Stop. Stop. Just because you are confident IN ME NOTHING. FROM A sociopath destined to spend most of his life in prison to the most obnoxious 12-year-old you'll ever see, prepare yourself for some justice to get dealt as these teenagers get locked up. In December 2023, officers Sean Berry and Tony Perito of the Middletown Township Police Department investigated a simple traffic accident. A 19-year-old female driver, later identified as Fariece, supposedly struck a utility pole and damaged her 2022 Nissan Altima. The problem was the car was her dad's and according to the young woman, he was not going to be pleased about the fact that she crashed it yet again. So, it's just you guys. Is everybody okay? I'm getting kicked, bro. Is everybody okay, though? All I know is that my dad's going to be tripping out. I got you. I got you. I got you. What I just need to know is are you guys okay? I'm I'm totally perfect. I just know that my dad's going to be tripping. Okay. No, what I've been hitting is not okay. I got the key right here. Yeah, what did you hit? I don't know what I hit. All I know is I hit a pole. This one right back here by all these cars? Yeah. Okay. Okay. Okay. It happens. As long as everybody's okay. No, it's not okay. The car's got insurance? I got you. Car's got insurance though, right? It does. No matter what, I'm just saying that my dad does not have to know. Accidents happen, okay? As long as you guys are good. It was obvious that the driver was distraught, but other than that, it seemed like a clear-cut case. So, the officers checked the license plates and asked for a tow service because the vehicle seemed to be severely damaged. They returned to the driver who's sobbing uncontrollably. She's about to realize that the car's going to get towed and that her father, whom she's obviously afraid of, is going to find out about this one way or the other. Okay. So, let's start this over, okay? Okay. What do you need? Your license. Okay. I have my license. You gave me your registration and then I need and if you have an updated Thank you. And then an updated card of that. If you want to contact your father I don't want to contact my father. My dad does not need to know. Well, your car's getting towed. I know that. Um What do you mean it's not It's not going to be towed? impounded. It's getting towed. You can't drive it. Your front right wheel is coming off. What do you mean it's coming off? What do you Hold on. The axle like Your car's going to be totaled. What do you mean it's totaled? I can go out to the car so If you like to, yeah. What do you mean it's totaled? All right, I need to talk to you. Come over here. What do you mean? What do you mean? Oh my god, bro. This part right here? okay. Am I not supposed to Am I supposed to have that? No, no, it's not supposed to happen. is supposed to have perfectly been fine. My car paid for this new everything. Am I not supposed to have this? What seemed to be a straightforward accident report is starting to get complicated. You probably noticed the driver's slightly slurred speech. It's indicative of alcohol or drug use, not to mention the fact that she was completely oblivious to the fact that she practically totaled her car. And even though she could have potentially killed or injured herself, her passenger, and everybody else on the street, her main concern was making sure her father didn't find out about the crash. It's not okay, bro. I'm going to get in trouble, bro. Is it your first off it's an accident? that. I know that, but my car does not care if it's getting in trouble or not. My car is still in [ __ ] deep condition. What are you talking about? I don't care, bro. My car is in Oh my god, bro. Where was she coming from? She's coming up this way. She hit that I think she hit that pole, but She was just coming down Port Monmouth Road and she just At that time, officer Julian Rice arrived to assist. After being briefed about the situation, he asked the driver to step out of the vehicle and asked her what had happened. But instead of explaining how the accident happened, all she does is plead with the officers not to tell her dad. All right. So, explain to me what happened today. Bro, all I know is I hit my car. And my dad can't know that I hit my car. Your dad can't know that? hit my car two times already. Okay. And he can't know it. I can't let him know that I hit my car. That's all I know. So, if you guys tell him that I hit my car, I'm I'm I mean, he's going to he's going to see it regardless. what, he's He's already seen it. Oh, so this is old? Yes, this is old. I've already hit this. But when he sees this, I'm I'm done. Where were you guys for my life. All right, come over here. You already seen it. You seen it. I see it. The front is already fine. The front is already taken care of. I'm already taking care of that. telling me that the only new damage on the car is right here? Front three five eight County. I already know what happened with that. Go ahead, County. I know what happened with that front wheel. County, can you hear me? No matter what, if he knows what happened with this front wheel I'm It's all I know. It's apparent that this young woman is terrified of what her father might say or do if he finds out she bumped his car yet again. But she was about to face yet another problem. Officer Rice later wrote in his report that as soon as he started talking to the driver, he detected an odor of alcohol coming from her person. As he continues questioning her about the accident, you can hear that her speech is slurred and that she's having trouble explaining what happened. Where were you guys coming from? Oh my god. Oh my god. I'm just I'm Okay, where No, where were you coming from? from Middletown. I picked them up at 5:00 in South. He come from Cliffwood and then he come from Middletown. He came from where? He came from Middletown. He came from Cliffwood. Okay. What were you doing before you picked them up? Nowhere. So, you were home? already home. Okay. Did you have anything to drink tonight? No. You're not nothing at all? I swear to god. My dad Cuz I smell alcohol on you. I swear to god. Okay. All right. So, what we're going to do is we're going to want to check the car No, no, we're going to do field sobriety tests. So, come over here. No problem. Right this way, all right? Just watch your step, okay? Step up on the sidewalk for me. If I pass, please do not let my car know that I've already been I've already been By her car, she probably meant her dad. Judging by that sentence alone, I bet she's not going to pass any of the field sobriety tests. However, like most drunk people, she has no problem with being tested because she's confident that she'll be able to pass them without issues. The officer administered the horizontal gaze nystagmus test, the walk and turn test, and the one leg stand test. She failed them all. The moment she started walking instead of standing still for the last test, the officer had seen enough. All right, ma'am. Turn around. You're under arrest. What do you mean? You are under arrest. you mean? Okay, you're under arrest for being under the influence. Put your hands behind your back. under the influence. Yes, you are. What do you mean? Ma'am, I'm not going to say it again. Turn around. Come on. Put your hands behind your back. I'm not behind my back. What are you talking about? I said that. I said that. Ma'am, do you have anything on you? That's my car, bro. Okay. It's going to cost you anyway. What are you talking about? What are you talking about? All right. Do you have any My car is in front of my car. My car is in front of my MY DAD IS IN front of the car. What are you talking about? not here. Bro, I don't care. That's not the point. My car is in You're being towed. What are you talking about? It's not okay. It's not okay. It's not okay. No, it's not okay, bro. It's not okay. My car is right there. And it's going to be towed. That's not The 19-year-old completely loses it and continues talking nonsense. The officers then address the passenger who turns out to be her boyfriend. He's pretty chill and responds calmly and respectfully. He's concerned about his girlfriend and wants to talk to her and try to calm her down. As the officer takes her to jail to be processed, it's obvious that Fariece is anything but calm. Listen to how she reacts as the officer explains how long it'll take her to get processed. TWO HOURS FOR WHAT? FOR WHAT? FOR WHAT? FOR WHAT? For what? Literally for what? It's not okay. I'm comfortable, bro. It's not It's not comfortable. I'm comfortable. I am getting getting overwhelmed. I'm getting on Just take some deep breaths. I'M GETTING I'M GETTING I'M GETTING ANGRY. OKAY. GOD. OH MY GOD. Don't You don't have to work yourself up. I can't do this anymore. I can't I can't do them. I can't do them, bro. I can't do them. Just take some deep breaths, Fariece. Just take deep breaths, okay? I can't I can't I've never been in this position I understand that. been in this position before. I've never been here before. This is not comfortable. I'M THE ONE NEVER been here before. I can't take DEEP BREATHS. IT'S NOT COMFORTABLE. Oh my god. Oh my Oh my god. Oh my Like a typical spoiled teen, all Fariece can think about is how uncomfortable she is. Getting arrested is not supposed to be comfortable, but a self-absorbed child like this cannot comprehend that. The real truth is she's just scared of what's about to happen. But instead of listening to the officers, she keeps spiraling into fear and anxiety. Okay. I've never been in this comfortable because I like about to be out. I've never been I've never been in a cop car in my life. Listen, you're about to get out. You need to try to calm How long for you? God, get me out of this car, bro. Get me out of this car. I'M FREAKING THE OUT. OH MY GOD. What do I do, bro? What do I do? Come with me. No, I don't I never BEEN HERE BEFORE. I KNOW YOU I'm glad you haven't. No, it's not the point. It's the point. I've never been here. Okay. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN A TRACK KID. I've always been a good kid. I understand that. No. This is not okay, bro. This is not okay. Like I'm freaking the [ __ ] out. Just don't freak out. please Can you please Can you please help me? I'm helping you. I'm freaking out. Can you please help me? Can you please help me? Can you please Can you please No, please look at me. Come over here. Please look at me. Usually when we think about entitled teens, we often imagine spoiled brats who were never told no and have zero respect for authority. This clip actually shows the opposite side of that spectrum. Fariza is simply terrified of her father's reaction. So, either he is really a strict parent or quite possibly she's never experienced any hardship or punishments in her life. So, now she's overreacting. The good thing is is that she wasn't disrespectful or argumentative. For the most part, she did what the officers told her to do. Can you please, bro? Can you please help me? Can you please Can you at least help me calm down? Can you please Fariza, where were I've been trying to talk to you the whole time. You're not listening. Okay. Can you please help me? Have a seat. Can you please help me, bro? Can you please help me? I've never been here, bro. I've never been HERE IN MY LIFE. FARIZA. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN A GOOD KID. A'S AND B'S, BRO. I'VE NEVER BEEN HERE. OH MY GOD. Oh my god. Fariza, just stop helping. Oh my god. Oh my god. OH MY GOD. I'M FREAKING THE She kept freaking out because she didn't listen to what anyone had to say. Probably the dumbest thing you can do in a scary situation is to freak out because it only makes everything worse. But at the end of the day, she's still just a kid. So, let's not be too harsh on her. There are some kids that are just a little spoiled or a little entitled, but not our next suspect. This is one of those kids that's just so insufferable, you pretty much want to see him get punished immediately. On March 18th, 2022, officers on bike patrol saw this guy arguing with an employee at a bar. He even jumped the metal barricades that form the entrance to the club. A friend tried to calm him down. However, the police saw everything. This is what happened next. Hey, come here. Come here, man. Dude, you better stop now. STOP. STOP. STOP. DUDE. STOP. STOP. I GOT THE ARM. GRAB THIS ONE. YOU GOT TO HAND IT to the kid. He was tased, yet he kept going. But that's about all the compliments he's going to get today. As you're about to see, he's a really loathsome character. His brother will try to get him off the hook. But after the stunt he just pulled, it's not likely to happen. Push him. I got him. You got him. Grab the right arm. Pull your arm out, dude. Yes, sir. Pull the Give me your arm Give me your right arm now. Put it behind your back. Put it behind your back now. Put it behind your back. I got cuffs. Stay back. You back up. Back up. Back up. Yep. He's good right now. No. He's going to jail. I tased your brother. Ooh, that hurt. I bet it did. Hey, whoever tased me, I'll give you I'll give you all credit. Boy, whoever tased me got some good Officer, can I walk over? Hang on. I'll let you move in a second. I'm sorry for the mistake I made. My mom's going to be irate. My mom is going to rush me herself. I highly doubt that. If his mom was that tough and strict, this guy wouldn't be prancing around town getting in fights with club guards or running away from the police. Am I right or am I right? And the fact that he doesn't mention a dad hints at the fact that he probably doesn't have a healthy male role model in his life. But since this isn't the psychology channel, let's set that aside right now. Dude, shut up, man. Mom is going to Hey, man, I'm going to lock you up, okay? 1 2 3. All right. I can't blame him. I mean, I ran, so I I would They're on bikes, bro. You saw him miss the first taser. See how they coming with the aim. So, what Can I Can I You can't give him anything. Nope. He can't give his own money. No, dude, right now you get nothing until we get done with our investigation. No. No. I'm white. You run from the goddamn cops? I'm sorry, officer. I'm going to Dude, you can just go home. Go home. Leave. Leave. Justice, at least At least they let me go last time. At least I'm going to juvenile. At least I'm going to juvenile. I've never been. I've never been. The first thing that struck me was how polite this kid was to the cops. The way he talks, calm, collected, acknowledging his crimes, and accepting punishment. He actually sounds like a nice kid, doesn't he? Actually, his brother is the one getting worked up. I'm guessing the real reason for that, and the reason the kid ran in the first place, is that previously he'd committed some other felonies. I love you. You You only got three pending felony felonies with This is going to be I'm not good. This is going to be I'm not good. I love you. Yeah, how many pending charges? It's whole You're [ __ ] Justice, I'm eating whole grain food when I get there. Hey, you're [ __ ] I love you. Kept trying to drag you to the side where We both know. All right, man, here's the deal. You got to ride with us. Regardless what happens. Yes, sir. You got your wallet, your vape, and your phone. Do you want to give any of it to your brother? Or do you want to tow all your [ __ ] with you? What What is the difference? It's your property. It's your stuff. It's your property. He already has three felonies. That most likely means he was released on probation several times. Again and again, he was allowed to walk free, and that's just crazy. As it turns out, fighting and running from the police wasn't the only thing he did wrong that night. Listen to this. Wait, wait, officer. I can't have a fake ID. I know y'all I I know y'all aren't going to do this. I know you've been drinking here. That one on the right is mine. Mhm. That's my mom's card right there. That's her debit card. Yeah. That's fine. Wait, is my ID in there? That I got it. Is my real one in there? Yes, sir. Ooh, so I screw. So, I get a violation for the fake So, do you want to keep any of this or not? Oh, no, sir. No, I'm saying you're going to give it to your brother or you want to play? It's up to you. It's your stuff. You got to go to jail now. You can't run from the police. That's why I got to go. Before like you only would have got You only would have got a ticket, man. But now you got a ticket for the disorderly, but then you got obstruction Does that make sense? So, those are your two charges you got right now. Two charges? What about the fake ID? What about underage drinking? These cops are way too lenient, and so is the justice system. I guess his mom bailed him out of trouble too many times, and he just never learned anything. But now, even though he's only 17, he's about to be treated as an adult. All this will just be taken away from you if you don't want to give it to your brother. So, they just take it from your brother. That's a no go. That's a no go. You're 17. Okay, you're going to get treated like an adult, okay? It doesn't matter. Listen to me. No, I don't. So, look Listen, here's what's going to happen. They're not in charge I'm in charge of this. I'm making charges on you. You're going to have disorderly conduct for what you did with that. No. So, and then I'm going to I'm going to You're going to get You're going to get obstruction from running from me. After that So, after that, that's what I'm saying. They're done, man. So. All right, man, y'all want to bar him or anything or no? Yeah. All right. All right, man, so for the next 2 years How long? 2 years? Two's the max. Two's the max I can do. Okay, so from '90s and '80s You're not You can't go Yeah. At least somebody decided that enough is enough. And remember how surprised I was by how polite and calm this kid is? Well, the moment the bar owners confronted him, that's when his real personality came to the surface and he showed his true face. You barred for 2 years. So, if you show You go back there, you'll get criminal trespass, okay? Listen. Listen. All right. So, hey, man, So, Okay. I just need y'alls Man, you're a [ __ ] Uh-huh. Don't look at me, [ __ ] Man, I don't Do you find this incredibly untolerable? Yeah, you definitely. Yeah. I've got cotton mouth. I can't even Like look at this officer. This [ __ ] At the end of the day, I have The right to remain silent, okay? So, understand that. The calm kid is all gone now, and what's left is frankly scary. I've never been much of a gambler, but I bet this kid is going to spend the majority of his life in prison. This behavior, at just 17 years old, is not something that can be remedied by a conversation or even punishment. My back hurts bad. I can't talk cuz I've got cotton mouth so bad. Those people let me in the eye They let me in the bar with a fake ID. That's their fault. Anyways, my mom's going to let me home cuz she's a secretary of state of Jackson County information office. Look. I'm not worried. I'm getting out tomorrow. Hopefully. I'll have mom. That's all I know. Yep. I wish I didn't come come here. That's all I know. You know, if you didn't run, they wouldn't have done They would not They literally said, "Hey, step back." You ran. What are they going to do? If you're a black guy, yeah, they might have shot you. But, you're white. Do you not see the news? Black guy gets his [ __ ] head stomped on. Black guy gets shot. No. You say, "Yes, sir." and you walk your white the other way. You know this. I didn't know they were coming. I can't even talk cuz my tongue gets curled under. I'm sitting here. My tongue is like curled under my mouth cuz I can't talk from cotton mouth from those people letting me in that Another surprising thing about this is that the cops allowed the brother to come really close. Usually, we're accustomed to seeing the cops remove everyone else from the scene, apart from the suspect, of course. But, this time they allowed the brothers to engage in friendly banter, which I find to be really troublesome. My stomach is empty. It has alcohol in it, no food. Jesus Christ. Oh my god, dear god. I will stop smoking weed if I have to. That's the only thing I do. I don't take pills anymore. I overdosed on benzos. Does anybody know that? I know Dylan said I got charged with having cocaine in his pocket. We've already told him several times. is like just shut up. Dear god almighty. What did they charge you with? Do you remember? Please stop talking about it. I don't want to talk about it. Yes, sir. I don't want to talk about it. Why don't you have a seat? I I don't I don't Cuz she'd win justice. Why don't you have a seat? got caught. So, yes, the girl would tackle Have a seat. She would probably tackle me and I'd get a Go ahead and have a seat. Let's see. Does she have a 9-mm here? Yeah, she has a 9-mm. Go ahead and have a seat. She would fill me with hollows. Yeah, I know. I am having a terrible time. This right hand cuff, specifically the right one, is cutting my circulation off. I cannot imagine being in there with a bunch of black people. Horrendous. I cannot imagine. Dear god, my lord and savior. Proverbs. Please keep me away. After a while, a squad car arrives to take the suspect to jail. At that point, he starts insulting the officers, especially the female. This just goes to show how deranged this individual really is. He just keeps spewing his nonsensical stories as if anyone cared to listen to them. I know that taser string all over me that they tased me with, and I ate it like a [ __ ] NFL player. I ate it like I was Tavon Wansley. He tased me and I was the other one. He tased He tased it. Yeah, I clearly did. I clearly did. What? I clearly did. Look at you. You want to talk to a cop talk straight to them. What are you doing, dude? Stop. Stop. I'm going to shoot you. She's got a 9-mm. I'll shoot you. The 9-mm thought you Do you have anything on you? The 9-mm I like kind of 9-mm Levi, stop. Don't be Hey, do you want to swap the cuffs? And those cuz those are pseudo cuffs. I don't have nothing with you. What do you think I got? Right? All right. If you got anything on you, tell us now. I ain't got white. If you got anything on you, tell us now. I ain't got white. Stop. Hey, listen. Listen. Do you have If you have anything on you, tell us now because if you cross the jail line, then you're going to get an extra charge, okay? All right, Bruce. [ __ ] on you. All right. Anyways. His brother was once again allowed to get too close. I mean, he was standing right across from the vehicle talking to the suspect. At least he tried to reason with him and get him to stop saying stupid things that might get him in trouble, but that didn't matter much. Levi just kept resisting. Watch what happens next. I got it in your face. Your face is bleeding. Then bust it. I don't bust it. What? What did you do? That's all fakey right there. Fake Fakey style. I don't got it. Don't do that. I can see that. Stop tightening them handcuffs like I won't do all y'all. Like I won't do all y'all. Tighten them handcuffs. See what happens. So, your brother's taking all All right, no. Go. Leave. Shut up. Leave now. Leave now. Leave now. Leave now. Walk away. Walk away. Walk away. What? I'll literally throw your frying skillet. Real talk. Hey, Sam. I ain't scared of your feminine All right. All right. I can't wait to get in this car like I ain't done did it before. Close the door. All right. Can you Can you Can you loosen these handcuffs? No. You loosen these handcuffs? Yeah, I got it. Spit in your face. Close the door. Thank you. As the officers were scuffling with him trying to get him in the car, he decided to go a step further. So, he spat on the female officer. In response, they put him in a spit hood and restrained him using the seat belts. It's crazy to think that he didn't get charged for assaulting a police officer or resisting arrest. I guess his mommy does have connections in law enforcement. Yes. Grab a spit mask, dude. Yo, ham. We Yo, ham. We Yo, ham. I don't fight you. Don't call I don't fight you, gay. He's gay. I can tell you look up gay. We can say on my kids. I know. On my kids. You good? Sit up. On my kids. You weak. On my kids. Put that mask over me. I'm scared. It's time to reiterate my claim that law enforcement is too lenient on this guy. He was only charged for obstructing a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct, and then he was released. Again, just months later, he went to his girlfriend's house and threatened her with a gun. When police arrived, he fled into a wooded area and started shooting at them, hitting a police dog named Kai. The officers retaliated and critically wounded him. He's facing nine charges, including two counts of aggravated assault on law enforcement, two counts of aggravated assault, and harming a law enforcement animal. Thankfully, the dog survived. It seems like everyone and their mother has a medical marijuana license these days, but it won't stop the bratty teen in our next clip from getting arrested. Let me take you back to August 2023, when during a routine traffic stop, an officer immediately noticed a strong smell of marijuana coming from the car. Here's the moment the officer approaches the suspects. Hey. Sheriff's office. How's it going? It's going on. What's going on over here? Nothing. I just finished my food, actually. Oh, okay. Yeah, I was just eating. Do you have your IDs on you? Yeah. Do you have a medical marijuana card? I do. Yeah, yeah. You do? Yeah. This one's expired, but that's it. Okay. Where's your actual ID at? Um Oh. Here's the non-expired one. Sorry. I need your actual ID, not the Do you have your ID on you, miss? No. Do what? You live where? Just right down the street. Right here in the front of these wood lots? Okay. I mean, you said here. I don't know where here is. Okay. Penal's a big area here, okay? Yeah, I know. The suspects turned out to be two teenage girls. All of this was immediately suspicious to the officers. So, they decided to do a more thorough check. I mean, it's really unlikely that a teenager who's fit enough to drive would require the use of medical marijuana, but I've seen weirder stuff happen, so it might be true. How's it going? Do you want to pull her out of there? Do you want to step out for a minute? She's got a medical card, but uh Okay. Ma'am, step out of the vehicle. Can I ask you why? We're telling you to step out of the vehicle. But, I'm just asking. Because we have the right to ask anybody to step out of the vehicle. I'm okay. That's fine. I'm just asking. This one, right? Making it difficult. I'm not I'm not being difficult at all. So, you haven't had one yet? Yeah. All right. Hop out here. What are you huffing and puffing at me for? Aggravated. Aggravated? Go stand right back there. The officer immediately noticed a joint on the floor of the car, and that's illegal, permit or not. Both suspects seem to be irritated by having to step out of the car, but that was just the beginning of their ordeal. When the officers confront them about the joint, they try to lie their way out of the situation. I can see a joint over here and stuff. They're over here smoking. She's Her eyes are all blazed up. Do what? What did you say? She didn't do anything wrong. Yeah, I don't understand why. Okay. Well, you can't have marijuana. It's got to be in a suspender, right? Container? Yeah. And it's not. It's right there on the floor. On the On the floor? Yeah. Isn't there a joint down there on the floor? I mean, if it's smoked, then that's that You can't have You can't smoke it in public. I wasn't smoking in public. I smoke it in my car at my house. Right, that's public. It's not public. That's in my driveway. Okay. You can't have it in public. Unless it's in its container. Okay. I'm telling you, you can't have it like that. That's illegal. Okay. Well, you asked what you did wrong. I just explained it to you. The joint on the floor might seem like a minor thing, but rules are usually there for a reason. And if Bridget, the owner of the car, has a legal medical marijuana license, she should be aware of those rules. Her defense is simple. She blazed up in her driveway before she took off from home. I don't need you to say anything. You asked what you did wrong. I explained it. No, it smells like burnt cannabis in there. Okay. Okay. You need a parent to come get you cuz there's weed in the car. You're only 15. There wasn't? No. No. This is an interesting situation. I mean, if it was just a smoked joint on the floor and the driver's telling the truth about smoking it at home, then it's really not a big deal. It wasn't placed in plain view, but thrown on the floor. Nobody would even know it's there unless they were really trying to see what's in the car. The question remains, did the officers sense the smell of marijuana or not? Now, both girls took to their phones and tried to embellish the story a little bit to their parents. When I When I pulled up, did you see smoke coming out of my car? 60. When you guys were down there, did you see smoke coming out of my car? I didn't do anything. I was sitting there eating my food. They just pulled up out of nowhere. We saw two cop cars pull up up down the street and then they was like talking to each other, then another one pulled in, and then they was talking. Can I call my mom? Hey. Mom, I'm sitting here eating my Wendy's. And then I seen one of them pulled up behind me. They were like way up the road and they were just sitting there watching me. And I'm like, "Okay, whatever. I'm just eating my Wendy's." You know, minding my own business. And the next thing I know, a different one pulls up, the same one from earlier pulls up and pulls up right behind me, and a different one in the truck pulls up. And he's like, "Get out the vehicle. Don't be difficult." We all have body cams on. We definitely didn't say it like that. Um And he's He's like He's just being They're all just being And here we go with the insults. When infantile teenagers get in a situation like this with cops, they often react by hurling offensive words they learned at the kindergarten playground. It just shows how immature they are. And it's always interesting to see how the cops react to it. They just searched my car. He's talking about it smells like weed. I said, "Yeah, I have my medical marijuana card." Which I smoke it at the house. He said something about, "Oh, so you guys weren't smoking just now?" No, I was sitting here eating my Wendy's. So, I don't know. Like, they're just being snotty as We're being snotty. Like Like, I don't even know. Like, they're like being entitled right now. I'm not being rude. It's just annoying. Can you guys quit being snotty, please? Well, this cop seems to be taking it all with a dose of humor, which is always better than getting angry. But, I have a feeling the suspects will not appreciate that approach very much. We all wear body cams, so professional. I am. We all have body cams on, okay? So, you can request some videos if you think we were talking to you rude. That's cool. It was in the container, wasn't it? That's fine. It was in the container, wasn't it? They don't sell it like that. It was inside of the container. Doesn't matter. When's the last time you purchased? Does it not matter? Isn't that what matters that it's inside of the container? You can't buy street weed and then put it in the container and act like that's the weed you bought from a dispensary. Okay. You can also put it in a plastic baggie so it doesn't smell as much. Are you kidding? Plastic bags don't help with smell. It's literally in a plastic bag in a container because my mom doesn't like the smell of weed, sir. What are you trying to do? One thing I have to say about this interaction is that even though the suspect is a little agitated, she seems pretty sure of herself. I mean, she just argued with the officer about whether or not a plastic bag is an appropriate container for weed. That's especially strange when you realize the fact that she doesn't have a medical marijuana card. Yep, the cops checked the database and the card she gave them wasn't valid. She doesn't have a valid prescription for 2 months. So. Huh? Yeah, no, she's an adult. I got a parent coming somewhere. That's your mom? So. We want to hook her, we can. I mean, the mouth alone is Huh? So, you don't have a valid prescription? Bridget, you haven't had a valid prescription for 2 months. So, technically you can be arrested right now for possessing that. This is a card. Yeah, and it's Your prescription expired June 29th, 2 months ago. You do not have a valid prescription right now to possess it. So, your whole She's got an updated card. Oh, is that? She's 18, she can go. Bridget is still on the phone chatting with her mom, but I'm guessing that at the same time her mind is racing to find out how to get out of this situation. If she plays this right, she might just get a slap on the wrist. If not, she's facing jail time. And by the looks of it, those playground insults are about to come back and bite her in the behind. My guess is she's not going to take it that well. No, he just came up to my window. He didn't pull me over. I was parked. Okay. No, I did not. I did not give them any type of dissent. I said I said, "Why? Why?" You trying to take her? Huh? Okay. Put the phone down. No, no, no, they're arresting me. They're arresting me. They're arresting me. They're arresting me. PUT THE PHONE DOWN. SHE'S AN ADULT, WE CAN tell her, okay? We don't need to tell you. STOP. STAND UP like an adult. COME ON. STOP. LET'S ACT LIKE AN ADULT. OKAY, BRIDGET? I'M going to let you go and you're going to stand up like an adult. You're going to act normal. You hear me? You can cry all you want, but you're not going to wrestle us. Turn around. Relax. That went down pretty much how I expected it to. While Bridget's being taken to the squad car sobbing, her friend Jennifer's mom appears. Even though she was just 15 at the time, Jennifer actually had good advice for Bridget, but I doubt it had any effect on the way she was behaving. I wasn't even resisting, bro. I am. I am listening. You got anything else on you? I don't have anything. Bridget. Bridget, just listen, bro. She's 15, there's marijuana in the vehicle, okay? They pulled over in front of this empty lot, it was suspicious. All right, so when we walked up, knocked on the window, we smelled weed coming out of the vehicle. Can I get your your name? We weren't smoking. There was no smoke. We weren't smoking. You better not have been. She was eating while they pulled in. What was the last time? Oh my god. Yep, all that was in the vehicle with your daughter. So, since she's a minor Since she's a minor I'm going to release her to an adult. Okay. Apparently, there was more weed than just a smoked joint in that vehicle. And this mom had some foreboding words for her daughter. Let's just hope she managed to follow through to give her child the discipline that every kid needs. She will not ever be doing anything like this again. Hopefully she doesn't hang out with her and again. Oh, she never will. I don't need to speak to them. Will her parents be contacted? She's an adult. I don't believe that you were doing this, but you can be There was You're able to be released. Detective Maltese said that there was a joint in the cup holder between them. So, technically she could have been charged cuz it was right in between of where they both were sitting. you, then. Thank you. And you get your behind home. And can she come with me, then? Yep, I'm releasing her to you, ma'am. Thank you. Okay. It's good to see Bridget taking some deep breaths and attempting to calm down. Unfortunately, it was a little too late for that. In addition to possessing 20 g or less of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, she was also charged with resisting an officer without violence. That's not a nice way to step into adulthood by any stretch of the imagination. Hopefully, she learned a lesson and gave herself a chance to become a normal adult. This time we go back to December 2023. Officers patrolling the area were standing in front of a bar. That's when they heard a commotion and rushed inside where they saw a young man fighting with the security guard. I know, I know. I didn't do anything wrong, did you? I am. Oh my Oh my god. Yeah, so you didn't see the rest, then? You just saw me, right? What happened? He hit me in the What am I supposed to do? I'm not doing anything wrong. Don't pull me. Walk over to the car, then. Walk over to the car. Guys, I didn't You didn't do anything other than put me in a stick up? No, I have nothing. I don't do drugs. I'm a good kid. I don't do anything. I have my phone in my pocket. That's it. Guys, I didn't do anything. Oh my god. The suspect claims he didn't do anything wrong and that the security guy hit him first. He doesn't look that young, right? But the fact that he refers to himself as a good kid and the fact that he doesn't take any responsibility for his actions proves that he is, in fact, a child. And what do kids do when they get in trouble? Well, they blame others. I didn't do anything wrong. He threw me down the stairs, and I'm getting arrested. Stop you. No, it's [ __ ] Where were you When that Why are you grabbing my dad? You're weird. That's [ __ ] weird. Go ahead and tighten it. [ __ ] stupid, dude. I have done nothing wrong. I'm a good kid. I've done nothing wrong. The bartender tries to [ __ ] fight me, and I go to jail. Who's doing the interview? Do it. Do it. I want an interview right now. I want an interview. They're going to take him. Okay, we'll bring him over to his car. Can I get an interview? Can I get an interview? Yeah, don't talk to him. Please, please, please. Dude, what the Oh my god. I didn't do anything wrong. I Listen to me, bro. I Yes, yes, sir. Yes, sir. I'm sorry. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. All right, just have a seat. I'm not a bad kid, dude. I didn't do it. to talk to you and they'll get you figured out, okay? Just relax. I just I just relax. I didn't I know. Just relax. I'm sorry. I didn't do anything wrong. The bartender hit me in the [ __ ] face. What am I If somebody punches you in the face, what are you going to do? Once he's seated in the car, the tough guy who fights with security guards is on the brink of tears. The more he speaks, the more we start to realize he isn't such a good boy after all. He admits he had prior experience with cops, and he also might have a drinking problem. What's your name? What's your name? Officer Jones. Officer Jones. You see my good guy, dude. I Listen, look, look. Please, look at me. Please, please. I've been through this before. I have I have two DUIs. You guys will find that out in 10 seconds cuz you're going to search my I have my I have my phone on me. I have my ID on me. I have all my cards on me. You guys can search it. I don't have any warrants. I'm a good kid. I'm not a bad kid, dude. I was really trying to get my life straight. I didn't do anything wrong. I was talking to some Russian girls with one of my friends and and we were having a great night, dude. We're having an amazing night. I didn't do anything wrong, man. I didn't do anything. I really didn't. He came up to me and punched me in the face. What am I supposed to do? It's self-defense. I get it. I know you're doing your job. I do understand. I'm and and believe me, I'm not being an [ __ ] if you want to take me to jail. I know it's I know it's going to happen anyways. I get it, but I did nothing wrong, man. I did nothing wrong. So, the whining goes on and on. The kid is adamant about not being the guilty party, but I don't think anyone really believes him. He looks like a scoundrel. He's probably used to weaseling his way out of situations. And then, he goes and does it all again. After a while, he says the security guard wasn't the only one who assaulted him. I didn't do anything wrong, man. I didn't. The The bartender pushed me down the stairs. What am I We're going to We're going to get it figured out, man. Just You know, so so understand this. Cops go on people cuz we need to control the scene. That doesn't necessarily mean you're going to jail. I'm in the back of a cop car. Right, because I don't want you standing out there with everybody video recording you and and going who what the hell is going on. You know what I mean? I get it, but if somebody pushes you down the stairs, what are you going to do? Right, so that's why we're trying to get it figured out. That's all I'm saying. I understand. I was sitting there talking to people. I did nothing wrong. So, do you know like what's the word on it? I mean So, the investigating officer's inside right now talking to them. And then what happens is they come out here and they talk to you. And of course, they're going to come out here and it's going to be all on me because they work here and they live here and Well, but hold on. Hold on. The reason I'm not I'm not yelling at you and I'm sorry. I'm just very frustrated, dude. If you were in my position, you'd be Somebody punched me in the [ __ ] face, dude. Trust me, I get it. Here's Dude, I mean it's Andrew, Andrew, calm down. The reason I'm not asking you questions like it's not fair, dude. If we've learned anything by now, it's that everyone has their own side of the story, and usually they're quite the opposite. So, let's go inside and see what the people at the bar have to say. Apparently, it was closing time, and our entitled child suspect didn't want to leave. So, Caesar, you were up here. You You told him I mean, if that was a group of people, you know. I told the people like four times already like it's time to go. We go downstairs. So, we go. Whatever. We go. All the people fine, but this guy is argument with the with the bartender. Mhm. And then he said what do you want to do? I don't know what to say. Go home. So, what do you do? Dude, what a [ __ ] I don't know what to say. And then I said okay, but he stopped to go. But you said he was having a hard time understanding English that it's time to go and leave, and then he wanted to go up and So, he was here going back and forth with the bartender, and that's when you gave a small shove. The security guy claims he gave the guy a little push, to which the suspect reacted by swinging and punching him. But that wasn't all. Apparently, the suspect was also holding a bottle at the time. So, our goody two-shoes decided to use it as a weapon, like the nice little boy he is. Up. And then when did he hit you? Uh when I tried to, you know, push him. When you tried the second time? Then he punched Chris. Okay. And then So, he punched you with had a bottle in his hand. A bottle Your bottle? Okay. And then he hit me, but he just got me just a little bit, and then it just blowed right here. The bottle exploded right here? It blowed like this. Somewhere here. Yeah. Yeah, like that. And then somewhere here. And then then it just exploded. I mean, it's a pretty serious case. So, he hit you with the bottle. And then you guys just went tumbling downstairs or No, I just I mean like grabbing him. You grabbed him? I tried to push him, push him. And then uh the bartender is pushing so he just asleep over there, and then he tried to go back to me. But that's when the other bartender helped out. Yeah. If all that's true, it becomes quite obvious that the guy is not such a nice person after all. And this stuff happens all the time when you mix a crappy personality with alcohol. It never ends well. In the meantime, the bartender appeared giving his account of the events. It seems that the suspect also tried to convince him that he was a good guy. But actually, the one guy who is clearly good here is the bouncer. Listen to this. I told him before he left, and that's what got him coming back up here. And I said everything's fine. Just leave, you know. He forgot your credit card. Well, I'm not trying to be It's like the 10th time of the night that he said I'm not trying to be What he's doing is he's trying to So, I said just everything's fine. Just go. And then he comes more [ __ ] I'm just He's [ __ ] lucky. Let me say Do you want to press charges? Okay. I just I don't want to hit I just want You just want him trespassed? Yeah, I don't want to hit him. I don't want to hit him. You You don't want to press charges? No. I mean, I'm fine. Okay. He hit you with the bottle, man. Yeah, but not like with the bottle. He tried to hit me with the bottle. That's what he just It's still an aggravated battery. This cop just couldn't wrap his head around this. How is it possible that the guy who was injured the most doesn't want to press charges? Just imagine being assaulted, punched, and hit with a bottle, and then being as chill as this guy. We need more people like him in the world, don't you think? The officers do manage to convince him to at least trespass the suspect, but he's adamant about not wanting to press charges. But let's get back to our prima donna and see what he's up to. I would like to know why I'm being arrested. I'm saying you're being detained. I'm not saying you're under arrest. Hold on. Just give me just 1 second. I'm sorry, man. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. This is not fair, bro. I'm I've been doing good, man. I got I got three jobs. I'm working at a golf course. I got two serving jobs. Like I'm just trying to save money. I'm trying to buy a house. I'm I'm I'm not a violent person. I would never hurt anybody, man. I would never. The bartender came running at me. Like what what am I What am I supposed to do, bro? What am I supposed to do? You know what I mean? Well, for one, you're supposed to do what they say and get out of the bar when it's closing. This reminds me of my toddler when she comes to me whining. I can see she's faking it from a mile away cuz where are the tears? I hear you sobbing, but there are no tears. I didn't hit anybody. Okay. I did not hit anybody. That's it. That's all I know. I didn't hit anybody. I fell down the stairs with the bartender cuz he came running at me and I grabbed him and we both fell down the stairs. That's as far as I know and then I left after that and then you guys grabbed me. And um and and and that's all I know. I didn't hit anybody. I didn't start any fights. Um all I all I did was try to close out my tab and then I said I'm out of here and the bartender ran at me and tackled me down the stairs. I was literally with a girl. Like why would I feel the need to be like you're a He like What what what You know what I mean? Like why would I do that? I was already with the only girl that I was talking to all night, which was the only girl that I wanted to talk to and the only girl that I wanted to leave with. And I wish that she was here because and not that it matters for legal sake, but you guys could ask for the same thing. I just I didn't do anything wrong, man. I really didn't. Here comes the fake sobbing again without the tears, of course. This guy's just pathetic. He claims that nobody ever told him the bar was closing and that he never hit anyone with a bottle. In the end, he was only charged with disorderly intoxication. And now for something completely different. In our next clip, nobody's being drunk or arguing. It's just a kid named Jemaya who desperately wanted an iPhone. So, he asked another boy if he could use his phone to call his mom. As soon as he had it in his hands, Jemaya bolted. The victim chased him and another man who witnessed everything called the cops. Where did it happen at? Right here. I was walking Were you on school property still? Uh no. It was like right next to the house right there. Right next to where? How long ago? Just now or where did it go? This way? I was I was working right here in the driveway and I saw both of them coming down the sidewalk. So, I moved out of the way. Give me the description one more time. It was like black shoes and like White guy black guy? Black guy and it has like a green tag on it. Like it's And you don't know him? I do not know him. About your age or what? I thought he should He looks like he'll be like a a grade above Did he hit you or anything or you just yanked it out of your hand? Like I let He said he wanted to call his mom. You know what I mean? I'm a good person. I let him use it, but seconds later he just booked it off. So, you saw the guy? I know you weren't really paying attention I thought they were friends though cuz they were walking together. And then he crossed the road in front of the traffic, the other guy. And then he came running up to me So, the other guy went over there? Yeah, he but he went down the sidewalk on that side. It's a sleazy way to get an iPhone, I know, but it doesn't mean the suspect is a career criminal or anything like that. It could just mean that he buckled under peer pressure and wanted to have what all the other kids have. For now, let's give the guy the benefit of the doubt and let's check out how the cops managed to find him. Apparently, they started patrolling the neighborhood. I got the right side. Hey, stop stop stop. Hey! Stop! Freeze! Stop! He's with me. Get over here! Freeze! LAY DOWN! LAY DOWN! PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK! DON'T MOVE! DO YOU HEAR ME? ONE IN CUSTODY. WHAT DID I DO? Give you money for, dog? Cuz y'all chasing me This kid is 16 years old and apart from the petty theft, he seems pretty innocent. I know looks can be deceiving, but he doesn't resist nor is he being rude and obnoxious. He's playing dumb asking why he's being arrested. So, the female officer explains what's going on. What did I do, man? Okay, so listen. This is why you're being detained, okay? You're fitting the description of a suspect of a theft of a cell phone. That's why you're being detained right now. My phone is right there. financial, okay? This is why you're being detained, okay? Hey, if you run, you getting tased. I'm not going to run. All right. Thank you. I'm making sure you understand that. What did I do? No. Stand up. I'm putting my hands up. Stand up. I want you to turn and stand right here. Keep your hands at your Keep your hands at your side. Keep your hands to your side. You want me to put my hands up? Keep your hands to your side. This situation just confirms my suspicion that this is just a kid who tried to steal something rather than a dangerous criminal. It almost never happens that the cops remove cuffs from a suspect and let him stand idle like that. Yes, there are a lot of cops, but he's an agile kid. He could try to make a run for it at any moment. So, it's obvious that these officers do not perceive him as a threat and that they don't think he'll attempt to run away. On you? See See I just got out of school. I was trying to go home and do school work. I just got back to school. Trying to do good. Show my mom I'm tired. My last job I had bad grades. I don't be going to school like that. Trying to focus on my brethren. Who are they to you? They're my people. What do you mean your people? Cousin, okay. He said he's you're his cousin? Okay, so this is what's going on, okay? Right now, he's just being detained, okay? Okay? Because he fits the description matching a theft of a cell phone. Okay? So, until our investigation's done if everything's good, then he's then he's free to go. But you guys are He's getting all worked up with you guys being here. Do you mind waiting somewhere else until he can call you? He has his phone so he can call you when he's done. Stealing a phone is stupid, but telling the cops you were going to go home to do school work is even dumber. There's no way in hell they would believe that. I mean, what 16-year-old does that? Also, he kept asking if the cops could give his backpack to his relatives. He's notified that he's being arrested for eluding the officers. So, he's placed in handcuffs and the female officer then uses his phone to notify his mom. But when he hears her voice, the young man is lost for words. You getting arrested. I don't know. Hi. Um this is Officer Erickson with Bobby Sharday. I'm I'm with your son. This is why he's getting arrested. He Um we're still conducting our investigation. Right now, he's getting arrested for theft of a cell phone. Yeah, he asked to borrow someone's cell phone and then ran off with it. Just now or about 20 minutes ago. Um we're still conducting the investigation and everything like that, but because he is a juvenile, there is a chance that someone can pick him up, but we're still figuring that out. We need to figure out the value of the phone and everything. We're still investigating. We have more evidence than just if he has the phone on him, ma'am, but I just wanted to let you know cuz he is a minor. Just wanted to inform you of what was going on. When we can When we finish our full investigation, we will call you back and let you know when you can come pick him up. Cuz he is a minor, so he's not going to jail. After he was searched, the female officer read the suspect his rights. Jemaya continued saying he was innocent and even though the cops had not found the victim's phone yet, the victim positively identified him as the thief. So, the officers decided to give him one more chance to come clean. Okay. You've been identified. You ran from us. You're being charged with a theft It's a theft. You're not being charged with robbery. Listen, just listen to me cuz I'm going to tell you something and then you're going to go in the car and it's going to be over and done with. Okay? If you want to make good on this and you want to show us where you dropped the phone it'll help you with your cooperation. Okay? It'll show that you cooperated. It'll show that you're trying to work with us. If you don't want to do that, that's fine. I can't force you to. Okay? We can track the phone. We'll probably end up finding it. Okay? Put him in the car then. Nope. You can take it in your bag. It's not going in the back with you. So, when I go to the precinct when I get out Can I I can't take it? Yeah, when you get out you can. But right now you can't I it. Often, young men are emotionally attached to their mothers than their fathers. So, although the male officer failed to get the suspect to admit his crime, maybe a more sensitive female approach would do the trick. Let's see. I don't know. Is it really worth it? Because remember, this is all being recorded. You have the opportunity for anyone to see this. And if we tell the victim that you're cooperating, that can go a long way. Okay? You made a dumb decision. Can we agree on that? But if you help us find the phone, this will be a lot easier for everyone. You ran over there? Yeah. Where did you drop it? I ran. When you ran? Well, where do you remember it falling out? I'll have to show you. I'll have to take you over there. We can take you over there. Do you remember it was it in this plaza? Yeah. Okay. Is it Where did you run from over there? Over there. Across the street. Across the street? So, where did it fall out? Here or across the street? Across the street. And that plaza over there? Okay. What kind of phone was it? A phone. But it was a phone? If you got to Over here. The phone was over there. So, if we take you over there and follow, you'll be able to to help us out? I ran over there. Yes, we know you ran, but we need to need to be a little bit more specific. Right. We're trying to find the exact spot. After some more back and forth, the officers managed to locate the missing phone. Then they confirm that it's indeed the victim's phone and give the young thief some solid advice. And you don't know that guy, right? I've never seen that guy. Okay. I don't want to listen, man. I mean, I always do. That's the thing. And they always return it back. And since it was a school, I didn't I'm pretty sure I didn't If you want to help me out, tell him, "Hey, I'll dial the number on speaker phone for you and I'll hold it." If you need to call somebody. Yeah, you hold it like this. Yeah. Yeah, I got it. All right. All right. Just You want to hold it to the side or I'll Yeah, yeah, wait for your phone to It's a little damaged. They say could he toss it over there? Oh, is it? Yeah, really. After that, Jamar was taken to jail and processed. His mom was called to come pick him up. Throughout this ordeal, the young man seemed confused, like he really wasn't sure what to do or say. And that continued in jail. Jamar came up with a story about how he just found the phone on the ground and then ran when he saw the cops because he was scared. None of what he was saying made any sense, and his body language showed that he was being deceitful. I was on the bus, sir. I found the phone and I picked it up. That's what So, if I if if we if we find cameras in the school when we go back to look at the school cameras, that's what it's going to show? Listen, just be straight, okay? You're getting charged with theft. Here's what's happening. We we can really press this, and I'm not It's done. What I'm What I'm telling you is done. I'm not threatening you, I'm promising you. I'm telling you what we did for you. Anything above $750 is a felony, okay? There's varying information about how much a phone costs. We worried Listen, the the cost of the phone is $500, so you're getting a misdemeanor. It came out as a robbery. We're not charging you with robbery. We're not even charging you with grand theft. We're charging you with misdemeanor theft of a phone. That's it. The same as going into a store and stealing a pair of socks. It's the same thing. No matter what you tell me, I'm going to go ahead write out this rough arrest this this one sheet of paper, and you're going to go home with your mom as soon as we call her. What I'm asking you now, you've been read your rights, and you understand your rights. They were read to you on camera. What I'm asking you is, do you want to tell me what happened, tell me the truth, so I can mark down that you were cooperative, remorseful, this, that, and the other thing, or do you want to just go with you found it laying on the ground? And if we if we do find video evidence or any kind of evidence that rebuts what you're saying, it's going to make you look even worse. So, it's completely up to you. Do you want to be straight, own it own up to what you did, or do you want to just leave it at that? Once again, the officers were lenient, maybe even too lenient with the youngster. For Jamar's part, he didn't reciprocate with kindness, but just continued playing dumb. He was charged with petty theft and resisting arrest without violence. On April 7th, 2022, what started as a simple runaway report turned into one of the weirdest police encounters I've ever seen. It's one thing to see a grown person argue with police and try to call them names and insult them, but to see a 12-year-old girl do it is just unbelievable. We'll figure all that out. Are you Did you run away from home tonight? I didn't run away. I told him I was leaving. If you continue to yell, we're going to take Don't touch me. Don't your voice again, you're going Okay, but you're not my boss. Just because you're a cop doesn't mean nothing. Okay, so this is my scene, right? So, that means I make the rules. No, it's not. It's my scene and my choices. I have the rights to refuse. Before we go any further, let's go back to the beginning of that eventful evening when parents called the cops because their daughter was missing. Apparently, after her mom got into a fight with her husband, the daughter mentioned she was going to a friend's house, but failed to say when or where she was going exactly. By pinging her friend Trinity's phone, they were finally able to locate her whereabouts. By that time, the police were involved as well. Hang over there. We're looking for our daughter. She needs to go Hang out there. Hang out over there. I'll figure it out. We're trying to get our daughter. I want to separate them. Separate. Hang out now. Stop yelling. Stay right there and let me Hey, buddy. Buddy. Come over here, man. Stop, and we'll figure that out. Stay right there. You want to You want to keep your hands in front, man. Brother, keep your hands in front. Oop. Okay, who else is here? All right. So, And hold on. Hold on. How many other people are here right now? Inside? Okay. Hey, everyone right here, bro. Hey guys, do me a favor. No, hold on. Ma'am, I need everyone just to hang out right here, okay, until I figure this out. Everyone just stay right there for me, okay? I need you as well, bro. Just hang out right there, okay? No fighting, no arguing. Okay? Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Guys, no arguing. If you continue to interrupt, I'm just going to detain every person that talks over me. Next person that talks, buddy. I will figure that out. Just step over here, man. This is clearly not easy to figure out because there's so many people and there's so much stuff going on. Supposedly, Trinity's parents already got there and took their daughter. The one that got out of the car and screamed was Kathy, the girl the cops came to find in the first place. Supposedly, they were in a house with grown men drinking. So, when the parents tried to go in and get their kids, all hell broke loose. All right. And I So, I talked to Trinity's mom, and Trinity turned on her phone, and they pinged her here. So, we came to come get her. And um this gentleman right here, the short guy, came out. The white hair? Uh-huh, the older man. He comes out, and so my husband gets out, and he asks him, "Hey, my daughter's here. Can I just speak with my daughter?" Trinity's mom and some other people were here as well. And so, she's all, you know, "Let me get my daughter." Then the girl with the black sweater comes and gets in my face and is like, "Get out of my face." And the mom wound up going to the door trying to get into the house. So, my husband and some other females all went, and they saw the girls in the house, and there's like all kinds of men, they're drinking and everything. This situation is alarming in itself, but it's about to get worse before it gets better. The woman's husband scuffled with the owner of the house, and allegedly, someone even threatened them with a machete. The owner and his kids were mad because someone barged into their home, and the parents were worried about their teenage kids. And the teenagers? Well, I'll let them speak for themselves. They were trying to come into our house without our permission. And I tried stopping them. They came into our house. We'll figure that out. Hold on. Guys, I can't help you if you're talking over me. If you continue to argue, one by one, I'm going to detain every person that interrupts and put them in the car. Listen to me. Buddy. Buddy. Buddy, I know you're upset. You guys have a reason to be upset, but again, if you guys interrupt, I can't figure things out, okay? So, just hang out. Be patient with me. There's a lot of people here, and there's two of us. Give me 1 second. When another officer gets here, I'll figure it out, and I'll help as much as I can. Really? You guys are going to detain most of us, probably. Get me out of here. I probably should run by now. Hey. I shouldn't have said anything. I know. Well, I'm not going to jail You're not. for some stupid You're not. They are the ones Stop yelling. I don't want nobody from my family going to Again, Not knowing nothing is a dumb thing to say. They surely knew there were teenage girls in the house with drunk adult males. That's a red flag in itself, but the supposed victim here, 12-year-old Kathy, turned out to be the villain, at least in the cops' eyes. Look. Look. You guys If you continue to yell, we're going to take Don't touch me. You your voice again, you're going to be sitting in handcuffs. This is your last chance. You raise your voice, interrupt, or scream one more time, you're going to handcuffs, and you're sitting over there alone. We'll figure this out, and we'll try to help you in whatever we can, but if you don't help us, we can't away from here. That's all you need to do. We'll figure that out. All right, give me 1 second, bro. Hold on. I need help. This dude named Steven needs to go back to jail for touching. Child abuse. Child abuse. We'll figure all that out. Are you Did you run away from home tonight? I didn't run away. I told him I was leaving. Is your actual dad or someone that No, I want to go with my dad. My my real dad. That dude came out one day, and my mom decided to marry him. I That's who she is. Obviously, there's no love lost between Kathy and her mom. Her mom mentioned that Kathy suffers from a mental condition, causing her to have mood disorders and ADHD, and that she was taking medication for it. That might have been true because her behavior was just out of control. You need to stop raising your voice, okay? No, because she's lying, listen. These aren't the guys The guys that The guys that shot the boys are in jail. Stop raising your voice. She doesn't even know who this is. I don't know why she opens her mouth. Okay, that's fine. Everybody, hold on. It's my brother. No. Don't touch No. Stop. I'm not doing this. Put your hands on your Excuse me, guys. I'm not doing this. Ow, my nails. Can I just sit right here? I'm going to put you in my unit. I'm going to put you in my unit. Walk. This is stupid. Cuz they wanted to bring me out. He's dumb. Can you just take me to my dad's house? Cuz my dad is clean. You can drug test him. He's fine. down. You want to go to Wait, let go Let go of me real quick cuz that kind of hurts. Just keep walking. That's what my dad told me. Mister, that's what my dad told me. No, my arm where you're holding me. That's what my dad told me. Even when she was in handcuffs and being placed in the squad car, Kathy continued arguing and it was getting worse. This is what a 12-year-old Karen looks like, selfish, ignorant, obnoxious, and oblivious to everyone but herself. I wonder how she got to be that way. What are you doing? Cuz I don't want to be in here. It's too Well, I'm sorry. Unfortunately, the way you're acting Mister, I'm fine. Sit in my unit. I'm fine. No, I'm fine. Can I just be right here? I'm fine. I'm literally doing nothing. You guys are so disrespectful. Talk about freaking listen to the law. I'm not doing nothing but hanging out with my friend. I'll be back tomorrow that I'm fine. Because I'm fine. She took my She lost You can't make your own decisions. I can because I'm pretty responsible. Her and my dad wanted to be fighting later earlier, but now she's all Oh, I want my dad I want my dad I want my dad, but every since Oh, your dad's nothing, but when I say something, it's Oh my god, I'm calling the cops on you. She should give me my phone and stop losing my stuff. I'm fine. Take a seat. I need to talk to my supervisor right now. You can go talk to him. You need to sit down. I don't want to. Sit. We'll roll down the window. You guys are being rude. I'm not being rude. Take a seat. I'll turn on the on the cooling system. Let's be honest. Kids usually don't get this way on their own. Mental disorder or not, I feel like the way this girl is acting is a direct consequence of her upbringing. There's no way in hell my 12-year-old daughter would be in somebody else's house with grown men without me knowing where she is. That's some seriously bad parenting and Kathy, well, she's got a thing or two to say about that as well. Because I'm I'll sort everything out. I'm not doing anything. Take my mom to jail. Uh because she has my brother in there that she's allowing to smoke weed and her boyfriend over there arguing um and everything. Just take me away from her. I don't want to be with her anymore. I No, because you guys always listen to my mom and I go to hospitals. Hospitals don't do nothing. I've been in and out of hospitals. What do you want me to do? Listen? That's what I'm not going to do. We were having a good time until my mom all of a sudden started yelling at me, telling me I'm useless and everything. And I leave and then that's what she wants to care is when I leave. Like don't you guys understand that kids are being verbally abused by their parents? Do you not listen to kids? I think they might listen to kids if kids weren't spoiled, entitled, self-centered little brats. Maybe I'm being too harsh on the girl. She obviously comes from a wrecked family and from what I've heard so far, neither of her parents, including the new husband, should have been allowed to have kids, but her demeanor and the way she acts is so inappropriate and she really gets on my nerves. I don't want to be in the car. I walk everywhere I go. If you don't If you guys take me to a hospital No, because you guys are going to put me in a hospital and I'm not going to go. No, you don't get it. You've never been through this. You don't want to go to the hospital, but if you don't sit down in there right now, it's going to be very uncomfortable for you in a little while and I know you don't want to be in the red car. I What am I doing? I'm just standing here. Is it against the law to stand? Okay, but you're not my boss. Just because you're a cop doesn't mean nothing. Okay, so this is my scene, right? So that means I make the rules. No, it's not. It's my scene and my choices. I have the rights to refuse. Yes, I do. I know my rights and my wrongs. After repeatedly refusing to obey the officer's commands, they decided to restrain her legs as well and that's where the real fun starts. Listen to her go off the rails. Ow. NO. OW, MY BOOB. YES, YOU ARE. YOU'RE PUTTING YOUR FAT ASS knee on me. I'm putting my knee are weak. You guys are weak. You really need two cops to restrain a 12-year-old? Are you serious? We're trying to not hurt you, child. You're obviously doing it, stupid. Use your brain, not your stupid ass. You're hurting my boob, stupid. There's a rock right there. Oh, THAT'S YOUR FAULT. WELL, MOVE SO I CAN MOVE IT. Why are you being stupid? Oh, and this guy that my mom said that was here with the shooting the guy, he's in jail. His name's Matthew Aguilar if you didn't know. He's my ex. Huh? We know who he is. Yeah, that's my my ex. I really hope she's lying. Apparently, earlier her mom mentioned someone who shot some boys and now this teen is boasting that it's her ex-boyfriend and if an adult man being in a relationship with a 12-year-old isn't alarming, I don't know what is. Not to mention, he's most likely a criminal. Nope. You lost that opportunity. I'm not even doing it. Problem with you guys. All right, nobody cares what you have to say at this point. Ow, my nails. I'll pop it off. You're going to kill Okay. Ow. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I'LL DO IT. LET GO OF ME. LET GO OF ME. LET THE GO OF ME SO I CAN MOVE. Lift your foot. can't, stupid. Move. I'm going to do it. Move. I'm going to do it. I can't do it, stupid. I can't even look. Let me see first. You did it to yourself. No, I didn't, fool. I didn't put on me. You See first. I can't, [ __ ] Yes, you can. No, I can't. There you go. I'll put your legs up. No, I can't pick UP MY LEGS. OW. OW. OW. OW. OW. OW. AT THIS POINT, THE COPS have had enough and tried to put some sense into the young woman. They tried to explain who's the boss, but this is not your average 12-year-old and she wasn't going to give up that easily. She was about to respond to them with anger and resentment, which they probably didn't expect from a little girl. You wasn't wasting my time and everybody else's. Come on. You want these off, I'll take them off. I'll treat you like an adult, but until then you need to come in here. Take it off of me first. You haven't earned that right. You haven't earned that yet. Your attitude by the way you're acting as a child on the floor kicking and screaming and throwing a damn tantrum. Isn't that what kids are supposed to do? Well, now you're going to be acting like an adult. You want to be acting treated like an adult. You want respect, you give respect. I do give respect. Why don't you use your brain? Can you get in? I'm trying, but if you guys don't take me, I can't even It's not going to happen. How am I supposed to sit? With your butt on the seat and bring your legs in. I've done this to many of people before, much bigger than yourself and they've had no problem. But yet all of a sudden you have a problem with the size. So, come on now. Why don't you guys take stupid and go? What did he He do? Ready? I don't know who He's abused. He abused me. First of all, he's not my dad. He's just married to my mom. He abused me. Do it. Okay, well, listen to me first. By now, it was clear to the officers that they wouldn't be able to settle this by talking. The girl displayed absolutely zero respect towards authority and there was only one thing left to do, to put her in the wrap. So that way, she's immobilized and unable to resist in any way. Woah, what the [ __ ] On the ground, on your knees. Get on your knees. Well, we'll put you there. But we're trying to watch out that razor. You can kill me if you do. Yeah, it doesn't matter. Ow. That there is flat. Ow, I can't. Dude, I was trying to get in. Didn't you see me? No, you weren't. You brought this on yourself, young lady. Cross your legs. Remember when you told me You love me. You love me. You love me. Cuz if you love me, you wouldn't put me through [ __ ] like this. Remember? Stop. Cuz I saw that, too. No. Why are you guys doing this to me? I can't even No, he's not. He has eyes open. He's breathing. Whose flashlight is this? Mine. There you go. Good. She doesn't have to help me and you're standing on my finger. The defiant little girl is carried into the car, but not as easily as one might expect. Then she was taken out and basically dragged into jail. When mom comes there, she has a disheartening conversation with them. It seems that her troubles with her daughter did not start recently and even though I'm certain that her mom's life choices, as well as her parenting, have contributed to the situation, I'm starting to surmise that mental health issues played a big part as well. It's been such a living hell. Like, I even told she get charged She with assault on you guys? Yes, sir. Uh, three times already. Three times. And on me, she's had batteries about four times because kids like this that continue to do this, and every single time they get a classroom juvenile citation, and they throw it off, these kids start calling you guys bluff and start All right. All right. All What are you going to do? There's nothing you can do anyway. And that's why they run amok. And that's where they start shooting people, breaking into cars, vandalizing homes, doing all this kind of stuff because they get away with it. The juvenile system here sucks. I've exercised every avenue that I can do to get her help. I put her in behavioral health facilities. They try They pump her up with meds, send her home a week or two later. You know what I mean? It's the same rodeo. And then the the facilities will be like, "Okay, she needs to go to RTC." So, they send out referrals all through New Mexico for RTC. They get denied because of her So, then they start looking out of state. So, out of state will find one for her and accept her, but they'll be like, "Oh, what's the 7- to 8-week wait till the bed's available?" So, then they release them back home, then they're no longer acute. Any way you look at it, it's a sad story. And even though this girl's only 12 years old, I'm afraid she's going to go down the same path as that kid who shot the police dog. Katherine was charged with battery on a peace officer, assault on a peace officer, and resisting arrest. I hope you had fun with me tonight, and I hope you never have kids like this. Don't forget to come back for another dose of justice being served. And the best way to do that is to hit that subscribe button and turn on the notification bell. See you next time.
