I'm I'm I'm curious why you're like why are you asking about our dating oh well it's uh the only the only issue is that that's my wife you just called the cops on you you're a cop you're and authorities say the victim was to be her own husband do you ever think about being a police officer and if so do you take into account all the possible scenarios that might happen to you in the line of duty yeah you might get shot at or you might get into a fight that's dangerous but also kind of exciting right but what if you get into a situation where you have to arrest someone you know and love like your wife that seems like playing a game you can't possibly win if you do your job your wife goes to jail if you let her go you risk losing your job so what do you do Hot Shot what do you do before you start pondering upon that question let's see how some police officers handled that situation just a normal September Day At A busy Crossroads wait what's that car doing stopping in the middle of the road what what's going on wo wao whoo Jesus this is crazy another driver thought the same and called the cops let's try to get to the bottom of this here's the footage from a deputy sheriff who started filming a little after Hobs PD arrived on the scene all right so uh we got a call for 47 uh it was a black SUV with that license plate number so the vehicle was uh she's pring me hell uh vehicle is uh parked right here okay so I parked down there by the Key Energy to try to see the vehicle pull out so I can get observations of the vehicle cuz we had a caller that didn't want contact so um at that time our uh somebody said that it may be a conflict for us and then at that time my mod pulled up next to her and the mod pulled up next her uh she took off driving uh went uh southbound and then kind of hit the curb real hard almost heading that fence and then a mod blocked her in and then that's when I pulled up next to her if there was ever any doubt there's no doubt now this driver is obviously intoxicated or somehow impaired because this type of driving is very dangerous and puts all the other vehicles on the road as well as pedestrians in Jeopardy but then something even stranger happens as the officer pulls up to the scene he hears this get this mother out of my car one step out get out dispatch can we get ETA on County that's right step out of the car 18 97 almost struck the fence Des step out of the car huh well my name is officer solom with the house Police Department Okay the reason I'm making contact with you is cuz we got a call in that you're intoxicated driving okay obviously when I saw you you just drove onto a curb and I'm going struck a fence okay so I'm going to need you to step out okay did you take the keys out you can stay in the car just give me your key fob where's the key fob girl you have it on you there it [Music] is oh man really you you're not getting any any because who you know it don't matter okay you know it's against against the law to be driving Under the Influence correct okay you do know that right so I don't know why you think you're above the law because of who you're dating okay so is is this starting to make sense now let me explain the officer who said it was his car was Sergeant Ahmad white of Hobs PD who can be seen in this picture receiving a coin and certificate for 10 years of dedicated service the SUV really was registered to him and driving it was White's girlfriend Desiree Ortega age 30 in fact Sergeant white was the mod that first pulled over next to the suspect this was a potential conflict of interest and that was the reason the officers caught in the sheriff but it wasn't just White's girlfriend and his car that were involved their infant child was in the back seat the moment the sheriff's deputies arrived Sergeant white took the baby out of the vehicle he also informed desire's mother the child's grandmother to come as fast as she could we can see her in the following footage holding the baby I'm sorry you're right I'm sorry I mean I just I don't know her issue I'm so embarrassed I don't I tried was the child inside the car you grabbed the car you grabbed the kid yeah I watched him get the kid out of the car yeah I did cuz I was pulling get the child's information yeah are you I guess your mom grandma Grandma I had no clue I saw it on the way and I called Sergeant no he was doing it what he was supposed to do she started rolling and I didn't want to no I know I called Sergeant on the way over here did you notice how the officer wearing the body cam was breathing heavily well there's a good reason for it because she just arrested Desiree and Desiree did not go down without a fight so not only did she drive while under the influence of alcohol jeopardizing the life of an infant and everyone around her but she also had the nerve to resist arrest seeing that she was on the heavier side the officers had trouble getting her out of the car you going to get out of the car going to have to pull you out okay CU we're not playing a game like you did with the other officers okay are you going to get out of the car what game are you playing I'm not playing any game with you are you going to get out of the car yes or no no okay I out on garage oh really yeah really really oh what the F you're going to listen you don't get any favors because who you're dating you understand that don't resist only stop I can call all your stop no yeah stop you already messed up stop man we're 15 one time you're not wrong stop you're wrong stop coming from 1300 Block West like most Kens this one resorts to crying at one point but that's not going to help her at this point before she's taken to Jail the Hobs PD Officers explain everything once again to the Sheriff's detailing the potential conflict of interest this is Officer Solomon the one from the beginning of the video who explains why he had to physically remove Desiree from the vehicle he also explains how she resisted and scratched him which will come back to bite her in the behind later because by the time this is over the number of charges against her will just keep climbing so she was you were telling her get out yeah you're going to get out of the car she's like no I'm not getting out and then that's that's when I grabbed her uh left arm then I pulled it she kind of buckled to her legs or like to her knees I picked her up and then I think that at that time she started putting her nails in my in my fingers and my I don't need ambulance no I'll just take pictures of those imagine if officer Solomon wanted an ambulance for a few scratches that would be hilarious but minor injury or not it is assault Deputy Sanchez who's been taking all the notes then checks in on Desiree who's caught in a not so flattering position well that depends on your preferences I guess she denies needing medical assistance and does not want to do a sobriety test and as she's transferred to another vehicle Desiree has some Choice words for Deputy Sanchez moderate told me he subordinate ready you hey no you to get hold me I don't know why he would say that go ahead and he you as a subordinate okay let's go go ahead and get up get no get on don't go ahead and get up get no am said he you as goad he told me go ahead and get up no Jasmine he told me he you get up get up or you're going to go get up you're going to catch more charges get up get up no I don't get up get you know what get up get in there watch your step it just watch your step get in there I'm asking you to get in there please all right all right help me as my okay case against y'all ready he told me he get up Jasmine get no he told me get up get in there he told get up I will you will not get in there that's enough St that's enough now knock it off I'm not going to tell you again you're going to knock it off you're not going to come out here and kick one of my deputies thank you are you going to stop are you going to stop you for the evidence are you going to now stop get up no thank you set up thank you get up no thank you for the evidence no don't you get up get the female Deputy confirmed that Desiree kicked her and continued kicking and they agreed she'll be charged with battery as well Desiree Ortega was eventually taken to jail and she continued resisting all the way there once there she realizes what's happening and then it's time for for some tears her alcohol test showed a score of 36 Pac which is 4.5 times over the legal limit the tear continued to flow so I guess the male Sheriff was right when he said she'd be getting some more charges it's exactly what happened as she was charged with abuse of a child a third degree felony two counts of battery on a peace officer both fourth degree felonies aggravated DUI three counts of resisting evading obstructing an officer reckless driving open container driving on roadways Lane for traffic and detox all misdemeanors Sergeant White had issues with his wife driving their child while drunk but this next officer had a much different ordeal to go through when he pulled up a random vehicle he never imagined who he was going to see in the passenger seat but the way he reacted is even better excuse me you do doing all right you understand why I put you over today not not totally sure well this is interesting what license and registration what going on yeah Anders there is that all looks up today uh you know I think I I think I smell some paraphernalia why don't I have you both step out of the vehicle for me real quick yeah come on step out please keep your hands where I can see them you too ma'am step out of the vehicle ma'am that's funny considering the woman in the passenger seat is his own wife imagine how he must have felt here he is on the job providing for his family and his wife is sneaking around with some kid I have to hand it to this cop he kept it cool and didn't escalate the situation I don't know if I could have done the same okay he gave the kid a scare probably but nothing really out of line yeah keep your hand right there where I can see yeah yeah all right so look at me yeah me guys you uh doing anything out here that you shouldn't be doing follow my finger no I mean I had a I had a glass of wi with din hands out to the side and bring your finger to the tip of your nose slowly back out one more time same hand now other hand exact same time mhm okay do you know this woman how do you know this woman um huh huh this your your first time out with her oh really yeah really I'm I'm I'm curious why you're like why are you asking about our dating oh well it's uh the only the only issue is that that's my wife pardon me this part just cracks me up notice that the poor po Tinder guy is still keeping his hands up since the cop first started to Frisk him and the moment the cop says my wife I can imagine all the blood draining from this guy's face and his stomach sinking down to his feet it must have felt like a death sentence lucky for him this officer's really cool and keeps his wits about him through this entire ordeal and not only that but he's about to pardon the poor guy pardon me yeah yeah you are pardon I I will pardon you uh because I'm not I I literally it's not on you she single that's not on you you're not the one that made a Tinder profile while you were married uh so hey can I can I put my hands down you know why don't you put your hands down why don't you uh grab her stuff out of the car and you can actually leave you go ahead yeah yeah hop in hop in over here yeah the driver side keep your hands on the vehicle ma'am this guy is the coolest cop ever if more cops were as funny and cool as this guy it'd be a better world don't you think but let's see how this all plays out yeah uh yeah yeah give me her stuff everything everything that's hers in there okay yeah I don't you give me that phone yep just right there yep her phone good can I can I sit down uh yeah you go ahead actually uh ma'am step away from the vehicle keep your hands up excellent and uh you have a good one sir have a good one head on out sorry officer yes you are y yep uh-huh have a good day so did you really just I think you there's nothing for you to say you're going to just stay here you should call your mom and have her get the rest of the things from my place tonight okay Ser yeah this was not how I was expecting my workday to go and all he goes I said it once and I'll say it again coolest cop ever I think most people would lose it completely in this situation myself included I would have probably arrested them both on some trumped up charges and gone home and sulked nah just kidding but still this cop should get a medal or something speaking of spouses who cheat on officers of the law not all cops managed to take it lightly the following incident happened on November 12th 2017 in Albuquerque officers responded to a report of two men fighting in a dog park little did they know that the as silent in the incident was none other than one of their own officer Josh mlei who who showed up my husband okay what's your husband's name Josh M huh Josh M Josh is in APD Josh but let's start at the beginning this officer responded to the call and he first approached the man who was involved in the actual fight first he asked the man if he needed any medical assistance and then proceeded to talk to him about the incident we can also hear him explain the situation to dispatch over the radio and ask for EMS or Emergency Medical Services just in case the victim might have a concussion or other issues he's not aware of at the moment so what happened uh someone ran down the hill I was sitting here exercising just 30-year-old male uh multiple blows to the Head uh swelling on the side of the face he is conscious and breathing just came down and jumped to me and started hitting me in the head do you know him yeah okay and from what I understand this is his wife yeah yeah okay so you had any beef with him any issues uh there's been an ongoing issue nothing physical until now okay you want to press charges no no okay well we're going to have EMS unless well I mean you're you're pretty red and you got a lot of bumps and bruises around your head and I think he took my car key cuz I don't it was in my pocket and I don't know where the hell it is even after talking some more about the missing fob key the officer asked the man to go to the car and continues the interrogation by now it's clear that this man was probably messing with someone else's wife and the husband assaulted him but the officer still doesn't know that the husband is this guy officer Josh mlei as it turns out mlei has been aware or at least suspicious of his wife's extracurricular activities for some time and he wasn't taking it all too well 3 months prior to this incident he got into an argument with her then got drunk and started driving court documents say the officer had a cocktail before he crashed his car into the median here on Wyoming near Constitution but instead of reporting the accident he left and went home home this is 28-year-old Joshua Mali he's been an Albuquerque police officer since 2010 but tonight he's on the other side of the law charged with DWI and leaving the scene of an accident fact of the matter is the law applies to everybody according to court documents filed by an Albuquerque police officer officer mlei left his home after a fight with his wife M's neighbor decided a car sister Serve and Protect who's he serving and who's he protecting Albuquerque Police says Mali is now on paid leave we take these allegations these types of arrest extremely serious and this type of behavior is not tolerated it seems that the entire world was against Mei from his wife to his neighbor to his boss obviously the man has some anger issues but who could blame him in his defense his citation from the knight in question shows that his blood alcohol level was between 8 and9 and8 is the limit so it wasn't like he was drunk out of his mind there was no claim that he was violent towards his wife at all and he later claimed that his problems all stemmed from her infidelity let's get back to her and her supposed boyfriend they're both taken to the police vehicles where the officer tries to test if the man is completely okay mentally by asking him some basic questions you know what day the we could have sh uh Sunday you know what month we're in November what year is it 2017 who's president trp how many quarters in a dollar okay you have any medical issues allergic to anything did you lose Consciousness to talk did he just use his hands feet I think just his hands yeah okay at that point another police vehicle passes by and the officer behind the wheel checks if he needs to help out in the situation the two officers engage in a mildly funny clandestine conversation that actually confirms several things notice how he lowers his voice when he mentions the woman good buddy yeah he's not here and he doesn't want to press charges anyway it's an ongoing issue it's just never been violent now it's violent all right and I think it may be cuz the the chickets over here is the wife of the other dude of the suspect oh so it might be uh you're sleeping with my wife but he was over here working out and the guy just came down the hill and beat the crap out of him so all right I'm going head over to RNs okay so basically the officer confirmed that Shawn will not be pressing charges and that it's probably a case of infidelity that caused this situation but he also confirmed that up until that point there was no violence from officer mki however it's now become violent and the officer informed Shawn that this situation might be more dangerous than it seems at this moment um What charges I never been in one fight in my entire life never hit so if you feel like this is an ongoing thing and it's just escalated to this nine times out of 10 I can't even say that sometimes it'll escalate even worse like he may put you in the hospital or Worse he's not right in the head so what I'm going to do is I'm going to have a chat with her and and find out the situation what's going on so so once EMS gets here we'll have another chat hm it's easy to say that someone is not right in the head when you're not in their shoes officer Miki did a horrible thing and no violence is ever Justified but I do feel sorry for him in this situation the officer approaches his wife and that's when he realizes who the ass silent is Josh is in APD Josh David 685 PD you have a supervisor respond out here please negative code so things just became more complicated since the asylon is a cop this changes things because police obviously have procedures set in place like doing an internal investigation the officer catches up to the couple who've been strolling in the park and he consults the victim once again and explains what will happen next so I'll ask you again Sean do you want to press charges I mean it's totally up to you if you don't feel safe if you feel like this is going to progress onto something it's going to get written up anyway and what does that mean um there's going to be a report made and it's going to go I take it you know who husband is yeah so it's going to go up through the department too right yeah it's going going to go up through the department and it's going to go to Internal Affairs because he still is an employee but if you don't feel safe I mean even after this if something else happens call us back um I'm going to give you a case in a cad number and you can reference it off off of that but the decision is totally yours lucky for us the officer keeps chatting with the victim and that's how we're able to learn more details about the affair it turns out that these two have been canoodling for some time now and although officer mlei had suspicions he didn't have proof the night he had the accident while DWI he was apparently looking for Shawn guess that's what she told me cuz she called me frantic on the phone saying he just left drunk in a car and he's looking for you I'm like great I wasn't living at the place I'm living now somewhere else but U okay cuz we've been having an affair for months now and u he knows about it and she just lies to him that it's not happening and it's still happening she won't leave him cuz she's scared but I'm just a nice guy okay sure well hate to break it to you Sean but you're not a nice guy if you keep messing with another man's wife you know he knows he already came looking for you before and you still kept messing with her again and again that's not what a nice guy does the officer does is due diligence and in instru sha that it might be wise to get a restraining order for Mei that might provide him with more options in case this situation continues to escalate further and even though Stephanie told Shawn she was afraid of her husband that sounds sketchy to me the officer talks to her again and she doesn't seem afraid at all and even laughs when she says she'll probably be staying with her mom for a while if she was afraid of her husband she would at least be shaken up wouldn't she so let me know in the comments if you feel sorry at all for officer Miki and the situation he's in or if you think he's a violent Tyrant that needs to go to jail love is tricky for cops sometimes they have to arrest their spouses other times they assault the person they're cheating with and sometimes they even resort to murder so let's step it up a notch and this time we do it with a Twist because not all as silence are men and not all assaults happen in the dog park our next case is extremely controversial and documentaries have already been made about it it revolves around a female officer named Valerie chinell she was a cop accused of masterminding a murder For Hire plot and authorities say the victim was to be her own husband now in an inside edition exclusive he's speaking with Steven Fabian about what it was like to Stage his own death to bring his wife to Justice Valerie was a young and attractive police officer even though she was married to Isaiah carvalo Jr she had a boyfriend on the side his name is John daruba and he's 20 years her senior daruba got got smitten with the young woman and they started a whirlwind romance but this Whirlwind was about to turn into a hurricane when she asked him to kill her husband she came by in the patrol car and as she came by with the patrol car she slowed down said hello and I said hello to her and we started chitchatting and um then I was joking around I said are you're single she says no I'm not single and then her partner leaned over and he says uh well she's not happily married so that's how I ended up talking to Valerie did you tell her you loved her yes and did she say back yeah sometimes she said it back sometimes she put it on text you know all the stuff that she Lov me she wanted to be with me let's have a future together you know soon as I get divorced everything will be okay so I'm I'm saying to myself wow this is great but it wasn't going to be great because not only did Valerie ask him to kill her husband but she also asked him to kill his own 12-year-old daughter because she wanted him all to herself this was the needle that broke the campell's back and daruba went straight to the FBI she said to me Court's coming up in another month and a half he he's got it G I said where's he going the her husband her husband he's got to go got to go meaning like said where's he going down the road or got to go 12T under he's got to go you know he can't be around no more maybe you know somebody could do do you a favor and get rid of him I can only imagine what the husband must have felt like this was his wife of 5 years and they had a son together and even though they were in the midst of a messy divorce in 2019 just imagine what it felt like when he was told that she'd hired a man she'd been sleeping with to kill you how can anyone cope with that I thought I was marrying somebody who protected and served for a live for a living somebody who was you know a cop an outstanding Citizen and instead I got a crazed lunatic did you really think she was going to get away with this I I really believe she did cuzz she went through with it the scheme was crazy but what's even more crazy is that she wanted John to get rid of his own daughter while she would keep the two children she had with her husband how did she even think he would agree to something like that you know the more we get into this the more it seems like Valerie was really out of touch with reality what gets really crazy here is that you say that she didn't just want her husband dead she wanted your daughter dead correct you started with this crazy idea she was like you know what if if if your daughter was dead too we would have our family together Z would be gone your daughter be gone we would be together and be happy with my two children so I'm saying to myself she your daughter I said she's like losing her Rocka now like I don't I don't understand what you know you're talking about my daughter in the case of her husband dying Valerie would get full custody of the kids she'd get his pension and the house and if John's daughter was gone she'd have him all to to herself so he turned to the FBI and wore a wire for a few months allowing Valerie to incriminate herself on multiple occasions but the FBI had another trick up their sleeves together they staged a realistic crime scene the FBI told me to sit in the car and they took glass and they put it all over on the floor here rolled down my window put glass all over me inside of the car and told me to hunch over into the passenger seat was that Eerie to stay your own death it haunts me every day the fake photo was shown to his wife as proof of death well you don't have to worry about your court papers now cincinelli believed her husband had been killed her boyfriend secretly recorded what happened next as she tried to cover her tracks delete my text you're not keeping anything on this phone FBI agents came from everywhere back doors front doors W bulletproof fast helmets machine guns it it's just like in a movie not surprisingly Valerie has made maintained her innocence and said she never thought John would go through with it and that she never wanted anyone dead she was charged with two counts of murder For Hire however the charges would be dropped when she entered a plea deal and confessed to obstruction of justice for trying to destroy evidence in the case in the end she was sentenced to Just 4 years in prison apparently johon was not a credible witness and we end with something even weirder than a female cop hiring someone to kill her husband this weirdo faked medical reports that classified his ex-girlfriend as suicidal and even had her committed to an institution but not before he physically assaulted her and wrestled with her on the ground he even asked an acquaintance to record the interaction what is wrong with you you need help I don't need help need to get away from you no no this isn't normal I don't care what anybody says can I please stand up okay I'm not going to any jail I didn't do anything wrong not going anywhere absolutely not what is wrong with you would you do this would you I thought okay please let me go you just called the cops on me you're a cop you're a what the is wrong with you 37 years of my life this never happened to me ever 4 months after meeting you i' get tackled that's real just great I didn't do anything I didn't do anything this is the man in question 37-year-old Pennsylvania state trooper Ronald Keith Davis even though he was married and had a family prior to this incident he'd been seeing Michelle perov for 4 months she would later say that he was controlling and that he often threatened her saying stuff like I know you're not crazy I'll paint you as crazy and so he did he submitted alleged text from Michelle to the Dolphin County Crisis Intervention in the text she allegedly called herself a piece of [ __ ] and mentioned Dying by driving off a cliff so Davis asserted she was depressed and suicidal which allowed him to get approval for involuntary mental health commitment that's when he tracked her down and tackled her to the ground what the [ __ ] are you doing I don't need help I just need to get away from you that's the problem I mean I don't know why you don't like when your truth I just tell it back to you like I don't know why you don't like that but that's this is unacceptable Behavior totally unacceptable what the f like come on dude what is wrong with you who does that you don't give a sh about anything except yourself and if this is caring you have a very delusional way of expressing it get off of me I didn't do anything I didn't do anything wrong except disagree with you and that was the root cause of this incident these two had a domestic dispute and this will be very important later on because the text Michelle was sending was taken out of context once the texts were reviewed by other doctors they concluded that it was just a minor domestic dispute and that there were no signs of suicidal or homicidal thoughts whatsoever meaning the involuntary mental health commitment was false but Michelle's ordeal wasn't over and it's striking to see her being manhandled for lack of a better word please stop get me into like I treat like a human being please can you do that can I stand here and put my things together you can watch me all you want you can watch me all you want that's not fair and I didn't do anything wrong to get away from you I don't understand and I can't relax you just called the Gods on me for existing I didn't like your truth Jesus dude come on what the what why are you trading me like I'm a criminal I didn't do anything I can't just want to be able to stand back find out where they are I just wouldn't be able to stand this isn't fair I I'll talk I didn't do anything wrong the guy filming then calls the cops and claims she's resisting urging them to come quick all this time officer Davis keeps tackling the poor woman and she starts crying repeating how she didn't do anything wrong eventually she was committed to a hospital where she was kept for 5 days until the doctors determined she was not a suicidal person as a result of the interaction with Davis she had bruising on her forehead torso buttocks forearm knee and and lower leg a month after the incident Davis was arrested he was charged with felony strangulation unlawful restraint false imprisonment simple assault recklessly endangering another person and official oppression do you think he deserves to go to prison for this wow those were some insane Clips we saw today and they just show how crazy the world of law enforcement can be yeah they are people with authority but at the end of the day they're just people and sometimes they're just as crazy as the rest of us keep a watchful eye for the next video we'll see you then
