and his son Benjamin Gutterman decided to conduct a First Amendment audit when they were traveling through cord delene Idaho at a liquor store both Father and Son recorded people going in and out of the store eventually people complained about them and the store employee decided to call the cops on them watch what happens when officer kayapa arrives at the scene you would you like these gentlemen arrested for obstruction if Mr Gutterman fails to provide his ID however according to the Fifth Amendment Mr Gutterman is within his rights to deny identification watch how the standoff proceeds so listen they want you trespassed right I just gave her my ID no listen they want you trespassed right have no lawful reason to ask me to be trespassed but they do it's their business there's no lawful reason this is State Property I'm standing here taking pictures you're going to arrest me for taking photographs in public Mr Gutterman claims that he can't be trespassed from public property unless he has committed a crime watch how the encounter ends no listen it's their business right so they want you trespass meaning you can't come in that's fine trespass you just earned yourself a lawsuit no that's they want you trespass right you're going to well you guys are the ones demanding my ID under threat of arrest we facilitate it now suit you just facilitated a lawsuit against Caine and I'm inclination to file a lawsuit against the officers involved and the liquor store however the update on this is unknown if you think this was the last instance cops got outsmarted by Suspects then you traffic stop due to minor issues with the lighting on his vehicle however when the officers attempted to conduct an unnecessary search of his vehicle watch as this attorney puts the cop right in his
