Get out of the car. Get out of the car. First flight's taking off for me. Get out of the car. [screaming] >> OH MY GOD. Oh my god. Oh my god. >> She's reaching. She's reaching. Stop. Stop. Minor traffic infraction should be pretty simple to deal with, but it usually depends on the driver's attitude. Some entitled motorists are too quick to get into fight mode, and they end up face down on the ground, handcuffed or tased. But at least it gives us three full hours of the most painful traffic stops ever. On the 15th of August 2024, the cops saw a speeding vehicle with dark tinted windows and they tried to perform what should have been a simple traffic stop. However, when they approached the suspect, they soon found out that it was going to be something more serious. >> Hey, sir. How you doing? >> Hey, you're flying down these streets, brother, and your tent's illegal. Okay. >> Do you have driver's license on you? >> Yes, sir. >> Is this your car? >> Yes, sir. >> When's the last time you smoked in here? Yes, sir. >> Is there any other in here? >> Huh? >> Yes, sir. >> Just a little bit. >> There's no burnt, though. >> Okay, I'm going have you step out and talk to you. >> Hey, quit reaching around. >> Quit reaching. >> Hey, quit reaching. Quit reaching. >> Oh my. >> Dude, get out of the car. Get out. Come on. Will you reach the roof? >> The situation here was about to get life-threatening. One of the cops realized that the suspect reached for a bag of dope and in a desperate attempt to conceal evidence, the man swallowed it. After pulling him out of the vehicle, he was immediately instructed to spit it out. >> Spit it out, dude. Spit it out. >> Stop. >> Stop. Spit it out, dude. Spit it out. Spit it out of your mouth right now. >> Spit it out, dude. Spit out. Spit it out. >> Spit it out. >> Can't get his junk. >> Spit the dope out of your mouth right now. >> Spit it out, dude. >> Just spit it out. >> Yeah. They informed the suspect that he was going to jail for tampering with evidence, but they were more concerned about the man's life as ingesting can be fatal. He refused to spit the drugs out even after they told the man how much danger he was in. >> You're going to overdose. >> You're going to die, dude. Spit it out. Spit it out. >> Spit it out. >> Spit it out right now. Spit it the out. >> Spit it out, dude. Spit it out. >> Spit it out. >> Everything out there. >> He just swallowed the >> Well, we can't get a out chewing it. >> Yeah. >> No, listen. >> It's a large. >> Spit it out, dude. >> Dude, just spit it out, >> dude. You're going to overdose, dude. >> Come on, man. Spit it out. >> No one cares. >> Spit it out. >> Come on. Just breathe. >> Spit it out. >> Okay. Spit it out, dude. >> You got a bag of dope in your mouth. >> Spit it out right now, dude. >> Spit it out. >> Spit it out. >> SPIT YOUR [screaming] spit it out. >> Spit it out. >> HELP ME. >> SPIT IT OUT. >> I CAN'T BREATHE. I can't breathe. >> Despite the man's sudden panic and claims that he couldn't breathe, he continued chewing the bag in his mouth and swallowing the contents. The risk here was increasing by the second and the cops were desperately trying to save his life. >> Dude, you were going to overdose, dude. >> Spit it out. [screaming] >> Spit it out. >> There we go. Good job. Good job. >> Nope. >> Help me. >> All right, we'll get you out. Got to get you a medic now cuz you swallowed. >> No, I didn't. >> Come on, stand up. Let's go. We're going to roll you over. >> Come on. Come on. >> I didn't want you to overdose. That's why >> you just threw something in your mouth. I I can open it a little bit if you'd like. >> Sure. >> Oh, for sure. I mean, he was chewing on it. >> With the man now safe from danger and secured in a squad car, they went on to search his vehicle. The cops found large amounts of money, a scale, and three cell phones in addition to the contents of the bag that he tried to swallow. >> Looks like crack. He literally chewed up all of he chewed. Look at that. He's mouth. Take that one. >> I did. He spit it out. >> Then he tried to swallow it again. He spit it out and then he was like, >> "No, no." >> By the time the suspect's mother arrived, he was already at the hospital. She tried to argue her son's case and the reason for the traffic stop. And she even tried playing the race card, but it was hard to argue because the arresting officer was also black. >> And I said, "I owned that car for 5 years and never had an issue." >> Well, it's 33% and the legal is 50 and we tested it. >> Got it. >> 33%. Camera 33%. >> Okay. So, why did I not get pulled over for the 5 years I owned and drove it? >> I I don't know. Other than the one time for being black while driving when I >> Well, you can't see what color someone is when their window tint is dark. So that's a very comfort is not tinted. >> Okay. But I didn't see him head on. Seen him from the side. >> I didn't say you. This is what he told me. I'm asking the question as when I was the owner. Why? >> He's the officer that initiated the traffic stop. I said it. >> He was explaining it to you because we showed up to help because your son was fighting them swallowing drug. >> Yeah. >> So >> and you you was the arresting officer. You said you seen him swallow some drugs. >> Yes. He reached in the middle. I grabbed my gun and then he put drugs in his mouth and then we took him to the ground. Tried to get the out so he didn't overdose and die and then your son would be dead. So we helped him out. Yes. Cuz he made a bonehead decision. So we were trying to help him. >> Okay. >> And none of that would have happened if he would have just stepped out. >> Can you just kind of stay here to make sure nothing happens? >> You guys can walk away if you want. You guys You guys can You guys >> I'm trying to understand what's going on myself. >> Okay. That's fine. >> Your son is at the hospital cuz he might have swallowed some drugs. Do >> you know what hospital he might be? >> I don't know, but you can't visit him cuz he's under arrest. >> The mother asked the officers if she could at least call the hospital to get more info on the man's condition, but the arresting officer explained to her that they wouldn't disclose anything because he was under arrest. One of the other cops explained to the woman that he could call her from jail, but she still had more questions. >> Why is the hood up? >> Because we're searching for nar everywhere. Okay. You know, people overdose off drugs like stuff like that. >> Well, your son sells drugs, so he's probably leading that cause. >> So, maybe you should talk to him. >> And that's what we're doing is trying to prevent people from selling drugs. >> So, when the car smells like we tell him step out and he swallows drugs, that's why we took him out. We took him to the ground. >> My badge is 3249. My last name is Church. Okay. The officers talked about the case amongst themselves, and they clearly doubted the mother's claim that she had been driving the vehicle for 5 years and had never been pulled over due to the window tent. They then went to the hospital to check in on the suspect. >> It's going to be an indictment. >> It's going to be tampering and then possession of drugs. >> Possession of what? >> Huh? What's >> We're going to get it tested. >> What's the felony though? >> Huh? >> F3 tampering. >> F3 tampering. >> Yep. F3 tampering. >> How F3? cuz that's what [snorts] the OC says. >> All right. Can we go Can we go the county now? >> Huh? >> Can we go to county now? >> Do you know what an indictment is? This you're going to have a future court date for it. It's going to get presented to the grand jury after it gets tested. Okay. >> So, I'm going to the county. >> No. >> All right. >> Not today. I'm going to read your rights. You're going to tell me to off and then we're going to leave. Okay. That's probably what's going to happen, right? >> No. >> You want to talk? >> Okay. >> So, I'm going to tell you what's going to happen. Okay. All right, >> we're going to we're going to take all that for testing. I'm going to write a warrant for your two phones, not your flip phone cuz I can't get anything off of it. So, you can have that one. It's probably your phone. >> And then we're going to contact we're going to contact your APA and get your violated. >> Okay. >> So, I'm not even going to read your rights cuz you told me to. >> Any questions for me? We're going to give you your ticket and that'll be it. >> No, I'm call I need my load. >> The suspect asked the officers for his wallet and his driver's license and they promised to get them for him. Hopefully between the hospital stay and the charges he was facing, he'd reflect on the danger he put himself in and in the future he'd make some better choices. On November 29th, 2023 in Idaho, state troopers saw a car performing an improper lane change on I 86. They wanted to pull the vehicle over, but the driver exited the highway. The troopers finally managed to catch up with the couple in the city of Chabuk. And while he tried to evade them again, they finally stopped the man near exit 73. >> He's not under arrest. He is detained. But I'll leave that and stuff that I was trying to have a cigarette but you can just unbuckle that. Unbuckle it. >> Yeah. That way it's out of your way. >> Okay. I'm going to set the door. Is it warm enough in here for you or is it too hot? >> Uh, it's fine. >> It's good. Okay. I'll be right back. Okay. I got the heat going, but let me know if it gets too stinking hot in there with all this extra gear on. I get cold, so I run the AC. >> Yeah, it gets it gets uh pretty cold out here, so I I see. It's fine right now, though. >> Okay. Just let me know. Okay. Yeah, just let me know, man. I mean, like I said, I standing out, I get cold in the car. I get hot, so it goes up and down. I don't mind changing the tent. >> The suspect, later identified as Joseé Ignatio Silva, ended up being calm and cooperative. So, the officer responded with the same courtesy. However, he also wanted to get more information from the man, like what was in the safe they found under one of his car seats. >> Hey, do you know where the key to the safe is? >> Huh? >> The key to the safe? I don't have a key. >> He's telling me he doesn't have a key. You guys are sure you don't have a key? >> Literally like three weeks ago. >> Okay. >> But uh >> you think she might know where maybe where it's at or >> Yeah, cuz if not he's going to end up breaking the lock open depending on what he's got. I'm I'm just here helping him. So, I I don't know what all he's got, but if it saves you guys the safe, I'd rather do that. You know what I mean? >> Jose claimed that he lost the keys to the safe about 3 weeks ago. He pretended not to be worried about the cops searching his car, but it didn't take too long for them to find some drug paraphernalia, and they put the man in handcuffs. >> Turn the car. Okay. >> [snorts] >> 124 65. So, is it okay to get a number on my phone? >> Yeah, I'll get it before we leave here. >> Um, may I have a cigarette before I please? I've been I've been cool, man. Not going to run or anything, obviously. >> As long as he's okay with it. Um, the deal is though is you got to be out of the car for that. >> Yeah, that's fine. I mean, I I'll still sit with the cuffs. >> Okay. All right. Um, let me go grab it for you. Okay. >> Watch your knee, bud. >> Before they booked the man, he politely asked for a cigarette, and the officer obliged. It looked like they might be there for a while because whatever they tried, they just couldn't get the safe open. Break out of this one. >> He's been chill, so I'll let him smoke. All right, buddy. Now, >> I don't smoke, so I'm a rookie at this, right? >> There you go. >> So, you won your money in jackpot, right? >> Okay. A >> little bit. I have. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I lost a lot more. >> Which one did you Which casino? >> Uh Jack Peaks. Peaks. Okay. >> So, I know the sergeant that runs that over there. >> Yeah. >> Jackpot. >> The drug spot. >> Looks like to me, but maybe it could be. I don't know. And that looks like >> Before even opening the safe, the cops found drug paraphernalia, 6 1/2 g of marijuana, a 9mm handgun, and a 380 pistol. However, the safe had a much more significant stash, including 42.8 g of cocaine, 38 g of heroin, 426 pills, and a digital scale. Jose and his girlfriend Kira were placed under arrest. Okay, >> we're going to put you in the back of this car. Okay. fellow gentlemen. Okay. >> Yeah. K, come here real quick. Okay. I am going to search you. Is there anything on you? >> No. >> And there's nothing underneath your breast or in you, right? No. >> Okay. When I search you and I get towards your sensitive areas, I'm going to use the back of my hand. You understand that? Okay. There's nothing up under here, right? What's that? >> What's going to happen? >> Well, as soon as we get done with this, I'm going to transport you guys to the jail. >> Okay, I'm going to put this back on your head. Okay. >> Maybe. >> Sorry, Kira. Trying to keep your ears warm. >> I don't really know. >> Okay, turn around for me. Face the camera. >> Nothing in your shoes, right? >> As if Kira wasn't scared enough already, the officer warned the woman that if she concealed anything, she'd get another felony charge. During the search, she explained to the cops that the safe belonged to a friend of hers who had borrowed the car previously. >> Nothing in your waistband, right? >> Nope. >> Okay. This is what I was talking about. The back of my hand. Okay. I don't I know it's uncomfortable and I apologize for this, but my life and other people's lives are at risk and I don't I don't toy with that. Okay, turn around. See it? I got the top of your head. Okay. Go easy. >> Okay. And you needed a phone number, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Uh, >> did you already tell them who it was? >> No, I need a few numbers if that's okay. >> Okay. Watch your knees. >> They both stayed cooperative even though their lives are unraveling before their eyes. As opposed to Kira's weeping, Jose didn't seem bothered at all. He was acting like it was just another Tuesday. >> Okay, I brought this to you. I We don't know how to >> You walk You have to walk me through it. >> All right. >> How do you turn it on? >> It's that one right there. >> This one? >> Yeah. >> It's not shut off, is it? >> No. >> Oh, yours battery is at zero. >> Where's the other phone at? Which one is that? >> That's the my gaming phone. >> Um the >> This one's your gaming phone. >> Okay. Uh there's a phone right there. Should be on the magnet. >> It's on. >> Okay. I'll go see if I can find that one. Okay. >> It has a sticker in the back. It's like a white and black sticker in the back. >> Okay. >> After the search was finished, they were both taken to jail and booked. They both got felony charges for drug trafficking, possession of drugs with intent to distribute, possession of paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of a firearm. After the owner of a smoke shop called 911 because a woman had stolen from him, nobody thought it would escalate much further. The cops confronted the suspect in the parking lot and then she did something really dumb. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Third flight. She's taking off for me. Get out of the car. >> All right. >> Hey, out of the car. Out of the car. >> Wait, I'm coming. >> Put it in park. >> I am. I'm coming. >> Put in park. Step out. >> I will. Just a second. Please. >> Stop reaching. >> Stop reaching. Get out of the car. >> Grab me. I'm scared. >> Okay. Get out of the car. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Please. I need to tell my partner. >> Stop. Stop. No. Put your hands behind your back. Stop. Stop. You're going to get tased. Do you want to get tased? >> No. I don't mean to do that. I >> No, you're not listening. Put your hands behind your back and keep them there. >> I will listen. Please don't. The suspect claimed she was scared even though she was bold enough to run from the cops at gunpoint just minutes ago. She was quickly apprehended and the cops already knew her name and her background, but there was something about this woman they didn't know. >> I'm 7 weeks pregnant. >> Okay. Well, well, you need to start listening then. >> Okay. Okay. >> Can you please? >> No. >> I No, you're not getting a cuffed right now. As soon as I get another deputy here, we'll work on that. Okay. But right But right now, you're going to stay in handcuffs. Okay. You tried to back up on me when I told you to stop. >> I know. I'm sorry. >> Okay. And you didn't get out of the car when I asked you to. Okay. No. No. Listen. >> Okay. You need to start listening and then things will go different. Okay. You don't reach when the cops are here. >> I'm sorry. I >> Okay. This isn't your first time dealing with the police. >> What do you mean? >> What do I mean, Taylor? >> I haven't dealt with the police. >> Taylor? Really? >> I just got to Vermont. I don't know anything. >> You just got to Vermont. You're in Florida. >> I'm I know. Oh, I mean I'm from Vermont. >> Yeah. Yeah. You You haven't dealt with the police in Vermont? >> Not in years. >> Not in years since you were a kid. >> Yeah. Since I was like 19. >> Okay. >> At that point, the pregnant suspect, Taylor, acted like she had no idea what the confrontation was about. She was clearly afraid, so the officer did her a favor and adjusted her handcuffs. She also hoped that he'd somehow be able to let her go. >> Are you going to take me somewhere? >> Kayla, you have a warrant for your arrest. >> What do you mean? You have you have a warrant for your arrest out of Vermont. >> So, you have to take me somewhere? >> Yeah. As soon as they confirmed a warrant, you're going to be taken somewhere. Yeah. You got to go to jail. >> Why? >> Why? Because you got a warrant out of Vermont. >> My baby's coming. >> Okay. >> I'm going to be sick. I don't understand. >> Why are you going to be sick? >> Cuz I need to take my meds. >> Okay. What's What's your meds for? >> I'm addicted to something. They're in the car. >> Okay. >> I don't want to be sick. I have water. Can I please just take them? >> What? >> Calm down. first of all. Okay. Okay. If you're going to be sick, I can call paramedics here. Okay. But this is what What is your meds? >> Those >> are they are they are they in your name or they in a prescription bottle? >> Neither. They're just from the store, please. >> Okay. I can't get to your name right now. >> It looked like Taylor had a drug problem. She told the officer she lived with her boyfriend and seven other people, which didn't sound good at all, especially for a young mother. But at that point, what she was really worried about was going to jail. I don't want to lose my baby. >> You're not going to lose your baby. >> I am if they're going to take me to jail. >> You violated probation of something. >> Two years ago. >> Okay. Well, then why didn't you just take care of it? >> Cuz I was scared. And then I was in the hospital for almost 3 months. And when I got out, I was living in some place really far away. I couldn't get there. So, I figured time went time kept going by and never reached back out. >> I mean I mean this is what happens when you let things just fester. Can't you just cite me for what I did wrong? >> Not if you have a warrant. The warrant is from is from Vermont saying that they they that you did something that you needed to go back to Vermont for. >> How long does that take? >> I don't know. >> I need to tell my boyfriend I'm leaving that I'm getting taken. >> We'll take care of that. >> Simple. >> Now you're going for escape. Call the police. I'm just scared. >> As if not taking care of an old warrant wasn't dumb enough, the handcuffed suspect, who was 7 months pregnant, decided to run from police. It didn't last very long, though, and at that point, she went back to her apologies and plead with the officers to let her go. >> She just took off on me. >> I'm sorry. I'm just scared. I'm sorry. >> No charge. >> Yep. >> I'm just I'm pregnant. I'm scared. >> Okay. Well, now you just got more charges. >> All your warrants. He's pregnant. I'm sorry. Seven months or six months. Sorry. >> Six months pregnant. >> Did she fall on anything? >> Huh? Did >> she fall or anything like that? >> No. >> I'm sorry. I'm just scared. >> Why'd you run? You're 7 months pregnant. Did you run to the police? >> I'm just so scared. Sorry. >> Do you have anything in your pockets? >> No, I don't have any pockets. >> Female search. Have a seat. As she was carefully placed in the squad car, they radioed dispatch to call a female officer to come and pat her down. She'd already admitted to being an addict, so she might have drugs on her. >> I'm just scared. I'm sorry. >> Yeah, I'm a bad person. >> Well, you got charges out of here. You got charges out of Vermont. You're You did not make your situation any better. Any better at all. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> I don't really care that you're sorry to be honest with you. Okay. You put a lot of people at in danger with your reckless driving and then you were obviously looked like you were stealing from the smoke shop over there as well. That's why the owner was chasing after you. So I some my friend gave me these things one time and I got addicted to them now that been trying to taper down all of a sudden. I'm sorry. >> See if he already read her Miranda. Is this it? >> Yes. >> This is all you took? >> Yes, sir. >> The only thing Taylor stole was a sheet of blackratom pills. A topical tree from Southeast Asia, and in low doses, the leaves of the plant act as a stimulant, and in high doses, it's a seditive. It's not an illegal substance, but it's been known to produce psychological and physiological dependence. >> Whose car is it? >> Mark. It >> That's Mark's car. >> Okay. Mark, have a last name? Apolog >> Oh, that's right. I forgot about that. >> Someone wants to answer the door. >> Sheriff's office. >> Don't do that right there. >> No, we're out of We want to give you the keys to the car. >> No, get the owner of the car. >> Get the owner of the car, please. >> Can you Can you kindly get the Can you kindly get the owner of the car? Can Can you get >> All right. >> I I didn't ask you if you left you. I said, "Could you get the owner of the car?" >> No. >> Thank you. >> Okay, we'll go keep it for safekeeping then. >> When the man realized the cops were about to take the keys with him, he stormed out of the house. even though he claimed the car wasn't his. There were several sports cars parked in the driveway and losing one of them would not be a trivial matter. >> That's not your key. You said that's not your key. I'm the sergeant. >> I'm the sergeant. You said this isn't your car. We want to get the keys to the >> This isn't your car. The car belongs in this driveway. How do you know that? >> How do I know that? >> How do you know that key belongs to the car driveway? >> Because we just arrested the girl that was in it who was your girlfriend. >> That's not my girlfriend. Taylor's not not your girlfriend. >> I have no idea who who who is that. >> Okay. >> Well, do you want to get is Tammy here? Npalitano whose car this is so we can give her the keys. >> Okay. Let me let me call the guy who lives here again because that may might have been something you should have led with. >> I I asked YOU ON THE WINDOW AND SAID, "Can you take this car key?" You didn't say anything about that. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? >> ALL RIGHT. LOOK, >> I HAVE IT ON CAMERA. >> LOOK, all thing we're trying to do is get the get the car keys to the owner. Bro, Mark is Tammy's son. This is Mark's house. I don't know what the hell you're talking about, but that display of behavior is not professional whatsoever. And then to say, "I'm going to take the car key after I said, "Why don't you just leave it here?" That's not professional either. That's two strikes, bro. >> After shouting at the officer some more, the man tried to get a hold of the owner. When that failed, the keys were taken over to the sheriff's office. They designated Taylor as a fugitive, but she was taken to jail and charged with fleeing police, attempted escape, and obstruction. On the 13th of April, 2024 in De Moine, Washington, an officer initiated a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle. The driver, however, ignored the officer's lights and sirens and drove on for eight more blocks before finally pulling over. Hi there. My name's Officer Hake. Just to let you know, the traffic stops being recorded. [snorts] The reason why I'm stopping you is for speed. 48 and a 35. Not only that, I really strongly believe you're just not paying attention because >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. My father's right now. Well, we went about eight blocks with my lights on and you never even pulled over. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm listening to this. [music] I'm so sorry. Why didn't you make a sound? I'm not >> Because you weren't stopping. That's the reason why. >> Oh, well, I didn't hear. >> We went eight blocks. >> I didn't see any lights. I I didn't. >> It just means you're not paying attention. >> While it is understandable to travel a little bit further to find a safe place to pull over, driving eight more blocks while passing multiple stopping points is inexcusable. But judging by her attitude, you could tell she didn't want to pull over because she simply felt entitled enough to do whatever she wanted. >> Ma'am, are you going to provide your license, registration, and proof of insurance, please, or does this have to escalate to an arrest? >> And if that's what you >> No, I'm asking you to provide by law. Stop interrupting, ma'am. I'm trying to explain it to you. By law, on a traffic stop, you are required to provide your license, [music] your registration, and your proof of insurance. I've explained the reason for the stop. I've requested the required documentation, and you're refusing to provide that, ma'am. Is there a reason? >> I don't contract with >> You don't contract with the state of Washington. Do you have a driver's license? >> I'm I I'm not a planetary federal postal judge. I'm [music] a service processor and a >> You're what? >> Service processor and service [music] processor. What's that got to do with providing your license, registration, and proof of insurance, ma'am? >> And judicial register, and um I I'm sure your your sergeant can come in. >> Oh, he's already in route. Ma'am, >> thank you. Thank you. >> You'll get that momentarily. >> Because she still might try to run from him, the officer put a spike strip in front of her tires, and for good reason. Like we said, she'd driven eight blocks before pulling over and was giving the cop attitude over simple requests. >> Grab your sticks. >> I'm being stopped right now. >> Put them on the front. >> I'm being stopped right now. >> Ma'am, are you providing me with your license, [music] registration, and proof of insurance? >> Ma'am, >> are you going to provide me with your license, registration, and proof of insurance? Can you guys get Janine on you? >> No, ma'am. >> Step on out of the car. You're under arrest. >> No, I'm not. >> Step on out of the car. >> Step on out of the car. >> That's it. >> Do it now. >> Do it now or I'll break this window. >> It's really frustrating when people turn nothing into something. All she had to do was follow the cop's orders and it would have been a simple speeding ticket. But by this point, she was giving the cops a reason to pull her out of the vehicle and put her in handcuffs. The officer, however, was willing to give her one more chance. >> Ma'am, I've provided you multiple requests for your license, registration, and insurance. >> Okay, step on out of the car. Do it now. >> She does. I do not have >> I will break this window. >> I'll have to show that. [music] >> You're kidding. >> Step on out of the car. >> Which treason if you break my window? >> Step on out of the car. It's illegal. This is so illegal. I would not do that. >> You can contest that in court. Ma'am, >> you're under arrest for obstruction at this point. >> Court. It won't make it to court. >> Yes, it is. >> No, it won't make it to court. >> It won't make it to court. You guys, I I I assure you, you don't want to do this. >> The lawyer she was on the phone with really needed to be fired. Forcing a person out of their car who's refusing to comply with lawful orders is not an act of treason. But the Karen driver here was certain that the legal advice she was being given was on solid ground. >> Are you going to step out? >> You can give me a warning. >> Sir, can you please don't? Please don't. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. >> Step out of the car. Do it now. >> Are you going to step out? >> Step out of the car. Do it now. >> Step out of your [screaming] Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Okay. OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. Stop it. >> David one in custody. >> And we'll take a break. >> Oh my god. >> Well, that standoff was completely pointless. All she got out of it was a broken driver's side window, some mace in her face, and some additional charges. It was the last thing the cops wanted to do, but she left them no choice. We're going to chest. >> They're on the way. >> She hasn't provided nothing. She refused. >> Do you have a knife to poke a hole? >> I got it. >> Please, please. I was looking for >> Please help me. >> Some water. Please give you some water. >> I can't breathe. >> Look up. >> Look up. >> Open your eyes. Open your eyes. >> Open your eyes and we can get in there and rinse out your eyes. Okay. >> Because of being maed, she went into a full-blown panic attack. Thankfully, the paramedic showed up to treat the woman. It could take a while for her to fully recover, but she had no one to blame but herself. It was all completely avoidable. >> These guys are here to help. Okay. >> Unfortunately, >> the only thing that's going to help is time. >> The only thing that's going to help is time. We can help a little bit. We can wipe you down. But >> what are we doing here? >> Do you want to be on your side? Do you want to BE >> MY FACE HURTS so bad. >> I know. >> Oh [ __ ] I can't believe this happened. This happened. [laughter] Please, please help. >> Stop grabbing me. >> I hurt so bad. >> The paramedics went on rendering aid to her, but like they said, it would take some time to relieve the woman's pain. The only silver lining here is that hopefully the next time she gets pulled over, she'll remember this encounter and she won't disobey lawful orders again. Look up at me. I'm just going to take a quick picture injuries. Okay. Look right up towards me. I know it's it's not always easy. Just look in my direction for me. Perfect. >> Thank you. You have any injuries under your hand? >> He's going good. >> Got one right there. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> There we go. Please, can I have my brother come? >> So, no. No, we're not. We're not going to do any of that. The reason that is because you turned what was a very simple traffic stop into this entire thing it didn't need to do when you literally just needed to hand ID. >> Do [music] you have insurance on the car? >> Yeah, I I think I'm I'm sure my very simple like speeding ticket. No vowel with ID. Okay. >> And you turn it into an arrest for resisting obstruction. >> I was just asking is also going to be added on. >> I was just asking question. We're not we're not going to do favor calling somebody else. >> Telling us that it's treason [music] is not asking questions. Okay. >> Oh my gosh. >> Oh my gosh. >> You guys, >> are we done with the search incident arrest? >> Do you find gentleman's fire department have anything else for her medically or >> please guys? He said the final word. >> With her eyes still stinging, she was placed in the back of a squad car and taken down to the station. She was in total shock and disbelief. But like we said, she had nobody to blame but herself. Just so you know, everything in the car is audio and MIDI recorded just like you're being recorded right now. I hate to do anything to get your seat belt on. >> No. >> No. All righty. There you go. >> I I can't. >> Hey, can I can my stuff in the truck? Can I get my stuff in? Can you please believe that? [laughter] [laughter] >> In addition to her traffic offenses, she was also charged with resisting arrest and obstructing justice. On the 22nd of February 2024, the cops pulled over two females driving a distinct white SUV as they were suspected of running into at least four more vehicles. Right off the bat, it was clear the traffic stop would not get resolved easily. >> Yes, there is. There's vehicle damage that's consistent with all the damage that >> But that was not me. That's why you're being detained and that's why she's being detained. That's why she needs to identify herself >> because I'm not being detained because that was me. >> Do you have proof? >> Exactly. Do you have proof? Because that is not me, sir. >> And you know what? My vehicle's been the same with a black fender on top of my bumper. And I got another bumper on top of that. >> Do you know them? Do you know them by chance? >> They don't look familiar. I don't know the car. >> No, nothing like that. But >> you don't need the business owner or nothing, right? He's made contact with the victim. There's no victim information. >> Yeah, we're not taking her down. >> What did you stop for? >> Yeah, we'll just have her step out. He could drive by. >> Wait, he's asking what did you stop? >> Tell him what I told you. >> No, but you didn't explain. Excuse me. What am I being stopped for? >> The problem with entitled drunk drivers is that they have a hard time listening without interrupting. And the young woman here was no different. Every time the cop tried to explain something, she just had to butt in. >> Okay, I'm going to explain this, but please don't. >> And he's on the line, too. So, what am I being stopped for? Because >> I don't really care. >> Mr. uh all Nanison or whatever his name is, cuz it's not presented. And I'm going to take his badge number, too. >> Okay. Are you ready for me to explain? >> Yes. Yeah. >> Somebody called us. >> Please get your hand off my vehicle. Somebody called us and said that a white Tahoe with a black quarter fender >> and guess what? >> Are you going to let me finish? Go ahead. >> Cuz if you interrupt me one more time, I'm not going to explain it. >> Go ahead. >> Okay. A white Tahoe with two females driving hit some cars. [music] Don't know exactly how many, but more than one on Flaggler and left. Okay. This officer happens to find a white Tahoe with a black quarter panel with damage consistent what they're saying happened. >> So you don't >> Hold on. I'm not done yet. >> So he stopped you for that. If it wasn't you, we're going to find out and then you guys will be on your merry way. >> The whole situation could not have been clearer. At least it would have been clear to a person who was sober. In this case, the cop had already explained everything less than 5 minutes ago, but the self-righteous driver had already forgotten it. >> What What is uh going on right now? >> I've already explained it to you. >> He's explained it to you. I've explained it to you. >> But I don't understand what's going on. You guys have us pulled over for what? >> So, what is the real red? Cuz you put you pulled us over for a traffic stop. >> I already told you to forget about all that. >> No, no, no. But it's nothing forget about because that's what you put us over for illegally. >> Are you an attorney? >> No. Um, no, but my brother is military police that has >> Yeah, it doesn't matter. So, I'm telling you, you pulled me over for a little uh traffic stop. So, what goes from here? >> Well, he pulled you over immediately cuz you almost got into a car accident. >> No, there's no car setting cuz I have my uh >> Okay, that's your opinion. >> No, cuz I have my uh my I'm sorry, my signal light on. My signal light was on. So, where would we go from there? >> There's no sense of Don't Don't even >> Okay, but I don't understand. We're just all standing here and I want to >> We already told you twice what we're doing. >> The officer's patience was slowly running thin. Based on the woman's behavior, the cop had a hunch she was under the influence. And when the woman kept asking the same questions over and over again, the officer decided to take the next step. >> Actually, as a matter of fact, could you go ahead and step out of the car for >> No, I actually cannot cuz you cannot search my vehicle cuz I have a a service animal in here. >> Let me explain something to you. Listen, let me explain it to you. >> Okay. And my brother You You can hold on to the phone all you want, but there is a witness to the crash. >> But where's the witness? >> I'm not going to tell you again to stop interrupting me. Okay. Go >> ahead, Ben. >> It's going to go from me being polite to ripping you out of the car because you're not listening. >> I just do understand. >> Okay. Well, he could search the car, but Chaz is in the car. >> We're not searching the car. >> I need you to step out of the car. >> I can step on my vehicle. >> Yes. Stand right there. So I want to ask you but when I do step out what is >> you're going to come over here and stand any harder than it has to be >> and this has been fixed. So this goes like this and this bumper. >> The other side mess up. >> All you got to do is sit stand right there. >> The woman clutched her cell phone like her brother on the end of the line might somehow be able to save her. She tried to explain to the officer that the damage was there before and even said she bought the car like that. And she wasn't the only one giving the cops a hard time because her passenger was just as difficult. >> Did you guys explain to her that she was involved in a crash? She was a passenger. We need to identify her. >> What? You got a warrant or something? >> And why are you failing to identify yourself? >> I'm looking to go to work. I'm looking to see what >> I don't know. So, we're gonna either >> you put yourself at risk of going to jail rather than just giving us your ID. That makes logical sense to you. >> Well, I was just waiting for your friend and I guess >> this isn't like a negotiation. Like, you're not in charge of the scenario. >> Okay, let me Can I call or No, >> you can just hand me your driver's license. >> Am I still free to call or No. Am I still free to call? >> We are. >> Am I free to call? >> You can do whatever you want. >> Okay. So, >> you're not leaving here until you get ID, >> right? So, I have a >> So, the longer you prolong this. So, she has her boyfriend who is an attorney. So, I would just call her and ask what she thinks. >> It doesn't matter about an attorney. We're just asking you to identify yourself cuz you were involved in a vehicle accident in a car. Do you understand? >> Was I >> Were you in that car? >> No, no, no. So, I'm just trying to identify where I need to be identified, but you're identifying me in places that I don't need to know. >> Eventually, the cop got on the phone with the passenger's friend. The friend was smart enough to advise the young lady to do what the cop said. As they waited for a witness to identify the suspects, things got more tense by the minute. >> The stress and anxiety with an emotional support animal, and they're trying to tell me they don't got any video or anything. They got meed up. >> I'm asking you to stand there and look north. >> What do you want me to look north for? >> Stand there. >> Benny, he took my phone and shot Benny. Stand off. Listen to me. He's taking my phone off. >> Stand here. Benny, he's taking my phone off. >> Look forward. That's all I need you to do. So now you are not free to go. >> But why though? >> Because you've been positively identified as a person driving this car when it hit a car. And >> so guess what? What is my identification? >> Do what you guys did with >> I already talked with somebody and >> stand right here. >> She's free to go. Actually >> sending my location. No >> I'm not going to tell you again. This is not a game. Stand right there. >> I have a question. Military police. Give me the phone. >> Am I free to go? >> I was free to go. Stand right here. He gave me free to go. >> He gave me free to go. >> When people are drunk, their manners, their common sense, and even their grammar goes right out the window. If they're persistent enough, a pair of handcuffs and jail time are what's usually on the horizon. Shortly after, the cops decided enough was enough. >> Turn around and put your hand behind your back. You're being detained. Don't flex. being a detainer. Okay, but I'm asking >> Don't flex. >> Why am I being detained? >> Because you're not cooperating. You're not listening. You're doing whatever you want. >> I'm not cooperating. You said that I stand by this car >> and I stand by the car. >> You're not listening. >> There's no proof. Can I call my brother right now? Because you took my phone. >> No. >> My brother is the owner of thating dog and I'm telling you right now, he will press charges. Bro, >> I'm telling you right now, he will press charges because you have no proof. >> My truck's been bought like this. >> Can you stop talking? >> Okay. Okay. Go ahead then. >> Give me your brother's phone number. And >> I did not have his phone number because guess what? All the all these satellites went out today if you wouldn't notice. I need to call my brother, bro. >> Yeah, I don't care. I'm giggly, too. And you know what? This is not funny because you don't have any proof. >> We're not even talking about you. >> Okay. And guess what, bro? What are you pulling me over for is what I want to know. Mention it on your camera. >> When the witness arrived, he identified the suspect 100% saying she had caused the accident. After that, there were no ifs, ands, or buts. >> And you're being kind. >> We need to watch the car >> gradually. Oh, you're girl. You're more aggressive than him. Godamn. Chill. Cuz you'reing driving me crazy. >> You need to have some chill. No, you're going >> crazy. >> Look, all I'm trying to ask is shorty can't even see my face at a truck. So, what I'm trying to ask is even if I put my face to her, how do you know if it's even me? I don't understand what the hell is going on. Straight up, dude. >> Eventually, the cops called one of the suspect's mothers to come and pick up the dog. The driver was charged with DUI with damage, leaving the scene of a crash, refusing to submit blood samples, and four separate traffic infractions. After spending two days in jail, she was sentenced to 12 months probation, 50 hours of community service, a suspended driver's license, as well as fines. Her friend was charged with resisting without violence, spent 2 days in jail, and also had to pay fines. On June 22nd, 2023, a driver was caught speeding and he'd also failed to turn his headlights on in the rain. The cops initiated a traffic stop, but it was one of the passengers, a man named McCree, who turned out to be the real nightmare. >> How y'all doing? >> All right. How you doing? >> Can you roll all the windows down? >> Thank you. >> You know, you can roll those windows. >> Uh, one, you're speeding on Ivy's 35. And two, you don't got your headlights on. It's raining outside. >> It's raining back there where we were. >> Yeah, I got your lights on. >> Oh my goodness. Is that McCree? >> Wow. Haven't seen you in a while. >> You what? >> Oh, fishing. Where's the fishing pole? In the throw. >> Got you. >> You want You want to see it, >> huh? No, I'm >> You guys got your IDs on you? Mind >> if I see him? >> I don't got mine. >> You don't got yours? >> Thank you. >> While checking the men's IDs, the officer noticed a marijuana rolling tray in their car and asked the men to hand it over. Since it looked like there were drugs involved on top of the traffic violations, he'd have to investigate further. >> You don't got no weapons on you, right? No guns, nothing like that. Just keep your hands on the stair, man. Thank you. You should have put your hands. I'm going to take your seat belt off. All right. >> Don't call your mom. McCree. Come on, dude. You been doing this many too many times. Call your mom, dude. >> While the driver was getting arrested, not only had McCree called his mother, but all of a sudden he seemed to be nervous about it. The officer was quick to notice it and confronted the man. Chris, you sweating a lot, bro. Weren't sweating when we started. It's >> hot. >> Ain't that hot? I'm wearing all the stuff. I ain't sweating. >> Oh, stop that nonsense. >> Stop moving around the car. Put your hands on the dash. >> Put your hands on that. Stop reaching, McCree. Stop reaching now. Stop reaching. >> Stop, McCree. Put your hands on the dash. Do it now. >> Despite the fact that there was a gun pointed at him and the repeated instructions to put his hands on the dashboard, the man continued moving around the car and reached into his pocket. It turned out he was reaching for his phone even though he should have known better as he'd clearly had plenty of encounters with police. >> Can you please come up here, >> man? That suits, bro. I got a car. >> Stay in the car until I tell you to get out. >> I'm trying to get out, bro. I'm going to pass out. >> What's his name? >> McCree. >> Brok. Okay. Okay. Okay. Can I put my >> on the ground? Do it now. >> Hey, go high and go low. Go low. >> We're trying. He's holding. He's holding >> with the childish tantrum. he was throwing. It's no surprise that he called his mother. However, the cop who recognized McCree told his partners it was nothing new. Despite the man's protests, they proceeded to search him. >> I don't have nothing, bro. >> Okay. >> All right. Then why you acting like this? I just got my team. So hands falling >> kicking me falling me fall. Bro, >> that's how you get up, bro. WHAT YOU TALKING ME FOR? You stop, >> man. >> Why don't you just listen? >> What the you talking to me for? >> Listen, bro. Never change. Haven't seen three years. You haven't changed one bit out of my face, bro. Man, move, man. You want to be able to get in a car or you just going to throw a tantrum in the car? >> The man's mother arrived on scene and it looked like she was going to complicate matters because she started shouting her head off in what seemed like a tantrum like her sons. Thankfully, she stayed back a bit while the cops tried to get the man on his feet. How you want to do this? [laughter] >> So get up, buddy. >> So you know you're under arrest. >> Are you going to be charged? You're going to be charged with escape if you don't listen. >> I'm not I'm not stand on your own. You're escaping by not allowing us. Okay. >> So you need to stand up on your own. >> Why my neck right now? You want to add more charges, BRO. >> Let me go, bro. >> Sir, you're resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> McCree continued screaming and refusing to stand up. And his mom was making things worse by yelling at the cops who were simply trying to do their jobs. Because his mother was concerned they were going to injure him, they encouraged the woman to ask her son to stand up. [screaming] >> STAND UP. BABE, STAND UP. >> OKAY, BUT LET HIM STAND UP. I'M HIS MAMA. HE'LL GET UP FOR Y'ALL. >> WHY YOU GOT YOUR HAND ON HIM? >> BUT WHY THEY GOT HIS HAND ON YOU? YOU FEEL THIS FUNNY? THIS THIS what this what they do to us kind This what they do to us kind >> the same color. We the same color. Why you letting this be like Rodney? >> Yeah, but I'm telling I'm his mother. I can get him off. >> BUT LET HIM GET UP. Y'ALL AIN'T GOT TO DO THAT. LET ME GET HIM OFF. >> OKAY. WELL, I'm watching him ranging his wrist. >> The male officer explained to the woman that that's how they lift suspects up, but she continued acting like they were manhandling him. She did, however, continue yelling at her son to stand, and he finally did as instructed. But he wasn't quite done with his tantrum. Is this his >> huh? Are we going to do it? >> I don't think it's been gone from >> the slack. Why you doing all this down? If I get you, >> hold on, hold on, hold on. Stop. Please, please you me up boy. PLEASE WON'T YOU LET ME NOW? LET ME walk you to the car. Get in the car, man. Get in the car because they force me instead of twisting hand. Let you go. Let you go. You going to walk to the car by yourself, >> man. Once I get in the car, bro. Come on, baby. You know, you know I got heart. Go get in the car. >> Unfortunately, McCree had to be checked over again first. However, his mom started to be helpful instead of continuing to be a hindrance like she first appeared to be. The cops conducted a thorough search and found drugs in his pocket. >> Where that come from that come? Yeah. >> I smoke, baby. You ain't got to jail for I smoke. >> You said you'll smoke it. >> Yeah. Hey, that little right there ain't enough. You get nobody out of jail for >> that little but two blocks. We live in an interesting vantage. >> Nothing. >> That ain't a little shapes. >> What a bullet. >> He's going to make all the laundry smell like now though, too. >> The laundry. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Got a bunch of shake in his pocket. >> It was finally time to give McCree to a squad car. But apparently he still had the mindset of a child and his mother had to help out. >> Go all the way back. Turn. >> Come on. Go. Go. Thanks, Mom. >> Uh, resisting and I think he >> had a gun on him. >> He had a gun. >> Well, I didn't know that. They just >> Oh, we appreciate you calming them down. McCree was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, escape, resisting an officer with and without violence, possession of camp under 20 g, and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. As for the driver and the passenger, they were a lot more cooperative, so neither was charged. On June 28th, 2025, a cop on patrol spotted a familiar face driving erratically. And while he eventually coerced the woman to pull over, it was anything but a simple traffic stop. >> Where is I see trail eastbound. She is not stopping all over the road. I see a trail coming up to Saabber. We're stopped in front of 47 West 398. Turn the vehicle off. >> Turn It is recording. Turn the vehicle off. >> I can't. You're gonna die. >> Okay, then step back here. >> No, you step over here. >> No, you come back to me. >> Why is my pain all over? >> Step back to me now. >> The suspect, Jessica Perez, did not want to cooperate. She could play games all she wanted, but if she kept things up, she was not going to be happy with the outcome. The officer's patience was running thin, and if push came to shove, he might be compelled to take a more forceful approach. >> Jessica, come here now. >> Jessica, what? >> Jessica, >> come here. >> Come on. >> Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Can't do that. I have an ankle bracelet. >> Get on the ground. >> I have an on the ground. Hold that. >> Get on the ground. >> You're welcome. >> I gave you my will. >> Give me your [snorts] other hand. >> I'm recording. >> Give me your other hand. >> I have all my hands. Sir, >> give me your other hand. >> Sir, >> give me your hand now. >> You can't do that. >> Yes, I can. Give me your hand. >> I didn't resist. I have everything with me. Sir, look at my wallet. >> What's ironic here is that she claimed she wasn't resisting while she was actively resisting. The officer struggled to get cuffs on her, but thankfully some more units arrived on scene to provide backup. >> Stop moving. >> No, you weren't even behind me. I didn't do nothing. >> Hold up. Hold up. My ankle, please. >> Look at that. Look at that ankle over here. Look at the ankle right there. >> Please. That ankle. So, will you pick me up? Please. Can you Can you help me? >> Hold on. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> No. I didn't >> My license is right there. He called me by a different name. >> Sit down >> with the door open. >> Promise me in the car. >> Promise me. >> That's a garage. >> Now wait a minute. Listen to me. >> In the car. >> Listen. >> Stay in the car. >> Can you grab the box? Can you grab the bike? >> Can you GRAB THE BACK? >> LISTEN. >> He'll get it. Grab you in no >> no condition to demand. >> AND WHAT AM I DEMANDING? >> You need to stop. >> WHAT AM I DEMANDING? >> THAT YOU RENT ME OUT OF MY VEHICLE. >> STOP. STOP. >> Go to my vehicle. >> Get it taken care of. >> No. [screaming] Listen. Listen. I'm already in. Listen. Listen. >> If I'm already in, why won't you listen? >> The cop here was completely right. She was in no position to be making demands. In the back of the squad car, she slipped out of her handcuffs, but it really didn't matter because she was locked inside and had nowhere to go. While she was busy playing the victim, the officer searched her vehicle. [clears throat] They me all these. They me. These guys are just doing their job. They didn't hurt me. Look, I don't have a bruise. They didn't hurt me. Not a single one of these mother hurt me. Don't hurt them. Please. Please don't hurt them. Please don't hurt them. Please. Except for the one. I know they're going to kill your guys. They're going to they're [gasps] going to Typically in these cases, they'd have Jessica perform some field sobriety tests. But they'd already captured her on body cam driving erratically. And since she already had a warrant out for DUI, the cop decided to take her right to jail instead. However, not before they handcuffed her again. I guess is as soon as we open the door, she's going to the other side. >> Okay. So, one on each side. >> One on each side. >> Yep. >> How do you have this nice of a vehicle yet? >> All right. >> Wait a minute. Wait a minute. No. No. No. Wait. No. Never mind. Listen to me. >> How do you have this nice of a vehicle yet only two little Dao? >> You're going to I'm going with him. >> No. I'm candle. >> Stop. >> Stop. I did nothing. >> Stop. >> And I gave you your handcuffs. >> Stop. Tell him. >> That's the wrong officer. >> But tell him. Tell him. >> Tell him. He told you. He told you. He told you. I gave you. I have a war. I have a metal leg. >> I gave you your handcuffs. >> Put your feet down. >> DID I NOT? >> It might have just been the booze talking, but she was making no sense at all. With her legs restrained, the cops just had to get her back in handcuffs. And this time, the cops made sure they were tight enough that she couldn't get free. >> But I gave you them. >> You're not supposed to get out of them. >> But I gave them to you. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> BUT I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> CHARGED WITH MORE. >> WHAT? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> WHAT AM I GETTING CHARGED WITH? GOING home on an icy trail. What am I getting charged with? >> KNOCK IT OFF. >> KNOCK IT OFF. THAT'S MY VEHICLE. >> I will give it to the Mexican. Nope. Tell him I'll give it to you. Nope. I'll give it to the Mexo. Nope. >> Give it to the Mexic. >> How am I resisting when I gave it to the Mexican? I got out of the car. I am in your squad car. How am I resisting in A SQUAD CAR? HOW AM I RESISTING IN A SQUAD CAR? In the back of the squad car, she was giving a master class on how to resist. If she wanted the cops to stop putting their hands on her, all she had to do was cooperate. But unfortunately, it was the last thing on her mind. >> Yeah, I did nothing to you guys. I don't even have beer to drink tonight. Please trick them. TRICK THEM. GRAB IT. PLEASE. You left my purse open. [snorts] You neglected to put me in a seat belt, you guys. You made my life a jeopardy. My life's a jeopardy. >> They didn't even give me a citation or a ticket. >> Guess what that means? That means your own. I own you. That means I own you now. He was the one that beat me unconsciously until I was in the back of a squad car. Record it, [ __ ] Cuz you're the one that ARRESTED ME. LOOK AT HIM. LOOK AT HIM. [screaming] >> She could continue making threats and playing the victim all she wanted, but everything she was doing was caught on video. Taking off her seat belt might have seemed like a good idea to her, but it didn't add up to a very safe ride downtown. Gotcha. They don't They don't leave me. Hurry up. Get to the door. Hurry up. I told you. >> Irony that the only isn't on this side of icy trail. >> That's the uh >> Let me close this door. This prison. >> Wait a minute. I don't give a Don't do it on account of me. Okay, we're going to take them off. Take them off. >> Put your arm in my face. Please, please put your arm at my face and watch what I just did. >> Do you need your hair? >> No, that's what I did. I was like, >> put your head up. Put your head up. >> Oh, move your head. >> Thank you. >> That's why I was like, give it to you. >> Well, if you keep your head hanging. >> No, because that gives you two co two cents. That gives you the >> superior bean because they illegally illegally turn. >> Pull me over. They arrested the woman and she was charged with DUI and resisting arrest. You'd be surprised at how many criminals use overly tinted windows. It's almost like they're trying to get pulled over. And on July 13th, 2025, an officer pulled a vehicle over and that was the reason why. >> Good morning, Wo County Sheriff's Office. Couple reasons for the stop today. Okay. First is going to be, do you have full tinting on your front windshield? Yes, sir. >> Okay. Do you have a prescription for that? No. >> Okay. Okay, so the front 50 on the windshield is illegal in the state of Arizona. You can only have it across the visor across the top. Second to be your front windows why me look way too dark. If you want to just roll it up a little bit, I can do a uh tent meter and we'll see exactly where it's at. It needs to be 33%. Okay. >> Yeah, that'll be fine. >> Right there is good. You're at 11%. Okay. So, it's illegal in this state. It's also illegal. I see you're from New Mexico. New Mexico is 20%. You're illegal there, too. Okay. [music] The third thing is going to be the covering on your license plate. Can't have it. It's tinted. Can't be obstructing the license plate whatsoever. Okay? Not going to give you a ticket. It's going to be a warning. You got your driver's license registration. Pro insurance. >> Instead of going for a mildly tented window, the car owner took it to a whole new level. You could argue it made his car look better, but it also looked pretty sketchy. The officer quickly realized the registration expired in July, but that was only the tip of the iceberg. >> Um, I'm going to be checking the VIN number, okay? just make sure it matches the paperwork I got. Um, so there's one on the front window, the one on the driver door. Okay. So, I'm going just be checking those. All right. >> You're just checking to make sure they match or >> Yeah, exactly. So, we get a lot of swab bins and stuff out here. >> I just got to make sure they match. Okay. >> All right. Hang for me. Right. I'm sorry. What was your name now? >> My name is >> Okay. All right. Bin numbers match. Like in Arizona, we get a lot of swap bins and stuff like that. So, I just got to make sure they match. >> Are they still there? You can come over here. Oh, yeah, for sure. So, Mr. Martinez, I do have some additional questions for you. Okay. In addition to traffic control, another thing that I do out here is criminal interdiction. It's a stoppage of illegal crimes going down the roadways. I'm going to ask you some questions. Don't take them personal. I ask most everyone I come in contact with these questions. Okay. Uh, do you have any large sums of cash in excess of $10,000 in the vehicle? Do you have anything for the manufacturer of fake IDs, credit cards, anything like that? Do you have anything as far as um weapons, pistols, rifles, arson, ammunition, anything like that? >> Okay. Um do you have any drugs in the vehicle? >> Cocaine? >> No. >> Methamphetamine? >> Heroin? >> No. >> Fent? >> No. >> Okay. >> Before asking about marijuana, the officer explained it was legal in Arizona as well as New Mexico. The cop's goal here was to lower the suspect's guard. While having marijuana wasn't illegal in itself, it could lead to a reasonable suspicion that there might be other drugs as well. >> You can have up to an ounce of marijuana legally. Is there any marijuana in the vehicle? >> There is, but >> just a little bit. >> A couple of grams. >> Okay, no worries. I'm not worried about that, man. >> So, having said that, you said there's nothing in the vehicle. Would you give me your voluntary consent to search the vehicle? >> Yeah, why not? >> Okay. >> So, just to confirm, do I have your voluntary consent to search the vehicle? >> Uh, you know what? Let me ask her. >> Well, I'll ask her, too. She She knows more about this. >> I'll ask her. So, I'm asking you at this point cuz you're the driver. I'll I'll ask her the same questions I asked you. >> What about Is it all right? I mean, >> it's it's a yes or no question. It's up to you. >> Say no. >> Well, it's I'm not going to get into hypotheticals. It's just a yes or no question. >> I don't know. I don't know what to say. >> Is there something in there? >> No, no, no, no, no. >> Well, yeah. Like I said, it's yes or no, man. You can say yes or you can say >> I got a bottled up uh in the back is halfway. >> Okay. Is that it? >> In the trunk. >> In the trunk. That's fine, man. Open containers, as long as they're not in the passenger compartment, are fine. I'm not worried about that. >> After giving it some thought, the driver decided to not consent to a search, which was another huge red flag. And the moment the officer explained to the driver that he'd be bringing out a canine, the man got visibly nervous. >> Cuz could you cuz you stopped this you got to do that? I mean, just a regular routine for you guys to do that. >> So, like I said, I'm part of the criminal interdiction unit. So, one of my functions on the interstate is uh the interdiction of criminal activity. Hey, Christina, I do have some additional questions for you. Okay. So, in addition to traffic control, another thing I do is criminal interval crimes going down the roadways. Okay. Having said that, I do have some questions. Don't take them personal. Um, do you have anything as far as like large sums of cash in the vehicle and access $10,000? Anything of that? Anything for the manufacturer of fake IDs, credit cards, anything as far as weapons like pistols, rifles. Uh, do you have any illegal drugs in the vehicle? Okay. Cocaine? >> No. >> Methamphetamine, heroin? >> No. >> No. >> Okay. So, in the state of Arizona, you have up to an ounce of marijuana legally. Do you have any marijuana in the vehicle? Okay. Um, having said that, you did refuse consent to search a vehicle, which is totally fine. Um, but at this point, I'm going to have you exit the vehicle. Okay. I'm waiting for >> Can I ask what the purpose of this is all about? >> Yeah. I'm going to have you step out of the vehicle because I'm going to be running my dog around the vehicle. >> Okay. That's I'm about to call it, but this is ridiculous. >> The couple was clearly anxious about the canine. The cop used the fact that there were two open containers in the car to put them both in handcuffs. It's only a misdemeanor in Arizona, but it allowed the officer to conduct the search safely. >> So, what's going to happen at this point, because you guys do have an open container, uh I'm going to be doing a probable cause search of the vehicle just to ensure there's no additional open containers in the vehicle. Okay. 431 beginning PC search vehicle. It's drugs. >> So, she's got these pills and a white crystalline substance. I can't tell if it's the pills crushed up or if it's [ __ ] it's meth. I mean, you just see a shard right there. >> Yeah, >> it's going to be meth. >> In addition to finding methamphetamine, the officer also noticed that the woman, Christine, had a whole lot of debit and EBT cards with different names on them. That being said, the cop was about to uncover the mother lode after seeing the back door panel was a bit loose. The officer then used a trick that let him take a sneak peek inside. >> Yeah. Oh, it's loaded. Back door's loaded. Meth. The back panels. >> Yeah. >> Loose. >> 431. Can you know I'm going to have 2105 for transportation of dangerous drugs. >> So you can see right here. >> Yeah. >> It's freaking like you just pop the whole thing. Just barely eat it on there. Let me see. They just barely suck it back off. Bro, that's fully loaded. As one [snorts] of the cops proceeded to get the meth out of the car, the other tried to get more info out of the suspects. Not surprisingly, the man played dumb. The only thing he confessed to was that he used to be in a gang. All >> right, man. So, you want to tell me what's up? Is all the meth in your car? >> I'm sorry. >> With all the meth in your car. >> I told you this is what I do for a living, bro. It was criminal interdiction. Okay. So, I found all the meth hidden in your car, or at least some of it. So far, we're going to be tearing the whole car apart at this point. So, you want to tell me how much you're getting paid to drive it? >> I didn't even know it, man. >> Come on, man. I was turning up, >> bro. You've had the car for months. >> Yeah. >> So, but I I didn't I didn't know it was loaded. >> Okay. So, the thing is, man, like I said, all I do all day long is criminal interdiction. Okay. >> So, >> when you tell me you didn't know? >> Well, I I didn't know that. >> It's your car, bro. >> I know. It's my car. Yeah. >> Okay. So, I see you have tattoos, bro. Are you clicked up? >> No. >> Were you clicked up when you were younger? >> Yeah, when I was younger. Yeah. Serenos. >> Serenos. >> Serenos, meaning southerners, is an umbrella term for several loosely affiliated gangs that are from Southern California. The arch rivals of the Serenos are Mexican gangs from Northern California, aptly referred to as the Northerners. The suspect continued denying knowing anything about the drugs. >> How long it took you from Albuquerque to LA? >> About 16 hours. >> 16 hours. So, you drove 16 hours, stayed for less than a day, and now you're driving 16 hours back. Yeah. >> So, you're you seem you seem like a reasonable person, man. >> Yeah. >> Would you find that suspicious? >> Someone drives 16 hours, stays for less than 16 hours, and then drive 16 hours back. >> That would be suspicious to you, right? >> If you got to go check up on your mom, man, the way my mom is since my dad passed away of the co. >> Okay. >> You know, she's >> But I'm I'm asking you a question, bro. Would you find that suspicious? >> It's not my job, you know. >> So, do you want to tell me about the meth? >> The what? The methamphetamine. >> It was in my purse. Some pills. >> Yeah. >> Yes. I found that in my kids's bag and I put it in my purse and I had it in there ever since. I forgot to take it out. >> Okay. >> But that's what that that's where that's from. >> Okay. But you knew it was in there. >> I knew it was there. It just I forgot that it was in there. >> Okay. >> But yes, I had got it cuz I found it on my kid in the backpack from school and I stuck in my purse. >> Gotcha. So, um, what about the large quantity of meth in front of me in the car? >> The what? >> What about the big bags of meth that we found in the car? What big fans? >> If she knew about the drugs, Christine was doing her best to stay composed. When the officer showed her what they found in the car, she initially had a genuine look of surprise. >> So, do you want to tell me where you guys went when you were in LA? >> You went to his mom's house. >> Okay. >> We were at his mom's. >> So, were you with him the entire time he was in Los Angeles? >> No. Like, I was there at this at his mom's and then we went to the store like a few times, but that was it. How long has he gone to the store? >> No more than 30 minutes. >> Okay. Um, so just so you're aware that you are going to be charged with transportation of dangerous drugs. >> Wait, what? >> You're in the vehicle? The vehicle's >> nothing was in there though. Like that. >> Okay. Well, >> the the little bag that was in my car. Yes, cuz I got that off my kid. Like >> in total, the cops found 15 lbs of meth, which was enough to book them both. They charged the couple with transportation of dangerous drugs with intent to sell and destruction of evidence. Once in jail, the cops discovered Christine tried to smuggle meth inside and she got an additional charge of promoting prison contraband. On March 27th, 2024, officers spotted a driver without a seat belt and they initiated a traffic stop. As things turned out, based on the car's description, it also appeared to be linked to a Walmart shopping spree. >> How we doing? >> How are you? >> Good. >> Driver's license insurance. Also, ma'am, the reason why I pulled you over is you weren't wearing your seat belt. You put it on driver's license registration on you or you have your license on you. >> Okay. Can we see it, please? >> All right. Do me a favor. Unbuckle your seat belt. Go ahead and step out for me. >> What are you guys doing moving in the middle? You guys are doing further movements in the middle. Go ahead and unbuckle your seat belts. Go ahead and step out of the vehicle. >> Why do you know? Why are you asking me out? [music] >> Because I'm stand telling you to step out. Come on. >> You're shaking. Get off the phone. Come on. Step out. >> It doesn't matter. >> I'm asking you to go ahead and [music] step out for me. No, you >> go to [ __ ] my seat belt and step out. >> People need to understand that when the cops tell you to get out of a vehicle, it's not up for debate. You don't get to ignore lawful orders just because you disagree with why they pulled you over. >> And I do not want to be touched. >> Yeah, she she was messing in the middle console. Both of them were. >> Yeah. So listen what it is. You weren't wearing seat belts. Make sure one of your beside you. Okay. >> Okay. >> So um that's it. [music] So just relax. >> And I'm not No, I was I shake. That's the way I am. And you guys came to be honest. You came in the car like aggressive, right? >> And I don't understand why. Over a seat belt. It was very very aggressive. >> So So that the reason why I pulled you over is you have no seat belt. Okay. Also, this vehicle um I got to check that was probably like some type of retail theft. So, we'll we'll talk about that a little bit later. You might not have this go out to you. >> Yeah, this is my car and it wasn't involved in a retail. >> Okay. Okay. Well, like we'll talk about that later, but I pulled you over cuz you weren't wear seat belts. So, I'll deal with that and then we'll go from there. Okay. >> The officer wasn't telling the woman the whole truth. He already knew, of course, that her vehicle was involved in a shoplifting spree just the day before. That's why they pulled her over since it was out of the bag. The officer then started asking the woman the real questions. >> You were here yesterday. >> No, I wasn't here. >> You weren't here yesterday. >> Your car was >> Your car was >> Oh, at Walmart? >> Yeah. Yeah. You know what this is about? >> Who was driving yesterday? >> I'm not sure. >> Okay. If I show you a picture, can you tell me who he is? >> Absolutely not. I'm not >> Look, I'm not No offense, but I'm not a police officer. >> Okay. >> Okay. You know what I mean? >> Okay. And this is your car? >> Yeah. This is my car. >> So, it was used in a crime yesterday. >> No, my car was not used in a crime. That is for sure. >> What happened? >> I'll show you. >> She could deny she was at Walmart the day before or that her car was involved in a crime, but the cops had evidence she was going to have a hard time refuting. Remember, there was a reason that a half dozen cops had pulled her over. >> That's your car, right? >> Y'all are harassing me. >> No, I'm not harassing you. >> What does that prove? >> Okay. Well, that proves is that that car, the picture of that car was taken by the manager at Walmart when an individual that was shoplifting got in it. >> Someone that was shoplifting got in my car leaving Walmart. Absolutely not true. Do you have video from Walmart that? >> No. No, because I was present in my car when this car left Walmart and there was no one that shoplifted in my car. >> No. >> Yeah, >> he was not in my car when he left. >> Okay. >> Well, >> I'm telling you he wasn't. >> If that's if that's our investigation shows that >> she was busted and she knew it. That being said, she wasn't ready to give up without a fight. If the case were to go to court, there'd be no problem at all getting more evidence against her. >> What is your video surveillance footage? I mean, obviously, you got something to hide. So, I mean I mean, you know who the guy is. I mean, it's >> it's >> I told you I'm not a police officer. It's not my job to look at stuff like that and help you. I have right to say no. Ask. >> You have the right. But if you come to my county and you commit crimes here, this is going to happen every single time. >> I don't commit crimes >> and and we're going to know when you're here. Okay. [snorts] >> Well, obviously this vehicle, like I said, there's video surveillance footage of that individual going into Walmart and like you said, it's not your job to help us identify the person, but obviously he used your vehicle or was in your vehicle. >> He did not use my vehicle. This is my >> The woman's story just didn't make sense. Her car was involved in a theft and it was captured on surveillance. That's the bottom line. The surveillance also showed a man getting in her car and the cops wanted to know who he was. In the meantime, they searched the woman's vehicle. 10:50 10:50. Put your hand behind your back. >> What am I being arrested for? >> She's Richie. She's Richie. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. She's for something. >> SHE'S [screaming] RIGHT THERE. GOT IT. GOT IT. GET HER. [screaming] >> I don't know if she's got a GUN OR SOMETHING. HEY [screaming] Y'ALL. >> SHE WAS REACHING for an unknown object, so the cops didn't want to take their chances because they had no idea if she had a weapon on her. At that point, she was just getting additional charges for resisting arrest. Not to mention, she was lucky she didn't get tased in the process. >> Please. There you go. Relax. You're hurt. Oh my god. >> All right. Uh, do you have a bag? Give me a bag. >> Check her real good cuz I felt she was reaching for that's part where she got it out. Yeah, >> we have your >> We got it. Please no. >> All that nonsense over a tiny bag of M that the cops eventually would have found anyway. Next, they stood the woman up and put her in the back of a squad car, but not before they searched her one last time. We're past that point now. >> I'm not fighting you. >> Why are you doing this? >> We're past that point. >> Lisa, >> we're past that point now. You need to chill. >> No, he's hurting me. >> Listen. Stop. >> We don't know what you're reaching for. If it's a gun, A KNIFE. >> I'M NOT [screaming] MOVING. >> I'M ONLY MOVING because he's hurting me. >> I'm talking to you civily. >> Listen, I'm talking to you civily. You talk to >> Oh, look at how I'm being treated. Civil, look at my face. Does that look civil? >> Nothing about this woman matched up with the definition of civility. The cops found a knife in her waistband, but they didn't find any more contraband on her. With everything they had on her and everything she'd done, she was off to the jail house. >> You good? Okay. Yeah, I'm good. >> All right. All right. I'm not going to question Listen, I'm not going to question you about what's going on. I just want to make sure that you understand the reason we acted the way we acted was we felt what was either a firearm or a knife on you and [snorts] you were reaching. So, we didn't realize that the knife was actually in your pocket but you were reaching in your crotch. That's the reason we did the force that we did. Um, you know, I I'll be straight up. Listen, listen. Calm down. Calm down. You scared me >> cuz I thought Listen, calm down. I figured you were reaching for something that was gonna [music] hurt us the way you were fighting because at that point the gig's done. Everything's done. [music] >> Let me go through this. Look at my face. >> Listen, please. >> Listen. We're past [music] that point. >> You know, all we wanted to know was who the guy was and this probably would have went this probably Okay. Okay. This probably would have went a different direction. I just want you to understand. >> I don't know him. And I don't >> Okay. Okay. >> It's not an issue with you or anyone else. That's just the way you are. Okay. >> Okay. Okay. Come cal come down. You said it's okay for him to have the car, right? >> Yeah. >> And your green phone. Okay. >> They charged the woman with possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, and resisting an officer without violence. In the end, she was sentenced to 30 months probation, and had to pay fines and court costs. On April 29th, 2025 in Palm Beach, Florida, the cops got a report of a badly damaged Range Rover parked in the middle of a field in West Palm Beach. The deputy quickly spotted the vehicle, but he had no way of knowing if there was someone inside. >> Did you guys see anybody get out of it? >> No. All right. >> 26. Thank you. Hey. Yeah. registered to a girl and I'm pretty sure she's in the car right now. So, um I mean it looks um I don't see any baby blue paint and it's on the front. It's on her front right and also it looks like her car is going to be screwed. Um I don't I don't think her car is going anywhere. I honestly don't even know how she got here. >> The cop immediately notified the Florida Highway Patrol who were looking for a hit and run suspect. If this was the car involved in that incident, then they expected to see a paint transfer from the other vehicle. >> Actually, actually, yeah, it looks like there's some baby blue paint here. >> Yeah. Yeah. FHP wouldn't want to come here. on. Get her. >> No, I didn't. Like I said, she wouldn't even wake up for me. She's on the other side. >> I think her name. >> Hey, what's going on? >> Hi. >> Hi. >> Good morning. >> Hi. How are you? >> Good. How are you? >> Okay. Go ahead. >> You ready? No, I'll be fine. >> Did you know that you got into a little bit of a wreck? >> Huh? Well, your you have a bunch of front end damage. I don't think your car is mobile. >> The driver, a young woman, appeared to be intoxicated and possibly injured. But even more concerning was that she was struggling to speak properly and the cops had trouble understanding her. >> Where? >> Huh? >> Sorry. Hold on. Where? Where have I gone? >> What? >> Where have I gone? >> What? >> What? Where by far did I get like it altered to it? >> Oh, if you want to step out, we can show you. >> You're able to walk. >> Do you know where you are right now? What city? >> You're in West Palm Beach. >> Why? >> Okay. You go up to the front of the car. You can take your damage. >> West Palm Beach. >> You're in West Palm Beach. Yeah. This is the Mint Echo car wash. >> West Palm Beach. >> I don't know. How'd you get here? >> Oh my god. >> Okay. Come up and look at the front of the damage here. Careful. They don't want >> me here. What do you >> see? >> Over here. >> I don't know. >> Where is >> Oh my god. Where is my my fiancé? >> The woman had no idea where she was or how she got there. She kept asking the officers what happened to her car and where her fianceé was. The woman said she just wanted to get back home to Boca Ratan, but for some reason her fiance left her there and disappeared. >> All right. Well, what we're going to suggest to you is that we're going to do a crash report. Um, we have you in the vehicle. >> Well, you're going to crash. >> You're going to have to get a wear on the turn bike. >> Yeah. Well, there's another vehicle that you crashed into and u crash. Okay. Like any medical conditions like a diabetic or anything? >> Yeah. Have like any medical history? >> Here's the situation. >> He was driving very far actually. >> Okay. Well, then why were you in the driver? >> She was in the driver seat there. >> Yeah. anything. >> Absolutely. >> You have a driver's license? >> Um, I do, but I don't have any. >> The moment the paramedics arrived, they immediately noticed bruising and blood on the suspect. They were under the assumption, of course, that the injuries resulted from the crash. At first, she said the blood on her was just a starburst stain, but she would later change her mind. >> You okay? If we should check your blood pressure and stuff, >> if you weren't in the accident, do you know that you're bleeding on your arm and then on your on your dress? The front of your dress, >> your right side, you have blood, you have bruises on you. If you're you have you have been in an accident. >> Starbucks. >> I don't think that's Starbucks. >> Like what? >> Pretty sure. >> Why don't we uh walk up to their ambulance up here and they can check you out. They can take your vitals to make sure you're okay. >> Sounding really quick. We are Do >> I sound weird? >> Or you don't know? >> I'm not. You know, I don't know. >> Just a second. >> It's over. Make you sound. >> Okay. >> The cops had a hunch she was hiding something or at least not telling the truth to them. She was full of contradictions and suspiciously she didn't have her phone with her or her driver's license. >> Now, whose phone do you have in your hand? >> It's not my phone. It's my old phone. >> Oh, your old phone? Okay. >> What do you want from me? >> Huh? They want your ID so they can scan it. >> I don't have an ID. I just not >> Oh, you don't have it? >> I have a passport. >> Okay. I think uh I think they still have your passport. >> That's all I does. That's all you That's all. Okay. >> Please don't go through my stuff. >> Is uh all the rest of this is yours, correct? >> Yes. >> Okay. Just making sure. Can we take you to the hospital? >> What? >> Just to make sure you're okay. >> Where? >> Everywhere. >> Where? >> Everywhere. Where? >> I don't know. That's the problem. Can we take you to the hospital? Yes or no? >> Sir, if I can do a 9 bill of writing task right now, then what do I have to go to the hospital for? >> I'm not a police officer. I'm just asking you, can we take you? >> So, you can't say no. >> So, police officer, >> what's up? >> Can I ask you? Okay. >> Why is he trying to transport me to the hospital? >> Because they want to make sure. Okay. Cuz you do have a little bit of blood here. Okay. >> Where? Where? >> Okay. Well, it's right here on your dress. Okay. See right there? cuz that was her. >> Okay, that's what I'm saying. >> She didn't seem to care about her injuries and she refused to go to the hospital. When asked about the blood again, she said her fianceé assaulted her. If she was telling the truth about it, then she might want to reconsider going through with the marriage. >> It looks like you might have had like >> blood on your nose. >> My nose? >> Yeah. >> You want to know why? Cuz I was hit >> by my fiance and I'm telling you that. >> Okay. So, >> I was hit really hard my fiance. >> Okay. So, then listen. So that's the one thing we want to make sure that you don't have listen make sure you don't have a concussion and make sure there's no internal bleeding because that is a very significant crash. >> My child waiting for me. >> Okay, listen. That is a very significant crash. All I'm saying is we need to make sure because we can't legally leave you alone without having checked out. Hold on. Without having checked out by a doctor for concussion or for internal injuries. Okay. >> I promise you I don't have >> Listen. The medic insisted on taking her to the hospital, but she kept downplaying her injuries and pleading with them to let her go. As they kept talking in the parking lot, she got increasingly agitated. And at some point, she decided she'd had enough. >> Your place under >> arrest under arrest, >> all right, let me do the test. Stop. Stop. >> Why am I under arrest? Why? >> Stop. >> Stop resisting. >> Sir, >> stop resisting. >> Stop. >> Fight me. >> Stop. Stop. >> What are you doing to me? >> Stop resisting. What is this? >> What are you doing to me? >> Please stop. >> Please stop. >> Okay, first of all, alcohol. >> Please stop. >> Don't get these hiccups off of me right now. >> I told you everything. Oh gosh. >> I've never cur a little bit the ground around him. >> Please take off of me, sir. Sir. Sir. >> Earlier, they only wanted to take her to the hospital, but now she'd managed to get herself arrested. Not surprisingly, she blamed the cops for the whole predicament, even though it was clearly her fault that she was placed in cuffs. >> What are you doing? Why are you doing this? Why? >> You have to answer. >> Why? Why? >> Why? What is your feet inside? >> Why? Why? Why? Why? Let me ask you why. A chin. >> No, I don't belong here. >> What? >> No, I don't belong here. >> No, I don't belong here. >> Huh? >> No, I don't belong here. >> Hey, go pull it again. >> Stop resisting. Get in the vehicle. >> Get in the vehicle. >> Get in the vehicle. >> Need to get in the vehicle. >> Stop resisting. Get in the vehicle. >> Could be arrested. But it's hurting. >> You got her. >> You guys are hurting me. >> You're resisting arrest. >> Let me out of here. >> Ready for the door. Go ahead. Ready for the door. Ready for the door. She continued screaming, shouting, and resisting. She was eventually taken to the station and was charged with hit and run as well as resisting without violence. On the 9th of May 2025 in New Berlin, Wisconsin, Officer Holiday conducted a traffic stop and she immediately noticed a German Shepherd in the back seat. The interaction began on a friendly note with her petting the dog. She had no idea things were about to go sideways. Bye. >> Officer Alli, New Berlin PD. >> Oh, sorry. Sorry. >> Oh, that's okay. >> Oh, it's okay. I love dogs. I don't mind. Oh, >> okay. >> Do you have an ID on you? >> Yes. Yes, ma'am. >> My name's Officer Holiday. The reason I pulled you over. Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. >> Sorry. >> Nope. That's okay. Uh, couple things. Can he go? Will he go in the back? >> Oh, he won't. Yeah, he'll go in the back. >> Yeah, >> buddy. Hey, go in the back. I was say, why don't you roll your window up so he doesn't Oh, he just smashed that. >> I'm sorry. >> That's okay. He's a puppy. I get it. >> Reason I pulled you over. >> Yeah. So, you caught my attention back there cuz you were honking at the lady and then when I was following you, I mean, you kind you didn't stop. You drove off. You almost hit people. So, that's why I'm pulling you over. Okay, >> that's okay. Where you heading to? >> The driver claimed he was driving to his brother's house from his mom's place at Lake Geneva. The man sounded very drowsy, potentially a sign of impairment. As if that wasn't enough of a red flag, the dog accidentally punctured a smearoff ice can and it started spraying all over. >> Yeah, you might need a towel. I think he >> I think his nail messed up. Is that your dog? >> Yeah, it's my dog. >> He's a good boy. >> I can start cleaning him up, cleaning his stuff up. >> Uh do you have a towel somewhere? >> I do. >> Is it in the back? Can you Can you easily grab it? Oh, yeah. Go ahead. Start cleaning up. Yeah, you're good. Nope. That's okay. This guy is insanely drunk right now. >> I was sitting on You >> have keys at all or not? >> Uh, no. He's cleaning up. So, he has a [music] dog in his car. >> Yeah. >> He's got an uh closed smeared off ice and in the excitement the dog punctured it and spread smeared off ice all over the car. >> Amazing. >> What's up? >> Nothing. My my mom's on her way like driving right behind us. The dog is >> right behind us. Sorry. >> That's okay. Don't be freaked out. Hey, I'm going to have you do me a salad, though. You're going to step out with me, okay? We're going to have a chat. >> Yeah, no problem. >> I just don't want to lose these. Okay. >> No, no problem. >> Even when they asked the man to step out, he remained calm and cooperative. After ensuring the dog was safe, the male officer proceeded to search the man. And at that point, he realized the man looked familiar. >> Have you ever had contact with the Newber Police Department before? Yes, I have. >> When was that? I recognize you. I'm trying to remember how I remember you. But >> uh Springdale. >> Springdale. You and me. >> I remember. Okay, I remember now. >> Yep. >> The reason I pulled you out. Okay. There's a couple concerning things. >> Um I'm getting indicators that you may be under the influence of alcohol right now. Okay. Um including the Well, it was closed. Now your dog punctured it to smear it off. Um how much alcohol have you had today? >> None. >> None at all. No. >> Any illegal drugs? >> No. >> Any prescription medication? >> No. No, ma'am. >> Okay. Yeah. >> Um, so I'm going to be running you. >> I don't know who that is with that. >> Don't Yep. Don't Don't worry about her. >> Sorry. >> Um, can you >> You can sit down for a sec. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Despite claiming he hadn't been drinking, the suspect appeared very wobbly. Clearly, he was in no shape to drive. When Officer Holiday mentioned doing field sobriety tests, he was a little bit reluctant. >> Well, let me have you stand up. Okay. So, that way we can start this and get you all set to go. Okay. So, >> yep. I'd ra I'd rather not take field sobriety. >> So, you're not willing to cooperate with any of my test? >> I'm not trying to tell you that I'm not willing to cooperate. I just >> Okay. Well, I'd like you to try the test because right now I want to give you the benefit of the doubt. I want to give you the best >> you to try the test. Okay. >> Yep. The SFSTs. >> Okay. >> So, are you willing to stand with your feet together for me? Put your arms down to your side. >> Right there. Right there. >> Nope. down to your side. Stay just like this until I instruct you otherwise. Do you understand? >> Yes, ma'am. There she is. >> Okay. Well, we'll worry about her in a in a sec. Okay. I don't want you to be distracted. >> No, I'm not distracted at all. I'm just looking at her and >> Okay. >> noticing that she pulled up so we could >> That's okay. We'll have her hang tight. Okay. Can you finish the test? >> You can You can >> Can you keep looking? >> I can just hang tight with her. >> Who's that? >> Like, like you said, my mom just pulled up. >> Yeah. So, we're going to have her sit in the car and wait. >> Great. >> So, can you finish the test with me? >> No. No. >> Okay. >> What the officers didn't know was that the moment he saw the police lights, he immediately called his mom to pick up Winston, the 11-month-old German Shepherd. When he saw her car coming down the road, the suspect decided that he no longer wanted to do any field sobriety tests. At that point, the man's mood started changing for the worse. >> Okay. So, what I'm going to do is we're going to do the walk and turn next. Okay. So, >> I' I'd rather not do that. I'd rather just have the woman pulled in front of this car uh pick up the dog that's in this car. We will worry about that with myself. Well, I'm not worried about we're doing that one. I'm going to give you one more. >> I I'd rather be done right now. >> Okay. So, I'm going to have you turn around. You were going to be under arrest for OWI. >> Okay, we can do that. >> I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt, dude, but >> Yeah. Hey, you know, do what you got to do. >> Is there anything illegal in the vehicle that we need to know about? >> I don't know. You can go away. My mom, my 67year-old mom know that. >> Is it your mom's car? >> You're not going anywhere yet. >> She can take care of the dog. Not going anywhere yet. >> Tough guy. >> I'm just punk mother. You're not tense up. >> All tense up all buddy. As they put the cuffs on his wrist, the suspect suddenly shifted from calm and cooperative to very brazen. It wasn't the first time he'd gone down for a DUI, and as a matter of fact, it was already his seventh, and he was not very happy about it. The man started with insults and profanity, but things were about to get even worse. >> I'ming 42 years old right now, and you want to just >> do what you do. Go ahead. Beat me up. Throw me in the car. Do what you do. I ain't going toinging armrests you do this that the other thing. You guys areing spinelessing both of you. >> Did you lose the attitude? >> Hey. Hey. Hey, dude. Hey. Hey. Hey. >> Yeah. You get beat up in high school. >> You must You must have >> Stop. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Stop. >> You're pissed off at You're taking out. >> I'm pissed off at myself. I ain't going on the mothering ground. You both you [ __ ] Both of you. You go yourself. I know where I'm going. >> He just on the ground. Get on the ground right now. >> Get on the ground. >> Thankfully, the cops stayed professional and let the insult slide. But the moment the suspects spit at them, the tables were turned. Spitting at law enforcement is considered assault, and the cops weren't going to give him a chance to do it again. >> You you ain't. >> Yeah. Put your knee on my chest. >> Put your knee on my chest. [ __ ] >> I got his leg down, buddy. >> Go ahead. Go ahead. You got mying arms? >> Yeah. You got a female helping you? Yeah. Put your hand on my arm. You [ __ ] ass motheruckers. You >> know, we just got him in the car and he turned. He spit in my face. I got spit all over my face. >> Hey, bud. >> Yeah. >> Can you not do that? >> Hey, buddy. >> Hey, man. I'm the supervisor and I I can I can tell like obviously you're upset. >> I do. >> You see my cuff? >> You're gonna end up in a chair. Are are you gonna go along with the program? >> You suck my >> You're going to end up in a chair and that's not so chair looks like. I'm not worried about it. >> All right. You going >> The man was warned by the supervisor that they'd restrain him in a transport chair, but it didn't phase him one bit. Realizing there was no point in talking further, the sergeant asked for a spit hood, some leg irons, and a hobble. As they waited for them, the suspect mentioned being in the army as if somehow that was supposed to exonerate him. >> How long do How long did you serve? >> I served three and a half years. >> You want me to get your mom over here and tell you? >> Hey, if you want to compare, >> soccer. Hey, you. How about that? >> You guys slap my face again. >> Do not spit. Get that on video. >> Do not >> get that on video. Good. I'm glad it's on video. >> Yeah. Grab my neck, you mother. >> All your names are on the police report. I can't wait. I can't wait. >> Mind if I grab a towel to wipe my face? >> Absolutely not. >> Wipe your face. Usually the guys that run their mouth most about their service are the ones that didn't sh it at all. >> Yep. Yep. >> In my experience. >> Yeah. In your experience. >> And you have none. >> Well, I just told you my experience. >> Christopher. >> Glenn. Look me up. You mother >> did look you up. >> He was later taken to jail and booked for his seventh DUI. He was also charged with throw or discharge, bodily fluid at a public safety worker, and battery or threat to a law enforcement officer. He was sentenced to 6 years in prison and a further 8 years of extended supervision. On April 20th, 2025, an officer witnessed a vehicle with an obscured license plate and proceeded to pull the vehicle over. But the driver here, later identified as Gloria, was upset at being pulled over and she was quick to get defensive. What did I do, man? Are you stopping me because I'm a trans woman? >> Okay, first of all, I'm officer trans with the Atlanta Police Department. Do you have your license and registration? >> Uh, do I have to give you this? What is the infractions I get? >> That's not how this works. >> Give me your license and registration and proof of insurance. >> I want to know the reason why >> as soon as you provide the documents I've requested. No, ma'am. That's not how this works. I'm at the last surgery, please. >> And I didn't do nothing wrong. >> Nothing wrong. >> Okay. >> Okay. You just hit me because you saw my face. >> Ma'am, I've never even met you. >> Okay. >> I don't know who you are. Do you have your license, registration, and proof of insurance? I'm going to ask you one more time and then this is going to go a completely different way. >> You going to arrest me? >> If you would refuse [laughter] to give me the documents I've requested, yes, we're going to go down that road. >> What is my instructions? I will give you >> That's not how that works. She continued asking what she'd done wrong and she wouldn't produce the documents they requested since she hadn't committed a crime and she said she was being discriminated against. She also claimed she was very well known in the area and that she'd call the mayor and she then started pulling ID out so they'd know who they were dealing with. >> Why do you have three different licenses? >> Did I just Did you just say what I said? >> I didn't actually. >> You didn't? Because you don't care. See, you don't care about people. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry you feel that way. No. >> Can I see your other ones as well, please? >> No, you cannot. >> It's a crime to have more than one. >> It's not a crime. This is my my license and I'm not going to give it to you. >> Okay. >> Do you have the registration and proof of insurance as well, >> Miss? First of all, I'm a doctor and I I earned that because I study antiviral philosophics and I saved so many officer shot in the chest and I regret it since I met you. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry that big stink. >> I'm sorry you felt that way. >> I did not do nothing. Okay. >> You just st me because I was low starting on the red because the guy was telling me that my my tire is leaking. >> Okay. >> Shame on you. >> Okay. After she finished berating the officer, she then pulled out a temporary permit, but it wasn't the registration the officer wanted. The officer explained that, but she continued playing her victim role and offering more excuses. >> Why are you doing this to me? I'll leave right there. >> Okay, I own a condominium on Fairview. You make me shaking in my boots for nothing. I commit it. >> Please stop it. I'm asking you please on my knees. Stop it. I'm >> going to supervise him, please. And you know just just for your record I'm coming from my husband which is dying. Just for your record okay man I'm sorry that I am out of my mind. I don't know if you have a husband or or a girlfriend or whatever you have but my husband is dying and is not a lie. Okay. And this happened two days ago. It's on life support. Rest in peace. >> Okay. Well again I've asked you three times for the registration and improvement. registration before. >> Okay. Do you have your proof of insurance? >> I do have my proof of insurance. >> Okay. >> I have never been stopped in my life. This is my first my first time. Check my records. >> Okay. >> I think it's my other car. I have five cars. If you if you want to follow me, please in my condominium. >> No, ma'am. I am not going to follow you to your house. >> You guys stop in our condominium all the time at night. >> Okay. We give you permission to stop in our condominium and fair you ground. >> Well, you continue to look for those documents and I'll be right back. >> Okay. Well, >> as you can see, her tag is flipped up clearly indicating that there's no way to read the tag. >> While the female officer went to check her computer, her partner stepped in to talk to Gloria, who was now claiming to be a cardiothoracic surgeon and saying she was on her way from the hospital. She then changed her story again, saying she was on call and had a patient, but the cops here were not buying it. Moments later, their supervisor arrived. >> Hello there. How are you? >> Fine. >> I'm the supervisor. And is that who you requested? >> Do you want to come out and talk to me in private or do you want to talk in your car? Whatever you're most comfortable with. >> Whatever. >> I'm good either way. >> I don't even know. It's my first time in life. 16 years of age. Like what? >> Yeah. Let's talk face to face. It's better that way sometimes. Nice moves. >> The woman gave her side of the story, saying the female officer had followed her from the gas station and again stated she'd been slow at the lights because somebody told her she had a punctured tire. >> So I stopped in here and she started to attack me completely. >> What do you When you say attack, what do you mean by attack? >> Attack? A verbal attack? Of course. What did she say to attack? >> First I say, "Okay, officer, I'm here. I was still I had a problem for that. I said, "Amia, what did I do wrong? I I will not tell you. You have to give me wrong registration." I said, "Okay, fine. You lose my driver license." Why do you have two driver license which one is my male? I'm a full surgery. Okay. >> Yeah. Okay. And I keep it because sometimes, you know, there's my male name. So, there is something noted on the driver on the mobile that you guys can see. Okay. >> So, it's your business. >> I can arrest you for that. So, call your supervisor because I think you're very aggressive. >> Yeah. >> And you know, I noticed maybe she's starting to sell my trans. I have no idea. I had no clue. >> Okay. What she thought. But the real beef of all this that she got so pissed off with me is because I was just knowing and the guy told me that there was no air from I didn't nothing else right >> now. The guy we just shipped I documentation I broke the glove compartment but she was insisting put the hands in the gut. >> I'm not I'm not used to this thing I >> and I understand I have a deep respect for the law. >> Sure. Okay. Meanwhile, the female officer talked with her partner, talking about the license plate being obscured and also how the tag had been deliberately tucked into the Mercedes symbol so it couldn't be seen. The reason for the traffic stop definitely wasn't discrimination and the supervisor tried to explain that. >> So, I I don't want you to feel like you were targeted or anything like that. And I think I think that's she wasn't able to see your tag. That was the reason for the stop. Uh yes, you you actually you actually aren't allowed to have more than one driver's license. That actually is >> it's not a driver license. It's is an ID. >> Okay. >> I didn't have any idea. >> Okay. >> Yeah. You're not allowed to have two driver's license. So, but if it's just an ID, >> it's an ID. It's a state ID. >> And I'm not sure, you know, I don't think she was trying to push that issue with you. I think she was just trying >> I'm not saying I'm not saying I'm just saying why he has to start this way. I was being nice. I don't understand that. >> I understand. >> I just don't understand. You know how many times, you know, >> keep in mind. So, she's one of our [music] she works uh she's a tack officer, so she works in our really bad neighborhoods and stuff like that. I know >> she usually deals with a different type of clientele than than someone like me. >> She admitted she'd overreacted but continued making excuses. She did, however, seem to accept what the supervisor told her. So, at that point, the female officer came back and tried to determine if they were ready to wrap things up. >> Are you better now with them? >> I don't I No, I'm not. I'm sorry. Yeah. Sorry. >> Yeah, I'm here. >> Did I say I'm finished? >> No, no. Well, I thought I thought you were I thought you said you had to go, so I was getting out of yours. >> Well, no. I I just I just I just I just I just cancelled my call. >> Okay. >> I'm going to have a lot of problems, but >> Okay. So, what's the verdict? >> Uh that's why I was trying to >> What's the citation for? >> It's a criminal citation. She has to sign it. [music] >> She has uh the court date is on the bottom. Sign where the X is. The attached tag is not assigned. So, this tag, as you can see, we got a Missouri. This car is not registered. It's an unregistered motor vehicle. This tag is not assigned to this vehicle. You're not the registered owner of this vehicle either. This vehicle comes back out of Wisconsin, not Missouri. >> I just want to call it a car. >> Okay. Well, I'm telling you what my type is telling me. >> Okay. >> All right. Um, >> we're going to look at the police because >> that's not what I'm saying. I did not say the vehicle stolen. I said the tag is not assigned to the vehicle. The attached tag that you have on this vehicle is not assigned. >> So, which tag is attached to? >> Not this. It's not registered. There's no tag assigned to it whatsoever. That's what I'm telling you. >> The woman claimed that she'd never been in Wisconsin, but the fact remained that that's where the VIN came back to. The vehicle was unregistered, which was also an offense that she could go to jail for. However, the officer here was trying to cut her a break. >> Instead of me taking you to jail, I wrote to a criminal citation to go to court. my card. >> I am. It's right here. >> Well, that's all. >> If you want to take me to court, >> it's only abusive. >> I'm going to follow you. >> Go ahead. >> Please do it. >> You can sign right there. >> No. Please take me to court. >> That's another Do you see how she talks? >> I think she's just being certain. >> No, she said me. If she don't sign this, I want to take you to jail. I have never been in jail in my life. >> Citation. >> You have to sign it. >> Is it Since it's a criminal, you're you're by law, you're >> required. Okay, hold on a second. Let's Let's take me to jail. Get to the jail. >> I'm not going anymore. Take me to jail. Let's go. Let's go. Come on. Let's go. >> Let's go. Let's go. Take me to jail. Take me to jail. >> She continued playing the victim, daring the officers to take her to jail, saying she'd done nothing wrong. However, she still seems surprised when they arrested her like she asked. >> Are you serious? >> Are you Are you serious? >> All right. So, wait a second. Okay, I'll sign it. >> No, we're not going to do that. Okay, I apologize. >> How this works? Do you have anything that's going to poke, stick, or stab me? >> Can we talk a little bit? >> Okay, I wasn't I wasn't sign. Listen up. You got your own things. Mom, please. >> Please. >> You're going to leave us a choice. >> I go around the other side. >> Come on. >> Do you want to be seat belt in? >> Sir, please. What are we talking? >> I I gave you the chance. >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. I wasn't I wasn't sorry. >> Please. >> Sorry. >> Don't do this to me. >> I'm sorry. >> If she just signed that ticket, she could have been on her way and could have resolved things in court. Instead, she was taken to jail just like she demanded. They charged the woman with resisting without violence and refusing to sign a citation. On the 14th of July 2022 in Monroe County, Florida, an officer pulled over a Volkswagen Beetle for a broken tail light. The driver turned out to be a young woman. She was very apologetic and cooperative, but there was something about the woman that made the cop very suspicious. >> Hello. >> Hello. I'm Officer Lopez with QSPD. The reason I stopped your vehicle, you have a tag light out. >> Oh, I'm so sorry. I wasn't aware. >> Is this your vehicle? >> Um, yes, and I'm very sorry. >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance? >> Oh my goodness. All of this stuff is like kind of shoved in here in the back. I can [snorts] give you all of my information or whatever and I can try and look for it. >> Do you have at least your registration or something with your name on? >> Um, yeah, absolutely. Is it just a tag light out? That's it? >> Yes. >> Okay. Yeah. Is it possible to just give me a warning? I don't know. >> No, I I still have to run the driver the registration and I have to see insurance information. >> Okay. Um, >> give me a second. Maybe perhaps like >> Yes. Is there any weapon in the vehicle? >> You think I would ever do anything? >> 73. Uh, can can I have another uh 43? >> Go ahead. >> Why are you asking for another? >> It didn't take long for the interaction to go sideways. When the officer explained that he wanted to see everyone's ID in the car, the driver scoffed at him and even asked him why he was so aggressive. As she was about to look into her purse, the cop realized she was trying to hide something. >> I got it. Thank you. You don't have to. >> Okay, at this point, step out because I don't know why you have in that bag and I don't like this. Okay, >> for my safety and your safety, get your hands out of the bag. [snorts] Okay, step out. >> Step out. >> Okay. >> What tag light is out? your tag light. You don't see it? >> I really don't. Sorry. I just bought this car not too long ago. I'm sorry. >> Okay. The tag light is out by State Statue 316 221 subsection 2. You are required to have your registration illuminated and it has to be visible at least 50 ft away on the road. >> Okay. I'm so sorry. >> Do you have any questions? >> No. No. No. >> What is your name again? >> You have my >> What is your name? >> You have my information right here. What is your name? >> Solar. >> What is it? >> Solyar. >> Soar. >> Mhm. >> Is that your first name? >> That's right here. >> I'm asking you your name. You don't know your name? >> Of course I do. >> What is your first name? >> The driver identified herself as Solomar Santos. She kept being polite and apologetic, probably still hoping that she might get out of this. But by that point, the cop had seen enough to warrant further investigation. He really got hung up on her name, and for good reason. Listen, whatever you have going on, um, can you have them step out, please? Why are you lying to me? >> Like I said, I'll I can get an attorney. There's an issue with this. I >> I don't understand why you are asking for an attorney. Why are you giving me a false name? >> I didn't give you a false name. >> So, why are you giving me somebody's ID right now? Why are you giving me somebody's ID? I asked for your driver's license, not this person's driver's license. I don't know who this person is. Okay. >> Huh? Why are you lying? >> I >> I'm not lying. I'm giving you all of my information. If I somehow grab the wrong thing, I can go get the other one. >> So there's not misunderstanding. I want you to write down your first name, middle name, last name, and date of birth on this piece of paper. >> Well, I don't want to write it here cuz this is my insurance. >> You can you can write it on the back. Officer Lopez proceeded to check the woman's information and find out if her driver's license, supposedly from Arizona, was still valid. However, he soon found out that the information she gave was false. >> Let's try this one more time. What's her real name? >> That's my name. >> I'm giving you a second chance. >> I'm telling you the truth. That's my name. >> So, >> yes. >> Okay. All right. So, now you are under arrest. Okay. >> Why is that? passenger big rock. >> So like 10:15. >> Oh yeah. >> Passenger seat. >> Okay. >> All right. Put your hands. Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> What's going on here? >> You guys are all being probably arrested, but definitely detained at this point. And just because of a lot of his movements and stuff, I didn't know if he was going to be a flight risk and I was gonna tase him if he ran. >> So that's what's going on so far. >> Him with the knee brace, I wasn't worried about as much. >> With all the suspects detained and not being a flight risk or danger, Salomar started questioning, the woman started questioning if the stop was legal. But no matter how many times the cops explained to her what was happening, she just couldn't get it. >> Sergeant, I'm not sure the reason that this is happening. What's your question? >> Why are you being detained? >> I mean, you're detained as soon as the blue lights come on and we do a traffic stop. That's you're detained at that point >> and we can we can pull anybody out of the vehicle and on any traffic stop and we can run the dog on any traffic stop that we decide to. So, we've done all those things. You were pulled over. You were asked to exit the vehicle. The dog was ran on your vehicle. Okay. Yeah. Great. And this well whatever is going on with you not providing him the right information is why you were detained initially and now my K9 officer here is telling me that he is finding you know different issues of contraband inside of the vehicle which will warrant you guys being arrested. So we're going to continue searching that search you guys and continue our investigation. Do you have any other questions? >> She then asked why they were doing the canine search even though the sergeant just explained it. The cops decided to just ignore the woman. One of the cops then remarked that within the first 10 seconds he'd notice contraband when inspecting her vehicle. >> There should be no issues with contraband whatsoever. Nothing in that vehicle is without it having a prescription or illegality whatsoever. >> I I really want to show you this. >> As soon as I leaned in >> and I saw that that was actually sitting there and then I field tested it. >> Yeah. And she was really weird about her bag and digging in and even but she was that's what pull cuz she was really digging and like when she was turning the flashlight she was pulling it away. He told her to stop reaching into her bag and she continued to and then it was up there. She slid it back to the passenger who was trying to put stuff underneath his right leg too. I was on him the whole time. Watch his leg. That's why I said these people were being super weird and super finicky. >> The cops figured there was a long and lengthy search ahead of them. However, it seemed like the suspects didn't bother to hide their stuff at all. A separate registration plate was found right next to the seat. And they found another suspicious item in a very obvious place. The glove compartment. >> All right, here we go. Inside of the glove box till we know what that is. Let's I'm going to prepackage that in there. All right, Tommy, give me another evidence bag for >> more. >> Yeah. Jesus. >> These look like empetamines. >> Uh where was that phone? >> Same top glove box passenger side. And I'm going to be pulling out a lot more unless you want to take this uh phone just to run the serial number. That's really weird how like a brand newish Apple iPhone is in there that way. We found quite a decent amount of things so far. Yeah, we got co some unknown powder we haven't tested yet possible and there's weed and stuff too but I don't know if you're caring about that too much obviously >> there's weed residue >> as the cops found more and more evidence of drug use the woman's story started to change she said the car was her roommates and apart from legal marijuana there shouldn't be anything else inside that being said even the car's license plate turned out to be fake. But the real surprise here was waiting in the trunk. >> This is just a box of drugs. >> Literally literally a box of drugs like packaging and Yeah. >> He's got a purse. >> Oh yes. I'll be Can you put me in with another location? Keep the keep pile at. This including this other bag is all from the trunk. >> Is that all evidence on the roof, too? >> Yeah. >> Cool. >> That whole box. The entire box. >> It's It's kind of comical. >> The cops found a multitude of evidence consistent with drug trafficking and Solomar was arrested and taken to jail. She faced six separate felony counts for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and four misdemeanors as well for resisting fraud or impersonation and traffic violations. In February 2024, the cops were searching for a small business owner in connection with a crime. After failed attempts to contact her, she was spotted by an officer driving a car and he pulled her over. The driver, however, completely ignored him. >> I got affidavit out on her. I've been trying to get her, but she won't come out of the car. >> Okay. At least just two people. >> Yeah. Her husband's on the right side. >> Husband's on the right side. Uncooperated. Doesn't want to get out of the car. Open PC. >> For him or for her? >> Well, do we have anything on him? >> Well, you might go for instruction. >> Okay. >> He basically told me when I went to open that, he's like, "You're not going to arrest my wife." I said, "You'll tell us what we're going to do. >> You just want to get a supervisor started." >> Yeah, I already got one coming. >> Who's coming? >> I got Kenny coming out here. >> Let's do business, bro. They don't want to come out. Roll your window down. >> I've already asked him. >> I'm right. Yes. Crack a barrel. Yes. >> I need you to get out of the car. >> Um I need Sergeant. He's coming, but I'm I'm giving you a lawful order to get out of the car. If you don't, you're going to be removed from this car. Okay. >> I don't want to do that. I need you to step out. I'm going to break your window. You understand that, right? >> He's harassing me now. >> The suspect went on disobeying orders and she was probably on the phone with her lawyer, hoping to get some help. The cops didn't waste any time, though. After asking her to come out several times, the cops decided to yank the woman out. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Do not touch me. >> Yeah. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Ma'am, get out of the car. Ma'am, I'm not going to tell you again. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Don't do that. >> Get out OF THE CAR. >> DO THAT. >> Get out of the car. >> DON'T DO THAT. >> STOP IT. Stop it. >> STOP IT. STOP IT. STOP IT. >> STOP IT. STOP IT. STOP IT. STOP IT. STOP IT. >> Stop it. Stop. Why you GUYS DOING THIS? WHY YOU GUYS DOING THIS? Why you guys doing this? [screaming] >> Stop resisting. resistance. >> Why you doing this? I never did nothing. I don't even have a warrant for my arrest. >> The suspect was right. While there wasn't a warrant out on her, there was an affidavit, which is a sworn statement from a witness, which the cops could use to justify the arrest. And if she hadn't resisted, things really could have gone a lot smoother. >> Guys, I got operated on my right arm. I GOT OPERATED ON MY RIGHT ARM. I GOT OPERATED ON MY RIGHT ARM. I GOT OPERATED ON my right arm. I GOT [screaming] ON MY RIGHT. I got on my right shoulder. My right shoulder. My right shoulder. SORRY. I never been arrested in my life. I don't even have a run. Oh my god. [laughter] >> Where's your car at? Where is your supervisor? Why? The sergeant's not here. [screaming] >> A moment later, she had forgotten about her arm. What really bothered the woman was the prospect of going to jail. The question was, was she really guilty of a crime or was it all just a big misunderstanding? >> Yes, good. I didn't do nothing. I promise. I promise I will do nothing. [laughter] >> No. No. I'm a good person. >> I'm willing not. [laughter] >> We're going to take a look at them in a second. But they're not going to go uncomfortable when you're resisting. >> I should have never been arresting. That's why I should have never been arrested. Never. There's not even a warrant for my arrest. >> A warrant doesn't have to be issued by a judge. Officers can drop warrants. >> Any injuries? Do you need the fire department? >> My knees. >> Your knees. Okay. I'm going to have him come out and uh check you out. >> And my shoulder. >> Shoulder. >> Which shoulder? >> We'll have the fire department come and check you out. All right. >> Wait. Cuz I got operated. [laughter] >> Okay. We'll get those. >> Can you loosen it a little bit? Just a little bit. >> I can't loosen them, but once the fire department gets out here, we'll take a look at them for you. Okay. Just hang tight. Another officer checked the woman's handcuffs and determined they were loose enough. After advising the woman to wiggle her hands a bit to make it more comfortable, he then turned to the man in the passenger seat. >> Who is she to you? >> That's my wife. >> That's your wife? Okay. >> That's totally wrong way. He's been harassing her for the last past couple months. >> Well, I think he's been trying to get a hold of her because she has an open war. >> He don't got an open war. We got we got lawyers and everything and everything. >> Okay. Well, we'll uh we'll figure that out. Okay. >> That's totally wrong. >> What's your name, my man? >> Jose. >> Jose. Okay. Well, here's the deal. Look, I appreciate your cooperation, okay? It is what it is. He's got a warrant. He says he's got a warrant. He's been trying to track her down. He's been trying to track her down. Okay. >> We own the business. >> Okay. Whose vehicle is this? >> My vehicle. >> Can you do me a favor? Can you just hit that start stop button and turn the vehicle off for me? Thank you very much. He's calm. So, we're just we're just talking. I just got out. >> What hospital are you at? >> I was in um >> I can't hear you, buddy. >> I was in Abby. >> Okay. The man was likely referring to the Abbey Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, which offers nursing for patients recovering from cardiac surgery and other conditions that are heart related. The bandage on the man's hand corroborated the story. >> Did everything go okay at the hospital for you? >> Yeah, I I got to go back for another procedure. >> Okay. >> Are you Do you have a valid driver's license? Are you able to operate this motor vehicle if we need you to? >> Yeah, >> that's what I'm going to check just to make sure your license is valid and then uh you're good to go. >> You have Do you have a license on you, sir? >> I'm getting right now. >> Okay. Is this her purse? >> Everything. Yeah. >> Okay. But you keep your wallet in there. Do you want to hold on to her purse for her? >> Yeah. I hold on to everything. >> Yeah. Okay. Well, uh, like I said, we're just going to verify that um, you're good to operate this motor vehicle, your valid license, and then you'll be free to leave. Okay. Again, I don't have any knowledge of the case. Apparently, this officer said he she's got a warrant, so he's been trying to get a hold of her. Okay. >> We have a supervisor in route. So, if you want to talk to them, you can talk to them about it as well. Okay. >> This lawyer is involved in everything. >> Okay. So what's so if you have a lawyer for it then you're aware of what's going on. >> But she ain't got no warrant though. That's the thing about it. It's just he's been harassing her. >> How was he even harassing? >> The man explained that they owned a towing service and recently one of their drivers, a young man, had been involved in an accident with an elderly gentleman. The man chose to go after the company and supposedly the officer who pulled them over took the case very seriously. >> We arrested the kid that that happened. Um there was some video footage that um was sent to our lawyer that you know they got everything together but he's just been on top of her. >> Yeah. This officer on the other side. Oh, never mind. He's coming over here. >> Sir, you're all good. Here's your license. Uh you're free to leave. You don't have to hang around. If you are going to hang around, don't interfere with our investigation though cuz then you're going to get up and I don't want to do that. Okay. >> Yeah. So, she had a warrant out for her arrest. Officer pull a traffic stop. We requested her step out of the vehicle. She refused. We uh tried to escort her out. She still refused. So, we had to pull it out and put it on the ground. >> Please. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. >> Your shoulder. No. No. Okay. >> No. No. No. No. >> Make sure you don't fall. >> No. My shirt. Please, ma'am. My shirt. My shirt. >> Before you get in the um on the stretch, I'm going to do a quick search. Are you okay? >> Yes, ma'am. Yes, ma'am. >> Can you walk? >> Yes. This is so much pain. >> Okay. Take your time. >> Okay. Hold on. Do you have anything else? Oh no. >> Before she was moved to the stretcher, the paramedics had to take the handcuffs off. But she suddenly started acting very bizarre and they had a hunch she was having a seizure. >> Oh my god. Jesus. God. Jesus. Jesus. >> Yes. >> Okay. I'm going to get behind you and I'm just going to take your cuff off real quick. Okay. It's probably going to hurt for a second. I'll see which one's easier. All right. Let me see this one. It's going to hurt. Man, what's wrong? Are you having a seizure or you actually in pain? >> Okay, we'll sit down. >> Want to see this arm? Okay. >> Perhaps the initial traffic accident was not the woman's fault. But instead of resolving her grievance with the elderly man, she did something even dumber and disobeyed the police. That mistake landed her in jail and she was charged with battery on law enforcement and resisting arrest. On the 5th of May 2025 in Fulton County, Ohio, state troopers noticed a semitr driving erratically. It kept swerving across lanes, so the troopers decided to pull the driver over. Hello, sir. Do you have your license registration, please? >> Yeah. >> Why are you opening my door? >> Uh because I can't see you cuz I'm too short. Your truck's too big. >> I'd have to be 7 foot tall to be able to see you in your window. [laughter] >> I'm sorry. >> Where you headed today? >> I'm heading to Baltimore, buddy. >> You're heading to where? >> Baltimore. >> Baltimore. All right. The reason why I pulled you over is because you were you were in and out of your lane. You left your lane several times back there. Uh >> uh what's going on? Is there a reason why you can't stay in your lane today? You're tired. >> Okay. Do you have any medical conditions? >> The driver simply said that he had a problem with his blood pressure, which probably wouldn't explain his driving. The trooper then asked the man about alcohol. He already had a hunch that the man might be intoxicated. Uh, have you had anything to drink today? >> No. All right. >> I'm going to have Do you mind coming out this side? I just want to make sure you're okay to drive. >> Okay. So, we had nothing to drink. >> No medications? No. Nothing like that. Just your blood pressure. >> Blood pressure. >> Don't Don't drink anything right now. Go ahead and leave that back. Go ahead and step out. >> Blood pressure. >> Come on over here, sir. We're going to walk back to my front court back here. Okay. Yeah. >> It looks like you hit something, bud. >> Yeah. >> You all right? >> Yes. >> You can't stand. You're not all right. Okay, let's head back up here. >> You going to poop? >> Yeah. >> Well, that's going to have to wait. That's going to have to wait. >> Even though nature was calling at the most inopportune time, at least the man was polite and cooperative. He was trying so hard not to soil his pants that he never once thought about running or resisting. >> All right. Yeah, I'm good. I'm just holding you up from going in this ditch. >> You're all good. >> We're heading up the patrol car, dude. >> I don't know what to tell you. We're the side of the road. That ain't happening. >> Do you have any medical conditions other hands out of your pants, man? >> All right, we're going to pat you down. We're going to down. You keep reaching. Relax. Relax. Relax. Pat me. >> Pat me. >> Keep your hands up. Hey, >> I got to poop, dude. >> Okay. All right, >> dude. I have to poop. >> Hey, I have to poop. >> So, it's either going to be poop one here or poop there. Where am I pooping? >> There's nowhere to poop here. We can't do it here. >> Relax. Sit up there and relax. Okay. >> Can you take your sunglasses off for me? >> No, I got to poop, dude. >> There's nowhere to go. There's nowhere to poop. >> All right. >> How much you have to drink at? >> I had two shots before I left. >> Yeah. Where where did you have two shots at? Where'd you leave from? I don't know where you >> Grand Rapids. So, you had two shots in Grand Rapids. Was that a couple hours from here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, that was the last time you had a drink? >> Yeah. >> You had two shots in Grand Rapids a couple hours ago. >> Dude, I got to poo. >> There's nowhere to go here. >> Once the trooper established that the man had been drinking, he was ready for the man to do some field sobriety tests. That, however, turned out to be a challenge because by that point, the man had only one thing on his mind. >> Keep your hands at your side for me. Hand down at your side. >> That's complete opposite what I said. There you go. All right, >> dude. I got to poop. >> There's no bathroom here. I don't know what to tell you. Step away from the car a little bit. Stand right there. Don't move. All right. I'm going to have your hands down your side. >> All right. You're going to keep your head straight. You're going to follow the tip of my pin with your eyes. Your eyes only. Don't move your head. >> I know the procedure. >> You know the procedure. You're moving your head. Keep your head straight at me. Follow the tip my pin with your eyes and eyes only. Don't move your head. All right. >> Yep. Go. >> You're moving your head for >> You did. Let's keep your head straight. >> All right. You're having a hard time balancing, so we we'll have you stand in the car. >> Poop. Dude, >> I can't. There's nowhere for you to poop this. Don't. Nope. You ain't going. Where you going? Front of the car. >> I want to poop. >> There's nowhere for you to go. You got to hold it. All right. Hey, we got to get through this. >> The man might have been familiar with the procedure, but clearly he just couldn't follow the commands. The man's cognitive function and coordination were clearly impaired. And despite the fact that the trooper wanted more tests done, they couldn't even do the simplest tasks. >> Moving your head again, sir. >> Are you willing to complete any of the kids? You are. Okay. All right. moving in. Go ahead and let's just keep going. >> I'm going to hold it. Keep looking. >> You're not looking. >> I got to poop. >> Okay. You're not looking at the pin at all. >> I got to poop, dude. >> So, you're not willing to complete any of the tests cuz you have to poop. >> I got to poop, dude. >> We know. There's no way we can. We know. We don't have math in here, you know. Try to put your hands up here in the face like this and just hold them there. Try to touch stuff. Okay. >> The the better you listen to instruction, the faster this is going to go. You're closing your left this eye. You're closing one of your eyes, sir. You got to keep your eyes open. Got him. >> After realizing he wasn't getting anywhere, the trooper concluded that the man just couldn't follow directions. The officer still wanted to do more tests, and that's when the real problem started. >> Okay, which are you walking, sir? All right, go ahead. Step away from the car a little bit. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. [music] Stop. Hands down your side. All right, place your right foot front of your left, heel toe. >> Hands down your side. Do not start until I tell you to. Okay? Just do what I'm telling you to do. Right foot front of your left, heel toe, hands on your side. Just like me. Look how good I'm doing. Right foot from the left >> to poop. >> What if I do? I'm still able to do this. >> So you say so. >> So you say so. >> Hands down your side. Right foot in front of your left. >> Nope. >> Can't do it. >> You can't leave here. >> You cannot leave. >> You cannot leave. All right, we're done. We're done. >> The cops moved in to arrest the man and the suspect resisted, trying his best to prevent the worst. For their part, the cops didn't make it easy for him and threw him on the hood of the car belly first. [groaning] >> Stay there. >> You're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. >> Put your hands behind your back right now. Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. Do not resist. Do not resist. >> Relax. Relax. >> Relax. >> One. >> Nothing. >> Stop. >> There. >> Do not move. Do not move. You understand me? >> You okay? >> Yeah, I'm good. >> You ready? >> I don't care. Do not move. >> Oh, hold on. >> Do not move. For a moment there, it looked like the man was really going to poop himself. And luckily for the troopers, he did manage to hold it in. After the younger trooper read his Miranda rights, another officer searched him. >> The quicker we do this, the quicker we get to the bathroom. Okay? You got to relax. >> You got to relax. >> You will. >> You got to relax. >> Listen, you'll get your problems. We're going to try to give you any problems. They can't be walking away from us. You're under arrest. You've been drinking too much. >> What's up? What's up? >> My junk. My junk. >> What's wrong? >> What's wrong with your junk? >> Uh, my junk is stuck. Never mind. >> All right. >> Be careful. Get on. Watch your head. >> Yeah. Watch your head. Watch your head. Watch your head. >> All right. Can you twist? There you go. >> Ow. They hurt. >> Yeah. So, listen to me. Okay. >> What you got to do, you got to keep your hands, your palms together like this, okay? Cuz they're shaped like an oval. If you twist your hands, they're going to they're going to cramp up on you. Okay? Let me look at them. But still, it's going to help you out a lot. Okay. >> After being placed in the back of a squad car, he managed to relax and calm down. While one of the cops helped him with his handcuffs, the other cops inspected the vehicle and realized the man must have hit something. >> This stuff >> probably hit something. I We don't know what he hit, but >> probably hit something. Yeah. >> What would be a really cool number on unless we know where it's at, but yeah, I would assume he did hit something. Why are you so cool? >> This guy's an [ __ ] Why are you so cool? >> Way worse, man. >> So, you're a cool guy. >> I guess he's the >> I wouldn't say that. I think Trooper Ross is also one of the nicest guys. You probably got two of the nicest guys out here to start off with. >> I was trying to get a cigarette. >> No, no, no. >> Really, dude? >> Dog you've been watching Dog the Bounty Hunter too much if you think you're [laughter] you. I know that. >> Oh, it hurts too much. >> I know. Me, too. >> The man was taken to jail where they breathalyzed him and the blood alcohol content was 0.253. They charged the man with a DUI. They suspended his license for a year and he was also sentenced to community control for 2 years and he was fined $565. If he violates the conditions of his release, he could face 3 months in jail. On October 19th, 2024, Sergeant Chandler witnessed a driver make a dangerous U-turn and initiated a traffic stop. The driver pulled the vehicle over and the sergeant approached him to discuss it, but things got off to a bad start when the driver got out of the car. >> You just did a U-turn there and almost caused an accident. >> Go ahead, hop back. Go ahead. Hop back in the vehicle. >> No. >> Hop back in the vehicle. Hop back in the vehicle. I'm not going to ask you again. Hop back in the vehicle. >> Get back in the car. me. >> I'm not talking to you till you get back in the car and get your hands out of your pockets. >> Hands out. >> Hop back in the vehicle. >> Look. >> Hop back in the vehicle. >> Do anything. >> I did not do a U-turn. >> You almost caused an accident. >> You did. You didn't hear everybody laying their horn at you. >> I did not do a U-turn. >> Hop back in the car. >> I did not do a U-turn. >> Hop back in the car. >> I did not do a U-turn. >> Hop back in the car. >> Hop back in the car. >> Look, man. >> Hop in the car. >> What's your problem? Not only was the suspect's behavior disrespectful, it was also potentially dangerous because he might have a weapon on him. The sergeant asked the man to get back inside the vehicle and hand over his license and insurance, but the suspect remained uncooperative. >> We're having a conversation. >> Step back here. >> No. >> Go ahead. Step. >> No. Don't touch me. >> Give me another one. >> I need an I. >> Get over here. I'm the sergeant. Get over here. >> Get over here. I don't You're making this harder than it has to be. >> Get over here. >> I'm asking you. Put your hands behind your back. Turn around. Turn. You're about to break it down. Turn around. Get your hands behind your back. >> You're making this way harder than it has to be. >> Look, man. >> Hop over here, then. Walk to my car. I'm not asking you again. >> What's your problem? >> No. You get back. Get back in the car. >> Get back in the car. >> Dude, >> we pulled in across the street. Come back here. YOU'RE MAKING THIS >> PROBLEM. I'm not going to tell you guys. I'm not going to tell you again. >> Again? >> I'm not going to tell you again. >> Please. I tried to get in. Now you're Now you're just you're you're acting disorderly now. You're walking a fine line. >> You're walking a fine line. >> You're walking a fine line. >> Okay, we'll see about that. >> License and insurance. >> It looked like the suspect's wife had calmed him down, but he still refused to hand over his documents. As the sergeant explained to the man once again why he'd stopped him, backup arrived, and the man continued to say that he was innocent. >> I did not cause anything. >> Okay. You didn't hear 15 cars lay on their horn. >> 15 now. Huh? >> Everybody hit their horns behind you cuz you almost >> 15. >> All right. >> There was one car you >> don't get your hand out of here. Get your hand OUT OF MY CAR. >> We're We're done now. >> Is that what you're saying you? >> Get out. >> Do it. Do it. Do it. >> Do it, man. >> Go ahead. Unlock that. >> No. No. Get the off of me right now, >> dude. GET YOUR HAND OFF of me. >> You get your hand off me or you're I'm going to break your god. >> Get back in the car. Hop in the vehicle. >> Do anything. >> I [laughter] cannot do anything and you cannot GET INTO MY CAR. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> PERMISSION. >> You're under arrest. >> I don't give you permission TO GET INTO MY CAR. >> GET OUT OF MY CAR. CHAR. >> OH, I don't absolutely. >> Yeah. You know what? >> Come on. Do it. Come on. >> Stop playing. What are you doing? >> Stop resisting. Stop. Move your hands over. >> What are you doing? >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not I PUT MY HANDS TOGETHER. SO YOU HAD HIM, DUDE. >> NO, you were holding them together. >> Yes. So you had him. >> Once they'd successfully handcuffed the man, they walked him over to their car and secured him in the back. His wife came over to ask for his phone and his wallet. And as they closed the car door on him, she went back over to the officers. >> Is that your husband? >> What was his problem? >> What? What? And I'm sorry. I didn't mean to yell at you. We'll step over here and talk. >> I'll let you talk to him in a minute. Let him cool off. We honestly we're trying to find a spot I swear. >> Okay. >> We're not supposed to eat. That's why he turned around like this. >> Okay. >> Now, when he gets hungry, he gets low sugar problem. That's why. >> Do you think he needs an ambulance for anything? >> Not am he. He needs to eat. That's why he's doing it. >> Well, if if he would have just talked to me instead of getting out and approaching me like that, that's a problem. >> I was trying this. That's why I was trying to talk to you when I got out. >> Okay. Well, [snorts] I was too focused on him and his his hostile behavior and his demeanor. >> He doesn't have anything. >> Luckily for the officers, his wife was a bit more reasonable. When they asked the woman for his license and insurance, she was willing to cooperate. But as far as resolving things peacefully, unfortunately, it was a little bit too late. >> So, U-turns in the city of Vermillion are illegal, but >> find a spot. >> A U-turn. Yes. And almost causing an accident. But the way he he handled this is why he's going to jail. Not for the U-turn. We don't care about you, sir. >> That's a minor infraction, you know, compared to this. I wasn't obviously I wasn't present for the the stop, but obviously the officer had a lawful reason to stop him. He refused to get out of the vehicle when he was asked to do so. I mean, whatever happened prior to I'm not after he calms down, maybe he'll maybe he will let you have a conversation. Sergeant Chandler might let you have a conversation with him. I'm not sure. That's not up to us. He's He's in charge on the shift and he's in charge of the current stop, current situation. >> Nothing I can >> even if there was something you can do, I wouldn't I wouldn't accept it. That he deserved to go to jail. He's acting like a jack. >> The female officer went on to explain to the woman that when you make certain choices, there are definitely repercussions. And in this case, the suspect had chosen to act very aggressively. His wife seemed to accept it and they then had a chat about whether the man would get a bond. Meanwhile, Sergeant Chandler checked on the suspect. >> Hi, man. You need an ambulance or anything? >> Do you need an ambulance or anything? >> What What's your problem? >> I'm just checking on you. Do you need an ambulance or anything? >> What law did I break and who did I hurt? >> So, I'm going to read you your rights. Okay. >> Do you understand your rights? >> Has your camera been on the whole time? >> The whole time? >> Yeah. The entire still on. >> I want to see. >> Your attorney can get it. >> You have any You have any questions or anything right now? >> You're unreal. >> I did not give you permission to do anything. >> I didn't need >> And you escalated. IT'S NOT. WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOD? >> THE sergeant went back to the wife and offered to take her phone number so the suspect could call her from jail. She was still being calm and reasonable, but she still kept circling back, trying to do anything to avoid an arrest. Nothing. I don't >> I don't know if I can make this more clear to you, but hell no. He's going to jail. >> We can't We can't do anything. Like, this is all on camera. This is all We have a lot of paperwork to do now. We had to have a use of force on him. >> Probably before it got to that point where >> I tried. >> Your husband's acting like a [ __ ] and he resisted two officers trying to arrest them. The obstruction and you could probably almost push assault on a police officer. He should have never acted like that. He's going to jail. He's he's There's nothing you can do right now at all. >> I don't care if you handed me a stack of $100 bills. He's going to jail. >> I'm just saying he's There's nothing you can do. >> But you've asked me like five times. Yeah, there's nothing. >> The sergeant then talked to the other passengers and he apologized to them about the way things had gone down. They were all understandably shaken. As for the suspect's wife, she still seemed confused. So, the sergeant went into more detail about what would happen next. If he gets a bond, he'll he'll call you. >> Okay. Um he'll be >> need for a lawyer. Nothing. >> That's up to you. I mean, that's up to you guys. >> You can get a lawyer. You don't have to get a lawyer. It's kind of all up to you. >> For what? Two days. What? >> He He'll have court Tuesday. >> He's going to be in jail till Tuesday, >> probably. >> Yep. Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. is when we have court. So, he'll probably be in jail till Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. Okay. And if I have a lawyer, then we'll be earlier. >> Um, your your lawyer, I mean, it's the weekend. Your lawyer can reach out, but I usually court is whenever those type of things are are hashed out. >> If anything, and I'm not saying this with 100% certainty, but if you reach out to a lawyer, they may try to like postpone court dates and things like that. So, you just have to coordinate with them and figure out what's going to be best for you guys. >> Yeah. So, I will contact you here in a little bit and I'll let you know the list of the charges. Okay? And then you can contact a lawyer and talk over them. We cannot provide any legal advice or anything like that. So once I tell you what all the charges are and I can give you the codes and stuff like that, then you can probably contact the lawyer and go from there. They can help you out a little more. >> Before they took the man to jail, his wife was allowed to talk to him through the window. By the time they got to the jail house, the man seemed much more calm and seemed to be cooperating. That being said, he was still acting innocent. You want to take a seat? >> Put your hand in here. >> Well, that was the most violent thing I've seen in like two weeks. You want to put your your hand in here? >> You want to put your hand in here? I didn't do anything, >> man. Should just listen. >> What? What do I got to do, man? >> As the sergeant explained, the entire interaction should have been nothing more than a ticket. But thanks to the suspect's behavior, he was now being charged with resisting arrest, and his bond was set at $2,000. On the 1st of May 2024, an officer tried to pull a vehicle over for expired tags. The driver ignored the officer and kept on driving, but she then did something a whole lot worse. in North Orleans at Mcome Lake. I got a car just trying to flee from me. It just crashed out. Popping a UI here. What's going on back north on New Orleans to McClem couldn't get 28 tag into turning westbound on McC. At that point, the officer turned his sirens on and the chase was on. While it's hard to make out in the footage, the officer notified dispatch that she lost her right tire when she crashed. Still though, she kept on going past 50. It's like single single tattoo. She's driving pretty. She did crash out of New Orleans. She's lost her right tire actually right now. >> There's no traffic. Roadway's a little damp. I guess she just blew off that right tire. She's all over. She about to crash out here in a second. >> 1050. She just hit a telephone pole. >> The cop had a hunch that pretty soon she would crash the car due to that blown tire. However, he probably didn't expect the fireworks that came with it. Believing the suspect had jumped out of the vehicle and made a run for it, he pursued them on foot. >> HEY, SHERIFF'S OFFICE. BETTER STOP. >> YEAH. WHITE, BLACK, >> watch your Put your hands up now. >> Put your hands up. Come to me. >> I'm sorry. Sorry. Sorry. >> Put your hands up now. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. Three. Hold the air. I got one gun point. >> I'm sorry. Just north of my squad. >> I'm sorry. >> Hands up. >> I'm sorry. >> Hands up. >> I'm sorry. >> All the way up. Stop right there. Is anyone else in the car? >> No. >> Okay. What's your name? What's your name? >> Courtney. >> Courtney. Take a deep breath. Is that just a phone in your hand? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Are you okay? Are you hurt at all? >> Huh? >> Are you hurt? Keep your hands up. >> I'm sorry. >> Keep your hands up. >> I'm sorry. >> Step towards me. >> I'm sorry. I'm pregnant. I'm sorry. >> Step towards me. Start walking forward. >> I'm sorry. I'm pregnant. I'm sorry. Oh, it's my >> three to 10. She's cooperative right now. >> The suspect here, Courtney, was wincing in pain as she slowly approached. Having caught up with her, he let dispatch know where he was. What's really remarkable here is that she survived such a crash and made a run for it. But that wasn't even the half of it. >> I think my ankle broke. I think my ankle's broken. >> She is saying she's the only occupant. If you can roll an ambulance, too. She seems she got some injuries. >> Just stay right there. I'm sorry. >> Stay right there. You don't have enough time to light a thing up or what? >> I'm sorry. I I lit up. >> Okay, stop. >> I'm sorry. >> Just relax. Keep your hands up. >> I'm sorry. I'm pregnant. I'm sorry. >> Okay, drop your phone. >> Stay right there. >> We're going to get you some help. Okay. >> And there was no one else in the car with me. No. >> Just hold on. I'm going to hurt you. Just cover her up. >> I get my cup. >> I think my dropping. >> Okay. [laughter] I need you some help. >> I'm pregnant, too. >> It's funny how with all the pain she was going through, she kept that cigarette in her mouth, which she shouldn't have been smoking in the first place if she really was pregnant. Obviously, she had little regard for herself or the baby. And given the circumstances, the cops really weren't buying her story about that broken ankle. >> Do you have anything on it? >> No. >> Okay. [laughter] >> Why are you running? >> You going to war something? >> I don't want to scare me. [laughter] >> Okay, you ran pretty good. So, we're going to try and get you to walk back to the cars. Okay. >> I got you. You're okay. I think you're fine. >> I'm pregnant. I'm pregnant. >> We're not gonna grab both of those. One >> here. I'll guide. Let's go. Do this one. >> Ready? Grab your shoulder from behind. When they realized she wasn't faking it, they picked the woman up and carried her back to the squad car. They had to be cautious, however, because when she hit that telephone pole, she knocked down a bunch of power lines. >> Truck's upside down. >> Advisor rescue to use caution. We have light power wires down. >> Hey, Cranny. I pulled up this right here. Davidoid. >> No, I don't think they're >> I don't think they're in the roadway. They're just in that ditch here. >> Even though it is standard procedure, they didn't handcuff the woman behind her back. But it really didn't matter because with so many cops around her, there was no way she could escape. That being said though, they were all still wondering why she ran in the first place. >> Why you running? >> Scared me. >> I scared you. >> You scared the police or something? >> Hey Kyle, I got a breaching tool on my car. You need to get that open. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> You said you're uh pregnant. >> How many months? >> How long have you had the truck for? I wish. >> Hey, uh Courtney, how long have you had the char? >> Since at my house. >> Since what? >> It's not at my house. >> How many days have you had it? >> I just got to say you live at the house. >> Is there a reason you're running from us? >> No. >> Is there some in the car? >> No. >> Okay. >> No. My dad. >> No. My dad's place. I don't think they're good. >> Did you throw anything over here in the woods? We get the dog out. I'm in the family. >> Okay. So, what are you running for? >> I don't I believe they're not good. >> That's why you're That's That's a No way. >> The officer believed she was hurt, but he didn't believe the rest of the story. Whatever she was trying to hide, she paid for it dearly. She not only crashed her car and broke her ankle, but when she hit that pole, she got thrown out of her car. >> Did you give me a fake name? >> Oh, no. No. >> Crap. How old are you? >> 25. We're trying to figure out the best way to pick you up >> and she's pregnant. >> No, she took off. She jumped out running. [snorts] >> Did you get thrown from the car? >> Yeah. >> Oh, you did? She said she's saying she did get thrown. >> Girl, we're going to get you up. We're going to carry you again. All right. >> Looks like you got warmed. >> Is that why you're ran? >> No, I didn't really. >> Is it clear back there? >> Yeah. Did you get ejected from your car? >> She got ejected. >> She ran all the way back behind that trailer. >> She's going anywhere. As long as we'll follow. One of us will follow you to the hospital. >> Hey, I'm going to take these off, okay? Before we get in there, don't try anything. They got cameras in there. Don't try and hide anything. I think you got something. >> I understand. I'm just this is a courtesy, okay? >> The officer still suspected she might be hiding something, but he still took her handcuffs off. If she had had any drugs on her, she must have gotten rid of them along the way. They arrested the woman and she was later charged with fleeing and eluding. On the 14th of May, 2025 in New Mexico, the cops were dispatched to a nail salon. Reportedly, there was a woman there who had been drinking and she was passed out behind the wheel. When they arrived on scene, the officer spotted the vehicle parked out front with the engine still running. >> Hello. How are you? >> How are you? >> Okay, >> we got my name is Detective PD. >> Yes, sir. So, you got a complaint that you're here drinking and all that? >> Drinking? >> Yeah. >> No, I'm sleeping. >> You're sleeping? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Have you had anything to drink? >> No. No, sir. >> No. >> No. >> Okay. >> The woman in the car, Veronica, told the cops she wasn't sleeping, but had pulled over for a quick rest. And while she said she wasn't drinking, there was evidence inside that said otherwise. >> How much have you had to drink? Not. No. Nothing. >> Okay. What about that bottle down there at the bottom? >> No. That was it. >> That bottle down there by your feet. >> The milk. That's it. >> Right under your shoe. Your boot there. >> Yeah. >> Let's thus [music] Sorry, sir. >> You sure you haven't had anything to drink? >> No. The officers asked the woman to step out of the vehicle so they could continue their chat. She declined, however, saying she hadn't done anything wrong and therefore they had no right to make her step out. >> Is the car on or anything? >> The car's on. >> Oh, it says your brake lights on. >> Yeah, it's on. >> We are sitting here. >> Hi, ma'am. I barely got here. So, let me tell you what's going on. Okay, >> we want you to step out of the vehicle because for our safety, you are acting you're acting super nervous. You're moving around like crazy and you're underneath the blanket. So, I don't know what you have in your hands. I don't know what you have under the blanket. We need you to step out and we're going to talk to you further and make sure you're okay to drive. >> Yeah, I'm good. >> If you don't step out, you're going to go to jail. >> Okay, let's do it. >> That's what you want to do? >> I don't want to take you to jail, man. >> I know. I >> just Do you have Do you have Do you have pants on? >> Do you have pants on? >> Yes. Okay, then please step out. >> No, I'm staying out. >> Sleeping in your car drunk with the keys in the ignition is a pretty good way to get a DUI. The cops gave her a choice. They could do things the hard way or the easy way. Take a guess which one she chose. [music] >> Step out. >> Grab her blanket. Come on. >> No one out. >> I'm not pulling out. >> Ma'am, >> why? >> Because we're doing an investigation that we can get you out of the vehicle now. >> Even if you're sitting here, we have to make a determination whether you have been drinking or not. Okay. So, step on out. >> No, I'm not giving up. >> Why? >> Come on out. >> Step on out. >> Oh my god. [screaming] >> STOP. STOP. STOP. STOP. [screaming] STOP. >> Use your feet. >> Your feet. >> Use your feet. >> Use your feet. >> Stand down. [screaming] >> I just want to go back. I just want to go out. >> Well, that was completely pointless. She could have saved herself a lot of frustration by simply opening the car door and getting out right when they asked her to. All she really succeeded in doing was getting a few more charges. >> We'll do Phillips at the office if she ever settles down. She'll do her. >> Okay. >> Is it going to be yours? A couple places. >> They're walking on. You guys just take her. I'll take care of you. You need anything from inside the car? Your cell phone? Anything like that? >> We have Well, right now you're under risk for resisting, evading, or obstructing cuz you don't want to listen. Now, when we get to the office, we'll talk to you more, but it's Where are your shoes? Where can I get your shoes? >> Your shoes are working. They searched her vehicle and while they didn't find any open alcohol containers, the car rire of alcohol. To get to the bottom of things, the cops wanted to talk to the nail salon employees, but instead they ran into something better. >> Yes, sir. >> It is a [music] god by the grace of God that she came here and I came to get my nails done and it's my sister. >> Okay. >> Okay. But he needs help. >> Yeah. [music] >> She needs help. So I don't know. >> Yeah. >> But know that I'll take care of the car [music] if that's okay with you. >> Okay. just don't let her know I'm here. >> I just called >> and when they called I [music] just by like I said by the grace of God I had an hour appointment and I thought is that her problem that she was next door >> and I kept thinking and then when she [music] help >> yeah she has help. Yes, she's a 5150 >> with [music] without tried to help her and tried to help her and tried to help her. >> Said, "Do you think I'm going to try and rescue anymore?" >> Okay. >> But just that she doesn't know. >> Yeah. >> She has no clue. >> Yeah. >> I'll take care of the car. >> Okay. >> I'll talk to the other officer and see. >> Just [music] let him know. Yes. Don't let him know. I don't want her to know. She'll ask me to get her out and she needs to be she needs to do whatever you guys need to do. [music] >> Okay. All righty. No worries. >> It was really heartbreaking to hear. You could tell the woman's sister really cared about her, but she simply didn't know how to handle this. She mentioned that Veronica was freshly out on a 5150 hold. It's a provision in California law that allows for a person experiencing a mental health crisis to be detained for 72 hours for psychiatric evaluation. >> Okay. Right over here. >> Okay. Right in [music] here. >> Okay. >> Are you willing to take any of the tests that I have to offer? >> Okay. >> Such as >> So, one thing is just to make sure that you're not impaired. >> Okay. Are you willing to take those tests? >> Yes. Yes. >> Okay. Let me wait till another officer gets you and we'll test you. Okay. >> Okay. As of right now, it's just going to be a resisting charge for not stepping out of the vehicle when we asked you to. Okay. >> All right. >> Why? Yeah. I >> So, the main the main thing is we got a complaint that you were drinking. Okay. And then you were asleep in the car. >> So, >> well, what does that have to do with anything? >> Well, if you're drinking in a car and you're the vehicle's on, you can't be doing that. Okay. >> The vehicle wasn't on, though. It [music] It was on. >> No. Okay. All right. Just give me a bit. We'll be back with the testing. Okay. >> Thank you. >> Veronica was charged with resisting an officer and aggravated DWI. On the 23rd of August 2025, after attending the Pirate Viking Summer Festival, a woman left the area in her Jeep with her RV still attached. After tearing through the RV park, she got on the highway and continued driving erratically. When the cops caught up to her, she pulled over at a gas station. >> They just hit the gas pump with their awning on the camper. [clears throat] >> How we doing, ma'am? >> I just want to close. They scared me off. I just want to close my gate thing. I know that that happened. Please let me go home. >> How much have you had to drink out there? >> Nothing. >> Nothing. Cuz I can smell it coming off of you right now. >> Then the they didn't do their stuff right then. >> Okay. Do you have your you have your ID on you? >> If you let me fill up my gas tank and close my awning. I do. >> Ma'am, I need I need your ID now. This isn't You're not going to dictate how this goes. Okay, >> I'm fine. The driver insisted she was fine, but she appeared to be nervous and kept looking down on the ground. She was either avoiding eye contact or she didn't want to breathe towards the officer. She immediately started saying she was afraid because people had threatened her at the festival. At that point, the officer asked for her ID. >> I don't want to give it to you, sir. >> You You have to You This isn't a question. >> I'm fine. Can I close my awning and get gas? >> If you do not give me your ID, I'm going to arrest you. >> Okay. May I find it without thinking you're I have no weapons. >> I have been checked on that. >> Okay, go ahead. >> This is my house. I'm scared. >> Okay. >> Do you know I'm scared? >> Why? >> Cuz I've been abused by the ninth judicial district and I'm in the middle of a restitution lawsuit. >> Okay. Well, we're not there right now. This is Ed >> and I'll leave it parked here. >> So, >> and I can walk from here. I will give you my ID, but I didn't do anything wrong. I'm scared off of a property that I was parked at. >> Okay. Do you understand? I will give you my ID, >> but I'm tired of being abused by police and I do call the FBI often. I work for the Space Force. >> I have PTSD, diagnosed from Meridian Behavioral Health, and recently discharged and have been illegally detained for a while, about 6 weeks. Okay. >> So, where's your ID? >> I don't know. I'm trying to find it and you scare me. So, >> let's start off with that. May >> find out you're a woman. May I look for my stuff? I don't have guns. >> What is your name? >> Kylie. >> What are you What are you afraid of right now? you. >> The female officer tried to calm the suspect down, but Kylie didn't seem afraid. She just wanted to be left alone. The problem was she'd already made a mess. She was also getting so agitated that the cops barely had a chance to utter a single sentence, let alone explain things to her. >> Sarah, I didn't do anything wrong. >> Just stay back over here. Stay back. >> Please don't touch me. Please don't touch me. Please don't touch me. Please don't touch me. Please don't touch me. I want to look out. >> You want to be my No, I don't. I don't. I don't. I don't I don't I put my hands behind your back. >> I don't want to be detained. I'm about to piss myself. Please don't detain me. >> What is the problem? >> Stay in the I need my Lord's present now. Please God, don't hurt me. I'll stand here. >> Hey, stop touching me. Please stop touching me. Please stop. >> You're being handcuffed at this point because you're not cooperating. Do you understand that? >> Please stop touching me and cooperating. >> Do you understand that? >> Ma'am, >> do you have any weapons on you? >> No, ma'am. Nowhere in this vicinity. Not at all. >> Put you down to make sure you don't have any weapons. Okay. Why did you leave the festival? Because they illegally detain me. The pirate people security told me to run. Run from what? Them. I was enjoying the music. >> The officer would later discover that she wasn't just enjoying the music. But at that point, they had to take things step by step. First things first, they wanted to see if the woman was even aware the awning was open or if she knew about the damage she'd done to the gas station. Are you aware that you just damaged a gas pump? >> I didn't mean to. I was scared of them and I just told him I didn't mean to do that. How much have you had to drink today? >> Nothing. >> Kylie, stop. >> I'm Stop. I'm >> I'm scared and I'm shaking and I have complex PTSD disorder diagnosed and I need my lawyers and I'm illegally the same. >> Kylie, stop moving. Okay. >> I'm scared. I want to pee. >> Kylie, is it okay if I >> pee myself on purpose? >> Don't. Why would you do that? Cuz I'm scared of you and I'm scared and I want to be myself and I have to pee and they maybe not be able to pee. >> Kylie, can I look in here for your ID? >> No. >> No. You can look at the back of that discover card. >> That's not going to help me. Okay. >> That's my name. >> I need your information. >> You can't get my information. That's my legal civil New Mexican whistleblower protector act. Right. She was trying to postpone the inevitable, hoping that her wild PTSD story might make the officers let her go. However, they already found out that reportedly she'd assaulted a person at the festival, so they wanted to know more about that. >> What did you drink at the festival? >> Were you drinking beer? Me? >> Me? Sample. >> I don't want to wrap that up. >> Okay. >> One, two little baby ones. It was me. Okay, >> Kylie, we were told that while you were at the festival, you threw a bottle at one of the performances. >> I didn't do that. >> They were my friends and I was celebrating with them. I didn't do that. My my Eastern New Mexico flag is still there and I dumped change on their porch. Their porch being the stage and I didn't throw a bottle. >> You are going to be officially trespassed from there. You're not >> I never want to go back. >> Okay. You're not to go back there again. >> That's great. >> Okay. Okay. The New Mexico Rival Life Reserve of Eastern New Mexico doesn't want me to be there. That's fine. >> I understand. Thank you. >> I'm going to ask you again. How much have you had to drink today? >> Nothing. >> Well, you just told me something different, Kylie. >> The metery from Carl. >> Not serving correctly. >> The female officer wasted no time at all and Miranda the woman while the woman kept talking over her the entire time. When asked if she understood her rights, she said yes, but then said she'd plead the fifth, meaning she wanted to stay silent. However, staying silent was not her strong suit. >> I need an emergency phone call now. >> You're going to be going to jail for disorderly conduct. >> I think that's inaccurate and illegally detained. Still, I paid my right to be there and I want to leave and I want to walk. >> You're not going anywhere. >> I want to walk away and you have all my stuff >> and my IDs and my phone and they keep taking it. Don't drag me. Don't drag me. I'll don't drag me. I still need to pee and I might piss myself. >> I'm not kidding. >> Okay. >> Excuse me. May I go in swiftly? I will. I have disabilities. My knee hurts and my kids. >> I'm not I'm not pushing you. I'm helping you in >> I'm going to make sure illegally. >> I'm not I'm making sure your head is not going to touch the >> He's still touching me illegally still right now. Don't touch me. >> Having secured the woman, the cops reported to their supervisor and explained what had happened. As for Kylie, she was obviously headed to jail. The question was just how many charges would she face. >> Did you guys see any liquor in the vehicle? >> I haven't looked because she kept trying to walk away from me. >> Plain view. I mean, >> turn around and I'll get the hair out of your face real quick. But I'm going to explain something. >> Don't do it heart. >> I'm going to explain something to you. Okay. >> Okay. It's still in my face. Please get my baby hairs out of my face. It tickles. It really tickles and it hurts. I have lupus and probably >> Okay. Can you put my hat on better? >> Listen to me. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> I'm going to take the handcuffs off. You're going to be transported by medical. >> If this is what you do to me after all this Listen to me. We're not done. You are being trespassed from the Wildlife West Zoo Park. You cannot go back. >> That's fun info. >> Okay. Okay. You are also being charged with disorderly conduct. >> Final. If I get a statement from the employees at the park that you did indeed throw a bottle at a performer, you will also be charged with aggravated assault. >> Okay. >> Okay. And you are also going to be charged with criminal damage to property. >> I'll pay for that right now, but you didn't let me. >> After paramedics took her to the hospital, the cops headed back to the festival to find potential witnesses. >> Hi. Are you part of the band? >> Oh, you part of the band? >> Are you part of the band? >> No, I am running sound with Christian. Who is part of the band? >> Um, so these people >> Okay. The two on the side. >> I'm just need to talk to him about an incident that happened earlier. >> An incident that happened earlier. >> Saw the the bottle throwing. >> Yeah. >> Hey, you saw the girl throw the water bottle. >> Yes, I did. >> She saw one. Okay. >> I saw I'm the one that talked to security. >> Okay. So, can you tell me? Well, let's just wait real quick while she gets this information and then >> Yeah. Yeah. >> That way you're not repeating yourself. No, no problem. Because we also had a crazy lady last night at our campsite. We're wondering if it's the same one. She threw an empty water bottle at the drummer, Chris. And then she ran up the >> Chris the drummer >> right there. >> Okay. >> And then she ran up the ramp and I saw her trying to like try to get on stage and I was like, "Uhuh." After she threw the water bottle, I looked at my husband. I said, "I'll be back." >> How did she throw the water bottle? >> She just kind of like tossed it. It wasn't like a hard throw, but she chucked it and she yelled something at Chris. I couldn't hear what she was saying. Like nothing she was saying made any sense. >> The woman's conduct during the traffic stop matched up with what the witnesses said to a tea. Because she only threw an empty bottle, she wasn't charged with assault, only reckless driving and disorderly conduct. That being said, she didn't show up for her arraignment, so a bench warrant was issued for her arrest. As far as today's episode, that's a wrap.
