foreign next time I'm sorry say it again what on December 18 2021 officers were dispatched for a suspicious vehicle that was parked on private property in Daytona Beach Florida it was found that the vehicle had no registration across from Steve's Diner yeah on North A1A like Brookline and Atlantic upon approach the officer found a male and female that were both asleep in the back seat of the vehicle they were later identified as Chris and Jessica both in their late 20s Central on that technique just front of her involvements papa kilo five three five Romeo so far that's fine does it even Show registered to a dealership or anything like that copy 55 I wouldn't drive in the slot I'd just pull up on the side of the road it's all soft sand oh perfect there's a female in it also yeah there's a female and a male and maybe a baby they the windows busted on it they're sleeping in the back seat I just don't want to I could see two people I just don't know if there's a baby those real quick the officers started to have suspicion that the couple might have been using drugs whose car is this we just got it from my dealership we ain't just getting well um it was traded in and uh that especially if you're buying that [ __ ] around here there's definitely Fentanyl am I gonna find anything on his stuff I just don't want needles you've got you've got a whole you already got a bunch of charges coming for all the dope you have in your literally it's in your purse in your wallet next to your ID you can um my dad be notified you don't want to talk to me remember so you don't here jump over there do you please let me off please no I cannot pop up here sir watch your toes this guy yeah one month later Chris filed a citizen's complaint against the officer that placed him under arrest due to the forceful nature of the arrest all right um on the the day I was arrested all charges were dropped for Chris however Jessica still had charges so um they pull us out of our car stuff like that and uh you know ask these questions stuff like that um the issue that I had is the officer it's not the arresting officer um the one officer uh the entire time he was really like uh hateful and belittling me and not only that um I wasn't moved fast enough for him so he grabbed he put my hand questions and put him on the ground not easily um you know and at this whole time I wasn't smart off I wasn't resistant I wasn't you know doing anything that shouldn't be doing um that's yes ma'am and everything like that uh he was just being evil and um so they decided uh because I I said I didn't want to subscribe so they decided they were going to arrest us for the trespasses so they could search our car um he grabbed he literally didn't even say stand up nothing like he grabbed me up by my my shirt and everything like that to the point where it choked me out um that's not even a big point so as we're walking I have uh offshore on this armed officer on this arm the the one I'm having an issue with um and uh I had no shoes on stuff like that so he kind of pushed me to where I would fell for well he picked me up off my feet and slammed me on my face um that was the first time so then after he did that he I was laying on the ground like this he told me I had to get up off my face to get up off my face and um so they pulled me back up and the other officer he doesn't step back and just let this guy do whatever he wanted to do um after that he got me uh there was a van transporting man he grabbed me and slammed my face into that I mean I had uh I got pictures this was over a month ago this is exactly a month ago today um I don't because I don't live here so I'm only here for a court date um so he slammed my face into that um at that point he grabbed me up again um picked me up off my feet slammed me then he got on my back and choked me out too I blacked out completely and I was like it's on I mean you're gonna see the body footage I did not pull did not resist not cussing not swearing not nothing um so uh after he checked me out I mean my necklace this this necklace was engraved in my neck I had bruises of this necklace perfectly around my neck um the transporting officers uh he kind of was just like you know um so as we as we teach the headquarters off he pulled the transport officer actually pulled over and um let me remove my handcuffs behind my back to where I mean they were they were incredibly tight he was out of hand completely um he actually gave us water and stuff like that and he said and uh so we got to the Volusia County Sheriff's Department um your officer actually told this the sergeant there and the sergeant came over and they uh they discussed you know what was going on and the sergeant uh looked at it took pictures and stuff like that and advised me that I should make a formal complaint against officer and your guy actually gave me his badge number and his name and stuff like that and said that uh he said that he was completely out of hand that I mean it said this he said Chris what did you do I said he I said you had my arms I said I don't know what I did when he sat there and choked me outside blacked out and that's I mean slammed me over and over again three times and I mean like I said you can watch the video I didn't lose it I just know it was it was I mean he was just picking I mean it was the worst thing I ever dealt with in my life by my neck and um [Applause] what's your zip code yeah a good phone number [Music] 1672. this shouldn't go unpunished and he said that uh that he would be a witness as to officer Allen is the one that chokes you out I don't know there's three all there was four officers in total there was a female and three males they're showing only four three officers on call this is only checked so they gave me back but there was a female and three males yeah three Mills the female wasn't wasn't as I mean they were they were just really picking on her told my wife that she looks like a a needle junkie she has no track marks for nothing I mean just belittling us in front of everybody called my boss got me fired until my boss that word that when these little junkies and stuff like that that's the exact word to use they looked at his arms couldn't even find no marks or nothing like that um so I ended up getting fired from my job and everything not only getting beat up in handcuffs I got fired you know what you know who the arresting officer was um this is the arresting officer he's not the one that did it all right the one that did it is a big guy he's a really really big officer best and officer Allen they're they both basically have shaved heads yeah and he's really good and they both have tattoos officer best is is smaller is shorter than all the older one he's really tall okay he was able to pick me up off my feet and put me on my face okay I mean literally up off my feet and the entire time yeah I didn't pull away or nothing because he was like Chris I had you buy one arm he had you by the other he said did you do anything I said dude you had me you had your mind I didn't do anything at all and you know I wasn't looking at it as that big of a deal or whatever because it's not something you see but when I saw him that he just grabbed him up off the ground check me out till I was like until I couldn't even black and eyes couldn't you couldn't see the ground it was the worst experience I've ever had with it with the police department and no one stopped any of it the one guy was scared just the same thing he actually waited so we left the scene took pullover on side road to ask him if I needed a first aid or anything and gave me water and stuff like that but he didn't want to say nothing around them and you know I Want To Praise Him for you know what he did and helping us and stuff like that that was the arresting officer no not the restaurant yeah he was he was he was he was the other one that had my arm so there was the one guy had one arm and I was in handcuffs and they were both walking me um and then that's when he pushed me and stuff like that but you know he actually pulled over on the side of the road and he gave us water because my mouth was filled with sand and stickers and stuff like that he actually helped me get some of the stickers off my face and stuff like that and uh he was awesome and that guy was phenomenal yeah I'm glad to hear at least that yeah if there's anything I got was awesome I mean I wasn't we we made a mistake we pulled over on the side of the road and we've seen a big vacant lot we got here four o'clock in the morning we're like well let's not get a hotel because we're gonna get kicked out at 11 o'clock anyways let's just pull over right here we're picking up her brother in Jacksonville it's in normal yeah yeah I think it was a big deal and I mean it was it was as it was okay um raise your hand for me you swear the statements are true to your best your knowledge yes ma'am and is that your signature yes ma'am okay and you were a witness yes were you were you also arrested yes okay they've all they dropped all my charges um and we had the same exact charges and everything like that but hard charges didn't get dropped with all mine and they canceled on my court date and dropped on uh the charges and everything for my knowledge of now they did drop all my charges to nothing uh the two charges got dropped and then now they they took away my court date and everything and it just says nothing it says closed face okay but I don't know if it's just because I did call the day that because we bonded out immediately we were out with him five thousand and um uh I immediately call this uh the sergeant because they said hey as soon as you get out of here you know say something you know this you save something about the sergeant the Volusia County sheriff's officer sergeant said say something but you know and your guy you're you know your guy wasn't like you're like hey blah blah but he he he's like here's my badge in Incognito gave me his batch number and stuff like that yeah he's not trying to tell on his own guys because I understand police are roughly and you don't do that and stuff like that but he knew that what happened was wrong and he and and he was just like listen dude I'm not gonna pretty much I'm not gonna stop him because he's his own guy but I'm gonna tell you what to do and here's my badge number and if you need help with that tell them that all right I am going to um take this Complaint Form I'm gonna review all the axon videos so just so you know that they are they are backed up so it's it's not going to happen overnight yeah I'm not I'm not looking to but they will they will get in touch with you so your mom is going to make a big deal out of it I just think that I mean it isn't so definitely because I was a handcuffs this happened on the 18th of December yes okay that exactly yeah like six o'clock in the morning okay and we pulled him down at like 4 30. okay yeah all right well sorry about your experience but I'm glad you did have an experience with the wagon drivers yeah yeah he was he was awesome after Chris came in to file the complaint the officer that arrested him received a one-day suspension due to his aggressiveness and unprofessionalism [Music] thank you
