I need to speak with you. Come here. >> Leave me the closer. Keep space. >> Don't touch me. >> The way you're acting right now is >> I don't give a [ __ ] with your mama. >> We've all had bad days at work, but these suspects had some of the worst. That being said, it was all their own doing, of course. From work disputes to fist fights, they acted like their petty disputes were worth losing their jobs. Ultimately, they pushed things to the limit, forcing their managers to call the cops on these psycho employees. >> Okay, you're going to get charged with more things if you don't off me. >> Okay, you just need me in the groin. You're done. On December 22nd, 2023, the cops in Solen, Ohio were called to a get-go gas station. They were there to remove a disgruntled employee who had just lost her job. After about 90 seconds, the cops had a pretty good idea of why the manager didn't want her working there. >> You work here? >> Yes. >> Someone call the police? >> Yeah. >> There's no one there. >> What's up, man? >> Her? >> Yes. She won't let what's going on. >> Came in tonight and she's the person that's supposed to be with me right now. Help me out. >> Like I had four probably walk out cuz she just makes it more difficult for them as one guy came in the older gentlemen >> and he had to turn around for her to scan >> and scanning it. Give me put it in my hand. He just kept asking just you know stuff like that. So, I'll tell her she can just, you know, go home cuz >> cool off for the night. >> Yeah, go pull off for the night. >> I'm sorry. I can't hear you. I'm sorry. What' you say? >> I just met him today. Don didn't inform me that he was the manager. >> Okay. Is he in charge though? >> Don didn't tell me that. >> I mean I mean are are you guys >> I just met him today. >> You guys want two people here and he's >> call my manager. >> That's you want to call him. That's >> cuz this is my first time to be late. >> Okay. Well, just we'll just stay over here. We can hang out back here. That's fine. In a bit of a strange twist, the suspect decided to call the police supervisor herself instead of demanding to speak to one. Meanwhile, the cops out front talked to the night manager who said she'd been like that all night. He even gave the woman the opportunity to leave for the night so she wouldn't end up losing her job. Is >> this the first day? >> His first day with me at least. I know heard from other manager that she can be a pain. >> Are you like technically like the manager like right now? manager in charge or not. But I still for someone to help her out because they're under staff. >> Did you talk to your boss about this? >> I call her right now. >> I I mean I would probably You want probably give your boss a heads up. That's fine. >> You know, if he's in charge and he's telling you to leave. >> I just met him today. >> I'm going to make a call to my man. Give me one moment. >> That's fine. Yeah. Go ahead. >> I didn't do anything. So >> I'm not saying I'm not saying you did. >> She's on the boss. >> You said he's from another store, but I didn't know that. I didn't I didn't even know his like I heard you say his name but I don't even know his name. This is my first day meeting him. Am I Am I correct or no? >> What was she doing? She just making a lot harder than it has to be. Like like she making their day harder than it has to be. Like it was on an older gentleman around 50 60. He has his ID cuz it's vital cigarettes or something. And instead of just scanning the ID, she just like, "Can I hold it in my hand? [music] Can I hold it?" He's like, "You can't just scan it." >> I missed my first break. I don't know what's his issue, but he keeps jumping in front of me and jumping to my register. And I told him I didn't like that cuz he doesn't say excuse me or anything. He just jumped in front of me and I told I went like this and I moved to the to the right side and I said I don't like that and he did it again when he was sitting in here in the break. He took like two breaks already. I don't know. He just I don't know. He didn't even tell me he was the manager until after the issue the first issue. Then he tried to send me home and I told him I'm not going home unless Don tells me to cuz you're not my manager. I don't even know you. I just met yelled at me and then he was yelling over me when talking to the customers. When [music] I told you that I'm taking sacrifices and I told you like you can't, you know, take sacrifices for other people. Like that's that's what I [music] was talking about earlier today. And I was talking about that with you yesterday. How many like how many times do I have to do that? Like I told you, if you're going to fire me, just fire me rather than you just me getting in trouble and getting coached for things that I didn't do. >> The cops are sick of listening to her and they could tell she was just spinning her story to make herself look like the victim. So at that point, they kindly asked the woman for her phone so they could speak to the head manager themselves. >> Hello, ma'am. This is Officer Clementi with the S Police Department. You're the other employee here. He called us cuz I guess whatever issue they're having, he wanted what is it? I'm sorry. >> He wanted Shaquila to leave for the night. She didn't want to leave. So now we're here. Um >> leave for the night because they're obviously not going to work. Well, >> okay. So why do I have to be the one to make that sound? >> I will have to meet with her in person. >> But if you don't play it how you playing then that's the case then. >> All right. We'll explain that to her and obviously you know you'll have to talk to her at a later time. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. You have a good rest of your night, ma'am. >> Um I'm not going to talk. >> You you can call her right in a few minutes. But at this point, you got to go. Okay. You have to leave for the night. She's going to contact you again. Maybe you guys can talk about it tomorrow. But she doesn't want you here either. She wants you to go. She didn't say that. >> She just she she just said that to me that she us has to tell you to leave for the night. We're going to need you to go. Okay. >> Yeah. So, I have to leave and miss out on my money for a issue he started. I am getting it. Me and you even have this. Well, we didn't have this. I was quiet. He's the one getting extra. But why? If I'm going to be here by myself, why would I want to? You supposedly know how to handle. He's doing He wasn't. As I stated to him on the floor, that's not proper protocol. Why are you yelling at me in front of customers and jumping in front of me? If that's the case, he should do like you do. He called the police for it and it wasn't even a big issue. It has something to do with the customer. The customer wasn't even tripping for you. You can look on the camera. He exaggerates. >> Can we Can we finish this conversation at a later date? He wants you to go. She's saying you got to go. Let's just get our stuff and let's just go for the night, okay? Cuz this this isn't going to be solved right now. This is clearly going to take some time to to talk about work through. So, we're going to need you to get your stuff and go. >> All right. Um, am I not to retire? >> All right, >> we good now. >> I know you're upset, but you know, maybe you need to look look for another job, find something else, you know. >> The woman here, Shaquila, did everything she could to delay leaving. Meanwhile, the cops kept warning the woman that if she didn't leave, they'd arrest her for criminal trespassing. Finally, she began walking toward the front door as if she might be willing to leave. And that's when she suddenly remembered that she'd forgotten to count the cash in the register. >> Thank you, Shaqula. Nothing. >> Well, what else you got to do with this? I mean, we're on the phone with your manager right now. >> I can't disclose it. >> You said what? >> Can't disclose my >> Can't disclose what? I'm asking you what? >> I'm at the register. >> Okay, your work day is done. It's time to go. Your man We talked to your manager on the phone. Manager said it's time to go. We're not going to do this all night. I mean, I don't understand why you'd even want to do this right now. So, she wants you to leave right now. Are is it worth going to jail over this right now? Cuz you're about to go to jail. Hey, I I talked to your manager. She said it's up to you if you want her arrest or not for criminal trespass. If you want to pursue criminal trespass charges, she will be arrested. [snorts] We we we can't be here all day. >> You don't get arrested. >> If you don't leave, you're going to get arrested for trespassing. Okay? Do you understand, Shaquila? We're we're at that point now where if you don't just leave, you're going to get arrested. They don't want you here anymore. It's time [music] to go. Work day's done. You walked out and we're about to walk out the door. You're not even getting paid to do what you're doing right now. You're just playing games. So if if she was at the crim trespassing, we were to arrest her. You'd come back, sign a warrant for criminal trespassing, and she'd be arrested and she'd be given a court date. I just talked to your manager. She said it was is up to you what you wanted to do. >> You're under arrest. Turn around. >> Come [music] on. Come here. >> All right. Let me put this up. >> No. No. You're done. >> Okay. >> This was really You're under arrest. Turn around. >> Turn around. >> What happened? >> This is so dumb. All you had to do was walk out of the store. >> I didn't even Okay. Well, we explained it like >> that part is in custody for trespassing now. >> Okay. I like you. >> It's private property. You don't just get to stay here. It's not your building. Let's get that bag off her. >> Shouldn't get it that way anyway. >> Okay, relax. >> I guess this jail. >> No one's going to slam you. >> She struggled getting into the vehicle and all the way down to the station, she was running her mouth. At one point, she even accused the cops of stealing her phone after they were forced to cut off her bag. Then came the task of getting her out of the squad car and getting her booked for the night. >> I'm not going to touch you. Just walk into the jail. Please >> put my coat away. >> We're inside. I don't Just walk in the jail. >> SHILA. JUST DO MY THING. >> WALK IN THE JAIL AND STOP. >> OKAY, SHAQUILA. Get up. >> Okay, this is stupid. Okay, you're going to get charged with more things if you don't get off of me. >> Okay, you just need me in the groin. You're done. >> Get off of me. >> All right, STOP. >> GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. >> Lost my handcuff key earlier. Give me Give me your handcuff key. Get off of me. >> Oh, no. Actually, no. Leave it. >> GET OFF OF ME. Y'ALL KEEPING WITH ME. I'M TIRED OF ALL >> GET OFF OF ME. >> Turn over. >> Don't touch me. >> OKAY. IF YOU >> don't touch me on the ground, >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> The way you're acting right now is >> I don't give a [ __ ] with your mama. >> Thank you for sitting down. >> I'm sick of Y'ALL WITH ME. EVERYBODY keeping with me. Leave me the alone. I'm serious. >> Okay, gladly. >> What the do you want? Stop staring at me. >> I'm not doing anything to you. >> DO YOUR JOB THEN. >> I AM >> LOOKING AT ME. DO YOUR JOB. >> I AM DOING MY JOB. I'm We're waiting for the corrections officer to come downstairs. Stop acting like A CHILD. >> YOU ARE A CHILD. >> YEAH. OKAY. >> You your mama's child. >> You're right. I am. >> You need him. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> Get off of me FOR REAL. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> NO. HE JUST TOUCHED MY BREAST. SHE FELL IN MY POCKET. Don't touch me. I'm dead serious. Don't. You're hurting me. >> STOP. >> Just stand there. RELAX. [screaming] You're hurting me. You're doing it on purpose. >> You can't. [screaming] >> YOU HURT ME. You >> okay? >> Sha, YOU NEED TO RELAX. >> HE'S HURTING ME. YOU'RE HURTING ME. >> DO NOT STOMP ON MY FOOT. >> Shquila was in full meltdown mode. Even with three cops on her, she went on kicking, screaming, and squirming. And suddenly, she began begging to call her parents as if they might be able to come and bail her out. I want my mom and dad. Let me calm down. >> Listen, you need to CALM DOWN. >> LET ME CALL MY [screaming] DAD. [laughter] >> SIT DOWN. >> I WANT MY [screaming] DAD. >> All right. [crying] >> I WANT MY DAD. SIT BACK. >> SIT BACK. >> I do not. >> OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. HE'S PUSHING ME OFF. YOUR COMMUNICATION IS on [screaming] your back. >> Just sit back. >> YOU'RE HURTING ME. >> COME HERE. This is ridiculous. >> OKAY. >> I WANT TO CALL MY DAD NOW. I WANT TO CALL MY DAD. I WANT MY DAD. I'M SOING. >> GET OFF OF ME. I DON'T WANT YOU TOUCHING ME. YOU VIOLATE MY PRIVACY. >> NO. I CAN'T EVEN touch that door. >> I WANT TO BITE YOU IF YOU DON'T GET OFF. You bite me. You're going TO GET ME. THAT'S MY THAT'S SEXUAL HARASSMENT. GET OFF OF ME. [screaming] GET OFF. >> GET THESE OFF of me. >> OKAY. >> I'M NOT EVEN DOING NOTHING TO STOP TRYING TO HURT ME. >> YOU BITE ME. >> GET OFF. GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. I DON'T GIVE A I'LL BITE YOUR NAILS OFF YOU STUPID. >> In the end, she was charged with criminal trespass and two counts of assaulting a peace officer. On April 16th, 2024 in Miami, Florida, the cops were called to investigate some serious threats coming from a local bakery. According to the managers, one of their former employees had hacked their point of sale system and was using it to print threatening messages about a woman named Veronica. >> I'm Veronica. >> Okay. This covers, you will be if you step out outside, you have be warned. Pay me. Give me money. I don't know what money. I'm going to throw a bomb. Lock the door. I'm going to throw a bomb. Your cars will be destroyed. I know you where you all live. Give me $5,000. Leave the money outside or else I will die. >> I You all will die by hands of me. Leave the money. Hello. Where the is my >> show him the one about me. >> So that's why here. >> Isn't this the same employee that Jeremy had an issue with uh a couple months ago? >> No. And then and then I blocked that number. >> Now is different number. Tell Veronica to stay outside. I'm waiting to her. I dare her to come outside. I'm going to destroy all of you. You fire me now or you die. You fire me for no reason. Now all of you will get up. >> Is a former employee. >> Where is new assistant manager? I want to meet them. >> According to the man, the disgruntled employee used to be their assistant manager. What they hadn't figured out though was if he was smart enough to hack the system himself or he paid somebody to do it. Regardless, they were rightfully freaked out and wanted the cops to investigate. >> Where is the new assistant manager? I want to meet them so early. You all will feel my wrath of my pain. I'm waiting. Give me money or give me Veronica. She is Veronica. One of you have to die. I'm I'm looking at you. Veronica, sweet hair. I'm waiting. Come out. I want to play a game. Who dies first? $5,000 or Veronica? You choose. The bomb beast already inside. >> You just sent him another text. He said the police can't stop me. So, he's watching. >> Yeah. That mean he's watching you. >> What am I looking at? >> How you getting this? >> Uh, >> he knows my number. He has my number. He was the assistant manager. >> So, let me ask you. You don't want anything to do with this report? >> Me? No. Not personally. I'm sorry, sir. >> No problem. >> The officer talked to Veronica, who explained that the ex-manager had been tampering with their POS. Somehow, he was controlling it from outside the store and was ordering food with it and leaving messages on her tables. For example, she opened up one of her customers receipts and found 25 sandwiches on it that nobody had actually ordered. So I open a table and I have a a the bill was $800. I was like, "Oh, what the heck?" >> Yeah. Like who ordered that? >> So I started deleting items. I was like, "I never said this 18 tuna sandwiches." So I started deleting. I felt and then when we try few days ago when we try to put my code or any waiter's code, I it's four digits, right? We put like one number and it opens up in I don't know what page. So we were like oh this is not working and it was my actually we have three devices and there is one with a V that I put that is my it's all the same but I took that mine that was the the one not working and then >> and this is the point system that you own >> and then all of them started not working. you know what's going to be. >> And then we we start putting uh this happened that they we have like a million sandwiches and a million like a customized item $45 million like that or $9 million. What was that? >> Crazy stuff. >> Crazy stuff. When I was trying to charge a person with a credit card, the the thing went up from $38 to $850. So I was like, "Oh, wait." So like it was crazy. And I told C, listen, we can't work at this. >> Now let's unpack that last part. The woman said that as the customer was about to pay, suddenly their bill spiked up in price. So apparently the suspect here was likely watching from across the street. However, after detectives got involved in things, the plot thickened and they determined the threats were coming from inside the store. The following day, they returned to arrest the person who [music] was actually responsible. Hey, how you doing? >> Don't resist. Everything's good. Take it easy. >> Hey, can we finish? Hold on. >> Hey, sir. Listen to me. We're going to go to the procedure here. He's going to tell you something. >> So, DeAndre, you're fired. You're terminated from your position. You're not welcome here as a customer, as a staff member. We're going to issue you a trespass warning. He's going to tell you how that's going to work. But if you show up or harass our business in any way, there's going to be even more consequences on you. But you're not welcome here under any circumstances at all. >> You understand what what he said? Yeah. >> Okay. So, basically, if you come back at any time for any reason. >> All right. He's just trespassed you. He's going to call and at that point you could be arrested again or, >> you know, multiple times. Obviously, you said that, you know, you you engaged in those activities because you thought it was funny, right? I don't know if you want to give this guy, you know, some it impacted his business. It impacted his employees, man. Obviously, we're not going to bring every employee out here and let you say anything to them, but you have an opportunity if you want to say something to him. If you don't want to say anything, you're going to have to say >> I um apologize um Jeremy for my um mistakes. It's not just a mistake. You talk about a bomb threat and you lost a lot of money. I mean, I could sue you for that also. So, we're all going to have conversations after, but making it very, very clear. Aside from trespassing, if I see online reviews, everything, we tracked everything back to you already. We know what what you were doing even before this. >> If the now ex employee, DeAndre, so much as text someone about the restaurant, the owner will call police and have the man arrested. Afterward, he was informed by detectives that he was being arrested and he was taken to the station for making threats. To his credit, he was calm and understanding despite the fact that he thought the whole thing was a big joke. >> So, yeah. No. All right. So, at this point, all right, what's going to happen is is that uh you know, it's a it's a crime that uh that they want to proceed with, you know. Um, so you're going to be taken to the the station and we'll come over there and do whatever documentation that we have. Uh, obviously have to talk to you once again and go through that uh that measures and we'll get you we'll get you over to the jail as quick as possible. Treat you like a gentleman. Okay. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> You good? >> Yeah. >> All right. I'll see you over at the station. >> Oh, you're going to be >> go over there with you. Please. >> I'll be right. >> [laughter] >> That's real. >> Yeah, very real. >> DeAndre was charged [music] with two counts of making written threats and one count of making bomb threats. What's still unclear here was if the man was working alone or if he was in tandem with the exass assistant manager. On the 20th of November 2025 in West Palm Beach, Florida, the cops were called out to a local Walmart after reportedly an employee flew into a range and attacked several of her managers and fellow employees. They did everything they could to calm her down a bit, but nothing seemed to work. >> We called like a a lady and a lady big boss coach, you know, to talk to the lady in the in the the room, whatever. >> And she was not having it. And then she grabbed she like we use this little um pointy thing to like grab stuff off the shelf. Yeah. She started holding it in her hand like a weapon. >> Not really like a weapon, but she had in her hand swinging it like talking on the phone with somebody like and her language or whatever. >> And when she was um like literally right after that >> um when the when the coach told her like you're being hostile right now like clock out and come back and talk to the store manager tomorrow if you want. basically giving her a chance. >> Yeah. And then when she said, "You're being hostile." I guess she took that like she about to be fired or something. She like, "You pay with my money, my family." She dropped it and just started swinging on the coach, the lady coach. And then right after that, she started um Hey, boss. I'm start talking to the office. >> Oh, she's still inside. Okay. >> The officer was heading inside when another employee rushed out. She was completely out of breath and the cop could tell that inside the store things were escalating quickly. >> All right. So, I need a reason to get her. Does anyone want to press charges on us? >> She attacked two coaches. Myself and a team. >> Do you want to press charges? >> She attacked us. Yes. >> Yes. Okay. That's all I need to know. Okay. >> All right. So, I'll get back with you. >> Okay. >> Uh, what happened? She punched you, scratched you. I see you got scratches on that. >> She She hit me in the face. She in the face. Then she went after the team leader and started hitting him. Then she came back and hit me in the face. Then she hit the team leader again in the face. Then she ran down here, attacked him, threw one of those flower things at him. He just took off running. So you saw him outside. >> Oh, that was outside. >> What's going on with you? What happened? >> Where do I begin? >> I don't know. Let's talk outside, though. My mother's here. >> Okay. How old are you? >> 28. >> 28. Okay, we can talk outside. >> You just cough in your hand. I'm sorry. I'm not going to do that. You can stand up. >> Based on everything they'd seen and heard so far, the cops knew the woman was not going to go easy. As she was unwilling to stand up for them, they decided to pull the woman up and slap the cuffs on her. That's when the suspect's mom showed up, hoping to herself that she could just take her daughter home. >> There's no way. >> My drink. [screaming] >> She's going to jail. Ma, you can go home. Thank you. >> No, ma'am. She's 28 years old. You can go home. >> She don't need nothing from you. Thank you. I appreciate it. >> Where are you taking it? >> To jail. >> You're digging it into my arm. >> You're digging it into my arm. >> Go [screaming] home. >> You need to tell my mother where you're taking me. >> You're a grown woman. >> Where am I going? Where am I going? >> TO JAIL. >> WHERE? WHAT YOU [screaming] WANT? YOU'RE TAKING YOUR SOMEONE THAT [screaming] [screaming] I told you. You need to help me. >> You didn't seem weak after you started screaming like that. >> Because you're hurting. That's why I guess you're fired now. >> As they were searching the suspect, she kept crying and complaining. They finally managed to wrangle her into the car while her mother showed up again with more questions. She wanted to know where the cops were taking her and why her daughter was being arrested at work. >> Yes, ma'am. What's going on? >> To jail. Palm County. >> I don't know where. >> Gun Club. >> Okay. You can look it up on your phone, ma'am. >> Pal Beach County Jail. >> She She fought five people in the store. Two managers, three employees. Come on. >> I don't know why you're laughing. >> No, I'm not. >> Ma'am, if you don't leave, I'm going to put you in the car with her. >> Can I have your stuff? >> No. This is her stuff. >> Okay, >> go. >> All right. >> Yes, sir. >> All righty. >> I'm sorry. That was my >> No, you're all good. Um, can you just raise your right hand for me? >> Do you swear affirm everything and tell me the truth, the whole truth? nothing but the truth. >> Yes, sir. >> All right, perfect. So, just run me down. What is your name? What's your position here? And what happened? >> The woman in pink told a story similar to the first man the cops had spoken to. She confirmed that the suspect was allowed to leave the place and return for her next shift. But on the day she came back, she'd have to talk to the manager on duty, but she didn't want to do that because instead she wanted to cause a big scene and pick a fight. >> While she finished talking, I said, "Hey, you could block out and go home." Just like this. I got my hands in my pocket. I said, "Hey, block out and go home." I just standing behind me. She said, "Girl, you ain't going to mess with my money. Girl, you ain't going to mess with my money. Girl, you ain't going to mess with my livelihood. Girl, you ain't going to mess with my money. You ain't going to mess." And she just hit me in my jaw. >> She hit you in your jaw? >> Yes. >> Do you need medical attention or anything like that? Okay, let me take a quick picture of it real quick. >> Okay, no problem. >> Yep. Pretty much all I have for her, too. >> Yeah. I I gave her a name tag. She ain't going to need that back. >> Okay. She ain't coming back. >> As long as you can trespass. Trespass. >> Yep. Yeah. She go to jail for battery and >> she trespasses charges press charges. >> Okay. But I'll touch base with the other ones over here. >> Let me talk to them. >> Okay. Take a breath. >> Oh, cool, man. >> Take a breath. Hey, come talk to me real quick. I need to talk to you. I need >> I need you as well. >> So, do you want to go forward with any charges or anything? >> I'm good. >> Okay. >> Okay. All right. So, we got one one battery and then she'll be trespassing. >> At the end of the day, they charge the woman with battery. On the 12th of October 2025 at Orlando International Airport, the cops are called out to a Shake Shack where an employee there was refusing to leave the establishment after failing to follow company policy. The manager called the cops after things spiraled out of control. Also, due to a language barrier, he requested an officer that spoke Spanish. >> I've known right now is that he needs to leave and come back with a doctor's. But then they spoke they spoke some more and then that from there, I don't know. >> He's still here. Are you the You're the master? >> I'm one of the managers. The manager. >> Okay, we can go. He said he's still 5 minutes out. >> Okay. >> If you want to, I'll look for him and I'll bring him around. >> Okay. >> Yeah, >> sir. Good morning, sir. >> How you doing? >> How you doing? >> Good. What's going on today? >> He um so he's got the glasses on. I guess prescription glasses, but they're not allowed. >> Any of you guys speak Spanish? >> We have somebody coming that does. He's got five minutes, >> sir. I don't have a problem with nobody. >> Okay. >> Nobody. So, I need today >> um he's um he said, you know, he doesn't have problem with nobody. We need to work today, but the situation that we have and then we he saying that we're we're being abusive to him. >> We've been doing this for um weeks apparently. >> He thinks he's sorry. >> Okay. So, what's the problem though today? Like what's going on? Cuz we it came out as someone got fired. >> No. No. So, so he um he wore so these glasses he um he said that he told us after he had gotten like a laser corrective surgery. So we were like okay you can wear the glasses like a little sir back up. I don't want he's backing up getting close. So back up back sir we keep stepping back and you're too coming forward. >> I know we have a problem with you coming too close to us. I don't have a problem with nobody. Sir, >> are you not Are you listening? >> Are you listening to Stop walking forward? >> Don't take a step forward. >> Sir, no. We don't need to. >> The tension settled and the employees finished explaining their story. About a week ago, the suspect showed up with black sunglasses, the same ones he was wearing. He said that he just had eye surgery and would have to wear them for a few days. Shake Shack was more than understanding, but after a week went by, he still hadn't taken them off. So, >> what what are we doing today? Is he allowed to stay here and work? >> He needs to go home. >> He doesn't need a booster, sir. >> That's a booster. >> That's not a booster. >> At the end of the day, are you guys >> Are you guys firing him or sending him home for the day? >> Just Just until he can bring us a doctor, though. >> Is there a reason to keep stepping closer? I know you don't have a problem with us, but I don't like how close you step anywhere. Sir, I don't have a road with nobody. >> I understand. But if if they're telling you you have to go home, you can't stay here any longer. >> Finally, the officer showed up who spoke Spanish. After talking to the suspect, Isaac, he talked to the two managers on the side again. They explained to the officer that it was against company policy to wear sunglasses at work. If he wanted to keep them on at work, he'd have to bring a doctor's note. >> And then yesterday, he told us he couldn't work the grill anymore because of the heat. And we're like, "Okay, no problem." Man, it's like just you have to give us a doctor's note and then you're completely >> and he's saying he doesn't have notes. So then our HR they told us to just send him home for the day. >> Send him home >> and he's going to be on the review until the termination. >> No, until he just brings a doctor's note. >> Okay. Until he brings a doctor. >> The cop explained things to Isaac who said he couldn't provide a doctor's note because the office was closed. The officer said that was fine and he could just bring one tomorrow, but in the meantime, he'd have to vacate the restaurant before they made him leave in handcuffs. >> Can you go to your doctor tomorrow? >> Tomorrow's Monday. Tomorrow's Monday. Can you go to the doctor? >> No, sir. >> No, you can't. >> All right. Watch. I have to pray for >> Give me your hand. >> Give me A HAND. NO RESIST. DON'T RESIST. TAKE HIM DOWN. TAKE HIM DOWN. Don't regret No. [screaming] NO. PUT THE T ON HIM. NO. Don't resist. [screaming] Stop resisting. Give me your hands. >> Stop resisting. Give me a hand. [screaming] Give me a hand. Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. Put [screaming] your hand behind your back. >> Stop. Stop resisting. >> Lift up. >> All right. All right. All right. GET HIM UP. STAND UP. >> STAND UP. Stand up. >> Stand up. >> All right. [screaming] Get him on the other side and let's go out. He's >> just Don't worry. I got it. [screaming] >> Yes. YES. [laughter] >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. chest. Let him relax. Let him relax. You got >> Do you have his signal badge or anything you need for? >> Yeah, I need >> Stop moving. >> Stop moving. >> The officers cut the man's work badge off and gave it to the manager. Then came the task of escorting him out of the kitchen without scaring all the customers outside. He was simply making things more difficult, kicking his shoe off, and begging for his phone back. >> No, let's take him out. >> We might need to get a wheelchair. >> All right. [screaming] >> What is it? What's going on now? Stop kicking. Stop resisting. >> Stay down. >> That's his. >> Yeah. >> Put it in. You don't want to wear his sneakers. >> He's got a social security. >> All right. Good. >> Please. Please. >> Too late, man. Too late. >> Just left. >> Jesus. [screaming] >> Come on, man. >> You going to sit? Where's the nearest car? >> You got a patrol car over there or >> on the air? >> No. No. On the other on the air side. >> Stay down. >> On the air side. >> Stay there. >> You got You guys got a car on the side? >> No. >> I mean, I could run and get it. >> Yeah, run. We'll take care of it from here. >> We're going to go to the front. Right there. In the front. >> Hey, if you want. >> You guys don't have any on the air side cuz we can take them straight downstairs and we can >> Well, how is right here, right? >> Yeah, I can take them out. Get to the other side. Right there. >> Where is he? What's the door? >> I know the one between the bus. >> Yeah. Uh, yeah. >> The cops finally forced Isaac into a wheelchair and began rolling him out of the airport. Luckily, there was a nearby exit door that led down to the parking lot, so they didn't have to push the man past hundreds of travelers who were waiting for their flights. for 242. >> I tried to give you a chance, man. I I was trying to tell you, go to the doctor tomorrow and this is it. This is simple. >> Right now, you took it to that level. I was just trying. Let's go straight. I'll push it. Grab his leg. Watch his legs. >> I told you. Yeah. Go home. Get your doctor's know. Then you can have your sunglasses. green [music] green card. >> The officers asked Isaac if he had any friends or family who could bail him out. He said he did, but he didn't want to call them. The whole thing seemed strange and the cops had a hunch that he might be on some kind of narcotic. It would explain his behavior and the reluctance he had to take those sunglasses off at work. Oh my god, bro. >> Let him walk from here. He got to walk from here. No, we didn't. I just buried it. Yeah. Yeah. >> They arrested Isaac and he was charged with trespassing and resisting without violence. On December 22nd, 2023 in Burlington, Wisconsin, the cops were called out to a body shop where a disgruntled employee was refusing to leave. When they got there, they met a truck driver and a former cop who filled them in. >> We have an employee here. He's been in and out of jail for the last few years. He just got out of jail. He's on some sort of narcotic, possibly crack. >> Okay. >> He's in the shop office, which is that pull bar there. That's >> Yeah, the brown one there. Yeah, >> he's been squatting in there. He has a blow up mattress. He's been sleeping in there at night. This morning, one of the guys walked in there. He shoved something down his pants and then he's screaming that he burned his junk. He was in jail for beating the crap out of his cousin who was in a wheelchair. >> Beat the crap out of his aunt when he was living with her. >> Okay. >> There's a good chance when he sees you guys, he's either going to run or he's going to grab something and try to fight. So, he was in that far window there. >> Okay. >> I work here. >> Okay. >> I'm out on the road all day. >> Who else is in the shop? >> I told everybody to get out. >> Okay. >> The cops entered the garage, but were careful not to spook the suspect, later identified as 48-year-old Renee Henrikson. That's when they heard a voice and something rattling from a rear hallway. Based on what his co-workers said so far, they were fully expecting to be charged with a crowbar or some other kind of weapon. [snorts] >> Closer. Keep space. Hi Renee. Hi Rene. >> I won't call you Renee. >> What's your name? Sir, can you get your hands out of your pants for me? >> Get your hands out of your pants. >> Do it now. Show me your hands. >> Sure. >> Show me your hands. Do it now. >> Renee was behaving completely abnormally. While he didn't violently charge at them with a weapon, they still had to approach him with caution. He was refusing to show his hands, [music] so he might be concealing a weapon. And the cops couldn't let their guard down. >> Oh my god. >> Show me your hands or you're going to be tased. Do it now. Stop or you're going to be tased. >> Oh my gosh. >> Where at? It's here. Show me your hands now. >> Pull your hands out or you will be tased. >> Show me your hands. >> Show me your hands. >> Stop right there. Hands out. YOU'RE GOING TO GET SMOKE YOUR HANDS OVER HERE. >> Get on the ground. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> WHAT are you doing? >> Get on the ground. >> GET DOWN ON THE GROUND. >> GET DOWN ON THE GROUND. >> [screaming] >> I got the spray. >> Get out. >> I don't know what he's got. >> Send a couple county squads. Front street. >> Come on out, man. Just get down on the ground. >> Get down on the ground. >> Come on, man. JUST STOP RIGHT NOW. >> HE'S trying to throw a fight with us. >> Come on. KEEP YOUR HANDS OUT HERE. [screaming] >> Rainy started out. >> No. Get out. Go out the door. Out the door. >> The officers raced outside, ran around the building trying to keep the man from running away. Thankfully, when your body's full of pepper spray and taser prongs, it's pretty hard to go anywhere. However, it didn't stop the man from putting up a fight on the grass. In fact, his adrenaline sent him into overdrive, which made him more dangerous than ever. >> TURN AROUND NOW. GET OFF THE GRASS. TURN AROUND. TURN AROUND. TURN AROUND. >> Turn around. Stay. Stop. You got that arm. I do not have his other arm. >> I'm getting his other arm out. >> Put this away real quick. >> All right. Let me know. I need help getting his arm out. [screaming] >> Give him the arm. >> Do it now. Put your arm. >> Okay. We got a partially restrained. We do not have a cup. >> Do it now. Come on. >> Arms behind your back now. >> Put your hands behind your back. Do it now. [screaming] >> Renee, just take a breath. >> I don't know what's going on. >> Okay. >> You doing all right, bud? >> Just keep breathing. >> You're okay. >> Yeah. Right. Let's get him first. >> Can you get uh rescue stage at this game? >> The cops finally managed to cuff the man and physically he seemed to calm down. Mentally though, he was all over the place. Instead of answering their questions, he just kept screaming in their faces. And despite being handcuffed, he kept reaching toward his pants, which the cops took as a sign that he was reaching for a weapon. >> Oh, don't spit at us, though. If you need to take a breath, that's okay. Yeah. >> 515. >> You're doing great. >> You're doing great. >> Rescue's here to check on you. Okay. >> No reason to. >> We got another car coming though. >> No. They're trying to hide it. >> They're trying to hide him. Call the police. >> We are here. [music] We're the police. >> You're hiding it. >> We have a car. >> He's got He got sprayed, but um >> he's I can't hold your hand. Watch your hands. >> No, I here. >> What do you got in your He was reaching down his pants. Getting a good search. >> Stop. [clears throat] >> What's he? Yeah, I don't want him reaching down his pants. Whatever he's got. >> Stop. >> I have a rat. >> Yeah, we got it. >> He has hands on his pants the whole And he wouldn't move his hands back up. It's mostly the front, but I can't tell. >> Otherwise, you know, I can [music] start if we got anybody have a shears. Grab a shears. >> Get this. We What's in the front here? >> Emergency. Can >> you just drop or something? >> What's that? >> After cutting the man's clothes off, thankfully they didn't find anything dangerous. The only thing left to do now was wrap the man up and take him off to a hospital where the staff could keep an eye on him till he came down from whatever he was on. Unfortunately, all of that was easier said than done. >> Yep. Just keep breathing. We'll we'll take good care of you. Okay. >> I'll be paying for it over Christmas. >> Is there something I can do for you? >> Yeah. Stop shooting me. >> Okay. We're not going to shoot you. >> Okay. We're not going to shoot you. I promise. Okay. Now roll towards me. >> Okay. On three. One, two, three. Grab these and give them one more good. Bottom to top. [screaming] >> It's all right. Just take some breaths. Okay. >> This is to help protect you and us. All right. >> Uh, get these shears back to Brian. You're >> all right. You're okay. >> I don't want to grab my foot either. >> Were double locked and everything like that, too. >> I think he was just almost bent. >> Yeah, he was like that the whole time. >> A little bit. Yeah. doing a lot better. >> Later on, they found the man's pipe along with a bag of narcotics. He was charged with battery on law enforcement and two repeat offender counts of resisting. On July the 20th, 2025 in Ohio, the cops were called out to a gas station where an IRA employee had been causing trouble for days. When the officers got there, they met with the traveling manager, Victoria, who quickly caught them up to speed. So last night I got a call from my employee that another employee Cy >> was sitting out in the parking lot throwing pool taps into the parking lot talking about this job Victoria whatever. >> Yeah. >> I reviewed camera footage and he was in here screaming in a customer's face and he said it didn't matter because um I got to call you back. I'm talking to the police. >> How's the men though? >> Oh he showed up if you're out making a threat to you. All right. Well, maybe he left here and went to another employees house. >> Thank you for there now. >> No, he's not there now. Yeah. Sorry about that. >> According to Victoria, it was the second time she'd had a serious conduct issue with the suspect, Cy. Since the company works on a policy of two strikes, Cory would be losing his job. Despite that, he came back the next day demanding more hours. When the manager told him off, he accused her of stealing from the company and then stormed off. >> Starts walking out. I was like, "Look, you can leave and don't come back." He said, "I'll come back every mothering day. No, you won't leave. I'll I'll be I'll have you arrested cuz you're not doing this." >> Right. >> He comes out, gets in his truck, pulls out his plate, almost hits the car there. >> Mhm. >> Rips around, speeds down the road, and then I guess shows up to another employees house because she called me and told me what happened last night. >> Okay. >> Yeah. So, I just I need a bark. >> Okay. Is that employee coming here? Yes. Okay. >> That's him approaching my house. >> How am I at fault for this? >> You're done. >> Damn it. >> Now listen. >> What are you saying? >> I don't know what he said at the end, but I mean, he's out. He's screaming, threatening. >> Like, I'm not ready. >> Do you think he's going to do something? >> Oh, yeah. >> Do you feel that he's going to do something? >> Listen, I didn't worry very well. And all I did I kept telling him yesterday to calm down. I kept telling him I said this is your job. You need to calm down. Just stop. That's why I didn't call you when he was here. >> I told you to let you know I picked up the trash you left. >> But I mean he he doesn't know that I called you. The thing of it is is I had to call you when I have a customer talking about I want to sleep with Victoria. I don't know what you guys want to do. But I mean >> it could be menacing. Um did he make a threat on there? Could you hear someone coming after you? He said, "Y'all want to up my rifle?" >> The cops later found out that he was driving around in a red Chevy pickup and most likely was illegally carrying a firearm. With that in mind, the cops drove out to his house to confront him. As far as the cops went, they were hoping that he'd calm down a bit, but they weren't going to bet on it. >> Is Cory home? >> Can I help you? >> Yeah, we had a call about him being down at the Amto on 61 North Bridge Street. >> Okay. And >> I believe he's being barred from there. I was just going to tell him that he works there. >> Do you work there? >> He wants to work you off my property. >> Get off my property. >> Right here to talk to you. >> Get the off my property, dude. >> I mean, I can step off the steps. >> GET OFF MY PROPERTY. ALL THE WAY OFF MY PROPERTY. >> Step on the steps here, bud. I'll stand. >> You guys don't help nothing, dude. Get the off my property. Off my property, dude. >> Off of my property. >> BRING ME TO COURT. BRING me to court. IF I'M BARRED FROM SOMEWHERE, I'M NOT BARRED FROM NOWHERE. YOU AIN'T GOING BARGAIN. >> I'm going to ask my WHO'S DEALING WITH THIS? >> HE'S GOING TO COURT. >> YOU HAVE TO TAKE ME TO COURT. >> YOU HAVE TO TAKE HIM TO COURT. HE WORKS. I wish you would show me. >> Can we Can we time out? >> No. Just please go. Right now is not the time. We're on the phone trying to talk to corporates. You need to go. Just please go. Okay. This is your battle today. Trust me. >> You think you're somebody? >> Go. >> You think you're somebody? >> No. I will knock you the right now. Get the out from in front of my house. Dude, >> you're harassing me, bro. >> I'm really not. >> Get the off my property. I'M GOING TO GET YOU OFF MY PROPERTY. >> ON MY MAMA. GET THE OFF MY PROPERTY. WHY YOU THINK CUZ YOU'RE A COP? YOU CAN RUN, SON. YOU AIN'T GOING TO RUN. >> I'll throw a beat your You ain't talking. >> Get the AWAY FROM ME NOW. >> NOW I'LL PUT YOU WITH IT. >> JUST when another cop arrived, the wannabe gangster went back inside. Meanwhile, the woman in the blue shirt, Eden, remained on the porch, claiming she wasn't involved. Little did she know, the gas [music] station had banned her for life. Apparently, these two love birds had a habit of causing serious trouble wherever they went. >> You can't involve me in I haven't been anywhere. >> You're barred from Valero. >> No, I'm not barred from Valero. I haven't done Haven't been anywhere. You can't bar me from anywhere. First of all, take me to goddamn court. No, they're trying to bar me now. >> I can't hear. You guys are yelling. All right. Cuz you guys are on my property. >> We're on sidewalk. >> That's our property, sir. >> You guys are trying to intimidate me or something. >> No. >> Looks like it. >> You have to take me to court. >> Hang on. >> You have to take me to court house yet today. >> Where do they need barred from? I'm having a hard time here. >> You can't BAR PEOPLE JUST >> CAN'T BAR PEOPLE JUST BECAUSE YOU want to. I know the law. Get the out of here. >> All right. >> Get off my >> You're barred from 20 South Brown and 61 North Bridge. Yes, you are. It'll be in a police report. If you go there, you get charged with criminal trespassing. What >> you know? I haven't paper I went to court. >> You're being told by a police officer right now. >> What you tell me? THAT'S ONLY YOUR WORDS, BRO. I HAVEN'T BEEN NOWHERE. OKAY. OH, you're making a police report. >> Let me tell you something. I know the law. First of all, I know how this works. I have to do something or be accused of doing something. I haven't been nowhere. Just because that is down your cell and drives out of Amco and he's reporting her to HR, that don't mean. [music] So, you know what? Y'all can go yourselves and go on and go. I haven't been there. If you go down there, you're going to get charged. >> I'm going down there in 5 minutes cuz you HAVE TO GO TO COURT and fix THERE LONG ENOUGH. I KNOW. >> YOU DON'T KNOW. I DO KNOW THERE ARE. SO, YOU GUYS CAME DOWN TO US, RIGHT? DOWN THERE, RIGHT? Threatening down there. >> I'm telling you, you're barred. >> All right. Good for you. >> If you go down there, YOU'RE GOING TO GET SIT DOWN THERE. I WILL BE DOWN THERE. Come on. They're probably going to violate it. They don't listen. Back at the gas station, the cops informed the employees that Cory and Eden were still freaking out. Whatever trespass order the cops had given them, there was a 0% chance they'd obey it. So, if the couple came back, the staff should immediately call the cops rather than handle it themselves. There was no telling what the psychoex employee might do. >> I'm telling you, you're barred. >> GOOD FOR YOU. >> GOOD JOB. >> IT'S NOT MY FAULT. YOU'RE TOO IGNORANT TO KNOW. Imagine a you have a gun and you have a badge. You goddamn >> you barred from Valero. You're barred from 20 Brown. >> It's not you're barred from nowhere. I haven't been bred from my home. It'll be in a police report. >> You have to do something. >> What are you doing? Don't worry about it. Go >> you dumb. No. >> What is it? >> You pulled up to my house saying you're going to do what to me? >> I'm barring you from Valero. I'm borrowing you from 20. >> Barring me and what? Say what you just said. >> Go ahead. Say it. >> Just go. Where are we? We're done here. >> Are you good? >> You say you're going to do something, do it. >> I didn't say I was going to do anything. What are you going to do? >> Whatever you want to do, homeboy. >> Go ahead. >> Whatever you want to do. >> You want to be stupid today? Be stupid. But Dumbar, it ain't your day. I >> What do you need? >> WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO, BUT MY HOUSE WILL THREATEN ME, BABY. LET'S DO IT. >> Nobody's threatening you. >> Take yours off. >> Get your [ __ ] Your [ __ ] >> See you. The officer got back in his car and called up his fellow officers. He planned on arresting the man with the other officer's help, but if things spiraled out of control, they'd both be appreciative to have some backup. They couldn't see a weapon on him, so the last thing they wanted him to do was go back inside. >> Ow. You're under arrest. Put your hands on your back. >> What? >> You're under arrest, too. Come here. >> For what? I have kids in me. What did I do? >> Excuse me. >> For what? >> You're under arrest. >> For what? >> I GOT CAMERAS RIGHT HERE. >> WHAT ARE YOU DOING? >> You're under arrest for resisting disorderly conduct. Put your HANDS FOR ANYTHING. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR back and cuff up or I'm going to charge you with resisting, too. You are under arrest. For what? >> You can speak to your hands. STOP, PLEASE. >> Stop it now, >> dude. HE'S HURTING MY OLD LADY. >> I DON'T She's going to jail. Stop now. Put your hands behind your back like he's telling you to do. >> You did this to yourself. Okay. >> What did I DO? I'M WHOOPING. STOP. GIVE ME YOUR HAND. Give me your arm. >> My arm. My arm. Please. My arm. MY ARM. MY ARM. >> OKAY. >> YOU ATTACKED US ON OUR [ __ ] PROPERTY. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. It's not an attack. >> It is. >> No, it's not. >> What am I under arrest for? >> You're under arrest for disorderly persisting, sir. >> What the? >> She's under arrest for menacing. >> That >> is your behavior is ridiculous. That's what it is. So, listen to me, both of you. You have the right to be in silent anything you say can and will be used against your court law. Your right to attorney, not afford one. Wouldn't be pointing TO YOU. YOUR RIGHT NOW. YOU UNDERSTAND ALL THAT? >> UNDERSTAND THAT? >> You understand your rights? >> You understand your rights? >> You understand your rights? >> No, I don't. Cool. I'm not asking any questions either. >> Before they led the man away, Eden leaned inside and started screaming for her daughter. Meanwhile, Cory was yelling at the neighbors, begging them to record things, and saying the cops had attacked them inside their house. If that's how they act all the time, then most likely the neighbors here would be happy to see them go. >> Get in the car. >> My children, please >> get in the car, >> please. My fine. I'll get you in there. A nurse. Get a nurse. >> Please. >> Get in the car. >> Come on. >> Get in the car. Cory, [laughter] >> I'm not trying to do my >> Just get in the car so I can get you in there. >> I tried to turn. >> Get in the car. I'll roll the window down. Get you in there. Come on. >> Get your leg in. >> Come on, >> man. We got our kids in here. Please stand. >> Stand back on. >> There is a lot of them on my goddamn leg. >> My left one. I for literally it's been healing for years. I have no reason to lie. >> Zoe, can you pull my pant leg up and check and see how bad that bleeding place? Cuz whenever he took and grabbed me, it went down to the ground and it started bleeding back. >> [groaning and screaming] >> Stop. [screaming] >> The couple's daughter understood why they were arresting her father, but she didn't understand why they were taking her mom. The cops explained to her that they were taking her for menacing because when Eden called the store and began threatening the employees, the female officer was present. >> He didn't do anything. So why did you guys arrest him? >> No, he didn't. Oh, yeah, he did. I got video. He did. He definitely did. >> That's why he's under arrest. I got video of him going to the employees house saying, "I got stuff for everybody." >> Friend down there. >> Hey, they ain't friends anymore if they were cuz he was raising cane. >> They arrested Cory and he was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting. As far as charges for the woman, it's unclear if police ever move forward. On July 16th, 2024, the cops were called out to a local McDonald's where reportedly there had been an aggravated assault. When they got there, they could hear several female employees screaming at each other through the drive-through window. >> Hey, where are they? >> Where are they? >> They they in the back. >> Are they still, sir? >> Are they still? >> No. All right, I'll come around. Why you >> are YOU DOING? >> OKAY. SO, SO IF I told my side, if you touch me, IF I IF I DEFEND [screaming] MYSELF, IF YOU TOUCH ME, I GOT THE RIGHT TO DEFEND MYSELF. >> A female officer pulled the woman aside and identified her as the one who' called 911. Meanwhile, two other cops restrained the girl with dreads, who was allegedly the one causing problems. They wondered how a normal day at McDonald's turned into a fight. >> The thing go like this. SHE ALREADY TALKING ABOUT SHE'LL beat my ass this that whatever. So I I ignore her. >> Okay. >> Cuz I know the law, right? So I heard her say I should beat her. I couldn't run out of door and [ __ ] her, but I said no. I know self-defense. If she hit me, I got the right defend myself. >> Right. This girl thought the fire esteemer at me, bro. >> Okay. Where were you at? >> In the office. Yeah. And then let somebody fire. >> I'm trying to be easy cuz I just got a Federal papers, right? >> So she come right here >> and she put she she do like this. >> She push You were standing. Yeah. She push. Okay. >> Yeah. So my thing is if she swung I got the right to take call. >> You feel what I'm saying? But that's defending myself. Now if I just go out there AND JUST START FIGHTING HER, they going to set both of them. >> Both of us go to jail. >> So I didn't want to do that. >> So like I told her, I'm not trying to get to her. But if she come and hit me, I'm I'mma be careful. Give it to her. >> Okay. >> So, um, >> where was this? How did she >> This was right here. >> Okay. >> And she picked it up and she th it right here. >> Okay. So, she picked it up here and tried to throw it at you. Yeah. >> And another employee stopped her. >> Humanity for all. But the thing is the thing isn't the body, right? >> It started off over something so petty. The pettiness here was so outrageous that the woman could barely bring herself to repeat it. She sat down a bit and tried to collect her thoughts, and at that point, the officer changed the subject. She cared less about what started the fight, and all she knew was that a crime had been committed, and she had to find out who she'd be taking to jail. >> Do you want to press charges? >> Do you want her to go to jail? Can I can I can I ask can I ask this man out >> something directly? >> Yeah. >> Hey buddy. >> Hey buddy. >> Don't talk to one at the table. >> But don't go out there cuz she's out there. >> Yeah. Yeah. Just don't go out there. >> For real. I don't know. >> I need to speak with you. Come here. >> Leave me the alone. >> Leave me alone. >> Let me the [screaming] Let me [screaming] go. >> Let me go. Let me go. Let me go. [screaming] Let me go. >> [screaming] >> It did take some effort, but the cops finally wrangled the employee and began leading the woman back to their squad car. As she was unable to throw any more fire extinguishers, she began hurling empty threats. She quickly learned the hard way that threatening the police just leads to more charges. I'm a big [screaming] >> OFFSH [screaming] LISTEN. You're going to go right to the ground if you keep doing this. Stop me. You I'mma put do photo on your going to die. >> You're going to die. >> You're going to die. >> Have no weapons on you. We're just patting you down. >> Oh, you [screaming] go. >> Just pet her down right now. >> Let me go. Why are you doing that, dude? >> Okay. [laughter] [screaming] You out of my You my car. LET ME GO. LET ME GO. [screaming] Let me go. Why you doing this to me? >> Back inside the restaurant, the cops were talking with the victim who was starting to get a little bit emotional. She tried to calm things down, but the suspect just wouldn't listen. At the end of things, she was happy the cops showed up when they did, but hated to see one of her co-workers get arrested like that. >> I don't care if you're white, black, Puerto Rican, Spanish. When we cut, you cut the same. >> There's no such thing as Haitian better than American. You feel what I'm saying? And this is the This is the whole thing. This is how the whole thing started. You feel what I'm saying? She didn't to be honest. She pushed but I'm not hurt. You feel what I'm saying? >> Yeah. But she still can't put her hands on you. That's not okay. [snorts] >> Right. Now, can I ask y'all a question? Who was the one took her out of here? >> Well, I tried talking to her and she ran out. That was me. >> Okay. So, >> if I said I want to press charges, I know she'll go to jail. >> If I said I don't want to press charges, will she still go to jail? >> Are you guys related? >> Is she related to you? >> Are you just cooworkers? >> Yeah.
