down talking to you. >> You walk up on me, brother, you're going to regret it right now. >> What are you going to do? Strike me down. Strike me down. >> Strike me down. >> Not if you're disturbing other people. >> Up right now. >> You got blood on your hand. You might want to wipe it off. You don't know what I have. My HIV. It is on your face. >> Okay. >> Right there on your face. You bust the hands. >> Do you want an ambulance? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Wash your grab your stuff. Go. It's all you have to do. Grab your stuff and go. >> Grab your stuff and go go away. >> Anger, of course, is a perfectly natural emotion. But when it spirals out of control, that's when the cops get involved. But no tantrum whatsoever can intimidate law enforcement when a man with uncontrolled rage meets a nononsense cop. Unprofessional conduct creates civil disobedience. All this police immunity, all this bull. >> On the 24th of February, 2026, Nathan Davis decided to visit the local sheriff's office. He was furious about the way the deputies had treated him during an earlier traffic stop, and he wanted to get some justice. The moment he stepped inside the place, he burst into anger and refused to leave, which prompted Lieutenant Moss to intervene. >> Get out of here. I'm not talking to you. GET OUT OF HERE. GET OUT OF HERE. GET OUT OF HERE. HEY, I'm Lieutenant Moss. Will you come over here and talk with me? >> What's going on, mate? >> No, I'm not getting in complant space. >> No, you're fine, man. I just want to talk with you. Figure out what's going on. You see my body camera roll. Okay, so we're talking. >> So, what's going on today? >> A police officer who didn't make 300 ft signals. That's a crime, right? >> Cuz I got pulled over multiple times for that. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, I was following him. I was recording him. >> Okay. He pulls over in the middle of a roadway. I stop because if I go around him, he's going to pull me over. Correct. >> Not a >> Okay, whatever. >> He He gets eight police officers to pull up on me and intimidate me. They pull me out the car. They handcuff me. They push me up against the car and they reach into all my pockets trying to find my wallet. Can't find my wallets in my pocket. He was so angry about what had happened to him that he was barely able to catch his breath. According to Nathan, the cops had overstepped their authority and exerted way too much force. The lieutenant let him vent for a while, hoping the man might calm down. Sadly though, he was just getting started. Screamed, cuss, pushed me, always farted, almost punched me, put his finger on a taser to intimidate me. Okay. >> So, I I wasn't out there, man. So, I >> Yeah, I know you weren't out there. Unprofessional conduct. >> Okay. >> Impeachable conduct. >> Okay. >> First of all, how would if a citizen did that to a police officer, would they get shot? Would they get jail time? >> So, so all this all thising police immunity, all thising bull you guys have is ridiculous. >> It's Nathan, right? I want him to leave. >> Okay, step in there. Seth, dude. >> So, I I guess my question is, Nathan, I've never met you, man. I don't know. I don't know who you are. >> I'm manic >> and I'm I'm I'm pissed off. You know why? Cuz I move your police officers. Your sheriff told me to leave this town if I don't like the police discrimination. You know what happened? I did. You know what happens? I come back today to show a house and you people pull me the over cuz I'm following a police officer. >> Based on the man's body language and how he was pacing around, clinching his fist, and waving his hands in a threatening manner, most likely he was having a manic episode. He was also under the impression that the lieutenant was more interested in protecting his colleagues than getting Nathan the justice he deserved. >> Then you hide behind their foyers. No, I'm not saying >> what needs to happen is they need to be in prison >> right now. >> And here's the thing, man. If they're if they're committing criminal offenses, there's a way to go about that. You file a citizen's >> complaint. Give it to me. >> Okay. Let me give it >> Godamn. What's with the attitude? >> You're getting met with what you're given. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> You're a public servant. >> You're not going to come in and treat my civilian staff that >> they're civilians. They're in the They're in the same place you are. Okay, fill that out and get it back to me. >> Pen. >> Time to go. >> Pen pen, dude. You're not filling it out. Time to go. You can do that and bring it back. Time to go. >> What's your problem, dude? >> I'm telling you to leave the lobby. Go. >> Why? >> Because you're causing an issue. >> Causing an issue. Your police officer's causing issue yet. You don't get the same response to them. >> Oh, this mother. >> And I'm telling you, >> you [ __ ] carry on. [laughter] >> I'm telling you how to go about fixing that. Lieutenant Moss gave him all the courtesy he could, but after realizing the man wasn't going to calm down, he decided to remove him from the property to avoid any more disturbance. Even though Nathan wasn't interested in filling forms out, he decided to do it anyway and even promised to calm down. >> You're not going to complete it right here the way you're acting. Take it. >> There's pins right there. >> You can take it with you. I don't care, man. You're not going to sit in here and yell at everybody. But your sergeant can sit and yell at me. >> You're probably getting met with how you're acting with him. >> It doesn't matter. I pay your salary. >> Okay, time to go. >> No, >> you're time. You're time to go, dude. I'm giving you the option of walking out or we're going to go. >> Don't touch me, pig. >> You're tiptoeing and getting some charges. >> YOU PUSHED ME. YOU PUSHED MY ARM. YOU PUSHED MY ARM. >> You think you're bigger today, you know? >> Walk, dude. I'm giving you the opportunity to go. >> Wait till I Wait till I get what I want. >> How How is this reported? >> What's that? >> How is this reported? >> You're going to follow through administrative office and there will be an investigation done on it. >> How reported? >> In person. >> Christ. Despite being asked to leave, he decided to stick around a bit and fill the form out on the spot, refusing to back down. As he was escorted outside, he was followed by multiple deputies who quietly observed the man as things continue to escalate. >> Complaint address. What is the address? >> You you you've made multiple complaints today. Do you want it from the time that you created an issue with my deputy or do you want it from right here? >> What is the address? >> The address of what? >> This place right here. >> Here. Yes. >> This is 104 West Front Street. >> Everybody's name and bag number. >> Well, which one are we talking about? >> You. All of them. Every single one of everybody. Everybody who I've seen today. >> With seven cops on standby already, it was clear they were ready for the possibility that things could get physical at any moment. But clearly, Nathan wasn't afraid of them. >> Like I said, you're not giving me time to do a full-blown investigation on this. I'm Lieutenant Moss. Put that down. You think they give me time to do a full-blowning testament of what the happens to me when they pull me over and take me out the car and put me in handcuffs? >> I'm trying to freaking help you, man. >> No, you're not. >> I'm asking these guys who was out there. Was it you on the >> Okay. Hey, get the out of here. I told you once already. I don't want to see your face. >> What's his name and badge number? Badge number? I know his name. What's his badge number? >> I don't know it off the top of my head. >> Why is your [ __ ] badge number? took [ __ ] 15 tries. Thug, how old are you? >> That's irrelevant. >> It's not irrelevant. How old are you? >> HOW OLD ARE YOU? >> Walk away from me right now. >> What are you going to do, >> Nathan? Fill your paperwork. >> Murder me. Old blood. >> Doug. >> After lashing out some more, he finally calmed down enough to fill the form out. By that point, he seemed to have gotten the anger out of his system, and all he had to do was submit the form and walk away free. Instead, though, he decided to give them a lecture. >> Unprofessional conduct creates civil disobedience. If you want to treat this town like a slavehip, do it and not the 21st century. >> Oh, you're talking to me? >> Yeah, I'm talking to you. >> Yeah, I'm talking to you. You walk up on me, brother, you're going to regret it. I'll tell you right now. Strike me down. STRIKE ME DOWN. >> STRIKE ME DOWN. >> LISTEN TO ME. If you want to file this, you need to complete it. Put your name signature. >> I'm not signing it. >> Okay. >> You guys aren't having my slave name. >> Okay. Well, this is this is going to get back. >> Get out of my way. >> Nathan, >> he can stand wherever he wants. >> No, he can't. >> No, he can't. >> Nathan, >> don't touch me. Then step back. >> Quit approaching us in an aggressive manner. Nathan, >> can you wonder why you got put up? >> You wonder why? >> Time to go, dude. >> After ceremoniously giving the papers to Lieutenant Moss, unfortunately, he decided to berate the cops some more. The deputies warned the man that if he didn't calm down and leave the place, they were going to trespass him from the property. >> THE CRIMINAL TRESPASS ME. Then I need a citation. >> It's a verbal trespass. He's still he's he's giving you the first step in >> So when I need the sheriff's office, what am I supposed to do? >> If you're here for an official business, that's fine. You can't just show up and act like this. >> This is ridiculous. He forced me here. >> We got a piece of paper for him if you want it. Okay. >> You give me one minute. We'll get >> you th >> Let's go. >> I'll get your paper. >> Yeah. What you going to do, you can't do nothing. >> You're just a little crony. You stupid fat. What's he going to do except harass me and threaten me? >> Don't touch me. Don't go. There's no reason I told you to leave. He told you to leave. >> What are you doing over there? >> Quit. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I got him. >> Grab his feet. >> As soon as they put the handcuffs on him, his demeanor instantly [music] changed. The very same man who was just threatening and berating the cops suddenly lowered his voice and began to act reasonable. >> You're under arrest. >> I'm noting doing anything. >> I was leaving. >> Secure. >> Pull towards me. Nathan, >> dude, I >> set up your I >> give me take a second. Can you take that? No, we're past that. >> Look, I'm not saying don't >> I'm not saying don't harass me. I'm not saying don't arrest me. I'm saying dude, take a second. Can we Can we calm down? >> No, we're done. >> We are done. >> Stop yelling at me. >> Stop pushing me. Stop [ __ ] >> Oh, you got the paper. >> Wait, >> notice of trespass. Nathan Dennis. They arrested the man and he faced multiple charges including disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest. On the 8th of November 2024 in Florida, Justin Timberlake performed at the Airman Bank Arena. One of his fans got too excited and started making a scene, pushing an usher in the process. When the cops were dispatched to investigate things, they quickly found their suspect. >> Come on, boy. You want it? Brett, listen. >> You're going to make this easy or make it hard. >> Thank you, B. So, >> what' you do, sir? >> Listen, >> they want you out. So, you we got to take you out. >> What do I for? >> You're not being arrested. >> We got to keep walking. >> For what? >> You can't produce a ticket. They want you out. That's it. That's the end of the story. >> What do I for, sir? >> You're being belligerent. You're >> drunk. There's no belligerent, sir. >> I know. So, >> picnic in the jail. Good. Let's go. >> You want a picnic in the jail? >> I don't want to. >> We don't want to. >> Okay, here we go. >> This is scary. This is scary, boy. >> This is my right. My Hey, my rights. I don't Yeah, your rights. No, no. What are my rights? >> Your rights are to walk out of this building right now. The suspect, Brett, was shouting at people and acting erratically. Based on his strange behavior and his very slurred speech, he appeared to be intoxicated. But once the cop showed Brett that they meant business, all of his bravado simply vanished. >> I'm scared right now. >> Let's just keep walking. >> You can't go that way. >> I'm a Trump. I'm a Trump supporter. Trump. Trump. Where do I go, guys? >> This way. Is this Trump >> or is this Biden? >> We're gonna go see Trump. >> Trump. >> Keep walking straight. Just walk straight. >> Biden. Keep walk. Keep walking. >> Come on. >> No. No. Are you Biden? >> Keep walking. >> Oh my god. >> Kind of scared right now. >> This is scared for our country. >> The suspect's behavior didn't phase the cops one bit. As you know by now, the cops have seen it all before. The more the man talked, the less sense he made. And it soon became obvious that he was still trying to make a scene, just disguising it as compliance. >> I'm scared for like what? >> Stop making it hard. Stop making >> Stop making it hard, dude. >> Why am I Why am I scared? So why am I being Stop? >> You're obviously not scared because you're acting like an idiot. Let's go, man. >> You're almost there. Just get out of the building. No, but why am I being on the building? >> They don't want you. >> Why? Why am I Why am I leaving? >> Just keep walking, dude. Just keep walking. >> Don't make it asking me, guys. >> What are you asking? That's why >> Why am I leaving? >> Because they don't want you. >> Why? Because >> that's why I'm embarrassed. >> I'm embarrassed to be American. >> I'm embarrassed to be American. I'm embarrassed to be American. You got >> I mean, if you guys have any heart, >> give you a lot more heart than what somebody else. What does the Constitution stand for? >> The Constitution, of course, guarantees freedom of speech, but it also guarantees other people the right to attend a concert without being harassed by a fan with anger issues. At least he wasn't violent and seemed to comply with the officer's request. But the question now was, how long would they tolerate the man's belligerent behavior? >> Don't push me. >> Come on. >> Don't push me. >> We gave you the opportunity to walk away. >> I'm leaving. >> And now you're going to jail. >> No, I'm leaving now. >> No. Now. See, we gave you the opportunity, buddy. >> There you go, Le. >> I told you. >> Relax. Stand up. Relax. Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. What did I do? >> I'm confused. >> I'm confused as to what I did. What did I do? Guys, you guys kill him. Oh my god. Don't stand up. What? Oh my god. You hurt me. >> Okay. Oh my god, guys. I'm done. Stop. >> Trying to get Stop. Stop. Relax. >> I'm going to I am >> I am >> Oh my god. >> This is I I'm going to I'm going to call the cops right now. You understand? >> When people get this drunk, they often come to their senses when it's already too late to change the outcome. When the man realized he was going to jail, he tried every trick in the book. He pled with the cops, began making threats, and he even fell down. All he really did was make things worse for himself. >> Professional hockey charge. You understand that? >> Not doing. >> Stop kicking me. >> Stand up. >> I gave my son. >> I'm not doing anything. >> Stand up. >> I gave my gun. >> I mean, you going stop being ridiculous. Let's go. Let's go. Come on. are not >> there. Chris, you got a car over here. >> Bring your car over here, will you? >> Matt, I'm not watching. >> Oh my god. >> No. No. No. Stop. >> Oh my god. I'm done. I'm done. I'm done. I'm Right. Stop turning, dude. Relax. >> While the man repeatedly said he was done, he still kept resisting. After everything else failed, he began threatening lawsuits. The cop was unfased by it and just focused on getting the man in a squad car and taking him to jail. >> You guys are lawsuit. You wait till the Congress beat you. >> This is unbelievable. >> Just relax. >> You're making it worse. >> I've done nothing. I've done nothing but abide. abide by him. >> So abide now. >> We're gonna walk to the court. >> I'm not No, I'm not walking. >> See? So you're not abiding. >> You're pulling me and you're ripping my arms by my side. >> And he's killing me. I'm >> trying to keep these. >> No, you're not. You do [music] >> you know what? I will. >> What? What? You what? Relax. >> No, no, no. Do you not understand who you with? >> Right. I'm sure you're self-reporting. >> I got to put you in the car with me. >> I'm a fair play. I played >> professional hockey. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I was drafted hockey. >> Relax. >> No, no, no, no. You don't no, dude. >> No, no, no. So many charges right now, bro. Relax. >> And just like that, with one reckless leg move, he got an additional charge. After trying to kick the officer, they decided to restrain him even more by rolling him onto his stomach. They tried to reason with him again, trying to resolve things peacefully. >> I'm innocent. >> Okay. Are you going to walk to the car? >> I'll walk through the car. >> Are you Are you going to >> walk through the car? Let's go. >> Okay. Everything's on body. You understand that? >> Absolutely. >> We're asking you to walk to the car. >> Absolutely, sir. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> You're going to walk to the car. >> Absolutely. Let's go. >> All right. Hold on. We're going to We're going to We're going to lift you up. Okay. >> Yes. >> Put Let's put him on his knee. Yeah. >> Bring your knees. Bring your knees, >> guys. Hey, let's talk right now. >> Bring your knees. No, no, no. We'll >> talk to you in the car. >> No, no, no, we won't. No, no, we won't talk. >> We're not doing this. We're not. >> No, no. We won't talk. You decide. >> You haven't asked me to talk. >> We're going to talk. >> You haven't asked me to talk. >> We're going to talk in the car. >> No, no, no. >> You said you were going to help. You said you were going to buy it. You said all that stuff. Those are your words. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Let's go to the car. >> Have you asked to talk? >> Have you asked to talk from the beginning? >> Stand up. >> Have you asked to talk from the beginning? >> Stand up. Sit up. I'm not >> Oh my god. They're ripping me. >> Oh my god. Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow! Oh my god! >> Oh my god. Okay, guys, this is unbelievable. >> After getting Brett in the car, the cops searched him and found nothing illegal. He tried to downplay assaulting the officer, but nothing was going to change the fact that he was heading to jail and was going to miss Justin Timberlake. >> Check his stuff. >> Hey guys, throw me behind jail. >> Calm down. >> Throw me. Hey, bud. Hey, did I beat you up? >> No, you kicked us. >> You kicked us. >> Look at Hey, look at your >> Look at your massage up. Did I beat you up? >> Massage my mustache. My >> relax. Okay, >> after it was all said and done, he was successfully taken to jail and he was booked for trespassing, resisting without violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer. On June 27th, 2025, the cops were dispatched to an airport. Reportedly, there was a man there being aggressive towards civilians. When the officers got there, they interviewed several witnesses. Apparently, the man had been threatening passengers for no apparent reason in the face. >> No, just didn't know. But she was a witness, too, not a gentleman >> at the waterfall. So, yelling, screaming, cussing, and some other guy walked up to use the water station and got in his face. He's like, "Back up now or I'm going to knock you back." >> Wait, wait, men's restaurant. What kind of shirt you got on? >> Like a light blue shirt. >> I was one of the people that Yeah. He got in your face. >> I'm sorry. >> He got in your face. >> Oh, yes. >> What did he say to you? >> He was calling me punk and some other derogatory names. just literally for asking me if I could use the water fountain. >> Okay. >> Literally a person with a white shirt on. >> No, it's a light blue small frame African-American man. >> African American man >> with a light blue polo and white washed jeans. >> He told you what again? >> Call me a >> The cops were interested in the nature of the threats. After the victim explained the man had gotten uncomfortably close, invaded his personal space, and verbally threatened him, it was clear that he had to be dealt with. They headed to the men's bathroom, and they quickly found their man. >> Stop playing with me. Are you kidding me? >> Stop with me, yo. >> Hey, hey, yo. Yo, >> real sir. Sir, sir, that's not necessary. >> Sir, >> you ain't got to do all that. All you got to do is just talk to me. >> Sir, what's up? >> Get off the phone. Let's go. in a second. No, not in a second. Let me call you back cuz now the police in my face acting like they big dogs and thinking they control a human being like me. So, let me call you back. I'mma talk to you later. All right. I'mma calm down. I got you. I got you. Give me a second. I'mma calm down. I got you. I'mma call you later. All right. All right. One time. What's up? >> What's going on, sir? What's up? What's going on? >> I'm having an argument with my woman. >> Okay. But what about the people out there? people. I wear I'm inside the bathroom. >> I'm telling when you was out there before, sir. >> Out where? I wasn't yelling out there. I was yelling inside of here. I was inside inside a bathroom. >> Let me get your ID. >> You want to acknowledge what I just said? I wasn't yelling out there. >> Let me get your ID, sir. >> Can you acknowledge what I said? >> Yes, sir. Let me get your ID. >> I wasn't yelling out there. I was yelling inside the bathroom, >> sir. >> Judging by the man's demeanor, the cops immediately sense things were not going to be easily resolved. The man showed little regard for their authority and the question now was how far was he willing to go. The cops were going to get their answer sooner than expected. >> What you arguing with your girl about? >> That's none of your business. >> Do I ask you what you arguing with your wife about? >> Sir, >> that's none of your business. >> I still And I still ain't going nowhere. And I still ain't going nowhere. >> Why you Why are you rocking me up? >> I still ain't going nowhere. >> Hand behind your back. Stop [ __ ] me up. >> Why are you [ __ ] me up? Stop grabbing me up, >> bro. I didn't do nothing. Why are you hitting me? >> Behind your back. >> Why are you hitting me? >> Sorry. Why are you hitting me? >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Why are you hitting me? >> Put your hand behind your back. Because you resisted. Because you just wrecked me. Because you wrest. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. I didn't do nothing behind your back. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. >> I didn't I didn't do nothing wrong. Can you guys please stop? >> As they detained the man, he repeatedly insisted he'd done nothing wrong. Still though, he kept resisting the cops as he plead with them to let him go. Clearly, he didn't appreciate being pinned over the sink and held down. >> You resisting. You was resisting. >> I wasn't resisting. You know, I wasn't resisting. >> Just because I'm strong doesn't mean I'm resisting. Just because I'm Look at me, bro. Look at me in my eyes. You know I'm strong. Has nothing to do with you. It's not a man versus man. Let it go, bro. I'm a human being. Like, you're a human being. >> I'm not resisting. I just don't want to be bent over like a >> Do you get that, bro? Stop resisting. >> Okay. >> All right. >> This must be your thing for you. You must be gay, bro. >> Let's go. >> I'm not gay. Stop bending me over like a gay ass dude. >> You gay, BRO. YOU GOT SOME TYPE OF ISSUE. >> I just got here, man. So, I don't know what's going on, bro. >> You going to get charged, bro? I ain't did nothing wrong, bro. >> And I wasn't there, bro. >> You going to get charged for real? >> Why can't y'all put What's up with that part? >> I literally just got there, so I don't know what's going on. Hey, what if y'all say say nothing? Were yall arresting my original? Is that like a thing? >> Well, depend who's the arresting officer. >> I just want to know if I need to stick my heart in my inside my balls or do I got hope? >> The man's attempts to get more info from the cops got him nowhere. That being said, he eventually realized that getting escorted out of an airport in handcuffs would only have one potential outcome. Yeah, I'm going to jail. >> Delta.9 to y'all. You had depress me like that. >> And that ain't no harmful, no threat, no nothing. That's it. >> I'll be disappointed. For real. For real. >> I did nothing to you. Went and grabbed me for no reason, bro. I didn't do nothing to you. >> We going to talk, man. >> I was talking to my girlfriend on the phone. You decided to grab me. Having a bad day, that's all. I do understand that, man. But you grab me, bro. I I didn't never charge you. I never was physical or aggressive towards >> private. That's crazy, brother. I'm a black man. The last day. >> Okay. But you a black man decided to to to do this. You're a black man. You tried to play me. Come on. >> I tried to play. I never from my feet. I never was aggressive towards you. >> It's on the camera, bro. >> But I never was aggressive towards you. >> Everything is recorded. you decided to grab me. >> Even though by that point he was cooperating with the cops, he was still mouththing off as they escorted him. He was especially angry with the first cop who' approached him and kept insinuating he had some kind of agenda. >> Look at me, brother. Look at my eyes without shifting. Look at me, brother. >> That's why you keep shifting. You a wild dude. You know that. >> You a wild dude. Just know the ancestors got you. >> Yeah. I I appreciate >> ancestors and God. At the end of the day, you know what world we live in. >> That's right. I hope you get all that you get. I hope that you get all this you get. You know what you doing. You know what you doing. You know what you doing. You wild as hell. >> Yep. >> Okay. I'm going to take lead on this. Okay. I'm going to take lead on this. I just need somebody to transport. Um I'm I'm filling charge this guy with um disordered conduct and obstruction. >> I'm sorry. >> Huh? >> I wasn't trying to be a douche. Why? Why are you uh out of the seat belt? >> I'm sorry. I'll get back in the new seat belt. I'm sorry. >> Go back around to the other side. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I was trying to be a nuisance. I don't want to go to jail, bro. >> Once the suspect was left to ruminate in the squad car, he began to unravel. By the time the officer opened the door again, the man was in tears and he apologized for how he behaved. Suddenly, in a moment of honesty, he confessed to the cops [music] that the reason why he was so angry and aggressive was the very same reason he was having an argument with his girlfriend. >> I was just having a bad day. My girlfriend cheated on me. I didn't know how [laughter] to I'm sorry. I didn't know how to accept. I'm sorry. >> I'm sorry. I don't want to go. I just want to make my flight. I'm sorry. >> That's not going to happen. >> Oh, my mother. I hate you. You're just a fil. You know what I mean? I get it. He shouldn't have grabbed you, dog. By all means, you shouldn't be in that bathroom yelling stupid like you just mad. You understand? You black. You can't do that. You dumb. Now look at your life up. It wasn't alreadyed up, huh? God ain't give you a chance, huh? Right. Don't worry about it. You deserve everything that comes to you. >> As he was transported to jail, the man started talking to himself. He berated himself and was questioning his relationships with women. By that point, it was a little too late to avoid the consequences, [music] but it seemed like the man might have learned something from it. >> You're a dumb ass because you're stupid. You can't control your emotions. You don't know how to take a breath of paws of air and pause because you're stupid. You're just filled with emotions, you dumb. [snorts] >> I look so stupid. I look so stupid. I look so stupid. But it's cool. It's okay. You're not the first one. You won't be the last, unfortunately. And I hate that for But it's okay. It's okay. I won't even talk to a dog. I'll just beat my meat every day. I beat my meat every day. I won't talk to a woman. >> They charged the young man with disorderly conduct, making [music] terroristic threats, and obstruction. Hopefully, he learned a lesson and in the future, he'd keep his emotions in check. When the cops were dispatched for reports of an aggressive male being kicked out of a house, they had no idea what to expect. But the moment they got to the location, they realized it was Jerome, an angry young man they' dealt with before. >> Jerome's buddy. >> Is he just grabbing some stuff out of the house? >> Hey, Jerome. What's going on, man? I've been here for one day. Now they're kicked me out. They don't get too hard to do, [singing and music] sir. They kicked me out. >> All right. Remember what we talked about at the library? >> I tried it. I got mad. I pushed the wall outside. Right. >> Okay. >> Cuz I had a nicotine. It was nicotine I saved. Right. And I rolled it up. It was weed and threw it away. I'm here. Smell it. It's not. Smell it. And I got mad. I just threw it on and broke it. >> How did I get a band-aid? It's a problem. I'm trying to do this is a problem. I DO THAT IS A PROBLEM. >> Is there anything else you need to grab out? >> No. I just my shoes at where all my shoes. Where all my shoes at? >> They're all in the bag, LJ. I just told you that. >> He was recently kicked out by his parents, apparently for his aggressive behavior. His grandmother let him move in with her, but even that was short-lived. With a temper like this guy's, it was obvious why nobody wanted him around. Didn't even last week. I don't know. >> Do you want an ambulance to come check you out? >> Yeah, bring aance right now. >> Do you want them to come check you out >> right now? >> Okay. >> It's for a hand injury. >> This for a hand injury. >> This for a hand injury. Put your face hand. I told you before I call myself call myself. I'm not a good cop for an >> No, no. I'm calling myself cuz this is a hand injury, right? It's a hand injury, right? Put it in the camera. Put it in your camera. Just hand back away. >> Putting in the camera right now just for you. You got blood on your hand. You might want to wipe it off. You don't know what I have. My HIV is on your face. >> Okay. >> Right there on your face. >> Bunch of hands. >> Do you want an ambulance? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> He's requesting a 29. >> I'm pissing you off. Hand injury. >> Intentionally transferring body fluids onto an officer is considered a felony in many jurisdictions. Just spitting in their direction can carry serious charges. But the cop decided to disregard what he had done. And if it was possible at all, he just wanted to deescalate things. >> I got an ambulance coming for you. >> Oh, >> okay. >> You kill yourself. >> I asked for your help. You say just for hand injury. It's not big and black. It's just a hand injury. If it was a little white boy though, you would call in a hurry, right? Hit you. >> You're not a good cop. You're not a good person. All right, >> you can't hit me right now. I'm all hyped up. Even that gun can't stand right now. Too much drill. You know what that's like, >> Jim. We don't want to We don't want to escalate this any more than it already has. All right. >> Okay. >> Hurry up, bro. >> How's the doing, sir? >> I just got here, man. >> How's the doing, sir? And when I ask him to call ambulance, right? He said, "You need an ambulance." No, no, no, no. Let me tell what he said. >> Calm down. >> When I asked for ambulance, right? He said, "You need ambulance for a hand injury or for a little for a hand injury?" >> Asking what you need >> for a hand injury? No. No. No. He said like that like I'm being a >> Does it look like I'm being a sir? >> Sir, >> there's blood on car. >> Yeah, cuz you're wiping it on my car. >> Yeah, FLEW ON MY WIFE HAND. >> HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY. >> He can wipe that right away. >> You want me to get your towel for you? >> Yes, please. >> Hang on here. >> When the second officer approached Jerome, [music] there was a slightly better rapport. Jerome had a grudge against the first cop so maybe the second officer could talk some sense into him. Getting a towel was a nice gesture, but before he managed to bring it, the paramedics arrived on scene. >> Mr. Norton, >> I don't need that no more. It's cool. >> You sure? >> Yeah, I'm good. >> No, really. I see how two eyes that work perfectly. 2020 vision. >> Hi, Tim. You >> stop yelling out here. >> Shut up. I'm I'm on the street in public property. I can yell if I want to. If I'm making threats, yes I can. If I'm making threats with you, >> not if you're disturbing other people right now, >> Mr. Norton enough. >> Stop me. >> Stop. [music] I want to do this with you. >> You do want to do it. He doesn't. You do. >> I don't want to do this today. >> Do you want to get Do you want it? Back up, >> Mr. Norton. >> Back up. >> Ride my hand up. Let's go. >> Let's go. Ride my hand up. >> Open it for y'all. >> We're going to get blow on your car in a minute. Go Mr. Norton. >> Enough. >> You're not helping. >> We're going over here to the side door. >> Where the [ __ ] black person? Where the black people at? >> The man's behavior was frantic. The cops who dealt with him before knew he was dealing with several mental health issues and was likely off his meds. As EMS tried to treat his wounds, he was still trying to boss everyone around. >> Wrap up tight. How it's supposed to be wrapped. What do you mean? I'm a football player. I know how to wrap something up. I can do it myself here. I'll do it myself. It's fine. I don't need your help. I got it. Cuz y'all not doing it, bro. I got it myself, bro. Cuz y'all not doing your I'm doing your job for y'all right now. God damn it. >> Mr. Dor, what you are you on anything today? >> No, I'm not. [ __ ] he not sir. [ __ ] he not sir. Am I on anything? I'm on How are we not 100% face? You know that what's going to happen? >> We're just going to here. I'm going to tease out. What's going to happen? Put your hands behind your back now. >> It's all being recorded. Good. >> I'm laughing. I'm tired. You're not letting me. I'm trying you're not letting me put your hands behind. I'm trying you're not letting me. I'm trying you're not letting me. I'm trying you're not letting me. >> I'm Keep it up. >> I'm getting you fired, sir. >> You're You're out here being an idiot. >> No, I'm trying to be calm. I'm trying to run my >> No, you're not being calm at all, dude. >> Because you're attacking. >> It's three cops against one black kid. What do you think? T my neck. And he just went to my neck. I thought it was a gun. I thought it was a real gun, though. I thought it was a real thing. >> This kind of erratic behavior would have only one outcome. The suspect crossed a line and he had to be arrested. But unlike the previous suspects, the man didn't back down one single inch. He continued berating the officers and demanded to speak to a lawyer. >> Before I get into, I'm calling my lawyer. Enough. Call my lawyer now. Or my dad pick. I'm calling somebody right now to help me. I'm calling somebody to help me, bro. I'm calling somebody to help me, bro. I'm calling somebody to help me, bro. Call my dad, bro. >> Call my dad, bro. Please >> I'm trying to step in my head. Look, >> I am >> here. I'll put that in mind. Take him straight up to jail. >> Dude, what the is this deal? >> He's got Does he take Does he take drugs? >> He's got a whole boatload of mental health issues. >> Jesus Christ. >> He's sweating profusely when I got here. >> Yeah. >> They said he's not on his beds. He got kicked out of the house over here on Ravena. >> Yeah, his mom's house. >> His mom's. They let him move in here apparently. >> Who's this? >> Grandma. Grandpa. >> Sadly, in the state he was in, Jerome couldn't live with family members and get the support that he needed. And by that point, they all seemed to be fed up with his behavior and wanted nothing to do with him. >> He's going to jail cuz he's >> causing issues with the neighbors. I mean, if y'all mind >> taking it with you and when he and then when he gets out >> Well, take it with him. I don't I don't want to step in because I don't want it back here. >> Okay. >> I don't want him back here. >> All right. Well, tell me they don't want him back. Grandma doesn't. >> I said you need your own place. >> I said Kevin Coleman is willing to help you to get you plays, you know, get you financial help, everything you need to help get you help with everything you need to do. I ain't going back to Co. I'm not going back out to Co. And I'm like, well, like, okay, that's what you choose. So, he rolled up some caffeine or I mean, not caffeine, some um tobacco, whatever. So, >> take him to the game and I'll be over. >> But before we took him to the hospital though, he had been smoking. >> You don't even know what was happening. You just blaming me. You just blaming me. You don't know what's happening. >> 14, >> bro. Don't think alone, bro. After breaking down for a moment, he quickly reverted to arguing and acting aggressively. Jerome was taken to jail and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. When a business decides someone's no longer welcome, they can issue a trespass warning without having to state a reason. But on the 25th of March, 2025, one man decided to return to the property anyway, forcing the cops to get involved. >> Hey, stop right there, man. Just That's how I know y man. >> That's how I know yall laugh, man. >> Stay the from around me. >> Back up, man. >> Stay the me. THAT'S HOW I KNOW Y'ALL AFTER ME CUZ I DIDN'T. I WAS JUST SITTING THERE. >> You were inside there. >> I was just sitting there >> and we were just trespassing. >> LISTEN, THERE IS NO SOLICITATION. THERE IS NO SALORDANING PASSES. THERE IS NO TRESPASSING PASSES. THAT IS A 24-HOUR SERVICE. [music] THEREFORE, IT'S JUST EQUIVALENT TO BEING ON A sidewalk if the DOOR WASN'T THERE. IT DOESN'T CLOSE FOR any other period of time. Therefore, that man is racist because he had a [music] he had a cigarette. I had a black. That's his problem. That place doesn't have a time frame to close. Therefore, is welcome to anybody in the public. >> In the public. I WAS JUST ON RAB ROAD. That's the one he works at. So, if he needs TO WORK AND CLEAN, I SHOULDN'T be there. I left. I left. Listen, THAT'S HOW I KNOW Y'ALL LAUGH AT ME. TRY ME AND YOU'RE GOING TO PISS ME off so BAD THAT THEY SENT SOMEONE LIKE YOU TO ANTAGONIZE ME. >> From the moment the suspect saw the cops, he got very erratic and started yelling and acting threateningly. The officer had dealt with him before and he did his best to deescalate things and get the suspect to calm down. Sadly, it was easier said than done. >> I hear you. Can I talk real quick? >> No, BECAUSE I HEARD THE I HEARD WHAT THE YOU SAID WHEN I WAS WALKING OFF LIKE SOMETHING. OH, YEAH. I'LL COME BACK AROUND AND LIKE STAY THE AROUND LIKE >> I WAS TELL I said I said if you come back yes I I have to I have to legally tell you >> that you were trespassed I have to legally tell you that you were trespassed I said if you come back criminal action be taken against you like a citation or an arrest >> no solicitation no it's like going to >> you were trespassed it's like going to the library I know but a manager or an owner of the establishment can trespass you without any reason they decided to trespass I had something too small. >> And they decided to trespass you, which you were trespassed. >> That's not true. >> DON'T BACK OFF ME. >> Don't press me. I'm talking. >> DON'T PRESS ME. YOU'RE PRESSING ME. >> Why me? I'm not pressing. >> YEAH, YOU ARE. >> YEAH, YOU ARE. >> You are trusting. >> YEAH. NO, I'M NOT. IT DOESN'T. Let me calm down. Are you scared? >> Given the man's aggressive stance and his obvious anger, for a moment, it looked like he was going to attack the cop. However, after realizing multiple cops surrounded him, he stepped back a bit and tried to calm down. >> No post up there that says no solicitation, no sluting, no trespassing, or you will be prosecuted. You don't see that as a laundry man. >> No trespassing. You just said it. >> No, IT IT DOESN'T SAY THAT. BUT YOU WERE TRESPASSING. >> ANY OTHER TRESPASSERS WILL BE PROSECUTED THAT PLACE. THAT'S IS LIKE A LAUNDRY. IT'S LIKE A LIBRARY. THE LIBRARY IS CLOSED. >> I trespass you. The manager instructed me to trespass. You can't ban somebody from somebody from a hour service. >> Yes, he can cuz that's his business. >> No, HE WORKS AT THE OTHER >> and you were and he works at both of them. He works at both of them. And you were given a citation this morning. Yes. And you were also trespassing on Saturday. >> You you It doesn't matter. Let me tell you why. Because if you take me to jail, YOU'RE GOING TO GET OUT THE SAME. THEN WHAT? THEN WHAT? OH, MAN. >> And if you keep going back here, you're going to keep >> What you want to do? What you want to do? What? What you want TO DO? THEN WHAT? I'M TRYING TO TALK no no no no I'm trying to talk because AFTER I WALKED AWAY YOU DECIDED TO RAISE your voice at me. >> The suspect didn't stay calm for long. He barely managed to utter a sentence in a calm voice before going right back to screaming at the officer. Since he clearly had issues with the main officer, one of the other cops tried to step in. Talk to me. >> I will. >> I I I see you're upset with >> I'm the ticket doesn't matter. Want me tell you why. Want me tell you why. >> Don't yell at me. Give us your hand. >> How arm out here, right? I'm about to apply a pressure point to you and I don't want to do it. >> Please relax. >> Take your arm out. >> Hold this one here. >> I got that. You got that one? Good. Are you kidding? >> He resisted so much that it took several officers and a whole lot of muscle power to get him detained. The backpack on him was making things more difficult. So eventually the cops would have to take it off. >> Going to roll your right hip. All right. >> Off of you. >> Roll your head. >> Watch legs. >> We're trying to stand you up, man. >> That was no reason to be down. >> Watch his legs. Watch his legs. You got me dirty for no reason. >> Are you ready to stand up? >> Hey, we're trying to stand you up and work. >> There was no reason TO PUT ME DOWN. HEY. >> HEY, you were leaving. >> I was leaving. I was supposed to. >> No, you were down. >> Stand up. Stand up. >> Get off of me. >> We're trying to get off of me. >> All right. >> We don't want you to fall on you. Hey, were you listening to me for a minute? I know you're upset with these guys. >> I wasn't. I WAS WALKING AWAY. >> OKAY, I UNDERSTAND THAT. >> YOU CAN'T EVEN do that these days. THAT'S HOW Y'ALL SHOT YOUR ASS. SHE wanted y'all to leave. >> Get off of me. >> You're in our custody. We're not >> I wasn't detained. He said, "Go away." >> Well, you're under arrest now. >> The suspect here misunderstood what it meant to be trespassed. And he also misunderstood the basics of getting arrested. When an officer gives you a lawful command, you're legally obligated to comply. He did the exact opposite of what they wanted. So this was the result. >> Anyone that's got a case car that y'all took this too far. I ain't getting >> stop. >> No. I might as well keep going. >> Stop. Hey, let's keep going. Watch it. Watch this. Watch this. >> Stop. >> I might as well keep going. >> Why? >> Give you a nice day. wanted. You're just making things worse for me, man. >> I'm already dirty. >> The only thing that was going to happen you were going to kick >> citation, dude. >> You're not supposed to put your knees on people. >> Sure can. >> These on my private parts. >> Nowhere near. >> That's a blood pressure point. >> Okay. >> Okay. Stand up and be done with it. >> Okay. Come on, >> Bag. >> No. Yeah, I did this. Just when the officers thought they had him under control, he dropped back down to the ground. At that point, they decided to take off his backpack, which would make it easier to transport him. >> You know, you can't be in the water, right? >> I can I can go anywhere. >> They already told you you can't be there. >> That's racist. It's racist. >> Call racing racial profile. >> Let my hand go, dude. >> Let my hand go. I'm already detained. Let my hand go. >> We don't want to pick you up. >> Ain't no picking me up. Ain't no Ain't no getting in that car. Ain't no doing none of that from this one. >> Yeah, y'all 12 cuz I ain't do did just LIKE YOU TOLD ME WHEN I ASKED YOU. WHAT WAS IT? I HAVEN'T DID anything >> as if detaining the man wasn't difficult enough, getting this guy in the squad car proved to be even harder. Four of the cops were struggling to get him in. They also had to get him to sit properly to secure him. But the more they tried, the more the man resisted. >> I don't give a >> I do not want to use force on you, but I'm about to. >> I'm still going to be here after you use the force. >> Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. yours. >> I turn it back on. >> Sit down. All you got to do, man. >> Sit down. Sit down in the squad car. Put your feet in. Put your feet in the squad car. Put your feet in the Nope. Put your feet in the squad car. >> After a whole lot of work, they finally managed to get him secure in the squad car. He was taken to jail where they booked him and he was charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest. When people go on vacation, they try to loosen up a bit and enjoy every moment while it lasts. But sometimes they let things go too far. On the 26th of January, 2025 at the Orlando International Airport, the cops got a report of an intoxicated tourist [music] acting belligerently. >> I don't know. You look at this. I don't care about it. You touch. You don't touch. >> I'm doing something wrong. >> No, no, no, no. >> You go home. >> Go night. Go. Go. Night. No. No. I'm not doing it. I can walk as much as I want it. I can walk. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I can't. I don't care. I'm agreeing with you. I can walk that bad. I I'm going to walk as much as I want. >> The cops arrived at the airport around 9:30 p.m. and quickly located the suspect at the Pride City Pub. When they approached the man and told him he had to leave, he began getting dressed. However, he continued acting belligerent, trying to intimidate the cops and even telling them where to go and what to do. >> There is something wrong. >> No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No, no, no. I know. I'm not going. You don't understand. I'm going to be foring back. Foring back. I'm going to be You guys have something to do tonight. You're going to find out. >> No, no, no, no. I'm telling you. >> Do you know something happening? I'm going to be a person going to be not liking. >> Okay. >> We need to go. Um, >> no, no, no. Hold on. I'm I no >> yo ma'am, tell him he needs to go. >> No, no, no. >> Tell him he needs to go. Don't touch me. >> I'm sorry. >> Go. >> I I >> You need to go. >> I touch you. >> You were about to >> sir. You're good. Just go. >> Papa. >> Can you do me a favor? Can you just explain to him that if he does not leave, he will be arrested? >> Because the man was a foreign national, the cop tried his best to ensure the man fully understood. After he was formerly trespassed from the airport, they told the man he had to immediately leave or face arrest. >> You're being trespassed from the airport. You cannot come back. >> Do you understand me? >> I'll take you to jail. >> Why? >> Cuz you're being trespassed. >> How? >> Let me have your ID. >> I'm I'm leaving. >> Let's go. You're going You're going out. You're going out the airport. Let's go. >> Let's go. >> I'll talk to you while we walk. Let's go. >> Come on. We'll walk. I'll talk to you. >> Can I ask a question? >> Yeah, let's walk and I'll ask you, man. I'll talk to you. >> I'll just just You call. Look, I come up here. I heard you from all the way over there. >> You doing in jail or are you doing >> I don't want to take you to jail. >> No, but I'm But the airport is trespassing. >> I I just want to ask a question. >> Yeah. Ask >> who is the one in charge >> of the airport? Those gentlemen. >> No, no, no. >> They're just they're just it's a little loud, so they're being concerned. >> Let me ask. >> But we're going to go walk over to here. So, >> sorry. >> You're all right. >> What's your name? >> I'm Keith. >> Keith. >> You are. Nice to meet you. The cop did a masterful job here of removing the man from the airport and preventing him from further disturbing the peace. However, it wasn't clear if he understood what was happening as he just seemed very content to keep chatting with the cop. >> Look, I'm a lawyer in my country. I don't want to do anything. I don't have any problem. >> But listen, the airport, this is private property. The airport people own it. If they say they want you trespass, we we have to abide by that. >> Yeah. Okay. Okay. >> I'm leaving. >> Yeah. I'm going to walk with you. you first. >> Yeah, they they don't have any Uber because >> Careful, man. >> I'm sorry. I got you good. >> They say that Yeah, they say that because I'm here. I lost my flight in Miami. >> Well, I have I have no control of that. So, >> and now they're going to meet 5 hours until I can go to Miami. >> Tell they don't want you back. >> I go home. >> Yeah, that that will work. >> And tomorrow's another day, right? We ride out here and you go home. What's what happened to my luggage? >> Uh because >> is it already logged in? >> Is it already gone? >> Which airport? Oh, it already went. >> Yeah. >> The officer explained to the man whose name was Irma that if he called the airline and explained the issue, they would send his luggage to his home address. However, it soon became obvious that he was intending to go to Miami despite [music] having been trespassed. >> Well, where you going to go right now? >> Miami. >> You're going to get a Uber and go where? How you going to go? >> Miami. Uber's not going to take it. >> You do. >> But I'm going to pay. >> All right. If you're going to pay. All right. >> No, it's not about that. Like they they look I have a flight one. They cancel five cancel. >> I understand. >> United not with us. But right now they don't want you on the property. Okay. So that's why we're >> I'm not against you. >> Yeah. I'm not against you, but I have to do by what these people [music] want. >> So come on. Let's get you an Uber. Walk out. I'll go with you. It's nice outside tonight. But let me ask you a question. Who don't want me here? >> The people who own the airport. >> No. Who's owning? >> They are Goa. Go ahead and get you over. I'll hang with you. >> Let me ask a question. Before I decide to just take my own taxi. >> Yeah. You want a taxi? I'll show you where the taxes are. >> Come on. I'll show you. >> You don't need to be following me. >> Actually, we do because we need to make sure you leave the box. >> As much as the cops wanted to get rid of him, the man also wanted to get rid of them. He was hoping that once they stepped outside, the cops would leave. But that wasn't going to happen. >> I want to make a hard time. I can't give you a hard time. I want to be talking to No, no, no. I can talk to the taxi driver, but I can be there. >> Yeah, I'll take you down there. >> It's the next floor down. Come on. I'll show you. I'll show you. >> This is what I'm saying to you. A taxi. I can't Uber. I can't. >> I'm not going to go circles. >> What are you going to do to me? >> If you do not leave and get in a tab now, we will take you to jail. >> Why? >> You're trespassing after warning. >> They have given you how many warnings now? Now, five warnings. >> Five warnings. >> They told you you need to leave to me. >> And then you're refusing to give me your ID. >> No, but you just said to me, >> "No, they said it upstairs." >> Here, I'll say it one last time. We need you to be >> I have a question for you. >> No more. No more questions. I don't want you to get in trouble, man. We got to get to the airport. >> I just listen to the man. If you refuse to leave after that, >> want to see where the cabs are? Reluctantly, the man agreed to go downstairs and get a taxi. But when he got there, he kept being belligerent. When the taxi drivers saw the condition he was in, they got worried about driving him. >> You ready to go? They're ready for you. >> You go home. I'm You night. >> Go get Go get >> Go get I'm not leaving. I'm not leaving till you get in the cab. >> I don't get it. >> I'm done with this. >> I'm done with this. >> You get in the cab or you need to give me your ID? You get in the cab. I don't need your ID. >> You just said >> All right. Well, let's get in the cab. >> All right. Let's go. >> Good luck to you, my friend. >> Thank you so much. >> Have a blessed day. >> Can I tell you something? >> What? >> You're doing something wrong. >> No, I'm doing everything. >> No. No. Because I'm a person. >> You're going to talk yourself into something you don't want to do. Go. >> What are you going to tell me? >> Come on. Let's go. Come on. >> Thanks, brother. >> Yeah. Question to I just don't want people to >> He's not violent right now. >> Okay. >> Yeah. He No, he's he's fine. He's a good guy. >> You see that? >> He was just worried. >> You sure you guys making him feel? >> No. You were making war. >> You're fine. He's fine. >> The man finally conceded and placed his luggage in a taxi. At that point, he was just one step away from leaving as a free man. Then he turned back and started asking questions again. At that point, the cops were on edge already. And the question was, would this push them over it? >> Can I have your name? >> No. >> No. No. I'm going to have your name right there. How will you take a photo? >> I want a card. >> Oh, no, no, no. I will >> I give you a card. >> I have I have phone. >> That's me right there. Phone number and everything. >> Do not going to do this. >> Keep it. >> No, no. I'm going to go. You guys will >> because you're doing to me in the car. No, you're not a piece of I do not think you're a piece of >> You do. >> No, I don't. >> Hey, I'm not talking to you, man. >> Please get in the car. >> What are you going to do? If you don't get in the car, we're going to arrest you. If you don't get in the car, we're going to arrest you. Get >> You know what? >> Give me a hand. Quit resisting. >> Quit. >> Quit resisting. >> I got it. >> We asked you to get in the car, man. Clearly, he'd been given multiple chances to leave peacefully. But once he made that one last move towards the female officer, there was no way he was going to walk free. All bets were off and his destination changed once again. And this time, he was headed to jail. >> Yeah, sure. >> What are you guys doing? >> You were resisting. We told you to leave. They trespassed you. You refused to leave. You stepped in her face and I'm not going to have that. >> So, I was getting the car. >> No, you weren't. You stepped towards her and you were getting threatening with that. >> She was telling me we told you we're done. >> We You circle and circle. I told you you had more than opportunity to get in that car. >> I'm telling you I was >> You're under arrest. >> Sir, you've been trespassed off of property. You cannot come back on property for 2 years. If you want to fly out, you have to find another airport to fly out. If you're caught back on property in that 2 years, we will press charges and there's a possibility you will go back to jail again. >> Instead of a taxi ride, Irma got a right to the jail house. They charged the man with criminal trespass, resisting arrest, assault on an officer, and disorderly conduct. On June the 8th, 2025, the cops responded to a complaint from a restaurant. Reportedly, there was a man acting erratically and he was scaring the customers. Hey. Hey, buddy. Can you stay right there for me? >> Hey, no. No. Hey, stay right here. Me? >> No. I need to talk to you. >> What? >> Are you okay? >> Someone was saying that you were laying down in the road. >> You're fine. >> Saying down saying you're laying down. >> I don't know what to do. >> You're pulling your What's up? >> I don't know what to do. >> Okay. Do with what? >> I don't know how to get back to Poria. >> Get back to Poria. >> I You can't take me. >> Okay. Um, probation. I'm I'm I'm putting out is an act. >> Okay. >> It's an act. >> The officer tried to get the man's name. At first, he was reluctant to give his information, but he eventually agreed. Although he tried to act normally, he would occasionally lose track of his thought. Combined with the man's twitching and strange movements, everything indicated that he might be under the influence. >> I don't want to hurt nobody. Okay, good deal. That's great. >> And I don't want you to hurt me. >> I don't want to hurt you either. >> But if you ask for my name and I run off, I won't hurt you, but I'll give you my name. >> Okay. What's your name? >> Do you have an ID? >> No. >> You don't have an ID? >> No. >> I I'm on drug court. Peeking. I'm on probation and peing. Peek for us. >> Okay. >> No, I'm Emily. So they were falling down. >> Maybe >> the man here, Zachary Robertson, explained that he went to see a girl on Thrust Street. Supposedly he wanted to pick his things up from her and then go back to Peoria. While the man kept rambling, one of the cops went back in the diner to find out what had actually happened. When he first came, he was flick flicking off people like as they were driving by. And she thought he started wobbling like he was going to go off the street. So she went over and grabbed some ice water. >> Sure. >> Thinking he was having a heat stroke or something and then he verbally cussed her out and then he started throwing water on the cars that went by and then he went in the middle of the road and started taking his pants down >> and like diving through traffic and I'm like this guy's going to get hit. >> Yeah. you know. So then finally he's he's actually over there across there and she walked over there and then he staggered across this way and then went out in this street instead of that street and left all this here and I'm like dude this guy and he's passing people out as they're driving. There's people stopping this. >> He thought he was going to get in the truck cuz the truck stopped. Thank God they had their doors locked. >> They had the doors locked. They walked right up to their vehicle as they were trying to make the turn here and I'm like dude I don't know what's up. Did he threaten anybody? >> He cussed me out. He said, "Why?" And I I told him, I was like, "Look, it's it's hot. You know, I brought you some water. Why are you looking out the window for me?" And I said, "It's a big window. We look out the window down." >> The lady explained that the female guests were afraid to leave the diner. As a result, the staff there had to escort them to their cars. At that point, they decided to call police. After the officer explained their options to them, the ladies in the restaurant agreed to have him trespassed. giving you a notice to appear for disorderly conduct. >> Nope. >> Ticket. >> Yep. So, you got >> I'm on probation, bro. >> Okay. >> That ticket. >> I'm sorry. >> Go away, bro. >> Okay. >> Get away from me. >> So, I'm going to have you sign it. You refuse to sign it. I'll just >> Okay. >> What the did I do? >> You were disturbing everyone around here. You're water at cars. Screw that lady who tried to give you water and then you were just essentially threatening by two officers. >> Dude, I did not. Okay, >> Zachary. Zachary, >> stay here. Zachary, >> you can take the paper or we're going to detain you and give you that paper. >> I did nothing wrong. >> That's what we got to do right now. >> I don't get no ticket, dude. >> You >> I didn't take it, bro. >> Back up. Back up. >> All right. >> Are you done? You're going to take and you're going to get on your way. The cops took a look at the man's body language and saw that he was really on edge and could pounce at any moment. That's why they kept their distance and carefully watched his every move. >> I did nothing at all. >> You were scaring a lot of people around here. >> I was three phone calls. All right. I was not. Give me that phone. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Take this. Take it. >> Okay. >> You have some BS, dude. There you go. >> I have probation, bro. >> All right. So, you're going to take your stuff. You're going to get out of here. >> I'm going to get out here, bro. >> All right. You are trespassing this property. >> I'm not traveing. >> You are trespassing. >> I'm not, though. >> If you take one more step at me, it's going to get ugly. >> I want you to shoot my head out, bro. >> Stop it. >> I want you all me up. >> Me up, dude. >> Grab your stuff. Go. You're not welcome here anymore. Go get your stuff. Go. Oh, you have a court date. >> You grab your stuff and go. >> All you have to do, grab your stuff. >> Grab your stuff and go. Go away. >> The man [snorts] was oscillating between lunging at the officers and keeping his cool. Clearly, things could go either way. He might calm down and leave as they instructed him, or he could make one wrong move and force the officer's hand. At one point, he picked his things up and started to leave. >> Don't take another step. >> Dude, this guy, >> don't do it. You can get out of here right now. >> Go yourself. >> Go leave. I'm give you a few more seconds. Go. >> You've been t You've been trespassed back. Give me your hand back. >> Where are you, >> bro? >> Situation security. >> At one point, he picked his things up and started to leave. However, once he found himself on the ground, Zach calmed down a bit and he promised the cops that he'd leave. But at that point, it was way too late. When he realized he was being arrested, regardless of what he said, he kept resisting the only way he could. >> You're lying to that, bro. >> Now there's a dent in it. You're going to have criminal dam out of here, bro. You're lying. >> You're lying. Stop, bro. >> Stop. Could have been a car. Put it in a car. >> Here it is. >> I'm Sergeant Schuli. >> I don't give a Who you are? >> Okay. >> Shut the door. >> You're Don't hit your head on the door. >> I don't give a man. >> I care. Knock it off. >> Stop. Knock it off. >> That's not your job, bro. >> The officers realized that the [music] only way they could prevent the man from hurting himself was to use some protective headgear. That being said, it wasn't going down without a hitch because once again, the man just refused to comply. >> Stop hitting your head. >> Hey, stay in the car. Shoot me. You going to shoot me, bro? Kill me. >> Kill me, bro. Kill me. Kill me. Kill me, bro. Kill me, bro. Bro, I you over. I'll [ __ ] I'll beat your Stop. >> You're going to hell, dude. >> I'm going down, bro. >> After the medics arrived, the cops pulled him out of the car and placed him on a gurnie. complete with headgear and a spit mask. He kept resisting the whole way, totally trying to fight the cops. At the hospital, they gave the man some medication and he finally relaxed. He was later taken to jail and charged with aggravated battery. An angry man is like a ticking time bomb. It's only a matter of time before he explodes, but when he explodes on police, he'll definitely end up in handcuffs. Thanks for watching today's episode and check out our channel for
