Diabetes runs in my family, actually. So, I could be diabetic now. And you just put me in handcuffs because of my name. You should feel pretty stupid that you arrested me for no reason. Didn't say, "Are you lost?" when you saw that I'm from Illinois. Okay? And then I could have friends in Wisconsin. Okay? I could have been visiting my mom in the hospital at Madison and my navigation system got hacked. I lost my phone and you arrested me for no reason. Don't do what other people tell you to do because you got paid to do it or hacked. Pass. Followers in Wisconsin. Fake police. Dispatch to respond. Please and she just off the cop. And what she did is true. What? You could be in so much trouble if I had money because you arrested me and put me in a hot vehicle. A hot vehicle. If I had money, I would sue the out of you for arresting me for no reason. Didn't ask if I was diabetic or if I was lost because you did not ask for my license and you did not listen to yourself. That is not what I said. I have a bad reputation in Have you had any head injuries in the last couple months? Why would I have a head injury? I don't know people's medical history. Have you ever attempted or are you now considering Why would I have bipolar disorder that you didn't ask when you arrested me for no reason? Do you know what bipolar disorder is? I do know what it is. Really? My bipolar disorder. The question I need you to answer is, are you now? No, I'm not. Can you do what I can do? Can you do this and you're a cop? And I haven't worked out in 3 years. That's pretty good. And you're a cop. That's pretty good. No, I probably can't do that. Yeah, you should. You should look like me if you want to be a cop. Okay. Same with him. You should look like him. But I bet you couldn't do what I just did. Put me in a cell and end it. All right. Feet together. You're going to be taking nine heel to toe steps down an imaginary line. When you get to your nine step, don't start. Don't start yet. Okay, go back to the start position. You're not going to be moving until I tell you to begin. Okay, your feet are going to stay where they are. Feet together, arms down by your side. You're going to be taking a series of nine steps down that imaginary line, heel to toe. At the ninth step, that lead foot is going to stay on the ground and you're going to take a series of small steps to turn back around that line. Take another series of nine heel totoe steps back all the way down to nine. Just a couple things to remember. Look down at your feet. Count out loud. Keep your hands down by your side. Don't stop until I tell you to do so or you feel you have completed the test. Do you understand the test? What? Do you understand the test? I won't walk. I You should have done this on the street or you want to do it in front of the camera. Are you starting? I have flat feet. Of course, I can't walk in a straight line because my feet are flat. That's why I got arrested in Indiana because my feet were flat and I went to jail for no reason cuz they said I was drunk and roasted a cop right in front of their face. Not that much. Are you done with the test? I just did the test. Okay. Can you do it without your shoes on? There's a Let's see if you can do it. Let's see if you have flat feet. Did they see your Did they check your feet before you hired to be a cop? Did they check your eyes when I asked if there were any other medical problems or issues that would affect your walking and your balance? You didn't say yes. You should have asked that and done this outside in front of camera. I did the test. You fled. We had to bring you here. All right. No, you should ask if I was lost or if I if I need sugar. Such a nerd. Do it with me. Do it with me. I said I need it on paper. So do it with me. Do it with me. Walk me through it. You just said say it again and walk me through it. And I just said walk me through it. I have a comprehension problem. I need to see it. I said I need to see it on paper. So do it with me. All right. Do it with me. Hold on. Do it with me. Let me Let me start the clock. All right. All right. Go. 1 1,00 2 100 3 1 You're not doing what I'm doing. 4 1 I said approximately 6 in 500. It's not It's not necessary to do that long. You should air in here. 8 100,000 9 100 11 100 1200 13 100 14 100 15 Well doing it with me. You said you wanted to do it with me. I'm doing it. All right. Throw me in the cell. Thank you. Okay. Under Wisconsin's implied consent law, I am required to read this notice to you. You have either been arrested for an offense that involves driving or operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or both, or you're you are the operator of a vehicle that was involved in an accident that caused the Hey everyone, it's Trent, prior deputy sheriff, patrol sergeant, and canine handler. I've lost count of how many times I've had people flee from me in vehicles that I was trying to pull over. Whether it turned into a high-speed pursuit, low- speed pursuit situation almost identical to this one, where I pull them over, the vehicle was stopped, and they abruptly get back on the roadway, go for a short period of time, pull over again. And there's obviously a whole wide variety of reasons why people run from law enforcement. Usually, it's because they have warrants for their arrest and they're aware of that fact. They're on probation or parole. They have illegal firearms or in the vehicle. Sometimes it is a mental health issue. Sometimes they just don't want to stop because they don't trust cops. I've actually had that happen to me before. Every situation is different. And we might look at this woman and her erratic behavior, the weird things she's saying, and automatically assume that she is going to be under the influence of drugs. It was pretty obvious to me it wasn't alcoholrelated right away. And that was determined and confirmed later in this officer's report when they did when they used a breathalyzer on her and it came up negative for alcohol. However, I have been in these situations before where it was 100% mental healthbased and somebody suffered from extreme schizophrenia or extreme bipolar disorder and they just didn't know what was going on. However, you can still violate the law and get arrested even if you have a mental health disorder. However, sometimes it is going to be related, but there's only one way to determine that. and this officer tried to do that by having this woman perform FSTs or the field sobriety test that you're going to be using to determine if someone is under the influence of something. However, there are a few other ones that you can use in conjunction with these that are specific. I'm not going to get into every single one for sake of time, but each one has its purpose. At the end of the day, the ultimate determination is going to be pulling someone's blood, and that is shown in this officer's report. They did do that with this woman. I believe that she refused to do that. So they had to get a warrant. A judge had to sign off on it to grant them the authority to take her blood. Sent it off for testing to detect the presence of in her sister. I do not know the results of those tests. And this officer also indicated in her report that she was able to telephone the suspect's mother and the mother did confirm that her daughter had manic bipolar disorder, which this woman stated he was taking Xanax prior and some other and some other anxiety medication. But at the end of the day, this officer was acting in good faith. And based on her training and experience in dealing with this woman in person and seeing and hearing and perceiving this entire incident, she determined that she was going to be under the influence of and that's what she got charged with. Now, if that test comes back negative, then that will of course be handled differently when it comes time for court. But that's going to be it for this one. See you guys in the next one. She was issued four municipal citations for exceeding the speed limit, non-registration of vehicle, operating while under the influence, resisting or obstructing an officer. [Music]
