens to him. What? Cuz he's a mailman. Give me my shoes and I'll step out. I'm not stepping out without your shoes or my shoes. You be the mother or don't be. I have no idea where your shoes are. Well, put them in the bag. She's got them. Come on. Oh, now you got to be to guy. I'm just tired of waiting to do. Okay. Come on. Come on. Michelle, I got to still step. Can I have my shoe? Yep. I'll get them. Okay. I hope you grab your mom by the same sheet. Just what I thought. Don't mean you ever going to put your hands on me. I hope your mom grabbed your suck. Suck the little baby's dick. Beat up a woman that's already been beat up. I done been beat up. I'm not want you to walk. I want you to walk. Well, walk faster and let me go. Let go of my arm. Call your mom and tell her to come suck your belittle. Matt Karen, David Barnes, them all them ass motherfant got pulled over with a gun on his lap. They charged the woman with resisting arrest and obstructing identification. The trespassing charges were most likely dropped because the property owner let her walk straight into his house. However, he did pursue a restraining order against this deranged mother. On the 24th of February 2024, police responded to an Outback Steakhouse regarding a very young child who'd been left in a vehicle. Although the vehicle was running, everyone there was concerned about how long he'd been left unattended. Hi. Buddy, Richie. [Applause] Hey, hey, hey, hey. Hey, don't you do it. Yo, what the break the window. What? Trying to break the window. I mean, it's important. AC's on and when he puts it in drive and you can basically say that it's been here for Can I have your You work obviously you work here. Can I just get your name really quick? I can. Do you have an ID on you or No, I do. Snap a picture really quick and you said someone came and told you. Yeah. The vehicle appeared to be running and that meant the child had locked themselves in or the car was locked from outside in accessory mode. It was imperative the kid got out of there as soon as possible because in this situation there's always the risk of exposure to carbon monoxide. Where's mama? Is it on? What? Hi, baby. Hi. Can you open the door? Yeah. Open the door. Can you open it? Can you pull this up? She's going to go get a cookie. See if he wants a cookie. Come on. Pull it up. Get the thunder from down under. Come here, baby. Come. Let's freaking As soon as the engine, it's been 30 minutes. As soon as mom gets here, she's going straight in handcuffs. She's going to [ __ ] Yep. 30 plus minutes getting here. She understand no matter what she says. Leave a foury old kid. I understand. But unsupervised parking lot for 30 plus minutes. Yeah, you got to unlock the door, baby. Was her DL on there? Mommy, I got her up on Acura. Was her DL on the door? Yeah, I ran her by deal. Do you have any history? Yeah. Push up. Pull up. Pull up. Hey, you want a cookie? Yeah. Now look, little boys. Pull it up like this. Up with your fingers. I mean, my three-year-old needs that would get her to do anything. Is there a button? Can you push the button? The cops continued to bribe this four-year-old with treats to get him to open the door. And because the car was running, he could have done numerous things to endanger himself, like turning off the air conditioning or putting the car in drive. She comes running. Oh yeah, you want a cookie? Where is this a good idea? Where is this a good idea? Reason why You're in for 30 minutes. I'm so sorry. Okay. Well, we're going to face you. Oh my god. You can't leave a freaking story in the car by himself 30 minutes. Oh my god. How does anyone go through your mind? I just What if somebody told him? It's been way over 30 minutes ever again. What if they abducted your kid? It's been way over 30 minutes. It's not safe. Oh my god. We'll get that. Can I call my brother? We're just having We're not going to worry about Who's going to pick up my child? Hopefully somebody. My brother. Okay. So, can you have a seat for me? Where's your brother? He's in He's in Bokeh. Oh my god. I'm The cops were right to reprimand the woman for her actions. While they freed the child with the assistance of officers, the mother didn't seem very concerned about the safety of her child. The fact that she didn't even check on the boy's welfare tells you everything you need to know about her parenting. The car and the AC was on. And if somebody breaks that window and steals your son and you never see him again, what's going to be your excuse for that one? The AC was on. Oh my god. Was he reving up the If he put that he was he was he put it in drive and he'd be out on Oh my god. in the middle of win. And I'd have to respond and perform CPR on a practically dead child. Oh my god. Oh my god. I'm gonna have a heart attack. Oh my god. What's your brother's number? Who? Vitali. Spell that for me. V I T A L Y. Does he live close? He's in uh he's in Bokeh. Okay. Okay. So, this is going to happen. Obviously, you're being arrested. Your brother is on his way to pick up your kid. I'm just going to take your phone and your ID. That'll go with you. The rest of your belongings will be taken or given to your brother. My iced tea, please. So, I don't they're not going to allow you to have that in the jail. So, we're not going to give it to you. If you need a couple more sips, I can give that to you, but I'm not going to take can't bring your iced tea with you. Okay. Um, your son will go with your brother. The car, I'm assuming, maybe will stay here unless your brother wants to take it or if he comes. Um, if not, we aren't allowed to tow it because this is private property. But if they don't want it sitting here, if the owner doesn't want it here, then they will probably tow it. The mother still hadn't said anything about the safety of her child. This woman seems more worried about her iced tea and her car than she is about her kid. After the cops explained to the woman what her charges were and what her bond was, they then confronted her about what she was thinking that day. Do you need medical assistance? It would be okay if I could have like just my with me because How you going to drink it? We'll bring it to We'll bring you Yeah. Okay. I've like never been in this scenario. I And And I hate I hate doing that with your child, but it's I have two kids, too. So, I know. Like, literally never ever. I know, but unfortunately to my hip. So, can you tell me what or why you left the kid in the car? I need to run into the store to return something. He did not want to go inside. left him uh with the AC running going in and out of the store. Okay. How long do you think he was in the store? Honestly, I don't know. Okay. You know what time you walked into the store? No. Okay. Would you say it was for a pretty good It was longer than 15 minutes, right? Um I wouldn't say 15, 10 to 15 because that store is packed and the line is long. Okay. So, what I will tell you is they called um someone from here, someone from Outback called because they were told by a customer there was a kid outside in a car by himself. Lady came out and she said she was standing out here for at least 25 minutes and that was before they noticed. I don't think it was 25 minutes. So, we weren't here. So, I'm not saying I don't believe you. I get it. I get it. I get it. Um but 25 minutes. It's clear this woman never understood rule number one in parenting. Even if it's inconvenient, children, especially young ones, need to be supervised at all times. If she had simply done her duty and watched over her toddler, she could have avoided all this hassle and jail time. The officers then asked the Outback employee for her version of events. Checked on the kid, make sure the kid was okay, saw the car was running. I went back inside and asked every single person that was in the building if they had a gray BMW or if they were missing a child. Um, no one had there was no one in um to go waiting on food or anything like that. So, I came back outside immediately, called 911 and waited for you guys to get here while keeping an eye on the child. Okay. And you would say how how long would you say um before you guys got here was probably that the child was in the car? To my knowledge was about 25 minutes. Okay. And you didn't see the mother anywhere? She car? No, I stood out here from other than going inside to make see make sure there was no one inside my building that did that. Um, I stood right here, right by the car, but not to scare the kids, so I kind of moved back every once in a while. Um, and no one, no one came up. It's a good thing the Outback employee had initiative and called 911. They charged the woman with child neglect without great bodily harm. On the 12th of February 2024, police responded to a Florida residence regarding a domestic dispute between a mother and her 13-year-old daughter. The mother claimed her daughter was a quote unquote problem child. This morning I went to a chiropractor appointment. I came home to rest because I have a crooked spine. I can barely walk. Okay. I have a problem child. Okay. I'm putting her in virtual school. She's been kicked out several schools. She's been diagnosed with bipolar. She came into my room in the room area and stole my vape. Okay. Okay. She won't she won't give it to me. So I said fine. She comes after me attacking me. Wants to act like she's slapping me. This and that. So she was just doing this. Yeah. Okay. Like this to me. Like that. Like that. So she takes the phone and comes up with the story of a lifetime in the bathroom. Okay. I have real problems. Real. Okay. Why don't you hang out out here for me? Okay. Okay. Why don't you hang out out here when I go talk to her so you guys aren't in the same room together? Okay. Along with pretending to hit her, this emotional mother had a lot to say about the teen. She said she was stealing cigarettes and dumping the ashes in the house, that she was stealing the TV remote and was having other types of outbursts. The officer went inside to talk to the teenager, and the mother talked to another officer, ranting about her daughter's behavior. She needs my baby. We'll come Yep. will come out. She has slapped me in my face earlier today, punched me in my back yesterday. Why don't you hang over here right in the grass? That way don't have to be on the hard concrete. She got kicked out of Booker. Then we took her to Broward County at her other grandma's. Mhm. They kicked her out the same problem. So we put her to charter school, the Imagine Academy. She lasted three days. She was threatening people with a gun at school and started bossing me around. She this filter doesn't stop. It's the most nasty stuff. Like suck my and and and just everything. I can't control her. She's bigger than me. I can't She's on medicine. They saying that I'm on medicine, but she was telling people I'm crazy. I take circle at night. Mhm. and I take ADHD medication because I'm ADHD and that's all I take in my life. Mhm. But she's been diagnosed with bipolar, hypertension, borderline. She takes lithium. She takes anti-depressants. She takes a mood stimulizer and she makes Trizadome Cerakquil. The list goes on. While some mental illness can be genetic, like bipolar disorder, a 13-year-old child with borderline personality disorder is a major red flag since it usually stems from early childhood trauma. This could mean the teen's mother is not as innocent as she's making herself out to be. She got kicked out of Imagine Academy and she was there for 3 days. So she was she got kicked out for the girls and threatening the a gun. When did that happen? Uh two weeks ago. So she got 12. Talks about the remote. Where's the fing remote? Just ordering me. Yeah. Yeah. Ordering me around. And and she's like, "Well, if you ever want to help me, fine. You're not going to have her milk either." And she took all my remotes that were by the TV and I was laying down. Eventually, the first officer managed to finish getting the teenager statement. While the mother stood outside, gabbing on the phone like a teenager about her daughter's evil behavior, the female officer called the sergeant. And as suspected, this entire domestic violence situation was quite different from how the mother described it. Hey, Serge. Um, I just wanted to let you know that we're going to have a DV over here with children involved. So, we're going to go 10:15 on the mom. We have wounds on the daughter. She lost her mind and started throwing away the daughter's stuff. So, the daughter went to pick it up and the mom reached and grabbed it and scratched her neck and then scratched her arm. Uh, the little sister saw it all happen [Music] 13. And this is not the first time that this has happened at this house. She's got like open bleeding sc like claw marks on her neck. I don't think that's really corporal punishment. So, mom has not been living at this house. They live with the grandma. She's just not the legal guardian. So, grandma was here during all this. She didn't see it, but she heard it. And there's a long train of history with the mom just disappearing for weeks and then coming home and beating the girls and then leaving. And the ironic part is that the mother was calling her daughter a big liar while she was the one being extremely dishonest. The fake tears from the woman were just part of an act, and she was trying to deceive the officers and her friends into thinking she was innocent. As cautiously as possible, the officer attempted to initiate the woman's arrest. Do you mind stepping out of the car? My I'm going to explain everything to you. Okay, just turn around for me. Clean it up. No, no, no, no, no, no. I'm going to tell I'm going to explain everything to you. Yes. My daughter attacked me. I'm going to explain everything to you. Okay. My daughter attacked me. Just give me one second. Okay. Why am I stuck on? No. No. She was on top of me on my bed. I I tried to get her away. Look at my nails officer. I'm a nurse. This is going to ruin my career. I won't be able to take My daughter has bipolar. I'm not on medication. I'm on two medications. I came from the chiropractor. She attacked me. She attacked me. Okay. Look, my mother is my fault. You're not listening. Listen, please look. I don't beat up my children. She punched me in my head yesterday and my back. That's why I had to go to the chiropractor this morning. Okay. So, this is She abused me and attacked me. I Are you going to listen to me? Are you going to listen? I don't know why I'm in handcuffs. Listen to her. Listen. Okay. So, right now, the story that your daughter is telling me and the she has are battery mother. Sheepy, your other daughter witnessed it all. My other daughter did not witness that I was laying on the bed. Okay, she came on on top of me. In a desperate attempt to get out of being arrested, this mother was using the same manipulation tactics that she claimed her daughter had mastered. There were no tears coming out when she was crying, and she was also yelling over the officer in an attempt to control things. I didn't do this. Do you have a medical marijuana card? That's not THC. That's CBD. That's not T. That's nicotine. Look at my nails. Um, she was on top of me. I went like this. This is very easy. I have marks from her. Please. She beat my She beat me up. My daughter physically hurt me. My daughter physically hurt me. I shouldn't be in jail. I shouldn't be in jail. My daughter was beating me up. My mom is with my holy keep saying that about Yes, it's true. It's true. Officer, please. I was laying on the bed. My daughter's been she stole my baby. No. No. Officer. Officer. No. This is going to ruin my career. I did not do that. I was protecting myself. I was protect. She hit me. You know that. You know that. This is just I was protecting myself. I was laying on the bed. I just had Kyra. Do you have anything on that's gonna [ __ ] you? Please, you're not listening. I am listening, but I already explained to you that we have enough probable cause to the primary. No, I was defending myself. After throwing a very predictable tantrum about being arrested, the female officer left again to call the sergeant while the male officer tried to calm her down. If she was so worried about her nursing career, she should have thought twice about abusing her children. You're getting charged with this. You're not getting convicted with it. Okay? The state attorney will decide the conviction. Okay? From what she saw, she has probable cause. When it comes to domestic situations, we have to do something. Okay? I have probable cause. Look what she did to me. Take take a deep breath. She scratched me today. Look at my leg. No one's listening to me. Okay. No one's listening. Chuck my leg. I have to try to explain this to you, but you don't stop talking. I don't care if you if you were her age and if you did the things you did to your mom, you're probably your mom would beat the out of you probably. They book this evil mother and she was charged with child abuse. Hopefully, they convict the woman and she learns a very valuable lesson. Also, while their mother's doing time, we hope their grandmother treats them better than their mother. On March 29th, 2023 in Ohio, the manager called police from an Embassy Suites. He called to report an unruly guest and needed assistance to get her off the property. She's just went ballistic. I'm just going to kick her out of here. There is 214 down there. I'm sure you'll hear their mouth when you get down there. We've tried everything. She used to work here. We know her. She will not shut up. These kids out here, one kid was recording The kids were running around. All we did was ask them to put the kids inside and be quiet. We got noise complaints and she's been running them out and down here confront them. So, we just want them out of here. All right. Can you go uh let them know and then we'll stand with you? I told them you were on your way. Well, yeah. You We've got to be the ones that catch and kick them out. They're just going to stand behind us. Yeah. We're just keeping the peace. That's the kids right there. The tall kid. Mhm. He She's going to tell you he was helping my child. She's only one year old. I said, "Well, he can take whatever he wants. There's no law against that." The disruptive guest was a previous employee. She was angry about a group of teenagers who recorded her children without permission, even though recording in public is perfectly legal. The manager led the officer to the woman's room to initiate the eviction. You smell that? Yeah, I do. Smell something. Smells like this country. That's everywhere now. Uhhuh. They walk through the lobby. Listen, I asked them before, "You got a pet skunk or something?" No, I ain't disrespectful. I respect this. They going to kick them kids out and run around. I've been here. I worked here before. I know how. I ain't stupid. A damn fool. Think I ain't stupid. I got my own money. We going to get home. I in this mother do a goddamn thing. She went out that way. I don't know if she went outside or not. I didn't come down this way. No, she I mean she went out the I think she might have went down the stairs and went outside that way. Oh my god. I don't want to bring the kids outside. Someone got jackets on. You want to go pull the car up? I did. We didn't have no car. Oh, okay. We got dropped off here. I got you. So, do you have a ride coming? Everything was on her. The woman who spoke to the officer, Erica, seemed exasperated by her companion's actions. Curiously, even though the officers were walking behind the group, her companion Koko had managed to wander off. The officer stayed in the lobby with the guests while they waited for transportation. But I don't care about my phone. I supposed to do everything when assuming [Music] pass their ass and say something to them. No, it's not okay. We going to get enough of them saying it's okay to keep saying something to us or doing something to us without it being okay. We're not going to keep letting them dictate our life, stopping our life with Oh, they not going to in the broad day like all camera. I don't know what happened. I do. When them kids say to me and say what the he saying, I feel some type of way. I'm right here. It's not okay. They don't see me yelling. Koko seemed irrationally upset over something that was already done. Erica was the rational one trying to calm Coco down. The hotel staff and the officers weren't exactly sure what to do yet since they were already planning to leave. However, this situation just kept on escalating. Only thing you got to just say to the [Music] counc I know what the kids did. I know what happened. It was cool. It was cool. I'm like I'm saying I feel what you saying. I'm trying to feel you, but I can't feel you right now. I can't. Because right now these kids Why am I saying to him why I'm sore? Cuz these kids explain to me what the he said. Let me get the out of here. I got my own money. It's like they got their own bread to pick around with their own before mother. [Applause] You see what she saying? You think she going to be here? You think she going to lie? What the face say? I ain't no damn fool. Erica manages to calm Koko down enough to keep the kids in the lobby where things were nice and warm. However, Koko then switched her position from being angry at the group of teenagers to being angry at law enforcement. But she still claimed that both groups were racially profiling her children. No, it's about time we start stepping up for our damn self. Them two racist mother. And if I felt like I been racially profiled, I got every right to say if I been racially profiled and that's their thought. No, they didn't care. They thought it was funny and thought it was a joke cuz they was black kids. And that's not funny for us to be in a place we paid our money in. What do they think it was okay? They black kids. That's not fair. How you how y'all think they felt as kids to get racially profiled at the age of nine and younger because some people want to record when I said I got you. How y'all think it hurt their feelings when white kids running around here saying, "Oh, they black kids and oh this and that." That hurt their feelings when they got to come to us and tell us about we can't even do nothing. We can't do nothing. Eventually the officers grew tired of her ranting. It was obvious that her anger came from a place of care for her children. But unfortunately, she was disrupting the peace at the hotel. The cops tried to make it clear that she'd have to quiet down or she would definitely face consequences. And don't touch me cuz you ain't got no reason. One more word out of you and take it to jail. Guess what? I'm recording you. I'm recording you. Get out of the building. Get out of the building. I'm taking to jail. Let's go right now. Right now. Right now. Don't touch me. I'm telling you. Oh, and I'm recording you. I'll I'm trying I'm trying to escort you out of the building. Let's go. Let's go. And you ain't got no right to touch me. So, leave me alone. Get your stuff. Get your stuff and go. Get your stuff. Get your stuff and go. Oh, since I call my mama, I will take you to jail. Okay. So, take your get your stuff and get out of here. Okay. I'm calling lawyer. That's fine. Out the door. No, I ain't out the door. No. No. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. I asked you not to touch. You're under arrest. You're under arrest. Yes, you are. Yes, you are. No, I'm not. I'm already at the door. I'm already at the door. Too late. Too late. Too late. Yes, ma'am. My house behind your back. Behind your back. No. No. No. I asked you to get off of me. No. I asked you to get off. I was already out the door. You can't You can't get the off of me. Careful. Come on. [Music] Even after the officers dragged her outside, the woman still continued to resist arrest and claimed she had immunity. The officers strictly but gently followed protocol since she was clearly feeling threatened, like she was being racially profiled. They eventually succeeded in getting her secured in the squad car. That one. That was too long. That'll be too long for you. Come on over here. Come on. Come on. Come over here. I was already out the door. I know. You tried though, didn't you? You tried. Y'all tried. You tried. You tried. Y'all tried. You all tried. You tried. You almost made it, didn't you? No. Get off the door. You almost made it. Cuz I was off the door. You almost made it. Have a seat. My big car. Come on. Let's call my lawyer. No. With me tomorrow. Have a seat. Have a seat. Have a seat. No. Please do. No. Call my lawyer. I got every right to a lawyer. So call my lawyer. You're pushing me. Yes, I am. And they recorded you. So So call my lawyer. Sit back. No, you don't have no right. So what's your what's your point of arresting me? Cuz you didn't you? Nah, you didn't you didn't say that. You didn't say that when you arrested me. So I I advise you to unrest me. I ask you to unrest me because if you don't stop he don't have he didn't even say hey you're under arrest for nah it's not none of that once they settled the woman in the squad car the cops discovered that for some previous incidents there were warrants out for her arrest three of them in fact despite many other possible charges they only charged the woman with disorderly conduct on the 30th of April 2023 a call came in from an Aldi door requesting assistance from law enforcement. Allegedly, there were two aggressive females threatening employees and shouting out insults. Before the cops arrived, the female suspect sped off in their car. Walk me through from the beginning. What happened is that at 8:30, okay, uh I closed the store. The customer was in the store walking through the aisles and I said that the store is closed right now and that she needs to come and check out. In that moment when I said that she start being a very aggressive rude mean she start calling me names. I said to her that it's time for her to go to the check register or the register will shut down. She said who are you to tell me what I need to do. Uh she called me um uh many names like immigrant like immigrant like stuff like that that I'm nobody and nothing. I come to America to work and that's why I'm nothing. She called me many names. She starts surrounding me around like going around me. I thought that she's going to hit me. Did she ever? Did she ever put her hands up or something or try? In that moment, I didn't see that. I just saw her going around me and I just was waiting something to happen. She said to me that she's going to that I'm going to remember her face, that she's going to follow me home, that she's going to do something to me. I don't know what she was screaming on the back on her trunk. From the way the manager described it, it sounded like this racist woman who threatened her had some major entitlement issues. It's truly not difficult to leave an establishment before they close and show some basic courtesy to the staff who just want to go home after work. After getting the statement from the woman, the officers then turn their attention to finding the suspect. Hello. Hi. Okay. So, what happened in the store? Did she didn't tell you what happened? Absolutely. I want to hear. So, I told her that I have a f my first amendment. You can't tell me what the to say. And I told her to leave me the alone because you're following me around the store and I'm getting one more item. And she's screaming in the store saying, "We're closing." My voice is gone. I said, "Okay, why the following me to the register?" And I tell her, "I'm having a bad day. Can you please leave me alone? Leave me alone. I'm having a bad day. You don't know if I just lost somebody. I'm having a bad day. I got one more order." Yeah. You followed me. Yeah. But then you also made threats of going home and spitting. I mean, no, I did not. That's what she said. That's what she said. It's he say. So you saying your side? She's saying hers. That's what I'm saying. So what's going to happen is do you have her information? Well, I'm waiting for her license. She got it on her. Um, so what's going Where do you live at? I'm doing an Instacart order. You doing Insta? Okay. So what's going to happen? The reason why it's going to be You can't go back to the store for a year. If you go back to the store, you're going to go to jail. Okay. You're going to be trespassed from that. So can can I push harassment charges on her? What's her name? Cuz I'm I'm going to So I'm going to contact Instacart and tell them she did. I want the cameras of how she followed me around the store. I want all her store, right? Yeah, it's her store. You're going to do what the manager says, and I'm a civilian. I I know my citizen rights, consumer law, I know all of that. For someone who claimed to know her rights and how to interact with police, she was doing a great job of being non-compliant. She continued talking about the Audi's manager, proving the manager had not exaggerated. I had a very horrible day. We apologize for that. Leave me alone. Okay. Well, we can't we have to do our job. Sorry. We have to do our job. the fat little boat the little wet back want to be cuz you got a job a manager. You probably get paid 18 $18 an hour and you want to call the police on me cuz I'm trying to get another driver's license from somebody. Another body. No, you don't got to give him your You don't have But I mean I'd like to have a license if that's possible. I'll give it to you. But I'm very livid how she going to call the police on me for doing a job when that followed me around the store when my life could have been in danger. Nobody cares about my life but because she's Spanish and she You guys want to take our side? Cool. No, it's not a whole lot out of shape. She called the police on me. Black people die all day. You see what time is at a We don't need to go that route. Just show us your license, please. It's always go that route. Don't go there. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. You know because it's your job to do it every single day. Hello. Fine. All right. I know that, Carmen. All right. He's white. Okay. His parent was Bobby slave own. Come on, let's go. We all have those days when we feel frustrated after having a bad day, but to blatantly disrespect an officer just because she was clearly not very good at shopping was completely unreasonable. The whole situation was getting harder than it needed to be, and the cops here are already gearing up for a struggle. But what did I do? Turn around. What did I do? We're done. What did I just do? My investigation. What did I do? Stop resisting. I didn't do anything. Do not resist. Hey, you're not going to do anything. Do not tense up. You're not going to do anything. Do not tense up. You're not going to do anything. Carmela, do not tense up. Bro, this is too tight. Go to my vehicle. What is my car? You Why is he doing this? Come back over here in my car. I need a female. No, there's five male there. Officer not be in that car. I can't breathe. You say you have a bad day. Make your day worse. You're making your day way worse. Make your day worse. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. Oh my gosh. No, don't walk in there. You're in custody. I'm not walking. I'm trying to get some air. Fine. You're going to get What's your relationship to her? I can't breathe. What's your relationship to her? Okay. Well, you do have to stand away from Don't touch me. Stand over there. As if the female driver wasn't already causing a scene. Adding to the chaos was her passenger enabling her and yelling louder. After getting the driver detained, there were ongoing problems for the officers that were caused by the passenger. Because she was disrupting the arrest, the cops decided to detain her as well. No, I'm going to stay next to her. I don't trust y'all. Okay. Where is the mail? No. Where's the Don't talk to me. You're going to stand right there. No, I'm not. It's cool. You're going to stand there. Callie McDow. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. Callie McDow. My son's in the car. Stop. Stop. [Music] We have to control this scene. No. No. No. No. Listen. Stop. I told Step back over there. You're interfering with our son. No, I'm not. I want No. My son with our stuff. Stop it. Now, listen. You're escalating. You are. We asked for a female officer. I want my son. Are you crazy? I want Did you have my son? No, I need No. Then put me in the car with my son. Then put me in the car with my son. That's not how it works. Put me then bring my son to me. Yo, that's not how it works. Then bring my son to me. No, he is autistic. Y'all with me, bro. You weren't worried about this time. We were out here talking. We asked you to go back to Were you worried about him then? Yes. The was now. Are you serious, bro? You had your chance. What? I mean, what are you complaining about? Because there should have been a FEMA officer. My This woman was hypocritically pleading for the officers to stop and calm down, but then she also mentioned that her son was in the car. Obviously, the passenger wasn't a very good role model as she was enabling this chaos of a crime scene in front of her child. Put her in the car. Put her in the car. It doesn't matter. You're going in the car. We'll figure this out in a second, but just get in there so we can do our investigation. Can I push my glasses up on the door? Oh my goodness. We have to control the scene. Just sit in the car, please. Sit in the car. Just one moment, please. Thank you. Okay. Please check on the welfare of the child in the car now. Please, now that we have the scene under control. Thank you all. Thank you. Jesus. So, let me get this right. And I want this on record. Thank God we're recording this. You're telling me that this huge commotion and all this nonsense while they have a child in the car? Yes. He was there the whole time. That they're at Aldi's threatening the clerk at Aldi's and doing all this nonsense. I have to check if all three of the storm. I don't know why. And with the kid in the car though. And then drives out without lights on and all this other stuff. Speeding down State Road 7 with the child in the car. Yes. For what? For grocery shopping. Correct. Instacart. And then this I don't trust you guy. This and that and talking on two phones at once to call people to come here and further interfere with the stop. This is out of control. This is completely out of control. The cops were able to contact family members of both the driver and the passenger to come pick up their belongings and the child. They arrested the driver and she was charged with resisting an officer, child neglect, misuse of 911, and reckless driving. The passenger was arrested and charged with resisting arrest. On the 6th of October 2024, while on routine patrol, officers noticed a car matching the description of a stolen vehicle. Upon running the license plate, the cops confirmed its status and followed the car to a residence. Once they parked, multiple juveniles exited the vehicle and began to flee. Stop running. I'm not running. That's black juveniles. Good job. Come here. Stop on the ground now. The teens led the officers through the neighborhood, through people's backyards, and pretty much everywhere to try and evade arrest. Eventually, an officer located the mother of one of the kids. And just like the kids, she was angry and panicked about them being arrested. The officer explained that they'd stolen a car, which is classified as a felony. I don't give a It's a stolen vehicle. It's not. Shut up. It's a stolen vehicle. I literally watched him jump out of the car. It's not there. Shut up. Stop walking towards me. You'll be arrested. No, it's not theirs. It's a stole vehicle. All right, stop walking over here. Trying to locate her son, the woman jumped in a vehicle and started driving around the neighborhood, which obstructed the officer's investigation. Her plan failed, however, and she was unable to locate him. When she got back to the house, the cops were already waiting for her. Y'all really got meed up. I hope y'all know that. Why is that? Because they wasn't mother driving. That's why. Why' they get out and run? Why the pulling gun? Because they're in a stolen vehicle. The family traffic. It doesn't matter if they're driving. No, because he want to shoot my son. Somebody was driving. How did somebody run? driver. It'll be a supervisor over here in a minute. You can talk to her. Yeah, you can talk to him here. Yeah, if he in a stolen car, he jumped out. So, he went and drive. So, you see, if you keep following this cuss, you going to jail, too. You going to jail, too. That's what's about to happen. That's what's about to happen. About to happen. I'm telling you, you can't stand out here and be disordered. You can't go to jail, too. Someone else get the off. Hey, I don't care. Don't touch my door, man. Don't me up, bro. Let me see if I understand this. She was being arrested for being aggressive and obstructing the officer's investigation because she wanted to defend her son, who was clearly a criminal. If she'd simply waited at her house while the cops found her son, this entire situation could have been avoided. And as if that wasn't bad enough, she decided to fight back. Y shut up you man, bro. I don't give a bro. They lame as way to do this. Yo, but y'all arrested though. But you ain't resting the mother guns though. Piece of every piece of man with a gun. Okay. You talking about Okay. Yeah. All right. Y'all lame as off of me, bro. You kick somebody. You kick me for a felony. I'm telling you. I'm telling you. Get in. I don't care, bro. Yes, ma'am. Look what they did to my leg, bro. Trying to push me in his car. All right. Well, first off, I'm not, bro. At this point, you think I care. They arrest me for what? For talking. For talking. But you didn't arrest a boy two days ago with a gun. Quit playing with me, man. All right. What did you need a supervisor for, ma'am? They told they hurt me. They arrested me for nothing for talking. I'm allowed to talk. I can say what the I want. I'm freed my speech. I didn't threaten nobody. I ain't do none of that. The cops left the woman alone to cool off. Soon enough, the sergeant arrived as requested. It turned out the woman's brother was also nearby and wanted to speak with the sergeant. They might be aggressive, but this family is nothing if not loyal to each other. Does somebody want to talk to a sergeant over here? That's me. All right. What's your name, sir? My name is What is it? Come on. Come over here and talk to me. I'm sorry. What's going on, man? What I don't understand is how they was being real disrespectful to my sister. This is her property. And who's your sister? The one that they got cuffed up in there. Oh, the ones under arrest. Yeah. Okay. Well, on her property talking to them because she know who it is. Okay. All she was trying to do is talk to him like, "Hey, y'all didn't have to pull guns out and all that other stuff. That makes no sense." Is she a police officer or something? Who? Your your Who's it? Your mom or your sister? That's my sister. Oh, you can't take my You can't take my phone, man. You cannot take my phone. That's my Get the You going to wake the rest of you. You beat your I swear to God I'll beat your Take that gun and badge off. Swear. Yeah. Was she a police officer? Is she like a lawyer or something? So, she knows police tactics and all that stuff. What's going on? the law, but like you arrest her on her property, though. Yeah, she's under arrest. For what? I I can find that out from the officers if you'd like. Listen, just because you're on your property, you can't just say anything you want. That's not It's not for you. No. Incorrect. If you're obstructing the officer's investigation, it's different. She wasn't obstructing nothing. She was Well, that's why she's under arrest. Even after the officers gave the woman plenty of time to calm down, she was still just as irate as ever. She truly thought she'd done nothing in the wrong here. But it was clear she'd interfered with an investigation. She was desperate to make her feelings known to all the officers, but all they were trying to do was help her out. These cups are cutting off my circulation. Literally, you don't give a definitely my kids though. You just don't get it. He was riding with a friend. Stop making excuses. I don't have to make a excuse, bro. Turn around. The turn around. Why do you want the cops solution or not? Do you give a turn around? If you want him loosened, you got to turn around. Hey, God. God damn. Y'all arrested me for saying my kid wasn't driving. He was running. He wasn't driving. That's what you arrested me for. I got this whole finger. Whole finger, bro. Look at this. Are you kidding me? You're mad. I did it. Look at this. You're mad. I did it. Look at my wrist, bro. Look at my brick. It's the way you did it. What are you talking touch, bro. At this point, it was clear the woman was not going to calm down. From then on, however, the cops did their best to be gentle with her, hoping things would deescalate. The cops then switched out her handcuffs and transferred the woman to a different vehicle. All right, step on out. And if I don't, you're going to snatch me up, beat me up again. No, I'm I'm just going to leave. Yeah. Yeah. If you see that, I'll just switch the cuffs out. Okay. Sorry. Look at these kids with guns. I'll get these kids with guns. All right. I got to double lock them so I don't mess your wrist up. And then I got the bottom set. Okay. Yeah. The rest. Thank you. Sleep discomfort. No. No. Walk over here. Watch your headphones. Yeah. Y'all took my phone. They charged the woman with assault on a law enforcement officer, obstructing official business, disorderly conduct, failure to disclose personal information, and receiving stolen property after finding she'd stolen her neighbor's credit card. Her son and the other child were not charged. Today, we witnessed a slew of deranged mothers. Some were just plain neglectful of their kids, and some were willing to go to prison for their children. Either way, they put their nurturing motherly instincts on the back burner. And when the stupidity took over, they suffered the consequences.
