foreign [Music] on March 1st 2023 officers conducted a traffic stop for a man who had a suspended license and no insurance for the vehicle in Eau Claire Wisconsin he claimed to be picking up his girlfriend from work which is why he said he was driving the driver appeared to be nervous and provided less than truthful answers to questions the officers were asking hey there I'm officer Jaclyn Smith Eau Claire Police Department I'm doing good uh do you know why I'm pulling you over yeah because my license is suspended yeah man what are you doing on driving I literally was gonna go pick up a gal that worked for over at Taco Bell okay I just I I know man I'm sorry why you know your license is suspended why are you doing that no she didn't have a ride and like I mean she sits there and literally blows me up all the time I stop over it you know I quit tripping I know I don't have my license like sorry what time does Taco Bell close at 1 30. okay you're a little early aren't you well yeah I figured I'd get there and just get some food I mean even though you're eating food right now well it's just a quick snack I mean okay do you have your ID man just so I can confirm who you are yeah it's it's um underneath the major can you grab something inside I'm sorry man I don't have my actual ID this is my expired one okay sorry man do you have insurance for the car at all man oh no on Nathan the officer found that Nathan had some open drug cases in the past leading to the suspicion that he might have some drugs in the vehicle performance I can talk to you man you can bring your snack if you want if I gotta get this thing like registered driver over here okay how far is a registered driver away [Applause] okay all right Nathan so I just looked at your history a couple open big drug cases okay so you can see where I'd be a little concerned about that they're going to some guy who's like medical emergency that's why he left um so are there any drugs on you or in the vehicle man no when's the last time you used anything literally it was like the day I got out of jail the last time and then I always started with a girl that I met up at the Box and it sat there in the advantage of the report system you know like they told me like if anything was gonna happen they'd you know end up going and like charging me or at least notifying me of what's going on you know things of that nature and like nothing happened nothing happened nothing happened and then all of a sudden like December 1st came rolling around and I still didn't have any charges at eight in the morning and all of a sudden it was 906 I got charged and they tried running me through court at Pokemon literally like 11 o'clock and got a warrant for her and tried to get a warrant the judge didn't even ran a warrant for it and they didn't even charge me with anything but Hardy they were crying for everything she got charged with you know and next thing you know is December 2nd like they switched EAS or something and they switched the other you know whatever it was the judge and all of a sudden boom had a warrant I had to sit over [ __ ] like Christmas and [ __ ] like that like it was just [ __ ] [ __ ] you know and I I know like I shouldn't be driving the [ __ ] truck I know I get it and then she's got a ballot license and like I just didn't want to be able to sit there the whole [ __ ] time you know [Music] like I just I hit a bad spot you know so I'm just going to cut to the chase can I can I search real quick make sure you don't have any drugs on you yeah absolutely okay I just want to go right to the car absolutely I do want you to know right here there's a BB gun all right okay why do you have that um absolutely just don't be reaching anywhere near that okay you can grab it through my you gotta go any other weapons anything's poke me sticking for me nothing and it's a BB gun right it's not it's not about to pull out a real handbag you got to go in through the it's literally I think there's mice in the garage I wasn't trying to like this I don't want to get the soul anymore well I wasn't threaten anyone with that otherwise you might end up in jail whether it's real or fake all right there's nothing in the car or anything like that you're the only one driving it has anyone smoked any weed in it recently anything like that no nothing not even friends or anything like that okay can I can I search the car I can give her life through everything like the glass dude did I'm gonna look through stuff but I know I'm not gonna rip your I'm not gonna like tear we're not the panels off or anything yeah we respect your property I just I don't care just like you just don't think in the center console it's nothing illegal it's just like it's what okay um a manual for like a male masturbating thing okay no judgment from us man that's weird things so is that a yes to search your card no I can't persuade you one way or the other I just can only ask you around your vehicle for an open air sniff okay if my dog indicates the presence of her narcotics in your vehicle he may jump up on your vehicle he may scratch out your vehicle okay nothing in the recently that you know obvious had no option okay okay why don't you go ahead and step around to the side with cops for Jack there okay I mean [Applause] [Applause] if there's no drugs in your car manual nothing to worry about it you're getting a little emotional that's why it's making me concerned that there might be something in there like I mean if you guys want to rip through it glad I really don't care I just I didn't pass all the time [Applause] have you been working at all let me try it that's real okay the officer then brought out a canine dog to sniff around the vehicle for any indication if there might be drugs the canine dog immediately started jumping around the car indicating that there might be drugs inside [Applause] [Applause] look at this [ __ ] the first thing I'm going to do I'm going to recommend is get your license back I'll be gonna do it because the more you drive around without it the more trouble you're gonna get in because I you're gonna you're gonna get a ticket no and stuff like that and that just piles up okay we don't need any more than that more than it is today okay so after that it's getting your court stuff settled out so you don't have those open cases moving over your head it looks like you missed the court date they didn't put a warrant out yet oh no I gotta say good deal with this [ __ ] all the [ __ ] time you know like constantly getting pulled over you know I got God knows how much [ __ ] it you know like I'm gonna have people that I literally [ __ ] you know it's like leave [ __ ] to eat or anything so car did indicate on your car the dog didn't indicate on your car okay so do you have to put you in handcuffs and you're already tuned all right put your airplane back for me all right I'm giving you the last chance to tell me if there's anything in there okay that's why I also asked you if possibly anyone had smoked in there at any recent time seen is it that's very real today someone smoked in there extremely recently that'd be why my dog wants to jump in their window man like I'm sorry man right now you're not under arrest you are just attained while we do our search okay wait wait wait there's damn [ __ ] out nothing but we're always respectful of your property okay I don't know what the last guy did but we're always respectful okay both the officers then conducted an in-depth search of Nathan's car for any evidence of drugs the officers then found a black backpack in the back seat of the car the bag had 528 grams of marijuana and 4.7 grams of methamphetamine and other various drug paraphernalia items consistent with drug sales foreign [Applause] [Applause] all right he's got a bunch of Narcan too so just watch My Heroine can we grab a bag for all that yeah foreign [Applause]
