Did you I'm asking you a question. You asked me why. Did you see me? You ask me why I put you in handcuffs. If you're going to let me talk, I'll tell you. If not, I'm not going to talk to you. [Music] Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. I said, "That's the package right there." He said, "Yeah, I snatched the package." He started tustling with me. I bite the package. He said, "You bite me." I said, "I didn't bite you. I did the package." It's an essential part of an employees job to be able to handle difficult customers. But some customers are so insane that the cops have to be called to help the employees. On the 5th of April 2024, the cops were called about an unruly customer at a local smoke shop. When they arrived, the suspect had already left, but the cops were able to get the employee side of the story. So, can you tell me what happened from the I guess what? When he walked in here, he walked around and I noticed that he was in a corner. So, I like detect what he was doing. As he walked in, he took his [ __ ] He took his whatever you want to out and he walked in here, started to pee and then he p he took it out and pissed all this customers walking by. He pissed all this all this all and came back and pissed again and the carpet it dried up but he pissed the carpet stinks. He pissed the carpet. The employee said that earlier the man tried to buy some Red Bulls and soda but he didn't have enough money and got extremely angry and left. But then the man came back and that's when he decided to relieve himself on store property. And then he started peeing. He pissed. Some piss drops fell on my carpet and I swept it and then he just pissed all over the sidewalk. Okay. With his exposed as people were walking by. Okay. So I mean obviously and I have the video as well. Yeah. Yeah. You providing me with that video, but I mean obviously for you you don't want to see you don't want to see his I don't want to see no one. That's for you in your private that's for you in your privacy. for nobody to see kids and customers walk by, especially with him not peeing out in public like that. It's not a good thing for Disgusting. Gross. Yes, of course. Okay. Um, with your with his interaction with you today, I mean, was he aggressive towards you anyway? Did he say anything to you or is just The first time he did, the second time, no, he didn't. He just did. He just ignored you. He just walked by, stood over there for a few seconds back in that corner here. Back in that corner there with the bonds and bubbles and Okay. Okay. And then as he proceeded to walk by, he just zipped down and then a little piss dropped and then he pissed outside. Did he say anything to you when he was doing this or no? And I had a customer in here in the video that he's going to sing yet. There was a customer here. The incident, of course, was affecting the store's business. The employee said that before today, he had never seen the man before. Soon after, another officer located a man matching the suspect's description and went on to make contact. So, because you want to play games? No, I could not go to jail. I didn't do nothing. You come to me. I said I said what? No, you cannot arrest me. Why you arrested me? What is going on, bro? Why you No. Put your hands behind your back. You said what I want. No, you said what I want, bro. No, you can arrested me. Stop. What I did? Stop right now. Okay. What happened? Put your hands behind your back. What happened? You said what I want. I said I'm reading a book. I'm going to hurt you. Yeah. Okay. What happened? Do you want me to hurt you? Yo, what happened? Put your hands behind your back and I'll tell you everything you want. I didn't do nothing. You come up there. I say hi. But okay. What happened to your hand? What happened? What happened? Oh my god. Another officer quickly arrived to assist and the man was safely handcuffed. The man pretended like he had no idea what the cops were talking about and was offended that they'd even put handcuffs on him. First of all, the handcuff is wrong, man. Come on, bro. You seriously kidding me? So, the reason why you're in handcuffs is because somebody peed in front of the store. I didn't pee. You didn't see me pee. You stop talking. Did you No, I'm asking you a question. You asked me why did you see me? You asked me why I put you in handcuffs. If you're going to let me talk, I'll tell you. If not, I'm not going to talk to you. Choose you what you want. You want to answer or you want to shut up and talk? Tell me which one. Very simple. You're in handcuffs because I'm investigating something. No other reason. So, are you going to calm down or you just want to go to jail? But you have to. Do you want to calm down? I am not wrong. You match the description. You have everything to the tea. I am going to put you in handcuffs. Anything else? That's what I thought. Thank you. This officer was not messing around. He made it clear to the suspect that they were not going to play any more games. The second officer noticed that the suspect was looking at his partner in a way that he clearly didn't like. Hey, why you looking at him like that? For real. Chill. Chill with this, bro. Don't look at him like that. Just stop. Relax. You didn't kill nobody, right? You didn't nobody, right? Get something simple. Small. If it happened, it happened. If it didn't happen, it happened. Very simple. Small little things, bro. You making it blow off something that's not. You're making it work for yourself, man. Put me in the handcuff, bro. First of all, look how you put the my friend. Come on, man. Let's be serious, my friend. Ask me for ID. Now, you ask me for ID, right? You know, don't even touch. Ask me for my ID. I ask you if you have ID. Listen, sit down. When the cops asked him where he came from, the man got extremely high rate. He claimed he was a local. Because of the man's unstable behavior, the cops had questions about his mental health. Relax. Black. I'm American. I speak English. It's not black American. It's not going to help you, man. Relax. I came from military, my friend. Okay. I go to college. I came from university. I got to ask. Yes. Yes, sir. You have any mental sickness? No, sir. No, sir. This guy, you take any medication? No, I don't take no medication. I just want to ask you that. Yes. All right. Cool. First of all, he put the handcuff, right? Come up to me. Don't matter. Nobody else. The thief, the people sitting in the store. He come me. Come with me. He come me. The man claimed he was a college student, but it's pretty ironic because educated people don't normally pee on businesses. While the cops waited for backup, they tried to get the man to relax using a calm and soothing voice. You see how you rushed me trying to fight trying to hurt me? That's what these mother did in jail. Hurt people, beat people. That's not good. This mother almost hurt me, bro. You see how this [ __ ] me like a lion chasing me poison mother from the military. I came the universe born in United States. I speak English. I'm American. That's my country. I never said anything different. Ask me for my IED. Never bike one. the right one. I didn't even do nothing. Man continued denying that he did anything wrong. So, the cops asked the store employee to come down to the courtyard and identify the man. It seemed to be the only way they'd know if he was really their guy. No, I mean, just look at this guy. Tell me if who is this guy? Explain to him real quick on his camera how you know that guy. Sorry. The employee positively IDed the suspect as indeed the man that had urinated in his store, but he then offered something better to them and took his cell phone out and showed them video footage of the incident. You see him? Yeah. Can you forward that to me on WhatsApp or whatever you use it on? There was no more denying it because the man in the video was the same man the cops detained. At that point, it was time to confront the man about what they'd seen and give him one more chance to come clean. And you pull something. Look how you put there. Look this mother. Look how you put there. See, you see my friend. Not even right, my friend. My friend, it could be you. They're pattering people everywhere, my friend. My friend, I used to work, man. I used to work. I lost my job. My family kicked me out cuz I couldn't not. I got you. I got you. I got you, my friend. Man, I don't do nothing. This crack pull up on me. Somebody I said I said what you mean these start fighting. Hold on. Hold on. Bing people my friend. Bing people. Bing community. All right. Hold on. Didn't do nothing. That's what the My great job man. I came from military army man. Yeah. I am a hell. Hold on. Listen. I am my officer. Hey. Hey. Hey. Stop talking. I'm trying to help you out so you don't get hurt. Okay. So, learn how to stay cool. Collect. All right. and let them finish the stuff. When everything is said and done, then you go from there. My friend, I need to talk to you. That's That's all. I was sitting right there. A guy walked up to me, your police. I said, "What I want?" I didn't do nothing. He He put me behind a cop. He arrested me. Can I get my book? Yeah, we'll grab your book. Coleman Collected did not seem to be in this man's vocabulary. He was charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct. He was given 5 years probation. It was never verified if he was a veteran, but he was indeed enrolled in college. On the 15th of October 2020 at Fort Lauderdale International Airport, there was a woman causing a disturbance. Sheriff deputies were called to the scene and it didn't take them long to figure out who the suspect was. I'm not a question when they were here. Now they asking a black y'all want to sit here and do that. I'm not doing that with y'all. Come on. I'm not to pay this check. This very loud woman later identified as heavenly was anything but. She was refusing to pay her bill which totaled $98. The deputy's presence didn't phase her and she continued yelling out to the crowd like she was giving a speech at a podium. You know what? I got mad in my pocket. So, it's not even about paying me. Y'all want a pick and y that bill was already paid for? No. What was the problem? She didn't pay for this. Open it. First she paid it and put the money on the thing. Oh, who who's the manager? I'm the manager. There was zero evidence to Heavenly's claim that she'd already paid her bill. The manager informed the deputy that she wanted to press charges. When she heard what the manager said to the deputy, Heavenly interrupted and presented her side of the story. I'm not paying. I already paid my tab. If I If I was If I was not to be standing right here right now, I would have never paid my tab. Okay. Don't pay with me. I pay my tab. I got mad bread tickets. I'm gonna go. She says she doesn't have any money right now. So I'm gonna go do a register, but she needs to not cause all this commotion right now. I'm not paying no. You have another unit responding here or not? So when you say you paid, you use your credit card. Is that what happened? I got red. You keep asking me about credit card. I got bread. Heavenly claims she'd already paid her tab in cash, but she refused to look the deputy in the eye and ignored the question of whether she had a receipt. Then when she finally decided to make some eye contact with the deputy, it also came with a physical threat. Yo, if I throw a bear at him, y'all going to all be tight. Y going to have to lock me up. Tell him, "Leave me alone because I already paid my dude." Yeah. Yeah. You talking? Yeah, I paid my dude. I mean, I took the off and I made it cheaper, but I don't know what she wants to do. I took the tip off, which is $14.20. If she paid the $84, we'd be I'll call it either. You know what I'm saying? But she got to pay something. Hey, buddy. How you doing? Hi. How you doing? Uh, we have a signal to refusing to pay. Um, I'm trying to get her to pay the $98. That was her original ticket. I took the tip off and everything to make it cheaper for her, which is $84. She's right here. According to the manager, now she wanted to buy some drinks for some guys at the bar, but the manager wasn't going to let her order any more drinks until she paid her current bill. The manager saw the woman take some cash from her pocket, so she knew she had money on her. Your top is 442. Are you willing to pay your top? Yes or no? Are you willing to pay your child? You paid for it already. All right. They're telling me that you didn't pay your child. I paid for it already. So, you got one or two options. Either you paid the top. I gave you that receipt. I paid for it already. You didn't give it to me. I Whoever I gave it to, I paid for it already. That's why I took I took some money off the tab, sweetheart. I took it off to $84. Can you just pay the $84, please? Here's the deal. We don't We don't want you to get any in trouble. So, let's get that tab paid up. All right. Are you listening to me? I'm talking to you. I would like to speak to the female. You're a male. She's right here. She's right here. Talk to her. All right. I don't like you're being very aggressive. I don't want to speak to you. Listen, I would like to speak to her. Talk to her. I would like to speak to her. Talk to her. We don't have all that. All right. Okay. You're in my face. Go ahead. Talk to her. I'm going make I'm going to make it real simple for you. Either you pay the top or you're going to go to jail. So, it's real simple. Instead of paying 98, I just Okay. I took all the tip off. I don't want you to get in trouble for $85. I don't have no money. I don't have it. I don't have it. If she didn't have any money, then why was she trying to buy drinks for the men at the bar? The cops suggested that she just pay with whatever she had, but she insisted she didn't have her card on her and that she didn't have cash. Okay. So, you came here with no money. With no money. You knew you had no money? No. Uh, purposely order food. I didn't order food. I didn't order drinks. I'm sorry. So, you purposely order. The guy ordered drinks and he let him leave. That's his problem, not mine. Okay. What's your first name? All three of us. We're all together. What's your first name? I'm asking a question. What's your last name? You have identification on Heavenly then gave the officer a false name, which is of course illegal. She was now racking up charges even faster than she racked up drinks on her bill. She claimed she wasn't flying out of the airport and was about to go home. But sadly for her, she won't be home anytime soon because the cops have had enough. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. I'mma pay for it. I'm pay for it. Too late. Too late. Come over here. Too late. Come on over here. Just pay for pay for it. I'mma pay for it. Too late. I'mma pay for it. No. Get off of me. No. No. No. No. We were too nice to you. We were kind to you. Yo, what the We were kind to you. Get off of me. I didn't do anything I said. Relax. I got the money. Just relax. My name is Emily Palmer. I got some I got the money. Leave me alone. I said I got the money. Leave me alone. I got the money. Stop. It was too little too late. The officer demanded heavenly comply and she refused, screaming at the top of her lungs and refusing to put her hands behind her back. She then threw her body back and the cops had no choice but to take her to the ground and subdue her. Stop. [Applause] Put your hand. Give me your hands. Relax. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands back, Jessica. Relax. Relax, man. Relax. I said, "I got the money. I'm going give you guys the money. I'm going to go home." I got my I got What do you What do you guys want me to pay? What do you guys want me to pay? What do you All right. I'll give it to you. I'll give it to you right now. I'll give you guys I do that. He's breaking my arm. [Music] She fought the cops off so violently that their body cameras were knocked off their uniforms. The officers then went through Heavenly's pockets and pulled the cash out that she said she didn't have. Leave it alone. Like, no, we can't leave it alone. So, look, you have I got mad breath, bro. And it's more if you want more. It's a bill. Take the $100. It's a hundred right there. No, back it out. Right there. The hund. So listen, listen. I don't care about that, bro. I don't give a about money, bro. You think I give a about money? My family is rich. I am rich. How you going to go to jail? I'm trying to cooperate with you. I need my Bible. I need my Bible. That's That's No, that's law. That's law. That's law. Can Can I just pay for it and I will go home? I'm going home. Please. I'm begging you. Please. I'm begging you. Please, officer. I will. I'm going home. I just want to go home. You understand? To my family. You don't know what I've been through. Do you have a way of getting home? I already have my flight, ma'am. Heavenly claimed she had a ticket to Orlando, Florida. But there was no way the officers would let this belligerent woman on a flight. They gave her two choices. walk out with them or be tied down and wheeled out on a stretcher. My name is not Jessica. What's your name? What's your name? Heavenly. Heavenly P. Heavenly. Let's walk this way. Come on. Let's go. Yo, can you can you let me go? I'm I'm I'mma walk, but I don't want you I don't want you to have your my I have a dislocated shoulder. Let me walk at my pace. Let me walk at my pace. Yo, weren't you my bro? All right. Y'all want to walk fast? Let's walk fast. Listen. Listen. You who the are you grabbing up like that? All right. I'm not scared of you and you keep roughing me up like I'm your if you want to just say that you keep roughing me up for you. You black. Everyone go downstairs in my car. Suck my Get off of me. Get off of me. Get off of me. Get off of me. Yo, can you pull the cuff up? Pull the cuff up. [Applause] What did I do that was so wrong? What did I do that was so wrong? Listen to me. What did I do that was so wrong? As if she hadn't made a dozen random claims already, she was now saying she had to go take care of her grandmother. Now, if that was true, she should have thought about that before trying to skip out on a bill. It took eight police officers to successfully get her in the squad car. Listen to me. He's going to listen to the cops, okay? We got to put a mask on you, too. You understand that? Don't Don't spit. Don't talk in this guy's face. Be nice. We're going to work with you, but you got to be nice to us, okay? And be nice to this deputy, okay? Thank you. With the money wrapped around it. It has to be in there because that's the only way that I could get my flight. So it has you guys have my identification then because there's no way that I would thought that I could have get my flight without having it and I have my thing so I had to give them my ID. My ID is in there. All the cash she had on her was now exposed to the officers. Heavenly demanded respect but she was unwilling to show any. We can only hope that this incident taught her a lesson. On the 24th of February, 2022, the cops were urgently called to the airport due to a battery in progress. When the officer arrived on scene, a very large man came off the jetway and things escalated quickly. Sir, put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands back. I'm good. Get in the Get on the grill. Get on the grill. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Get on the grill. Get the hands back. Get over your back. Hands behind again. Hands down. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. All right. You You cover him. I'll cover him. No. Now, you stop. You stop. The older man in the green long sleeve shirt was an off-duty police officer from New Jersey, and he quickly jumped in to help the officer control things. The suspect, Ryan, was in town on vacation with his family. Roll you over. All right. Good. Really good. Yo, you're pretty good, man. You're good shot. Listen, man. Just say two and three. I know. All right. I'm a drunk. Okay, buddy. Hello. Just breathe. Hey, just believe it. Just breathe. Bring this knee up to your chest. Okay. No. Sit down. Do whatever you want. Whatever you want. Right there, buddy. I'm not a There you go. Godamn. I'm not one of the guys. How you think? Ryan admitted that he drank too much alcohol, which would explain why he behaved like he did. While some of the officers wheeled him away, another officer interviewed an airport employee to figure out what preceded the man's explosion. So, we received a call from the agent at K48 that If you want to take it off so I can so you can catch your voice, it's okay. That we need a supervisor. There's a a a customer being abusive towards his family. So then I I I'm usually the ramp supervisor, but since she goes by herself, I was like, I'll go over, you know what I mean? So, I came up and as soon as I came up, she came over here like, "No, we got to call the police cuz he was screaming already." And they get in the gate area and everybody's just staring. The employee said Ryan was with his wife, his sister-in-law, and his children. And because they were afraid of him, they were all hiding in the corner. When Ryan began to get loud, his wife told the employee that she needed help. So then I told them, "You guys step away." And I kind of got in between where he was sitting and where she was. And this was right there in the front where the kid with the burgundy. So I told her to come back here where this area is kind of away from him. So when she did that, he started following and wanted getting aggressive verbally. So then I You're trying to talk to her, right? You're trying to talk to her. No, I wanted to keep him away from him. You know what I mean? Cuz I saw the aggression building. So when he started walking following me, like trying to get here to them and I was like, "Sir, I'm going to call the police. You need to step away." So then he started walking that way like rushing like he was trying to get away. So the family came here and I followed to see where he went so we could notify you guys, you know what I mean? Not close. I let the distance, you know what I mean? And he stopped at 42 and he was trying to blend in. So I came back and as soon as I came back, somebody said, "He's coming back." And I looked and I told the family, I scanned my badge in here and I was like, "You guys come in here cuz to me, this is a secured area in the jet bridge." You know what I mean? To keep him away. So I closed the door. According to the employee, the kids were crying and the wife disclosed to her that Ryan gets abusive when he drinks. Worried for the family's safety, the employee hid the family away inside the Jedway. She's like, "He's going to hurt somebody. He's going to hurt somebody." And I was like, "He can't get in here. He busted that door open like nothing." Like it was opened like he went like this. It was locked. Like if you try to go in there right now, it's not going to open. Right. So that's what I thought. Yeah. Right. He just went boof and open the door. And I told him, "Sir, you can't be in here." He just kind of shoved me out the way. Like, "Get out of my way." Okay. But with his body, that's that's that's still a battery. That's still a battery. So once he went in the jet bridge and he was telling her like, "You really doing this to me?" And he grabbed himself and went right in there in the jet bridge. Like he grabbed it like this. Stop. Repeat that again. I don't want to grab He grabbed it like this. Right. You You're holding Let's say this is Yeah. So, let's say this is the inside of the Jugger, right? And he went bof like that, like he hit the cell phone with the wall. With the man's violent behavior, the employee felt scared, but she stood her ground and protected the family. She got the family off the jet bridge and then quickly turned around, closing it behind her, locking Ryan on the inside. I was holding a handle inside of there and trying to put my body to it and holding the the side the corner here and pulling it on me cuz every time that he would try to open it, I would pull it out. So he was he was he was trying to go in again cuz when we were going to exit out there that she was grabbing everything. Thank you. She she I told him when when I told him, "Come on, let's go out there. I'm going to book you guys so he could calm down." So, as soon as he went out first and she was grabbing her stuff, I went and I slammed the door onto me again. And this time, I kind of put my foot on the corner and I was pulling the door on me, the handle with the to exit. And you were in the jet bridge, right? I was in the jet bridge and the family was behind me. So then he was here. She called Yep. She called she called her mom or his mom and she was telling him on FaceTime what he's doing and she's crying behind me while I'm holding the door. Then I couldn't hold it no more cuz I was pinching my finger and he pulled it and he got in again. The man was so intoxicated that he tried to force his family to the end of the jetway. As drunk as he was, he failed to realize there was no longer a plane there. While the cops interviewed witnesses, there were others outside getting a statement from Ryan. Why are we here? Yeah, good good point. Yep. We're here stories. Cuz I drank. That's your story. That's it. Cuz I drank. I I wanted to get on this on a flight, right? Well, let me ask you this right here. You You said that you were drunk, but I'm going to ask you a personal question. I This This is just me and you talking. Were you drunk or are you drunk? Do you have a problem? Both. I love the military. I'm here for the military. So, and I appreciate that, you know, but do anything I can if I will. Trust me. Oh, give me give me about 500 push-ups. I'll do it. Yeah. Well, like I say, why didn't you just comply with the officers what they needed? Just my wife and uh her sister, but it's I would. The cop told Ryan he was being arrested and was on his way to jail. He pretended to be upset, but he was way too intoxicated to understand the gravity of things. Or maybe he just didn't care. So you can't help me out. There's no helping you, sir. Yeah. Now, now everything's on you. Our job here is done. Our job is to come to the call, to answer the call, the crime that that was witnessed, to try and investigate it, to try and give you an opportunity. But if you don't give it and you're gonna resist, I'm not gonna resist. I'm not resisting. But outside of that, our our stake in this is done except getting you to the jail safely. After that, it will be between you, the judge, the courts, your wife, and your family. We have no personal stake in it. Can't help me at all. No. The only thing we can do is just wish you the best. We hold no ill will towards you at all. And most importantly, we hope this is a wakeup call. Exactly. That's what I would like to see. Ryan, is there anything else you need to tell me? Yeah, I believe you got it. Ryan needs to get the help he needs so that next time his family can actually enjoy a vacation without fearing for their lives. He was charged with domestic violence, resisting an officer, battery, child abuse, and disorderly intoxication. On the 23rd of November, 2023, an officer was called to an apartment complex because an unhinged female was causing a disturbance. I'm sorry to call you here today. That's all right. Do you remember the lady from last night? Well, she's been drinking today and um she came over and I asked her to leave a couple times cuz she's I don't know if you met her last night. If you think I'm extra more, you know, she's extra. So, she wouldn't leave. She wouldn't leave. And she's I have a gentleman here who's married and y she kept hugging him and he was like, you know, stay away from me and she just keeps doing the same thing. And finally I asked her to leave again and she got in my face. Like we all thought she was going to hit me. Yeah. I thought she was going to like just leave it. She you and I'm like come on. I mean there's a whole lot of kids here. Just stop that. And she just kept coming into my apartment. Coming into my apartment and saying stuff about my kids. The landlord also stated that the woman had only paid her for two weeks accommodation and her two weeks were up that very day. The officer located the suspect, Jessica, at a convenience store down the street. Okay. Why don't you have a toilet and shower that work? Ask her. She's the land lady. I don't know. I'm not from Ohio. I just told you where my uncle's from. Okay. Sorry, Carlton. Shush. There are people. Can you show me the receipt that you've paid for the next four days? Because she's she wants to give you a day and then Hey. All right. Well, listen. I've got to I've got to hunt for the receipt. But I got the cash out of here. $200 out of here. Then the machine went out. I got another 160 over there. Gave her 350. Got 10 back. And I paid a few days ago. And I haven't had one shower since I've been in the room. Sir, not once. Three. I'm sorry for yelling. Excuse me. I'm allowed in your [ __ ] but I got a daddy and his name is Michael Fleming and feel free to call him right now. Well, she wants you to leave. Okay, but if you're if you're paid off, my car my car is broke down. My car is going to the shop. Shut the up, mother. I'm talking Carlton from the Fresh Prince. Um, my car is due to get two recalls fixed on the 29th, which is four four days from now. It didn't take long for Jessica to show the officer just how crazy she could be. She said as soon as her car was out of the shop, she was going to drive back to Atlanta to be with her husband and kids. I got five children, one grandbaby and one on the way for my dumb daughter that I'm just trying to get home to. What brought you up this way? My mother, my birth mother, Teresa lives in Defiance, Ohio. I brought her up here when I lived in Cleveland years ago when I'm, you know, with my husband. Well, she work out with her cuz she drinks too much. So she found her way to some homeless shelter here in Pass Center. And so I came up here 2 years ago, one month later, she calls the cops on me because I picked her dumb 5 foot one self up and scooted her across the kitchen so I could leave. Mhm. And then she calls defiance um police and they take me to jail at work. And I was working at a freaking Wendy's. First job in my life at 36 years old. Wait a second. She never had a job till she was 39. She's either very loaded or just shockingly lazy. While that may have come as a shock, it wasn't the most surprising statement that came out of her mouth. That nuts. She be cussing in Spanish next to my room when I'm in the middle of the night trying to work. And what I do for a living is I'm a modern day. I basically do topless phone calls. That's it. Nothing below the belt. Nothing below the belt. And I'm quiet and respectful. I mean, I'm divorced. I'm not divorced, but I'm single. She knows that. Okay. Well, what what caused the incident over here? What? She kept inviting me to her house. She kept inviting me over. She I can show you. I wouldn't show you cuz they're private cuz we're chicks. But I mean like she tells me to come make slime with her and her kids cuz I know how to make slime. Shut the up. She tells me to come make slime. I go make a batch of slime for her kid in 5 minutes and then I leave and he's happy all day. I don't know. I just want to drink Corona and enjoy my Thanksgiving cuz my son is in juvenile detention and I'm not happy about that. And that's my youngest child and I'm just the one that called us last night cuz he couldn't get on. No, that was my oldest. Okay. That was my good one. That was the Fleming one. Okay. Yeah, that's the Fleming. The one that's locked up is the Ali. All right. Well, I got one day even though I paid rent to this and I got $700 in my bank account right now. I can't afford that across the street. Let's go find the receipt. Oh my god. Don't make me search my room. Sometimes I smoke. I don't think Jessica ever heard the word quiet. She said she would gladly leave the premises as soon as she finished drinking her Corona and eating her pizza. But at this point, before heading back to the apartment, the cop wanted to make sure Jessica was calm. But it somehow just didn't sit well with her. And not myself for being an honest person. Okay. And I don't want that to see me crying either cuz this is I don't play no bull. I pay my rate up mind my business. Call me out the room to come do something for your kid. No, I hate to sound like a n word, but I'm I'm not ghetto, but god damn, I don't even want to go home now. Well, she said she'll give you a day. A day? I don't give a [ __ ] day. I got 100 of those left. Oh, God will it. I can't afford to I'm late on my car to be fixed on the 29th. What the is wrong? Does she have a right to kick me out? Is that legal? Do I need a lawyer? I got a restaurant. I'll be right. If you can calm down. Okay. Be right out. I got to go wipe my face. Jesus Christ. I wouldn't want it around either. Is she going to talk like that? What do you think, Carlton? Huh? Mama's worked up. Yeah, your mama's all worked up. By this point, the officer knew Jessica was not only racist, but also extremely unhinged. She continued contradicting herself in her statements about her age and the time it would take to get her car fixed. These people call me out the room when I'm in my own stress. I go over there and then they in my mother face you with five fs. All right. I'm on Facebook if you ever want to be a friend. My uncle's on there. He just don't talk to me because he don't want to know who he is. Jeez. Okay. All right. We'll meet you back over there. I'll come talk to you in a minute. On the cash up, which is so cuz these are going to put her behind a whole week. And another thing she said is she doesn't have a shower or a toilet in there. It doesn't work. Her toilet works. I don't know why she keeps telling everybody that her toilet doesn't work to me. I believe she's trying to go into people's rooms to see what she get back cuz she tried to come into my apartment when I was not here. The ladies told her she's not here. You cannot come in here and she tries to force her way in. That's when I pulled up. And I was like, "Hey, what are you doing in there? Get out of there." But the ladies told me that she's also tried the same thing in her rooms. And the only thing that doesn't work there is the hot water cuz my boiler went out which I've been trying to transfer people here. But she has Look, I there's a sink, right? And it's one of those floating sinks. Y she sat on it. So she worked the whole Yes. So I came in there, I mounted the sink back up. I put a bucket underneath and I told her, "Give me a few days to get the plumbing." You know, that was yesterday afternoon. Give me the plum so I could put it. But you can use the water because there's cold water. You can use the water to wash your hands. If not, room eight right here. It's unlocked. I have fresh towels in there. You're more than welcome to go take a bath, go take a shower, wash your hands, whatever you want. The officer was able to convince the landlord to give Jessica one extra day to move out. However, while they were talking, Jessica barged into the office, startling the landlord. There she comes. So, please go. She gives me so much stuff in my head. I have gotten so out of whack and I'm not drunk. You can give me Brother Lizard. I have left my purse somewhere. You probably have to have a gas station. Jesus Christ. Mother of Mary and all saints. I would go back over there and see if it's there. I'm scared to walk in public. Somebody might think I'm drunk. After your lease is up, which When's my lease up? It is up today. And she's going to allow you to stay until tomorrow. Yes, sir. Boom. Come on. And then she does. She has a right to refuse you service after that. Okay. Just like a gas station has a right to refuse you service. That hotel over there has So, what do you do when she refuses me service? Then we kick you out. How do you kick me out? We make you leave. The officer laid out exactly how things were going to go, but Jessica wouldn't stop running her mouth and dragging things out. At this point, the officer's patience was hanging only by a thread. And then you were over here hugging up on some married guy. Who? And then when when he had anything to do with you, you started going after Let me tell you something. That's what she's saying. Let me just tell you something. I've been divorced. I've been separated from my husband two years. Okay. Two years I've been separated from my husband and I've been absent since I have not had no no in my since then. Okay. So, I'm a modern day, baby. All right. The officer and his partner left the apartment complex. But just 3 hours later, they got another call from another tenant in the very same complex. You guessed it. There had been another incident with Jessica. She was in her room yelling. She over my room. No, she actually she actually got face to face with Natala. Um, other than that, I don't know what conspired out here. I was inside packing up some leftovers. Okay. So, she moved her to room number four. No, that's that's where she's at right now. She's been going back and forth. She said she was going to my dog because she watched her little dog right by mine and mine started barking and stuff when she was over there. Whose room is in number four? Who's in number four? Some gentleman that I don't even know. She's been hanging out over there pretty much all night. The other tenant, Tenise, told the officer that she believed Jessica entered her room without her consent. The evidence she had for this was blood on her floor, and she thought it was Jessica because earlier she'd seen her cut herself due to a fall. Keeps coming here and getting in my face. She's trying to push her dog into my house so she can run in, right? I mean, I'm not like She got on my face again, telling me that this is her property. She pushed her way in earlier. So, the only way that she We got to get her to punch me. How did she cut herself? She fell on her knees at the grocery store. She had two 12 packs. She was bleeding. I'm okay. Bleeding in her hand, bleeding in her knee. That's a lot. And we both I saw the blood on her clothes earlier today on her We looked our at our shoes. We looked at my dog's paws and according to the landlord, as soon as the officer left, Jessica tried to shove her way into other people's apartments, visibly shaken, the landlord here was so desperate to get rid of Jessica that if it would get her to leave, she would refund Jessica all of her money. Who's the mail subject in room number four? Um, I have his information up here. He has caretakers, which I already texted as well. Okay, I need Jessica. Jessica, you can come in, sir. Come on in, guys. You guys go. Come on in. You guys all right? Come on in. We're just having a conversation, honey. We're not doing nothing bad. He told me to stay in the room all night and I breathe. Okay, we got But you still walked by earlier and threatened to somebody's dog and then tried to push your way into their apartment. You've been in somebody else's room cuz your blood from your camera, babe. I'm probably crazy. Okay. Well, now you're going to leave and you're coming with me. Where am I going? You're going to jail. There's no way. Yes, you are. Disorderly conduct persisting. There's no way. Yes, you are. There's no way. Yep. There's no way. Yep. There's no way. Because we're I'm not coming out here and doing this again. There. I'm not getting out of my bed. There's no way. Well, you don't have to. We can do this the easy way or the hard way. The officer continued arguing with Jessica. She claimed her excuse for being in the man's room was so the man could protect her. She refused to comply and refused to get out of bed, which left the officer no choice. Hey, get away from me, bro. No, he's here for Yep. There you go. No, that's my cat. Okay, we'll make sure it's taken care of. It's all right. Are you serious, bro? Let me get my clothes on then, dude. Take this off me and let me get my clothes on. Please do not do me like that. That's stupid and ignorant as I'm not a stupid lady. This Thanksgiving, bro. I have not even eat dinner. Are you serious? Give me a breathalyzer. I I Give me a breathalyzer. That doesn't mean Give me a goddamn breathalyzer. Stop yelling at me. Now, let's go. Yep. We're done. If you want to act like that, sir. Put your pants off. Get your goddamn hands off me. Put your pants off. Get your hands off of me. Put my clothes on. Don't. Give me your arm. I got this one. Can you please put my pants on before you take me outside? We will. Thank you. And my hoodie. And my hoodie. Who is this suit? Ask me why dam you try to me up. You want try to boss me up. You don't know my kids. I got five kids and two grandb babies. The hell I said, [ __ ] Yeah, you are. All right, sit down here on the bed. She was hurling disgusting and vile insults at them, and her ignorant and entitled attitude only escalated from there when she demanded that they listen to her orders. Get my slipper. Get my slipper. Get my slipper. Sit down. Put your pants on. Well, you got to help me. I'm in handcuffs. Well, you're not a He is Officer Trace. Thank you, sir. Put my pants up above my I need my slippers. Put your slippers on. My $75 UG. Sit down. You I'mma put your on Facebook. Go for it. Yeah. You [ __ ] yellow. Hi yellow [ __ ] Hi yellow. You 2023 couldn't hear you. Yeah my cop my I got off of this estate trooper in Dallas. Okay. He would laugh at your for slamming me on a bed. Probably get your I should spit on you. Let's go. But I won't central. Come get my Can I call my mom? Yeah. In a minute. But you don't need to act like that. Say me though. I'm polite. I've been nice. All I was doing was drinking a beer on Thanksgiving Day with a neighbor. You came and got me out of my bed and then your little partner turn me down. Turn around. Put your black. You're done. Jessica, you probably get no done. You might be black, but you ain't got no They finally got Jessica in the squad car and drove her down to the jail house. Upon arrival, she refused to get out of the vehicle, causing another confrontation. She was later charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. On October 31st, 2022, at a public store in Florida, a woman was seen walking around the store drinking an open container of beer. When employees asked her to leave, she refused. Ma'am, hi. Hello. Did they ask you to leave? Uh, no, just to check out, so I'd already had to drink. So, he was touching what I had and I'm buying the sanitizer. So, I didn't want him to touch what I was going to do. Okay. But here's the deal. You can't drink alcohol in the store. You could buy it and you could take it home with you. That's fine. Okay. So, why don't we just go ahead and pay for what you consumed? All right. But I'm just going to look for No. No. You're not going to look at for anything else. It's time to go. Okay. But this is Is this You guys want this ling lady to leave? You got to pay for this and leave. Okay, ma'am. You got It's time to go. The customers at the store claimed she was so intoxicated that she nearly knocked over an entire shelf of wine. In addition, they'd also caught the woman on security camera ripping open a case of beer, taking a can out, and slipping it into her bag. As a result, the store manager felt she should pay for the whole case. No, no, no. I'm only I didn't even touch it. It hasn't even been open. Why are you opening the containers? Listen, this is the only one that came from that. So, take this one out right here. See this one? You're okay. Do you have Do you have identification? Yes. But look. Okay. Let me May I see your ID? I got you. Let me see your ID, please. It's unacceptable. You cannot open there. I didn't open it. You opened this. Let's see. You crack it open. Listen. You open this to take that out. Let me see your ID, please. Oh, I always complain. 92. Do you have your ID? Just go ahead and start checking me out. No, no. I want to see your identification because I need your name. Who I am? None of us know who you are. So, let me see your ID. Funny. No, go ahead and start checking me out. Listen, I don't work for Publix. I need to see your identification. And if if this if it continues, you will go to the county jail. So, let me see your ID. After taking a moment to find her wallet, she took a credit card out and handed it to the officer. He again reminded her that he was asking her for her Florida ID. The store wanted to trespass her and that's what he needed. This is a separate matter. You're going to be trespassed from this property. If you returning, if you return to this property, you will be arrested for trespassing. Yes, ma'am. Place I've been shopping for my whole entire life. This is unacceptable. You can't walk through the aisles drinking and opening other stuff and and ruining another 12-pack of or whatever it is. No, I didn't even touch it. You opened that. You guys want to check her out? Whatever she paid for. What's that? With a bit of hesitation, she passed by the other officers and pretended to make her way to the checkout. But then she just walked through and didn't stop. When the officer spotted her strange behavior, he followed the woman and ordered her to stop. I'm not going to chase her around the store. You want to grab her? Turn around. Stop playing around. Turn around. Don't do it. Don't do it. It's never a good idea to run from the cops. And she was racking up a lot of additional charges. At one point, she came speeding around the corner of the aisle armed with an orange, ready to hurl it at the officers. What are you doing? You're not stopping. Stop. What you think you're doing? You don't like doing stuff. You got Stop. Stop. Stop. Relax. You're going to pay for this stuff and you're going to leave me. Stop. I already had this happen last night. Listen, you need to relax. I'm going to tell you something. No, you don't have to hurt my arm. I'm going to be telling you acting crazy. Stop. Stop. You calm down. You calm down. [Music] We're good. Just be detained right now cuz you're running around the store like you're make you ain't making no sense. Why are you running around the store? Something smells. Relax. You're okay. You're just being trespassed. Why you running? because to me for days now every time I go to buy something it was paid for and then when I get to the front it's not paid for. She was too drunk to understand she'd been caught on camera and there was zero video evidence that she paid for anything she took. The woman then claimed bizarrely that the store tried to trick her into buying things by switching out her credit cards. Why are you yelling? Because everybody knows me and you act like you don't know me. I don't know you. Oh, well, this keeps getting tighter and tighter. No, please. Listen, you're just being detained cuz you're acting. We don't want to hurt you. You're running around the store like a crazy person. I was going to pay for my items. Oh, he told you to stop. You should have just stopped. Leave. You need to leave. Let me tighten this up. I'm not going anywhere. I'm going to tighten this up so they won't hurt you. I'm going to do stop. The cops on scene were being extremely patient, even ensuring the woman's handcuffs were comfortable. But that didn't stop the woman from turning on them again and accusing them of being the bad guys. Yeah, you smacked my head against I hope everybody saw that. You smashed my head against the wood. Did everybody see that? Is there blood? Yeah. You smashed my head against the wood right there in public. Oh, it's not over. Everybody went and Stop. Just Come on. Stop. No. He smashed. I'm not leaving yet. You got to go. We're going to walk outside. We're going to walk outside. Okay. No, you smashed my head. I would have liked to finish if I you take it I'm serious question. No, I'm cool. You don't take any meds. I don't need to go in the hot car yet. Please. No. Please don't. You got AC. Sit you in here, honey. So you don't hurt yourself. You already hurt me. You're not. My head is smashed. It is a seat. Just have a seat. You're not under arrest. Okay. You know what? You're not in trouble. We're trying to get you some help. Okay. Okay. She was obviously not fine. The woman said she'd driven to the area and said she'd been in West Palm for just 4 days. She also claimed the cops had towed her BMW because she hadn't paid for parking. You just being detained right now till we figure out what's going on. You're spitting on me. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to spit. I did not spit on me. You going to sit in the car, please? No. Please. I don't want to put my hands on you again. Just put Just sit in the car. My head is it bleeding. There's nothing to figure out. Everybody knows you're trying to arrest me. Who is this? The first time I ever meet you. What are you talking about? Okay, that's Rhonda Sant. Ask Governor Ronda Santz. Okay. Who's been um walking around West Palm where they're kicking me out of telling me I don't have credit. We want to help you, honey. Okay. So, just sit in the car of what people say. Just sit in the car for us and we're going to get you some help. I'm going to give it to you. I'm going to give it to you. You got meds here. What kind of meds is it? Venetrail. I would like a venadil. We'll give it to you once you once you get released, we'll give it to you. I would like my thing. She was taken to jail where she stayed overnight. Sobering up, however, did not seem to change her attitude because when she appeared in court, she threatened to sue the police department for excessive force. Two weeks later, she missed all her court dates and is currently in hiding. On the 19th of September 2024, at a busy Chick-fil-A, a man became angry because his food was taking too long. He caused such a loud disturbance inside that someone called police. An officer quickly pulled up and spotted the man outside. Hey, how you doing? Hey, what's going on? Did they call you out here? Somebody did. Yeah. Probably an idiot in there. Smart manager sit there and we sit out here 15 20 damn minutes for our food. We finally, when I get around the thing, I asked him one simple question. I said, "Why are we sitting here 20 minutes?" We were late for work. Here's what come out of his mouth. If you don't like it, call it in. Well, I'm a damn customer. That's [ __ ] And they ain't going to say that I cussed in there cuz I didn't. I was very respectful when I came in there. I didn't know he was manager. Okay. I walked in there and he's grinning from ear to ear like, "You think you're going to get something done?" attitude. Okay. So, I asked I requested I requested this piece of paper here to call somebody higher up. Somebody called the wall on me in there. Oh, that's right. That's a bull. Yeah, they called saying that there was a somebody's distress. But I don't fear the cops cuz both my sons are cops. One's a sergeant. Notice how the man immediately makes it known that he's the father of two law enforcement officers. But what he doesn't know is that it does not give him immunity from the law. The officer tried to get more information about what exactly happened. I was very polite all the way until I stepped out here. Then I said, "Damn, but I have every right to say what I please out here." Yeah. Yeah. I'm not I'm not I'm not denying that. Well, who were you who were you chatting with inside? Who? Who was the lady you was talking? I just I don't know who who said you have your ID with you, sir. I don't need my ID. I ain't Well, I'm conducting investigation right now. No, you're not. You're not pulling that on me. I know what my my rights are. You're not going to do it. So, you're refusing to give me your ID? Yes, I am. All right. Well, hang right here. Okay. You're not free to leave yet. Before the officer could get through the front door, another officer, Sergeant Hardwick, arrived to help. The man refused to provide ID, prompting the officers to take things to a whole new level. You holding me for a crime? Uh, you're being detained right now. What crime? Cuz we're investigating to find out exactly what was said. What? It doesn't matter what was said in there. No one has no reason. Give me your ID or you're going to jail. Then I'll go to jail. Let me tell my wife. Put your hands on your back. Let me call my wife. Don't put your hands behind your back. Don't fight with me. Relax. Relax. Put your hands behind your back. Stop tensing up. All right. Here. No. Stop tensing up. Stop tensing up. Relax. Stop tensing up. Okay. The man found himself in handcuffs over a chicken sandwich. He claimed he wasn't being cooperative because he was disabled and was suffering from chest pain. It caused a fear for people to to feel the need to call the police. We have to investigate things, right? So, I show up. I'm trying to get get information, find out who I'm coming out here with, and then you refuse to give me your ID. That is that is that is a restable offense. Well, according I'm not going to argue with you because like my son's told me before, some some officers will want want you to argue with them so they can have a reason to be an I'm not saying you're one of them. And as far as Rockdale as far as the Rockdale Police Department, when they tried to uh pull that crap with me and my wife and the employees down there where she worked, uh they they asked me the same thing. I had, you know, I don't break the law. I raised my boys. I've got one that's a sergeant for the K9 unit. You shouldn't do that. And I Huh? You shouldn't do that. I shouldn't do what? You shouldn't be raising your voice inside of a place that's I wouldn't raise my voice. I'm talking to you the same way I was talking to that lady. Okay. And everybody was talking. So this is the fun. But far as language, no. I didn't use not one bit of language. Well, that's what we're trying to find out. Well, because he's not. He was at the window. Meanwhile, the sergeant went inside to talk to the employees to get their side of the story. Apparently, the man walked into the store and was upset at one of the drive-thru employees because they'd spoken to him in a way he didn't like. He was in the drivethru in front of the guy was in the drive. Yeah, he was in front of me and his back and he was talking to who? The Where'd he go? The guy in the blue shirt him. Okay, keep going. I don't know what all was said cuz I was on the phone, but he was like, "You got a smart." He was just being rude all in the driveway. And I was like, "Why?" And he was yelling this out. He was yelling at him. Hey, sister. I'm the only one person. Crazy. But, you know, I came through, you know, it's just me over there trying to get everything done. And I gave the guy the food and he was like he started like kind of like kind of verbally using like saying like nonsense about like, oh, things along wrong with you guys over and over and over again. And then I was like, hey, so I'm so sorry about that. I was like, oh, we have a number you can call. And he was like, oh, smart like just give me a sec. I come inside. Mhm. Came inside kind of like I wasn't sure what he was trying to do, but um came inside. I thought he came inside and he kind of I was just focus on the back. Okay. After hearing the story, the sergeant went back outside to talk to the man about what she'd heard. When she started talking to him, he was slowly getting combative. So, she immediately shut him down. Be quiet. You're not If you're talking, you're not listening. It's just It just works that way. Okay. So, you were loud. You're boisterous, tumult. Shut up and listen to me. I apologize. Okay. Be quiet or else or we can just go to jail and do so. Okay. Trying to keep you out of jail. What I'm trying to do, ma'am. Okay. So, this is you said there's you spent a long time in line. Okay. Well, if you did, I apologize, but they're doing the best they can. Okay. So, yelling in the drivethru Chick-fil-A using Sir, I'm listening. using cuss words and and yelling at somebody is not going to get you anything. So, what it has gotten you is a year break from Chick-fil-A. You can't come back for it. That's fine. I'll never be back. It's either that or jail. Okay. Which one? Okay. My food and I'll never come back. Great. So, we're going to handcuff you. We're going to have you sign a criminal trespass so that you do not come back for a year till you go to jail. Great. The man claimed that he'd never cussed anyone in the drive-thru. He was getting frustrated because the cops weren't asking for his side of the story. So, they gave him the time to explain himself. Said something to me was unappropriate to me. He said, "If you don't like what the hell I'm doing, leave." I said, "Well, I didn't know he was manager." I said, "You really hurt my arm. You're going to be fine." But I know what fine is. Okay. But now, here's the thing. Not trying to be disrespectful. My son's a sergeant. My son other son's is a patrol. I understand you guys. Clayton County. Okay. He's the one that his dog got. So I don't get disrespectful to people. I respect the law. As many dinners and stuff that I have done for Newton County and Henry County and for law enforcement and back the badge. Look at my tags. It even says back the badge. I have no problem with you guys. I don't have a problem listening to you. But when people sit and tell bull crap lies is bull. The man claimed to know the family that owned the Chick-fil-A and would immediately speak to them about what happened. He then called his son, who was in law enforcement, in some sort of attempt to get out of trouble. Well, until I understand, they can take me to jail then because until I understand what I don't read and I don't spell, until I know exactly what this means by me signing the paper, I'm not signing it. So, you can talk to them. It's a she's a sergeant. Not unless I request somebody higher up, which I have that right. Hello, this is Sergeant Hardwood. It's It's okay. Okay. So, back here, why sign the paper? Um, so he came through the drive-thru. He was upset at there being, you know, four or five cars or whatever. Um, one of our our pe our one of our evidence custodian was a car or so behind him and could hear him yelling at the guy at the drive-thru saying saying this is this is you know blah blah blah. After officer Hardwick spoke with his son, the man demanded a refund on his sandwich. He was trespassed from Chick-fil-A for a year and was charged with obstruction and disorderly conduct. On the 17th of March, 2023 in Daytona Beach, Florida, the cops were called to a post office regarding a female customer who was causing a disturbance. Allegedly, this insane customer bit one of the employees. You're ugly. Come here. Stop. Well, that's not her. That's not me. It's What is it behind? It's not her. I need to call the inspector. Yeah, let's walk over here. This what happened. So, I got to my package was sent to Boom. I didn't have a last name on it. So, they sent it back here. I talked to a woman on the phone. She told me, "I'll save your package cuz mind you, it was my birthday yesterday. I just turned 18." So, she was like, "I will hold your package from you. I know it's your birthday." Blah blah blah blah blah. Just come here tomorrow and pick it up. We talked today. She said, "The package is here. come get it. I said, "Okay." I got here. I showed him the tracking number. The woman, Lenora, explained to the officer that when she came back for her package, she was asked if she had government ID. She told the postal worker she did, but she only had a picture of it. And the postal worker could not give her the package if they didn't see a physical ID. I said, "That's the package right there." He said, "Yeah, I snatched the package." He started tustling with me. I bite the package. He said, "You bite me." I said, "I didn't bite you. I bit the package." He's trying to snatch a package out of my mouth. I'm like, "Move." before I bite you cuz then it's going to cause more. I have braces. When I looked at his finger, he does have bite marks. Not extensive, but he does have bite marks. But he was trying to get the package out of my finger. I have braces. So that's where it's probably from. But I made you bite the package. I was trying to get the package. That was the whole point. I was like, I just want my package. Like it's my birthday dress. I pay for it with my money. I don't get why I can't get it. I even asked him. I said, can you print out another label? Just add my last name and I show you my like my stuff. Can you add it and just send it back to Bun? I get it from Bun Mailro. He kept saying no. Postal workers take their jobs very seriously. The officer then went to the back room to get the postal worker side of the story. The video part of the exchange isn't available, but we can hear the audio. Let me just ask you from your point of view what happened. So, she came in looking for her package. Okay. Her school sent it back because it didn't have her full entire name on it. I told her typically we don't give packages out with Cookman. I said, "Let me at least go look and see what's here." I did find it. I brought it out to her and we went over a couple things. I told her, "I need an ID. I need a state ID. I need a government ID, you know, a driver's license, more or less, or a passport. She says, I don't have that. I've got my school ID. I says, "No, I can't accept that." No, no passport. Only She didn't have any ID on her at all is what she told me. Um, so I told her that I couldn't accept that. And this happened probably about a minute and a half, 2 minutes. We talked. So, finally says, "Look, ma'am, I've got another customer." I started to deal with the other customer. And she goes, "Is that the package?" I says, "Yes, ma'am." She lunged at me. I backed into the post office and I held on to it and I just held it right here holding on to it. She grabbed her arm, went on under inside of mine and had her hands on it and then pulled it up to her mouth and bit the package with my hand on it. Whether she intentionally tried to bite his finger or not could not be clearly determined. The officer then asked the postal worker if they had any security camera footage, but the footage they did have was of a low resolution and wasn't useful. The officer then interviewed a witness. Did you see what happened? Yeah. Okay. What What happened from you guys? And I apologize for stopping you. It just looked like you guys were talking. So I was like, "Is this her?" or Okay. So basically, um, they So her package, she forgot to put her last name on it. And the mail told her that she can't get her package because there's no last name on it. And she was like, "Sir, I don't have my thing. Can I show you my ID, my birth kit?" He was like, "No, no, no, no." Yeah, they was they was there, too. Oh, I think that's who he going to. Yeah, I think that's who he's going to talk to. He was just arguing with them, too, about the same thing. That's when a girl went to snatching it. And then that's when he held her like this so she wouldn't go get away. And he kept on calling AJ, you know what it is, the name. And she was just trying to but he had she was like, "Let me go." He would let her go. And he wouldn't let her go. And then at some point did she tried to like I guess bite the package or something. Yeah. Bite the package to get it. To be honest, he was trying she was trying to get away from him. He wouldn't let her go. And she was like, "Just get off me. Please just get off me." And he wouldn't. He dragged her all the way to the back. And this happened in the front. Okay. The women were not willing to stick around to sign a sworn statement, but they did make a statement on body cam. The officer gathered all the evidence he'd been given and then went back inside to confront the woman. At this point, you're going to be placed under arrest for battery. Okay, we've got independent witnesses that stated that you lunged at him to try to grab the package and for some reason bit the package, which in turn bit him in the finger. He's got marks, so maybe next time. I didn't. Okay, we've already had this talk. Okay, the best thing is that you didn't try to lunge over because that would be considered, you know, almost considered burglary. The officer informed Lenora that she'd have to stay in jail until first appearance and that means until she sees a judge, which most likely would be the next morning. She clearly didn't like that idea. No, please. Unfortunately, it's not up to us. But I didn't even intended to just bite the package, but you inadvertently bit him as well. But he went to grab it. I understand that. You weren't allowed to take it. The officers did allow her to call her mother, but her mother didn't know where to get the money to bail her out. She then asked the officers if they could bend the law for her so she didn't have to go to jail. I just heard if I was 17, how would this go? If you were 17, sort of. You would just be a juvenile and we would have to take you to take juvenile detentional center. It's a family resource center. You'd still be processed the same way, but you'd go through the family resource center. Can I still go there? No, cuz you're an adult. You're an adult. Thank you. Goodbye, Dave. Doesn't matter. Doesn't matter. As soon as you turn 18, you're an adult. Okay. She's good. Thank you. Do we need to change cups out or? No, hurry. Okay. It's surprising the woman thought she could behave that way without there being any consequences. She was charged with battery and spent the rest of her birthday in jail. Those people were some seriously insane customers. They should be grateful, though, because the cops stayed professional no matter how crazy things got. Thanks for watching. And we'll see you next
