to have a really weird day and what's going on yeah I got somebody trying to break in my house uh this lady she throwing stuff she on my porch and I got my gun I don't know her his window female black this is the front porch where the incident supposedly took place it's not very often that cops get called for someone pooping on someone else's front porch and I doubt they were very eager to investigate it in detail but things are about to quickly heat up that doesn't look like they defecated on there to me unless they use the toilet maybe what you talking about what are you talking about so this this lady did I work for I kicked her off the bus I'm in my car she start kicking my car is your car no my car's right there she said get out I'mma beat your I got out cuz she wanted to fight so I'm confused sorry you work for Kota she was in your car with you no she was walking down the street and seeing me out here yelling screaming I think the officers are not yet sure if this is a case of burglary or if the woman just couldn't hold it and really needed to go but by the sound of her shouting and the language she uses I think she just wanted to do something nasty and then you can see her there P her pants down pissing on my porch stop running put that down put it down what this is my house my husband is not at home okay well we have to figure out what's going on he's making some pretty serious accusations okay if I'm being completely honest here when I first heard those racial slurs I thought I'd see a toothless homeless woman high on meth to my surprise she looked completely normal but then she opened her foul mouth and that's when I realized there was something very wrong with her can we lock my door cuz I have my husband's Assets in there I need to lock my door I've been robbed you know what I'm suing you body cancer on I don't care you didn't know every got killed over here over the cor over sovereign immunity Good Luck Good Luck what do you mean what it is as the suspect was taken to the police car she kept shouting profanity after profanity but I think you already figured that out the horrible language the aggression defecating on your neighbor's porch princess haed we get the wag go away I didn't mean to put my hand in your face sometime during this ordeal the supervisor arrived on scene so officer headfield started briefing him on the situation I won't bore you with the things you already know but here's the stuff you haven't heard his brother was here helping him work on the house so he he recording this interaction so he's got recordings she goes up and she went to her house grabbed flower pots brought them back over threw them all over urinated on his front porch besides this strange woman throwing flower pots around did you notice she mentioned what the mailman said that the suspect had been doing this all day I thought mail men were busy people either it was a slow day for snail mail or this mailman just didn't want to miss the show so he decided to stick around so the OBU resisting at what point did she OBU at what point so they told her to stop she came towards the address and was yelling at him saying the racial slur threatening him you're now trespassing from our property and if you come back I'm going press charges the suspect was trespassed and charged the question was how to charge a person with obvious mental issues luckily for her the Franklin County Court of Commons has a mechanism set in place for situations like these it's called the mental health diversion program so instead of being criminally prosecuted the suspect was enrolled in the program she'll go through a medical evaluation and be given treatment we often hear about landlords having problems evicting their tenants but in this next case it's actually the landlords who are the criminals these guys decided to evict their occupant without informing him why because he was in jail but they didn't stop there they also decided to steal his stuff he was next dooring a skirt in this guy's truck and burned his truck got Grand Theft Auto all kinds of stuff now he's back to get his stuff that she's picking him he left my door open for 4 days with the AC running refrigerator door open cuz he got taken off to jail now he's come back to get his stuff the door was open for 4 days before we even noticed anything he's got people up here at this meth house up here come and visit him every 2 seconds everyone can understand their concerns right but that doesn't make it right legally they were not allowed to do anything for the time being though the cop entertains the idea that they were just worried about their property so he can get more information so what what stuff are you concerned he's taking like all the stuff that we originally had just my pictures I'm a photographer I got I have pictures of the ocean on the wall I have seat all right so who was in here packing up his stuff while he was in jail I put stuff in boxes so it was easier for them to leave so we can clean up all refrigerator was unplug and all the food in there was take all the food out so we had to take the food out okay okay now let's take a look at this from the opposite side theut tenant gets back from jail to find his home burglarized he called the cops and reported stolen cash TVs and food it was only when he spoke to his daughter that he found out his landlords were seen entering his home so you guys didn't move any of the TVs and put the boxes in the shed the boxes that box that's right there oh I put that in the Box yeah I put that in the shed you put that in the shed yeah all right so you didn't move the TV or remove it so it didn't get damage or stolen it's a simple question my TV I for and which one was that the little T right there that one in the box that had the serial numbers for so you have that TV my TV that I bought for him when he first all right so you bought it for him and I bought it for the trailer for when he first for the trailer okay no matter how complicated or dumb they might sound the laws are on the books for a good reason the landlord tenant laws are there to protect both parties in situations like this yet these guys pretend they know nothing about that so you renting out trailers and you're not aware what the tenant rights are she's it's On's the tenant the right all right you're also the owner though right well now I am I we just did that so you're renting out property and you're not aware what the tenant rights are I'm new at it so yeah this is what I wanted to avoid I don't want any of this so you know you can't just kick them out his daughter said that she's taking it back that doesn't mean anything the tenant never expressed interest in moving out and the landlord never started the eviction process so who the heck gave them the right to move his stuff they probably just wanted to evict a drug user and when the opportunity presented itself they jumped at the chance without thinking twice I'd advise that you look up florid to tenant rights okay where you can't just go inside of trailers or inside of rental properties unannounced without notice cuz you know what that turns into he always said that I was more than welcome to come in who did he did when did he say that he always said that when he was in jail no before then so what does tenant R say it's not because oh he has an addiction to something I don't like him I can go in there and kick him out whenever he wants because we didn't ride a lease that's not how quar of law Works how do you even settle a problem like this who do you trust did the guy in prison pay for that TV and these guys decided to steal it or is it rightfully the property of the landowner now for the fridge I can understand that might be considered an excy circumstance for a landlord if it's unplugged and there's riding food and doors are open and I understand that excy and Florida rides do give you permission to enter the premise with excy to protect the wellbeing of the premise and the AC was running with the doors open I mean that's not an excy it's clear that these two aren't career criminals they just took advantage of a man with problems and now that the cop's pressing them I expect them to break at any moment and finally tell the truth all right let me figure out where we're going with it and we're also looking for $70 cash or $40 TV $108 TV and a fire stick is the fire stick in the TV that you took is it in the other TV are they both at the garage okay yes is a fire stick in the TV I I that at the start the woman's body language clearly shows she's in a protective stance like she's afraid of being uncovered he said that he he agreed that the one that you paid for the credit card second degree felony cuz it's enhanced like I told you uh burglaries a felony a third degree Etc and it's an enhancement because you traveled from one County to another County and committed such burglary um what I'm going to do with it I conferred with my supervisors to make sure that everybody's on board with it the suspects agreed to return the TV and the other belongings but they weren't out of the woods yet the victim could still choose to press charges the officer then left the scene however he returned after a couple of hours and found them smoking weed how ironic you can go to jail for the weed you can go to jail for the burglary all right I'm sick of the lies that I've gotten all day to day all right first you don't know about a TV then you own the TVs then you only own half the TVs then I'm I'm tired of it all right I don't have all day for it I I apologize it's upset I helped him out and this all just went we thought he was dead we came up here to see if he was okay called his daughter up the Lord got the C out to this okay even though he was upset the officer did not arrest them but that didn't save them from eventually getting charged with felony burglary January 2022 the civilian you see is the person who called 911 and reported a burglary in progress she provided them with keys to the apartment and they went inside to search for the suspect all right this could have been been avoided if he'd only listen to the cops and live to fight another day I guess he just didn't want to go to prison and now for a case of citizen arrest of sorts a man was called burglarizing a home in Florida and then he tried stealing a bike from the porch a bystander managed to detain the man until the officers arrived and now it's time to figure out what happened he told me he was just looking for somebody to get him some help or something I don't know but you took the bicycle off my porch was nobody there no he he came into your house still bik yeah he in the bike and he laid the bike right here cuz he couldn't Rabb it good [ __ ] and then um you're going to sign down here and that it's truthful to the best knowledge and if you prute he got a uh stash down here somewhere I I told him he had a big old box of stuff he was carrying he put it over there on the side of when they to that house down came in late so brief me on what happened okay I told my husband I said he had a box of stuff and he had done been through my yard cuz I watching him I told my husband I say he came through the yard I was folding clothes on the porch okay he got that bike and he Dr that bike there cuz he couldn't ride he couldn't ride it okay so he had he had a big box of stuff I told him said he got a box of stuff I don't know what's in it but he dropped the Box around here I don't know what's in that box but he dropped it but when I act my son asked him man why you on my mama porge he said he was looking for help for somebody to call for help for him but you took the bike off the porge yeah so he took the bike off the porch but couldn't ride it that's some really bad luck if you're a burglar wannabe and then it got even worse for this guy when this woman's son caught him and roughed him up a bit before calling police you you wasn't asking for no help you saw the car was gone that's why you went on that porch because he had them walk he had them came through the yard already so he was waiting for the car to be gone he was waiting for so D he was waiting I'm sorry bab cut the cut the putut the window up so you think he was just waiting so he could steal the bike I think he was just I think he was just lurking around picking up whatever cuz he got a box of stuff around the corner around now been on other people yeah and then he see when he did it I called my son I called my son and then um came the cuz he had went all the way across that Highway and put on that shirt he got on and came back and walked all the way around here by the time I was calling the police and following him okay and then when I came up he walking like he trying to hide his face this guy's the victim's son he's the one who performed a citizen arrest on the suspect listen to his point of view before this happened it looks like the perpetrator had been lurking around the neighborhood days so when I hop off the bike and I drop my bike over I'm like man man where did you see at here no when I came when I came up he had to make the circle was right here but my mom told me I had to seen him already a few days ago he been walking around here the last couple days never seen him before you know what I'm saying and like my grandma bed R man yeah my mom in that house that's why my mom she sick but she take care of my step so he just walking around just doing whatever I don't know what I don't know what's wrong with them or whatever went on the porch man that mik on the porch it when I left this house an hour or two ago that bike was on the porch you went on the porch and got that bike that mean you could have went in this house and did anything to my grandma anybody that's in here and God forbid if I would have cop you I would have been going to jail remain silent anything you say can will use against you in the court of law you have the right to talk to a lawyer and have that lawyer present with you during questioning if you wish if you cannot talk to me and he didn't want to talk to me and then you guys pulled up and here I am I kept asking him if he knows you here knows you here anyone tell me no answer okay so water they said that you walked over here yeah did you take the bicycle no I didn't the bicycle okay no cuz you're saying that you took the bicycle from inside bicycle 1526 than stupid man the supervisor's on the scene and he wants to get his story straight it seems that one of the cops had to take the suspect down oh sorry I mean redirect the suspect to the ground hey is your witness you saw him do it no or you saw him like I saw him when he dropped that bike she okay got she seen him with the bike she long as somebody yeah she SE she SE I wasn't sure if like cuz you said he made a u-turn so I didn't know if like he saw you and dropped it and then ran he he dropped me I think because he couldn't ride it okay so while the first officer was having an impromptu photo shoot the other one went back to the victims to make sure all the facts were there I told my husband I said that man just dropped that bicyle I said he dropped my yeah that's my bike where was the bicycle was it inside it was inside there's another little bike that's in there it was right beside both of those bikes was there grill right there right beside the grill we have it parked beside the grill there take you go ahead you can go ahead you took pictures of the bike too though I got on my body cam gra Qui um getting from purle oh yeah absolutely yeah he went inside yeah so thirsty man let me see your feet real quick my feet yeah at the bottom of your shoes the suspect had clear cut marks on his legs potentially from being um redirected To The Ground by the cops eventually he was charged with burglary and Grand Theft due to stealing the bicycle in contrast to our homeless bike loving solo burglar in Florida New Jersey burglar seem to be operating in packs after receiving a call about a burglary in Red Bank officers rushed to the scene and patrolman Preston Malachi was able to apprehend one of the thieves near Morford place this is the footage from his body cam hands at behind your back push your hands behind your back I'm going to have one male 41 two of them flight towards Morford Chris go back up stge you have anything on you or no go to stge he's back there just pH yeah I'm 10 for I have no weapons okay we got one up standing leting running toward river side park they were wearing all black all saw was black sweatshirt one of them had uh writing on the back get on your knees real quick after a quick chase the suspect was tackled and then handcuffed both the burglar and the cop were noticeably out of breath it occurs to me that if the suspect had done some cardio in the gym he most likely would have escaped rare occasions it's actually a person they know and trust this is a clip of officers in Florida responding to a burglary report in March of 2023 he broke in my house he broke in my vehicle he went gets in the garage he can get the house definitely these homeowners decided to go on a vacation they allowed their employee to stay in a studio apartment in the backyard and watch the house and how did he repay them for their trust well he broke into the main house and took the wife's car for a joy ride if yeah if you could check see if there's any missing without we need to go check to make sure if anything's tampered with try not to touch it okay well the gate the door is open so we know that he went through there I watched him he already said he went through there are you neighbors where the keys initially here you said yeah they're hanging he went to go unlock the door I said don't go in there so he unlocked the door how'd he get in the garage oh he hit the clicker inside my work van he took money out of there I do have a camera I want to so bad I do have a camera in my group this worker was really cunning he probably knew that the owner's work van had a clicker that opened the garage door once he got in the van and clicked the button he could gain access to the house the suspect even admitted entering the house but for a very different reason he's admitting to coming in here to get a drink that's it okay but and you didn't give him permission to come in here or anything like that no I told him you can stay on the back patio I told him if you need to use the bathroom that the state park has a bathroom right across the street yep so I saw that their truck was gone and I didn't know if it was in the shop or whatever so I figured it was one of their workers okay the man being interviewed here is the nextd door neighbor even though he was suspicious he didn't really know something bad was going on until his daughter asked if she could play with the neighbor's kids but then I walked back outside cuz my daughter asked if they were home if she come play with the kids so I walked out front and I'm like no they're not home I was like where where did their van go okay so I went back in the house to get my shoes cuz they asked me to walk down here so when I came back out the van was here but the garage door was open and then as I was walking down I saw him come walking out of the garage and then the garage door went back down and then snap back around back luckily for the officers the owners also had cameras in the house as well as in front of the garage the video proof would disperse any doubt as to what the perpetrator was doing in the house as they say it would be the proverbial Smoking Gun let me just go back there he's also going to be able to get the one on the front that be that' be fantastic because that will record and when we can say we can say when he called us and noticed it then from the time that we saw him drive freaking per came in someone started shouting from down the street it was the husband who'd been following the suspect for some time found hi walking down South High Street right now sing southbound okay is it two suspicious individuals who reportedly were lurking around the area you can't be out here yelling at this time there's a difference between talking and yelling okay people wouldn't be people w't be
