from a rookie officer who lost his job after filing a false report for his own selfish interests so I'm assuming maybe you thought what that you're going to have to pay for the door cuz she kicked it or what I knew that yeah so why did you kick it I did get locked to cops being humbled by their superiors yeah it's perfectly legal and you can't illegally detain me for that sir oh learn you learn your lesson today huh here are times when corrupt officers got humbled by higher authority where I want you to be 100% straight with me if you messed up and you kicked your door because maybe you forgot your key maybe because you were pissed off stuff happens that is the voice of a rookie officer from the ruid doo police department calling 911 to report a break-in at his home however when officers arrived they noticed a child-sized bootprint on the door and immediately suspected him earlier that day at the start of his shift the officer was instructed to go home and shave after doing so he realized he had forgotten his body camera in an attempt to retrieve it he kicked down his own door and then called 911 to falely report a break-in his superiors quickly saw through the staged and expecting his superiors to believe him as soon as he admitted that the report was false he was immediately relieved of his position on the spot but if you thought that was embarrassing wait until you see the officer in this next case getting completely humbled how much did you drink at your poker game not much not much how much is not much I don't know beer liquor how many beers three or four three or four how long ago was that it's been going on a while on March 12th 2023 Oklahoma City Police Captain James Matt French repeatedly begged an arresting officer to turn off his body camera after being pulled over for allegedly driving Under the Influence he quickly whispered to the officer asking him to disable the camera and attempted to use his rank as a captain to gain cooperation however the officer wasn't swayed and remained focused on doing his job throughout the interaction Captain French continued pleading for the camera to be turned off here's how the encounter unfolded miserably his performance didn't just suggest he was Tipsy it was clear he was heavily intoxicated later he admitted to having consumed multiple beers during a poker game here's how the rest of the investigation but this isn't the only time law enforcement officers have faced embarrassing moments in the next case we see another cop being humbled in an unforgettable way uhhuh so I know you've been trying to sell it on Facebook Marketplace yes sir okay um it's been reported stolen it's been edited stolen so right now you are in possession of a stolen motor vehicle well can I show you the North Carolina 14-year-old Malcolm Ziggler was outside his home attempting to sell a dirt bike when a police officer approached him without any lawful reason the officer handcuffed Ziggler and placed him in the back of a patrol car the situation shifted when another officer arrived reviewed the circumstances and determined there was no legal basis for the arrest he then ordered Ziggler's immediate without hesit itation he gave a humbling order stating that Ziggler should not be in handcuffs watch as this unfolds sir you just go put your legs in for me for a second all right you got it almost there you wear like a 14 yeah 14 all right it's ain t for man right hey he's detained right now because he is 14 he's 14 yes okay so I already explained to him he's detained right now I told him that so why is he detained because that's a stolen motor vehicle okay so I mean digs verified the VIN number right did you is that before all that that you verified before you I detained him and then we ver I asked if he was 1095 or detained he's detained okay so obviously he's a juvenile right yeah you're not charging them with larsy of a nope okay CU out so that didn't happen so worst you have is their place for unprofessional behavior in the next case we see another example of a superior stepping in you can't come and walk away anytime you want and just come up with your things and fly them over our lot I want to know who you are and why you're videotaping this right now you probably want to get a supervisor somebody H up sure here's my sergeant he's coming out right now in a video posted on October 3rd 2015 a confrontation unfolded between a well-informed citizen and sheriff's deputy DM fuer who appeared unaware of the law and acted entitled the deputy immediately began bombarding the citizen with questions but the individual knowing his rights refused to answer instead of recognizing that the citizen had the legal right to remain silent fuer grew frustrated the citizen had been filming a police facility with a drone a completely legal act as ruled by the Supreme Court yet the deputy insisted he provide identification however the situation took a turn when fuer Sergeant stepped in and delivered a humbling reality check here's how it all played out you want my name I'll give you everything who are you I don't need to provide that yes you do no I don't if I'm asking you who you are and why you're videotaping our facility you have to provide me with some Tye of identification so you have to require identification under the law you need to be able to articulate a crime that I'm about to commit or I have committed okay you're going around you're videotaping our safe police facility for no apparent reason and if I'm asking you who you are you have to provide me with identification I don't to it's just like anything else no it's not yes you do I don't yes you do in fact your public information officer already has dealt with this here and so has a few other officers so I don't care who's dealt with it I'm asking you for identification CU I want to know who you are right now and I want to know what your reason is for videotaping our facility well first of all Supreme Court has covered that filming out in public is perfectly legal and that is not a suspicion of crime so therefore you have no suspicion of crime listen you can cite whatever you want why are you videotaping that's what I'm asking right now I don't have to answer that well I want to see a form of identification identifying who you are why you're outside my facility right now videotaping us I don't have to provide that either why not why do you feel that you do not have to perform any form of because that's the law no it's not if you're out here and I want to know why officer who challenged him because he wasn't doing anything illegal can I help you excuse me can I help no I didn't ask for help what's that I didn't ask for help are you a sheriff or something I'm a security security have you guys testing the the sewage to see the rates for the virus that what company do you work for what's that cop the cops no I don't care I'm not doing anything illegal why
